Best Pest Control Services in Phoenix, AZ

This was my best experience thus far. Dylan went above and beyond. He was very informative and thorough. I'll only use Bulwark at this point.

Regular service was scheduled for 2:00, when I planned to be home.  Apparently the service tech wanted to finish his day early, so he called at noon to come over.  No answer because I wasn't home.  They came anyway.  They rang the door bell.  No answer because I wasn't home.  They found an open gate and did the service anyway with no one home and without permission.  They sprayed potentially hazardous chemicals around the house, and left before it dried.  My pets were outside, and could lick the wet pesticides, and walk in it.  I was not here to keep them inside.  When I got home at 1:45, for the 2:00 appointment, they were gone.  This is rude and dangerous behavior.  They put my pets at serious risk.  They came into my backyard without permission, trespassing and disregarding my privacy.  I had told them about my pets, and not to come if I am not home.  This company can be dangerous to your property and pets, and they have little regard for their customers.

Live here in the hood for 6 years. The whole block is scorpion infested. We've had issues with scorpions the first 4 years here. In the fourth year we didn't see the results from these guys. It takes time and effort. You gotta pay for the monthly visits. After a couple years our home had ZERO scorpions. None. We avg. about 1-2/day, to none. In a neighborhood that has an infestation problem this is hard to achieve. I go out all the time with my weapon and nothing to kill. They're super communicative. Today they sent pics and said due to high call volume in the area for scorpions, we went heavy today. That gives me piece of mind with an old woman here who could be really hurt by one of those guys. After finding out our current company doesn't do termites, we hired Ryan to treat our home and we couldn't have been any happier.  He was very thorough and informative, he certainly knows his trade. While treating Ryan noticed our scorpion problem and told us that we could have our home sealed, another thing our current company failed to do.  Needless to say, we are now on a monthly scorpion plan with Elite, and are having the home sealed next week!  Two thumbs up for Ryan.  If you've got bugs, look no further!

We have used insect tek and happened to continuously find scorpions. Figured this service was worth a shot. Since the did their sweep we have found only one baby one, nowhere near the amount we have had before. Worth the money and service.....

I have used Precision Pest Control multiple times over the past decade and have always found them to be professional, friendly and efficient.   Customer service is superb and all staff members I have encountered have been exceptional.   I would not use any other pest control service.

Thank goodness for Guaranteed Pest Control. We have used their services for each of our properties and are absolutely impressed. We have a home that is in a newly developed neighborhood and they have been able to keep all those pesky critters out of our home. Highly recommend!

So glad I took the advice of a friend who recommended De-Soto Exterminating. They show up as scheduled, are great communicators and know their bugs. We battle spiders at our house because of being nearby a lake. Ben has advised us how to best manage the problem, acknowledging that it will be an ongoing challenge, and without trying to sell us some magic remedy. Our research backs him up. After 6 months with De-Soto, we have found them capable, knowledgeable, reliable and trustworthy. What more can you ask?

Bill Stewart was wonderful, and prices are very reasonable.  I called him mid day because I was worried we might have a bed bug problem (we had seen a live one in the room.  First, he spent about 20minutes talking to me and explaining allot, had me text a picture of the bug, which he immediately identified as a female.  He arranged to get out to my house later that same day, thoroughly inspected all beds and rooms in the house & pushed up mattress and box springs, laid down underneath headboard with flashlight.
Told me no signs of infestation.  I appreciate the honesty.  He did not even charge for the over the phone time he spent consulting with me that day, and when my roommate called him the next day with further questions.  
I will certainly call him in the future for ANY bug problem.  He is professional, knowledgeable and gets right down to business.  Highly recommend him.

We had an invasion of pigeons on our roof. They were nesting, roosting and making a MESS! Professional Pigeon Control came out and solved our problem. They screened off the areas where the birds congregate and then trapped and removed the population. The technician was knowledgeable and kept us updated on his progress until the problem was eradicated!  Highly recommend

Granada has been taken care of my house for years. I've had many companies service my homes in Arizona. Granada hands down has the best service and best attitude I've ever experienced. These guys are a joke. Stay away. I paid my balance in full before they serviced my house. I stopped using them because they did a sloppy job on my termite control. Once I stopped using them a new bill populated, unknown source, and no one can explain where this came from. Long story short they sent this to collection, the company they used are trying to harass me for payment.

I purchased a home that was vacant and not had pest control for an unknown period of time. I still was seeing scorpions, living and dead even after a full year of service, and several re-treatments with a different company. The last straw was stepping on a scorpion. That's when I switched to Bulwark. They treated our home thoroughly and I have not seen a scorpion since.
I appreciate the attention to detail when servicing our home. Doormats in front of doors are moved and treated. Bait traps are checked and replaced when needed. The tech lets me know after treatment what was done and any evidence of pests.

TPC is awesome!!! This company has been treating my home for about 5 years now. We had a termite problem all over our home when we first bought it and after these guys came in and thoroughly investigated and treated the problem areas the termites seem to be gone. Now we just call them back lately for routine sprays. Even with just that getting done, Israel takes his time goes through every part of the house/yards to make sure our home is treated properly. TPC gets the job done right, very professional. I can't forget Diane who is the sweetest and so polite each time I call for an appointment. Customer service on point! I totally recommend Trojan Pest Control, they are an awesome team/family who put pride in their work and business.

Had these jokers do complete termite treatment, after they came back many times over three years we still had major termite problems the finale straw was when they destroyed a major portion of our Baseboards and it cost us over a$1000 to replace. Don't use this company they are worthless!!! There are no cracks in our foundation! When next company came out they found many places had not been drilled and they did not drill stem wall! Jeff
