Best Pest Control Services in Phoenix, AZ
When we moved into our house it had been treated twice with a drilling treatment. There are multiple sets of drill holes all over the house, even through the epoxy coated garage. We noticed right away that we still had termites in multiple rooms. Once Poor Boy came out they were able to find all the live termites using thermal imaging cameras and we haven't seen termites for years.

This company is AMAZING! From the moment they engaged me when I called, they were kind, professional and accommodating. They adjusted to our schedule. They were informative and instructive about the necessary treatment. The technician, Hyrum, was wonderful!!! He called an hour before he arrived to ensure we were ready to receive him. When he was here he asked lots of questions that clearly were intended to inform his decisions on exactly what services we needed. It was evident that the company's philosophy is to tailor their services to individual customer needs instead of employing a one size fits all business model. While Hyrum was here he was through, methodical and attentive. He communicated with me about everything he was doing and checked in with me often to determine if we had additional needs. We were so impressed with Overson that I signed up for their subscription plan! So don't let those pesky buggers bug you! If you're looking for an OUTSTANDING pest control company you MUST book a consultation with Overson right away. You WILL BE be amazed!

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. A young man solicited my home after spaying a neighbor's house. I told him I wasn't interested in the service but he told me that I could try their service just one time at a discounted rate and if I liked it I could continue. I reluctantly agreed because I had seen a scorpion at my home a week or two ago. I asked him at least three times to make sure 100% that this wasn't a recurring charge that would happen without my permission. He said no it was not. He said they would call to confirm I wanted them to come out again before they did and that there was no obligation to continue whatsoever. I agreed to give them a try. After they sprayed I saw two more scorpions over the next two months and no difference in the bugs that were on my plants. Two months later I received a text message asking me to confirm if I wanted them to return to my home. I replied that I did not want them to come to my house. The next day, they came to my house and supposedly sprayed while I was gone and left a door hanger that they had been there and they charged my credit card $89. I called the office to tell them a mistake had been made. I had to leave a message with a low level employee three times before I finally got an answer, which was that they always have a 12 month contract. In other words, their salesmen was a complete liar and he bait and switched me. It took several more calls before they finally let me out of the contract but they would not refund my money for the unwanted service. I told them if they just made this right and refunded the $89 I would let it go but they would not so I am warning everyone hoping that you do not make the same mistake I did. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND THEIR CROOKED SALES TACTICS!

Very pleased with our service from David and Arizona Pest Squad. I called about some problems we were having with ants around our sinks; they gave me a quote and alerted me to the Yelp deal, which saved me $50 off my service.
David came out the following morning and was very thorough and informative. I told him that I would rather do only one service than two, as I am on a grad student budget, and he sprayed extra to accommodate my needs. I will definitely call them in the future for pest control!

We have been using Excel Termite and Pest Control for many years now! Being on a monthly schedule helps us be at ease with toddlers in the home while living in the desert with scorpions. We couldn't be more satisfied with their service!

We moved to Arizona City in monsoon season. Needless to say, bugs, bugs, bugs. Called Arizona City Pest Control and they were able to help me right away. Friendly service! They also spray for weeds, so they are my one stop shop.

I had a swarm of bees on my compost bin. I specifically asked if they will take the bees, not kill them. The gentleman that answered said they would try but not if they are African bees. I said I understood. They came out very fast and were done just as fast. They killed the bees. I am so upset right now because we need bees for our environment. **** This company reached out to me and apologized for the miscommunication. There were not as many bees as I was told, which makes my heart feel better. I will say again, they arrived at my home soon after I called and were very professional while speaking to me.

