Thank you SO much to Dax for saving my day! There was a huge scorpion in my garage that he handled like a pro! While spraying the grounds he was super informative and helpful. I highly recommend Urban Desert. Their staff is super friendly and scheduled me in the same day!

We've been using Insectek for a bit over a year now. This is a great company - we've used other big name companies in the past, but this is far superior in customer service AND technician skill/knowledge. They are very thorough in both outside and inside areas. We are on the plan where they come every other month and have not had any issues and live right next to a wash.

We've seen a few of the technicians over the last year or so and they are all fantastic. Very friendly and approachable and completely answer any questions. You can tell they are knowledgeable and not just walking around spraying product.

The office staff always answers the phone right away and takes care of anything I call about. I noticed ants in the driveway and front yard one day, called them up and they came out next day free of charge to treat. Sure enough in just a couple days there were no signs of the ants and they haven't been back (this was over 6 months ago).

I was convinced that I had bed bugs. Staff from Simply Green Pest Control were here within 24 hours for a free inspection. Thankfully, it is not bed bugs, but carpet beetles.  These guys did a very thorough inspection before coming to that conclusion. They told me what I could do to take care of the situation. Were they so inclined, they could have fleeced me for a lot of money. I would recommend them for ANY pest problem you may have. They are honest. They have my business well into the future.

If you are unfortunate enough to have a pigeon infestation on the roof of your house like I had, I highly recommend you call these guys immediately. I made the mistake of putting out a bird feeder one year, but the seed spilled on the ground, attracting pigeons, who also fell in love with the hiding space under the solar panels on our roof. The disgusting mess and noise just kept getting worse and worse, until we had pigeon feathers inside our house.

The guy from West Coast Pest Control who came out to do the estimate (within about 4 days of contacting them!!) was super nice, informative, quick and explained everything in a way that totally made sense to me. He even pointed out that our neighbors had pigeon control wiring on the roof of their house, which I'd never noticed. This helped me understand what needed to be done.

The quote I was given is the price I was charged. The work was done within days of receiving the quote. I didn't even have to be home. Communication via text was on point. Payment was online and easy. My only regret is that I waited and worried as long as I did before contacting this company.

I will say, the service is pricier than I'd hoped but they did A LOT OF WORK. They took before and after photos. Our roof was DISGUSTING. An absolute PIGEON TOILET. Now it's pristine and all the little hiding spots are off limits. We've been blessedly pigeon free since the day the work was done and it was WORTH EVERY SINGLE PENNY!!!

We've been using TruForce for several years now, Tony is great and always asks if we have any concerns before he starts treatments. They keep the scorpions at bay and we stay with them because of their knowledge and professionalism! Great company!

I have had a single pesky roof rat for a few weeks, I felt it was time to call a professional so I jumped on Yelp as I always do.  I did my initial research and called three different companies on December 29.  I ended up choosing to go with Bulwark because they seemed to be very knowledgable and a bit more professional than the other two.  The decision was in spite of the fact that they were the highest priced and could not make it out for another two days!  I had really enough enough of this pest but I felt good about the decision.  I had an appointment set the following Monday, December 31, from 8-10AM.

Time rolled by with a no show; I called them just after 10:30AM.  The service rep then proceeded to tell me that the driver had called out and I would have to reschedule for Wednesday, two full days later.  After getting past the initial shock of my having to call myself to hear Bulwark was going to no show I explained I needed someone to come today to get this issue solved as they were completely responsible for the mishap.  I had scheduled my New Years plans around this event so I was rather upset and asked they not only come today but give me a discount.  For this request I was forwarded to a manager.

The manager politely told me she could not get someone out that day but would reschedule me and give me $10 off.  I stated I would not accept this and asked her to rework her schedule to meet the original agreed upon date of Dec 31.  The manager stated she would rework the schedule and call me back afterwards.  To my further surprise - she NEVER called back.  

I would NOT recommend Bulwark, it is apparent that they hold customer service with very low regard; pest control services are a commodity, customer service is of the highest of importance.

Matt from Green Magic Pest Control responded to my inquiry for a quote here on Yelp almost immediately. He was one of the first companies to respond to me actually. He answered all of my questions quickly while I was in the midst of interviewing a couple of companies. With a dog in the house I am very careful about what kind of preventative pest services I use so I liked that this company is pet friendly. They were able to fit me in for my first service in the same week since I was doing renovation on my new house and had the baseboards pulled off. They laid down dust in the open voids there, sprayed, and then went through pretty thoroughly as well. I can't remember the tech's name but he was friendly, polite, and knew his stuff. He was able to explain exactly what the bi-monthly service included and how things would work moving forward.

So far I've just had a few little bugs come out from the voids under the baseboards, which the tech said might happen, and all have been dead or in the process of dying so the treatment is working.

Happy with my preventative service so far!

They do honest work and it's s not too expensive. I had a HUGE termite problem in my garage and Ben is so knowledgeable and so Reliable. Everyone that works at Soto's are kind and hard working. I'm telling you you won't be let down hiring Soto's pest and termite control. I know I wasn't!

