An amazing family service, I called a few places and they had the best prices on a programed remote key! I was originally going to spend extra money on my car being towed to a Toyota dealership to have it made there but they helped me save on that by coming to me. I definitely recommend this locksmith

Not trustworthy. They milked extra time out of me and charged more than what was quoted over the phone. Will not use their services again.

Tim answered my service request right away. He came out the early the next morning and reset my front door lock to fit my existing key that unlocks all the other locks in my home. He was very courteous and professional. The problem was solved in record time and the amount he quoted - very reasonable - was the amount he charged. Highly recomend this company and will definetly use Lockology again when the need arises. Thanks Tim!!!

Called and spoke to Tim there in-house "Hoppe" locks expert and explained that i had a broken lock mechanism on the bedroom door and a loose handle on the kitchen door" with exactly the same hardware. I emailed "pictures and video" to Tim he then replied to my email with a Hoppe form to fill in which i did and returned and then he said that i needed two internal gear replacement parts to fix the issues. After doing a little more research on the web i found that i could remove the lock tumbler with one screw and that one piece could be replaced for $94.00. Tim billed me for 2 complete internal locking mechanisins at $126.49 a piece
20 stainless chip board screws $6.40
A $10 dollar charge for a "signature" and $40 for shipping and handling,
$309.38
I called back spoke to Tim re the incorrect diagnosis on the bedroom door and asked about sending one of the incorrect pieces back and was told he would not switch out the incorrect piece for the lock that i actually needed which came out to be $4 less than the wrong part he sent me and i payed for and that i would need to pay a 30% restocking fee on the returned part as they don't stock anything from Hoppe and place all orders directly.
So after sending pictures and video and still receiving an incorrect part as the customer im pretty much told to go pound sand its your problem, about as shitty service as you can get one this one.

3/20 Update: After two days filled with numerous calls back to this company attempting to speak with Denise, the manager, I finally was able to get ahold of her at 10:30 this evening where she proceeded to tell me that because they are not refunding my money because Reuben "fixed the issue " How is that if when he got here, he did nothing more than unlock my doors because I was late for work because of their mistake? She then said that they did me a service by not charging me for unlocking my doors! The reason I had to lock myself out of my car was because of the issue that was supposed to resolved by my $350 repair? Would they reimburse me for my vehicle got stolen because I didn't lock it? Regarding the horrible communication issues, she gave me some dry apology and said that it would be handled. And the reason it took over 3 days to return my calls was because I'm not her only customer. So because they are "busy " decent customer service goes out the window? Great company motto! I'll make sure to mention it when I file a complaint with the BBB.
Horrible customer service!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
Two weeks ago around 8pm, my key got stuck in my ignition. I called this company and they sent out Reuben to repair this issue. Turns out the ignition lock cylinder needed to be replaced. Reuben was able to replace this part that evening so that I would be able to get my son to school on time. I paid the agreed upon $350 for this service and we went our separate ways.
This past Saturday evening after running a few errands, my key wouldn't come out of the ignition, again. So, I called this company back to have someone come out to look at it. I was told to lock my car doors(I only had one key) and Reuben would be back out around 8am the following(Sunday) morning. Turns out that Sunday was Reuben's day off but it took me calling them several times asking about Reuben's eta and almost 4 hours to figure this out. No one thought to check the schedule that morning to make sure the correct people were working. Did they send out a different technician to resolve my issue? Nope. I did get an apology and them telling me that Reuben would be at my place Monday morning to fix this issue before I needed to leave for work at 7:30am. Do you think that they followed through with this?
Monday morning rolls around and I'm patiently waiting on Reuben to arrive so I can start my work week. 7:15 goes by, no Reuben. 7:20 and no Reuben. 7:30, no Reuben. At this point I attempt to call this company again to find out what's going on. All my calls miraculously go straight to voicemail. I must have called 25 times and no answer. Reuben then texts me that he is on his way for my 8am appointment. How is my appointment at 8am when I told the manager and assistant manager that I had to be at work at 8am. I continue trying to reach out to this company to find out where this miscommunication happened. At 8:05am Reuben arrives, at this point I am livid and still has not gotten in contact with anyone from callorange.com. Turns out he sent a message to this company informing them that he would not be able to make it to my place until 8am and since they made the mistake of scheduling him on his day off, if they could reach out to me to confirm that 8am will be okay. He sent this message at 11:26am Sunday. Why didn't anyone call me to inform me of this?!Which So to Reuben I look like a psychotic person blowing up the company's phone asking about an appointment that to him has been confirmed at 8am. ( it turns out they were screening my calls and instead of answering and explaining the situation they insisted on continuously texting Reuben that he needed to call me.) To me, it looked like Reuben is flaking on an appointment that was confirmed before 7:30am with the management team. At that point I just ask him to unlock my doors so I can prevent being even later for work and I let him know that I will be requesting a full refund. Not because I was unhappy with his previous repairs but because of how this company totally dropped the ball with this situation. He agreed that this was handled unprofessionally and he would be reaching out to regarding my refund.
I finally get through and the gentleman took down my information and said that his manager would give me a callback at 3pm when she got. I ended calling her at 4:30pm and she seemed totally confused about the situation. After informing me that because she has no record of my credit card payment and because Reuben is a third party contractor he would be responsible for my return. Even though the invoice given has their company information on it, stating that I am authorizing callorange.com to take the $350 due for the repair. When I further questioned her about that, she said she would speak with Reuben and call me back. That was 5pm this evening...

