Best Pest Control Services in Phoenix, AZ

Brad was on time, friendly and an educator.  I had a pest service in the past that didn't check one of those boxes.  He thoroughly treated the house and recommended a few things that I could do to help keep pests from entering the house.  I would highly recommend his service and will refer him to family and friends.

The dudes at West Coast were great! My home had a recurring ant problem but these guys took care of it with efficiency and professionalism. We haven't seen a single ant since these guys did their work. Awesome. I appreciated their kindness, and I highly recommend their services.

Have been using Bill's Pest Control for the past year.  Summer is always prompt and very professional.  The pests have been under control and went through last summer without the painful ant bites that usually sneak up on me.  Very pleased with the service and cost.  They have done the job well.

Took a chance on this unknown company and I don't regret it. That's always a stress point when searching for new services. I was a little hesitant since their number of reviews were low but I'll happily add mine for others to see.

I called them up and he was able to send someone the same day. The tech came out and reviewed all the information we had previously agreed upon and answered any questions. He was very thorough inside and outside, wore his mask and respected our space. I was given the options to pay in person or to invoiced. I really like how seamless it all was.

Called for an inspection on a 7000 sq ft building that we have and they promptly came out the following day, completed the inspection, and gave us options for repairs and treatment. I asked them if we could finish this by year end (so in 5 days) and they were able to complete the entire treatment within the weekend!  Ben was extremely professional and provided me with the details of the warranty and of the job completed. I would HIGHLY recommend them for termite services!!

Talk about a supportive crew! Moving into a new home I was worried about unwanted guest and they  talked to me about what goes into their products.

Damian Denny is our tech and he did a good and thorough job.  I know killing black widows can be difficult when they are not seen. That same day in the evening the the black widows were dead.  Happy Client!!!

In and out quickly and seems to have done a great job.  I haven't seen any bugs or especially scorpions.  The price was reasonable as well.

Austin and Sean from Arizona Heat Pest Services were both friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. They answered all of my questions and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. If you need pest control, I highly recommend this company!!!

We booked with this company and waited 3 weeks for them to kill our weeds in late March. They came out and treated the area. A week later, the weeds were still there and standing tall so I contacted them. I never heard back. A few weeks after they came, we got an HOA violation because the weeds were still there. I still have not heard back.

Do not waste your time and money with this company.

UPDATE: The owner reached out to me and explained that it takes 3 weeks for the weeds to die, this was in the invoice in small print under one of the line items. He felt that they did kill the weeds based on my photos, and apologized for their lack of response but I just wish his team would've responded so I had a better idea of the expectations. From the other reviews here, it seems like they do a good job of killing weeds but need to work on their communication and expectation setting.

It is not very often (for me) to be treated with world-class customer service. Yet, here you are killing it!

Alex was great.  He even cleaned my high cobwebs from the skylights. Plus I love supporting independent workers who are building a career for themselves.

Great communication and service. Offered 50% off initial service, had a tech out within two days. Very detailed and helped us understand we still had some warranties to take advantage of since it is a new build.

Orange Team is friendly, reliable, knowledgeable, and great at communicating with us on our monthly services. We started using them late summer of 2018. This summer will be the true test! Each month I receive a call and text letting me know when I can expect a technician out. No need to be home! I then receive an email with details of the treatment performed. I have noticed a significant decrease in insects (aka food for the scorpions).

Our Yech Jakob was outstanding, very knowledgeable, professional, detailed and friendly.  He was even prompt to our home to allow us to continue our tasks for the day.
