Best Pest Control Services in Phoenix, AZ

We moved here from California last year to a rental home.  There were dead cock roaches in a few areas and a few days after moving in our dog got stung by a scorpion on his snout in the house.  Right away I got online and came across Green Tree Pest Control while searching. We have now had our service for almost a year and have not seen a single bug, insect or otherwise in our home.  Thank you!

Such a great company! Steve is the absolute best. Very professional and kind. If I could afford to use him more I would hands down do so. He has sprayed my house for scorpions and has done a termite job. Unfortunately the scorpion issue is horrendous as my neighbors do not spray so it is quite a job. I would say though his products did an efficient initial job after I moved into my home. Found many dead scorpions in the house and garage! Termites seem to be at bay as well. He did an extraordinary job and I was so impressed by the amount of work he did alone! All in all a WONDERFUL family owned company. Highly recommend!

I am so disappointed and upset after hiring Branhams Exterminating Pest Control. Unfortunately,  bees invaded my home attic and they did not move on as hoped, so had to seek treatment Upon charging 275,00 for a treatment, the bees are still there and called Branhams to followup... They don't stand behind their service after a $275.00 visit cost.  They want another chunk of money to come in again!  My response, is why would I hire you again, when you did not successfully treat the first time and stand behind your service!

BRAD was quick in responding, informative with all the info I needed, and was able to quickly solve my problem with these wild wood peckers He also sent me pics of the work & was reasonable with what I paid.

I cannot recommend Danny any higher - actually I wish I could give him 10 stars.   He has completely controlled my ant problem as well as other critters that may have wanted to enter my domain.  He is prompt, friendly and always responsive if I call with a problem.

We just moved into a remote house outside of Tucson from Ohio. Pack rats had already rendered the AC inoperable before we even arrived.

Pestmaster came out and identified evidence of them living under the house as well as throughout the yard. Ryan suggested a three visit treatment that should remove them from the house and gave great prevention tips for going forward. The education alone was almost worth the price of removal.

If I could give more than five stars I would! I have a really bad wasp problem and they took down six nest that were scattered on my property. I let them know I have my grandma living with me which is why I was scared of her getting stung and that we noticed wasp coming in and out of the ceiling fan on our back patio still after they sprayed. They were so great and came back out and re-sprayed down for me to ease my mind. Thank you guys again! I will be calling you again next spring

Artie and team are fantastic. Any and all bugs are under control. He has helped with occasional ant or other pest outbreaks and results are immediate.
Highly recommend the weed spray also. We have a desert landscape and rarely have to deal with weeding.

Keith is a good communicator and very responsive. Highly recommended. He installed bird spiders
on top of our chimney to discourage the mocking bird from sitting there and do his mating calls. I'm happy to tell you that it solved the problem.

We moved from the Pacific NW to Chandler almost two years ago. I was extremely fearful about scorpions in Arizona, so I did a lot of research on how to best keep them from our new home. I don't know how I could have coped if we hadn't found Mark and Pest Border! We got on the waiting list to have the pest borders measured and then later installed, and we were so happy to finally have them secured to our house. They truly make a difference. They work! It's really a luxury to have this peace of mind. We are so grateful.

Mark is very dedicated to his craft, and he's a very hard worker. His customer service is exemplary. He has come out a few times to make sure everything is still installed properly (we once broke a piece with a brick and he came out to replace that section), and he's added a couple of pieces to some new additions we've had on our house exterior. Every detailed is covered, even the hose attached to the house. Once in awhile people have been intrigued by the pest borders on our house and asked us about them. They aren't glaringly obvious, but they are noticeable. I think they look professional and clean, and they just look like part of the architecture of your home. You do have to keep them clean so the glass and metal don't get dirty or sticky. They're simple to clean with a washcloth, and I believe Pest Borders has a service you can hire to maintain the cleaning if you prefer.

From the beginning Mark has generously responded to all of my phone calls and texts, thoroughly answering all of my questions in a calm and helpful manner as I researched his product and services. If you are considering going with Pest Borders I can assure you that you will be working with a great company that does excellent work and has a unique and effective product. When we first moved here I was uncertain and worried about finding the most effective solution. I studied all of the many pest control options out there, learned a lot about scorpions, and I found that Pest Borders is the best in home scorpion prevention. his driving is atrocious, moves over from 3 lanes to get to his exit and has the audacity to be pissed at a driver in the right lane for not letting him in immediately. They then proceeded to swerve into the right lane drivers lane at their vehicle to get back at them. seeing such terrible driving makes it hard to believe they can be a trustworthy business

I recently use this company the customer service was great the prices were great my technician was prompted and very thorough and answered my questions I would highly recommend this company

horrible customer service! they do not stand behind there warranty, and the termites do not go away!!!! do not hire this company, stay far far away!!!! i will be going to the bbb over me paying $400 for a warranty that is not even a warranty with this company. they also do not like to have to come back out under warranty and the owner is super rude, does not care that you are a customer. i hired another termite company to come out and was told that they never treated the termites properly, and that i should call them to re-do it since they keep coming back. i called and spoke to a mike, i'm sure he was the owner and he said no, no, no. we don't 100% guarantee the termites will not come back and we can only treat 10% of your home. this is false advertisement! no one would pay a company to come out and treat their home, knowing that it is only 10% effective. this company is a joke!

Do not use this company!!!  We purchased a home and the termite inspection came back positive.  The former owner engaged this company and gave us a 2 year warranty.  Now we can't find them.  One of the phone numbers we have is now an addiction recovery home and the other is a private residence (which I wouldn't be surprised if it was the owner's...).

I want to recommend that you DO  NOT hire this company!! I was horrified one early morning when i was woken up by bed bug bites! i called a few companies right away but there weren't any open that early, so i left messages for a couple of places to call me back. Ugly Bug was the first to call me back and come out to see my problem. The guy's name was Chris.He took a look around my room and the rest of the house. He only saw them in my room so he said he would treat my room and the room next to mine because we share a wall with a closet.He said that he would come back in two weeks and spray again.  He said if I see them anywhere else he would come back and spray in those places. He charged me $375 but guaranteed his work for 30 days. Well, long story short, I did find them in every room of my house and when I tried to get him to call me back, he never returned my phone calls! I had to hire another company to come out and spray and fog my house! . At the two week mark, someone did call me to come spray my house. At that point I was so angry I told him that i thought he should give me half my money back for only spraying the first time and me not being able to ask them to come treat the rest of my house. The guy said he would tell the office manager to give me a call. Well guess what? I never got that call back either!! I was ripped off by this company. Stay away!
