Best Pest Control Services in Phoenix, AZ

We did a ton of research and got other estimates before we decided who to use. We just had our house treated last week by Urban Desert and they did a great job. The owner, Chad, did our estimate, and he was very genuine, transparent and had integrity. Their pricing is very competitive. Codie and Eric did the treatment and worked quickly yet were thorough, very respectful, friendly and courteous, and clean. They use the best products on the market and use the highest mix rate allowable (they don't water it down). They have a 5-year warranty, and offer teacher and first responder discounts, which I was very appreciative of. On the business side of it, Nicole and Emily were friendly and accommodating. We were very happy with their service. They do other pest control, too (even rat extraction, I learned!) but thankfully we haven't needed to use them for those services. Great company!

We've hired insectek to come out to our place a few times this year to help get a head start on keeping our house and property roach free. They always do a great job and we're very happy with them. Caleb came out to our place yesterday morning and he was awesome, we really liked the fact that he had detailed notes and knowledge on the whereabouts of where we've spotted roaches in the past and how to keep them from coming back. He was kindof like the Terminator for bugs. Thank you Insectek

One star because they did come out one time that I knew of. I guess they kept coming after that but there was no proof no invoice or anything left behind. They sent me to collections and I paid it off. Then they still showed up after I cancelled their services. I was furious that I was sent to collections and they still showed up it made no sense to me.  I couldn't tell you guys if they did a good or not because I never knew they came back... But I can tell you I did get a bill.

I started to see ants. and requested quotes on yelp and Green magic was quick to respond and the replies was within minutes. When Matt (I think his name was Matt) came to my residence he was supper chill, explained what he was gonna do. He did his job and left without bugging us at all. I would HIGHLY recommend Green Magic to anyone interested in pest control.

Called for an inspection on a 7000 sq ft building that we have and they promptly came out the following day, completed the inspection, and gave us options for repairs and treatment. I asked them if we could finish this by year end (so in 5 days) and they were able to complete the entire treatment within the weekend!  Ben was extremely professional and provided me with the details of the warranty and of the job completed. I would HIGHLY recommend them for termite services!!

I found a dead pigeon on my roof. No one in my household is willing to bring it down. Therefore, I posted it on Yelp to see if any company could come to recuse. I got plenty of feedback. Some didn't have that service; some would not do just that service and offer me some other services; Some were too expensive. Why do people make things so complicated? I just want that damn dead bird to be removed.
Then I got a message from Mier from Green Arrow Pest Control. He gave me a quote and told me he would be available later that day. I was skeptical at first because there was no review or information about this company. I asked Mark if they have Facebook or any other social media. Mier understood my concern and sent me a copy of his business license and proof of insurance.  
Mier showed up at my house on time. He removed the dead bird, sanitized the place, and walked around my roof to see if there were more dead birds that I didn't know of. He also removed a bird nest under the roof without extra charge. Mier is professional, did a great job, and was very efficient. I requested the Pest Control and Bird wire quotes from him and got the information on the same night.
His price is reasonable; however, my husband and I have decided not to proceed. If we change our minds, we will definitely contact Mier

Today I had the pleasure of getting my exterminating services by our tech, Charles Chuck Allen.

I have had the pleasure of having Chuck come to my house and perform his services with the greatest and most professional demeanor I've seen in some time. He was kind, courteous, and always shows up with a smile. He takes his time to ask if there are any concerns and ensures that everything is done to take care of any unexpected pest related issues.

A while ago my next door neighbor noticed Chuck working on my yard and wanted to offer cash upfront to spray his yard due to some yard work he had done that may have caused a large amount of roaches to be forced out into my and other houses. He felt sorry and wanted to make sure the infestation didn't invade my house or someone else.
Chuck smiled and said that he would not have an issue taking care of it. I told him that I had no issue for him to take care of my neighbors yard before hand. He sprayed his yard, proceeded to take care of mine, and still managed to have time to have a nice conversation with my neighbor. His personality definitely made that Saturday mood much better. Chuck may have even received a new customer... At least I hope so.

