Prompt response. Courteous professional technicians. Derek and David were great. Explained what they were doing before they did it and explained why they did it. they are the best. Debbie at the switchboard is very responsive and personable. I would use them again and again as necessary.

We moved to AZ about a year ago and have been using Open Range Pest Control during this time.  We have been extremely happy with their services. I did not have one spider, roach, or scorpion in my house all year. Outside I saw a few crickets, and I mean a FEW, but nothing else....and our yard backs up to open desert.

They make it very easy to schedule an appointment with their email system, and are quick to post a paid invoice.  When you email them, they get back to you quickly.

Today I had them apply pre emergent weed control. The technician was very careful to apply the product so that it was not on my pavers, but also make sure that our gravel was completely covered.  The product they use does not smell. We had another company apply a treatment previously, and it smelled so bad you didn't want to go outside, and I had yellow stains on my pavers, and walls.  I was thrilled to see that Open Range uses a product that is much more consumer friendly.

We have had the same technician all year, which is great. He is polite, neat, respectful and doesn't look like he belongs on America's Most Wanted!

I highly recommend Overson Pest Control. They've been spraying for us for almost 2 years now and we've never had any issues with Overson or bugs. In fact, Alex from Overson is always prompt, very courteous, very informative, and thorough! Recently we thought we may have a roof rat issue, because we have fruit trees on our property and we heard scratching noises in the attic. Alex quickly set traps in the attic and returned a week later - exactly when he said he would - to inspect the traps. One large rat caught, he reset the traps and will be back next week to inspect again. Excellent service at a fair price! Thanks so much Alex!

Art was great!! I called this morning, got an appointment same day. They called & communicated their timing very well. Art showed up on time, he was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He was honest that I didn't need to spray inside my home- which is really nice since I have a young child. I really appreciated his genuine care and thoughtfulness, and of course his expertise. If I have any issues with pests in the future, these are the guys I will trust.

I sent a request to them stating I just found a dead bat on the second floor and wondering if your company is able to determine where the entry/exit point is on the house so it can be sealed.  The reply stated Yes, we can do that for you.  They would charge $100.  The rep came out and looked at the area under the eaves where I thought the issue could be.  He pointed a flashlight from inside and outside from a distance of 15-20' and determined that there was no visible signs of an entry.  The inspection took 15 minutes.  Even though the entry/exit point wasn't found, they would not adjust the bill or honor the commitment to determine where the bat got into the house.  I'll have to try another company.

This was our second time using Titan for residential pest control, and once again, Titan provided excellent service.

Our technician, Jeffery, treated both the interior and exterior of the property. We appreciated the fact Jeffery called to our attention a new subterranean pest issue, which was unknown to us. He also advised us to keep focus on the problem area until his visit next month. He assured us the new problem would soon be abated with regular treatment.

By the way, speaking with Titan office staff by telephone is an absolute pleasure. They are most attentive and keep excellent records of each customer's particular needs. It is an added value of customer service to be able to call Titan's office and speak directly with someone who takes pride in their work.

We moved to Arizona City in monsoon season. Needless to say, bugs, bugs, bugs. Called Arizona City Pest Control and they were able to help me right away. Friendly service! They also spray for weeds, so they are my one stop shop.

I've been using Anteater For almost 10 years now. My entire family uses them and loves them! Tom is simply the best but whenever someone else has come out we have gotten the same level of excellent customer service we have become accustomed to. Their products really get the job done as well! If we've skipped a month due to being out of town or whatever we still don't have bigs return. And I'm sure this will jinx me but as long as I've been using them I have. Ever seen a  Scorpion unless it's name is Walter O'Brien!

Had the guys from Arizona Professional out to take care of a bee issue that popped up in my back tree.

I called a couple other companies that wanted to schedule appointments for the following week, Az Professional was able to get out same day. I called around 1pm and the bees were gone by 330pm. Couldn't be happier.

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone else who is experiencing this awful nightmare that I just dealt with. After Anthony checked my house, I knew his company was the one to use. He thoroughly looked through my whole house and took his time. He was the only one to find a few of them. Other companies that came out to give me a quote did not find any because they weren't checking hard enough. I really appreciated their prompt and professional service. I feel very confident that my problem has been resolved. Even after they were done I had a few questions that I forgot to ask. They were so kind when I called them and answered all of my questions. We have had Killum Pest Control for over a year now. Chris is awesome, always on time, easy to schedule, and the critters are gone! We live in an area known for scorpions and termites and Chris has done an excellent job of ridding our scorpion problem. Our dog has not been stung walking around in the backyard since we hired Killum. Thanks Chris!

I had green mango for the year contract. I wasn't feeling the every other month service since it is so hot in Arizona. I didn't have a distinct problem with them, I just felt like service was insanely fast. I like the option to refer people and get free services but it feels like if you didn't all the way like the service, you'd still selfishly recommend it just to get the service.
