They have always been professional and are quick at what they do. They've previously cut a spare for my Harley Sportster. Today they cut some OEM style Toyota keys for my FJ Cruiser that I had bought online with the immobilizer chip. They explained how I may need two originals to program the new keys but it was not needed. I did it with only one and the new keys are working! They do great work! I purchased a house and needed all the locks rekeyed as well as some adjustments to a couple bad deadbolts.  I scheduled an appointment for next day service.  Stormy showed up and provided great service with a friendly attitude.  Along with the rekeying, some lock components were replaced and a little drilling was done to correct existing alignment issues.  Very reasonably priced and excellent service.

RJ arrived within 5 minutes of our agreed upon time. He was/is super friendly and VERY talkative. He is a native Arizonan so I learned a lot about the area surrounding our new home while also having our locks rekeyed. It took three hours to key six cylinders (our front door was apparently a bit challenging), which strikes me as quite long; however, I prefer working with someone who takes their time to get it right over someone who rushes through and leaves me with issues. He's a very kind man who seems to enjoy his work. He even offered me a discount when the job was completed, which I declined in the hope that he would pay it forward. Time will tell on the quality of the job - for now I'm satisfied.

This is who you need to call when you need anything locks. Our front door was simply note working at the latch. Jon had it diagnosed and repaired fast! He's professional, excellent, and my new locksmith!

Ran was great! I message him this morning and he came a couple of hours later! He came directly to my home. He also worked really fast! Also, he gave an extra key! I would highly recommend him.

Knew exactly what I needed for a replacement key fob. Other places I went said my fob was "too old" (a 2016?) or told me that I was wrong because I don't have a push-button start. Service was great and price was very fair. Highly recommended.

I had a very positive experience ARCO. They were selected as the service provider by my home warranty company to change the locks on my new home. Josh was our technician and he was on time, friendly, and completed his work quickly. He called 20 minutes in advance to let me know he was close by which I appreciated. He also got me a quote on the spot for adding a new deadbolt and tightened a door handle that he noticed was loose for no charge. I was very happy with the work he did and his professionalism, and I would definitely use this company again.

John is the best! He answered all of my questions when I called and immediately came out to make some duplicate keys for me. Very quick and professional with reasonable prices. I would use this company again.

Jaime came and took care of us on a Wednesday night at 8:30pm.  He was here within an hour of us calling him. He was fast, polite, professional, courteous, he gave me calls along the way, and kept us informed, and when I met him I felt super comfortable having him in my home.  The price is very reasonable for someone that meets all of this criteria and who is also extremely experienced.  I've used cheaper locksmiths in the past, and I got what I paid for.  My only regret was not having more cash on hand to give him a bigger tip.  When you find s good tradesman like Jaime, I hope you tip them well, us experienced tradesmen are a dying breed.  Thanks Jaime and Anderson! (Anderson I hope you take care of this guy! He's one of the rare good ones!)

It's moving day.  The movers are here.  AND, wouldn't you know it? Our safe refused to open!  We were locked out! We called Old Glory, and Corey very kindly rearranged his morning to help us out. He said he'd be by in about 20 minutes. He was there in 15! :-))

We had North Valley Locksmith do some lock repairs for us today. David said he would be there at 9:00 and he was  right on time. He gave options for what we could have done and then proceeded to do exactly that. I was very impressed with his professional manner and quality of his work. The  price we paid was very reasonable and I would highly recommend this company for any lock repairs necessary.
