Best Locksmiths in Phoenix, AZ

Found RJ Locksmith on Yelp, who referred me to Turn Key Locksmith to replace my car key fob. Called Turn Key last night and actually talked to Corey, the owner. He was straightforward and honest about his pricing. I scheduled for him to come out the next morning. Corey was on time and friendly when he showed up. He did an an awesome job and was done quickly.  

I spent a lot of time looking for a locksmith, and kept getting big companies who sub-contract out to random technicians. All the technicians charged different prices and many were dishonest in their pricing strategy, refusing to tell me the cost or only telling me after I told them someone else's quote.

Long story short, Corey was a breath of fresh air.

An amazing family service, I called a few places and they had the best prices on a programed remote key! I was originally going to spend extra money on my car being towed to a Toyota dealership to have it made there but they helped me save on that by coming to me. I definitely recommend this locksmith

American Patriot Lock and Key is our go-to for locksmiths. Their staff is fast, effective, friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend them.

Not trustworthy. They milked extra time out of me and charged more than what was quoted over the phone. Will not use their services again.

I needed someone that could open a safe for me. Cory was able to get out to us the same day. Called when he was on the way too. Quoted us a price and thats what we paid. Very happy with them and would us them again and recommend them as well. Thank you Cory.

HORRIBLE service! Bill, one of the sales people was one of the rudest people I have ever met!!! Would not let me speak and kept telling me I could not say what I was saying when I complained about their return policy. I told him I can say and think what I want and he told me he can choose to accept my return or not and he doesn't have to do busy with me.  Zero value foe customers or women in general. I will NEVER do business with them and will share my experience with anyone I meet! HORRIBLE....RUDE...SERVICE!

Worthless! Called in an URGENT situation and was told they'd ARRIVE in 15 mins. We gave two phone numbers. After 22 mins, called them back and they said that nobody was coming because they tried the phone numbers and "nobody answered" so they didn't send anyone. They absolutely NEVER called either phone. We both had our phones in hand and had fantastic service. I will never use or suggest these liars to anyone.

I needed keys made for our company so I sent one of our drivers in with my company credit card.  He was wearing a company shirt that also matched the card and driving a company vehicle with the logo on it too.  They were extremely rude to him AFTER they made the keys and said they would not take a company credit card unless that the person whose name was on the card was there.  That's me.  If I had time to run errands like make keys I wouldn't have sent an employee.  I called them after he returned and once again they were very rude.  I understand you can't always say "yes" to a customer but there is no need to act like you enjoy making things a little harder for them.  I sent my guy back with $15 in cash to cover the keys and will NEVER use or recommend them.  I can be told no - just don't celebrate it.

I wish I could give this a .5 or 0 stars. I had an emergency locking my keys in my car with no phone no way of getting ahold of anyone I knew. I was in the middle of Phoenix and a circle k on 16th and Indian school where one of the female employees took the phone away from me while trying to get a hold of someone to help. Thankfully a man who was a medical transport was nice enough to let me use his phone to find a locksmith. The top one came up and it said $15 locksmith so I called and I just figured from the advertisement it would be 15 and maybe a little more. I was sadly mistaken... $275 later and it took the guy maybe 10 mins to open. He told me my Honda Civic is the HARDEST CAR to open and that's why it was so much. I didn't have any choice but to pay. My fiancé called other people he knew once I was able to get a hold of him. Everyone said it should be 90 tops and there are companies like this one scam people and give a bad name to reputable companies. I feel I was taken advantage of and this place needs to be shut down. I wish I read reviews but I didn't have a phone to be able to do that. I hope this helps at least one person.
