Best Locksmiths in Phoenix, AZ

First of all if you have a sign on your door that say you are open till 5pm be there!!!!    So then when i finally got their earlier in the day, i was really surprised that the old guy that say he owns the place is such a grump.   I have had keys made in the past and the young lady that works their is so friendly.  I must have woken him up from his nap.  I am sorry I didn't spend a ton of money at your place, but I will never spend 1 more $ there ever again.   AVOID VERY RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL AT ALL

I really think some of these small business owner need to realize what customer service really is all about.

Just used them again yesterday, and I called them a while back to help me at night- that's 4/5 times now?) Re: the night job, one of my men locked his keys in his work truck at the end of the day.. I thought he'd be there forever and it would super expensive for an after hours service call.. imagine my surprise when they showed up in less than 30 minutes, opened the truck in two seconds, and charged us an extremely reasonable fee!

Yesterday it was my turn.. I locked my keys in my truck across town at a supplier, and I was *so tired* from a dental procedure..I was about to break a window, then I remembered my favorite locksmith..I called them and despite being all the way across town, Carol said one hour... they showed up in *exactly* one hour and opened my truck in 5 minutes!

Love you guys!  Thanks again for saving my a$$!!

5 stars is not enough to give Rick and his wonderful locksmith  service.  From the initial call to the setting up the appointment, to fulfilling the job Rick showed much knowledge, expertise and awesome customer service skills.  He rekeyed 24 locks for our church in the most efficient time needed and is to be highly recommended for any locksmith services needed.  What it mostly to be recognized is his down to earth personality.  He quoted us a very reasonable price and we are completely satisfied with his work. Ron was awesome! He arrived on time and finished the job in less than an hour. When I was first looking for a locksmith, I requested quotes on a whim from the app. Desert Locksmith responded right away and was able to schedule an appointment within 10 minutes at 11:00pm and through the Yelp's app.

Knew exactly what I needed for a replacement key fob. Other places I went said my fob was "too old" (a 2016?) or told me that I was wrong because I don't have a push-button start. Service was great and price was very fair. Highly recommended.

Have to give a glowing review,  they got me into my place after midnight on a holiday.  The estimate was accurate, he was prepared and systematic in his approach. Would reccomend.  Thanks again!

I found United Lock Service from Home Advisor.  I was contacted by 3 lock smith companies (all licensed and bonded) and United Lock Service was the best price by far.  One of the other guys even tried to imply that the pricing offered was because United Lock was not licensed.  Not true; I confirmed before using them.  Nathan was scheduled to arrive at 8 a.m.  He was prompt and professional.  His pricing was the same as quoted.  No bait and switch.  I hope to not need lock smith service again any time soon, but when I do, I'm contacting Nathan with United Lock.

Steve came out and programmed the remote for my 2017 Mustang GT.  He was on time efficient and super courteous!  He will be my go-to guy next time I need automotive key work done. I highly recommend him.

Today was the 2nd day in the last few weeks i was at work and my 17yo daughter called and said the lock was falling apart and she couldn't get in. Well JOHN the owner/serviceman came to the house within 30 min both times.  He was super nice, did an amazing job, and didn't overcharge or rip us off. I've had that happen years ago with a locksmith knowing I was at his mercy charge me an absurd amount. Well NOT John. We recently purchased a home in New River and needed multiple doors rekeyed. My wife contacted Assist Locksmith and Joe was very pleasant and quoted a very reasonable price. He arrived exactly when he said he would and completed all the services we requested quite quickly. Joe also changed the codes on our garage door and security gate remotes at no charge. Joe was very polite and professional and exceeded expectations. What more can you ask?  I highly recommend him to anyone needing locksmith service in the areas he supports.

Cory was great. He was available right away and re-keyed my new house. He even took the time to service an older deadbolt, and helped unstick a door that required extra weight to close. He was super fast and friendly, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a locksmith.
