I moved to the Tempe area in 2013 from downtown Phoenix and wasn't ready for the scorpion issue after settling in. It started with a scorpion once every several days then developed into a daily problem. There's nothing like turning on your bathroom light at night just to find a Yellow Bark Scorpion walking away with its pincers snapping away in the air. I finally broke down and called Pest 'R Us and never looked back. Their staff are courteous, great at what they do, and a pleasure to work with. My home has been scorpion free for 9 months. Bryant Pest Control has always made scheduling and their service very convenient and flexible. I'm able to schedule an appointment via email with Allie and it was always very prompt, even when I had to reschedule. Every season I call for service, Jason came to my home and explained the treatment and where he needed to come into the house and treat outside. Also made sure, not to let my dogs out for another hour after the service. Thanks again!

Pests are never a great issue to deal with - luckily All Clear Pest Control takes care of everything so it's no longer your issue. They work with your schedule and their technicians are always respectful, on time and extremely thorough. A++ Company.

All I can say is WOW! My house was infested and i had lost all hope! I didn't even want to go home because my pest problem had become so unmanageable. I had several other companies come out to provide services, but in a matter of days those relentless pests were back! We recently discovered we had a termite problem at our home and started searching for someone to come help.  

We came across Bob's Bug Bizz amongst a few others. Bob was professional, polite, flexible with our schedule, on time and got the job done quickly and efficiently. He explained our options to us and educated us a bit as well!  His work also comes with a 1 year warranty. And last but not least, his price was fair and far less than the competitors.

We've used this company for over 15 years at two different homes.  I would be glad to give them 10 stars if that was possible.  They show up on time, they are honest in their assessment of the situation, their prices are reasonable, and their technicians are friendly and professional.  They've done both regular insect extermination as well as spot termite treatments for us, and we've always been very pleased with their service and professionalism. These guys are great! Jake and Tim were in the neighborhood and came by to offer their pest services since we were new in town and they did an outstanding job! They go above and beyond for their customers and give fantastic service. They did a thorough job inside and out. Very friendly, professional, and detailed in their work. They'll come anytime to fix any issues you have with pests. I'd recommend them for sure!

Jake is incredible!  He is polished and professional from hello to have a nice day.  He inquires about the status of the treatments and make appropriate adjustments.   The only insects I see have been effectively eliminated.  Good service is rare but exceptional service should be rewarded.   It is my hope that all of your technicians are are as effective and efficient as Jake!  Please tell him to keep up the good work.  People notice.

Jim from Apache Trail Pest Control has been our bug guy for years and has consistently done a great job for a painfully low price and zero pressure for any kind of contracts or sales hype. Oh yeah, we have zero bugs as a result. The less than 5-star reviews just don't compute and have to be bogus.

I lived in a rental in Payson. I received a text to confirm my
appointment time. I called to reschedule and she was very
nice. The exterminator was awesome, he did ask for
payment as he left, I explained my management company
should be billed. He was okay with my reply. Then Sexton
billed me for the service. When I called Sexton and told
them to bill Berkshire Hathaway I was told I  needed to
have Berkshire Hathaway call them, Sexton REFUSED
to call the landlord even though that was who arrange the
service. This dance went on for months! Sexton was going
to send me to collections over a service I never requested.
Sexton blamed Berkshire Hathaway and in reverse. I will
never use either company again. Do not let them in your
house if you are a renter until you verify who they plan to
bill! I wish I could have given them zero stars; horrible
customer service!

COMPLETE SCAMMERS! Paid $170 to have bees removed for a tree in my yard. Some junkie showed up and sprayed my tree and it did absolutely nothing. Called them back for a respray and they never call back or they set up appointments and then the person never shows up. I have also been hung up on several times by them. BEWARE!
