Ivan was very professional and polite on the phone and was at my house helping me in less than twenty minutes.
He even made me extra key copies right there in his van so this won't happen again.
He was a true lifesaver and very kind.

When you called we said we'd take care of any damages that we might have caused with the soonest available opening which would be about 48 hours from now. Now this has nothing to do with money.  Even if another customer called and offered us a treasure trove, we would also give them the first available appointment.  We can put you in touch with the rare customer we have caused damage, ( in some cases ,by far exceeding the cost of your door panel, and they will tell you that we took care of them no matter the cost). If you'd have a little more patience and not curse at us on the phone with vulgar language, we'd gotten this taken care of.

That is a pretty flowery version. I agree I got upset and lost my cool, but It's pretty tough to say, hey, your door panel has to flap in the breeze for 2 days because they have other appointments. Especially after the $200.00 I Paid for the service and the needlessly broken panel. But, I will not disagree. I lost my cool and was wrong in that regard. So, here is your chance. Will you take care of the panel? I looked at it yesterday. Your tech broke the plastic cover over the latch and stripped three of the plastic inserts that hold the panel on. They won't lock in place. Just pop back out.

I called Azlockouts and they arrived with in 10 minutes. They were very professional. I felt safe and they helped ease the situation. I was a little frantic because I locked my keys in the trunk of my car, inside my purse and my car battery died. I was at work in between sites. The gentleman opened the car and was able to get the keys out of the trunk. I would highly recommend Azlockouts great service and great price.

Recently my car key broke in half and I could not start my car. Called Locksmith Express and she was there promptly with a device that was able to pull up my key code and create a new one in minutes. She was so responsive and friendly, plus did it for a very fair price - lower than I was expecting! If I ever need a locksmith again it will be Locksmith Express. Thank you for saving me that day!!

Andrew made the process of setting up an appointment for removing a lock to my townhome and reinstalling, rekeying locks a breeze.  He is very professional, has experience in understanding the complexities with how deeds / transfer of titles / and proof of ownership work, when opening up homes.  This was a big help.  
I tried another local locksmith that didn't have that legal background, and I wasted a lot of time with him.  But Andrew at Andrews Lock and Key is sharp- he knows his stuff about the legal side of the locksmithing biz, and that made the whole thing much easier.  His price seemed reasonable too.

I have been putting of a chore because I thought it would be painful and take hours, but luckily I found Arizona Mobile Locksmiths who were  friendly and got here fast!  Daniel gave me the right advice and changed my locks in great time!  On top of that the price was very reasonable!  Thanks Daniel!

One of their drivers was driving on the highway like a maniac this morning. Going at like 15 over the speed limit, swerving in between lanes, cut off two people that I saw and one was so closed the other driver swerved into the lane next to them. Would report them directly but they flew past me and I couldn't catch their license plate

Wony return calls or answer  any messages . Will never recommend. Even on a holiday when people  travel the most

Bait n switch much??  I called into dispatch to ask for a quote to get my keys unlocked from inside my car. She took my information and said a technician would call me back. I asked her when and how much and she told me the technician would go over all that with me when he arrived.  Which meant to me you have independent contractors that can charge me whatever they want when they arrive. That didn't sit well with me so I kept calling locksmiths.  When the technician called me I let him know that I found someone else and kindly thanked him. I immediately got a return call from the woman in dispatch who said "what's going on my technician said you hired someone else"  Yes I did because you couldn't give me a time or price. She asked me how much they were charging and when they were coming, which I thought was intrusive but I told her 20 minutes and $75.
"If I can get my guy there in 15 minutes and charge you $70 will you let me send him?" No ma'am... I'm good.

Local businesses that don't understand customer service blow me away. How do you expect to stay in business when you can't even be a half way decent human being? How hard is it to be nice for 3 seconds on the phone? Apparently extremely hard at Apache Junction Locksmith. TLDR: if you are into salty douchebags give em a call!
