I got into the Locksmith business through a family member about 5 years ago, and was taught by the best of the best to have old style car keys made .  
By the time i was doing  about 6-7 car keys a day, I started bringing in the newest technology to be able to make and program keys for automotive, commercial and residential jobs. I pride myself on our reputation of good service, honest work and fair pricing.

I had scheduled a technician to come by my house to check up on some locks that needed to be replaced. The bad part was that they came in 2.5 hours late when I wasn't even available anymore. They had the gall to blame this on me.

Another 5 star review for Johnny Locksmith. We recently purchased a new home in the valley and needed to get the home rekeyed. So there I was...locked out of my house in my pajamas. I gave Johnny Locksmith a call to see how long it would take to get someone out to me. Luckily, they had a guy only 10 minutes away! He showed up and had my door unlocked within one minute.
Very fast, very reliable.

So if you ever find yourself hanging out on your front porch in an embarrassing outfit because your key is inside... call these guys.
They'll have you back safely in your home, away from any judging eyes.

Johnny was responsive and came to unlock my condo after locking my keys inside. He was also able to install my smart
lock while he was there for an additional fee! I did feel that it was a bit pricey for the time but I think that is fairly standard for locksmiths. I would use again.

Called at 8am and they said they could have a technician let me back in my house by 9am. 9am rolls around then they tell me the technician is unable to do the job. You couldn't have told me that an hour ago???Now I have to find another company and probably wait another hour. How is this place even in business?

The lock of my front door was hopelessly stuck and after browsing the reviews on yelp I decided to go with these guys. The serviceman arrived within half an hour of my call and with special tools was able to get the door open, replace the broken part and reconfigure the locking mechanism so that I did not need a new set of keys. Pricing was good considering the speed and efficiency of the service and the courteousness of the serviceman, who followed the precautionary covid-19 safety protocols.

VERY UPSET WITH THIS COMPANY. Was helped by Jerome a few days ago when my father was locked out of his car. He informed us that the key was not the problem but instead it was the key door hole that had to be replaced. We were very satisfied by his help. He told us to go to the office to get this fixed but now that I went out of my way to pick up my fathers car and drive it down here, NO ONE IS ANSWERING. Not sure how a 24/7 company, especially when they specifically told me to come here, is not answering but-

Although they were running a little late they did call and let me know they were .running behind and they spent a very wonderful amount of time on our problem I also needed a couple of other things done & they handled those properly too while they were at it. So I got the keys to my new place today & actually was missing a few keys. It had been on the market for a couple of months, so who knows what happened to them? At any rate, I had already bought a new lock & handset for the front door. I also needed a lock replaced on a storage door, & a patio door with a missing key rekeyed.

I found these guys on Yelp, & they were able to come out the same day. The guys did a great job. They had to take off the crappy lock that was on the front door, & do a whole new installation which involved drilling holes in the door, etc. They did fast work. I'd definitely recommend them to a friend & would use them again myself.

He charged $140 to unlock and remove the inner workings of the lock on a storeroom. He dropped all of the fragments and lock parts on the floor and didn't clean any of it up. He just walked away. I won't call him again.

Totally recommend this locksmith.  Did service the same day. After another company tried but failed to open the doors to my Honda crv  with a dead battery.  This company came and had the doors open within 5 minutes. Wonderful and highly recommend.

So I called many locksmith after I lost my car keys , I was reading online and understood that there is many scammers at this business, I called to couple locksmiths business in the area to take a quote and they all was way more expensive and after I saw the reviews of this company I decided to take a quote from them.
At that time I used to live in Phoenix I called them and Johnny to owner was speaking with me , he was really friendly and honest and the most important things he gave me half price than the others wanted
After I told him that I need the key ASAP he was super helpful and came right away !
After 20 minutes I had the keys in my hand
,I couldn't believe he did it so fast !!!!
maybe it was over a year ago but I still remember how happy I was with this service so thank you very much Johnny locksmith I really appreciate you honesty and your fair prices !!!
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND about him since that to all of my friends that need a new key or just lockout of their house!!!!

We had two homes re-keyed one due to a lockout one was a new purchase . The service was timely and technicians arrived on time, the quality of work was excellent and Moses the first technician went out of his way to free my locked in dog !! The second technician was also excellent and got the job done!

