Here's my experience -

I am in the middle of buying a house and need to be out of my rental by the end of the next month, so any hold ups to closing hold heavy consequences. My lender contacted me in a bit of a panic saying I needed a termite inspection ASAP. It's worth noting this was the Wednesday before Memorial Day weekend and during active termite season. I sent out a request to all of the termite companies in the area and called a few more. Arizona Termite Specialists were one of the first companies to answer my distress call and assured me they would help me out. After chatting with them they were sending someone out to inspect that day (no other company was able to do this).

I had taken the day off from work because I had not felt well that day (purely exhaustion) and went to lay down and wait for them to contact me on a time that they would be able to come out. Little did I know, they had during the 30 minutes I was asleep. I wake up to my doorbell ringing and answer to find Robert from Arizona Termite Specialists at my door. He got to the house that I'm buying and only the landscaper was there, but he's resourceful and asked the landscaper if he knew where I lived or how to get a hold of me. I live two doors down, lol!

We went over to the house and, of course, to my horror (not the fact that there were termites but what that could mean for my closing date), it had termites and hasn't been treated for some time. Now I had to figure out how to get it treated ASAP so it wouldn't hold up closing. Robert told me he would be able to treat it within the next few days. After he left, he scheduled it for the very next day, I was both speechless and extremely thankful. He also got all the paperwork I needed for the lender ASAP. I was also given a great discount for paying in cash. Robert treated the house in less than an hour's time as well as educating me on how the 5 yr warranty worked and what my options were for after that time. He was great to work with and very professional.

I cannot thank Robert or Jeremy at Arizona Termite Specialists enough for their amazing customer service and helping me with my ridiculous time constraints. I will be recommending them to everyone and look forward to working with them going forward.

House Doctor Exterminating has been taking care of our properties for several years.  Their service is never anything short of fantastic.  I have also have the opportunity to use their services at my personal residence.  Their technicians are very professional and courteous.  David and Tracy run a great crew and I am happy to have them as part of our team!

We had Don out to our home last month after we noticed bees trying to enter our roof eves in a few areas. Don was out to see us the same day we called. He took time to explain the behavior of the bees, and recommended a treatment to repel them and avoid them building a hive. He was quick in his treatment, and the price was very affordable. We will not hesitate to call him again if ever needed!

Jeremy is amazing!! This place runs like a tight oil machine and when we have any issues I can text him and he will be here within a day or two. Honest and dependable and goes above and beyond to put my mind at ease. THANK YOU!!

Horrible customer service. They give you no more than 24 hour notice before they come out. They don't care if you have plans. I have dead rats in my attic for going on two weeks now because of them. I will never use them again and will convince my property management company to never use them again.

We switched to TruForce a few months back and are SO happy we did! Our pest issues were addressed and we were given a lot of different options of how we wanted to treat them. They have been coming monthly and our big problems are non existent now. Johnathan is our tech and is so professional, kind and takes the time to explain what he is doing and why. Can't recommend this company enough for their service as well as their product!!

Gilbert did the pest control and pool service. He understood a problem was going on with the chlorine levels and worked to fix it. He seems very knowledgeable and dealt with the problem effectively. I appreciate his professionalism.

Don't second guess, go with this company. Mark was AWESOME! I reached out yesterday and they were here on site next morning (today) to give me a quote. They were able to handle everything while on site and were done within a couple hours. Pricing was very reasonable, Mark was very friendly and explained things thoroughly to me. Will be using them again in the future! This time I used them for pigeon removal / deterrent, plus all work is warrantied for a year. A+++

Radni, Rusty and Adam have been fantastic!! Very professional and funny. The experience was scary and unnerving but these guys really calmed us down and educated us on what was happening and what to expect. With their excellent prep and thorough spray treatment we are pest free!!! To boot Rusty like luvns'.

I do not recommend them they have on their website that they guarantee but they won't come out after 10 days that you still see bugs out in your home. The office people do not keep their word and they're rude very rude

I've worked with Watts three times.  Each time they have been responsive, on time, professional and incredibly nice.  Marc has been my rep and reaches out to me to schedule appointments and every service rep is respectful.  I can't say enough good things about their service.  I've used them for gopher elimination and pest control. I've schedule a new appt to close openings that birds are going through to the attic.

