I am not only give them this excellent review but I am also hoping other people take this comment and recommendation for their needs... my parents were thrilled with there work, quality of work, and the kind hearted people they have on there team! I recommend them to anyone if they were going to go out of state to provide service to people I would recommend Dons bees still

Amazing team, amazing work, and great customer service!

I have used Dons Bees for a couple years now. I have also referred them to family and friends. The technician Mike is hands down the best in town. His service and knowledge of his job is extremely helpful. He always asks for areas of concern and makes sure our needs are met and addressed. I can't ask for a better company to allow into my home.

Based on every single rating of this business being five stars, I decided to give them a call. On a Tuesday morning at 8 AM, I phoned requesting somebody come out to my house for termites and pack rats. Allison/Alyssa (during every phone conversation, the sounding of the names seemed to deviate) told me the earliest Taylor/Tyler could be out was the following Friday between 2 PM and 4 PM, at least 78 hours wait time. Not exactly what one wants to hear when dealing with noxious or annoying vermin. She took my name and cell phone number and asked for my email address. I am generally disinclined to give out my email address as it generates spam. She said it was to send a confirmation. I gave her my email address. By 10:30 AM on Friday, I still received no email confirmation or communication. I called and spoke to Allison/Alyssa again and asked for confirmation Taylor/Tyler would be out between 2 PM and 4 PM. She said indeed he would. In fact, he was ahead of schedule and asked if I could be able to be home before 2 PM. I told her I could be available after 12 noon. She said OK and that Taylor/Tyler would phone or text me when he was on his way. I took off half a day of work, was home by noon, and waited with no further communication. From five minutes to four I called Allison/ Alyssa again. She acted surprised he was not there. She said let me check and see where he is. Within a matter of seconds, she stated, Oh, I just got a text message from him, and he said to let me know he was 45 minutes away. She asked if I wanted to reschedule. I said no. It eludes me how all of their ratings are five stars. My interaction with this company was not remotely five stars. The employees are extremely poor with basic communication and unprofessional. Don't leave customers hanging. Communicate follow-ups early and often.

Recommended by a co-worker for scorpion removal and spray. Very happy with the amount of time spent both spraying house and walls, as well as varied methods like throwing seed (wrong term) that activates with water. A scorpion came right out of the wall moments after spraying! Guess I needed it! Thanks Don for your time and patience explaining everything to me as I followed you around. Apologies if I myself acted like a pest.

Tried a couple other local pest control services before I finally found out about Don's Bee and Termites.
Had roof rats, hired Don's = GONE!
Had Scorpions, hired Don's = POOF.....SCORPIONS GONE! Honest, Kind, Friendly, Reliable Service and.... They get the job done! Been on their monthly service now for 11 Months! Glad I made the switch!

We began noticing bees trying to get into an opening in our eaves. We couldn't tell if they were starting a hive but decided to call a bee service. We contacted Don's and they were able to come the next day. They arrived as scheduled, pulled a ladder and checked the area and found that the opening was secure with screening behind it so the bees were unable to get in so they had moved on. They only charged a minimal fee for time and travel($20) which we were glad to pay to have the assurance that there wasn't a hive starting and that the opening was secure. WOW!  Seldom do I find a company so professional and caring that they actually help you when they aren't making a dime off of you--but Don's did!  I had a huge amount of bees that made a home and honeycomb inside an old leather chair on my patio and had no idea what to do.  My son sprayed and sprayed them to get rid of the bees which--eventually--seems to have worked even tho he risked getting stung hundreds of times (stupid, I know...), so I canceled our appointment for him to come out today.  BUT the honeycomb is still there which will attract new bees.  Don suggested as to what I could do from here--and we are so very appreciative.
I did tons of research on what to do with this problem of bees making a home at my house, and, frankly, I would just call an exterminator if this were to happen again and call it a day instead of taking a chance as we have.  And if you do call an expert for your own bee problem then call this company, Don's, as (from my research) their price is fair and their service is excellent--and they are HONEST!  They are the ones I will definitely call again when I have a problem they can take care of more easily than we did with these stinging bees.

I thought I had bees in my stove hood. Dons Bees came out and did an inspection of my roof and my 2 neighbors in my condo. There were no bee hives and Ins did not charge me for just an inspection. They called and set up an appointment one day after I requested it on Yelp. The inspector was on time as very nice! He was professional and shared knowledge with me about bee hives.

Got a prompt rough quote online & quick schedule after an online inquiry. The gentleman was here when he said he would be & was a sweetheart to work with. Quick & clean service and I'm already scheduled for the next bi-monthly service. It's amazing how hard all this was for a  couple other companies.

We've had Dons bees come out twice for treatments. Always nice, quick and easy to work with. They are definitely our go to for scorpion and spider control.

The company was quick coming in and giving me an estimate, they were able to fix my termite problem a few days later. The team were very professional and knowledgeable. Very affordable very pleased

Tyler from Don's Bees and Termites is the bomb! He is such a nice young man and thoroughly goes out of his way to let you know what's going on and does such a great job!!!  What an asset he is to their company.  When we were told that they could get rid of our scorpions 100% we were skeptical because we had an exterminator for a few years and still had scorpions. We have not seen scorpions inside the house since they started. Only one in the garage in a trap, and have only seen a few out by our outside block wall at night. We have also had several roof rats in our attic since we have lived in our home about seven years now...even after we paid someone else hundreds of dollars to screen off the openings for rats and pigeons. They took care of those too. Great job! We are very, very pleased with their service and cannot recommend them enough!

