We use Greentree Pest Control for both our home and our business.  We could not be happier.  It is nice to have found a business that is honest and trustworthy to serve our pest control needs.

I have used Lisa with Smitty's Pest Control for many, many years!   She is always prompt and does a great job.    My house is always pest free!

We use Branham's for our termite service.  So, when we discovered we had mice, they were the first we called.  Since we aren't around in the summer months, we left instructions for the tech.  Scott came out and didn't even service.  We were pretty upset with them.  Office staff was fabulous so they rescheduled with Clint.

However, Clint came out the next day.  We were so pleased with him and his knowledge that we are giving them 4 stars instead of 1.  He really knew what he was doing.

I stepped out into my patio and didn't even see the young Diamondback in the corner until I came back inside.  It was 2 feet away from my feet, coiled up and sleeping behind a decorative lantern on the ground.  My 90 year old mother is usually the one to go out that door to throw carrots out for the rabbits in the afternoon.  Glad it wasn't her as I'm pretty sure she wouldn't have seen it.  I called Arizona Wildlife Control and Brad was at my house within half an hour.  He deftly and gently removed our guest.  He was also very informative about rattlesnakes.  Our home is at the base of the hills in Cave Creek so we are aware that this is rattlesnake country.  All of the helpful knowledge is appreciated!  I will definitely keep Brad's number handy!  I am so grateful that he showed up quickly and with such a nice demeanor.

We just moved into a remote house outside of Tucson from Ohio. Pack rats had already rendered the AC inoperable before we even arrived.

Pestmaster came out and identified evidence of them living under the house as well as throughout the yard. Ryan suggested a three visit treatment that should remove them from the house and gave great prevention tips for going forward. The education alone was almost worth the price of removal.

I recently called ASAP back to my house after 16 months. This is the first time in over a decade a have gone a while year without bees attacking my house in the same place. I have had at least a half dozen companies out to deal with bees. Not one of them can match the results.

Great company. Did a good job. Really like the owner. He was very conscientious and made us feel very comfortable.

We have had a pigeon problem for a while but I have been putting it away because of the cost but I finally broke down and started looking again. I hired Absolute Bird and Pest Control and they were amazing.

Response time: They got back to me within minutes of submitting a quote request via Yelp. I sent them pictures and they were able to quote me the price via email.

Cost: These guys quoted me fraction of what others had quoted me. I even extended the work (asked few more windows and ledges to be taken care of by blocking them as well so the pigeons just don't move over to a different ledge) and these guys quoted me a very reasonable price.

Appointment: Keaton showed up within the time frame he had mentioned. Him and his co-worker were both professional and courteous.

End results: These guys went way above and beyond their call of duty. Not only did they block off windows we had agreed to, they took care of additional things like washing the roof and wall which I was not expecting them to. They caught all the trash in a tarp instead of just letting it fall on the ground and leaving it for us to clean up. After they left the wall and roof was cleaner than anytime since we had moved in 3 years ago. They took care not to tear off the stucco and just wash it gently. These days when everyone is looking to make extra buck by cutting corners these guys did more than I expected them to.

I would absolutely recommend Absolute Bird and Pest Control guys for any sort of bird and pest control.

This is the second home that mark has installed the border on for us.  We have been extremely pleased with the high quality product that he installs and his professionalism.  We would highy recommend this company!

his driving is atrocious, moves over from 3 lanes to get to his exit and has the audacity to be pissed at a driver in the right lane for not letting him in immediately. They then proceeded to swerve into the right lane drivers lane at their vehicle to get back at them. seeing such terrible driving makes it hard to believe they can be a trustworthy business

I've been using City Wide for 13 years, ever since i built my house.  I've experienced excellent customer service over the phone all these years.  My technician, Jim, is fantastic.  He always arrives right on schedule and does a very thorough job on my house.  He always comes to the door when he arrives and we chat a bit and then he comes back to the front door to let me know he's all done and hasn't noticed any termites.  I really appreciate his thoroughness doing his job that he obviously likes very much.  Thank you City Wide for all the years of excellent service.

horrible customer service! they do not stand behind there warranty, and the termites do not go away!!!! do not hire this company, stay far far away!!!! i will be going to the bbb over me paying $400 for a warranty that is not even a warranty with this company. they also do not like to have to come back out under warranty and the owner is super rude, does not care that you are a customer. i hired another termite company to come out and was told that they never treated the termites properly, and that i should call them to re-do it since they keep coming back. i called and spoke to a mike, i'm sure he was the owner and he said no, no, no. we don't 100% guarantee the termites will not come back and we can only treat 10% of your home. this is false advertisement! no one would pay a company to come out and treat their home, knowing that it is only 10% effective. this company is a joke!

If I could I would give no stars . Absolutely the worst business I have ever came across. Paid for 12 months and have only seen them a total of 4 times In the last 8months . Every time I schedule an appt. they are either 5hours late or never show up or call to reschedule . Been trying to get ahold of the owner and the phone has been disconnect . Will be reporting them to the BBB .

I want to recommend that you DO  NOT hire this company!! I was horrified one early morning when i was woken up by bed bug bites! i called a few companies right away but there weren't any open that early, so i left messages for a couple of places to call me back. Ugly Bug was the first to call me back and come out to see my problem. The guy's name was Chris.He took a look around my room and the rest of the house. He only saw them in my room so he said he would treat my room and the room next to mine because we share a wall with a closet.He said that he would come back in two weeks and spray again.  He said if I see them anywhere else he would come back and spray in those places. He charged me $375 but guaranteed his work for 30 days. Well, long story short, I did find them in every room of my house and when I tried to get him to call me back, he never returned my phone calls! I had to hire another company to come out and spray and fog my house! . At the two week mark, someone did call me to come spray my house. At that point I was so angry I told him that i thought he should give me half my money back for only spraying the first time and me not being able to ask them to come treat the rest of my house. The guy said he would tell the office manager to give me a call. Well guess what? I never got that call back either!! I was ripped off by this company. Stay away!
