Oh my gosh.  This guy is the BEST.  I called Saturday morning, I thought we had a tick infestation in my daughters room,  I tried to treat it all week ,  I slept in her bed and it was awful, turns out it was bed bugs !!!!! Yech.  I had talked to a few other pest control companies and they not only wanted an arm and a leg and a monthly contract for a year.   Brad was busy all day but he said her would be here at 5:15 pm, and he was.  He told me to take everything made of fabric and put it in  the drier for 25 minutes.  We followed his instructions and he sprayed and treated her bed and room.  He knows his stuff.  He turned this nightmare around.  He is a small business owner and I will support him ,  I feel so lucky to have found him on yelp.  Thanks so much for taking care of us.

I've been using this company for over 4 years. I find them to be easy to work with. They reschedule easily when needed. They up the amount of service I need, and reduce it when we get a handle on things. My last property had the occasional rat issue. They were extremely helpful about that. When we bought our new house the home owners had termite warranty with a different service. My tech was kind enough to point out all the spots where the other service hadn't sprayed for. I was grateful to have that info as I'd have no idea what to look for.
All the tech guys have always been kind, respectful, and professional. I was grateful our most recent tech Anthony told us that we have the option to switching to a more green product.

The owner was so quick to respond and help get me scheduled. The service was quick and easy and I was communicated with the entire time. The issue I was having is already looking so much better and I am feeling so relieved. I would definitely recommend.

Initially they seemed like they'd be a good company and were going to be who I gave my business to because I liked that they didn't soak the inside of the property with pesticide and they were reasonably priced. However, in the process of interviewing companies through Yelp they stopped responding and never got back to me. I needed a company within the week because I'm in the middle of a renovation and wanted the voids at the base of the walls which are usually hidden by baseboards treated before I put the baseboards back up. They never got back to me so I went with another company which was more responsive.

I imagine they're a good company but might be a bit busy to respond right away. I like their idea of not coating the inside of the house in chemicals. Perhaps when my contract with the other company is up I'll give Bill's another try.

Pest control was fine, but then they began utilizing a schedule auditor who would change our appointments via text after we made them so that providers would come when we weren't home.  Inside service then would not be done unless I called them back and chanced this happening again.  Calls from management could reschedule an apt. but not alter this practice.  I'm a busy mom who works full time.  I need service when I schedule it.  Changing my apts without my consent is not ok.

Jordan's always professional and kind! Enjoy that we have the same tech bimonthly! Love that the company texts reminders and also is proactive about potential issues (termites).

I just had my first visit by Soto's. It was the owner! 40 years of experience, 30yo family business. Showed up on time. Explained the pest (Darkling Beetle, in this case). Gave good advice. Friendly.  There is nothing negative I can say.  His son, who helped me with the initial inquiry, was also great.

I know there are a small number of reviews. That is unfortunate, as I always assess companies on quantity and ratings, but I am glad I chose this company.

I found a dead pigeon on my roof. No one in my household is willing to bring it down. Therefore, I posted it on Yelp to see if any company could come to recuse. I got plenty of feedback. Some didn't have that service; some would not do just that service and offer me some other services; Some were too expensive. Why do people make things so complicated? I just want that damn dead bird to be removed.
Then I got a message from Mier from Green Arrow Pest Control. He gave me a quote and told me he would be available later that day. I was skeptical at first because there was no review or information about this company. I asked Mark if they have Facebook or any other social media. Mier understood my concern and sent me a copy of his business license and proof of insurance.  
Mier showed up at my house on time. He removed the dead bird, sanitized the place, and walked around my roof to see if there were more dead birds that I didn't know of. He also removed a bird nest under the roof without extra charge. Mier is professional, did a great job, and was very efficient. I requested the Pest Control and Bird wire quotes from him and got the information on the same night.
His price is reasonable; however, my husband and I have decided not to proceed. If we change our minds, we will definitely contact Mier

Happy with Bulwark for over 4 years now. Tech Joel Robertson is the man in the Surprise area. Always on time and always very courteous, respectful. Bugs don't stand a chance in these parts after he's done! Thanks Bulwark.

