We called and received a quote to pick a golf club case as the key was left at home.  The woman quoted us $35 for the service.  The man that picked the lock upped the price after the task was completed wanting over $100!!!!  Because there were three locks On the case.  We specially told the woman on the phone it was a case with 3 locks; there was no mention of $35 PER lock!  We ended up giving him $70.  Get your quotes in writing!

Was extremely happy with the service.  We emailed for a quote and Scott got right back to us with a great price.  Repaired our front door lock in Surprise the same day.  Very professional and very fast...a great value.  Highly recommend.

Peter did an AMAZING job for our clients! We are real estate agents and had a client who moved out of the country and took all his keys to the home, expecting us to use the electronic keypad for access. That worked great until the battery pack died and we had zero access to the home for sale!! Peter was able to arrive quickly, gain access to the home, rekey the entire home(with smart locks) and change the battery pack in the electronic keypad - all for a very reasonable price. We highly recommend Peter and his company, Surprise Locksmith, for any and all your locksmith needs!

I called JT's with great desperation for them to fix my mailbox lock. I had misplaced my keys... aka gone forever and I had a package with perishables in my mailbox.

I went to the post ofiice hoping to obtain a new key where I was greeted with warm and welcoming arms.. oh wait who am I kidding?! I was told it was my problem and they didnt have a key. I called the locksmith they recommended but they couldnt come out for 4 days. After a quick yelp search  JTs popped up. Good reviews.. sold... I called and told the receptionist (his wife) about my problem and she was sooooo kind and understanding. She gave me a quote and explained everything. She put me on the books for the next day! Jeremiah the next day after a call from his wife that he was on his way.. can you say customer service?! When he arrived he was sooooo nice. I explained jow I tried to fix the problem myself but made things worse. He didn't  sweat it.. I'm pretty sure he was done within 20 minutes if that. He came back to the door and provided me with 3 keys. The lock he used was a usps lock. The service was incredible.  They got me in their schedule quick and the job was done in a jiffy. 10/10!! I'll be using them for every locksmith problem I encounter.

The guy that runs the front counter is so nice and professional. He is very knowledgeable and has been able to help me multiple times with some odd requests I have had with my business. Great place, great prices, and great fast service. Definitely check them out.

Tom was incredible.  He did everything possible to help with opening the impossible locking mechanism with my business.  I turned out that it needed the actual door installer and a power saw to get it open, he stayed through the whole process to ensure I got in and that he was able to see the inner workings of this impossible mechanism.  Such a great professional.  I would call him again in a heartbeat.

I received in the mail a flyer for Keys Please and thought I would call them up to see what they had to offer. Ernie (the owner) answered and scheduled me right away for the following day.

He showed up right on time and changed all my locks and gave us new keys too. Great price and great service. He assisted me over the phone with what locks to choose and also in person. Really nice guy and I appreciated his help. I'll definitely use him again in the future.

Is having 2 kids seats attached to your bike cool? No, not really! I had 1 Yepp mini locking seat on my handle bars that we lost the tubular key to. If you have had this problem you might call it a circle lock. We then bought a bigger rear mount Yepp Maxi which is why I had two. After searching and calling the manufacturer I decided to call TG to drill out the lock to get it off. What a solid guy TG is; affordable (he gave me the lowest quote out of 5 locksmiths),highly skilled, professional and fast! I called him Wednesday afternoon and he promptly showed up at my house a 2:30 at our scheduled time. He did a clean job and we removed the seat (he even helped me with the Allen bolts) within 10 minutes. TG is now my go to guy for any lock needs.

I have used B's lock and keys many times and also referred to friends. always professional on time and fair prices. I would definitely use him again

This company showed up promptly on a Sunday, solved my problem quickly and efficiently and charged me fairly. They carry an impressive tool set on their van and the rep I dealt with was well-trained.
