Hello there! My name is Victor Crewdson. I'm the owner operator of VC's lock and key. My family and I have been in Arizona for over 25 years. We love it here. Originally from back East. As a family we love the outdoors! Getting up to the high country for camping, hiking and riding are some of our favorites. Our family consists of my two boy 10 and 12, and two dogs. Both boys are learning the how be be locksmith. Hopefully one day will take over the business.

Sent a request for business through Yelp after I couldn't fix it myself. They were quick to respond and give an estimate. Followed up with a time of arrival and was able to make it out next day.
Got a call day if and were able to show up early. Very kind and quick on the job. They went above and beyond wanting to match keys and making sure door worked properly.
Awesome service and added them to contacts to save for future use.
Had Victor come out for a standard re-keying with a couple of fixes for the doors not latching properly as well. It was super easy to set up the appointment, he was straightforward and friendly and helped me understand a bit more how locks work. Overall great service and well worth getting it done professionally!
Victor didn't do the automotive request but was quick to respond and offered a referral to me for someone that may be able to help with my request.

I had to re-key 3 locks in our casita, I called VC's Lock and Key, and spoke with Victor on Friday evening, he said he would be available Monday morning, I needed the service the same Friday night and he agreed to come out for this emergency visit for a higher fee, which I didn't mind. Victor arrived 40 minutes after our call and re-keyed all of the locks in time for my new tenant. He was really professional and very fast. I would highly recommend his services!

THIS PLACE SAVED THE DAY!!! We had a house showing and on day one, our door jammed for the first visitor as I was looking through our ring camera. I totally panicked and reached out to Victor, and he was extremely responsive and within two hours fixed our door right away. Super professional. Cannot thank him enough, highly recommend!

Victor Crewdson, the owner, responded to our problem quickly. He asked me to send him a few pictures of our malfunctioning locks. He called me back with an estimate and let me know that he was closing out a job before ours and would text me when he was on his way. We were very impressed. He is a very skilled professional. He tops it off with great customer service, good eye contact, great organization of tools. Clean, neat, friendly, and highly skilled--We are very grateful. Thank you, Victor!

Victor couldn't have been more helpful and helped us when our lock was broken. He was very resourceful and fixed the issue.

Called VC Lock and Key to re-key a lock. He came when promised, did the job quickly and was reasonably priced. He gave me two extra keys at no charge. Highly recommend.
Victor came by our house and replaced three locks to match our new front door lock. He was punctual, super friendly and brainstormed options with us. When we redo our fence in the winter I'll definitely be reaching back out to this company!
Came out same day, very kind, great communication and was quick. I will only use VC's Lock and Key in the future. Definitely recommend.

Victor was professional, polite, pet friendly, and works fast. Poof, and he was done.
Arrived on time with a smile on his face.
I needed the locks changed out immediately and Victor was there within an hour. He was pleasant, professional, and very efficient. He also shared with me two of his contacts, and they both reflected his same work ethic and attitude. I highly recommend Victor, I am from out of town and did not know who to turn to, so I am grateful that I found him on Yelp
I had a lock out issue late in the night and the owner responded promptly via Yelp . This was the first time I used a locksmith. He was able to create a duplicate key and was able to let me in ! He quoted a very reasonable flat rate for late night service and didn't charge anything more. Was able to pay with a credit card as well.
Quick to respond, great pricing for the quality and timeliness of the work that was done! Would recommend Victor for any locksmith needs.
Great experience with Victor! He responded to my inquiry right away and was able to be at my home the next morning at 9 am. 6 locks were changed within 15 minutes and his prices were very reasonable compared to competitors!
I didn't end up using this company but wanted to comment on the responsiveness. They got back to me quickly and were very willing to fit me in.
Victor is awesome. I called him on a weekend when he was closed, and he still took my call and he was at my house on that Monday. Excellent work, and fixed all my locks that needed repair. Very courteous and professional and I highly recommend him to anyone.
Victor was very professional and extremely responsive (responded to my texts on the weekend and gave me a call while I was at Home Depot picking out locks). His prices were roughly what others were quoting, but he is well-spoken, knowledgeable and friendly so I went with him. I would recommend him and will use him again in the future if needed.

We had an issue with our security door where we could no longer unlock the deadbolts. Victor came out to help us. After a bit of review, he gave us an assessment of the problem. It helped us to decide that we should remove the door rather than try to fix it. Victor chose not to charge us for the assessment. I appreciate his honesty and approach to our problem. I would recommend to friends and family.

I would highly recommend VC's Lock and Key! Victor, the owner got in touch with me quickly to provide a free quote, when requested. Quote came in at a very competitive price! He was able to fit me in the same day. Communication was was great, he let me know when he was in his way and when he arrived. I was also glad to see he was wearing a mask! Job was done quickly! Victor was great. The situation involved rekeying some locks, a distraught widow in her 80's, some care givers and a couple of attorneys. He simply came and was professional, fast and reasonable. I will be using his service again. Great experience.