My home was due for preventative termite treatment, so based on the # of & quality of reviews I found on google, yelp, & BBB, I came up with a list of 5 companies to contact.  After my conversation with Jon at Arizona Pest Solutions, he was #1 on my list.  Not only did he patiently answer all of my questions but he went above & beyond to add some context to the answers he was providing.  I could also tell from his responses that he was incredibly knowledgeable & had been doing this for a long time!

Of the 5 companies I called, I had 4 come out to do an inspection so they could present me with a quote.  I liked Jon just as much in person as I did over the phone...all of the qualities I remembered from our earlier conversation were there in person as well.  To top it off, his quote ended up being the best of the 4 I received.  The technician (I think his name was Will) who did the treatment was pleasant & efficient.  And can't leave out Valerie in the office...my interactions with her over the phone were very pleasant & she was always very prompt to get back with me.

Happy I found this company!  Hint to any potential new customers looking for preventative termite treatment...they had a $100 off coupon on their website for new customers, so be sure to check & see if something is out there for you!

I was in a panic when I suspected bedbugs I had 2 company's lined up one was Arizona Heat Pest Services. The service technician Robert who came the same day I called was profession and knew his job well !! Once he confirmed yes indeed it was bed bugs he scheduled Both Heat and chemical treatment
Robert thank you AGAIN I've forwarded your business card to a family friend to do an inspection as a precaution of their home
I have never been so SATISFIED  with the quality of work ethic knowledge and thoroughness Robert and his partner gave me that day

Ants!  Ants!  Ants seemed to be everywhere!  I tried all the usual home remedies I could think of but for 3 days straight I would find a line of ants from the front door of my salon to a certain trash can located right under my tea station.  Not good, not good at all.  I called pretty late in the work world, around 7 pm but I was able to wrangle an appointment for the next morning.  The were able to squeeze me in around 10:30 and I haven't had a problem since.  They even gave me extra ant traps, no extra charge.  I will be using them again for all my spraying needs.  Thanks guys!

Had rat activity in our sheds and heard a few thuds in the attic. Tried dealing with it on our own but it was a nightmare and the problem seemed to be getting worse- droppings everywhere! That's when we found Desert West. Within 2 weeks the problem was completely eradicated, and we got rid of more rats than I could have imagined. We were up against more than we could've handled alone, and he made it such an easy fix at a great price. Couldn't thank Joseph enough!

I am VERY happy with Copper State Pest Management. The response time was excellent and Alex is a gem! I recently expanded my yard.  A large portion  of my property was previously unused. I discovered numerous ant hills and the fire ants were everywhere. He came out on time, provided a very fair price and worked around my schedule. I highly recommend this company!

Very unhappy with their customer service and due diligence in ensuring that our home was serviced. We happily subscribed this membership because our neighborhood was infested. Today a staff member was sent to our home at 9am, at this time three cars were parked out front and the staff member supposedly rang the doorbell persistently. Our doorbell works and the owner actually said that their staff decided to spray the front and let himself into our backyard (which is impossible due to the locked gates) and sprayed.They provided me with a screenshot that I wont post due to the address being present but the address on the screenshot is not even ours and upon looking for the said address on the screenshot and its actually the house down the road on the opposite side. I asked for a refund and was rejected. Brandon offered another spray for free which is hilarious because we paid $119 for the service so it is not for free.

Im shocked by Brandon, the owner's, continuous disbelief of my account and complete denial. But I am no longer interested in this refund because it required so much energy and still was not returned. I do not recommend this company at all - will happily take my hard earned some place else.

Tyler + Tyler have really figured out how to quickly and effectively handle scorpions. They were super responsive, took their time to listen and get a handle on my situation, and even recommended making adjustments when it sounded like we needed to step things up a notch to get things under control.

They were very accommodating, quick to respond, and did a very thorough job explaining everything to me. For a house like mine that had a high scorpion population, they highly encouraged a two week follow up to make sure that they were knocking down the population quickly. This is done at no extra charge which really showed that they care about doing a good job. They also coordinated with the company I used for sealing my house to make sure their efforts were as effective as possible.

It's been a few days since their first service and not only did they flush out 12 while they were here, I've already seen 5 dead scorpions on my property during the day and now when I black light at night I only see 1 or 2 live scorpions on my block wall (this is down from 16 scorpions a night). That's just amazing to me that their spray techniques are that effective.

Joey was punctual, very pleasant and professional.  He kept us informed on what to expect after this initial treatment. Very knowledgeable!