I found a dead pigeon on my roof. No one in my household is willing to bring it down. Therefore, I posted it on Yelp to see if any company could come to recuse. I got plenty of feedback. Some didn't have that service; some would not do just that service and offer me some other services; Some were too expensive. Why do people make things so complicated? I just want that damn dead bird to be removed.
Then I got a message from Mier from Green Arrow Pest Control. He gave me a quote and told me he would be available later that day. I was skeptical at first because there was no review or information about this company. I asked Mark if they have Facebook or any other social media. Mier understood my concern and sent me a copy of his business license and proof of insurance.  
Mier showed up at my house on time. He removed the dead bird, sanitized the place, and walked around my roof to see if there were more dead birds that I didn't know of. He also removed a bird nest under the roof without extra charge. Mier is professional, did a great job, and was very efficient. I requested the Pest Control and Bird wire quotes from him and got the information on the same night.
His price is reasonable; however, my husband and I have decided not to proceed. If we change our minds, we will definitely contact Mier

Bernard did my service he was amazing that everything done I need it done appreciate everything he's done.

I had a great conversation with the woman in the office, she's wonderful, my husband was pleased with the guy who came to spray our house and there's lots of dead spiders which was our main problem. Good price and reliable service is hard to find, I recommend this place for any pest control issues! Five stars! Two thumbs up!

THEY BURGLARIZED AND VANDALIZED OUR HOUSE!!!!!!

DON'T USE THEM!!! Hopefully i can save someone from what we just went through, they vandalized our house and robbed us, we came home to find our window shattered from the inside, our 70in flat screen smart tv gone! Our 40in flat screen smart tv gone! Our limited edition ps4 gone! our xbox one gone! A $2000 necklace gone! My kids video game gone!

the cops said that they could see the window was smashed from the inside to make it look like a break in.

and when i called the number on the card and asked to talk to the manager he refused to let let me speak to him, he was rude and yelling at me and told me why don't i just come down there and talk to you in person. I told him i don't want you any where near my house again i just want to speak to your manager or some one in charge. he just told me to find the number my self if i wanted to talk to his manger.

and to add insult to injury they charged us $1800 to do the heat treatment and rob us. AND SO FAR ARE REFUSING TO BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR EMPLOYEES.

Wow! Awesome service! I would recommend this company any day. They took care of the weeds in my yard effortlessly! No dyes in the spray either!

I found Joseph through a recommendation on Nextdoor, from someone else who also had an issue with roof rats...

About a month ago, we had a mouse or rat run around the side of the house and I almost died.  When I called Joseph, he answered...and he scheduled a visit for the next day.  He showed up right on time and we walked around the house and he told me his plan.  He came every Saturday morning and after walking the entire property, he went up and checked in all three hatches.  He did this for 4 Saturdays in a row...and I'm pleased to say, his plan worked!  We didn't have any in the attic, TG, but did catch one outside.  On his last follow up, he installed more mesh from inside the attic, to ensure no critters could get up there.  If you have an issue with roof rats or any other pests, I highly recommend Joseph...he knows what he's doing and he's great at what he does!

You know how people say things like I miss the good old days when companies had personal service and really cared about people? Orange Pest Control is one of those companies that makes you realize good businesses and good service are still alive and well.

Tyler and his crew are very nice, courteous, and informative guys, all class, all professional. They show up in a nice van, in nice clothes, and you can tell right away they know what to look for, how to diagnose, and what would be best to use. These guys are old school efficient, like something out of the 50's you know? The local helpful service that comes by and takes care of you and you don't have any BS or headaches to deal with. I dig that a lot.

In my experience, the previous homeowners used a very cheap and sub-standard termite treatment and the nasty creeps started showing up early, so it was time to kill em all and do the job right this time! I called a few places for info, but Orange Pest had the best service, the fastest responses, and the best attitude I've seen. They were quick to respond to my emails, quick to schedule an inspection, and quick to come back and treat everything. I never once got a slimy shady sales routine, it was all service and treating my issue, bang, boom, done.

They also charge fair, good rates, I was pleased with their pricing, I have seen some pretty shady companies ask a lot more for substandard work. You can trust their work.

Overall solid company, when I'm on the phone with customer support for some big tech company or standing in line with some rude 16 year old cashier at a grocery store, I get feelings that customer service and respect are dead, but then I encounter good companies like Orange Pest and I think otherwise!  Hire them for your bug needs, you won't regret it.

Pro Active Pest Control answered the phone the first time I called.  I told Jeff what the problem was and they scheduled me for the very next day. Andy came out and he was very professional.  He called the day before to let me know he will be coming to do my house the next day.  He called the day of service to notify me of when he will be there.  He presented his business card right away in case I needed anything.  During the time he was here I was asking him to please look at this,  please spray here, will you be doing this or that, and he always said yes, (with a smile).   He even called the day after to check in and see if there were any problems.  There were none.   Customer Service is Still Alive!   I highly recommend (and I never give 5 stars unless they are perfect) Pro Active Pest Control.
