Excellent service.  I had some locks rekeyed and Harrison did a great job, timely, courteous and helpful.  I highly recommend these folks.

I needed to get assistance in order to rekey the locks on my moms house in Queen Valley. Steve and Sharon were willing to go to the part of the city and more impressively, agreed to go same day. Their pricing was also very reasonable (especially given the distance). When changing the locks they were quick and knowledgeable. Even providing additional tips for the long term care of the locks, doors, etc. Both were friendly and I would use them again. Thank you for the quick service!

Tom rocks! We were referred to him by another locksmith because our deadbolt lock in our garage had broken and it was the only way into our house. Tom was at our house within 30 minutes and got us back inside. Thank god, since it was only 100+ degrees on a SATURDAY morning! He installed a new deadbolt and also installed a new deadbolt keypad that I ran to get at Home Depot at the last minute for our front door. He had to do some chisel work and was meticulous in his cleanup. Super nice guy and a great attitude. Thanks Tom!!

Bill recently did work at my house re-keying and replacing several door locks.  What I liked most about Bill, is he listened to what I needed and offered multiple solutions.
He was even able to fix a problem on a decades-old door.

We had to have our locks re-keyed quickly on a Sunday morning and not only did Mordy make it to our home in under 30 minutes, he was courteous, explained everything and gave us different options to fit our needs. We had a great first experience and will be happy to recommend Mordy/West Valley Locksmiths.

Had the most horrible experience with this business if you can even call it a business. First off the owner and operator of this locksmith shop told us the wrong address over the phone for his storefront location. It's actually wrong on yelp too, if you go to this carefree road location, the building is empty and says 'for rent'. Then we called him for the correct address and he said yes just come on down before 5pm. So we drove down there and got there at 4:45 (it's in Scottsdale) and the shop was CLOSED. So I called him and he said he 'left early because he had an appointment with another client'. Needless to say we drove all over and this man didn't even apologize for the runaround. He was actually quite rude and unhelpful over the phone as well. Not sure if this old man is off his meds or what but he honestly shouldn't be running a business if he doesn't even know his own address.

Couldn't be any happier with the service. Got my key cut and programmed. Also got my remote programmed. They told me I had eight other remote programmed to my truck, so they deleted the rest. Very personable, outgoing and friendly. Best price I found. Very responsive to my messages. Would definitely recommend.

This guy is shady. Don't trust him.
I had him come to a rental l have and asked him to change all the locks to the same key.
TWICE he had to "run back to the shop" because he forgot something. Then he asks me if l live there and what hours l work and if l live alone.
So after about 4 hours of changing 3 locks he hands me a bill for $375.00
What a joke.

Half the cost of the top two rated businesses when you search locksmith. Very fast response. Very professional. This locksmith has an actual location and is not part of the "we must drill" scam that plagues locksmiths. Definitely happy to know about them.

These guys are AWESOME!!! I called them at just after 7PM on a Friday night and he said he'd be out within 30mins.  He was here in about 15-20 and had the door unlocked within 30secs!! A+++

These guys were great! We've just moved into a new residential community and needed to access our mailbox ASAP. Arizona Locksmith came out the same day and saved us time and money! I appreciate their service and would definitely recommend them over and over again! Extremely satisfied.
