Very friendly and professional even in this day of asocial distancing. I'm thoroughly glad I found them. You will be too!

Awesome place to call when you lock your keys in the car and the only locksmith that didn't go through a dispatch center.

It was almost 7pm and I locked my keys in the car. He arrived 20 minutes after I called and within 10 minutes my door was open and my keys were back in my hand.

We have a 2000 Lexus LX470. Had it since new and over the years lost all the keys with exception to the non-fob smart key key. Wanted to have a Fob key made. Contacted the Lexus dealer and was quoted around $350 plus the cost of the blank key (over $400). Contacted a couple other locksmiths who told me they would rather not attempt it due to the difficulty. Searched Yelp and called Car Key Replacement who said they could do the job. Met with Maor and he explained the unique complexity with this year and model Lexus in that it is one of the most challenging ignition systems to recreate a Fob key using the non-fob smart key. Nevertheless he said he could do the job and quoted me about half the cost of what the dealership wanted to charge me. Long story short, it took about 90 minutes, a lot of specialized equipment and professional manuals and he handed me a new Fob key. Can't say enough about Maor and his knowledge and dedication to his craft. I am certain there is nothing that he can't do when it comes to car key replacement...and for a great price. After locking my keys in my freightLiner. I called J&T and Raul the locksmith showed up quickly and after about 10 min, had my truck opened. I was impressed by his knowledge and expertise, not to mention the fair price I was given. I highly recommend J&T they're lifesavers!

Recently had a late night lockout and when called for emergency service I got Tim. He  was fast on arrival, patient every step of the way in troubleshooting and did an absolutely amazing job with a smile. It is hard to find service like this these day, but this company and their staff stand out!!

Waited the 6 hours and still not done. I told them my time frame and I was told 2 jobs ahead of mine. I went to another locksmith in town and had it done in half an hour. If you can't do the work don't take the job. I would not recommend to anyone.

Had great service and reasonable price.  Mike did my work and is good.  He arrived when he said and had a complete mobile shop to meet my lock needs.  He fixed an antique lock with a hard to find part and worked on about 4 other locks with great results

Maybe don't have employees who text and drive company vehicles :( Nearly 390,000 accidents are caused by texting and driving every year. It's a bad representation of your  company.

Person on the phone was happy to tell me that they charge $29 for the service call $25 for the labor and after that would not even attempt to try to give me any sort of ballpark figure on what it would cost for a rekey or making a new key for a house lock. She kept saying it depended on the lock. Of course I get that but I'm not going to send out their service person without some sort of ballpark figure and they lost my business because of the vagueness of the possibility of what that price could be. Are we talking $50? $500? Are we talking $1,000? I told her it was a regular house Sledge door lock but still no ballpark figure of what it would cost. She did offer to have her service person call me on their way out to give me some sort of ballpark figure but I don't want a ballpark figure when they're scheduled to come out I want to know the ballpark figure to decide whether or not I want them to come out.

Key broke in two months when I had it in my pocket. Dealer key lasted 7 years before, when I told owner what happened he says he would make me another one and charge me 145.00$ there are other businesses out there that warranty there keys for a year. I had a locksmith come out and they told me the 35th ave keys look like they were bought on amazon.

I called and ask if they could help me with a Thule bike rack that didn't have a key. Then five minutes after arriving I had two keys that work perfect. Couldn't be happier

Called this outfit at 8:30 a.m. on a Thursday w/key stuck in my ignition.

Guy showed up in ~an hour. First, he told me he thought he could fix it in 20 minutes & would cost me $310... um, wow.

I agreed because they had me by the balls.

After about 40 min, the locksmith said that the ignition cylinder would need replaced, that he was going to go get one "at the company warehouse, 5 minutes away".

He returned after an hour & said "Nobody has your part in stock. I went to O'Reileys, Auto zone, blah blah blah..."
Company warehouse my a$$...

So he tells me that it's only available at Honda, it's much more expensive & my bill will jump to $475. I tell him to forget it, I'll have it towed somewhere & the price magically dropped to $330.

I PAY HIM THE $330 CASH, & off he goes to Honda around noon. He returns at dinner time only to inform me that he has the wrong part, it won't fit & Honda is closed until tomorrow morning at "10 or 11".

So, it's now Friday morning. I'm out $330 & I don't hear from anyone before NOON when I FINALLY CALL THEM.
Jerk around, jerk around, put off.
I call again at 1:30 & still dont have a solid commitment.

Presumably this will still get fixed today. Assuming so, I would never, ever call this company again & I emphatically DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM...

If zero stars was an option, it would be appropriate. They did nothing right.

Called about obtaining a key code for my house key. Was asked for my home address and I instructed him that I didnt need them to come to my house that I would travel to their office location to obtain the key code. The male individual hung up on me. Called 2x and they again hung up/declined my calls. Rude and unprofesional.
