Best Pest Control Services in Phoenix, AZ

Have used them since we moved to Surprise 4 years ago. Very professional and we haven't seen a bug since just after moving here. Would recommend to anyone!

I have used Lisa with Smitty's Pest Control for many, many years!   She is always prompt and does a great job.    My house is always pest free!

A&E Pest and Weed control has been giving me great pest control services for about 1 year.  They just started getting into weed control.  I've used different companies in various cities I've lived in, so I know what to expect from a pest control company.  This company is not like others in that you don't get random new employees showing up to your home.  This is a reliable small local company.  The same guy has been servicing my home for the whole year and he's always on time and very respectful when inside my home.  I get service every other month and it's very affordable.  Again, I think the prices are good because it is a small company; they probably don't have huge overhead expenses to cover.

I just started using them this month for weed control.  Again, they exceeded my expectations and their fee was very reasonable.

I'm a grad student without a job, so I can't afford to pay too much.  This company has been great for our family.

I stepped out into my patio and didn't even see the young Diamondback in the corner until I came back inside.  It was 2 feet away from my feet, coiled up and sleeping behind a decorative lantern on the ground.  My 90 year old mother is usually the one to go out that door to throw carrots out for the rabbits in the afternoon.  Glad it wasn't her as I'm pretty sure she wouldn't have seen it.  I called Arizona Wildlife Control and Brad was at my house within half an hour.  He deftly and gently removed our guest.  He was also very informative about rattlesnakes.  Our home is at the base of the hills in Cave Creek so we are aware that this is rattlesnake country.  All of the helpful knowledge is appreciated!  I will definitely keep Brad's number handy!  I am so grateful that he showed up quickly and with such a nice demeanor.

Friendly and makes sure you're pest problem is taken care of. Excellent service. I'm a customer for life.

We just moved into a remote house outside of Tucson from Ohio. Pack rats had already rendered the AC inoperable before we even arrived.

Pestmaster came out and identified evidence of them living under the house as well as throughout the yard. Ryan suggested a three visit treatment that should remove them from the house and gave great prevention tips for going forward. The education alone was almost worth the price of removal.

We are in our 10th year of using Artie's Lil Critters Pest Control at our Scottsdale home.  When we first moved in, in 2011, we accepted the fact that we live in a desert and scorpions would be the norm in our house.  Then we hired Artie's company and reduced a constant volume to maybe 1-3 a year.
Artie owns his own business and his son has joined with the same diligence and professionalism as his Dad.  They will do a great job at reducing and most often eliminating pests/insects that you face.
His monthly fee is very reasonable.  If you are considering changing companies, call Artie, discuss your concerns and give them a chance.

We had a terrible pigeon problem! They were making our front windows and alcoves their favorite place in the neighborhood. Absolute came out and provided us a quote that included clean up of the current mess, preventative measures from future pigeon visits, and a warranty if they returned. They were patient with us as we reviewed options and available quickly to install. We are now a few days pigeon free for the first time in almost 2 years.

This company offers the best pest control service ever. Not only do they go above and beyond the call of duty but when I called them to cancel service as I was moving to a different area they offered to make sure my new home was serviced before I moved in. They explain all of their service and also provide recommendations to help with the different seasons. They are always a phone call away and if you ever need help and are low on cash all you have to do is talk to them about it and I promise they will work something out that will help everyone. This is NOT a money hungry company that only cares about getting your money now and not think about the long term relationship you all can have... they make you feel like family. Like you are the only customer they have in this world. They don't make you feel like just another number but personalizes all the service provided and the absolute best thing about this company.... is they know my name and they know about previous issues! I would recommend any and everyone to use this company! Give them a chance and I can assure you you will never even consider using someone else for your pest control needs!!

You want to know what's bugging me? I've used this service twice, and while the price is right, both times haven't helped fix the problem.
I'm glad they offer a re-spray guarantee because you're probably going to need it. Whatever they're doing just isn't effective. I'm willing to pay extra just to get service that actually works and keeps the bugs away. The only way that I even know they were here is that the check was gone.
Also, I think it's weird that they don't sweep up the cobwebs like other companies do on service calls. This just seems like a really half assed effort, but they keep calling to schedule service again, and occasionally I give in.

horrible customer service! they do not stand behind there warranty, and the termites do not go away!!!! do not hire this company, stay far far away!!!! i will be going to the bbb over me paying $400 for a warranty that is not even a warranty with this company. they also do not like to have to come back out under warranty and the owner is super rude, does not care that you are a customer. i hired another termite company to come out and was told that they never treated the termites properly, and that i should call them to re-do it since they keep coming back. i called and spoke to a mike, i'm sure he was the owner and he said no, no, no. we don't 100% guarantee the termites will not come back and we can only treat 10% of your home. this is false advertisement! no one would pay a company to come out and treat their home, knowing that it is only 10% effective. this company is a joke!

There are many termite and pest control companies to choose from, do not pick CRI. They do not return phone calls or emails and they lie. I paid for the inspection and when I closed on my house, they were paid again out of escrow. He claimed he never received the double payment, but the escrow company shows the check had already cleared. He then lied again when he said the refund was in the mail. It's been over a month since I really started pursuing the refund (over 5 since the initial double payment). On the rare occasion that he answers his phone, he always has a delay excuse. I still have not seen the refund.

I want to recommend that you DO  NOT hire this company!! I was horrified one early morning when i was woken up by bed bug bites! i called a few companies right away but there weren't any open that early, so i left messages for a couple of places to call me back. Ugly Bug was the first to call me back and come out to see my problem. The guy's name was Chris.He took a look around my room and the rest of the house. He only saw them in my room so he said he would treat my room and the room next to mine because we share a wall with a closet.He said that he would come back in two weeks and spray again.  He said if I see them anywhere else he would come back and spray in those places. He charged me $375 but guaranteed his work for 30 days. Well, long story short, I did find them in every room of my house and when I tried to get him to call me back, he never returned my phone calls! I had to hire another company to come out and spray and fog my house! . At the two week mark, someone did call me to come spray my house. At that point I was so angry I told him that i thought he should give me half my money back for only spraying the first time and me not being able to ask them to come treat the rest of my house. The guy said he would tell the office manager to give me a call. Well guess what? I never got that call back either!! I was ripped off by this company. Stay away!