UPDATE:
After last review (may or may not be connected - but believe it is ) I felt the need to write an update. I had received a call from Abby at the company who left a voicemail. I called her back and she was extremely nice and very apologetic over what had happened. She said she had taken it on her own to let the owner know what had happened, and offered to send someone the same day if I wanted to change my locks and at no charge. Again, my problem happened after someone stole my backpack that had a copy of keys to my home in it as well as my address and more. When their tech, Jerome didn't show, I didn't sleep well wondering if someone was going to be coming in my home. I was impressed that they offered to resolve the problem and without my asking. They certainly deserved a chance as does everyone. The biggest problem (and why I upgraded their rating, but only to 4 stars), Jerome was the only tech available. Even he deserved a 2nd chance. She said he would call me. He did not, then. I called back and she was very upset since about 20 minutes had passed. He finally did call, and left a message while I was on the  phone. I called back, but got a message that his voice mail was not set up! Are you kidding me? I called again to Abby who did a 3 way call. He said he would be here in about 15 minutes. He did show up, wearing a mask and following all "suggestions for Covid". I thought this can still work. Unfortunately, every time he then came in my home, the mask was gone, while I sat there wearing one, being at high risk. Should I be the one to take all the precautions in my own home? Then I am watching him.... and listening to him. I see him having trouble with the lock and pushing hard with the screwdriver. Then I actually hear him say to himself "Great, now it's broken, what do I do now?" I asked what the problem was and he said the screw broke off. I asked broke off where? He tells me inside the lock! I asked if he could fix it, and he replied: "well, I Don't have some magic tool." I asked what happened the night before, and he said, he "lost track of time, and was concentrating". I was thinking - OK, so when the job was finished, he couldn't call? He actually did apologize, but did it really matter since he had to be sent here by the boss, and still managed to break a screw in my lock and leave it that way?
In the end, I will revise my opinion of Johnny Locksmith after seeing that Abby does care about the business and the customers. I think you probably should give them a  call if you have a problem.... BUT... if Jerome shows up at your door, I would definitely say "NO THANKS". This man either needs more training (a lot more - and not just in changing locks, but in customer relations also, and definitely needs to learn not to lie to the customer! I had several including when after hearing him say "great, now it is broken" he tried to suggest that the screw could have been broken before. Oh please... I had the lock changed about 6 months ago when I moved in. Does anyone really think if it was broken then the screw wouldn't have fallen out by now, or the lock wouldn't be moving?
Again, I did mention this to Abby and she was again very apologetic and concerned with everything that happened, so bottom line, take a chance on Johnny Locksmith, but lock Jerome out!

Luis put all new locks on our new home: front, back, and garage. I was extremely picky about the color and having them all match. Luis searched his supplier until he found the perfect ones. He was patient, accommodating, and very professional. He didn't leave until all the doors shut and locked perfectly without sticking!

When you drop a grand on all new Schlage locks, you kind of expect this level of service. And that's exactly what you'll get with Luis at Johnny Locksmith.

What a SCAM!!! We were stranded at the airport after my husband left our keys at security in our vacation city. When arriving to our layover airport we called to schedule this locksmith for our arrival at our home airport a few hours later. Initial call was at 4:30pm and scheduled a 7:30pm appt. once we landed we called to confirm our appt 20mins later and the Jerome told us he was on his way, about 30mins out. We mentioned we had 2 young children so please hurry. An hour later, now 830pm we called again to ask where he was. Again he said on his way, 20mins out this time. Another hour passes and still not there. We call again questioning his arrival- we called other locksmiths but no one else was available as it was a Saturday late evening at this point. This time he says he is on his way and finally asks a more specific location at the airport for where we are. It is now almost 10pm  when Jerome finally arrives about 1030pm he starts to open the door then before programming the key quotes us a price for a basic key. We asked the pricing on the phone at 430pm and we're quoted $220 for basic key, no FOB. The new quote was now $310. WAIT. . .WHAT???? 3 hours late to the appt and now you want to charge us more??? What BS! We argued that wasn't the price we were quoted and Jerome simply stated  "sorry, I was just guessing the prices earlier when I quoted you". UNACCEPTABLE  With 2 toddlers and having traveled 4hrs to then wait on curb for another 3hrs this guy knew we had no other option than to pay whatever "new" price he said. We were able to get it down to $265 but not without fuss. We finally left the airport at 11:15pm. While Jerome was there, he answered 2 calls for new appts. Both he quoted 30mins. He was with us for about an hour. He lied to both of those people about timing. Definitely a miserable experience and the 2 over tired, hungry toddlers weren't even the worst of it. This company was! Jerome was! AWFUL SERVICE, CUSTOMER SERVICE, and NO RESPECT FOR THEIR CLIENTS

