Have used Pest R Us since we moved here in 1994.  They are awesome.  Andrew sprays my house every month.  He gives me a call the day before to remind me.  If I need to change days, he works with me on that.  They are personable, caring people and won't break your bank to keep the bugs away.  Highly recommend them.

Bob Sr. Has been treating my parents' house in Glendale since I was a kid. Now Bob Jr. does my house and my brothers' houses in Arcadia and Old Town. Always friendly, professional and thorough. My wife loves the monthly reminder call a couple days before the appt. and how easy to deal with on scheduling.

We've used this company for over 15 years at two different homes.  I would be glad to give them 10 stars if that was possible.  They show up on time, they are honest in their assessment of the situation, their prices are reasonable, and their technicians are friendly and professional.  They've done both regular insect extermination as well as spot termite treatments for us, and we've always been very pleased with their service and professionalism. I can highly recommend them!

My company has Bug Off as the provider for pest control. I'm really glad they do- because Corey is awesome and knows his stuff.

Somehow we had a rat infestation at my office and while I was open to some new office-mates, several of my peers had no chill- and wanted the rats gone.

Corey showed up super quickly and took the time to learn what we were experiencing. Corey was very detailed and meticulous with his planning and investigating the issue. Corey deployed numerous traps to help contain the issue within a day, we already had results. Corey provided really awesome follow-up and came back several times to ensure the rats were gone for good.  It's again worth noting that Corey treated us extremely well, and we aren't even paying customers. I work for a big employer and I will never even meet the person who selected Corey as the pest provider. My point is- he treated us like gold and we aren't even paying customers, imagine how rad he is for traditional customers.

Customer service is kind of a dying art- but with Corey and Bug Off, it is alive and well. Corey is easy to work with and has a great personality. Corey is highly professional and you can tell that it's not his first rodeo, this guy knows his stuff.

May was very responsive to my needs: as both a business & home owner. He went over and above what I was expecting: especially in spreading our brick fence and gates surrounding our home's back yard.

Upon completion of my home's needs,  he immediately went right over and took care of my business' post control needs. The price was right for this 2 for 1 deal,  and working with another veteran as myself: really was a cherry on top!!

I've been using these guys for the last 13 years.  They are punctual, pleasant and very helpful.  They come out for routine service once per month.  Unfortunately, I live in Phoenix and there has been a lot of construction and activity in my neighborhood, so I had seen more roaches.  They were dead or dying, thanks to the regular service, but I called the company and they arranged to have Jerome come out again.  As always, he was very friendly and helped me identify areas where they could be coming in (mostly drains) and what I could do to block those areas.  As I said, I've been using them for years and even used them for bee removal a year or so ago.  All staff is always courteous and pleasant.

I contacted them because of a recommendation from my HOA. After asking a bunch of questions, I was confident in setting up a monthly service with them. The first time they came out, the guy knocked on the door to let me know he would be spraying. He was very friendly but was here and gone in less than 10 minutes. Still crickets everywhere, and new ant hills. I thought it may have been a fluke and decided to let them come out again the following month. I timed from the time he left my front door to the time he got back in his truck, 6 minutes. You can't even walk the perimeter of my front and back yard in that time. I can see that several people have been happy with them, and it may just be the guy that was assigned to my house, but I will not recommend them to anyone.

We've only been here two months, so in interest of that I am leaving four stars with room for improvement :-). However, I have no complaints.  They have been prompt and friendly, and the only bugs I have seen have been dead.  Sean came today and was courteous and efficient.  I would recommend.

Affordable Pest Control has done an excellent job at our home. They come out as scheduled without any issue. They will even come out when you need a special pest control issue handled. They came right out when my found some scorpions in our laundry room. Thanks APC.

I was walking through a parking lot when the owner of this company almost hit me. He didn't seem to be paying any attention to where he was or what he was doing.  If he drives like he is confused I could only imagine what the quality of his work would be.

I lived in a rental in Payson. I received a text to confirm my
appointment time. I called to reschedule and she was very
nice. The exterminator was awesome, he did ask for
payment as he left, I explained my management company
should be billed. He was okay with my reply. Then Sexton
billed me for the service. When I called Sexton and told
them to bill Berkshire Hathaway I was told I  needed to
have Berkshire Hathaway call them, Sexton REFUSED
to call the landlord even though that was who arrange the
service. This dance went on for months! Sexton was going
to send me to collections over a service I never requested.
Sexton blamed Berkshire Hathaway and in reverse. I will
never use either company again. Do not let them in your
house if you are a renter until you verify who they plan to
bill! I wish I could have given them zero stars; horrible
customer service!

Very, very bad experience. They did show up quickly - but it appears that their intent was to quickly scam us and take our money. No price was quoted - they proceeded to do work. Then tried to charge me twice what they charged for a kill last year. I should never have called them out as I had a funny feeling after using them last year - but was panicked when I saw the swarm and had their number. They cut right into my roof last time - I've since had to re-roof. I didn't know there was any other option - I since have heard that there are other methods. This time, I refused to pay any more than what I had paid last year. Michael said his boss quoted me on the phone. He did not. Told me that they needed to dismantle a stucco column to remove honeycomb. Told me that he drilled a hole and the bit came out covered in honey. When I asked to see it, Michael said he had wiped it off. Then told me it would be $1000 to remove the honeycomb from the CMU blocks inside the column and that did not include repairing it. I told him to leave - that I would pay him the same as last year for a kill ($170) and that was it. He said they didn't accept checks (mind you, their pre-printed invoice forms have a space for check #). I told him take it or leave it and that I had no credit card to give him. He would not leave my property for some time. Said he had to call his boss - the person I initially spoke to on the phone - who told me that this loser was his brother-in-law. He eventually accepted the check - cashed within hours of leaving my home. I called another company who I WOULD recommend (ASAP Bee Removal - great and honest guy) only to learn that the CMU or slump blocks inside the column on my house are filled with concrete and there's no way that there was a honeycomb inside. ASAP filled the holes that Michael left, filled another entry point that was as big as a fist that Michael should have seen and filled, charged $100 (yes, ten times less than what the scammers wanted) and gave me a three year guaranty. DO NOT CALL VALLEY PRO. THEY ARE DISHONEST SCAMMERS. NOT SURE HOW THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS.
