I have a contract with Poor Boy Termite Control for my rental property.  We had the property treated previously by the traditional drill and treat method that most companies use.  The problem was that it simply didn't address some of the termite issues in the house.  We had termites underneath our hardwood floor that we destroying planks from the underside.  

Poor boy came in and used their technology to locate where the termites were in the floor and they used micro drills to inject Premise right in the location needed.  Now - two years later - there is no further damage.  I'm completely happy with these guys, and I'm sold on their approach.  During their initial visit, they actually located and treated ALL of the termite paths in the walls (located with their cameras - awesome).

I wish I had used these guys the first time around instead of having all of the drill holes around my property.

I have been using Open Range for over 5 years. They have been consistent, reliable and professional. I went thru 3 companies that consistently disappointed me. Open Range always backs their service!!

I called to get an estimate on my home. We played phone tag and finally was able to talk. The guy on the other line was not interested to have my business. He was very rude and short with me and didn't have time to talk to me on the phone. He said he's too busy to answer my questions. Also when I asked how many employees he has and get a general idea about the company, he did not want to share any information to make me feel comfortable as a new client. I looked at the reviews, and since Yelp gives it 5 starts, that's why I called. They might have good service, I would never know. But what I do know is that the customer service is very poor and I didn't feel like they deserve my business.

Lamont treated our house for pests and everything seems good so far! He was very honest about our needs instead of trying to make more money (based on the number and type of pests he found, he recommended we stick with the as needed basis instead of every other month treatments). Bonus: he did well with our dogs :)

We moved to Arizona City in monsoon season. Needless to say, bugs, bugs, bugs. Called Arizona City Pest Control and they were able to help me right away. Friendly service! They also spray for weeds, so they are my one stop shop.

We have been very satisfied with Anteater Exterminating.  The office staff and the techs are very friendly and helpful.  I love that when I forget to call to set up an appointment they always call to check in.  Sometimes life gets busy and for me it's always helpful to receive those reminders.

Had the guys from Arizona Professional out to take care of a bee issue that popped up in my back tree.

I called a couple other companies that wanted to schedule appointments for the following week, Az Professional was able to get out same day. I called around 1pm and the bees were gone by 330pm. Couldn't be happier.

So far, 5 stars!! I called these guys at 6:45 pm on a Friday night.  Anthony answered right away and we set up an appointment for the following day at 3 pm.  He arrived early, calling me to be sure that was ok. He went through every inch of my house with a flashlight. Inspecting every seem. Even delicately turning some of my furniture up on its side.  He told us that we definitely have bed bugs in the one room. But he recommended is doing the whole house.  I told him we were on a budget and he was very willing to work with my budget.  He told me that spraying is a good effective option.  Heat is the quickest, but also the most expensive. He didn't up sell me and was very kind to me and my family during such a miserable time.  I will update this review in 30 days with the final results.  So far these guys are the best. I originally tried another company but was mistreated

            It's been a little more than 30 days and the bugs are gone! We can get our house back to normal thanks to phx bed bug experts!!

PS  A FRIEND OF OURS USED AZHEAT 6 MONTHS AGO.  SHE IS STILL FIGHTING THE BUGS. don't waste your time with any other company.

We moved to Arizona in October to a house we had built On an extra large lot... That being said we need a landscaper for the side yards and backyard... all dirt! We needed a sprinkler and drip systems, grass, rocks, pavers, trees and bushes planted... the works! Phil came and sat with us for hours to get our ideas and give us his! Phil is Extremely experienced and knowledgeable, very easy to work with! He does not have a lot of employees so the lack of overhead makes his prices more than reasonable!

Awesome customer service. Sent a message re: ant problem on a Saturday. Got a response back within minutes. Came and did service on Sunday!!! Extremely knowledgeable. Able to diagnose problems immediately that our last pest control had no clue. Chris is thorough and kind. We signed up immediately for monthly service.

They boast of all natural product to control pests and that is what drew us to this company, but having them has probably been the worst mistake we made. They almost never make their appointment. 3 out of 4 times they have not showed up. Worse they don't even have the decency to call to let a customer know. I can understand once or maybe twice being late. 3 out of 4 times they have not shown up at all, not late just not shown up. Talk about taking a customer for granted.
Unscrupulous or Incompetent you decide but BAD business never the less.

My neighbor had fumigation done at  E. La Donna Street in Tempe.
I have one attic opening and one cooler opening about 7 feet away from the fumigation tent. Before they schedule to remove fumigation tent, I was worried and talked to the worker there, one of them told me, All chemicals only goes up,
Huge mistake to trust any chemical company, should have covered the attic and cooler opening.

That night, when we returned home, 11 pm.
my house was foggy with something and with a very strong DDT smell.
At that moment,  we went into a panic mode, just trying to grab couple of things and leave the house asap.
We found out later it was a mistake not calling any officials to document what happened and witness the DDT smell.

2nd day of fumigation, not knowing if it's safe to go back in the house.
I called Tempe Fire, they  came and  check any trapped gas.
My family then went back home after the clearance from TFD.
I  also turned on all fans for couple hours until the horrible smell seems cleared.

Then I called the company to bring chemical detection equipment  just to make sure no other odorless chemical still trap in my house.
3 pm , 30 hours after the tent removed.
One person from the company did come with just his nose,
No smell; no way any chemical can get into your house. he said.

That denial contact was the first communication with the company.
Then, they don't return any phone call or emails. No apologize; no pretend to listen.
Last communication from the company was a respond letter through BBB,
they threatened me to stop all communication with them
or they'll take action against me.

After reading their letter, I remember thinking, what a way to do business, unnecessarily harsh; unkind and no compassion to other's suffering.

This is a company not very friendly in listening to your complaint.
Good luck to you if the service gone wrong and you need to communicate with them.
