We moved here from California last year to a rental home.  There were dead cock roaches in a few areas and a few days after moving in our dog got stung by a scorpion on his snout in the house.  Right away I got online and came across Green Tree Pest Control while searching. We have now had our service for almost a year and have not seen a single bug, insect or otherwise in our home.  Thank you!

We use Branham's for our termite service.  So, when we discovered we had mice, they were the first we called.  Since we aren't around in the summer months, we left instructions for the tech.  Scott came out and didn't even service.  We were pretty upset with them.  Office staff was fabulous so they rescheduled with Clint.

However, Clint came out the next day.  We were so pleased with him and his knowledge that we are giving them 4 stars instead of 1.  He really knew what he was doing.

Brad is amazing! Panicked after seeing a huge tiger rattlesnake at my employer's Paradise Valley home, I called the fire department. It turned out they do not make snake removal calls to the area, but with a quick google search, I found Arizona Wildlife Control. Brad arrived within 30 minutes of my call and immediately went to work. The snake had moved since the last sighting, but Brad quickly spotted it coiled by a planter and safely captured it with ease. The whole process beginning with my call for help to making payment was less than an hour. I HIGHLY recommend him. Next time I'm in this situation, I have him on speed dial. Thank you!!!

Just had my home done (inside and out). Danny did great work. One of my biggest pet peeves is when a company wants you to get their service and then they want to speed right through to get on to the next job (and money). Danny was here at high noon on a hot day and still worked much longer and was much more thorough than I expected... Especially for the price! Truly Nolan and the other big companies are so over priced (and usually want a yearly contract or forget it).

We just moved into a remote house outside of Tucson from Ohio. Pack rats had already rendered the AC inoperable before we even arrived.

Pestmaster came out and identified evidence of them living under the house as well as throughout the yard. Ryan suggested a three visit treatment that should remove them from the house and gave great prevention tips for going forward. The education alone was almost worth the price of removal.

Not only do they go above and beyond the call of duty but when I called them to cancel service as I was moving to a different area they offered to make sure my new home was serviced before I moved in. They explain all of their service and also provide recommendations to help with the different seasons. They are always a phone call away and if you ever need help and are low on cash all you have to do is talk to them about it and I promise they will work something out that will help everyone. This is NOT a money hungry company that only cares about getting your money now and not think about the long term relationship you all can have... they make you feel like family. Like you are the only customer they have in this world. They don't make you feel like just another number but personalizes all the service provided and the absolute best thing about this company.... is they know my name and they know about previous issues! We had just moved into our home and realized there was a neighborhood scorpion problem. My wife was paranoid to the point of considering moving just months after we had moved in. Since Mark and his company Pest Borders installed our pest glass barrier, we haven't seen any in our house for almost a year and we have never seen one on our house exterior either! Mark was professional gave us a bid and worked out a schedule as he custom fits all the glass pieces around the exterior base of your home. We noticed a couple of small pieces needed reapplication and he came out promptly to address them. The peace of mind you have after having this system installed is hard to put a price on. Once we were nervous  to sit ,lay down or walk around in our house barefoot without a UV flashlight , thanks to Mark that is no longer the case. Money well spent!

his driving is atrocious, moves over from 3 lanes to get to his exit and has the audacity to be pissed at a driver in the right lane for not letting him in immediately. They then proceeded to swerve into the right lane drivers lane at their vehicle to get back at them. seeing such terrible driving makes it hard to believe they can be a trustworthy business

Second time out for spraying. On time.......but
Before starting the job asked for the charges. Was told there was a previous balance????  First time immediately paid with check. No prior authorized work other than the first time.  No way there should be a balance. Then representative comes off with an attitude. Needless to say, no work performed.
Too many other competitors to put up with hassle of poor business customer service. Would not recommend.

horrible customer service! they do not stand behind there warranty, and the termites do not go away!!!! do not hire this company, stay far far away!!!! i will be going to the bbb over me paying $400 for a warranty that is not even a warranty with this company. they also do not like to have to come back out under warranty and the owner is super rude, does not care that you are a customer. i hired another termite company to come out and was told that they never treated the termites properly, and that i should call them to re-do it since they keep coming back. i called and spoke to a mike, i'm sure he was the owner and he said no, no, no. we don't 100% guarantee the termites will not come back and we can only treat 10% of your home. this is false advertisement! no one would pay a company to come out and treat their home, knowing that it is only 10% effective. this company is a joke!

There are many termite and pest control companies to choose from, do not pick CRI. They do not return phone calls or emails and they lie. I paid for the inspection and when I closed on my house, they were paid again out of escrow. He claimed he never received the double payment, but the escrow company shows the check had already cleared. He then lied again when he said the refund was in the mail. It's been over a month since I really started pursuing the refund (over 5 since the initial double payment). On the rare occasion that he answers his phone, he always has a delay excuse. I still have not seen the refund.

I want to recommend that you DO  NOT hire this company!! I was horrified one early morning when i was woken up by bed bug bites! i called a few companies right away but there weren't any open that early, so i left messages for a couple of places to call me back. Ugly Bug was the first to call me back and come out to see my problem. The guy's name was Chris.He took a look around my room and the rest of the house. He only saw them in my room so he said he would treat my room and the room next to mine because we share a wall with a closet.He said that he would come back in two weeks and spray again.  He said if I see them anywhere else he would come back and spray in those places. He charged me $375 but guaranteed his work for 30 days. Well, long story short, I did find them in every room of my house and when I tried to get him to call me back, he never returned my phone calls! I had to hire another company to come out and spray and fog my house! . At the two week mark, someone did call me to come spray my house. At that point I was so angry I told him that i thought he should give me half my money back for only spraying the first time and me not being able to ask them to come treat the rest of my house. The guy said he would tell the office manager to give me a call. Well guess what? I never got that call back either!! I was ripped off by this company. Stay away!
