The service I received on my vehicle key was excellent. I like to learn about devices. The person that fixed my key and programmed it to replace the old key was absolutely professional. He answered all my questions in a friendly manner. Other locksmiths have been condescending and behaved in less trustworthy manners. Any and every time I need a key, this will be my first stop.

Our locksmith was Scott and while we were visiting my wife's relatives we lost our only set of car keys. The response time and communication from the company was the best I have ever used. The locksmith was early and was very professional and polite!

Chris was friendly and informative on the phone and was able to get an appointment scheduled fast. Service was prompt and friendly and Chris did a great job rekeying our home. Would definitely recommend!

So, Like an idiot Thursday during the monsoon I locked my keys in my car. I had to call a locksmith. My dad knows this guy named Peter. I get his number and give him a call. He said alright, I'm on my way. He gets there like Superman! He was helping me out and taking care of business in no time. What caught me by surprise is the guy was doing all of this in the rain! That no joke it's raining, rain. Peter is a lifesaver!!! I called and in less than 10 minutes I'm back on the road. He is reliable, affordable, and was so nice through my whole idiotic mistack. Being so nice, even though I know he just wanted to get out of the rain. Hands down, the best I locked my keys in the car story ever!!

Lost my ski rack keys, called Rob early on a Saturday morning for assistance and he was more than eager to come out to help unlock the ski rack. Luckily for me, I found the keys a a Safeway lost and found. I called Rob back to cancel and he was still in great spirits about my cancellation. Great attitude and very customer friendly.

I had exceptional service! I lost the key to my safe which contained all my vital documents. My options were explained to me and I am happy with the outcome. I can now get into my safe.

This company is amazing!  They were able to come out right away.  All the way through the job I was notified by text and phone when they were going to arrive.  This company clearly invests in processes that keep the consumer informed and happy.  Big Mike was our Locksmith and he was quick and very courteous!  I would recommend them for anything that they could do that you would need!

Have been going to Pinnacle Lock & Safe for a little over a year.  They have usually been pretty good about making keys without much of a wait.  Recently stopped in to get a quote on a file cabinet lock install.  The owner said that his staff doesn't like to do those types of jobs and that I should just buy a new cabinet with a lock already installed.  He quoted me an obscene price just to get me to leave.  Until that encounter I was satisfied with their service.  However, the arrogance of the owner was enough for me to look for a new locksmith.  A real business owner doesn't let his employees dictate what jobs he should accept.  Additionally if you really don't want to do this kind of job I suggest a better customer service approach to the situation like a referral to another company.  That's how businesses grow customer loyalty, not by insulting them.  Found another locksmith who was more than able to come out to my office and do the install in person for a very fair rate.

The staff at Prescott Lock & Safe are incredible, courteous, and super efficient!  I called them this morning after being locked out of the house and they answered right away and had someone scheduled to go out there to help us out! They even called when they were on their way! Thank you guys for the great service and for taking care of us! We appreciate your help and friendly service!  We would definitely recommend these guys to anyone in the future!

I called Mr. Rekey this morning to change out a new home (to me) locks, never sure who has keys and want to be safe.  They sent Gus the technician out and he fixed everything.  The cost was surprisingly low for 7 locks.  Gus even helped out with another door to get it to work (not part of service we paid for but he did it anyway).  Gus was quick, efficient had all of the parts and was very nice to work with.  I will use Mr. Rekey again thanks to Gus.  I would also recommend Mr. Rekey to anyone, great price, great service and speedy.

Called in to get a replacement 2012 Mazda 3 car key. The Manager who never revealed his name called me back right away (only good aspect of the service).

When i spoke with him he would not give me a clear quote for an electric key or a regular key and stated he had to go my residence to determine the total price. I informed him i did not feel comfortable with that I needed a quote before they came so i didn't have to pay the service fee if i wasn't purchasing a key from them.

The manager frustrated then stated well then why don't you call a dealership and hung up. Not very courteous will never have my business.  

Go to someone else!

Ernie was absolutely fantastic! Very prompt and professional. I had all the locks (8) re-keyed in my new home. The price was great and I feel extremely satisfied with his work. I will surely recommend Keys Please to friends and family!

Tyrone is a very professional and business oriented guy. My brother-in-law locked his keys in his apartment I called and he quoted me a price and that he could be there within 10 minutes. He showed up got right to work about 5 minutes later seems like we were inside the apartment. Very professional will recommend and refer him to friends and family.

B's Lock and Key have made some rather unique keys for some unusual locks. The keys work perfectly every time!  The prices are more than fair.  B's Lock and Key was punctual, professional and knowledgeable!  I have refereed quite a few to B's Lock and Key and have heard nothing but positives!

Needed a few keys cut so I found this place in my Yelp directory. Friendly prompt service and to top it off I didn't get ripped off for the cutting of some double sided keys. $5 a Key. I spent about 10 minutes and was in and out in great time.

Rude and aggressive. Told me to get the fu@k out of his store for asking to get a key made. Was referred to him from Home Depot and he said "I don't want to hear your fu@king story. Get the fu@k out of my store". Ridiculous. Don't take your business here.
