We used this company and received very fair pricing and outstanding service for the replacement of a lost Toyota key fob. Clint is an incredibly knowledgeable locksmith.
I highly recommend this company for all lock or key issues.

Horrible company and a very dishonest owner (Roy). Avoid at all costs. I've been trying to get a copy of a car key (fob/transmitter style) for the past 4 months. I have had nothing but problems with this company, employees, and owner.
It started when I was stood up twice, both times after setting up appointments around their schedule and driving to their shop on E. Indian School. The business is all locked up during business hours as it is "By Appointment Only"....don't bother making an appointment--they don't mean anything. I was given excuses of a) the employee assigned to me had to go to the hospital the day before and I forgot to call you, and b) the machine needed to complete your digital key is in use by another locksmith employee at a job site (why make my appointment for a certain time and have me show up, knowing they can't complete the job). I should have stopped there, but the owner felt so bad and "wanted to make it up to me". On my 3rd appointment attempt, I finally got to meet somebody who worked for the company (albeit, he was 20 minutes late). I sat in my car with the locksmith for 2 1/2 hours as he attempted to make a duplicate of my key transponder. He called tech support, the dealership, other employees, all to no avail. My battery died from waiting so long, and he had to attach jumper cables from his personal car for the next 25 minutes of the ordeal. Not only could he not program the new key, but my ORIGINAL key was not deleted and I had no way to leave even if I wanted to. Finally another employee showed up, spent 2 minutes going through the same steps as the first guy (who obviously just didn't know what he was doing) and was able to at least get my original key re-programmed. He said it was too risky to try to get the duplicate done today and suggested I wait until they can try another machine at a later date. So a total of 3 appointments and 4 1/2 hours of wasted time, I was right back where I started. I continued to contact Roy to schedule my appointment for the duplicate key programming. He apologized for all the troubles and "no-show" appointments, gave me his cell phone number to call/text him personally, and vowed to have a technician come to my work site with the proper machine as soon as possible (that was Jan 15th). For the next several weeks, Roy texted me every excuse in the book--the technician was busy and not available, then he had a family emergency and was out for the next 10 days, then they were waiting for their machine to get updates from the manufacturer for my make/model, etc., etc. Then the texts and phone calls just stopped. He would not text back (knowing he received them since they were sent and received using iMessage on the iPhone) and would not return any voicemails left to his cell phone or company line (approximately 12 messages were left over the course of the next 4 weeks). I know I should have gone elsewhere after receiving such poor customer services and being fed so many lies, but my persistence and belief that Roy and his company should fix the problem they helped create, was too strong. I finally was able to reach Roy on his business line after blocking my number (surely he would not have answered had he known it was me calling). After I gave him the description of my year/make/model, he knew it was me and said that they were waiting on a new machine and had no time table on when they could purchase it. He said it costs over $11k, and until/if they get the machine, they could not work with "smart keys" in the meantime. I laughed at yet another silly excuse/lie and ended the conversation. I attempted to contact him one last time later that day on his cell phone, and of course he would not respond back.
OVERALL: AVOID. VERY DISHONEST OWNER, INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEES and POOR, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Unfortunately I locked myself out of my apartment and noticed it the minute I locked the door. I hoped on LetGo immediately to find help. Literally within 2 mins of reaching out to Azlockouts, Joseph responded, asked for my location on and was at my apartment complex within in 15 mins. When Joseph arrived however, he thought it was a car lockout job. He said no worries, my friend Peter can help.
He called Peter right then and there and told me he'd be to me within 15 mins. I did not ask for a rate .... just didn't think about about it. Peter arrived within the quoted timeframe and immediately noticed an issue with my lock. It was a secure lock, which meant it needed a drill to be open. Peter said he would try to get the lock open without a drill first, that way he wouldn't have to re-key the lock. He tried that for about an hour or so.
After multiple attempts Peter said I'm going to have to use the drill, but it'll cost an extra $20, which brings my total $80. Cool... I had no choice!
Once Peter used the drill it only took him a few more minutes (about 30) to change the lock. Once he was done I paid for the services through Cash App. I sent $80, that's what Peter quoted me. Once Peter received the payment he said "Oh wow! You left me a tip". I said ... ummmm Peter you quoted me $80. He said oh yeah I forgot! I'm inclined to believe the real quote for services isn't $80, or even $60 .... but what's a girl to do with your stuck out of your apartment.
I'd recommend if you needed a locksmith because they were there in a jiffy. I'd say, like always be sure to get your rates up front!!!!

If I could give 100 stars I would! The locksmith who showed up was quick, and communicated exactly what he was doing and how much it was going to cost. He was able to get me back into my truck and even cut me a spare key! I have a 2004 Dodge Ram 2500 and the dark tint and lift weren't a problem for this guy! The price was reasonable and he was able to come to me at 3am! What a lifesaver! Thank you guys again!

I bought a safe from them 20 years ago. Still works great. Since then I've bought 2 more safes and had all the keys for my 70 unit apartment building re keyed and duplicated many times. A fabulous company with first hand knowledge of locks and safes. There mobile emergency units are top notch.

Bait n switch much?? I called into dispatch to ask for a quote to get my keys unlocked from inside my car. She took my information and said a technician would call me back. I asked her when and how much and she told me the technician would go over all that with me when he arrived. Which meant to me you have independent contractors that can charge me whatever they want when they arrive. That didn't sit well with me so I kept calling locksmiths. When the technician called me I let him know that I found someone else and kindly thanked him. I immediately got a return call from the woman in dispatch who said "what's going on my technician said you hired someone else" Yes I did because you couldn't give me a time or price. She asked me how much they were charging and when they were coming, which I thought was intrusive but I told her 20 minutes and $75.
"If I can get my guy there in 15 minutes and charge you $70 will you let me send him?" No ma'am... I'm good.

Local businesses that don't understand customer service blow me away. How do you expect to stay in business when you can't even be a half way decent human being? How hard is it to be nice for 3 seconds on the phone? Apparently extremely hard at Apache Junction Locksmith. TLDR: if you are into salty douchebags give em a call!
