These wonderful people came in to the house I just bought and took care of a million little things for me and my family. They not only changed the house locks but the mail lock and even reprogrammed the garage door opener!  They left us with plenty of keys and a second remote for the garage!

Nice little place that has been here forever.  Great service, very good prices and the best part about having a locksmith copy keys over Home Depot is that they actually work!  This place was no exception, just wish they copied auto keys with chips.  This place is on the SW corner of Thunderbird and 19ave and is usually not to busy, think they also do mobile rekeys and stuff.

We had two key fobs for our vehicle go out within a week of each other and needed two new ones ordered and programmed ASAP. Tim was direct about being wary of purchasing cheap knockoffs on Ebay and recommended Amazon which we used as we have Prime and received them within 2 days. He was upfront, honest, and exceedingly fair regarding the pricing of both programming and cutting both of our new keys. Great communication and extremely fast completion of the work with absolutely no hidden costs or surprises. Even provided some recommendations going forward to avoid going through this situation again. Great communication and very easy to talk to. First of all, Bill took my call even though he was on vacation. He set up the appointment for when he returned.  Bill did a very thorough job. I had 12 locks that needed to be re-keyed, including 2 smart locks.  He arrived on time, wearing a mask. He completed the job and made sure I checked all the locks before he left. He is a very friendly person and gave me other tips about desert living as I'm new to the area. I will use him again when the need arrives. I highly recommend him.

We managed to lock our keys inside our rental RV, while in vacation. The fellow at Ace was calm and kind on the phone and came out to our camp site within 20 minutes. It was 10 PM.  He had us inside in no time! It was $50 well spent!

I had a very positive experience with West Valley Locksmith.  Mike came out and took care of getting my whole house rekeyed.  He was very thorough and got everything taken care of in a timely fashion. I am definitely recommending West Valley Locksmith!

The technician quickly changed the locks on several doors and made extra keys for us. The keys all worked as they should and the technician was very friendly and informative.

I called this company for a key because i had lost mine. The worker left the interior frame of the door loose for both driver and passenger. The handles were all loose and popped out. We agreed on meeting the next day and when we tried contacting he ignored us. We called with a different number and when he answered and recognized our voice he hung up right away. We were aleeady having a bad day and he made it worse thank you.He took 140 dollars and only gave us 1 key. The key does not even open the drivers door. And both door handles are loose and the he broke the drivers handle. A peace of the car is broken that doesnt even have to do with the door. Terrible job

We bought house previous owners just gave us one key so i called DANI LOCKSMITH he arrived exactly on time witch was perfect to see that walked is side the house and saw how many different locks i had i said lets change all them he could of said yes lets do it and charge me a fortune but he was very honest and gave me excellent idea how to go around it and i said of course lets hear it he said ill make You ONE KEY FOR ALL THE LOCKS IN THE HOUSE how about that I said no way it's impossible how??? His words were just relax no worries ill make it happen less the one hour i was CHOKED he really did what he promised so I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED this gentleman for any problems with you're locks weather you're locked out the house car or what ever it is he will come by and take care you're problems with out a doubt

The BEST Locksmith around. They have come out to help me twice now in an emergency. Literally dropped everything to come help. They were fast and professional and very reasonable prices...Especially considering they were so quick to get out to me. A GREAT family company. I highly recommend them!

I only needed a key made, but it was a special key that most locksmiths didn't seem to be able to make, and these knocked it right out. The junior rep that answered the door didn't think it could be done but the more experienced guy walked right in, took over and I was out the door in less than 5 minutes.

They were super nice, took care of me on a Sunday and are actually a real brick and mortar locksmith and not just a traveling show.

I recommend them.

Pleased with prompt, knowledgeable service. Anthony's estimated cost to replace a gate lock was the same as the invoice.

DO NOT USE THEM!!  They will way overcharge you. The guy tried to charge me $404.70 to rekey my house which has 3 points of entry. They still ended up charging us $337.33 which is completely absurd for the service rendered. Go with anyone else except these guys.
