I stepped out into my patio and didn't even see the young Diamondback in the corner until I came back inside.  It was 2 feet away from my feet, coiled up and sleeping behind a decorative lantern on the ground.  My 90 year old mother is usually the one to go out that door to throw carrots out for the rabbits in the afternoon.  Glad it wasn't her as I'm pretty sure she wouldn't have seen it.  I called Arizona Wildlife Control and Brad was at my house within half an hour.  He deftly and gently removed our guest.  He was also very informative about rattlesnakes.  Our home is at the base of the hills in Cave Creek so we are aware that this is rattlesnake country.  All of the helpful knowledge is appreciated!  I will definitely keep Brad's number handy!  I am so grateful that he showed up quickly and with such a nice demeanor.

Just had my home done (inside and out). Danny did great work. One of my biggest pet peeves is when a company wants you to get their service and then they want to speed right through to get on to the next job (and money). Danny was here at high noon on a hot day and still worked much longer and was much more thorough than I expected... Especially for the price! Truly Nolan and the other big companies are so over priced (and usually want a yearly contract or forget it).

We just moved into a remote house outside of Tucson from Ohio. Pack rats had already rendered the AC inoperable before we even arrived.

Pestmaster came out and identified evidence of them living under the house as well as throughout the yard. Ryan suggested a three visit treatment that should remove them from the house and gave great prevention tips for going forward. The education alone was almost worth the price of removal.

We bought a home in Sun City West in March, 2019. The previous owners had a bee problem which they told us they had taken care of. In May, 2020, one of our neighbors alerted us that we had a bee problem. We weren't there, so had to take care of it long distance. Oh, and did I mention that our house was within a week of being painted?!?
We called ASAP, and are we glad we did! They got rid of around 6000+bees, removed over 50 pounds of old and new hive and honey. They removed our soffit, scraped and cleaned the remaining debris, installed bee proof insulation, replaced the soffit and painted with Kilz. Now our house is ready to be painted and we are breathing more easily.

Reached out to them via Yelp and they responded the same day and came out to my home the same day to provide an estimate. They sent the estimate to us the same evening. The estimate was very detailed as to what they would be doing and very reasonable with the cost. We shopped around for about a week and scheduled other estimates, some companies no called no showed and never reached out after. I messaged Absolute on Tuesday 5/3 and they came out and completed the job today, Thursday 5/5. They sent me a video of before and after and the difference is shocking,  we are very happy with this company. They also offer a 5 year warranty for their services.

This company offers the best pest control service ever. Not only do they go above and beyond the call of duty but when I called them to cancel service as I was moving to a different area they offered to make sure my new home was serviced before I moved in. They explain all of their service and also provide recommendations to help with the different seasons. They are always a phone call away and if you ever need help and are low on cash all you have to do is talk to them about it and I promise they will work something out that will help everyone. This is NOT a money hungry company that only cares about getting your money now and not think about the long term relationship you all can have... they make you feel like family. Like you are the only customer they have in this world. They don't make you feel like just another number but personalizes all the service provided and the absolute best thing about this company.... is they know my name and they know about previous issues! I would recommend any and everyone to use this company! Give them a chance and I can assure you you will never even consider using someone else for your pest control needs!!

Hands down. THE BEST. It really works.  We live in Chandler,  called mark to come to our house. He was professional ,honest and on time. He installed the border around our house. Its durable, well made ,its not noticeable and REALLY works. He installed 2 years ago and no more scorpions or bugs in our house. This is the only way to keep scorpions from entering you house. his driving is atrocious, moves over from 3 lanes to get to his exit and has the audacity to be pissed at a driver in the right lane for not letting him in immediately. They then proceeded to swerve into the right lane drivers lane at their vehicle to get back at them. seeing such terrible driving makes it hard to believe they can be a trustworthy business

My property management company has had us using these guys for our multifamily building in Phoenix since October, and the roach infestation we have been desperate for them resolve is still a problem. Think of the 90's movie Joe's Apartment. We are lucky if they even show up, and we are clearly not getting resprays within 21 days. When they do show up, they've been methodical about showing up AFTER 21 days so that they can charge us full price. I have now lost one tenant due to their inaction so I will safely say these guys are just there to collect your money. At least they are cheap, and you get what you pay for.

We are very please with the service we received so far. Very friendly and honest and upfront with the pricing that they quoted us over the phone. He was a referral from a friend of ours. Thank you, Steve!

If I could I would give no stars . Absolutely the worst business I have ever came across. Paid for 12 months and have only seen them a total of 4 times In the last 8months . Every time I schedule an appt. they are either 5hours late or never show up or call to reschedule . Been trying to get ahold of the owner and the phone has been disconnect . Will be reporting them to the BBB .

I want to recommend that you DO  NOT hire this company!! I was horrified one early morning when i was woken up by bed bug bites! i called a few companies right away but there weren't any open that early, so i left messages for a couple of places to call me back. Ugly Bug was the first to call me back and come out to see my problem. The guy's name was Chris.He took a look around my room and the rest of the house. He only saw them in my room so he said he would treat my room and the room next to mine because we share a wall with a closet.He said that he would come back in two weeks and spray again.  He said if I see them anywhere else he would come back and spray in those places. He charged me $375 but guaranteed his work for 30 days. Well, long story short, I did find them in every room of my house and when I tried to get him to call me back, he never returned my phone calls! I had to hire another company to come out and spray and fog my house! . At the two week mark, someone did call me to come spray my house. At that point I was so angry I told him that i thought he should give me half my money back for only spraying the first time and me not being able to ask them to come treat the rest of my house. The guy said he would tell the office manager to give me a call. Well guess what? I never got that call back either!! I was ripped off by this company. Stay away!
