Hands-down, the best pest control company we have ever used!  Matt is, yes, friendly, and does a painstakingly thorough job determining what needs to be done to get your home pest free.  Friendly Pest got rid of bats, mice, and annoying birds at our Payson home in one day.  Friendly Pest Control is not only efficient but they make your home sparkle after cleaning and disinfecting areas contaminated by animals. I only wish that Matt and his crew could service our home in Mesa! I would give this company 10 stars if I could.  Thank you Friendly Pest Control - well done!

Josh should be your first - and only - call for termite treatments. He knows his stuff, has all the right equipment, and is super friendly/punctual/conscientious/thorough.

On top of all that, he's by far the best value (he was half the price of the big guys.). After treatment he will send you a couple maps of your structure and what he did in each place.

Highly recommend.

I found a beehive on my house one evening and called Scott the Bee Man first thing the next morning. He returned my call almost immediately and was out at my house by 10:00 am taking care of my problem.
He did a great job. Took all the bees, beehive and cleaned up anything that the bees had left.
He explained what to do from there to safeguard against bees invading again. I am very happy with his service and would call him again if I (hopefully not!) ever have a problem with bees again

I've used two other pest control companies over the years, I got so frustrated that I decided to do-it myself.  This company came in and did twice the job, for half the price.

I did my research before switching to Steve (owner) from another reputable company that had me on a monthly plan and would forget appointments, etc, etc.  
I called several people before I discovered Deserts Best Pest Solutions.  Steve's  knowledge base is immense and he could answer all my questions to my satisfaction and delight.  He educated me on the chemicals he uses for his business and went through quite a bit of training to be licensed before he could qualify to purchase them.  I'm pleased that he values safety as a priority.   On my initial assessment he was surprised to learn that my yard was treated a month ago because there were so many black widow webs.  He has a trained eye and impeccable assessment skills to tailor your needs  He doesn't forget appointments and shows up on time and does so many little extras like treating some of my next door neighbors yard to prevent critters from coming over to mine.  He keeps track of your schedule and calls a few days before the next appointment to ask about any concerns.
Steve is a man with high integrity and values doing a great job and dedicated to total customer satisfaction.  My search is over!

I would highly recommend Garry Young and 911 Pest Defense.  Both Garry and Omar go above and beyond what is expected from a Pest Control Company.  Their rates are affordable and the service is top notch.  They are honest and dependable.  I have referred them to many friends who have also been happy with the service.

We had grass growing in places it should not, it was unresponsive to any spray we were putting on it.  Thunderbird Weed and Pest came out on a Thursday and by Friday the grass was already starting to die! Very responsive, and came out  quickly.  We will be having them come back regularly to take care of the weeds and grass that pop up.

SJM was recommended to us shortly after we moved to Arizona and started seeing the dreaded scorpions. While scorpions may be difficult to combat, Sam is extremely diligent in working to address the problem. He also does a yearly termite inspection to assure your home is free from costly termite issues. His wife, Leona, is always willing to address questions and concerns and is highly accommodating when scheduling appointments. They treat you more like family than customers. I highly recommend SJM to address exterminating needs.

Jim (the owner) services our 8-plex in Wickenburg and is thanklessly thorough and extremely knowledgeable to boot.  

Prices are extremely reasonable and its nice to deal with a locally owned small business instead of these huge pest companies that are layering in sales and administrative staff costs into all their charges.

From the receptionist who answered the phone, to the estimator, Eric, to the exterminator professional, Todd, I experienced nothing but pleasant and professional service. Both Eric and Todd spent time explaining to me everything from the life of termites to the general behavior of termites to what product works best in different areas of infestation to what to expect after the corrective service.
The price was extremely affordable for thorough and effective extermination even offering 1 to 5 year warranties that are also transferable.

I have used Pheonix Pest Control for about a year now and have decided to take my business elsewhere. After being called (harassed) about 20 times to make my bimonthly appointment I did and then they had the audacity to not show up. So they started harassing me again to reschedule the appointment, so I did. I was told I was on the first slot for a 9AM appointment, its going on an hour and 45 minute wait now and I've become quite displeased with their lack of hustle or customer care. If you're looking for a good pest control, keep looking.

Last time I use SOS for anything.  They miss appointments but always have an excuse.  If you decide to use this company be prepared for some of the worst customer service you will ever experience.
