Picture it: it's Saturday afternoon and my car was locked. The key-fob wouldn't work, nor would the physical skeleton key. To make matters worse, my car was nose-in the garage and very likely dealing with a dead car battery. I was going to call a friend but figured calling a pro was a much better idea.

Frantically I hit up Yelp. I see high-reviews so I call. The owner John answers and I explain my debacle. He said he could send someone right over and it would not be an upcharge on a Saturday. **Sigh of relief!**

Harrison shows up promptly. I was embarrassed about the whole situation but he was so nice and extremely determined to get me and my car back in action to enjoy the rest of my weekend.

Beyond being a professional Locksmith, Harrison went above and beyond to jump my car battery which in itself was a huge ordeal because we had to first get access into the car, use Google & YouTube to figure out how to access the battery (its in a very strange place, who woulda known?! Lol) and push the car down the driveway in neutral so his truck could get close enough. It was really warm outside too but he did it all with a smile on his face.

Plug their number into your phone right now! If ever you are locked out or in a similar predicament, look no further, they are who you must call! I cannot thank John and Harrison enough. Weekend was not ruined at all, in fact I learned a lot.

These wonderful people came in to the house I just bought and took care of a million little things for me and my family. They not only changed the house locks but the mail lock and even reprogrammed the garage door opener!  They left us with plenty of keys and a second remote for the garage!

We have been repeat customers since 2009 and have always had great service.  John is very responsive and professional and his prices are reasonable.  He recently went above and beyond to help us ensure that the doors of the home that we recently purchased met Phoenix city codes, which enabled us to easily pass our pool inspection.

My review is an email with amounts censored for obvious reasons. This company gave me a quote close to HALF the dealer quote plus they offer the mobile service which I received.

Fantastic service! Called Tom, discussed what I needed done. He was at my home within the hour and had my pesky door knob fixed and 10 door an fled the keyed! I contacted Tim about my fathers truck (lost keys). He was quick to respond to my requests via email. I was able to make an appointment the following day. He drove out to my fathers home. My father said Tim was very helpful, kind and a nice person. Tim stayed until he was able to create the key - it was not an easy truck to make a key for with all of the electronics. But he did it!!

Highly recommend for any auto rekeying, took me 3 different tries the first guy on yelp tried to scam me, second and il call him out named brownie couldn't even do what ace c&r solutions could. He failed twice stating he wasn't an expert locksmith but will spread the word about this company to anyone I know. He went out of his way from Prescott to camp verde and 15 min had my car started. I had a very positive experience with West Valley Locksmith.  Mike came out and took care of getting my whole house rekeyed.  He was very thorough and got everything taken care of in a timely fashion. I am definitely recommending West Valley Locksmith!

I called to get a few locks changed. I fully expected it to be a few days before they would get to me. A couple of hours later, I received a callback. They were at my house a couple of hours after that. Not only were they efficient, polite and very reasonable, but they replaced one lock I already had at no additional charge. If you need a locksmith, these are the guys to call!

but Castro's Lock & Key were  able to help, even in a Sunday.
When your home is robbed, you're dealing with many emotions and having to worry about your mail is the last thing you need to worry about. They arrived with equipment and products in a timely manner and are concious of being safe during this pandemic. I really appreciate the team and will use again in the near future for all keying issues.

A really amazing company.  My neighbor locked herself out of her house, her garage door code wouldn't work, and she was stuck.  I googled locksmiths, and found Rusk to be close-by.  Josh answered right away, and gave me an estimate of when he would be here.  He kept in contact to keep us apprised of his ETA, and arrived on time.  A super nice guy, who did quick and effective job getting into the house.  He even tows a mobile office and made extra keys too.  I'd call Rusk again in a heartbeat.  Thanks Josh!  A pleasure doing business with you!

Had a guy by the name of Michael that came out same day service! I have a warehouse that uses this company and The QUALITY of care and fast acting this company gives is amazing! Anthony was the number I was given and after that they showed up in 2 hours!!!! Not saying this will happen to everyone but I was so surprised! I come across a lot of people in my business and will definitely be recommending them to this company.

Bad service! I locked my car key in the truck. When I called them, they told it costed $29, but it turned out to charge me $180. It is a cheating company. I will BBB them. Never use them
