Best Pest Control Services in Phoenix, AZ

I called this company about 2 weeks ago during their posted business hours.  no one picked up and it went to voice mail.  I left a message with my contact info and I also filled out the online form.  to this date, I never heard back from anyone.

These guys are a cut above the rest.  I've hired them for my rental house and they always make scheduling as easy as possible by offering to contact my tenants directly to set up a time with them.  They offer reliable services at a fair price.

First of all I'm a tough critic and not easy to impress and many businesses these days don't rate writing a 5 Star review however Don's Bees more than deserves it.  I had a problem that they made sure was taken care of with quite a few follow up visits.  They are a family business with knowledgeable  friendly employees as well. They have fair prices for a wide variety of services. I will use and recommend them again.

Exceptional customer service! I called TruForce to get a quote and they came out within the hour to spray my property. They were kind, knowledgeable, and  thorough. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quality pest control service - especially if you have kids or pets!

Joey serviced my home was very thorough and friendly, he even carried my packages in of the front porch..

I got three bids through Yelp for removing one pigeon nest and to put up spikes so the birds don't come back. I decided to go with the lowest bid.
The owner came out to our house within 24hours.  He removed the nest without making a nest. He was very good at putting up metal spikes in patterns that would work better than we have been able to do on several attempts. The work is also guaranteed. He was a very nice man also.

We initially contacted them to handle pest control at our property in September 2018. After they told us it was a contract rather than month-to-month (which wasn't clear in the first contact), we canceled our contract before a rep even came to service our home. They agreed to cancel, but charged our card and never refunded it.

In November, we received an email saying they were sending out a tech for our bi-monthly service. We called again and told them that we had cancelled. They indicated they had no record of our cancellation. We cancelled again and they agreed to refund us the charge from September. It never came.

We called in December asking about the refund. They said they would send a check in a few days. A few days later, we called to ask for confirmation and a cancellation number. The representative indicated that they had no record of our cancellation.

We finally disputed the charge through our bank because it was clear we were not going to get a refund by talking to the business.

I would avoid them like the plague.

I love this company. All of the technicians have been very professional, kind, thorough and fast. They ant bait works incredibly well.

I love working with Watts Pest Control. They are always professional and everyone that I have dealt with at their company goes above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service.  I have never been more pleased with a pest control company and highly recommended them.

I'm not sure why it took me 35 years to write a review but that's how long we've been using Moon valley pest control. Every time they come they do a great job. Super reasonably priced and we see no bugs for about 6 months. Today Chris went above and beyond and took out a wasp nest that have been built in our bushes. Would definitely recommend this family owned neighborhood company!

My technician, Brad Bagnall, was very professional and courteous. He sent a text when he was close to arriving at my home. When I asked him to spray inside he quickly advised he would do so. He was friendly and neat appearing. After he finished inside I received text and picture from him of spider webs above my front door, he said he knocked them down and treated the area.
Would highly recommend Brad and Bulwark to anyone needing pest control service.

Scott was at my house today and I found him to be extremely knowledgable, not only for a solution but also for prevention.  He inspected the inside and outside of my home and educated me on how to fix things that would prevent pests from wanting to live around my house and from gaining entry into my house. I have a list of 15 things to do and he suggested fixing them before using his services to prevent the problem from continuing.  These suggestions will save me money in other ways too, like lowering my water and electric bills.  Scott really cares about people.  He wants to help prevent pests and not just treat the problem.  I've never had someone take the time to educate me on prevention.  Most won't want to because then we won't need there services as often!  The icing on the cake is that Scott uses 100% organic products so there's no risk of toxic chemicals harming your family - including pets!  I highly recommend Scott!

As good as advertised. Even from the initial phone call to make an appointment, they were helpful, friendly and accommodating. Scott was the one who came to my house and did my inspection. Couldn't have been a nicer, more knowledgeable guy. Gave me lots of good tips on what to look out for in the future. Definitely the only termite/pest company I'll be using moving forward!

The representatives in the office are incompetent. When I met with the technician we agreed to have my monthly payments automatically taken out of my checking account. The first few months the payments came out. After that I received a call and email from someone In the office stating I had a bill that needed to be paid for the month. I explained to her that I had automatic payments but paid and told her to re set up the automatic payments. She said she would. The next month comes and again I get a call and email saying they never received my payment. I again told her I was supposed to have them automatically come out of my account and forwarded her the emails. She said she would fix the issue and moving forward they would come out of my account. THE NEXT MONTH I RECEIVED THE SAME CALL AND EMAIL. I was so annoyed I decided to cancel the service but still had to pay the cancellation fee and that months payment. I would never recommend such horrible service to anyone. Do not hire this company!!! They were also very unprofessional and rude.
