We've needed to use Locksmith of Gilbert twice in the last few months and they've been great. Always on time and great customer service. Harrison always does a great job and is super polite.

I am Eartha Kitty's Estate Sales Inc. and I was working on a sale in Ferndale, WA.  There was a large vintage safe that the owner, who died, neglected to leave the combination for.  I was pressed for time and couldn't  figure out what to do, so I looked in the local Yellow Pages for a locksmith and found Alpha Lock Services.

Jonathan answered the phone and came to the rescue!  Not only was he fast, courteous and helpful, but he had been at the house previously and had also helped the Trustee of the Estate install new locks!  

I was very impressed with his knowledge and will not hesitate to call him again!  He found a way to retrieve the original combination from the manufacturer of the safe and not have to drill it open to get in.  He only charged us for the short time he was there and also helped me open another safe that had lost it's key that was full of treasure as well!  Thank You Jonathan!

Tom came over to rekey our house after we moved in. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He recommended hardware replacement and gave compelling reasons as to why it would be important for us. In the end, we agreed and he installed new hardware on all our exterior doors, including a keypad on the front door. His work was completed quickly and competently. I would definitely hire him again, and would recommend him to others.

I was waiting on another locksmith to call back. I could not wait any longer. I came on Yelp and fond kwik pick. I called and inform them what I needed to open and they said they can open it and they quoted me a price. Bill sent me a text telling what time he would be. Bill arrived on time. He was very friendly and went to work. Had no problem opening the trailer door. Than he open a storage door at no cost. The Price did not change. Bill was so friendly he made me so comfortable and I felt like I have known him for years.

Outstanding service! My father passed away and we are getting his house ready to sell. The keys we were given didn't work to well and it was a huge struggle to get the doors open. I came on yelp to find local service as I live in the valley. He quickly replied and went to my fathers same day. Not only were his prices the best, He gave me a straight answer and no run around on what my charge was going to be. I was willing to pay before the service being I couldn't meet him and my dads neighbor would be there. He let me know he would call me after the job was done for payment. I highly recommend Nathan! Fantastic on every count - and we're picky!  If you want it done right and for a great price call Dave. He is the owner and he cares about every job and making sure it's done right. We have used him on several occasions for installing locks and door handles, re-keying, and handling a couple of very difficult jobs that others didn't know how to do. He is truly an expert and has been the best locksmith we've ever used (and we've used many in the valley over the years). He is always on time, extremely conscientious, knows what he's doing, takes the extra time to do it right, is clean and doesn't leave a mess, and always goes the extra mile. We highly recommend him. He's a small business owner so he actually appreciates your business!

These guys know their keys! I have brought in at least 2 very complicated older car keys, one of which was broken in two pieces! These guys helped me every time. Highly recommend. Very reasonable prices, in my opinion.

Anthony is the man. He knows A LOT of about locks, as he rightly should. I have used him for commercial projects - cylinder re-pins, panic bar replacement, door handle retrofit - and every experience has been a good one. He stands behind his works and his work is topnotch. His prices are extremely reasonable and his response time is quick...he also picks up his phone when you call. He has cool setup in his van where he does all the keying so if you have commercial space he wont cause an impact of daily operations. Also, he is a genuinely good guy.

Outstanding.  Tom went above and beyond. Locked myself out of my home office on a Sunday and while he was onsite took advantage of his expertise and changed 4 other locks on the property.

Knowledgeable and very fair pricing. Unlike other locksmiths no "surprise ... gotcha!"  charges added to bill.
