I called Urban Desert after reading their many, many five star reviews. I'm so glad I did! I was greeted by the voice of a very friendly and competent scheduler who set up my appointment for the very next day. I feel fortunate to have met Al, our Urban Desert Technician who arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He took the time to discuss any issues, concerns, etc. and he explained exactly what he would be doing to address these concerns. I'm not accustomed to this level of customer service and was pleasantly surprised that he spent more than the five to ten minutes that our prior company would as they haphazardly sprayed a few bushes. I'm telling you that Al, was THOROUGH and took the necessary time to cover not only the entire exterior of my yard, but the interior as well. We've never had a pest control company do the job so well. When he stated that he would be creating a barrier against these dreaded bugs, he meant it. I'm so very glad we found Al at Urban Desert and have already recommended them to three of our friends.

Great company. I called because i need fast service since my previous provider was too busy to take care of me. Cortland came out the next day and was very professional and friendly. We have recently switched to simply green and so far it has been a great move. They do bi monthly but during the summer I asked if we could get done monthly and they said it would not be a problem. Every technician that has come out already knows whatever the situation is and makes sure to really look and treat that area a little more. I don't even have to ask if they can treat a certain area a little more they just do it and let me know they sprayed heavy in that area of concern. I also like how they dust the block fence after they spray as part of their service, our last company we had to pay extra for it. I would highly recommend them if your looking for a company that puts a focus on your concerns.

Great service, the tech did a great job of protecting our home from pests.  He explained what he was doing and all of the chemicals are pet safe.  Very friendly staff.  HIGHLY Recommend!

I'm afraid of bugs. Not in the Eeek! It's a spider! kind of way. More like the 'crash my car into a tree because I felt something graze my foot and thought it was a bug' sort of way. Irrational fear. Now,  I'm not afraid of all bugs. I like honeybees, won't even flinch if one lands on me. If I see a scorpion or centipede, I won't exactly invite it for tea but I'll calmly leave the area or mash it with the nearest shovel.  That's a healthy respect for bugs, in my opinion. But r*aches (note that I can't even type/speak the word) and crickets make me absolutely lose my mind. I won't even touch a can of bug spray if there is a picture of one of those critters on the can. Nope. So yeah...I really need a reliable bug guy.

We've tried a few and finally found Bulwark Exterminating. The other companies we tried were mostly unreliable and in one case, entirely ineffective. Because we have dogs, I wanted something that was safe for them. Not that I wouldn't be willing to live amongst toxic waste and glow in the dark if it kept the bugs away but lucky for me, this isn't necessary. Bulwark uses a product that kills existing bugs, discourages newcomers from moving in and is safe for my pets. The arrive when they say they'll arrive, call ahead about 30 minutes before they arrive and are always courteous, professional and thorough. The first inspection was detailed; eaves of the roof, corners, closets....they did a complete inspection and made recommendations from there. Their recommendations did not vary the fee (which is very reasonable), it was just to give them an idea of what our needs were. And, if I see so much as a piece of fluff that resembles a bug, they'll come back free of charge until I am satisfied that anything with more than 4 legs finds my home unwelcome.

I moved to Arizona last October and had Green Magic Pest Control come out before we moved into our house (it was vacant.) We have since had them come out regularly and we are completely happy with them. I would highly recommend them.

I just had my first visit by Soto's. It was the owner! 40 years of experience, 30yo family business. Showed up on time. Explained the pest (Darkling Beetle, in this case). Gave good advice. Friendly.  There is nothing negative I can say.  His son, who helped me with the initial inquiry, was also great.

I know there are a small number of reviews. That is unfortunate, as I always assess companies on quantity and ratings, but I am glad I chose this company.

I found a dead pigeon on my roof. No one in my household is willing to bring it down. Therefore, I posted it on Yelp to see if any company could come to recuse. I got plenty of feedback. Some didn't have that service; some would not do just that service and offer me some other services; Some were too expensive. Why do people make things so complicated? I just want that damn dead bird to be removed.
Then I got a message from Mier from Green Arrow Pest Control. He gave me a quote and told me he would be available later that day. I was skeptical at first because there was no review or information about this company. I asked Mark if they have Facebook or any other social media. Mier understood my concern and sent me a copy of his business license and proof of insurance.  
Mier showed up at my house on time. He removed the dead bird, sanitized the place, and walked around my roof to see if there were more dead birds that I didn't know of. He also removed a bird nest under the roof without extra charge. Mier is professional, did a great job, and was very efficient. I requested the Pest Control and Bird wire quotes from him and got the information on the same night.
His price is reasonable; however, my husband and I have decided not to proceed. If we change our minds, we will definitely contact Mier

These guys are awesome.  It all started when I called for initial service.  They were super professional on the phone, very nice.  Their scheduling system is cool, they will text you to remind you of the tech's upcoming visit.  The few techs I've met have all been very kind and helpful.  I had to have a re-treatment for a pesky ant issue in the back yard, and they came out again very quickly to take care of the problem and didn't make it seem like a hassle at all.  I always feel bad if I have to call for an extra, and they made nothing of it at all.  Just today, I received a friendly follow up call to ensure that the issue was resolved.  Makes me feel like they actually care about their customers, which you don't get with too many companies these days.  Thank you!

Arizona Pest Solutions was a life saver this morning. We woke up to a terrible, uncontrollable ant problem in the kitchen. After calling a few companies that prioritized selling me a pest control package before telling me their earliest appointment wasn't until next week, I was able to connect with Valerie. She was so friendly and accommodating. They were able to fit us in within a few hours and came toward the beginning of the time window. Jonathan took care of the issue and also acknowledged that we have a dog and baby so he took precautions with the chemicals.
Would definitely use them again!

When I first reached out to pro active pest I was a little weary as I'd tried a different company before and they were very rude and not forthcoming about prices. Duane has gone above and beyond with our services! He lets us know know when someone will be coming out in a timely manner. Explains each treatment thoroughly, and actively listens to any concern we have and effectively preforms new treatments as needed. Safety is a priority i recently had a baby and Duane made sure to remove all and any webs he could find. And even swept my garage that had so many crickets, you have no clue how thoughtful and considerate that was! I can't thank him enough for what he's done for our home!