Oh no, bed bugs. Only a few--probably a reminder of one of out trips to get out of the summer heat--but they were biting us, which is no kind of holiday memory anybody wants. We tried a product from the internet and things quieted down. Then, back they came. Lift up the sheet and we found one. Another wandering around on our new comforter. Yep, just like the pictures. Time to call a professional. After reading the many great reviews of this company, I gave them a call. Didi was there very promptly. He gave the place a careful going over and only found minimal evidence and one pesky little critter on one of the box springs. His recommendation was spray, not the more expensive heat treatment. And yes, if they aren't wiped out he assured me we'll come back and spray again.
Next came a crucial part of the process, preparation for the spraying. Evidently, many people think that the bedbug exterminator is supposed to clear out their closest and treat all their clothes. That isn't the way it works. If you want the work done right, you have to put the effort into preparing. We did. While we could have had Didi back the next day, we opted to take a few days to do that preparation. Laying down more of that internet product to help keep things livable, we set to work. Clothes were dried at high temp and placed in plastic bags which were sealed. Sadly, working the dryer so much also meant the air conditioning was working overtime. I don't like to think of the electric bill. Some things also had to go to the cleaner and a few were to heavy for our dryer so off we went to a commercial laundromat. I share all this so you understand your part. Leave out the preparation and I'm not sure how effective the treatment will be. We were in no mood to experiment.
One interesting suggestion from friends that might inform future trips. Here in Phoenix automobiles left in the sun become regular ovens. If you wrap things in black plastic bags and leave them in your car for a day in the sun, chances are any bugs will be killed. While I wouldn't use that as our primary treatment approach, I do think it will inform what we do with our bags next time we go out of town. They'll sit in the back of the car wrapped in black plastic garbage bags for a day before coming into the house for unpacking. Let's just say once bitten or more honestly infested and twice careful.
Finally, Didi showed up to do the actual spraying. We got the heck out of the house while he did so. Not for as long as we thought; no you can return after a couple of hours. I know the place was sprayed because Didi did track some of the chemicals on the bottom of his shoes. Since we were instructed to not wash the floors for a couple of weeks--explanation below--we've watched those footprints slowly evaporate. That's the whole point of the chemical, to leave it there. As the bugs make contact they die. But, if there are eggs, those new bugs have to hatch and then make contact with the chemical. Hence the no floor washing rule. It is about a two week period for the last of any eggs left in your house to hatch and those new pests to track their way through certain death.
It is now two weeks since Didi sprayed our condo. Nary a sighting or a biting, so it is time to write this laudatory review. Just a couple of personal notes to add. First, while I wouldn't wish this scourge on anyone, I certainly would recommend Phoenix Bed Bug Expert if it does happen in your life. Second, in the best tradition of making lemonade from the lemons in your life, we took this opportunity to do a lot of closet clearing. Five bags plus to Goodwill and more to the garbage. The process also focussed us on the carpeting in our bedroom and our actual bed, both of which were getting old and shall we say uncomfortable. New have been ordered, but we are waiting for a full month to pass before having them delivered and installed, just incase we have the Lazarus bug out there, or rather in here.

Called after I saw a cockroach and was worried about rodents after purchasing a second home in north Scottsdale. I was leaving that day to go back home in a few hours and he was able to be to me in 30 min! That was really quick and responsive and helped ease my mind since I was leaving and someone wouldn't be back until the following week. We signed up for the monthly service. Good customer service.

I've been using the service of Green Mango since moving to Arizona - 3 years ago. Moved 3 times & again we are relocating to another home & I called Green Mango today to let them know & to set up new pest control services at our new home for December 2019. I spoke to Katie, Customer Service Representative. She was wonderful! She was friendly & polite and answered all my questions & it makes me feel like they care about their customers. Since using Green Mango's services we have never had a pest problem. One time I had some little bugs that had appeared after their bi-monthly treatment & it was as simple as a phone call & they came right out & resprayed (no extra cost) and problem solved! Never have seen a scorpion on any of our properties! (Thank goodness lol). The techs are polite & make you feel like they are part of the family. We even had a Termite Protection Plan done in June for over $1, 000 that is guaranteed for 5 years. Highly recommend them. Green Mango needs to be commended on hiring & training such happy & helpful Customer Service Representatives & Techs. I am always greeted with a hello and a have a nice day whether on the phone or in person with a Tech treating our home. Thank you to Katie for making me take the time to want to write this review by being so happy today while helping me.

I am not their customer, just their victim.
My neighbor had fumigation done at E. La Donna Street in Tempe.
I have one attic opening and one cooler opening about 7 feet away from the fumigation tent. Before they schedule to remove fumigation tent, I was worried and talked to the worker there, one of them told me, All chemicals only goes up,
Huge mistake to trust any chemical company, should have covered the attic and cooler opening.
That night, when we returned home, 11 pm.
my house was foggy with something and with a very strong DDT smell.
At that moment, we went into a panic mode, just trying to grab couple of things and leave the house asap.
We found out later it was a mistake not calling any officials to document what happened and witness the DDT smell.
2nd day of fumigation, not knowing if it's safe to go back in the house.
I called Tempe Fire, they came and check any trapped gas.
My family then went back home after the clearance from TFD.
I also turned on all fans for couple hours until the horrible smell seems cleared.
Then I called the company to bring chemical detection equipment just to make sure no other odorless chemical still trap in my house.
3 pm , 30 hours after the tent removed.
One person from the company did come with just his nose,
No smell; no way any chemical can get into your house. he said.
That denial contact was the first communication with the company.
Then, they don't return any phone call or emails. No apologize; no pretend to listen.
Last communication from the company was a respond letter through BBB,
they threatened me to stop all communication with them
or they'll take action against me.
After reading their letter, I remember thinking, what a way to do business, unnecessarily harsh; unkind and no compassion to other's suffering.
This is a company not very friendly in listening to your complaint.
Good luck to you if the service gone wrong and you need to communicate with them.
