Had a potential security breach so I called Diamondback looking for rekeying of all 5 of our locks whenever they could get to it and 'POOF' 30 minutes later Michael arrived, went to work and completed the project most riki-tik. Quick work, polite and competitively priced

It's a small store but this guy does great locksmithing work. Unfortunately for me it wouldn't duplicate a key that said do not duplicate on it but that's no big deal next time I'll just grind it off

We had some outdoor storage locks that were quite old, but had always worked, and now we couldn't get them open.  

Called Robert and he came over within the hour, opened one lock, but we decided that the other 2 had to be cut off, which he did.  Since we had 4 other storage locks, and needed to have one 'matched' set, he was very helpful in guiding us at the local hardware store to get two sets of 4 master lock padlocks with one key for each set of 4.  This was a fine solution, and quite reasonably priced.

We also had a sticky deadbolt lock on one of the house doors, and Robert was able to re-install it so it worked properly, all within the minimum charge for a house visit.

Delighted to work with him, and he'll be the one we call if we ever had another lock problem.

too expensive for the price ,charged $ 140 per hour plus service call of another 90 dollars for a issue that he was not able to resolve completely

We live out of town and own 2 town homes.  The first time we called they were to the town home and repaired the problem in 5 minutes.  I talked to the tech and he recommended replacing the locks in the near future.  Recently we were in the area and had Pinnacle replace locks on both of our town homes.  I met the owner Chris and he was a great person to work with.  He showed up on time, had all the right equipment and charged a reasonable rate.  I highly recommend Pinnacle for the nice job they did.

I received a flyer in the mail with a new move in re-key special. I called that day to set an appointment, and he was available the next day. Ernie re-keyed all of my locks in about an hour. I had been all over trying to get a key made to fit my custom door locks.(all the usuals like Home depot, Lowes, Ace etc...)     no one could make a key that  actually WORKED due to some special configurations and age of the home door lock.
Pro Lock  was recommended so... before I spent a fortune on new door locks , I tried it.  Now I have all the keys I need... and I saved a bunch over changing all my locks.
