Just had Brad out from Urban Desert Pest Control.  I was impressed with his attention to detail and the time spent making sure my entire home and yard was treated properly.  It was the hottest weekend of the year so far, and he didn't just go through the motions.  I will happily recommend Brad and Urban Desert Pest Control to anyone!

We had a pigeon family living in our roof and Ethan came out and removed and relocated the nest. One pigeon wouldn't leave so Ethan made a trap door of sorts that would let that one pigeon get out safely but the others couldn't get back in and it worked! Our pigeons are finally gone! Thanks so much!

Looked around for termite service and these guys not only had the best price but best service and service plan.

We have used Bulward for the last 8 years, love them!  Jason is always polite and easy to work with.  Always ready for whatever pest challenges we have.  Before Bulwark, we would find 1 scorpion at least every other day....sometimes 2 in the same day.  After they came out and did their thing for scorpions, we MIGHT see 1 a year!!!  Highly recommend them!!!

Recently I reached out to Green Magic Pest Control because bugs entered my bedroom and were everywhere!! I wasn't sure what they could be so I messaged John asking if he knew what they were. Unfortunately, John was referred to me through mutual friends and he does not live in my state; however, he was more then willing to view the pictures and answer all my questions. He determined the bugs were Drywall Termites but suggested I seek an exterminator near by to confirm. He looked up exterminators near me that may be able to help. We have since had them confirmed as Drywall termites and caught them early enough to exterminate without having to tent our home. I am extremely grateful for all the help he provided and have recommended him to all my family/friends in the Arizona area. Thank you so very much!

Very communicative, easy scheduling and want to make sure the family and pets are safe. Will be using again.

I've had Bulwark for about 9 months now and am really starting to think they are spraying stuff that attracts bugs rather than kill them. We signed up for the scorpion service, and am being charged 60$ a month to include monthly service and any service in between if there are problems. Well it's getting to the point where we are calling every week. Everytime we call they try and tell us,with an extra 25$ we can get the scorpion treatment. WTH?! We signed up for the scorpion treatment from the get go and need these things gone! We have little ones in the house and it's gotten worse in the 9 months! So basically 600$ later and the scorpions have gotten worse, not better! And they still try and up sell us. And also crickets as well. Not sure what these guys are using, but they say they specialize in scorpion treatment but really just think they come out so people have the piece of mind. I'm trying to stick it out since they keep making promises, and will update my review if it gets better, but at this point if you have scorpions stay away from bulwark.

We just moved to Arizona 3 weeks ago and we saw some activity of pest and reached out for support. The Arizona pest team was patient with answering questions and sent a tech out the next day. Vincent was truly courteous and respectful when completing service. Awesome!!!!

Had issues with our previous pest control company Aptive not performing well...had tons of crickets outside and worse yet, they made their way into the house...Aptive couldn't get rid of them after 2 applications. Decided to give Arizona Heat a try. Their tech came out and within 10 days after their initial visit not a cricket anywhere in site....and when the crickets are gone there's nothing for the scorpions to feed on so they are gone too...very happy so far!

We booked with this company and waited 3 weeks for them to kill our weeds in late March. They came out and treated the area. A week later, the weeds were still there and standing tall so I contacted them. I never heard back. A few weeks after they came, we got an HOA violation because the weeds were still there. I still have not heard back.

Do not waste your time and money with this company.

UPDATE: The owner reached out to me and explained that it takes 3 weeks for the weeds to die, this was in the invoice in small print under one of the line items. He felt that they did kill the weeds based on my photos, and apologized for their lack of response but I just wish his team would've responded so I had a better idea of the expectations. From the other reviews here, it seems like they do a good job of killing weeds but need to work on their communication and expectation setting.

I found Joseph through a recommendation on Nextdoor, from someone else who also had an issue with roof rats...

About a month ago, we had a mouse or rat run around the side of the house and I almost died.  When I called Joseph, he answered...and he scheduled a visit for the next day.  He showed up right on time and we walked around the house and he told me his plan.  He came every Saturday morning and after walking the entire property, he went up and checked in all three hatches.  He did this for 4 Saturdays in a row...and I'm pleased to say, his plan worked!  We didn't have any in the attic, TG, but did catch one outside.  On his last follow up, he installed more mesh from inside the attic, to ensure no critters could get up there.  If you have an issue with roof rats or any other pests, I highly recommend Joseph...he knows what he's doing and he's great at what he does!

Alex is the absolute best. He goes above and beyond ALWAYS. He's thorough, accommodating, nice. I'm all around happy with his service. I wish all companies were as reliable and easy to work with as Copper Canyon!

Listen - I hate pest control companies as a rule. Lots of them in this area are aggressively rude, coming to my door and basically yelling at me when I say I already have service I am happy with. Once guy even just let himself into my backyard, pointing at imaginary spiderwebs as he went.

Frontino is NOT one of those companies. Everyone I have talked to there is literally once of the nicest people I have ever met in any service industry. They are courteous and kind, they listen when I have questions, and provide an affordable service to boot. With two big dogs and a toddler, I especially I appreciate that I get an email reminder the day before, AND a text from the tech letting me know an exact ETA.

I've lived in my Ahwatukee home for three years and have only seen one scorpion (probably from my neighbor who doesn't skin his palm trees, but that's another story for another day). The fact that this is a veteran-owned company, and that they are planting trees, are all perks to what is a wonderful service, owned and staffed by the best people!

Very impressed with these guys, first off the young lady I spoke with when called was extremely helpful checked with a tech and was able to schedule me the same day. The service tech Chandler was professional proficient and did a great job of getting rid of our bee problem. Also they were really reasonably priced and thorough with explanation of removal process and future prevention measures. Many of the other vendors I called were not helpful and just extremely over priced, for now on I will be only calling and referring Orange as my pest control vendor.

Pro Active Pest Control has been treating my house and yard for the better part of a year. No Arizona creepy crawlies yet and I plan for it to stay that way! The entire team is personable and professional. They respond and act quickly. They're quick and thorough when treating my property. I like that the same technician is usually the one at my house.
