I had such a great experience at Mercury Lock & Safe and can't say enough about Brian. I needed a new Lexus key and fob and after a very frustrating experience at Lexus of Scottsdale got the product I needed and the programming to make it work.  Smart, friendly and reasonable priced.  Cant beat that!!

I couldn't tell u if this company knows how to do their job, and the reason being he never called me back.  My key broke off in my ignition in an older vehicle so I called them to see if they could help and when I called I got a voice mail so I left a message.  He called me back in a few minutes and I explained my situation to which he said he would need to do some research and will call me back in a few minutes.  A couple hours later I hadn't heard back so I called, again got voice mail, and left a message.  Never heard from him again.  I guess business is so good that one customer just doesn't matter.  Sad really.

I can't really comment on their lock service but I can promote their customer service. I was stuck at lunchtime in a parking lot with a dead battery. A couple of Diamondback employees gave me a jump and refused my offer to buy them lunch. They have integrity and you can bet that I will be calling Diamondback if I need a lock and key service. Thanks again! You saved my day.

So, Like an idiot Thursday during the monsoon I locked my keys in my car. I had to call a locksmith. My dad knows this guy named Peter. I get his number and give him a call. He said alright, I'm on my way. He gets there like Superman! He was helping me out and taking care of business in no time. What caught me by surprise is the guy was doing all of this in the rain! That no joke it's raining, rain. Peter is a lifesaver!!! I called and in less than 10 minutes I'm back on the road. He is reliable, affordable, and was so nice through my whole idiotic mistack. Being so nice, even though I know he just wanted to get out of the rain. Hands down, the best I locked my keys in the car story ever!!

My friend and I had just bought $100 worth of groceries on a Sunday afternoon and we were putting them in the trunk about to head home. My friend ended up locking her keys in the truck and we stood around for 45 minutes trying to decide what to do. After trying and failing to get help from her insurance company I decided I would try an ad from the phone book. I gave united lock & key a try and luckily could get some help! He came out of his way on a Sunday while taking his father to the hospital just to help us get into our car! It only took him about 5 minutes to unlock the car and we were on our way! Also charged a very reasonable rate! Thanks for saving the day!

JT's is a great key and locksmith company. I've had them to my home in Maricopa for a couple different re-key projects. Always very courteous and one of the more affordable solutions in Maricopa. Have been going to Pinnacle Lock & Safe for a little over a year.  They have usually been pretty good about making keys without much of a wait.  Recently stopped in to get a quote on a file cabinet lock install.  The owner said that his staff doesn't like to do those types of jobs and that I should just buy a new cabinet with a lock already installed.  He quoted me an obscene price just to get me to leave.  Until that encounter I was satisfied with their service.  However, the arrogance of the owner was enough for me to look for a new locksmith.  A real business owner doesn't let his employees dictate what jobs he should accept.  Additionally if you really don't want to do this kind of job I suggest a better customer service approach to the situation like a referral to another company.  That's how businesses grow customer loyalty, not by insulting them.  Found another locksmith who was more than able to come out to my office and do the install in person for a very fair rate.

Can't believe this shop had a key blank for our 35 year old 911 hanging up!  Fit perfectly after the owner fine tuned it! A whole $5.18 charge!

Tyrone is a very professional and business oriented guy. My brother-in-law locked his keys in his apartment I called and he quoted me a price and that he could be there within 10 minutes. He showed up got right to work about 5 minutes later seems like we were inside the apartment. Very professional will recommend and refer him to friends and family.

I contacted Copperstate regarding additional lock options. They gave a very thoughtful onsite review, and presented me with a number of options. They scheduled me in quickly for the install, and the service technician went out of his way to ensure that I both understood and was happy with the solution.
