They were able to come out quickly for an inspection, gave a fair quote, and performed the work with high quality when they said they would. If you have termites, I highly recommend this company.

This company was great when I first started using them but they have gone down hill recently.   Mainly due to office staff that has zero knowledge of customer service.   They never give me a day or time that they will be coming and I have to actively  pursue trying to get the technician to come out.  The only plus has been when the tech actually does show up he is friendly.  Also the bug problem that I initially had this company come out for is right back where it started.  Going with a new company starting this next week.

I had a persistent pigeon problem that I repeatedly tried to take care of myself to no avail. I finally decided it was time to call in a pro. I found Don's Bees on Yelp and decided to give him a call based on his reviews. I called him and asked if he could give me a ballpark estimate based on some approximate measurements and pictures I texted to him. Don gave me what I considered to be a very fair estimate range. He showed up on time and clearly explained what he was going to do. He not only fixed the area that was a problem, he took care of another area that was a potential problem at no additional cost. I was very impressed with his service and would definitely recommend Don.

Don't trust them! I was on vacation but had to get a termite report for an ongoing refinancing process. The report stated state there was evidence of previous damage (which was on the report when I bought my house 16 years ago) and that although no live termites were seen, I needed $500 worth of treatment. I paid $50 for them to try to take advantage of me. I called another company and received a clean bill of health. This company ripped me off for $50 and tried hard to take me for another $500!

I'm not usually someone to respond well to door-to-door sales pitches, but for some reason, I was sold on Truforce. I'm happy to say I haven't regretted it. The technicians that have serviced my home have always been professional and thorough in their work. I have had to reschedule services before and their office staff have always been polite and flexible to work with. I believe I got a great deal on my service. I haven't had any problems with bugs in between services. Before I used TruForce, I would see so many bugs (and scorpions). With a toddler, there was no way I could have anything less than excellent pest control and TruForce has been the best. I don't have to worry about my son getting stung by a scorpion or finding a spider in the bathroom. I'm so glad I opened my door to TruForce.

Gilbert did the pest control and pool service. He understood a problem was going on with the chlorine levels and worked to fix it. He seems very knowledgeable and dealt with the problem effectively. I appreciate his professionalism.

This was my first shot at hiring a rodent control business and they were great.  Less than 1/2 the cost of the others contacted and they arrived the next day and took care of setting the traps.  He has returned almost every 2-3 days to check on them. No sightings yet.  Great customer service from Mark!

I dealt with Troy who is the sales manager. They had NO problem scheduling an $850.00 full termite treatment like within one to two weeks. However, when two twelve inch termite tubes showed up due to the tech not completely treating the outside wall and the crack in the garage. I was informed we can't send anyone out for 2 months....sorry?????  I'm really sorry I hired them to do the treatment. I hired another company who is more customer service oriented. My own experience is this....the tech did a lousy job and missed treatment spots and the company would NOT send anybody out for 2 months. With that being said.....I definately would NOT recommend this company to anyone that I know. One really sad experience.

I bought a Living Social deal for GHPC last September to get rid of crickets and beetles.  They provided prompt and professional service, but the icing on the cake came a month later.  October is our home's scorpion month.  For years we have found multiple scorpions per week--mainly in October and tricking into November.  The entire fall we found one scorpion!  Now that spring is approaching we have found two scorpions within the past week.  I called GHPC apprehensively since I don't have a Living Social deal.  They went above and beyond offering me a discount on their normal one-time service fee.

A professional team that gets results quickly and efficiently. They were easy to work with and responded to every request I made. They are the best I have used and would be the first ones to call if services were needed.

This place had good reviews. I called and had them come out and spray my house because I was having problems with house ants. The gentleman told me to give it about 7 days for them to be eliminated completely and I have still had issues to call and they would come back and follow up. A week passed and I still had these ants, I call Thursday afternoon, no answer, so I leave a voicemail. I wait till Monday when I get a call back from a lady and let her know my issue. I gave her my name, address and date of service and she proceeds to tell me she has no record of me and proceeds to be less than pleasant. She tells me that she isn't sure how they are suppose to help my problem with ants if I don't know where the ant hill is (wait a hot minute, isn't that what I hired you for) She states she will call the technician and will send him back out Thursday (a week from my first call) between such and such time.
No one ever showed up. No one ever called back.
I am so disappointed and feel like I was scammed. I honestly think these people must have just picked up a spray can and store bought bug spray and call themselves and exterminating company. You pay, no results, then all of a sudden these people have no clue who you are.
If I could leave zero stars I would.

