Such a great company! Steve is the absolute best. Very professional and kind. If I could afford to use him more I would hands down do so. He has sprayed my house for scorpions and has done a termite job. Unfortunately the scorpion issue is horrendous as my neighbors do not spray so it is quite a job. I would say though his products did an efficient initial job after I moved into my home. Found many dead scorpions in the house and garage! Termites seem to be at bay as well. He did an extraordinary job and I was so impressed by the amount of work he did alone! All in all a WONDERFUL family owned company. Highly recommend!

We have been using Branhams Exterminating for nine years.  We have had them on a monthly service, and have been very satisfied doing business with them. We would highly recommend Branhams. They have always been on time; and now Corey S is doing a great job for us.

I stepped out into my patio and didn't even see the young Diamondback in the corner until I came back inside.  It was 2 feet away from my feet, coiled up and sleeping behind a decorative lantern on the ground.  My 90 year old mother is usually the one to go out that door to throw carrots out for the rabbits in the afternoon.  Glad it wasn't her as I'm pretty sure she wouldn't have seen it.  I called Arizona Wildlife Control and Brad was at my house within half an hour.  He deftly and gently removed our guest.  He was also very informative about rattlesnakes.  Our home is at the base of the hills in Cave Creek so we are aware that this is rattlesnake country.  All of the helpful knowledge is appreciated!  I will definitely keep Brad's number handy!  I am so grateful that he showed up quickly and with such a nice demeanor.

Just had my home done (inside and out). Danny did great work. One of my biggest pet peeves is when a company wants you to get their service and then they want to speed right through to get on to the next job (and money). Danny was here at high noon on a hot day and still worked much longer and was much more thorough than I expected... Especially for the price! Truly Nolan and the other big companies are so over priced (and usually want a yearly contract or forget it).

We just moved into a remote house outside of Tucson from Ohio. Pack rats had already rendered the AC inoperable before we even arrived.

Pestmaster came out and identified evidence of them living under the house as well as throughout the yard. Ryan suggested a three visit treatment that should remove them from the house and gave great prevention tips for going forward. The education alone was almost worth the price of removal.

Great, friendly service! I called for an appointment and Kevin came out the next day. He killed the bees and sealed up the location of the hive to help prevent the bees from getting in there (which a friend told me went above and beyond what most bee removal services do for the fee that I paid). I still need to have the hive removed, which is pretty pricey, but i appreciate the work they have done so far.

Been doing business with Artie from Li'l Critters for 14 years now.  He is honest, dependable and trustworthy.  Now his son, Mark works for him and he is doing a great job as well.  Their customer service and courtesy is 5 Star!

I never had to use a pest control company for a woodpecker issue but I'm glad I read the reviews and chose this company and Keaton specifically.  He responded within minutes and was at my house that day to check everything out and give me a quote.

He was on time that day and today, when he arrived to deter the woodpecker elsewhere.  He sent me a quote and paid invoice quickly as well and is on top of everything in his business.

We had just moved into our home and realized there was a neighborhood scorpion problem. My wife was paranoid to the point of considering moving just months after we had moved in. Since Mark and his company Pest Borders installed our pest glass barrier, we haven't seen any in our house for almost a year and we have never seen one on our house exterior either! Mark was professional gave us a bid and worked out a schedule as he custom fits all the glass pieces around the exterior base of your home. We noticed a couple of small pieces needed reapplication and he came out promptly to address them. The peace of mind you have after having this system installed is hard to put a price on. Once we were nervous  to sit ,lay down or walk around in our house barefoot without a UV flashlight , thanks to Mark that is no longer the case. Money well spent!

his driving is atrocious, moves over from 3 lanes to get to his exit and has the audacity to be pissed at a driver in the right lane for not letting him in immediately. They then proceeded to swerve into the right lane drivers lane at their vehicle to get back at them. seeing such terrible driving makes it hard to believe they can be a trustworthy business

If I could I would give no stars . Absolutely the worst business I have ever came across. Paid for 12 months and have only seen them a total of 4 times In the last 8months . Every time I schedule an appt. they are either 5hours late or never show up or call to reschedule . Been trying to get ahold of the owner and the phone has been disconnect . Will be reporting them to the BBB .

I want to recommend that you DO  NOT hire this company!! I was horrified one early morning when i was woken up by bed bug bites! i called a few companies right away but there weren't any open that early, so i left messages for a couple of places to call me back. Ugly Bug was the first to call me back and come out to see my problem. The guy's name was Chris.He took a look around my room and the rest of the house. He only saw them in my room so he said he would treat my room and the room next to mine because we share a wall with a closet.He said that he would come back in two weeks and spray again.  He said if I see them anywhere else he would come back and spray in those places. He charged me $375 but guaranteed his work for 30 days. Well, long story short, I did find them in every room of my house and when I tried to get him to call me back, he never returned my phone calls! I had to hire another company to come out and spray and fog my house! . At the two week mark, someone did call me to come spray my house. At that point I was so angry I told him that i thought he should give me half my money back for only spraying the first time and me not being able to ask them to come treat the rest of my house. The guy said he would tell the office manager to give me a call. Well guess what? I never got that call back either!! I was ripped off by this company. Stay away!