Got locked out from my apartment in the morning and fortunately reached out to Johnny Locksmith. Within 5 min of calling, a locksmith named Jacob called me and showed up 20 min later.

He greased up the lock and in just a minute, popped open the door. Jacob did an awesome job quickly and at a fair price. If I get locked out again, I'll be sure to call these guys again.

Locking one-self out is about humbling as it gets...BUT..when you have to you have to...These guys were quick,  price appropriate and didn't make any jokes as I stood outside my house. =)

Highly skilled, customer service driven and professional! These are the three qualities that come to mind when I think of Johnny. I could not be happier with the interaction and the final product.

I had a complex service request. I needed a functional lock, with a key, for an old sliding glass door. Johnny went above and beyond to make sure I had a working lock. He had to do some modifications to the sliding glass door, the door frame and had to special order a lock. Johnny did an excellent job keeping me updated as he searched for and then waited for the specially ordered parts to be shipped.

Johnny will now be my go-to guy for all my lock and key needs.

Johnny Locksmith came within two hours of me contacting him to rekey few locks in a rental house in Arcadia. He was polite, efficient, and very fair price wise in my opinion for the services he provided. I wouldn't hesitate to contact him again for another lock job.

We had a situation that we needed a door rekeyed I  a hurry,  I checked my usual spots and did not find what I needed so..... Time to Yelp. A simple search for "Locksmith" and 3 down was Johnny Locksmith.
Called and had a few questions and he was able to reassure me they can take care of us.
So they made my appointment the next day and Osher was there when he said he would be and he was able to remove and rekeyed the lock on a quick fashion.
After his Awesome Yelp Deal it was less than expected.
My family can sleep easy and I don't have to exercise CASTLE DOCTRINE

The lock smith showed up and did a great job but I'm docking them 3 stars for their prices. They are super expensive. He met at the property and spent 1 hour, total bill $350.00, ouch. My attorney doesn't even charge that much lol.

This appears to be a referral service and I think you would be much better off working directly with a lock smith.

These guys are the best of the best and FAST. like real fast. The lady I spoke to was quick and thorough. She dispatched me to the locksmith jacob in a heartbeat. Jacob was very considerate of my situation with the timing, location, and even where I stood economically. Worked their ways around the best they could to fulfill my needs. And they did. If it wasnt for this company I'd be living in my new apartment full of nothing. And now I have everything thanks to johnny locksmith and their incredible team. Last year, I wanted to replace my remote key for my car so I initially asked the Honda dealership how much they would replace it for. They quoted me over $1,000 - for one key fob! Are you serious?!! So luckily, I had a spare car key and I declined. Honda is out of their minds!!!!

Fast forward to months later and I misplaced my only car key and I needed a locksmith asap! Osher came to my residence. He was friendly and in less than an hour, I had a remote car key in my hands that worked! It opened my trunk and unlocked/locked my doors. Hallelujah!! But that's not the best part....

He charged me $160!! Over $800 LESS than Honda would of charged me!!! I felt like I won a small lotto!

Don't get scammed by the dealership or anywhere else. Go to Osher - he is great at what he does with fantastic prices!!!

I was locked out of my apartment at my own fault I went to yelp and found these guys literally less than 5 min they showed up. It took Avi 10 min to get me in my house and save the day. These aguys are professional and are fair I recommend them to anybody

You won't believe this but I actually locked myself out AGAIN!!! And this time I had no doubts or fear because I know I have a friend in the business Johnny really does take pride in his work and doing business with him twice in one week really helped me ensure this guy really does care. Super busy guy, probably barely sleeps or his sleep is interrupted with the overnight calls, but he's super Friendly and straight to business.

