Very friendly and professional even in this day of asocial distancing. I'm thoroughly glad I found them. You will be too!

Awesome place to call when you lock your keys in the car and the only locksmith that didn't go through a dispatch center.

It was almost 7pm and I locked my keys in the car. He arrived 20 minutes after I called and within 10 minutes my door was open and my keys were back in my hand.

Advertised as 24 hour availability and automated answering service reiterates that claim.   Forwarded to an "operator " line 12 times over 30 minutes, so I'm seriously considering the claim to be false.

This guy has all the tools for BMW. I was looking for auto locksmith for 2008 BMW 328xi. Other guys could not do anything because my car is a luxerious sedan. I am so glad that I found him and he did a good job in a timely manner. I highly recommand him if you are locked out of your car.

We had a small problem with the front door of our home. It wouldn't open. The nonfunctional door was a nice security feature but a significant inconvenience. We set up an appointment with J&T Locksmith. Raul, the locksmith, arrived precisely at the appointed time. He fixed the problem in 10 minutes. He was very personable and charged a reasonable rate. I would recommend J&T to anyone.

I posted a request and David responded within minutes and we were able to setup an appt for later in the week with Sage Locksmith.  I appreciate David following up with me the day before to confirm the time and he showed up early.

Got off work early Friday 5/10 and dropped into A Professional Locks to look at a safe I was interested in purchasing. Spoke with a staff member who was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He gave me the information and pricing that I needed. I was in and out very quickly. I told him I would be back the following Friday to purchase the safe.

Walked into the business today Friday 5/17 to order/pay for the safe and set up a delivery date. Staff member remembered me from the week before, was again friendly and helpful.  He called to find out if they had the safe I wanted in stock. Turns out they did not, however they had an upgraded "loaded" model in stock in the model I wanted. The owner worked with me without any haggling and gave me the "loaded" model he had in stock for the price of the basic model (I actually came in to get). He told me he would rather have me get a safe now than wait the month it would take to order the one I originally wanted.

I am one happy and satisfied customer with a great deal on a safe with extra features I was not expecting to get for the price paid.  A+ for A Professional Locks staff and owner for service and taking care of me - a first time customer. HIGHLY recommended!

I ordered a locksmith through Diamondback Locksmith.  They ended up sending me these guys.  The prices Diamondback quoted me were much different then the price Locksmith Guru charged.  

They initially charged me $180 for a door that took 2 min to open.  I was not told ahead of time what the price would be.  They said the price depends on how complex the lock was... Initially Diamondback estimates it would be around $80.

Long story short, I ended up reaching out to their management for what I believed was an excessive charge. After several weeks they credited me back almost half back, which I think was fair and an appropriate way to handle it.  Giving a much higher review than normal due to managements willingness to make it right.

I called the office and spoke to a lady about having the lock on our 3rd car garage replaced as a tenant lost the key. I explained it was a T-lock handle and she said no problem. She gave me an estimate of cost and said someone could be to the house within an hour. I called back to make arrangements for someone to meet them at the house and the lady now said they don't do these kinds of locks...only car ignitions. I asked why I was told earlier that they did do it and she hung up on me.

Horrible!  Where do I begin? First of all, I guess the fact that when I scheduled the appointment and heard a television blaring in the background, that I should have known this was not going to be the most professional place to deal with.  Bottom line, they never showed up for the second appointment which was supposed to be when all the locks were changed.  An entire afternoon wasted waiting for them and not even so much as a phone call to let us know that they decided they actually could not do the job.  Really?  The locks needed to be changed.  How difficult is that? That is a basic job that really any locksmith should be able to do.  Don't waste your time.  Such a disappointemnt...

The Owner Bob is a Heartless Jerk! Our Dad passed away unexpectedly. Our family needed a Uhaul. His place was our designated drop off. We were an hour late, and he refused to work with us, and wanted to charge an additional full day. My Sister talked to him first. She is young, and apparently called him Dude. Well, when I tried appealing to a human kindness side. He told me if my sister had not referred to him as a Dude, maybe he would be more helpful. He said, I am a Man not a Dude. Basically we called and found another drop off that was very kind, and generous. They took the Uhaul back no extra fees, and great customer service. Bob is not a Man, not a Dude, he is a complete Rude, inconsiderate jerk! Should not own a business, total lack of what customer service is!!! Zero stars.....

Called this outfit at 8:30 a.m. on a Thursday w/key stuck in my ignition.

Guy showed up in ~an hour. First, he told me he thought he could fix it in 20 minutes & would cost me $310... um, wow.

I agreed because they had me by the balls.

After about 40 min, the locksmith said that the ignition cylinder would need replaced, that he was going to go get one "at the company warehouse, 5 minutes away".

He returned after an hour & said "Nobody has your part in stock. I went to O'Reileys, Auto zone, blah blah blah..."
Company warehouse my a$$...

So he tells me that it's only available at Honda, it's much more expensive & my bill will jump to $475. I tell him to forget it, I'll have it towed somewhere & the price magically dropped to $330.

I PAY HIM THE $330 CASH, & off he goes to Honda around noon. He returns at dinner time only to inform me that he has the wrong part, it won't fit & Honda is closed until tomorrow morning at "10 or 11".

So, it's now Friday morning. I'm out $330 & I don't hear from anyone before NOON when I FINALLY CALL THEM.
Jerk around, jerk around, put off.
I call again at 1:30 & still dont have a solid commitment.

Presumably this will still get fixed today. Assuming so, I would never, ever call this company again & I emphatically DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM...

If zero stars was an option, it would be appropriate. They did nothing right.

Called about obtaining a key code for my house key. Was asked for my home address and I instructed him that I didnt need them to come to my house that I would travel to their office location to obtain the key code. The male individual hung up on me. Called 2x and they again hung up/declined my calls. Rude and unprofesional.