This place had good reviews. I called and had them come out and spray my house because I was having problems with house ants. The gentleman told me to give it about 7 days for them to be eliminated completely and I have still had issues to call and they would come back and follow up. A week passed and I still had these ants, I call Thursday afternoon, no answer, so I leave a voicemail. I wait till Monday when I get a call back from a lady and let her know my issue. I gave her my name, address and date of service and she proceeds to tell me she has no record of me and proceeds to be less than pleasant. She tells me that she isn't sure how they are suppose to help my problem with ants if I don't know where the ant hill is (wait a hot minute, isn't that what I hired you for) She states she will call the technician and will send him back out Thursday (a week from my first call) between such and such time.
No one ever showed up. No one ever called back.
I am so disappointed and feel like I was scammed. I honestly think these people must have just picked up a spray can and store bought bug spray and call themselves and exterminating company. You pay, no results, then all of a sudden these people have no clue who you are.
If I could leave zero stars I would.

Robert Acosta was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. I had a very serious ant issue throughout my yard, Robert took the time to understand the problem and treated it. It was wonderful mowing my lawn and playing in my backyard this weekend without being attacked by ants. My dogs are happy too! I will be sure to let my network know about Defense pest control and Robert! Thank you!

I'd like to begin by saying I had previously intended to write a positive review for this company. The owner came to my house the day I requested service and is clearly passionate about his product and pest control. The home inspection the owner took on was extremely thorough, and almost over the top. This is not a company that quickly takes care of your problem, but one that spends hours inspecting your home and insisting you take improvement notes. Again, the dedication impressed me, so even though I didn't enjoy the experience, I planned to leave a positive review because the owner cares about bugs.

Unfortunately, the product does not work. The service was guaranteed for 30 days, with the expectation of seeing bugs crawl out from hiding in the first two weeks. It is three weeks later and I have never stopped seeing crickets all over my home.

I tried calling the company to reservice my home per the guarantee, and received a far less than professional response. The owner texted me saying he'd be out in the next day or two to take care of my issue. I requested a more specific time since it would be a smart idea to be sure I was home before showing up some time in a two day window. We set a time for him to come, and the entire day passed without a word from him. He did not show up. He did not call. I contacted him again and he first blamed his technician for not coming to my house then said, I guess I forgot to tell him to go there yesterday... We set up another time for him to come by. Again, I hear nothing. Hours later the technician contacts me and tells me I can either have a refund or set up yet another time for them to revisit my home. I request a refund because I was through dealing with an unprofessional company with a product that does not work. He said he would call the owner and then text me. That was the last I heard from him. $150 and several hours down the drain. Save yourself the money, time and hassle!

The 10 year warranty on termite treatment that John provides far surpasses other companies in the industry. He is knowledgeable and responds quickly to inquiries, two excellent qualities when dealing with termites. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend John and his company.

I called the number given to me. BY the responding Blue Sky representative on Yelp only to find it was disconnected.  I then googled their contact info and spoke with someone and was told that Justin is a manager and is aware of my situation and would call me back.  That was yesterday around 2pm.  It's now 4pm on Friday and still no call.  I'm super glad I wasted 20 minutes of my lunch break tracking down your employee per your request only to find yet again your people are A.) incompetent or B.) just don't give a crap.  

My experiences with your company would be laughable if they weren't so frustrating and wasteful of my time.  To recap:
1. Texted me asking for a review
2. Neglected to respond when I texted back my dissatisfaction with service
3. Neglected to process my payment info and promised to contact - failed on both
4. Continued to send payment requests while never addressing service concerns
5. Yelp response to my poor review with a disconnected phone number and lets be honest, no real intention to address or correct issues
Wow, just wow

So, after all this I had a long talk with Justin at Blue Sky.  He was patient and understanding and genuinely concerned and interested in my feedback.  More than anything I appreciated someone following up and listening.  After this call and Justin's direct phone number in the event of any future issues I have agreed to give the company another chance...
