Lost my only set of keys and this company immediately sent someone within 25 minutes of confirmation to unlock, get a new key, with a clicker as well as a valet key! They are friendly and professional! The person who helped me name was Aron!! Wonderful service. Quick, easy, and honest business! Being someone who can never keep track of their keys, Aron and Diamondback Lock and Key are definitely first choice for convenience and price!!

I needed a duplicate car key. I called Harmon's and was advised I would save money buying the key blank on line. I did so and brought the key blank to the shop. They cut the key, and programmed the embedded theft deterrent chip, all in about a half hour.

The programming required the technician to sit in my car and perform a sequence of command inputs with a programmer instrument. He did so without leaving any mess or changing my driver seat settings. Professional and courteous.

The staff at the downtown Mesa Ace Hardware referred me to Harmon's, a good recommendation and another vote of confidence in this business.

Aaron took our call, asked a couple of questions and gave us a cash price (cheaper) and a credit card price. He came within the hour as promised and was very quick to unlocking our door.

I appreciate that he considered the least invasive way to unlock the door, and educated me up on some strategies I could use in case it happens again. I especially appreciate how cool he was when my son who kept asking him "what's that?"

I had a couple of keys made, routine simple padlock keys.  One of them was hanging up a bit in the lock, so I took it back and asked for a replacement.  The man there that day refused to believe that the key was hanging up, and that the original was not, and he was refusing to make a replacement key.  I politely persisted, which made him angry, so after harrassing me about it, he finally made me a key out of a key blank with notches -- some kind of reject or second and tossed it at me.  

I had rental property for 20 years, so I have had occasion to have hundreds and hundreds of keys made.  My experience is if I take a key back to a locksmith and tell him it's hanging up and ask for a replacement, they make a replacement, no questions asked.  I have also been in retail all my life, and I would never think of treating a customer the way he treated me.  The guy there that day was rude, condescending, arrogant, and demeaning.  He should NOT be interacting with the public.  I won't ever be patronizing this place of business again.  NOT recommended.

I called this company at 5:40am and left them a message to call me as soon as they were open that me and my dog were locked out of my house since shortly after midnight and it's been consistently over 95 degrees the whole time! They never returned my call and it's almost noon! Don't waste your time you will die of heat exhaustion before they return your call!

Flying Locksmith did an amazing job repairing one of our main access doors.  They repaired the prescribed scope of work.  Upon inspection we noticed the door was not operating properly.  We reached out, these guys came back out and tweaked door.  Upon inspection they found that the door needed some professional care and maintenance.  They proceeded to repair it better than ever.  Great people to work with!  -Phil