I set the appt for them to come out and spray inside and outside our house - we have black widows, and recently saw one inside the house. The rep on the phone was very friendly, and helpful with explanations. The exterminator came on time, I was given a 2 hour window and he came within that window. Kyle came to the house - he was very professional the entire time - personable and he explained everything. Asked me about whether I was ok with spraying in all of the rooms because of my baby - he assured me it was fine, but wanted to make sure before he did it. He worked efficiently and moved furniture where needed, and removed and replaced electrical outlets to spray inside the walls. Great experience - I guess we'll see if it works, but he assured me, and it's all over their paperwork and website, that if we see any more black widows or have any issues, to call them and they'll come back immediately for free. I have them booked for 5 more visits in the next year.

I called this company in a complete panic because of a sudden fly infestation inside my home. My call was forwarded to Ryan and he spoke to me very calmly to assess what was going on. Ryan assured me that he would help me with this problem. I tried to call the company that has been treating my home and not only were they not available they never called me back. Within a matter of minutes Ryan sent Jesse to my home to get rid of the flies (Friday evening). I have never been more pleased with a company's customer service. Our family is new to the San Tan Valley area and Jesse not only came and alleviated the problem he was very informative about the area and the cause of the recent infestation. I am proud to say that I have not seen a fly inside my home since he treated it! I am in the process of firing our current pest control company and I will be a proud member of the Defense team from now on. THANK YOU Jesse and the Defense team!

Green Organics and Scott are great.  I've been using them for my business and home for several years and couldn't be happier.  They are personable, knowledgeable, and take great care of my needs.  I recommend them to everyone looking for natural and family safe pest control.

We've used John for several years now. He treats our home regularly for bugs and such but he also did a fantastic job on our rental property for termites. He came over today for a gopher tunneling problem in our backyard. He definitely knows his stuff, very well-rounded. Highly recommend!!

I have used Blue sky Pest Control for many years on my homes. Our Laveen home(4000 sq ft lot) for  3 years, we stopped service for 6 months as we bought our new home. Service for 3 years(9000 sq ft lot). Same price and same service. We moved out of arizona for a year. When we returned we had them service our new house, less that 2000 sq ft lot, same price as before.  
They have always been available to answer my questions, for the most part. Have always been friendly and workable. I even allow them to fill up the water container in back of their truck for my service and however after, never asked for them to pay my water bill.
So we run into some financial trouble, after all moving across country and back due to marriage laws is expensive, We asked for them to hold service till we could get back on our feet, they could only hold it a couple of months. When I told them I could not pay for the service they told me I would have $50.00 cancellation fee. But that it would be given back to me, as soon as I have stable ground to re-start service.
I am disappointed that a loyal customer like myself who spends money on water bill for them and pays them, who HAD refereed quite a bit of people to Blue Sky is not being treated with respect or compassion. I understand they have rules....but really you offer me back the $50.00 once I come back. I asked if they hold our agreement till it was better, No they said. I asked if they could waive that fee, since you would give back anyway, No they said.
So I paid the same amount for all three houses, for over 6 years in combined time to this company. All three houses had vastly different sizes of treated areas. This is the smallest at 2000 sq ft, the largest 9000 sq ft....same price.

Do they really think I will be back. I understand their rules but they only caring about money they get and free water from peoples home. There is no adjustment for size of property. If there is they did not adjust it for us.

If they want us back they need to make it up to us. I have the $50.00 bill.....I dont know when it will get paid. I have many other more important bills....like basic bills for a house.  Also I did just finish my real estate test....do you think I am going to refer my customers to them.....no I doubt it....

Update.... They did credit the $50.00 and apologized that it was not resolved sooner. They grew and things changed they are sorry it happened.
