Best Pest Control Services in Phoenix, AZ

Have used them since we moved to Surprise 4 years ago. Very professional and we haven't seen a bug since just after moving here. Would recommend to anyone!

I have used Lisa with Smitty's Pest Control for many, many years!   She is always prompt and does a great job.    My house is always pest free!

Needed termite treatment, called Steve and he rearranged his schedule to make it happen quickly.  Looks like the job was done right and it was 25% cheaper than my previous bid which saved me hundreds.  I recommend.

Very pleased with the service and the people at Branham's.  Several of us on the same street needed termite service and they responded quickly, took time to look at each home carefully and gave resonable estimates.  They showed up on time to perform the work and worked like a well oiled machine and did a great job.

(Copied from my Google review) My wife and I noticed tiny holes in our front yard popping up while a mound of dirt was being created over a short period of time. We weren't totally sure what would be making itself at home by our palm tree but figured it was time to have someone take a look in case it was something not so friendly.

I called AWC and spoke to Brad. He asked a decent amount of descriptive questions to try and determine what it might and he narrowed it down to either a gopher or kangaroo rat and would like to come out to be sure but the quote he provided would stay the same for either animal (same trap system).

Brad was pretty busy so scheduling was based on when he could come out which was done via text/calling. I spoke to Brad on a Friday and he ended up getting out to me that next Monday which was great. He inspected the holes and confirmed it was a kangaroo rat. He set his traps and the rest was magic.

Brad came back once a week to inspect the traps. After only having one trapped (they don't live in groups) he called it good after about 3 to 4 weeks. No more kangaroo rat!

Overall Brad was super kind and professional. He answered all mine and my wife's questions without making us feel like a waste of his time and will definitely be saving his contact info for future use.

Just had my home done (inside and out). Danny did great work. One of my biggest pet peeves is when a company wants you to get their service and then they want to speed right through to get on to the next job (and money). Danny was here at high noon on a hot day and still worked much longer and was much more thorough than I expected... Especially for the price! Truly Nolan and the other big companies are so over priced (and usually want a yearly contract or forget it).

Hughes Pest in Prescott Valley - Save yourself some money *AND* get great service....

We just moved into a remote house outside of Tucson from Ohio. Pack rats had already rendered the AC inoperable before we even arrived.

Pestmaster came out and identified evidence of them living under the house as well as throughout the yard. Ryan suggested a three visit treatment that should remove them from the house and gave great prevention tips for going forward. The education alone was almost worth the price of removal.

I highly recommend Pestmaster of Tucson.

Dave came out to my rental property within an hour, identified the issue and addressed it.  He was easy to work with, prompt and professional.  I certainly hope I don't have bees again but if I do, I'll call Dave.

Artie was great answered all my questions.  He was professional and personable.  I never needed pest control but as a homeowner now needed to have preventive termite control.  I will be using Lil Critters in the future.

Travis and his brother came over to give us an estimate and left saying whenever we were ready for his services to contact then. Well- I contacted them that day- no response. Called and text- no response. Never heard from then again.. If their communication is this poor just trying to hire- can you imagine how it is when they actually have your money... run!

Don't know how to reply to business review..  I have TEXT AND CALLED both his number and business number. I also left a message on yelp for him. Yesterday- I finally got a response he could not help me out. Please go view your message you left me- and then we can talk about this review.
I'm sure everyone is satisfied with the work... Trust me- I would have loved to support Travis and his small business and was going to. Had Travis called or text me saying he was sorry- his lines of communication weren't working-- I would have gave him another chance and removed my review.

This company offers the best pest control service ever. Not only do they go above and beyond the call of duty but when I called them to cancel service as I was moving to a different area they offered to make sure my new home was serviced before I moved in. They explain all of their service and also provide recommendations to help with the different seasons. They are always a phone call away and if you ever need help and are low on cash all you have to do is talk to them about it and I promise they will work something out that will help everyone. This is NOT a money hungry company that only cares about getting your money now and not think about the long term relationship you all can have... they make you feel like family. Like you are the only customer they have in this world. They don't make you feel like just another number but personalizes all the service provided and the absolute best thing about this company.... is they know my name and they know about previous issues! I would recommend any and everyone to use this company! Give them a chance and I can assure you you will never even consider using someone else for your pest control needs!!

After purchasing a home in Henderson, Nevada I realized my neighborhood has issues with scorpions and a lot other pests.  I was really worried because at the time we had a newborn and 2 year old. After countless hours of research, I found Pest Borders in Arizona. I scheduled an appointment with Pest Borders and worked out a price. It's been 2 years now and still happy with the product.  Mark is always available for any questions throughout the year and that's very important. I would highly recommend  PEST BORDERS.

his driving is atrocious, moves over from 3 lanes to get to his exit and has the audacity to be pissed at a driver in the right lane for not letting him in immediately. They then proceeded to swerve into the right lane drivers lane at their vehicle to get back at them. seeing such terrible driving makes it hard to believe they can be a trustworthy business

I've been using their services for over ten years now. Here is why I think they are fantastic!
1. There is no long term commitment to use their services. I get a call every month from the friendly schedulers and I can book something for that month or pass for the next month or even for a few months down the road. I'm never pressured to commit to services.
2. They always show up on the scheduled service day, and in the slotted time period. They come fully prepared to help with any pest problem I may have.
3. The service people are very nice and I've never felt uncomfortable with any of the workers who knock on my door.
4. There services are reasonably priced! I recently compared services to another pest company that seems to be heavily marketing our area and City Wide offered a better deal and again does not require long term commitments!
5. Keep up the good work City Wide Pest control! High fives!

Do not use this company!!!  We purchased a home and the termite inspection came back positive.  The former owner engaged this company and gave us a 2 year warranty.  Now we can't find them.  One of the phone numbers we have is now an addiction recovery home and the other is a private residence (which I wouldn't be surprised if it was the owner's...).

I want to recommend that you DO  NOT hire this company!! I was horrified one early morning when i was woken up by bed bug bites! i called a few companies right away but there weren't any open that early, so i left messages for a couple of places to call me back. Ugly Bug was the first to call me back and come out to see my problem. The guy's name was Chris.He took a look around my room and the rest of the house. He only saw them in my room so he said he would treat my room and the room next to mine because we share a wall with a closet.He said that he would come back in two weeks and spray again.  He said if I see them anywhere else he would come back and spray in those places. He charged me $375 but guaranteed his work for 30 days. Well, long story short, I did find them in every room of my house and when I tried to get him to call me back, he never returned my phone calls! I had to hire another company to come out and spray and fog my house! . At the two week mark, someone did call me to come spray my house. At that point I was so angry I told him that i thought he should give me half my money back for only spraying the first time and me not being able to ask them to come treat the rest of my house. The guy said he would tell the office manager to give me a call. Well guess what? I never got that call back either!! I was ripped off by this company. Stay away!