My Key wasn't turning in ignition cylinder, he just made a few key cuts and it works perfect, I can even lock my car door now haha. Before you replace everything, have him check your car key. He chips and cuts right then and there. Remember to also clean your ignition key cylinder with compressed air and electric cleaner annually at least!

Johnny Locksmith was at my house for 15 minutes. Ten of those minutes were spent arguing about how irrational, greedy and unethical Johnny Locksmith is.

I removed a screen from my window and crawled into my house  after Johnny Locksmith showed up. I let my self in. The only reason I started looking for other ways in was because Johnny Locksmith kept complaining that he wasn't used to picking locks that are horizontal. After I crawled in through my window,  Johnny Locksmith argued with me for 10 minutes after I agreed to pay him his $55 trip fee but refused to pay the additional $65 fee for getting me in the house, because I was able to let myself in before he could pick my lock.

Being locked out is stressful enough. Going back and forth arguing with a Locksmith about what's fair and ethical after you've been locked out adds even more stress.

If you want to pay a locksmith $120 to just show up for 5 minutes, Johnny Locksmith is your guy.

Johnny is AMAZING! We had three other companies come out(including the Mercedes dealership) and none of them could figure out how to open the car, as the battery is dead and the keys were locked in the trunk. He opened the car in 15 minutes- and he was super reasonable. He will be the first person I call if I ever need a locksmith. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

What can I say Amazing company! Shawn with Johnny Locksmith really pulled through for us when we need them in a pinch. 24hour emergency service no problem, New Year's Eve no problem, be there in 15 mins NO PROBLEM. I'm so glad I called these guys. I too am a own a local business and let me to you what a breath of fresh air it was to deal with professional, knowledgeable lock smith who are trained technicians with keys with computer chips in them. I have been using Johnny Locksmith for a while because he was reasonable or he would negotiate his price. Today one of his workers came to my house to rekey a 2006 Chevy Avalanche which we all know doesn't need to be reprogrammed but there is no chip. When I had called Johnny he gave me a price of $140 which was super reasonable. After the service man re-keyed my husbands truck, the service man asked if he needed an extra key. Now my husband not knowing that his truck key doesn't need to be reprogrammed said yes to the man that he like a extra key. The service man said it was $40. So my husband thought it was a good deal he took again not knowing that the key didn't need to be reprogrammed.  After all was done my husband hands me a key saying he got a extra key for thinking he did a good job for me. I asked him how much did you spend and he said $180. I said no, wait what? The price was $140 and then he said he charged me $40 for a spare. I said are you kidding me, we could have went to Home Depot to get a duplicate key for $2. So basically Johnny I will never use your service again. I have referred people to you and I will never ever do it again. That was a very dirty move to get over on someone who has been loyal to you. Called Johnny at about 5pm today (Friday).  The ignition to my 2006 Honda Element would not turn.  He answered, and let me know he could have someone arrive in about 1.5 hours.  Exactly on time, Sean arrived and is finishing up me new keys and lock mechanism.  I am very impressed at thier service and promptness.  Sean explained what he was doing and invited me to look on.  I'm very grateful for thier ability to get me taken care of late on a Friday.

A HUGE thank you to Johnny Locksmith!! They sent Avi my way yesterday and he was impeccable! He helped calm my nerves since I had no idea what to do and was freaking out. He had made one set and it didn't work so he told me he had to go about 30 mins away to make it again with a different machine; he was literally back within the 30! With a fresh set of keys!! After I locked myself out of my house Jacob came to unlock both my security door and front door and he was great! He arrived in 10 minutes and was able to get all 3 locks (one which is upside down) unlocked with no problems. I highly recommend him!

If you own a luxury car, avoid this business. I had an appointment and drove to the store and it was closed. I was told they would come to me and they never kept that appointment either. I had to drive 25 minutes back to the store, and they could not program the key for my Jag after they told me they could. They cloned a key that doesn't always work so I spent $150 for virtually no result. If you want a key cut and programmed for your high end car, go elsewhere.