I wanted to post a review for Tyler and Don's Bee and Termite.  Tyler came today and treated the whole house for termites after multiple failed treatments from another company using inferior chemicals.  Tyler was fantastic.  He was very thorough and took the time to treat my wholehouse and use the good chemicals.  Also treated the inside.  Can't say enough good stuff about my experience with Tyler and this company.  Highly recommend!  If your having repeat visits from other companies... Something was not done correctly. Call Don's and get the job done properly!

We had Don out to our home last month after we noticed bees trying to enter our roof eves in a few areas. Don was out to see us the same day we called. He took time to explain the behavior of the bees, and recommended a treatment to repel them and avoid them building a hive. He was quick in his treatment, and the price was very affordable. We will not hesitate to call him again if ever needed!

Very knowledgeable and outgoing! Easy to communicate with and quick response time, whether it was a text, call, or email. I really appreciated that he was originally trying to remove the bees without killing them. Great price as well. Everything was explained clearly and fully. Don seemed very genuine and passionate. The lady that answers the phone and sets up appointments is super nice. I decided to go with Don after quite a few quotes and calling around. Don came out the same day to handle our Bee situation. He was very knowledgeable and spent some time discussing things with my husband. Well, after about a week, we still had some bees flying around. Those crazy critters decided to get into our shed. I called back, and Don came right back out. There were only a couple of bees. He finished them off, and they haven't been back! Great service, thank you Don and nice lady that answers the phone.

I HATE bugs, insects, creepy crawlies.  We have a house in Arizona that we weren't living in full time so were very concerned about pests becoming a problem in an empty house.  I called Don because we needed a company that was able to work with our weekend only visits to the area and very restricted availability.  The other company we tried kept not showing as scheduled and we had some issues with pests entering the residence so we knew what we didn't want to deal with.  My first question to Don was are you able to guarantee the treatments AND can you work with our limited availability?  He said Of course!  So we scheduled treatment.

Don arrived, on time (huge kudos) and greeted our pets (more kudos) and began the treatment.  Very thoroughly treated the house, the perimeter and the yard.  He was very friendly and professional, answering questions that were asked about a variety of things.  We've since returned to the house a few times and haven't seen a single bug ANYWHERE!  None dead or alive.  PLUS they called to schedule our next treatment, as requested, with ample notification as a courtesy reminder that we were due for our treatment.

I have very high standards on pest control and anyone working in the service industry.  Don's Bees has met and surpassed my standards and is now our full time pest control provider.  Definitely recommend them to anyone!

First of all I'm a tough critic and not easy to impress and many businesses these days don't rate writing a 5 Star review however Don's Bees more than deserves it.  I had a problem that they made sure was taken care of with quite a few follow up visits.  They are a family business with knowledgeable  friendly employees as well. They have fair prices for a wide variety of services. I will use and recommend them again.

Contacted Dons Bees to discuss a swarm of bees that showed up out of nowhere and decided to hang around our office on the ceiling outside. I was quoted a very reasonable rate, and Don showed up in  less than 30 minutes. After suiting up he removed all the bees within minutes and did a professional job. His office staff was outstanding also with the billing and invoicing. keep up the good work! highly recommended!

I highly recommend Don's Bees. We had a bee infestation in the parapet wall of our house. I called Don he called back the same day and scheduled a call for the following day. He was right on time. He checked out the bee problem, told us what needed to be done and what the cost would be. He was very knowledgable and very nice. He scheduled the hive removal two days out. He called the next day with a cancellation asking if we wanted to do the removal that day, we said yes. We were gone when he did the work but sent us picks of the hive in the wall. 40 pounds of honey and honeycomb was removed. He called and let us know he was finished we paid with a CC. When we got home the bees were gone the wall was patched and they did a great job of cleaning up.

My wife and i just had our home located in phoenix worked on by Dons bees and I have to say we can't be happier. I am a out of state landlord and the communication was great. The work they did was excellent and the price was fair. When I called they got out there the next day to assess the condition of the problem I had with pigeons that had taken up residence in the eves and cubby's of my two story home.  The work was done in a timely manner and I am very satisfied. They were very patient while i got the work order OK'd from my HOA and they worked with my management company to schedule with the tenant.  Our contact person at Don's Bees was Alisa and she was AWESOME!, she answered every Phone call, every text and every Email in a very pleasant and helpful manner. They sent pictures of the areas to be worked on before and pictures of the work after completed. The mess the pigeons made prior to the work being done was power washed and is a complimentary service that went with the repair. (other companies were going to charge extra for this) So if you have a pigeon problem  I highly recommend Dons Bees. They are a top notch service company with excellent customer service.

An amazing service for the removal of bees & honey.  Don's performance in his job was outstanding.  He is totally honest, knowledgeable and will not charge you for any service that he does not feel is absolutely necessary.  He came highly recommended to us and we are highly recommending him and his service to everyone.  He also does termite treatments, weed control, bed bug removal, pigeon exclusions & scorpion control.  I would trust Don will all of these services.  What a GOLDEN FIND he is.

I had a problem with pigeons nesting in 4 different area's on my roof. I called Don and came to my house that same day to look into my particular issue and give me an estimate.  After a very good price was given, I scheduled time the next day to have the work done.  Don was on time, very professional, explained all of the repairs to me, finished the work in the time frame given.  I am so happy with his work.  So happy that I had him come back a few days later to discuss another possible need for his work.  I would highly recommend Don to anyone who needs the services he provides.

I had a persistent pigeon problem that I repeatedly tried to take care of myself to no avail. I finally decided it was time to call in a pro. I found Don's Bees on Yelp and decided to give him a call based on his reviews. I called him and asked if he could give me a ballpark estimate based on some approximate measurements and pictures I texted to him. Don gave me what I considered to be a very fair estimate range. He showed up on time and clearly explained what he was going to do. He not only fixed the area that was a problem, he took care of another area that was a potential problem at no additional cost. I was very impressed with his service and would definitely recommend Don.