I needed keys made for our company so I sent one of our drivers in with my company credit card. He was wearing a company shirt that also matched the card and driving a company vehicle with the logo on it too. They were extremely rude to him AFTER they made the keys and said they would not take a company credit card unless that the person whose name was on the card was there. That's me. If I had time to run errands like make keys I wouldn't have sent an employee. I called them after he returned and once again they were very rude. I understand you can't always say "yes" to a customer but there is no need to act like you enjoy making things a little harder for them. I sent my guy back with $15 in cash to cover the keys and will NEVER use or recommend them. I can be told no - just don't celebrate it.

EXTREMELY SHADY AND DISHONEST. PRICE GOUGING! UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE BEHAVIOR. DO NOT USE THEM.
This is what their ad said: "$15 Locksmith, 24/7 Locksmith Chandler Quick And Local We'll Beat Any Price Call Now, 100% Satisfaction · Experienced Technicians." Sounds good, right? Well, I should have shopped around and researched them first.
The technician arrived and checked out the five locks I wanted changed, on a total of three doors. I specifically asked for an estimate before he started the work. He scribbled for a bit, and then came up with an invoice that had four numbers written on it-- $14.99 service call (thus the $15 mentioned in the ad,) and then the numbers 55, 85 and 35. Mentally totaling all of that, it would come to approximately $190. I had expected the entire job to be under $200, so I agreed and signed the invoice, allowing him to begin the work.
He went out to his car for awhile, presumably to make the new locks, and then he installed them. When I asked for the total, he used his phone calculator and came up with the total of $494.99. Outrageous! I said, "Really, that's how much it costs?" Looking down at the same invoice I had already signed, he had added a "4 x" in front of the $55, and a "5 x" in front of the $35. I was outraged and didn't want to pay it, but I also wanted this guy out of my house. I assumed I could fight it later. A half hour later, I called the office and got the same kid, and he told me I'd have to speak to his manager the next day and hung up on me.
Two days later, when I did get the manager (Tony or Tomi, something like that, foreign accent) on the phone, he immediately laid into me, assuming I was another person who had already complained. He wouldn't even listen to what I had to say. His tone was smug and argumentative right from the beginning, and he told me there was nothing I could do because I signed the invoice. (Turns out he's right, because I tried to deny the charges through Visa.) He told me that there's no way his technician would have added numbers to the invoice after the fact, "Because my technicians are very well trained." Yes, very well trained in the art of scamming people. And then in the next breath, the manager said, "Well, we don't know how much it's going to cost until the work is completed." What? When I told the manager I would be writing a negative Yelp review, he said, "Go for it." So here it is. So just want to warn everyone-- get a solid estimate upfront and DO NOT use this company.
