This company really cared about my concern of having my home destroyed by termites. They were able to effectively treat the problem. It's been almost a year and no signs of infestation. Highly recommend.

Love this company!  The technicians are so friendly and professional.  Everyone I've talked to in the main office has been equally pleasant and easy to work with.  We have had NO problems with bugs since they've come out.  Before we found them we had an enormous ant problem. Since we've had them, we've never had a problem.  They have also fogged our backyard for mosquitos...which is awesome if your yard gets full of them like mine do!

Look no farther than Patriot for all of you pest problems in the greater Presott area.  Kevin (the owner of Patriot) provides  GREAT SERVICE AT A REASONABLE PRICE.  That is something that is hard to find today.

They got rid of our termites! They had great customer service. They took a little longer because their drill broke? But everything was done they were friendly! I would recommend them!

I had some work done on my flooring and my tile guy found MICE!  Immediately  I started looking for someone to get out that same day and went on Yelp, which I have never used, to find someone reliable.  Never have I ever, had someone be so  completely helpful and go out of their way to ensure same day service.  They were FANTASTIC!  I was so pleased that I even asked for cards to hand out, trust me not what I do.  But they solved this disgusting problem in a matter of days and are still coming back to keep looking and spraying!  Would use a million times over!

We had an ant issue in our pantry and called 2 other companies. One couldn't schedule us until 6/6. Called Ecotek and received a return call from Lamont within 20 minutes. He said he was in the area and came over 10 minutes later. He educated us on the ant issue and then commenced spraying. He asked that I accompany him outside and showed me where the ants were entering the house. It turned out there were 4 different types of ants in the yard! I found Lamont to be personable, professional and educational. I'll definitely use Ecotek for bi-monthly service.

We moved to Arizona City in monsoon season. Needless to say, bugs, bugs, bugs. Called Arizona City Pest Control and they were able to help me right away. Friendly service! They also spray for weeds, so they are my one stop shop.

We have been using ant eater for the past eight years and have never had a problem with their service. They are punctual,reliable, knowledgeable , caring, and courteous. When we had an issue with bees they addressed it the next day. We highly recommend ant eater. OK

I had a ton of bees getting inside of my home the other day and contacted Arizona Professional Pest Control after finding them online. They explained that they would be able to dispatch someone over immediately to take care of the issue.

About 45 minutes later Marcus arrived at my house to take care of the problem! He was extremely friendly and explained that he was going to inspect my home fully to find out what was going on. It turned out the bees were entering through a roof vent and were making their way inside through the bathroom vent.

Marcus took care of that issue quickly and also treated the rest of my home so that no bees would return. I even received a 1 year warranty covering my entire property!

I was extremely satisfied with the fast response, friendly technician and great treatment I got from Arizona Professional Pest Control. I will highly recommend them to my friends and family if anyone ever has a bee issue. Great service!!!

Hero? Visionary? All-Around awesome dude? Yes, yes, and yes. Anthony and his team are a bunch of relentless killers (of bedbugs). They committed bug genocide at my townhome (whole-house treatment). I called them after having another company that only treated the bed frame and baseboards of the affected room and did not get the job done. Anthony is very knowledgeable and willing to be straightforward about what to expect. I can't thank them enough for coming to my rescue. I would recommend them to everyone.

Awesome customer service. Sent a message re: ant problem on a Saturday. Got a response back within minutes. Came and did service on Sunday!!! Extremely knowledgeable. Able to diagnose problems immediately that our last pest control had no clue. Chris is thorough and kind. We signed up immediately for monthly service.

I usually love the service but our technician today didn't wear a mask and didn't seem to care about social distancing. Needless to say I didn't let him in the house to spray and he just did the outside service. Such a bummer. I'll be calling the office to let them know because with hospitals at capacity this kind of nonsense is unacceptable, reckless and selfish.

Western has served us well for the three years we've been here. Kelly Patterson is our contact and one cannot recommend him more highly.
