Hands-down, the best pest control company we have ever used!  Matt is, yes, friendly, and does a painstakingly thorough job determining what needs to be done to get your home pest free.  Friendly Pest got rid of bats, mice, and annoying birds at our Payson home in one day.  Friendly Pest Control is not only efficient but they make your home sparkle after cleaning and disinfecting areas contaminated by animals. I only wish that Matt and his crew could service our home in Mesa! I would give this company 10 stars if I could.  Thank you Friendly Pest Control - well done!

I'm shocked to see negative reviews on this company or Larry..  I've used this service since moving to AZ in October and it's been incredible.  

I was initially terrified of scorpions, snakes and the million other critters in AZ but Larry educated me, talked me off the ledge and I haven't seen one scary critter.  That's not to say I don't expect to see at least one, it's Arizona - you can't 100% prevent everything.

I've also read in several articles every new build is likely to have scorpions or other critters around for several weeks or months in some cases.

Long story short, use this service, sit down with Larry and have a conversation about your needs and support a great local business that cares about its customers.

Josh should be your first - and only - call for termite treatments. He knows his stuff, has all the right equipment, and is super friendly/punctual/conscientious/thorough.

On top of all that, he's by far the best value (he was half the price of the big guys.). After treatment he will send you a couple maps of your structure and what he did in each place.

Highly recommend.

We had a pretty large hive in our yard with lots of bees swarming around it.  I called Scott and he came out the following morning and removed the entire hive.  He was very nice and knowledgeable and I would definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone having a bee problem.

James and Tammy were great in getting rid of all my indoor creepy crawly bugs and I've really seen a great reduction in the ones outside.  Their price is very reasonable for the quick, but efficient and thorough treatment they do. I also like the personal touch that they convey.  I used to be with a Big Name company- but there treatments weren't nearly as effective and I had to call when I had problems and they never were resposive to my needs.  Thank you- A Pest Cemetery for a great job!!

Great family owned business they always take care of our pest control, great job guys keep up the great work !

I try to use locally owned businesses to keep it in the community.   I've used 911 for 3 years now.  I never was satisfied because they would only come out in the early morning before my massive ant infestation started in the early afternoon thus not giving them the chance the properly address the problem for which we hired them for.  I decided to change service this last month, moved to another company that has drastically changed the infestation in one month.  I now received an email for overdue $$$.  The email stating that they had a rate increase at the first of the year which I wasn't informed by any 911 peeps!  Gary even came and serviced my home and took payment with no mention of rate increases.

This past Friday we had this company come out to spray both front and back yards for weeds.  What a great company.  Came out on time gave quote and sprayed same day.  We have 3 dogs so a lot of work to keep yard clean.   So glad we called this company.  Great service; great response and the price was great because the weeds are already dying

I have been with Sam and Leona for many years now. Their service is impeccable. Their prices are very fair, in fact much more reasonable than any of the large companies.
Their work is terrific and they are very reliable and trustworthy.

Jim (the owner) services our 8-plex in Wickenburg and is thanklessly thorough and extremely knowledgeable to boot.  

Prices are extremely reasonable and its nice to deal with a locally owned small business instead of these huge pest companies that are layering in sales and administrative staff costs into all their charges.

moved it to a house that had been empty for 2 years and had scorpions.  after calling several companies, we hired We Seal It to seal the house in march at the beginning of scorpion season.  im happy report, now at the end if scorpion season, I did not see one scorpion in my house.  We Seal It worked so well, I just gave the neighbor their number.  made the best choice as David was great and he obviously knows what he is doing.

Customer service seems to have been abandoned.  Poor scheduling, poor follow up, no shows when scheduled.  No advance warning of no show. Always an excuse for lack of service.  Service is not customer friendly, a wreck.  Would not recommend this company.

I've been using Blue Sky for over 2 years and they are fantastic. Their treatments seem very effective as we do not have the big nasty pests. The only exception is ants. Those critters are very determined. Blue Sky is responsive to coming out between services to deal with the ants specifically. They spot treat the pop-up areas and it clears up within a few days. I think it's mainly due to us having dogs so they won't use the most effective poisons in order to protect my pets. Because they are so good about coming back out I'm very satisfied.

