I was recently licked out of my house and called Cactus Lock and Key. They came pretty quickly and had me back in my house in no time! The owner is great and I highly recommend them.
Got a smart lock installed by cactus. I felt the price for install was A-ok but with gas prices being higher now I believe it works out to be fair. I definitely did not want to install myself and mess up my manicure or risk doing it incorrectly. The fun part was locking my door from my phone.

I called Cactus Lock and Key because I needed to have my boyfriend's safe open. Sidenote: BF passed away and no one in the family knew the password to the safe. The company was able to open the safe! They took their time and was able to open it at a reasonable price! I appreciate their service and time during that difficult time. Oh btw, I sent a picture of the safe the day before to see if they were able to open it. They came the day after to work on it. It took about 1 1/2 hours to crack the code.
Overall, I recommend this company for their service and reasonable price. Thank you!
They answered the phone right away, got out to the property within an hour, and re-keyed the home before I could even blink!

Having recently got me out of a massive jam, I am truly grateful for Cactus Lock and Key. No one else will give you next day service, on your schedule, especially if it is before they are even open for business.
Not so here, I called and Mike was out the next morning at 7 AM to help me out.
His prices are always reasonable and he tells it like it is.
I will keep supporting this small business as long as they are around.
Mike rekeyed locks in our new home. He was terrific. Definitely recommend!

We had a great experience with Cactus Lock & Key. We just moved into our new house and needed two doorknobs replaced and all locks rekeyed. The quality and speed of their work is exceptionally high. This is the only locksmith I'll use from here on out.
Mike answered his phone, made a time commitment and kept it. He knew his products and was in and out in short order.
Was he cheap? No. But not expensive, either. I post this info to respond to the other posters who complain about price. When you need a skilled service, and someone is going to COME TO YOUR HOME to provide that service, there will be a cost.
I thought the cost and service were very fair. I'd use Cactus Lock & Key again.
Mike was able to show up the same day I requested service. I had a main door stuck with a broken latch mechanism. As a single mom , I don't take defeat very well and was pretty frustrated after hours of trying to fix this myself, Without success. Mike was great. He not only fixed the problem within a few minutes but was also able to quickly install the new handle I had purchased and re-key it. He stuck with his originally quoted price and he was friendly.
I've used Cactus lock a few times and never been disappointed. Mike is ALWAYS very responsive and has repaired everything I've thrown at him. I will continue to use Cactus Lock for all my locksmith needs.

Very happy with the service I received. Mike's son arrived on time and had chosen a lock that matched the color of the previous lock. Quick install and it was all done, even offered to key the lock to a different key if desired. Easy Peasy.
Service person installed the new lock but failed to fix the existing lock as requested on the door with two locks. I had to fix the second lock myself after paying $135. The service tech refused to return.

Mike's integrity is so refreshing. Over the phone he shared with me that my broken lock has a lifetime warranty that the manufacturer will fix for free. He's undoubtedly earned any future business I may need. He was prompt to respond to my online inquiry, answered my call straight away, and was so friendly, in addition to his honest and helpful advice. Thank you, Mike!
I had a really terrible experience with this company. Dude came in very friendly and nice at first. My landlord was overlooking the property so I stepped out to the store for about 10 minutes. Came back home to find my toilet seat up. When I called the guy to address it to him he just laughed at me and made some joke. My landlord then contacted him, the guy called to apologize and when I stated my feelings he proceeded to yell at me. This was one of the most abnormal experiences I've ever had with a so-called professional worker.

I'll never use these guys again. Wrote and explained what I needed and was told it would amount to $75. Guy came out, got the door opened, replaced a latch and then told me the total bill was $145! I was charged $30 for the latch, not even the complete replacement cost of the assembly, and $40 for the entire 20 minutes he was here, INCLUDING the $75! Not to mention I was never informed, nor did I sign off on, any extra charges. I was told afterwards. I should not have paid.
A rip off and I'd advise you look elsewhere.

Initial response was very speedy and the locksmith arrived on time and was very professional, completing the work within a very reasonable amount of time. Would call again if I had the need
Website talks about nothing but it's 24 hour service. I live in Phoenix (not even a suburb), the city they supposedly service. Guy who answered the phone wouldn't even bother with trying to get my business. I told him my cross street and he said "I wouldn't have anybody that could help you." If you lock yourself out of your house, call someone else.
Incredible response time. Competitively priced. Friendly. Replaced locks as requested. 10/10 would use again.
They showed up on time and rekeyed the entire house in just a short time. They were very pleasant. Would recommend.

Gave me tips and replied quickly and were reasonable. Fast response and actually showed up (novel concept - sarcasm).
I sent these guys an email about what I needed and a response was sent with a estimated cost right away with a direct number to call to setup an appointment. I was not able to follow up right away and was sent a follow up email to double check if I still needed service.
I called and was able to set up an appointment right away and they were right on time and got what I needed done right away.
It turns out what I needed done they could do for a lot cheaper and faster that what I had anticipated.
Needed house locks changed. He responded ASAP and was on time and professional. Would use again
Great quote to install smart lock and quick appointment. Great communication and scheduling through Yelp as well. Taught me about how to perform it in future as well as educated me about a door handle change we plan to do.
Thank you for the quick service on a Sunday to help me get back into my apartment you guys came through and showed up on time and it was only 110 bucks
Just bought a house and needed the locks rekeyed. These guys came out the same day and were quick and did exactly what I asked. Fixed all of the locks (and there were a lot) in about an hour. The price was the lowest of about 6-7 different places that I quoted. The end price was the exact same that I was quoted. There were no hidden fees. Definitely would not hesitate to use their services again.
Our Front door hardware is perfect! Communication was excellent, arrived early and did an efficient and perfect job. He was able to replace our front hardware, to match, the old hardware, therefore avoiding repainting the front door. Also, Fixed and rekeyed other locks and was able to make additional requested keys on site. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you.

I lost my mailbox key and needed the locks replaced. I placed an inquiry on Yelp and Michael answered right away. His quote was $75, which is in line with what I am used to paying. He came within 15 mins and was done 10 mins later. key works great, better than before.

The locksmith was nice but he was so expensive. He gave me a quote and was a lot higher in person than requested.
Call them 1st The guys really help you decide what locks are best and give you helpful advice where to go And what to do. Prices are very reasonable and don't charge you for an estimate.
Great line of communication with the owner throughout my search for a mobile locksmith. Quick response in timely manner to provide my service. Efficient and proper rekeyed 2 locks for a fair price. I would highly recommend Cactus Lock & Key for your locksmith needs.

Very disappointed. Lady who initially scheduled said 9am. Then guy who is owner I'm guessing said 9 to 10. At 1030 I called to find out where my locksmith was and no one could get in touch with him. Poor customer service
