We found a termite tube hanging from the ceiling after just moving in. Poor Boys came over within a few days. He was masked and clean and polite and thorough. Love the minimally invasive treatment. Reasonable price and a good warranty. Haven't seen any signs of a return in the few months since the treatment. Would recommend to anyone.

We have been using Open Range for well over a year now. I am so happy to have found this company! Every month Tim comes and is so professional and courteous.  We get an email reminder every month of our scheduled time, and Tim arrives on time each  month. We have never needed an interior service because their outside service is so good we get no critters in the house. There has only been one time that we needed them to come back and that was because we saw a scorpion in the house. I highly recommend Open Range.

We just started our service with Overson and so far so good. Alex was here today and was very good at addressing all our concerns and really focused on our problem areas!

Live in an area with lots of scorpions and roaches, so I decided to call Complete Pest Management. Glad that I did, service is top notch and professional, this company has not missed one step at all. When the service tech showed up, and introduced himself, he asked immediately what and where are our pest issues. He spent an hour treating the house, and explained everything I needed to know about our scorpion problem. After meeting Art our technician, I knew this was the service for us. We would see on average 5 to 10 scorpions a month inside our house, now we have not seen any after three months of service. On the third month we had fire ants in our grass, showed Art on his monthly visit, they were gone the next day, and have not been back since. This is the company to go with, my wife and I are in the process of building a pool soon, we will hire them for our pool service as well, for when that time comes. First class company all the way.

Cory Wilson came by my house tried to switch us from our current pest control company bulwark, super knowledgeable awesome dude really went out of his way and gave us the best deal we could possibly ask for.

I have ant problem. A little worried about in/outside cats, but they assured me chemicals are pet safe. Josh was nice & on time. We'll see if it works, but when I peeked outside a few times, he was going to town with the power sprayer everywhere, so I feel good they were very thorough. Thanks a lot.

My parents have been using Titan Pest Control for almost 10 years. When I moved to Anthem and wanted to be sure there were no scorpions within a 1 mile radius of our house (hah), I asked my parents who they have been using. They recommended Titan to me. A little concerned about making sure they were good due to my fear of scorpions, I called Titan Pest to see what they can do for me. The office answered all my concerns and were very friendly regardless of my million questions. They assured me they were so confident with their service that they offer re-sprays at no cost should there be an issue within a couple weeks of spraying.  The service tech arrived on time and explained the process. He told me what he was going to do and asked if I had any special requests. He left spare sticky traps for me so I can place them in additional places from what he already had them set. To this day, we have not had a scorpion or bug issue, and they create a stress-free experience.

This company is GREAT!  I would give then 10 stars if I could. We moved into a new house Easter weekend and discovered it was infested with ticks.  I called Sam the Bug Man and they not only knew what to do right off the bat, they came out and did it the same day (Sat before Easter).  They were really nice and went out of their way to come out on short notice on a holiday weekend. I will be using them regularly. Don't hesitate to call them!

They got the jobs done at a fair price. Customer service could be a little better though.

We have been using Excel Termite and Pest Control for many years now! Being on a monthly schedule helps us be at ease with toddlers in the home while living in the desert with scorpions. We couldn't be more satisfied with their service!

I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Ecotek Pest Control, today was the first day of my service and I just moved here to Litchfield Park and the house I move into it was vacant for eight months which means it was a breeding ground for several different insects including spiders,crickets and Beatles. We also have a pool which brings mosquitoes and flies and was becoming a nuisance. I contacted this company and spoke with Lamont and was able to get appointment right away. Lamont came in very professional and on time. He was very helpful and educational with the pest that I had. I have heard many myths and different treatments to get rid of these insects even home remedies and none of them worked. So when the Lamont came and sprayed the house inside and out I had already noticed a difference. I no longer have to worry about my family being affected by these pest thanks to Lamont and Ecotek Pest Control for coming out so quickly and solving my problem. See you next month.

So I wanted to update you all about my services I received from Ecotek Pest Control. So I had my second month done two days ago and the results from the first 30 days were unbelievable. I did not see any bugs at least not live ones in my home.Lamont laid some traps in my garage that captured scorpions and spiders along with tiny bugs.The trap said he laid does kill them. I could not be happier with the service I received from this company. Again I still highly recommend using this company for pest control especially if you live in high Pest areas or any areas if you're having any problems with bugs.

We moved to Arizona City in monsoon season. Needless to say, bugs, bugs, bugs. Called Arizona City Pest Control and they were able to help me right away. Friendly service! They also spray for weeds, so they are my one stop shop.

Very professional service.  Prices was as quoted, with no upselling or pressure to move to a contract.  Technician was on time, with excellent communication. Recommended.

Needed to get some wasps taken care of and I called a few companies and no one had any appointments available. Finally found Arizona Professional Pest Control and they were able to get out in the morning. They found 17 nests and removed them all. It's been about 2 weeks since the service and we haven't seen a wasp. Back to being able to enjoy our pool again!

Seems to me almost every single review I read whether on line or thru the yelp app (which is where I currently am) the vast majority are all extremely positive & boast about wonderful customer service, & on time business practice.

I called this business approx 2 weeks ago, left a message on a Thursday afternoon, approx 2:30-3:00 latest. Explained my situation, stated I needed a call back asap so I could try & get my life back in order. I did not get a return call, so I called again the same day, slightly before 5:00. Left another message. Still nothing. 2 days later I called again, left a 3rd message, & as of this writing I have never received a call back. So it frustrates me that everyone speaks so highly about customer service & I can't even get a return phone call.

I'm still dealing with this issue, although it is far far better than it was, but it has been a lot of manual wrk on my part, & I truly wanted to see if they would help us determine if we have this under control or need further help. Guess I keep thumbing threw the yellow pages essentially till I find someone who can return a phone call &/or help.  

******Udate********or maybe not! STILL NO RESPONSE FROM ANYONE WITH THIS COMPANY! I am happy to say I rid myself of this issue I had, with a lot of hard wrk, a lot of time, & a lot of due diligence. Definitely will not recommend a company that doesn't even return calls to someone desperately looking for assistance in a desperate situation.

Even though Chris was done for the day, he came right over to check my property for rats. I had a dead one in a cage trap (not that effective). My son had seen one on the spa cover! Last year, I had $550+ in spa damage, cut down citrus trees and put out cage traps. After trying the traps and winding up with $500+ in AC wires chewed, I decided I needed a professional. Chris was prompt and thorough. His plan and communications should end my costly rat problem.

Absolutely the best pest control ever!! I have used them at a few homes and we never see and critters alive again. Especially great with eliminating scorpions!!

This is a horrible company to have come out to your house. Before the company was bought formerly Arizona Exterminator. It was a great company. Now though it's run by people that I would not allow access to my home. Every month some different tech would show up. Not knowing what was done asking me what they should do. I don't mean them asking if you have seem any pests. But questions like what does the other tech do???? Idk look at your notes. Seriously there are much better companies to do business with in Phoenix. Save your money and buy services elsewhere.