I'm pleased with their technicians. We have never had any issues with their employees. I even got a preemptive termite assessment and quote. We came back clear and termite free and had the options all outlined for us for prevention to keep it that way. Great company.

The Truly Nolen technician who serviced our house and external areas, called us at approximately 6am on July 5th to say that he would be coming over shortly. He was at our house about 6:20-7am.  Not his usual time. Also he usually gives a day's notice as we have dogs and had a desert turtle. The desert turtle died within 48 hours after his visit. The turtle had been healthy. The technician told us that he had moved the turtle during the treatment session.  We suspect he may have inadverdently sprayed the turtle, which is probably why he moved it.  We feel that proper notice was not given as we would have made sure that the turtle was out of harms way.  
When we called the Truly Nolen Office and spoke with one of their technicians, he asked if we had gotten an autopsy!
Seriously !!!   I was so upset..  The tech then told me he would relay the message.
A manager did return my call and said he will investigate ..  he called me probably an hour later ...  His assessment was that it was a coincidence that my healthy turtle died 2 days after ..  
This tech appeared to be in a hurry. Giving us a call that early in the morning after the July 4th holiday and coming over and starting service very quickly thereafter never gave us a chance to put our turtle out of harms way.  We terminated our service...  
I believe the next day a manager from Truly Nolen left us a message letting us know if we decide to come back they will give us a discount on starting up again..  What NERVE !!  I love my pets..  I miss Toby my turtle everyday..

We feel the timing of this tragic event speaks for itself and we were extremely disappointed that Truly Nolen would not even acknowledge the possibility that it was their fault.
Be careful with this company...   I would NOT recommend...

I never write reviews but was very impressed with General Pest Control. I noticed bees around my home and some inside yesterday. Needless to say it was not a good night.  I called and left a message about my problem before they opened, and, Marcela called me back before they opened to help me !! They were very professional, courteous and concerned about my problem. They had confirmed an appoint first thing.  David their Tech was comforting and explained exactly how they treated the problem.  I highly recommend them and will be using them in the future for other matters.  They also practiced social distance and wore their masked.  If you had a 10 I would have chosen that one!!!

We have been loyal long-term customers of this company. Last week (March 2023) Had them come out to spot treat areas in the kitchen. The person that came out to drill ended up drilling through our concrete flooring and going WAY to deep into the fjouse foundation and busted into the underground water pipe in the kitchen. The pipe was busted with a hole completely through it. The manager came out and assess the damage and promised he would make everything right. Without even doing the termite treatment, all of the workers left and said they would be in touch. We had to have a plumber come out and fix it immediately since we did not have water to the house. We paid the plumber upfront because we had no choice and ended up bringing the bill to the Termite business offices in Phoenix. We talked to the manager and they promised again to pay and that they would be in touch with the owner and get us our reimbursement immediately. However, they have never returned our calls and are refusing to pay for the damage that they caused. Unfortunately, we are going to have to take them to small claims court. Do not use this company. They are not trustworthy despite what they claim that their family owned business is. Terrible service. Accompany you cannot trust.

My husband and I used this company for several years and were thrilled with their services....then they hired a new representative to answer their phones. We had to freeze our account as as sold our house and were moving into an apartment for 6 months while our new place was built. That representative I spoke with that time was very helpful and stated that as long as we called and reinstated our services within the 6 months, we could avoid having to pay for a new customer fee again. 5 months later I call to reinstate the services, and this is where the earn their 1 star rating. Long story short, the representative I worked with this time said that whatever the other person told me wasn't true and we were going to have to pay the new fee. She kept repeating the same thing over and over, even though what she was saying wasn't answering any of my questions. Instead of trying to assist me (the customer...customer service 101) she just called me a liar. My husband called later to question a bill we received and the same representative was terrible to him.

Exterminators are a dime a dozen in the valley, and they just lost loyal customers due to one terrible customer service representative.
