This was my best experience thus far. Dylan went above and beyond. He was very informative and thorough. I'll only use Bulwark at this point.

I can always count on Truly Nolen. Shane has treated our current home for the past two years and we never have any issues with insects in our house. He will go the extra mile to make sure there are no insects in the yard as well. He once noticed a small hole in the house that went into the attic from the outside, and was concerned about critters getting into the attic. He offered to plug the hole at no charge. Excellent customer service!

Harrison Taylor treated our property today for scorpions. He noticed we had spiderwebs and took the extra time to knock them down and treat for spiders. Great service!

After changing from Bryant to Responsible, they informed me they were no longer going to be doing weekend services and the latest they could service my house was from the window 2-4pm which doesn't work for my schedule as I don't get off work until 3:30. I work 30 minutes away from my house. I scheduled them anyways and received a confirmation text for today at 4:15. So I rushed home to make sure I would get here on time so my house could be serviced. It is now 6:45 and I haven't heard a word from them. I called at 5:00 but no one answered, so I left a message. I am very disappointed and extremely annoyed to say the least. I had to move meetings just so I could be here which when you work in education is challenging to do. I will no longer be using this company and will find a better family owned company instead.

We have used Seal Out Scorpions on three houses... our rental, our primary residence, and my parents' house.  Both the rental and the primary house had significant problems prior to hiring SOS, but my parents' house was done preventatively due to my mother's poor health and cognative issues.

The other reviews here state this pretty well.  Eliminating scorpions from your houe is a process, and it does not happen in 5 minutes, despite what other exterminators may tell you.  If you have an established scorpion population in your house, you will need to become an active participant in eliminating that population if you really want it to go away.  Sealing the house needs to be The SOS team really helps you get on that path.  Although on paper the primary service they provide is sealing your house to prevent scorpions coming in, I believe what they provide that is just as valuable during that time and going forward after that is education about the problem and how to deal with it.  They are always available (usually by email more than anythign as they have many customers now) but always respond with very good guidance on how to address particular issues post house-sealing.... when to spray, how to spray (who to have spray if you wish to hire out), habitat reduction, etc.

We have elected to do our own pest control at all three houses and have taken significant existent populations at both our personal residence and rental and taken them basically to zero with the occasional invader on the perimeter walls.  We are at the point now where we don't have to spend much time on this, and the counts still remain very low at all properties.  A HUGE chunk of that was the education provided by the SOS team.

Precision Pest Control provides amazing service. We have been customers for well over a decade and have been extremely happy and bug free! They are very prompt and always give a courtesy call days prior to the scheduled appointment.

Our exterminator (George) is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. At the end of each service call he lets us know if he has any concerns.  To be honest, we can't remember the last time we saw bugs in or around our house!

Trey and his crew are the best around. I have had a termite issue that just won't quit, and neither has Guaranteed Pest. They are extremely prompt with communication, reliable, and very fair. They will bend over backwards to accommodate for your job, and won't quit until a final solution has been reached. Bill Stewart was wonderful, and prices are very reasonable.  I called him mid day because I was worried we might have a bed bug problem (we had seen a live one in the room.  First, he spent about 20minutes talking to me and explaining allot, had me text a picture of the bug, which he immediately identified as a female.  He arranged to get out to my house later that same day, thoroughly inspected all beds and rooms in the house & pushed up mattress and box springs, laid down underneath headboard with flashlight.
Told me no signs of infestation.  I appreciate the honesty.  He did not even charge for the over the phone time he spent consulting with me that day, and when my roommate called him the next day with further questions.  
I will certainly call him in the future for ANY bug problem.  He is professional, knowledgeable and gets right down to business.  Highly recommend him.

I called a handful of companies that handle pigeons and these guys called me back right away. They told me they could come out right away. Looked at my pigeon issue and came up with some solutions.

A three generation family business in west valley.  When I was a REALTOR I recommended their services to my clients.  Last week we discovered termite trail in our bedroom.  They came by within 24 hours, inspected the conditions and recommended service and their one year warranty.  They were here this morning, treated the condition and shared advise on what to watch out for in the coming weeks.  Should condition reoccur after 90 day period they will return at no additional cost.  Prompt, friendly and competent service.  I recommend the highly.  No hype, no waiting, We will definitely subscribe to their warranty program on the long term.  Annual renewal works for us.

Great Company- contacted through Yelp, quickly got back to me and I was able to get a quote which was a good price when compared to some of the others. They were quick to respond to all my questions and I was able to set up service! 1,2,3 with Arizona Best Choice Pest Control- we used the Casa Grande division of this company!

I purchased a home that was vacant and not had pest control for an unknown period of time. I still was seeing scorpions, living and dead even after a full year of service, and several re-treatments with a different company. The last straw was stepping on a scorpion. That's when I switched to Bulwark. They treated our home thoroughly and I have not seen a scorpion since.
I appreciate the attention to detail when servicing our home. Doormats in front of doors are moved and treated. Bait traps are checked and replaced when needed. The tech lets me know after treatment what was done and any evidence of pests.

Wow this little company got rid of my brown ticks!! I wasn't sure at first, but after the 3rd time...GONE. I was referred to Are You Bugged by another pest control company. When I called They told me the process of getting rid of ticks was a 3x process plus I had to do some things on my end. After suffering for 4 months with ticks, they are gone. Thanks Are You Bugged.

I have had Bill spray my yard for weeds for a couple of years now.  He's always so friendly..  and he does a great job!

Israel came out and gave me a very fair estimate for termite treatment.  I scheduled an appointment for the next week. They arrived on time.  As promised the job was done on time and cleaned up!   I will be switching over to them to do my regular pest control.  I will recommend to all my neighbors and friends!

My rental property had quite a few termites that I wasn't aware of until my renters moved out. Long story short, I called a couple of different pest and termite control companies around the valley to get a price and services comparison. I was then referred to Budget Brothers from a friend and I never looked back.

There were a few key reasons why I went with them over the other guys. Because the property was  a rental house, I didn't want to spend a million dollars getting it fixed, but I also didn't want to deal with them again. So, the warranty and price were the two big things that I looked at.

Now, my friend, who was more familiar with termites than I was told me that the best service (more expensive though) is getting not only getting your property trenched and down drilled, but also getting it stem drilled. He said that this was important and that if I got this done, it would def help me not having to deal with this problem again.

I told budget brothers the other guy's price, warranty, and service and they matched it all the way and then some. It was an easy decision for me to go with them.

The crew showed up right on time (even a bit early) and they got the job done in about 3-4 hours.
