I called four companies, three local 5-star yelp review companies and my current pest control company to get estimates.

Arizona's Best Choice Pest & Termite Services beat the competition for the following reasons:
1. They arrived on-time for the estimate
2. They offered a written estimate, explained the process thoroughly, and answered my concerns about the treatment.
3. They chose the least intrusive method to correct the issue. (didn't drill holes where they are not needed, didn't require removing decorative bricks, etc).
4. The long term contract (5-years) was cheaper than any of the other quotes. (Even though I forgot to give them the coupon from the website, they were still cheaper).
5. They used a Fipronil, which I prefer treating termites (seem to have better success in Arizona from research I found).
6. Jim has a great attitude about killing bugs.

Highly recommend 520 Termite! We were getting floor installed and termites were found so I called several companies and 520 was the best and responded very quickly. We had a very tight timeline and Mike worked very late into the evening so the floor work could continue the next day. He was extremely reliable and efficient. Don't hesitate to go with this company!

Johnny is just lovely. He was at my property within a couple of hours of calling. Unfortunately what my property needed was not in the scope of services he offers but he was quick to recommend someone who could help me and he was so very kind and knowledgeable in his dealings. I will definitely call him again if I have a need that falls in his scope.

Have used AZ Best Cpice for over a year now.  Our service rep, Dave, consistently sprays each and every month, inside and out and offers us the best customer service we have ever had.  All pests have been eliminated and we thank them for a job well done.  Very professional and always here!  We appreciate Dave very much!

These guys are awesome!  We found a small bird's nest right above our roller shade in our backyard and we were too scared to pull the shade down because we didn't want to hurt the bird.  We called around to see if anyone would be willing to come out today and Goldshot replied right back and had a guy who was willing to come out.  

When he came bit earlier than his appointment time I wasn't home, but he took the time to take a look around the house to assess the situation and when I came home, he was ready to tell me what needed to be done.  Keaton was not only professional and very explanatory, he gave suggestions on what to do in case of what if's.  He also explained how pigeons are attracted to solar panels and when we notice pigeons on our solar panels we can call our solar company instead of calling them or other pest/bird control because our solar company will take care of that.  How honest and trustworthy can he be to tell me that we don't need to call them?  

Although at first I called for someone to just come and simply remove the nest, after listening to him, I decided to have him install screens to prevent future nests, so he's coming back tomorrow to do that.  So even though technically the job isn't completely done yet, I was so excited to have found a great, trustworthy company that I wanted to leave a good review right away to tell everyone if you need help with bird control, or other pests, give these guys a shot.  I'm sure you'll love them!

I couldn't recommend this place to anyone. The receptionist was rude and frankly I'd use use stronger language in private. Ignorant of nearly anything I asked and when I requested a supervisor I was hung up on. Use Az Pest Squad. Much better service.

I had my plate full with other issues at home and then found I had a bee colony making a new home under my shed in the backyard.  My dogs of course thought this was something new to play with and I was besides myself thinking of vet visits as well as not using my backyard was becoming a reality. I saw the listing online and called to discuss my situation.  The person on the phone was calm and explained options they could take to remove the bees.  I was promised I would have someone here within two hours and they were here as promised.  My technician Marino was professional, courteous and explained every step in what he was doing and what needed to be done.  This company was so helpful and true to their price and actions. Thank you for calming my nerves and handling this difficult situation so quickly and professionally.

Maricopa Bug Busters pigeon proof our roof.  They did a fantastic job.  3 years later we have an issue again with pigeons.  Called Maricopa Bug Busters and they came over saw it was a very small issue with a wire and fixed it no charge.  They are reliable, do great work and stand by there products and service.  Would highly recommend them to everyone.

I highly recommend this company.  Highly professional, yet a family business with a personal touch.  Any problems we have had have been dealt with promptly and effectively, and their preventive maintenance program is great.

So thankful our neighbors recommended them. We submitted a query online and we're promptly reached out to.  We were able to get scheduled quickly.  They give you a really short window of when they'll show up. How awesome is that?!! Very happy with Family First Pest Control!  Not only am I not seeing bugs anymore but they came out to my home right away.  All along they were courteous, respectful AND helpful.  I had an irrigation leak that Josh pointed out to me that I hadn't even noticed.  That leak could have been a disaster if let go and not caught early!  I was able to get a plumber out and fix it before it became a nightmare because Josh cared enough to bring it to my attention.  So thankful for Family First Pest Control looking out for me and my property.  Absolutely would recommend!!

We had responsible Pest Control come out today to do our initial. We are pleased to see how professional their technician is and would definitely be using them for a monthly service.

These people will take your money but never show up. After scheduling a visit 4 times they no showed no called. No customer service, no communication, nothing. Horrible company to do business with. AVOID this company if you have a bug problem, the only want to service folks that don't actually require any work. Contacted a manager on multiple occasions and issue was never resolved. Moving my business elsewhere. -5 Stars

They came out and treated. The cost was a little high and the problem still persisted.

After calling to request another visit we were told that the only time they could come was during the morning when we both aren't free...

If this was my business and I was coming out to correct a problem.....I would make it convenient for the customer. I guess this is not how Cummings Pest Control does things....

They came out to treat active termites in our home. I was pleased with the gentleman (don't remember name, possibly Gabriel) who came out. He seemed to have done a thorough job. The job was done in July and I referred a friend which they say they will send you a $50 gift card. I've been requesting for 3 months and no luck, office never answers or returns emails. Also contacted office about a different pest problem. No response. I now have very active termites again that I can literally watch working (gross!) and I did purchase the 3 year warranty but they are booked out for a couple weeks. I typically contact Cordell (I'm assuming owner?) on his direct line since it's the only way to get a hold of someone however he made it clear that his job is new customers. Nice. I'm very upset that they don't prioritize existing customers who spend extra money on a warranty. Started as a good experience and has gone downhill.

Living so close to a desert wash, a lot of bugs and critters had access to our house. With regular service (spraying only outside), we never had a problem! Would highly recommend this company.

This company is a professional scamming company.  They came to my house, told me i had killer bees, charged me $595.00 to eradicate the bees.  i later found out, from an inspector from the department of agriculture and a professional bee company that i never had bees -- never.  TOTAL SCAM.

In fact, i have wood termites that i now have to spend more money to have treated.  

When i called Joseph Mcdermott to complaint, he was rude, unprofessional, and non-compliant.  

i am going forward with a complaint against them with the BBB, the Attorney General's office, the Department of Agriculture and am filing a lawsuit against them.

Don't use them or their other company  called Buzz Tech.  

They are scammers . . .
