We were locked out of our house in Mesa and called this company.  He said he would send out a tech from Apache Junction and Harrison arrived 20 minutes after the call.

He was polite and worked on our locked security door for a few minutes and was able to unlock it with no damage to the lock.

We called Mike and he indicated he would be able to arrive within 30 minutes which was great. When he showed up later in the day as we did not have an exact time of arrival, our office manager had stepped out to get lunch one minute down the street.
According to my staff, he was verbally abusive and began demanding to know "how much his time was worth in comparison to hers."
He then left and returned at which time I advised my staff has to pay him for the trip out there.
Did not use his services and will not be using his services in the future. As a business owner I certainly understand the frustration and how important and valuable our time is, however becoming verbally aggressive and demanding is not professional nor appropriate.

Fantastic on every count - and we're picky!  If you want it done right and for a great price call Dave. He is the owner and he cares about every job and making sure it's done right. We have used him on several occasions for installing locks and door handles, re-keying, and handling a couple of very difficult jobs that others didn't know how to do. He is truly an expert and has been the best locksmith we've ever used (and we've used many in the valley over the years). He is always on time, extremely conscientious, knows what he's doing, takes the extra time to do it right, is clean and doesn't leave a mess, and always goes the extra mile. We highly recommend him. He's a small business owner so he actually appreciates your business!

Ever since I was a Kid, I can't remember walking into a locksmith shop that looked like this. The circa 50's/60's architecture and the way the store/shop is laid out inside brings me back to those days - a real locksmith shop! We have been having an increasingly difficult time getting our wi-fi enabled front door lock (Schlage) to open smoothly.  It finally got to the point that the front door became unusable.  We called Anytime Lock and Safe and had Ken come out the next morning.  He was right on time and got the job done quickly.  That lock works as well or better than new and the rate charged was very reasonable.  Anytime is now our Locksmith of choice.
