Best Locksmiths in Phoenix, AZ

First of all if you have a sign on your door that say you are open till 5pm be there!!!!    So then when i finally got their earlier in the day, i was really surprised that the old guy that say he owns the place is such a grump.   I have had keys made in the past and the young lady that works their is so friendly.  I must have woken him up from his nap.  I am sorry I didn't spend a ton of money at your place, but I will never spend 1 more $ there ever again.   AVOID VERY RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL AT ALL

I really think some of these small business owner need to realize what customer service really is all about.

Great customer service. Answered the phone immediately and reviewed my situation. Came back with very fair price. They were there within the hour and handled the job professionally with no hidden charges or surprises.

RJ arrived within 5 minutes of our agreed upon time. He was/is super friendly and VERY talkative. He is a native Arizonan so I learned a lot about the area surrounding our new home while also having our locks rekeyed. It took three hours to key six cylinders (our front door was apparently a bit challenging), which strikes me as quite long; however, I prefer working with someone who takes their time to get it right over someone who rushes through and leaves me with issues. He's a very kind man who seems to enjoy his work. He even offered me a discount when the job was completed, which I declined in the hope that he would pay it forward. Time will tell on the quality of the job - for now I'm satisfied.

Jon responded promptly when I reached out after having my keys locked in my car (thanks, Mom).  When he arrived, he was cordial and very chill.  Really nice guy.  His pricing is more than fair.  I HIGHLY recommend if ever in need of a great locksmith.  Thx again, Jon!

My dogs were playing and be t the key that was in the door. I went to bend it back and the key snapped. I called Desert Locksmith and they came out 15 min later and fixed the lock. They were fast, professional and reasonably priced.

I found United Lock Service on Angie's List with an Angie's "A" rating and 869 positive reviews. Nathan was prompt to respond and professional in every way. Very punctual and even called when he was in route with his ETA. I encountered a residential lockout with my detached garage and recently lost the wireless garage clicker as well. It was impressive to watch Nathan open my door so quickly. The lock now works better and smoother than before and I will be using United Lock Service for a complete rekey of all locks in the future based on this experience and finding a locksmith I can trust. We recently purchased a home in New River and needed multiple doors rekeyed. My wife contacted Assist Locksmith and Joe was very pleasant and quoted a very reasonable price. He arrived exactly when he said he would and completed all the services we requested quite quickly. Joe also changed the codes on our garage door and security gate remotes at no charge.