MAKE SURE to ask him to NOT send PLACIDO'S LOCKSHOP to provide your service. Placido is a terrible person. My child had been admitted into Children's hospital, when we were finally being discharged I realized I lost my car key. I called Johnnie's and he sent Placido. Placido showed up an hour and a half after the time he gave me. Got out of the car and said, "I know I told you $250 but I don't have the faub, I can only do a regular key". I told him I had to call my husband and pulled out my phone. Placido the started yelling at me, said SCREW YOU! Jumped in his truck and drove away. Johnnie's was incredibly apologetic but unfortunately that could not change the fact that I had waited an hour and a half and still did was not able to get in my car.

Outstanding customer service from start to finish. The person who answered the phone explained all my options to change the locks. Offered a suggestion to make the service cheaper. Said he could send a locksmith out in 45 minutes with no rush charge. I called 3 other locksmiths after and Johnny Locksmith had smashed their price and time. Their competition even told me, "no that's a great deal."

The locksmith, Louis, who came to our home was professional, courteous, and a fun guy to talk with. He had our locks changed in no time at all!

Called them at 11:30 and someone arrived in about an hour. The lock to the front door of our business was not working properly, and had been fixed by another locksmith about six months prior.
The previous locksmith fixed the lock mechanism, but failed to notice that the issue started because the door lock did not line up with holes on the connecting door.
The gentleman from Johnny Locksmith made the holes slightly larger and it fixed our problem by 2pm. Great service and reasonably priced!

I called Johnny Locksmith and the locksmith was able to assist me the same day.  I had to have a key fob programmed and I hadn't shopped around, he was actually the first one I came across that specialized in what I needed which was programming it for my BMW.  I felt the price was reasonable considering the research I had done online about the approximate cost.  I stayed in the office while he went into the sweltering heat to program my fob.  Johnathan is very personable and willing to provide advice and insight.  Happy I found him!

This afternoon I had the bright idea to relax outside in the yard with a couple of cocktails with my mate. It is so nice outside! Threw on some shorts and sat down in the sun. She followed me a minute later and cringed at me. "Did you happen to bring your keys?" Um, no. Why, I ask? No reason -- other than she locked the door behind her and couldn't get back in. *face palm* ... I will spare you the middle part, where we lament at how nice it would be to be inside the house, eating food, and being able to go to the bathroom whenever we wanted.
In walks Mr Magic! Right when he said he would appear. He came quickly, and the lock to our kitchen door was opened within 3 minutes. No problem! He was friendly, as well. That is always a plus. I mean he could have had a surly attitude, what with the shenannigans of 2 silly girls locking themselves out of their own home... but he was cordial and helpful. The price was relievingly (yes I just made that a word - go tell urbandictionary for me will ya?)  decent as well. So hip hip hooray for Mr Magic (or Johnny Locksmith, whichever you think is best)!

I have used their services twice now. The first time, I had them come out to replace my Ford Fusion key fob. It was $300. I thought at the time, that price was ridiculous but brushed it off because it was done correctly and they came out to me the same day. The second time, I locked myself out of my bedroom and they came out within 30 minutes and were able to unlock it for me. I figured it couldn't be more than $50 to unlock a door.. It was $85 just for that. When I got the invoice for the service, it stated it was $55 just for the trip charge and $30 for the unlocking of my door. We live 3 miles exactly from the address they have listed on yelp. The prices are INSANE. And I'm sure I could get the same quality of service, if not better, elsewhere. The only reason I am giving two stars is because of the quick response time.

Update- we recently had to have our lock replaced by different locksmith company.  This company originally came our and changed our two locks. One the front entrance to our business and the other to back door.  A month later the entire lock fell out of the back door.  They came out and replaced it.  We have not had any further issues with that lock.  Our front door however began to give us problems.  The lock would stick and we would be unable to unlock the door.  It became very difficult to turn both from the inside and also with key from the outside.

I have changed my 5 star to 2 star.

Osher and his associate came all the way out to Scottsdale today to rekey my motorcycle. They were timely and efficient and so friendly! Osher spent his time making sure that everything worked perfectly, which is expected of course, however my bike is a 1989 and he had to use his senses to make new keys for it rather than just using a code!! He 100% exceeded my expectations and he did it all for a great price in my driveway at home. He seriously has everything rigged up in his van for total mobile service!

He was the first to respond. He gave the best price quote. He was constantly responsive when I had questions online and in person. He wins. Hire him.

