We were 250 miles away from home and were in dire need of a locksmith when our house/dog sitter arrived and our spare key broke off in the lock and he had NO way to get in our house to care for the dogs! Freaking out, not knowing what to do, I went to Yelp and called based on the other reviews and I'm so glad I did! Not only did Carol calm me down, she had Dave to my house within an hour and my sitter IN the house with a new key! Awesome service, fair price and quick turnaround! I love these guys, this is the second time I have used them for two commercial locations I have purchased and Rick was able to figure out the spaghetti mess and reduce the number of keys while giving me the flexibility I needed with the Master.

The other think I liked about the service is he never says not today, or make you wait, he has twice now fitted me in his busy schedule, even though he had to drive back to Scottsdale from Phoenix for my small job.

I was also impressed that he did not try up charge as many of the bait as switch ads do, like a  $15 service fee, $10 pulling in the driveway fee, $10 to open a truck sliding door fee....  His prices were exactly as he quoted me and no surprises.  He just seems like a normal honest hardworking guy building a business the old fashion way.

I will use Rick at RJ Locksmith for my next purchase for sure.

Locksmith installed 3 locks and decided to saw off a piece of the wood trim inside the door - no where near the lock. Locks were square and installed crooked. Stripped a screw that is now not flush with with lock. Poor quality!!

I found West Valley Lock on Yelp and the reviews were positive one after the other. I called for them to change my home  locks  in a hurry and Bo was  here in 45 minutes.  He seems professional and  communicates  well to my questions and needs. I am very grateful to  them. Would recommend them to others.

I've used United Lock Service since 2008 and Nathan is the only locksmith I'd trust with any of my properties. His work is solid quality and fast. Service is always responsive and I have recommended ULS to other people.

Super affordable with great service! Hard to trust anything related to auto repair these days, but this place is great!

I called Scottsdale locksmiththing this morning at around 9:10 AM because my staff were unable to open the safe. Therefore, they were unable to open any doors in our office.  All of our keys and money is kept in a safe.

Joe arrived by 9:40 AM and was able to open or safe with our emergency key and make additional copies of all our keys. I can't believe how fast and quick they were able to solve our issue prior to our patients and arriving in our office.

The technician was on time, friendly and efficient. We couldn't believe how quickly he was able to change our door locks and garage door opener codes. Recommend them highly.

Can't say anything about the actual service or prices, but I called to have someone sent out to unlock my front door. We had family over and needed the door unlocked ASAP. When I called, the guy who answered said the tech is on a service call but will call us back soon. He never called back. Luckily I reached out to another company and wasn't waiting on these guys to call me back.

Cory was great. He was available right away and re-keyed my new house. He even took the time to service an older deadbolt, and helped unstick a door that required extra weight to close. He was super fast and friendly, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a locksmith.

I found NVL after needing to replace a deadbolt on one door and having another lock evaluated. I stopped into the shop one afternoon on my way home and spoke with Wade.  We scheduled an appt for a couple days later.
  Wade showed up and the agreed time and made quick work of the locks.  Appreciated his promptness and quick and good work,  will surely use their shop again.
