Best Locksmiths in Phoenix, AZ

My daughter was down to only one key for her 06 PT Cruiser. We ordered the new key fobs online and called around to get prices. Brian was the best price we found. He cut and programmed both keys in about 20 minutes and we were on our way. Other places said they would charge us to get the PIN code from the auto Dealer, but Brian didn't. I will definitely use Mercury Lock and Safe again.

I called at 4:30 p.m. on a Friday about an issue I was having with an S&G lock on a safe.  Scott asked my timeframe and indicate he'd not be able to come out immediately (he was the only one that did "safes") but gave me a great referral.  He also gave me something to try first.  I did what he said... sand the safe opened on the first try!

I'd been screwing around with this for 3 days on my own!   Thanks Scott!  I appreciate the time you took with me on the phone!

When you spend your entire day making sure a horrible tenant is completely out of your residence, your attitude may not be at its best.  Add to that a call from a locksmith who at 9:30a set the appt for 4:30p then proceeded to call you at 5pm (after you call and ask their ETA) stating that they made a mistake and thought the address was in Glendale (the house is in Queen Creek) and that we could reschedule the following day in a nonchalant tone. I drove all the way from Ahwatukee by the way.  Well, that was ME yesterday.  I have to say however, after receiving the call from CJ, everything changed.  He was ON TIME, which is a very big deal for me and he was very knowledgeable in his craft.  He completed the job quite efficiently, all while keeping a huge smile on his face despite my disposition. When I need a locksmith in the future, I will definitely request CJ personally. He did a excellent Job and I truly appreciated his patience

So, Like an idiot Thursday during the monsoon I locked my keys in my car. I had to call a locksmith. My dad knows this guy named Peter. I get his number and give him a call. He said alright, I'm on my way. He gets there like Superman! He was helping me out and taking care of business in no time. What caught me by surprise is the guy was doing all of this in the rain! That no joke it's raining, rain. Peter is a lifesaver!!! I called and in less than 10 minutes I'm back on the road. He is reliable, affordable, and was so nice through my whole idiotic mistack. Being so nice, even though I know he just wanted to get out of the rain. Hands down, the best I locked my keys in the car story ever!!

Rob was great. We sent a text late at night for an issue and he immediately responded. He was there first thing in the morning and quickly got our lock situation taken care of. Fast, courteous and reliable. I highly recommend Rob and United lock and key.

Attitude is everything when it comes to doing business. Remember the line in Lonesome Dove about a surly barkeeep? The guys behind the counter have all the friendliness of a rattlesnake with its tail clamped in a vice. I went in to have them bid a job for me, the sign on the door let me know that they would NOT be the place for my money and business to land. I went ahead and had them make me a few keys, and the attitude they exhibited during that only served to drive home that my initial disgust of their attitude was spot on.

I called JT because I had a piece of broken key stuck inside my front door. He came as early as he could and fixed the lock and made me copies and was very nice, friendly and professional.  Excellent service from the time you call for service until completion. I will most definitely use JT for all my key services again. I'm glad I trusted the reviews on here. He's AWESOME. Thank you !

Worthy! So worthy of this review! From the moment I entered until exit, locksmith and key expert Bill, knew exactly what needed to be done to professionally and expertly duplicate various keys, from boat to RV to basically whatever you need! Definitely worthy of driving from Prescott to git'r done right!

I made the call about 8:30 a.m. and had a service-person at my house by about 9.  Even better - he called when he was ready to get on his way to make sure the timing was right for me.  Hopefully I won't  lock myself out of someplace again, but if I do, I'll be sure to use these friendly folks again.

I called Mr. Rekey this morning to change out a new home (to me) locks, never sure who has keys and want to be safe.  They sent Gus the technician out and he fixed everything.  The cost was surprisingly low for 7 locks.  Gus even helped out with another door to get it to work (not part of service we paid for but he did it anyway).  Gus was quick, efficient had all of the parts and was very nice to work with.  I will use Mr. Rekey again thanks to Gus.  I would also recommend Mr. Rekey to anyone, great price, great service and speedy.

Tim was wonderful - our contractor accidentally locked us out of our house , we were made aware of this while still out of town  and we thought by chance the new garage door was hooked up and we could access the house by the garage . Wasn't the case. Called and spoke to ether Tom or Nick . Had a call back immediately with an accurate arrival time and Tim was here and we are in the house !

I broke my key fob for my 2010 Nissan Altima and lost the motherboard so my car was stuck at my job. I called Tyrone and he only charged me a $100 flat fee! Other locksmiths were going to charge me 165-400. Which was INSANE! He was awesome enough to meet me where the car was located and he was very professional and kind! If you ever have any troubles with your keys or locks I highly recommend this gentleman! :)

Yeah, these guys know what they're doing.  I had a very expensive, old Russwin front door set..lost the keys..pain in the ass to rekey.  Came up with solution that looks better than I expected. Kudos

I sent my Son to them so they could  help with a truck hitch where he lost the keys.  I called him later he said they did a fantasic job..and they
went out of their way to help him..and he was so pleased with the service.

I have used them for my personal lock services, and everytime I go there
they are very friendly and nice. Also they have a Mobile Service.

But most important is they know the lock business.  I live up north in Phoenix, but I drive over 30-minutes to get there. Why? They are the best and their prices are very fair.

I have Locksmiths by my home 10 minutes away and If call with my questions it  seems they are more concerned with how much money they are going to charge me.

But here they listen to my problem, give me the different options and they do a great job.