I reached out by Yelp message at 4:30 PM, and they responded instantly with a quote for my lock-out.  The tech called as soon as I responded to the message with the time he could get here--25 min.  Sure, sure I thought--with this rush hour traffic, I'll be lucky to see him in an hour, then who knows how long it will actually take for him to get the door unlocked...  Surprisingly, the tech arrived at 5:00 PM and it took less than 3 min to get the door unlocked and process the payment using our phones.  I could not be happier.  Fast, efficient, and friendly--Highly recommend!

Locksmith was almost 3 hours late. When I called him 20 minutes after he was supposed to be here, he sounded like he just woke up. Said he would be here in 45 minutes, ok that's understandable. Calls me an hour later says he just left. I felt like he had no value for other peoples time. Once he got here he did do a good job and was able to fix my lock ignition cylinder and did honor the 10% discount offered when you call from yelp. Overall he does good work but if you're stranded somewhere or have to go to work call someone else.

Jonathan is great. I had the deadbolt on my front stuck, Jonathan answered my call right away. It took him a little while longer to finish up the job that he was on when I called, but he would call and update me and to make sure I didn't have an emergency (I didn't).
He and his assistant Shawn showed up, were professional, friendly and efficient. They fixed the problem quickly and I am thrilled with how well the lock works now.

Avi showed up on time, called when he was 15 minutes out and arrived within one hour of calling. He was very professional and courteous. He explained the issue we had with our front door lock, provided options and quickly made the repair, keeping me posted along the way. He even gave me a number to call him directly if we have an issue in the future. I highly recommend Johnny Locksmith based on this experience. These guys were awesome. They came out within 30 minutes to make a key for my car. Unfortunately the key machine was not working properly and the new key wouldn't work, so they took my lock back to their office, and made me two keys for the price of one for the inconvenience, then came back and dropped it off that night. Johnny locksmith provided exceptional service. Gabe came to my house within 20 minutes of my initial call to rekey my lock and change the smartcode, as I just bought the house. He was able to rekey the lock very quickly but had some trouble changing the code so he took the lock back to the office for he and his manager to reprogram it. Within 45 minutes it was back on my door. There was no additional charge for the service, they wanted to make sure that they did it right. I was very appreciative and have nothing but great things to say about them I will recommend them to anyone.

Luis was quick n a nice guy. I will recommend Johnny's for all emergency lock out services. I was locked out bc of my deadbolt on my security door wasn't working correctly. He diagnosed the issue n in a really short time he got the door open without drilling the lock. From call to service was about 40 mins. I figured I'd be waiting all night. I tried to leave my condo one morning and the door handle would not turn at all.  I was able to leave through my garage but still this was not a good scenario. I called Johnny Locksmith and they had someone at my house in less than 15 minutes because he was in the area.  He was able to get to the root of the problem (which was more complicated than I anticipated) and replace my door handle in less than an hour.  Jabe was very professional and helpful, and even sweet to my new dog who is still unsure of visitors.  I was very happy with the level of service and would highly recommend this company for your locksmith needs!  Their prices were very reasonable too!

So, I was lucky to find a locksmith today!
One that I'm sure I'll use again and again. I called Johnny Locksmith and they took care of me.
I got a phone call in the time frame I was told, and the locksmith showed up exactly when he said.

He was very thorough, even calling the lock system manufacturer to figure out how to set the lock and he changed my keys.

So, turns out the guy Luis does not work for Johnny locksmith. The owner called me and informed me that Luis the locksmith that got my door open worked for a different locksmith company. Luis was a previous worker for this company and no longer works there. Yet, he ask people to write a good review for Johnny locksmith. Personally I don't know what to believe. I know I won't that $30 back. I'm not too worried about it. Just be wary about people and their intentions. Apparently honesty isn't too common anymore and people will do anything to make a quick buck. On the other hand. The owner seems like a nice guy and trying to run a business.

Another 5-star review! I called today to have one of my locks "keyed alike." We purchased a new house and one lock did not match the other locks; and we did not have a key for it. Johnny Locksmith was awesome. He charges me $70 for unlocking my car because he was actually close by. When he arrived it only took him 5mins to unlock my car. Once I payed him he was still useful and told me about how if I showed the receipt to my insurance company that I could be reimbursed for my expenses if I had full coverage. Overall it was great service!

