I have used Lisa with Smitty's Pest Control for many, many years!   She is always prompt and does a great job.    My house is always pest free!

Needed termite treatment, called Steve and he rearranged his schedule to make it happen quickly.  Looks like the job was done right and it was 25% cheaper than my previous bid which saved me hundreds.  I recommend.

We have been using Branhams Exterminating for nine years.  We have had them on a monthly service, and have been very satisfied doing business with them. We would highly recommend Branhams. They have always been on time; and now Corey S is doing a great job for us.

I originally used Arizona Wildlife Control for a bat problem I had at my cabin in Happy Jack.  Brad really impressed me with his knowledge and the thoroughness of his inspection.  On top of it all he is super friendly.  Fast forward a couple months and I'm at my home in Phoenix when my dog start going crazy in the backyard.  When I went out to see what was wrong, there it was....a snake!  I was pretty sure it was a rattlesnake, so I got the dogs inside and called Brad.  When I sent him a picture he kindly said, Are you sure it's a rattlesnake?  It looks like a Sonoran Gopher Snake.  How he could identify a snake from a blurry picture at night is beyond me, but sure enough when it finally moved, there was no rattle on the tail.  He asked if I still wanted him to come by and I said yes because I didn't want the dogs to get hurt.  He got there about a half hour later and removed the snake for me.  I would definitely use him again for any wildlife removal needs.

I cannot recommend Danny any higher - actually I wish I could give him 10 stars.   He has completely controlled my ant problem as well as other critters that may have wanted to enter my domain.  He is prompt, friendly and always responsive if I call with a problem.

We just moved into a remote house outside of Tucson from Ohio. Pack rats had already rendered the AC inoperable before we even arrived.

Pestmaster came out and identified evidence of them living under the house as well as throughout the yard. Ryan suggested a three visit treatment that should remove them from the house and gave great prevention tips for going forward. The education alone was almost worth the price of removal.

We had a bee hive under our shed and my exterminator recommended these guys. It wasn't easy to get rid of the bees, and they stood by the guarantee and got rid of them on the third trip. They are really a great company.

Recently had Lil Critters out to our home to investigate some scratching in one of our walls. Mark I believe was his name, his father owns the company, came out and went right to work. He was knowledgeable in the workings of rodents and was able to answer any questions we had. His customer service was great. He ended up laying some bait traps to see if we had an infestation. He came back a week later to check to traps and also to fill in some gaps in the roof where pest may have been able to get in. So far we haven't had any takers on the bait but I'm not mad about that. Hopefully it was a localized event and the pest has found its way out. I know with the work mark did they won't be getting back in. If your looking for a knowledgeable family owned pest control company I can't recommend Mark and Lil Critters enough. Thanks again guys.

Our recently purchased house had a serious bird problem. We planned on contacting a few bird control specialist for estimates. The first gentleman was professional and knowledgeable, Price was 1/3 more than Absolute (this was for a slightly different  solution) he showed me the quote on his iPad, but never sent the quote via email for the rest of the family to view.
Keaton was the next estimator to come out, and we immediately decided to use his company. He has a very calm and kind demeanor, his co worker is also very nice. Absolute bird and Pest showed up on time, installed cable on our roof peaks and netted around our solar panels. They power washed more than was stated in the quote (second story landing, back and front porch) and fixed broken roof tiles (previously broken from solar installers or previous owner, I confirmed this myself when I inspected the roof weeks prior). I told Keaton to add to the bill, but he said it was no problem and didn't charge us extra. The bill was exactly as quoted. Now the birds are going crazy trying to figure out what happened to their Shangri-La under our solar panels! We know they will be completely gone in a few days, and if not we know Keaton will be able to help.  Thanks Absolute

We moved from the Pacific NW to Chandler almost two years ago. I was extremely fearful about scorpions in Arizona, so I did a lot of research on how to best keep them from our new home. I don't know how I could have coped if we hadn't found Mark and Pest Border! We got on the waiting list to have the pest borders measured and then later installed, and we were so happy to finally have them secured to our house. They truly make a difference. They work! It's really a luxury to have this peace of mind. We are so grateful.

