Best Pest Control Services in Phoenix, AZ

I ordered an inspection from another company and they came over, walked around a bit, saw some stains, took $50 for the inspection and then asked for $600 to treat the house. Not much else, just we see stains, it's $600 to treat the house.

So, I called these guys for a second opinion. They returned my call, apologized for missing it, came out later that day and spotted an additional area, then treated just those areas for $175. Could've saved myself a lot of time, but thankfully I saved a lot of money by using these guys.

Heath was the tech, customer service, billing and sent me the docs I needed to satisfy my mortgage company promptly.

I would definitely recommend them.

I had a persistent pigeon problem that I repeatedly tried to take care of myself to no avail. I finally decided it was time to call in a pro. I found Don's Bees on Yelp and decided to give him a call based on his reviews. I called him and asked if he could give me a ballpark estimate based on some approximate measurements and pictures I texted to him. Don gave me what I considered to be a very fair estimate range. He showed up on time and clearly explained what he was going to do. He not only fixed the area that was a problem, he took care of another area that was a potential problem at no additional cost. I was very impressed with his service and would definitely recommend Don.

I work as a vendor for this company and I can tell you that all the people talking about what a great guy Bret is....well they are absolutely right. Bret and his guys are top notch and their service shows it. You wont find better people to work with. They know their craft. They buy quality materials and then go out and do the excellent service.

Action Termite Control has been my go to company with any termite issues I have had. They are always so fast, professional & their warranties are the best out there. I recommend them to anyone that has a termite problem!

I live in queen creek and we have had some serious issues with scorpions. One day when my son and I were out mowing the lawn we ran across 3 at the base of our orange tree... I went to Home Depot and bought the stuff that they recommended and it worked great for about a week. We went out and used a black light in our backyard and found about 3 scorpions in various different places. A close friend had recommended tru force pest control and we gave them a shot. Me and my wife could not have been happier. The service has been great and I love their scheduling system! Sean Toolson was my initial contact and he was extremely thorough about teaching me about scorpions.... they are some nasty creatures! Thanks tru force! I don't plan on going anywhere else!

Joey serviced my home was very thorough and friendly, he even carried my packages in of the front porch..

I got three bids through Yelp for removing one pigeon nest and to put up spikes so the birds don't come back. I decided to go with the lowest bid.
The owner came out to our house within 24hours.  He removed the nest without making a nest. He was very good at putting up metal spikes in patterns that would work better than we have been able to do on several attempts. The work is also guaranteed. He was a very nice man also.

This is for Jason Owen's.   What a great guy.  We lost our last pest guy and was not happy.   But Jason is the best replacement.  He knew exactly what he was doing and eased our minds. Thank you Jason for doing a great job!

Incompetent schedulers. refused to cancel contract after 3 miss  scheduled appointments. Gouged me to cancel contract.. hope the good PR makes them enough money.

I used Defense Pest Control for 5 years and loved them.  Very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I moved and was taken in by a smooth talker from another company that promised the world for a better price.  I signed a contract and could not wait to get out of it and go back to DPC.  I will never be fooled again.  So glad to back with Defense Pest Control. They do a great job and I highly recommend them.

I'd like to begin by saying I had previously intended to write a positive review for this company. The owner came to my house the day I requested service and is clearly passionate about his product and pest control. The home inspection the owner took on was extremely thorough, and almost over the top. This is not a company that quickly takes care of your problem, but one that spends hours inspecting your home and insisting you take improvement notes. Again, the dedication impressed me, so even though I didn't enjoy the experience, I planned to leave a positive review because the owner cares about bugs.

Unfortunately, the product does not work. The service was guaranteed for 30 days, with the expectation of seeing bugs crawl out from hiding in the first two weeks. It is three weeks later and I have never stopped seeing crickets all over my home.

I tried calling the company to reservice my home per the guarantee, and received a far less than professional response. The owner texted me saying he'd be out in the next day or two to take care of my issue. I requested a more specific time since it would be a smart idea to be sure I was home before showing up some time in a two day window. We set a time for him to come, and the entire day passed without a word from him. He did not show up. He did not call. I contacted him again and he first blamed his technician for not coming to my house then said, I guess I forgot to tell him to go there yesterday... We set up another time for him to come by. Again, I hear nothing. Hours later the technician contacts me and tells me I can either have a refund or set up yet another time for them to revisit my home. I request a refund because I was through dealing with an unprofessional company with a product that does not work. He said he would call the owner and then text me. That was the last I heard from him. $150 and several hours down the drain. Save yourself the money, time and hassle!

I have to add another nice review here.  I found some termite tubes on the garage floor a couple of days ago and they became bigger and started spreading, so I called the company yesterday and Glen just came over to inspect.  He showed up on time and looked around the house inside and outside.  He gave me some educational information about termite and gave me an affordable quote.  I had two other inspection appointments with other companies tomorrow and next Tuesday, but I just needed a spot treatment and he was ready for it, so I just decided to go ahead and have him treated.  We are lucky that our problem was small, and they were honest enough to tell me that we didn't need a whole house treatment.  I watched how he treated the garage, and he was quick and through. I am happy with their job.

Kelly from Blue Sky responded and although our house is currently termite free, he took the time to educate me and lay out a plan for the future.
