Best Pest Control Services in Phoenix, AZ

Friendly Pest Control is the ONLY pest control company willing to help us with our particular issue. I found R.J. on the Nextdoor app & am so grateful that I did. We cannot say enough good things about R.J. who services our area in the Prescott Country Club in Dewey, AZ. Definitely 10 star service. We have a very serious pack rat infestation in our 40 ft motorhome. Most pest control companies will not touch a motorhome and will only provide service to residential or commercial structures. R.J. has a strategic plan to help us and explains everything thoroughly. R.J. s knowledge is extensive & his customer service is excellent. We highly recommend Friendly Pest Control and in particular R.J. for the Dewey, Prescott Valley, Prescott & surrounding areas. We are going to switch over to Friendly Pest Control for our residential service as well.

I'm shocked to see negative reviews on this company or Larry..  I've used this service since moving to AZ in October and it's been incredible.  

I was initially terrified of scorpions, snakes and the million other critters in AZ but Larry educated me, talked me off the ledge and I haven't seen one scary critter.  That's not to say I don't expect to see at least one, it's Arizona - you can't 100% prevent everything.

I've also read in several articles every new build is likely to have scorpions or other critters around for several weeks or months in some cases.

Long story short, use this service, sit down with Larry and have a conversation about your needs and support a great local business that cares about its customers.

Josh should be your first - and only - call for termite treatments. He knows his stuff, has all the right equipment, and is super friendly/punctual/conscientious/thorough.

On top of all that, he's by far the best value (he was half the price of the big guys.). After treatment he will send you a couple maps of your structure and what he did in each place.

Highly recommend.

I've used two other pest control companies over the years, I got so frustrated that I decided to do-it myself.  This company came in and did twice the job, for half the price.

Sabra herself answered my phone call.  Questions were answered and we were immediately put me on her schedule.
On the day of treatment, she arrived in a timely fashion, offered a warm greeting, and immediately took to surveying property and building to determine if there was any damage followed by the most ideal application.
An initial treatment complete and she explained that I should anticipate a followup in a month to see if the issue has been resolved, or if we need to take further action.
She answered all of my questions, making me feel more at ease.

Gary and Omar are great to work with at 911 pest control they are reasonably priced and do quality work. I have been using them for nearly 2 years now and their treatment is obviously working, my home is pest free. I would recommend them to anyone.

We had grass growing in places it should not, it was unresponsive to any spray we were putting on it.  Thunderbird Weed and Pest came out on a Thursday and by Friday the grass was already starting to die! Very responsive, and came out  quickly.  We will be having them come back regularly to take care of the weeds and grass that pop up.

SJM was recommended to us shortly after we moved to Arizona and started seeing the dreaded scorpions. While scorpions may be difficult to combat, Sam is extremely diligent in working to address the problem. He also does a yearly termite inspection to assure your home is free from costly termite issues. His wife, Leona, is always willing to address questions and concerns and is highly accommodating when scheduling appointments. They treat you more like family than customers. I highly recommend SJM to address exterminating needs.

Jim (the owner) services our 8-plex in Wickenburg and is thanklessly thorough and extremely knowledgeable to boot.  

Prices are extremely reasonable and its nice to deal with a locally owned small business instead of these huge pest companies that are layering in sales and administrative staff costs into all their charges.

We were dismayed to find that there were scorpions at the home that we had just bought and we hired We Seal It to 'seal' our house in 2015.  I wanted to wait at least a year before I wrote a review so I could be sure of the sealing's effects and, nearly two years later, I still couldn't be more pleased.  We Seal It was thorough and professional and we've seen only a couple of scorpions inside since they completed the work.  Hiring them was probably one of the best home-improvement decisions we've made.

So let's start with this.  If you agree to do a service at a price, do not call me the next day saying we're not going to do it unless you agree to a much more expensive service option.  That is both dishonest and shady business.  You agreed to do the service at a stated price.  You even confirmed it with your service manager.  Remember back when people would honor their word?

I asked if they needed to wait until their tech was going to be in the neighborhood for other service calls, and they said no, they just wouldn't come out unless I agreed to one of their much more expensive ($140 vs $50) service options.

Shameful business practices.

I've been using Blue Sky for over 2 years and they are fantastic. Their treatments seem very effective as we do not have the big nasty pests. The only exception is ants. Those critters are very determined. Blue Sky is responsive to coming out between services to deal with the ants specifically. They spot treat the pop-up areas and it clears up within a few days. I think it's mainly due to us having dogs so they won't use the most effective poisons in order to protect my pets. Because they are so good about coming back out I'm very satisfied.

I'm pleased with their technicians. We have never had any issues with their employees. I even got a preemptive termite assessment and quote. We came back clear and termite free and had the options all outlined for us for prevention to keep it that way. Great company.

I can't recall ever getting worse customer service than I got with Truly Nolen when I tried to get my pigeon problem taken care of. The service guy is named Jake, and he is the flakiest, most worthless employee I have ever come across. He no-showed me at least four times. What should have taken less that a week took almost three months because Jake just decided he didn't want to do the work. I paid $1800 to get the pigeons removed from my roof and it was like pulling teeth to get Jake to finish the work. He had to come back FOUR TIMES to finally finish the job. I called every week or 2 to try to get Truly Nolen to actually finish the job. There was a manager named David who came out with Jake once to look at the job after I had called several times, but David didn't actually follow up at all to make sure the job was done. Jake had flaked out again. Eventually David was replaced by a guy named Josh, and FINALLY the work got done. I hope Josh turns this business around because David and Jake were completely worthless. It took almost 3 months to get my job done, and I didn't get an apology or a refund or any sympathy from Truly Nolen. They say your pest problems are your past problems. If you're willing to wait three months and call them every week, that may be true. What a horrible experience I had using Truly Nolen to take care of my pest problem.

Having researched intensively how to handle a corrective termite service, I learned much. Choosing General Exterminator, Inc. was the smartest thing I did for resolving this problem.
From the receptionist who answered the phone, to the estimator, Eric, to the exterminator professional, Todd, I experienced nothing but pleasant and professional service. Both Eric and Todd spent time explaining to me everything from the life of termites to the general behavior of termites to what product works best in different areas of infestation to what to expect after the corrective service.
The price was extremely affordable for thorough and effective extermination even offering 1 to 5 year warranties that are also transferable.
General Exterminator, You have my business and I am referring you to everyone that I know in my area and of course here on yelp. Thank you so very much for great service at a great price!

They constantly call me to schedule services. When I finally did reach out to them to come and service my home they said they couldn't find my address. The lady that was helping me said because they couldn't find my address, I would have to be considered a new client and my initial charge was going to be $70 (even though they have serviced my house before). When I asked if their prices went up her rude response was, ma'am prices have been up for two years. Not going to give them my money if they are going to be rude.

My husband and I used this company for several years and were thrilled with their services....then they hired a new representative to answer their phones. We had to freeze our account as as sold our house and were moving into an apartment for 6 months while our new place was built. That representative I spoke with that time was very helpful and stated that as long as we called and reinstated our services within the 6 months, we could avoid having to pay for a new customer fee again. 5 months later I call to reinstate the services, and this is where the earn their 1 star rating. Long story short, the representative I worked with this time said that whatever the other person told me wasn't true and we were going to have to pay the new fee. She kept repeating the same thing over and over, even though what she was saying wasn't answering any of my questions. Instead of trying to assist me (the customer...customer service 101) she just called me a liar. My husband called later to question a bill we received and the same representative was terrible to him.

Exterminators are a dime a dozen in the valley, and they just lost loyal customers due to one terrible customer service representative.
