Friendly Pest Control is the ONLY pest control company willing to help us with our particular issue. I found R.J. on the Nextdoor app & am so grateful that I did. We cannot say enough good things about R.J. who services our area in the Prescott Country Club in Dewey, AZ. Definitely 10 star service. We have a very serious pack rat infestation in our 40 ft motorhome. Most pest control companies will not touch a motorhome and will only provide service to residential or commercial structures. R.J. has a strategic plan to help us and explains everything thoroughly. R.J. s knowledge is extensive & his customer service is excellent. We highly recommend Friendly Pest Control and in particular R.J. for the Dewey, Prescott Valley, Prescott & surrounding areas. We are going to switch over to Friendly Pest Control for our residential service as well.

I highly recommend Estrella Mountain Pest Control for your pest control service. Here's why-  A couple years ago we bought a home and kept the pest control that the previous owners had set up. It was a monthly schedule costing around $50. The technician was capable, but the corporate company he worked for had various issues. When he left the company, I decided to check for a local company. After reading an article in a magazine written by Larry Cash, owner of Estrella Mountain Pest Control, I gave him a call. Larry does the initial treatment, and answered all my questions. He really knows his stuff!  He set us up on an every other month treatment schedule at a cost of not much over what it was costing us each month with the corporate co.
Our family recently acquired a much larger 2nd property and I called Larry again. When he came to set up the EOM treatment plan, it was the same cost as our smaller home. That surprised me because I expected it to be much more.
I also had another pest concern, and Larry did not just go 'the extra mile', he went an extra 5 miles to ease my concerns. That's when I told him I was going to do a review. He did not ask me to. He's fair and genuine, and I appreciate that!

Josh should be your first - and only - call for termite treatments. He knows his stuff, has all the right equipment, and is super friendly/punctual/conscientious/thorough.

On top of all that, he's by far the best value (he was half the price of the big guys.). After treatment he will send you a couple maps of your structure and what he did in each place.

We discovered a large number of bees coming and going from one of our irrigation boxes. They were very busy. I called Scott and he was out within an hour! He was very efficient and it was not long before the bees were gone!

I had bugs coming into the house after the Monsoon rain! They came and killed all the buGs! Yay!!

Spoke with Steve,  who was very helpful in answering all of my questions and finding the best solution to help in my case. Top notch service! I usually deal with Omar who is also friendly and professional. I got to meet Garry for the first time today and he is just wonderful. They took their time assessing and treating my yard. Garry was attentive to any questions or concerns I had. I also appreciated the recommendations he provided. Scheduling is always so easy with them and I like the email reminders. They also provide weed control which is so convenient. I highly recommend this company!

This past Friday we had this company come out to spray both front and back yards for weeds.  What a great company.  Came out on time gave quote and sprayed same day.  We have 3 dogs so a lot of work to keep yard clean.   So glad we called this company.  Great service; great response and the price was great because the weeds are already dying

Sam and Leona have taken care of my family's properties for years. I've seen only a handful of scorpions at my house in the past 7 years and the ones I've seen look like they're knocking on death's door. There are very few people I trust with access to my house and Sam is one of those people.

Jim (the owner) services our 8-plex in Wickenburg and is thanklessly thorough and extremely knowledgeable to boot.  

Prices are extremely reasonable and its nice to deal with a locally owned small business instead of these huge pest companies that are layering in sales and administrative staff costs into all their charges.

David and his helper just left the house. They are two of the most professional men I have ever had work on my home. They worked fast, explained what they did and why, told us what we needed and didn't need and cleaned up perfectly. David is fair, honest, hard working and very thorough. I would definitely recommend them.

HomeTeam's Phoenix representative David always goes above and beyond and is one of the most polite people ever, he makes us feel so comfortable with having someone come take care of our private residence which is of the utmost importance to us in who we choose for our pest control.  The service works great and we have the Taexx system which is fantastic.

We switched to Blue Sky last summer and my husband & I have been so happy with their service, friendly attitude, and knowledge of their craft.  We have been homeowners in Phoenix for over 30 years and I have never had such a GREAT exterminator.  Nathan is wonderful, friendly, thorough, cheerful, responsible and when they say the window is between 3 and 5, its nice to see that he comes closer to 3 than 5, which is never the case with most services.  Thanks, Nathan.

Made an appointment for this evening for rodent control. Was given a window between 3 to 5 PM. It's 5 o'clock and no one has showed up. Give them a call and they report there's been a miscommunication error. No one else is available to come out today. So much for this company... Onto another one!

I have General Exterminating treat the outside perimeter every 3 months. I have ZERO pest problems. I keep up with it because I don't want to know the alternative. If you see pests it's too late in my opinion.

Greg Brown is a piece of s*%$!! Very unprofessional very rude!!!! I'd would recommend this person to anyone he's a scumbag.

My husband and I used this company for several years and were thrilled with their services....then they hired a new representative to answer their phones. We had to freeze our account as as sold our house and were moving into an apartment for 6 months while our new place was built. That representative I spoke with that time was very helpful and stated that as long as we called and reinstated our services within the 6 months, we could avoid having to pay for a new customer fee again. 5 months later I call to reinstate the services, and this is where the earn their 1 star rating. Long story short, the representative I worked with this time said that whatever the other person told me wasn't true and we were going to have to pay the new fee. She kept repeating the same thing over and over, even though what she was saying wasn't answering any of my questions. Instead of trying to assist me (the customer...customer service 101) she just called me a liar. My husband called later to question a bill we received and the same representative was terrible to him.

Exterminators are a dime a dozen in the valley, and they just lost loyal customers due to one terrible customer service representative.
