Best Pest Control Services in Phoenix, AZ

Have used them since we moved to Surprise 4 years ago. Very professional and we haven't seen a bug since just after moving here. Would recommend to anyone!

I have used Lisa with Smitty's Pest Control for many, many years!   She is always prompt and does a great job.    My house is always pest free!

Did a great job at a great price. Best of all, weeds have been gone now for over 8 months.  I highly recommend this company.

I am so disappointed and upset after hiring Branhams Exterminating Pest Control. Unfortunately,  bees invaded my home attic and they did not move on as hoped, so had to seek treatment Upon charging 275,00 for a treatment, the bees are still there and called Branhams to followup... They don't stand behind their service after a $275.00 visit cost.  They want another chunk of money to come in again!  My response, is why would I hire you again, when you did not successfully treat the first time and stand behind your service!

Brad is the BEST.  He's communicative and super knowledgable.  Most of all he's just a good dude.  Believe it or not, he actually advised me AGAINST hiring him because he said he couldn't do any more for my situation than I was already doing.  He did give me some great advice to tweak my strategies and he even followed up -- all without me paying him a dime.  It's for this reason that Brad will be my first call going forward when I am dealing with unwanted guests at my home or rental properties.  Thanks man!

Just had my home done (inside and out). Danny did great work. One of my biggest pet peeves is when a company wants you to get their service and then they want to speed right through to get on to the next job (and money). Danny was here at high noon on a hot day and still worked much longer and was much more thorough than I expected... Especially for the price! Truly Nolan and the other big companies are so over priced (and usually want a yearly contract or forget it).

Hughes Pest in Prescott Valley - Save yourself some money *AND* get great service....

We just moved into a remote house outside of Tucson from Ohio. Pack rats had already rendered the AC inoperable before we even arrived.

Pestmaster came out and identified evidence of them living under the house as well as throughout the yard. Ryan suggested a three visit treatment that should remove them from the house and gave great prevention tips for going forward. The education alone was almost worth the price of removal.

This company stands behind their warranty.  I must say David was very quick and coming out to resolve my problem, again. Unfortunately I had to call them back cuz the bees came back in a different spot but David came back within 24 hours to take care of the problem, again. Will definitely use again if needed and would recommend this company to friends and family. Reasonably priced too. Thank you David and company for being so prompt and standing by your product.

Artie was great answered all my questions.  He was professional and personable.  I never needed pest control but as a homeowner now needed to have preventive termite control.  I will be using Lil Critters in the future.

The owner of Absolute Bird and Pest Control is a very nice man. He came to my door this morning and his demeanor was so kind and patient. I had actually forgotten about our appointment yet he waited for me to wake up and come to the door. He cleaned up the nest and placed mesh where pigeons had begun to roost. Then he used a power washing machine to clean up the droppings from my patio and house. All for a reasonable price. My house looks great and already I am not hearing the pigeons cooing as much as I was before.

his driving is atrocious, moves over from 3 lanes to get to his exit and has the audacity to be pissed at a driver in the right lane for not letting him in immediately. They then proceeded to swerve into the right lane drivers lane at their vehicle to get back at them. seeing such terrible driving makes it hard to believe they can be a trustworthy business

We are satisfied with the service we received from City Wide Pest Control.  When we called their office to schedule service, they were friendly and got us scheduled the very next day.  The technician, Jeray, showed up on time.  He evaluated the situation and gave us our options.  He knew exactly what to do and was very neat and respectful about working in our home. He was professional and explained what was going on in detail.

We did not experience any of the issues/problems mentioned by other reviews on Yelp.

If I could I would give no stars . Absolutely the worst business I have ever came across. Paid for 12 months and have only seen them a total of 4 times In the last 8months . Every time I schedule an appt. they are either 5hours late or never show up or call to reschedule . Been trying to get ahold of the owner and the phone has been disconnect . Will be reporting them to the BBB .

I want to recommend that you DO  NOT hire this company!! I was horrified one early morning when i was woken up by bed bug bites! i called a few companies right away but there weren't any open that early, so i left messages for a couple of places to call me back. Ugly Bug was the first to call me back and come out to see my problem. The guy's name was Chris.He took a look around my room and the rest of the house. He only saw them in my room so he said he would treat my room and the room next to mine because we share a wall with a closet.He said that he would come back in two weeks and spray again.  He said if I see them anywhere else he would come back and spray in those places. He charged me $375 but guaranteed his work for 30 days. Well, long story short, I did find them in every room of my house and when I tried to get him to call me back, he never returned my phone calls! I had to hire another company to come out and spray and fog my house! . At the two week mark, someone did call me to come spray my house. At that point I was so angry I told him that i thought he should give me half my money back for only spraying the first time and me not being able to ask them to come treat the rest of my house. The guy said he would tell the office manager to give me a call. Well guess what? I never got that call back either!! I was ripped off by this company. Stay away!