I had two very old locks break in the same day. The key opened them yesterday, but not today.  Avi was at my door within 20 minutes and solved my problem within an hour.  He was very polite, efficient and professional.  He explained everything to me so I understood why the locks were too old to just repair again, as they would break again quickly.  Honest, friendly, fast, all at a very fair price.  I highly recommend Avi and Johnny Locksmith!

Everyone I spoke to was very helpful. The person that change my locks was on time did the locks quickly and using Yelp coupon was a great thing that they offered. These guys know what they are doing and go out of their way to fix your lock. Other places I called tried to sell me a new lock set, sight unseen. Admittedly i have kind of a semi-custom set up.

These guys came over on a Sunday afternoon and worked until they fixed it. They had to create a custom fix and now it works better than it did originally.

These guys work really hard and take pride in their work. I won't use anyone else.

I have been in the automotive business for 25 years and know cars WELL.
This guy seems like a crook, and quoted me 300 dollars (others were 120-175) after giving me a b.s story.  I also wonder why the owner Osher Malka (true business name O.b.r.m formerly global marketing...I checked! ) claims to be an AZ native (lie) on his website when he speaks such poor English. He has an extremely heavy accent.... Arabic or Farsi I believe.

Recommend finding someone else!

I had lost my only car key in Old Town Scottsdale Saturday night, and was frantic on Sunday to get my car out of the lot where I had left it. A friend had given me the number for Johnny Locksmith, and I could not be more grateful. Osher picked up right away and met me at my car in no time to take a look at my car lock. Due to a defect with my Vehicle ID number he had to go an alternative route in making my key, however he assured me that he would be able to work around it. With that peace of mind, I went to go get something to eat and an hour later my key was ready. He gave me a reasonable price and definitely saved my Sunday. He worked diligently and even given the obstacle did an amazing job... I will definitely be spreading word that Johnny Locksmith is the best locksmith service in Phoenix. Man are these guys quick! I accidentally left my car keys on my passenger seat since I spilled a drink as I got home from work and went into a panic. Got some quotes on Yelp and Johnny Locksmith replied almost instantly which I was surprised given how late it was. He told me he would send his guy Avi ASAP and man he wasn't kidding! Less than 30 mins and Avi had come and opened up my car door so I could retrieve my keys. He also informed me that most insurance companies will pay you back for something like this and emailed me my receipt so I could do that. I hope I never have to use them again but I won't think twice about giving them a call!

Avi came out today and re-keyed our new house. We had one lock that we didn't have the key for and he went above and beyond to drill the entire lock out, which isn't easy. I'm totally impressed! FAST, INEXPENSIVE, GREAT SERVICE! The tiny tip of a key got broken off on my car's trunk, so I was then unable to open it with the key. Then the mechanism to pop the trunk from the inside also broke. I lived with this mess for over 6 years because quotes from others were $300-$500! Everyone said they would have to drill out & replace the lock and they would never guarantee a price. Not Johnny Locksmith! All he needed was about 5 seconds to get the broken key out! WOW! Had broken my key off in my lock on the front door. I get it, schedules get busy and people get behind but the locksmith showed up two hours after our originally scheduled time. He called about an hour before our appointment asking if he could move it back one hour. I agreed, because it's my only day off, but then he ended up coming a full two hours late.  If I hadn't pre-bought the yelp coupon, I would have definitely told him not to bother coming at all.  Next time I'll be calling someone else.

I bought a used car and the ignition key did not work well in the door locks. I also needed my new remote programmed. I had called a different locksmith and they said they would not program a remote purchase elsewhere, which is why I called Johnny.