Mark is very dedicated to his craft, and he's a very hard worker. His customer service is exemplary. He has come out a few times to make sure everything is still installed properly (we once broke a piece with a brick and he came out to replace that section), and he's added a couple of pieces to some new additions we've had on our house exterior. Every detailed is covered, even the hose attached to the house. Once in awhile people have been intrigued by the pest borders on our house and asked us about them. They aren't glaringly obvious, but they are noticeable. I think they look professional and clean, and they just look like part of the architecture of your home. You do have to keep them clean so the glass and metal don't get dirty or sticky. They're simple to clean with a washcloth, and I believe Pest Borders has a service you can hire to maintain the cleaning if you prefer.

From the beginning Mark has generously responded to all of my phone calls and texts, thoroughly answering all of my questions in a calm and helpful manner as I researched his product and services. If you are considering going with Pest Borders I can assure you that you will be working with a great company that does excellent work and has a unique and effective product. When we first moved here I was uncertain and worried about finding the most effective solution. I studied all of the many pest control options out there, learned a lot about scorpions, and I found that Pest Borders is the best in home scorpion prevention. With City Wide Pest Control, you do NOT get what you pay for, even though their rates are less than their competitors. All the technicians that serviced our property failed to completely spray the interior and exterior. On our last visit, the technician didn't spray the exterior at all. I called the office to complain and asked that our invoice be changed and the amount decreased to reflect that the exterior wasn't sprayed. They charged me the full amount. I will no longer do business with them and highly recommend you find a more professional and ethical pest control business for your pest control needs!!

horrible customer service! they do not stand behind there warranty, and the termites do not go away!!!! do not hire this company, stay far far away!!!! i will be going to the bbb over me paying $400 for a warranty that is not even a warranty with this company. they also do not like to have to come back out under warranty and the owner is super rude, does not care that you are a customer. i hired another termite company to come out and was told that they never treated the termites properly, and that i should call them to re-do it since they keep coming back. i called and spoke to a mike, i'm sure he was the owner and he said no, no, no. we don't 100% guarantee the termites will not come back and we can only treat 10% of your home. this is false advertisement! no one would pay a company to come out and treat their home, knowing that it is only 10% effective. this company is a joke!

There are many termite and pest control companies to choose from, do not pick CRI. They do not return phone calls or emails and they lie. I paid for the inspection and when I closed on my house, they were paid again out of escrow. He claimed he never received the double payment, but the escrow company shows the check had already cleared. He then lied again when he said the refund was in the mail. It's been over a month since I really started pursuing the refund (over 5 since the initial double payment). On the rare occasion that he answers his phone, he always has a delay excuse. I still have not seen the refund.

I want to recommend that you DO  NOT hire this company!! I was horrified one early morning when i was woken up by bed bug bites! i called a few companies right away but there weren't any open that early, so i left messages for a couple of places to call me back. Ugly Bug was the first to call me back and come out to see my problem. The guy's name was Chris.He took a look around my room and the rest of the house. He only saw them in my room so he said he would treat my room and the room next to mine because we share a wall with a closet.He said that he would come back in two weeks and spray again.  He said if I see them anywhere else he would come back and spray in those places. He charged me $375 but guaranteed his work for 30 days. Well, long story short, I did find them in every room of my house and when I tried to get him to call me back, he never returned my phone calls! I had to hire another company to come out and spray and fog my house! . At the two week mark, someone did call me to come spray my house. At that point I was so angry I told him that i thought he should give me half my money back for only spraying the first time and me not being able to ask them to come treat the rest of my house. The guy said he would tell the office manager to give me a call. Well guess what? I never got that call back either!! I was ripped off by this company. Stay away!
