We first used Urban Desert for our rental property, but after hearing our tenant rave about their service we had them come out to our primary residence. Brad was very friendly, professional and knew his stuff! He gave us a lot of great info and did a very thorough job. They are very trustworthy, reliable and fair priced. I would highly recommend them! And another plus, my normally crazy, barking rescue dog didn't seem to mind the visit at all:)

Enrique was on time to the minute, friendly, informative, and quick. I find the company to be fair-priced and easy to deal with. Only our first treatment, but I anticipate good service to continue.

Simply Green was able to fit me in on the same day I called, which was definitely appreciated.  Mason arrived on time and was very thorough and knowledgeable. I contacted several companies prior to choosing Simply Green and they were the most reasonable in pricing and came out quickly. I liked them enough to sign up for ongoing service with them.

This place is legit. We have have used a few other places and still had those dang earwig bugs and centipedes coming inside. We used this place and saw some more bugs so I called them again and they came out for free to inspect and spray more in the bathroom where they were coming in and I have not seen one to this day! The owner is the one who answers the phone. He is super friendly in person and you just deal with him-not a bunch of other people. This company knows their stuff and I would definitely recommend them!

We recently signed up for the bi monthly service and are very happy so far. We did see an increase in bugs after the first visit, but they told us this was normal and expected, and now we've noticed fewer and fewer bugs outside and inside. Very professional as well!

We've been with Bulwark for 2 months now and just had our 3rd visit.  Not knowing what to expect, now we know that our service is exceptional because John Crawford is our tech.  The last guy didn't do HALF as much to treat our interior and exterior as John... we're thankful he did such a thorough job today and are really hopeful that the scorpions, spiders and other crawlies will stay away from our treated home!  Bulwark has been great, the customer service has been excellent and we look forward to a long relationship!

I just had my first visit by Soto's. It was the owner! 40 years of experience, 30yo family business. Showed up on time. Explained the pest (Darkling Beetle, in this case). Gave good advice. Friendly.  There is nothing negative I can say.  His son, who helped me with the initial inquiry, was also great.

I know there are a small number of reviews. That is unfortunate, as I always assess companies on quantity and ratings, but I am glad I chose this company.

Talk about a supportive crew! Moving into a new home I was worried about unwanted guest and they  talked to me about what goes into their products.
Very communicative, easy scheduling and want to make sure the family and pets are safe. Will be using again.

Bulwark and team are awesome. Casey Balland comes to our house every month and sprays. He's always so nice and friendly, I enjoy seeing him. I always tell him he's my favorite person. And he is, he keeps the scorpions away! He always answers any questions I have about them. He is very informative. And if on the off chance I do see a scorpion, we can call Bulwark up and they will usually come back out within a few days to take care of them problem. I highly recommend them and Casey!

I had the company come out for a free observation and estimate. I did not commit to useing the company. For the free look for my home inspection, i got an invoice with a charge of almost $700. saying it was due immediately. Then I started getting email from pay pal. I am tired of their antics. They should send me an invoice that says zero, since I talked to Kevin with my angry complaint about being billed without my consent, but have not received anything that says i do not want to do anything with this company. These are pushy crooks, in my opinion.

Joe arrived on Thursday morning as scheduled and went right to work spraying our half acre of weeds.  He finished quickly and let us know that within a week the weeds would be dead.  Per Murphy's Law, we had rain later that afternoon as well as the next day, but here we are only 4 days later and everything is dead!!  So happy it all worked as planned because the company lets you know that there is no refund for rain.  Whatever product was used got the job done.  Would definitely hire them again should the need arise.

About a month ago, we had a mouse or rat run around the side of the house and I almost died.  When I called Joseph, he answered...and he scheduled a visit for the next day.  He showed up right on time and we walked around the house and he told me his plan.  He came every Saturday morning and after walking the entire property, he went up and checked in all three hatches.  He did this for 4 Saturdays in a row...and I'm pleased to say, his plan worked!  We didn't have any in the attic, TG, but did catch one outside.  On his last follow up, he installed more mesh from inside the attic, to ensure no critters could get up there.  If you have an issue with roof rats or any other pests, I highly recommend Joseph...he knows what he's doing and he's great at what he does!

Alex is great! We had a really difficult time getting rid of a rat after he ate through a couple appliances. Even with the help of pest control, it was a challenge. But Alex never gave up. He made me feel hope that we would figure it out. He knows his stuff! He is very responsive, great at communication and always on time. I'd highly recommend this company!

I had an INCREDIBLE customer service experience with Orange Pest Control today. After dealing with the absolute worst customer service at Green Mango, I decided today to find a new pest control company. I called Orange and spoke with Tyler. He gave me the general run down of what service looks like, what the company does, what I should expect, and so on. He then gave me a price that was $25 more than what I pay with Green Mango. Naturally, I asked him why I should pay $25 more for Orange vs Green Mango. I would typically expect someone to hesitate when being asked that question, but Tyler had zero hesitation. Tyler gave me a phenomenal overview as to the benefits of Orange Pest Control, and why they are the best company for the needs that I have. I think this is a super important lesson for any business, as based on Tyler's expertise, I decided to pay $25 more for pest control so that I could utilize Orange Pest Control's services. Tyler was able to get service scheduled for me on the next business day, which I am beyond appreciative for since Green Mango didn't show up for my scheduled appointment yesterday. Thank you Tyler for this amazing experience that you've given me as a new customer! I'm really excited to see how my pest control service turns out.