I called Johnny Locksmith at 6pm on a Tuesday to ask about rekeying my new house and they were happy to come out the next day at 9am! I know my request was a long shot but was so happy they could oblige. Tom called about 30 mins prior to arriving as he said he would and was promptly on time. I accidentally locked myself out of my house tonight (around 7pm) on New Years Day of all days. Luckily, Johnny Locksmith was open 24 hours and was able to send someone over within about 20 minutes. Unfortunately I had a lock which couldn't be picked because of the way it was made. Avi spent about 30 minutes using practically all the tools in his toolbox to get the door open because he had to drill the lock out. Sometimes it's kinda funny to hear someone has locked their keys in the car except when you're trying to multitask and end up doing the same *hides face*. Thankfully when this happened to my roommate it wasn't much of a worry. Quick google search for Auto Locksmith in Phoenix and Johnny Locksmith was right up there. Took a little time but the situation was handled in a timely manner. I was just amazed at how smoothly things went so I think our review is definitely needed.. I had lost my whole life (my purse) and my car keys were included in that life I lost. Anyway, I could not find my spare key and I needed help getting my car re-keyed. I called up Johnny (after being turned away by another locksmith because they didn't have the system reset info since they weren't certified with the dealership). I got lucky and Johnny (who is certified with the dealership) had the fob and key for my 2014 Corolla. He was able to come by as soon as he was done with his current job (this was around 4pm on a Monday). He was able to get me set up with a new pair of keys within an hour. I highly recommend him!

After dealing with a lot of locksmiths that were not prepared I landed here. The plastic chip on my fob key broke, so the metal part and the remote would not stay together, I bought a case to turn it into a flipping key to make it more durable. And no one could help me. Once he cut the new key the chip ended a bit too far so my car would not start, but he didn't give up and used another chip until I had a new working key. Very honest and professional he didn't take advantage of my desperation and gave me a very affordable price. Just to clarify, he is prepared and has everything he needs without depending on other suppliers, so he can help you at anytime. I am very thankful. I have a stronger working key and a spare just in case that only needs a chip. I am extremely happy.

Quality service and very fast. I called on a Sunday afternoon and they were at my home to change the locks within 20 minutes. The locksmith Avi was very polite and honest. The whole job took 30 minutes or less.  I highly recommend Johnny Locksmith!

Called Johnny for a new car key. He quoted me a price and said he can come out that day. It was Sunday, Valentine's day! His last job ran later than he thought but he did a wonderful job of calling me to keep me updated. When he came out he was very very nice. We talked while he worked and he let me watch. He was very fast and knowledgeable. The price was great. I'd refer him to anyone in a second.

Got quoted $70 for a vehicle lockout, haggled him down to $55 so they obviously overcharge and can drop it down. He said 20-25 minutes and then almost an hour later the driver calls and says he's 15 minutes away from a completely different address and he would need more time to get to me. Wasted an hour with these guys then had Eagle Locksmith here in 15 min for $45.

Johnny was great to work with! He was professional, great with my kids and did the job quickly. His rates are very fair - he had a deal on Yelp at the time which I used. The lock he repaired is working perfectly - it has been a week and I expect it will be fine for the long haul. He didn't automatically try to talk me into replacing it - which I appreciate because it would have been more expensive (and with my knowledge of locks, he certainly could have told me it had to be replaced and I wouldn't have known the difference). I couldn't recommend these guys more highly.  My dead bolt at my exterior office door decided to swallow my key and not give it back today (a Sunday).  Jonathan took my call, was at my office within 30 minutes (in the middle of a ludicrous torrential downpour), and got me into my office in no time.  He then changed out my dead-bolt, carved me 4 new keys, and didn't even charge me a premium for an emergency weekend call.  Jonathan is the best!

Ran was here in literally 5 mins and he had the car open in even less time than that. Super efficient, very friendly, and we could not have even asked for better quicker service. I needed a key cut and programmed for my car.  I called around and got some quotes.  Johnny Locksmith gave me the best price.  I communicated with them via Yelp messages and arranged a time.  They came to me at my work and did it out of the back of a van.  10 minutes was all it took.  Fast and easy service.

Needed my car door opened after my keys fell from my coat pocket in my car after locking it. Had to wait for a little while because they were on another job, but it was totally understandable and I was called three times providing updates to when they would arrive. Awesome service. Was the only lock smith that was able to fix my key fob. Tried three different lock smith and were not able to help. Johnathan was awesome to work with. Jonathon helped us tremendously last night by getting our Grand Cherokee started. The key fob would not turn to start the vehicle.  He spent 2 hours in partial darkness working on the ignition to get it started and also to properly disengage the key.  Would've given 5 stars, but he wasn't certain that the cause of the ignition problem was completely repaired. Time will tell, and he did say he would order parts and continue to work on it if needed.
