I couldn't find the keys to my backdoor dead bolt lock. I called and they answered. They came promptly to my house same day ata time that worked for me after work. Very reasonably priced. Very friendly and professional even in this day of asocial distancing. I'm thoroughly glad I found them. You will be too!

We had trouble with our lock and was out the same day

I have dealt with these guys on three occasions and they have been great every time.  

I went to Lowe's and they:

a.  Didn't have blanks for all the keys I needed
b.  The keys they did copy didn't work anyway

So I went to my friendly neighborhood locksmith where every key was flawless, even the "manufacturer only" keys that they didn't have a perfect match for.  They were still able to shave a close blank down and make my keys.

I never go anywhere else now.  Why bother.

I purchased a key on amazon for my car and my mother went in and got it cut. I ordered a new key and go to get it cut. So this time the old lady said that it wouldn't work and denied our service and was rude "I don't know why you kids are trying to get these fancy keys." I don't think it's necessary to support a business that is rude to people and denies service. Please don't go here she is judgmental and rude. My mother and I are very annoyed and disappointed.

The service was quick. Locksmith was in the area in 10 minutes notice. Great service.

Horrible company, made my mom wait in 116 degree heat in July in Az for an hour and a half.
Quoted 29.00 service charge and 35-65 depending on vehicle.
End of the day , 155.00 $$$$

Call someone else.

Called for information.  The person was warm, personable and professional.  They are mobile service only, no store front.  Which means they must be able to complete their job from their vehicle.  No problem!

As a uhaul center this place gets 0.0 stars.  Reservation confirmed for Sunday 9 am pick up. Arrived on time and the location was closed.  No instructions or lock box code emailed. No way to check damage on vehicle or miliage or gas level even if we did have a code because there was a huge car show going on in the parking lot blocking in all rentals. Called owner who said nothing he can do, he knows the car show is going on and to call uhaul.com.    Why would you tell someone to pick up a rental knowing the rental would be blocked in or that there was a car show going on?? ‍ Called another location and got patched to the regional office where they had the reservation switched and a credit. Regardless of the terrible service and 3 hour delay, we finally got the rental. Heed my advice - DO NOT RENT A UHAUL FROM THIS LOCATION EVER.  There are 20 others in the area you can choose from.  This place is where customer service goes to die.

Took my Ridgid power tool in as Bob's was the authorized service center for the Phoenix area also showed them the authorized Lifetime warranty with an confirmation number..
Was told it would be a week and a half for the repair.. Two weeks go by and called them to see how it was progressing... The owner obviously needs to read 'How to win friends and influence people' as his tack tries to make you feel inept.
He finally mentioned he was in contact with Ridgid and was awaiting word back from them in the next 15 minutes ... isn't that a coincidence... after a half hour I called him again and he told me after contacting Ridgid that it was out of warranty...
I then called Ridgid and finally connected with a representative who confirmed I did had a Lifetime warranty.  I told her my experience with Bob's and she said they keep track of all calls and Bob's had Never Called Them...
She stated to take the tool to Home Depot's rental center for repair...
I called back to Bob's and said I would pick up the tool in a half hour.
Upon seeing him one on one he looked me straight in the face and said he talked to Two people at Ridgid and they both said it was out of warranty. ...
Take your business somewhere else!!

Called this outfit at 8:30 a.m. on a Thursday w/key stuck in my ignition.

Guy showed up in ~an hour. First, he told me he thought he could fix it in 20 minutes & would cost me $310... um, wow.

I agreed because they had me by the balls.

After about 40 min, the locksmith said that the ignition cylinder would need replaced, that he was going to go get one "at the company warehouse, 5 minutes away".

He returned after an hour & said "Nobody has your part in stock. I went to O'Reileys, Auto zone, blah blah blah..."
Company warehouse my a$$...

So he tells me that it's only available at Honda, it's much more expensive & my bill will jump to $475. I tell him to forget it, I'll have it towed somewhere & the price magically dropped to $330.

I PAY HIM THE $330 CASH, & off he goes to Honda around noon. He returns at dinner time only to inform me that he has the wrong part, it won't fit & Honda is closed until tomorrow morning at "10 or 11".

So, it's now Friday morning. I'm out $330 & I don't hear from anyone before NOON when I FINALLY CALL THEM.
Jerk around, jerk around, put off.
I call again at 1:30 & still dont have a solid commitment.

Presumably this will still get fixed today. Assuming so, I would never, ever call this company again & I emphatically DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM...

If zero stars was an option, it would be appropriate. They did nothing right.

Called about obtaining a key code for my house key. Was asked for my home address and I instructed him that I didnt need them to come to my house that I would travel to their office location to obtain the key code. The male individual hung up on me. Called 2x and they again hung up/declined my calls. Rude and unprofesional.