I am proud to have Bulwark as my exterminating company and Chuck as my tech. A++ for both of them.

So disappointed with this service...read very high reviews before hiring. They had to drill through cement inside the house..drilling concrete creates a dusty mess...THEY DID NOT CLEAN UP AT ALL...left that all for me to do! They also had to pull back stone from base of the outside of the house and I specifically requested that special care be taken since I had just recently painted the block base. After treatment..the rock was piled up against the recently painted block higher than it was when they started..so much that there were patches of bare dirt in the landscape. Called to have the owner Jonathan  come out to look at the sloppy work. I requested his guys come back and pull the stone away from the house...he said we can't do that. I told him his highly reviews were questionable. I told him to leave I would have to do it myself. After closing the garage door on him, he continued to yell into the house through the security screen door..I told him repeatedly to leave. Later he tried to call...I blocked his call! Took me 2 hours to move the extensive amount of stone they had piled against the base of the house!
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND...unless you enjoy doing lots of clean up that you thought you were paying for....VERY SLOPPY work!!

They were really great. Codi and Paul did a great job. They put my mind at ease. They really helped me get ahead of the situation. I am a teacher in a school where many of my kids bring them with them, plus I am coach. My gear is (was now) always close to theirs. I took home a a bed bug a hijacker. I was lucky, although it didn't feel that way at the time. I caught it early.
              I was like the guy who said he freaked out. Also it is just like Justin S. said, they actually don't try to up-sell you. When I panicked the second time they understood and told me I was wrong and that I didn't need another treatment.  Real reasonable price the fist time and considerate enough to say no to my money months later. They taught me protocols (is that the word?) to do so I could rest assured and live a normal life even though I am at constant risk because of where I work. Thank you.

Had rat activity in our sheds and heard a few thuds in the attic. Tried dealing with it on our own but it was a nightmare and the problem seemed to be getting worse- droppings everywhere! That's when we found Desert West. Within 2 weeks the problem was completely eradicated, and we got rid of more rats than I could have imagined. We were up against more than we could've handled alone, and he made it such an easy fix at a great price. Couldn't thank Joseph enough!

Alex and the entire crew at a copper state are super awesome! I've had pesky wasps at my pool for a few summers and alex has been diligent in trying all sorts of things to get rid of them. It's tricky because we don't know where they're coming from, but he has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND continually to get rid of them. He's also been spraying my house and property for a couple of years now. I have no complaints! Alex is simply awesome.

I met the owner, Brandon Bear, knocking on my door for my business. I have a lot of respect for anyone willing to work that hard. Especially when they are the owner! He was not only very kind and sincere but it's clear that he was willing to do what it takes to take care of my pest issues that my previous pest company was not taking care of. The prices were competitive and I absolutely LOVE that his company plants a tree every service. I fully support any company that gives back to the environment. Something that is beneficial to all of us. I don't want the bugs in my home and Frontino plants a new home for the critters! Solid service. Always on time. Great prices. Full guarantee. Can't beat it!

These guys have a survey in place that asks what you think of their services. If you rate 5 stars, it directs you to Yelp. Anything else, and it directs you to their customer service. Thereby helping ensure that Yelp gets flooded with only 5-star reviews. That rubs me the wrong way.

HOWEVER, I guess all this manipulation just serves to get them the reviews they actually deserve. Their customer service is top-notch. Their techs are friendly and reliable. And, most importantly, their service actually works.

Our rental property has a long history of invasion by scorpions. We saw several prior to hiring Orange Pest. I got to talk to the prior occupants, and they dealt with them on a regular basis (probably because they opted to self-treated). Now that Orange Pest is treating us monthly, we still see scorpions, especially during the monsoon rains. They are ALWAYS dead by the time we see them.

Yelp is full of bad reviews for places that promise to treat scorpions and fail. Orange Pest Control delivers what they promise, and they do so with courtesy and professionalism.

Technician Danny was friendly helpful and very respectful. He also did the job right. Danny came  and inspected my house first and was also really informative. I would recommend this company for the great work and price they have!!
