I have been meaning to write this before the Holidays but got caught up in the celebrations. I asked to have a BMW motorcycle key duplicated for bags on a 2015. Looking at the key it seems virtually impossible that anyone could ever replicate the interior groove design of an advanced technology key - however these guys did it flawlessly. I was in disbelief at the level of skill.  Each of these keys cost around $300 to replace and I purchased two replacements which saved me over $500.  Their customer service is exceptional and their skills for duplicating keys is even better. I want to thank them for giving me such a great price on such a difficult key to replicate. You can't go wrong using this locksmith as I give them my highest recommendation.

A+ Experience. Called on Thursday and got a Friday morning appointment to change locks at our new house.
Was advised they would call when they were in route.  Down to business on arrival. Very pleasant and professional, and priced reasonably. No complaints whatsoever and would not hesitate to recommend. Found our new locksmith!  Many thanks Scott and Terry for a job done right.

Jacob was amazing! Called around 5:30 and they had someone out at 7:00 to replace our lock on our mailbox. Jacob did an amazing job and was quick. Best customer service! They were so polite on the phone! 5/5 stars for everything for this company. Highly recommend and will use again!

Since our job wasn't a very complicated one, we weren't in a big rush, and Robert was in the area, Robert squeezed us in and arrived within 30 minutes as promised.  Robert provided professional work, he has great work ethics, and has a wonderful attitude and personality.  I highly recommend United Lock and Key.  Deserved 10 stars!

Bobby was on time and worked efficiently to rekey 13 locks and reprogram our garage door openers. He was friendly but professional, waited patiently as I double checked all 5 keys in all 13 locks only to find everything working perfectly. Would definitely recommend ACME!

JT's is a great key and locksmith company. I've had them to my home in Maricopa for a couple different re-key projects. Always very courteous and one of the more affordable solutions in Maricopa. Worthy! So worthy of this review! From the moment I entered until exit, locksmith and key expert Bill, knew exactly what needed to be done to professionally and expertly duplicate various keys, from boat to RV to basically whatever you need! I had my keys redone when I moved into my new home and booked online through yelp. The owner was very responsive and friendly! I bought a home from out of state so I wasn't going to be here when the tech came to change the locks, so I asked my uncle to come and be present to unlock the doors etc. The whole process was seamless which was refreshing since I was dealing with so much buying a home out of state and having to schedule so many different things. Regarding the job, the tech was super quick and knowledgeable! Everything works perfectly and I am contacting them again since I bought new stainless steel locks and need the old brass swapped out. I will be referring any family or friends here who need lock assistance!!

Quick and easy! Nick showed up in less than 30 minutes and popped open the door in a minute. We were so glad. To find someone open after hours and easy to work with. I would say it was priced at about what I expected, so I wasn't too disappointed in that end. Would call again.

I locked myself out of my house this morning and other places I had called told me they couldn't get to me for an hour or more. Lucky for me Tyrone, who is the owner, happened to be nearby and was able to get to me very quickly. When he arrived, he got right to work. He was very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing and answered all my questions. He was very professional and easy to talk to which is always nice. Definitely give him a call if find yourself in need of a locksmith.

I was having trouble with the lock to my gas tank on my truck.  Turns out the auto key was not original and very worn.  They tried a number of methods and go it open.  Five minutes later I was on my way with two new keys.  They are very professional and have a lot of experience.  Very affordable too.

Our car key stopped working and i called and spoke to someone here that gave me a quote and an eta. (Piece needed to come in, in order for them to fix it). Called July 5th and 3 WEEKS later they still have NOT fixed it. I've been the ONLY one calling them to get any updates and they always told me that they'd come that day when i did call them. I understand being a small business and being swamped but we live right behind the business and it's been a ridiculously amount of time and ZERO attempts to update me. Can't speak on their work so am only speaking on their service.
