Such a great company! Steve is the absolute best. Very professional and kind. If I could afford to use him more I would hands down do so. He has sprayed my house for scorpions and has done a termite job. Unfortunately the scorpion issue is horrendous as my neighbors do not spray so it is quite a job. I would say though his products did an efficient initial job after I moved into my home. Found many dead scorpions in the house and garage! Termites seem to be at bay as well. He did an extraordinary job and I was so impressed by the amount of work he did alone! All in all a WONDERFUL family owned company. Highly recommend!

We have used Branham for over 20 years! We had the same terrific person do our house & property for 18 of those years, until his retirement. The current person doing our house has also been very professional, thorough, & efficient. I would recommend their service & their rates are also fair.

Brad is the BEST.  He's communicative and super knowledgable.  Most of all he's just a good dude.  Believe it or not, he actually advised me AGAINST hiring him because he said he couldn't do any more for my situation than I was already doing.  He did give me some great advice to tweak my strategies and he even followed up -- all without me paying him a dime.  It's for this reason that Brad will be my first call going forward when I am dealing with unwanted guests at my home or rental properties.  Thanks man!

I cannot recommend Danny any higher - actually I wish I could give him 10 stars.   He has completely controlled my ant problem as well as other critters that may have wanted to enter my domain.  He is prompt, friendly and always responsive if I call with a problem.

We just moved into a remote house outside of Tucson from Ohio. Pack rats had already rendered the AC inoperable before we even arrived.

Pestmaster came out and identified evidence of them living under the house as well as throughout the yard. Ryan suggested a three visit treatment that should remove them from the house and gave great prevention tips for going forward. The education alone was almost worth the price of removal.

My first Yelp review here.  Only writing now because I had a great experience with A.S.A.P.

I just happened upon a small hive of critters developing in my backyard.  Freaking out over Africanized bees in AZ, I immediately started looking for bee removal services.  I was not as concerned about the price, just wanted the problem gone before it got to be too big.  I found A.S.A.P. , read a couple of quick Yelp reviews,  got Kevin on the phone right away.  

He told me what he could come by house first thing tomorrow, quoted me a price, told me he would also honor an online discount coupon to lower my price and said he'd be happy to help me with my problem.  But before confirming an appointment, he asked me, Are you sure they're bees or could they be Wasps?  With him on the phone, I ventured closer than I dared to take a second look.   I then realized Hey, those are Wasps, not bees!  I told Kevin.

Well, instead of just saying no problem, we take care of Wasps also, he told me that If I wanted to (I take it as meaning if you're not afraid to), I could take care of that problem myself at the price of a can of Wasp spray from the store!  He then gave me strict instruction on how to do the deed, including the time of day I should proceed with my execution (VERY IMPORTANT! )  

I'm off to pick up said spray and waiting till 9PM to go hunting.  If it works, and they are all gone, I'm out a few bucks.  If not, I'll call him and let the pros handle it.  But in any case, I appreciate that Kevin didn't just use my bee panic as a means to suck $150 buck out of my wallet (which I would have gladly paid).

I have been using Li'l Critter's Pest Control for about 15 years now. They have the best customer service. They call you back right away if you have any questions or need to schedule pest control services. They have very knowledgable service techs and their prices are very reasonable. They work with you to make sure you have the service that suits your particular needs. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

I'm updating my previous review since the following week the owner, Keaton, reached out to me to apologize as he'd been dealing with a medical emergency and hadn't been able to respond to my inquiries. He offered to give me a quote still if I was interested and was prompt about scheduling when I agreed. We had a quote from another company as well that was for very thorough preventative services but we ended up choosing Absolute's which was more targeted to the specific problems we were having as Keaton seemed confident the pigeons would move on if we took away their nesting areas and he assured us he could come back and take more steps if it ended up being necessary. We decided to try that approach and not spend the additional money if it wasn't actually needed. His associate Travis performed the work on our home and he was an incredibly polite and likable guy who, from what we can tell, did great work. There was a miscommunication about work on one window and some additional cleanup we felt was needed and he was quick to take care of it. Unfortunately the pigeons were persistent and managed to knock part of the spikes off one of the windows but I reached out to Keaton and they were back the next available morning fixing it and cleaning up the mess the birds had already made. So far we've had no more issues but Travis assured us they'd come back out again if anything happened. I do wish that when they cleaned off the roof they captured the mess (as I read some companies do) instead of it falling on my driveway and lawn- to be clear they cleaned it all up but I discovered afterwards there was a good amount still in my lawn which only matters as I have turf so I had to spend a fair amount of time afterwards making sure it was cleaned out. But they never claimed to offer that so I didn't expect it and am not upset, I just now realize the benefit of it. Overall we've been quite pleased, first interaction aside the company has been very quick and easy to communicate with, prompt and on time, very nice guys, and appear to take pride in their work!

You call. They work with your schedule. If you're having a scorpion problem like I do, they come as soon as possible. Once they do the spray of the front and back yard plus house it flushes the scorpions from where they're hiding and it does take some time for the poison to kill them. Scorpions have a hard shell like a lobster (they're cousins after all). The product they use has to seep in through hard shell and get to the nervous system, slowing them down so they end up just stopping in their tracks. They're still a problem though. If you step on them even after they're dead you could be stung from the poison in the tip of their tail. These things can go for over 9 months without a drop of water and over 2 years without a food source. They're battle hardened tanks. CityWide pest control is the only service I use to smack the schniznit out of them consistently. Their Termite service? Not thrilled but then I went out of warranty by 5 months and they told me I'd have to have the entire process redone. SMDH*

horrible customer service! they do not stand behind there warranty, and the termites do not go away!!!! do not hire this company, stay far far away!!!! i will be going to the bbb over me paying $400 for a warranty that is not even a warranty with this company. they also do not like to have to come back out under warranty and the owner is super rude, does not care that you are a customer. i hired another termite company to come out and was told that they never treated the termites properly, and that i should call them to re-do it since they keep coming back. i called and spoke to a mike, i'm sure he was the owner and he said no, no, no. we don't 100% guarantee the termites will not come back and we can only treat 10% of your home. this is false advertisement! no one would pay a company to come out and treat their home, knowing that it is only 10% effective. this company is a joke!

If I could I would give no stars . Absolutely the worst business I have ever came across. Paid for 12 months and have only seen them a total of 4 times In the last 8months . Every time I schedule an appt. they are either 5hours late or never show up or call to reschedule . Been trying to get ahold of the owner and the phone has been disconnect . Will be reporting them to the BBB .

I want to recommend that you DO  NOT hire this company!! I was horrified one early morning when i was woken up by bed bug bites! i called a few companies right away but there weren't any open that early, so i left messages for a couple of places to call me back. Ugly Bug was the first to call me back and come out to see my problem. The guy's name was Chris.He took a look around my room and the rest of the house. He only saw them in my room so he said he would treat my room and the room next to mine because we share a wall with a closet.He said that he would come back in two weeks and spray again.  He said if I see them anywhere else he would come back and spray in those places. He charged me $375 but guaranteed his work for 30 days. Well, long story short, I did find them in every room of my house and when I tried to get him to call me back, he never returned my phone calls! I had to hire another company to come out and spray and fog my house! . At the two week mark, someone did call me to come spray my house. At that point I was so angry I told him that i thought he should give me half my money back for only spraying the first time and me not being able to ask them to come treat the rest of my house. The guy said he would tell the office manager to give me a call. Well guess what? I never got that call back either!! I was ripped off by this company. Stay away!
