Best Locksmiths in Phoenix, AZ
I had lost ALL the keys to my RV (including the hitch lock ) and only realized it a day before I was planning to head out to the lake for a long weekend of kayaking. Corey answered the phone the first time I called and was able to come out at a convenient time for me and get all the locks rekeyed in less than 30 minutes! Super awesome service, excellent prices and great communications. I will definitely be using his services again when I need a locksmith. Thanks for saving the day Corey!

An amazing family service, I called a few places and they had the best prices on a programed remote key! I was originally going to spend extra money on my car being towed to a Toyota dealership to have it made there but they helped me save on that by coming to me. I definitely recommend this locksmith

Owner came out a few hours after I called him. I had accidentally thrown away my key to the back yard gate padlock. He was able to open it and I bought much more substantial padlock from him. Great service at a very fair price.

Tim answered my service request right away. He came out the early the next morning and reset my front door lock to fit my existing key that unlocks all the other locks in my home. He was very courteous and professional. The problem was solved in record time and the amount he quoted - very reasonable - was the amount he charged. Highly recomend this company and will definetly use Lockology again when the need arises. Thanks Tim!!!

Ok so here is my experience. On Wednesday my dad called a number he found on google which was called A1 locksmith 623-335-0911. He was quoted a price of 15.00 for the service call and 19.00 per lock to change out all our locks (8). I then called and spoke with the same person as my dad (james) and he confirmed the pricing. We were told that was all inclusive. We set an appt for 10am Thursday. At 10am the next day I get a call from CALL ORANGE saying he's late. He ended up being 2 hours late. He shows up and tried to tell me the service call is 35.00 and 25 per lock. I told him what we were quoted. He tried to upsell me for most of the time but then relented and wrote me out a receipt and asked me to sign it. After signing I looked down and saw that he included a charge for 60.00 an hour for labor on top of everything else. I told him that was not disclosed and that I'd have to call A1 back and speak to james to sort this out. When I phoned the number, the person who answered said he'd never heard of james and insisted that no one by that name worked there. I told him that I'd only ever phoned 1 locksmith period at that point so there was no way I'd phoned the wrong number back since he said he was a locksmith. The number matched up to james'. He was quite rude and when I told him the price change he tried to say that that was one estimate and that it would be 15.00 AND UP for a service call and 19.00 and up per lock. That was definitely not what was agreed to. I told the guy from Call Orange I didn't want to continue and I took the signed invoice and tore it up. He insisted I give him the invoice back for his taxes even though he did none of the work. Then he insisted I pay him for the service call. I told him I didn't have cash on me and after all that had happened didn't feel comfortable giving him my credit card. He insisted I go to an ATM and give him the money so he followed me to my bank and I gave him the cash. Then I called Old Glory locksmith and got a price quote half of what the Call Orange guy tried to charge me. I then told him about my experience with a call Orange and he deducted that amount off my bill so the total I paid was even less. He said it was important to him that locksmiths not be given a bad name and he didn't want me to have a bad impression of locksmiths. He was so honest and good and did all work as agreed. I'd highly recommend Old Glory if you want an honest locksmith. I also learned that A1 locksmith has a bunch of people they contract out to who rip people off. Call Orange is just one of them

I wish I could give this a .5 or 0 stars. I had an emergency locking my keys in my car with no phone no way of getting ahold of anyone I knew. I was in the middle of Phoenix and a circle k on 16th and Indian school where one of the female employees took the phone away from me while trying to get a hold of someone to help. Thankfully a man who was a medical transport was nice enough to let me use his phone to find a locksmith. The top one came up and it said $15 locksmith so I called and I just figured from the advertisement it would be 15 and maybe a little more. I was sadly mistaken... $275 later and it took the guy maybe 10 mins to open. He told me my Honda Civic is the HARDEST CAR to open and that's why it was so much. I didn't have any choice but to pay. My fiancé called other people he knew once I was able to get a hold of him. Everyone said it should be 90 tops and there are companies like this one scam people and give a bad name to reputable companies. I feel I was taken advantage of and this place needs to be shut down. I wish I read reviews but I didn't have a phone to be able to do that. I hope this helps at least one person.
