Got my key fixed by Corey in October 2015. Not only was he an hour late to the appointment I set, he super glued my key fob together. This left my key stuck out and not retracting in like it was meant to. To make matters worst my key battery died in December. So now I am out the 160 bucks I was charged to fix the key and the nice remote features don't work and I can't change the battery because it is super glued shut. So now I am faced with the choice of getting a whole new vw key programmed and being out the 500 bucks that will cost, or hacking my key apart now trying to Frankenstein it together. Paid for a new fob and got a massive head ace.

An amazing family service, I called a few places and they had the best prices on a programed remote key! I was originally going to spend extra money on my car being towed to a Toyota dealership to have it made there but they helped me save on that by coming to me. I definitely recommend this locksmith

Good availability.  Right on time for appt. Did what we needed done at a fair price.  Even helped me re-hang a mirror when he was done.  Recommended.

After a different safe mover flaked on me two days before our move, I contacted Arizona Lock and Safe and hoped they would be able to squeeze in our job.  

I sent a (rather panicked) email at 9pm and received a response almost immediately.  I was directed to call Scott in the morning to see if they could help.  Scott got me scheduled for the next day.  I couldn't believe it!

John and Brady arrived on time, explained everything, and got to work.  They were quick, efficient, and super-careful moving a very large safe.  

The price was reasonable, as well.  The fee is by the hour, and these guys wasted no time.  Great job!  I would definitely use Arizona Lock and Safe again and highly recommend them.

Tim answered my service request right away.  He came out the early the next morning and reset my front door lock to fit my existing key that unlocks all the other locks in my home.  He was very courteous and professional.  The problem was solved in record time and the amount he quoted - very reasonable - was the amount he charged.  Highly recomend this company and will definetly use Lockology again when the need arises.  Thanks Tim!!!

Called and spoke to Tim there in-house "Hoppe" locks expert and explained that i had a broken lock mechanism on the bedroom door and a loose handle on the kitchen door" with exactly the same hardware. I emailed "pictures and video" to Tim he then replied to my email with a Hoppe form to fill in which i did and returned and then he said that i needed two internal gear replacement parts to fix the issues. After doing a little more research on the web i found that i could remove the lock tumbler with one screw and that one piece could be replaced for $94.00. Tim billed me for 2 complete internal locking mechanisins  at $126.49 a piece

I called back spoke to Tim re the incorrect diagnosis on the bedroom door and asked about sending one of the incorrect pieces back and was told he would not switch out the incorrect piece for the lock that i actually needed which came out to be $4 less than the wrong part he sent me and i payed for and that i would need to pay a 30% restocking fee on the returned part as they don't stock anything from Hoppe and place all orders directly.
So after sending pictures and video and still receiving an incorrect part as the customer im pretty much told to go pound sand its your problem, about as shitty service as you can get one this one.

This is a one star because I can't rate any lower.

My daughter locked herself out of her car today. She called orange and was quoted $50. The technician Brian showed up and unlocked her door, my daughter gave him the $50. He then changed the quote from $50 to $138. $119 to unlock it plus a $19 service call charge. She did not have the cash and brian proceeds to try to get my daughter to text him her credit card info. REALLY? What kind of company does this?

I called the office and Brian had closed out the invoice at $50. The dispatcher was very helpful and said that $50 was the price even though the invoice said $138. Well, Brian proceeds to text my daughter asking about the rest of the money even though he had closed it out at $50. Needless to say, my daughter blocked him and I texted him telling him that I had called his office and that he wasn't getting anymore money. If he wanted more money, take it up with your employer. He hasn't texted back since.

My advice is to shop around, what reputable company has employees that want you to text them your credit card information? I think your hiring process needs to be more stringent to keep these dishonest scam artists out of your company. Although the customer service rep was very friendly and helpful, I DO NOT recommend using this company because of the shady experience with Brian.

I needed to replace a key for my apartment, so I handed the guy my key and said "I need one just like this" to which he responded "I have one that shape but without the holes" so I told him that was fine and he made the key. I give my card to his daughter and then he hands me the key that has a big stamp on it with the name of the shop and its phone number. As I'm asking if there are any keys that don't have the name because it has to look like I got them at the same place she runs my card. Which wouldn't be a problem except they didn't have any I could use! And she was rude to while I was trying to explain that I couldn't use it with Hicks engraved one it... She said well all we can do it cover it with tape. Really? Tape is the solution? How about giving me my money back because I can't use the key and I specifically said they had to look the same? Ugh

When the individual reviewed my home to re-key locks he had quoted one price. He did not review the total before beginning the job. He did not break down how many locks and the price for each. He ran my debit card before showing me the total. I thought it was the price he mentioned. When he left he handed me the receipt and it was $300 more than what was stated. I would have never allowed him to move forward if I known the total amount. Theres an item on the receipt thats unclear of what was charged.  Never again will I use them.
