House Doctor came and took care of our termite issue swiftly.  We were under a deadline because we had some work beginning,  and House Doctor put us the list to call if there was a cancelation.  There was and we got service immediately.  Issac,  the technician,  knew what he was doing and did a thorough job.  We are very grateful for House Doctors!

When I found signs of termites in my home, I knew I wanted the best on the case. I'm so glad I decided to go with House Doctor.

David, the owner, was able to address all my initial questions over the phone, and he provided a very reasonable quote for treatment with a five year warranty. His knowledge and passion for the job are very apparent.

Isaac, the technician, showed up right on time a few days later. He did a great job, taking the time to drill diagonally under the foundation where a lot of others probably would not have bothered. Not only that, he was exceptionally careful to leave everything exactly as he found it, which is greatly appreciated.

Months later, when I saw signs of new activity after the recent rains, David had Isaac back out to my place just one day later. Isaac again did an excellent job: aside from the complete absence of termites, you'd never even know he was there.

Discovering termites is no fun, but it's a huge relief knowing that House Doctor is just a phone call away.

I had this company come out for a termite treatment on my home.  Great job,  and Isaac, the tech good guy and the owner great friendly and professional service.

This company was great when I first started using them but they have gone down hill recently.   Mainly due to office staff that has zero knowledge of customer service.   They never give me a day or time that they will be coming and I have to actively  pursue trying to get the technician to come out.  The only plus has been when the tech actually does show up he is friendly.  Also the bug problem that I initially had this company come out for is right back where it started.  Going with a new company starting this next week.

Such a easy experience with this business. No one wants to deal with ants yet I had to call someone for help. From the woman I spoke with on the phone to the gentleman who came to our home two days later, everything was a breeze. Friendly folks. I will definitely use them in the future and highly recommend them. Professionals from start to finish. And the best part is no contract. We can cancel anytime. Thanks House Doctor!

Termites invading a block house?  Another company came out to look at two tubes outside, told us (incorrectly) that termites will go 6 inches up and retreat if they don't find wood.  THAT IS WRONG.  6-8 months later they are in our roof!  

Isaac came out to assess the situation.  He did a thorough walk-through, documented visible activity and educated us on how they would get this under control.  Isaac also came to drill and apply the chemicals.  I cannot say enough great things about Isaac.  He is very professional, tidy, quiet and respectful.  He put everything back as it had been inside and out. Dave and Tracy were also great in helping educate us and get scheduled.  Treatment comes with a good warranty.  I have already recommended House Doctor to friends.

I am happy with the work done by House Doctor.  They came and gave me an estimate and found active termites in two places.  I think their price was reasonable and I will pay $150 a year for maintenance. For that price I have peace of mind and NO termites. Good deal.

Had a roof rat issue, they came to check it out and felt the job was larger than they could handle. Gave me references, and it was a wonderful experience working with them. Would definitely call again.

I called the right people and I'm satisfied. I don't have time to type the whole story of the mass cinch/sinch bug infestation I encountered and how they covered my entire patio, brick wall and exterior home walls and working their way into my home via doors seems and dog door but in short just 24hrs after they sprayed they are virtually all gone. Now it's just  a few bugs which I and my dog can handle.  

Being in this home during covid-19 working from home all day and being forced to walk my dog several times a day was STRESSFUL I was losing my mind.  On the phone immediately they were SUPER friendly.  I sent them photos of the infestation.  I've lived in Arizona for 47 years and I've never encountered this bug. They let me know what it was instantly. They had someone over in a couple of hours.  He let me know the source that it was my neighbors yard of weed overgrowth. He sprayed two chemicals. Kept my dog away from it for 24hrs just to be on the safe side.  Life feels back to normal. Thank you!!! I can sleep in peace.

Ended up using their services again! As before, David showed up on time and even though it was humid, he was very meticulous in evaluating and preparing the ground by trenching before the treatment began. Since the garage had a few visible termite trails, he drilled holes in the concrete all the way through before pouring the termite juice. After the treatment, he plugged up the holes and then filled the trenches back up. Very methodical! We are satisfied and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this business!

They arrived when they said they would, performed a thorough inspection and had my report to me by the end of the day. These guys are a cut above the rest.  I've hired them for my rental house and they always make scheduling as easy as possible by offering to contact my tenants directly to set up a time with them.  They offer reliable services at a fair price.

I sold my house and in the home inspection evidence of termites were found. So the buyers asked for a treatment before they bought - to which I agreed to. Since I don't have a termite person in my Rolodex, I turned to Yelp.

House Doctor came out and did their inspection and laid out the price. I agreed and it was done.

House Doctor was prompt in their times. Their initial inspection appointment window was 9-11, and they showed up at about 9:30. Perfect. Then for the treatment it was 9-11 also and they showed up at almost exactly 9. Storm came in and the technician worked hard to get the job done so they didn't have to come back and do it all over again.

My house was treated for termites in 2016. They did a thorough and professional job. I had a follow up inspection 5 years later and there was no sign of termites. They are also very responsive and provide great communication. Highly recommend!

Called House doctor exterminating based on good yelp reviews. Everyone I was in contact with from the phones making an appointment to the service guys that came out were courteous and professional. I had termite service as well as general pest control from this company. Would recommend.

House Doctor is the best! The first time I used them was for a tick infestation and they wiped it out, in my opinion, very inexpensively. Then, when I was selling my house recently, I needed a termite treatment done and they came right out the next day. Excellent communication, super nice, knowledgeable, efficient, and great prices. Highly recommend!

I noticed termite trails near my bathtub and immediately began researching exterminating companies.  I had a few estimates done; however, House Doctor won me over with their professional demeanor over the phone, as well as their knowledge and keeping up with the most current efficient way to treat termites. I love the fact they just did not just have me sign the paperwork and leave.  They clearly explained the warranty process and the importance of my role to follow up each year during the warranty period for their free inspections.

Not even two months living at my new house I noticed the dreaded mud tube on multiple walls in a bedroom of my house.  This was very shocking as the home was inspected for termites before the sale closed.  I was watching the termites eat the drywall before my eyes and these mud tubes were getting bigger and bigger in more and more places very quickly.  

The next morning I called three companies to come out that day for quotes.  Terminex, Orkin, and House Doctors.

First to show, House Doctors!  A gentleman named Chas showed up and walked through the entire home checking out termites.  The one bedroom is the only room that showed an active sign and his plan of attack was Termidor around the entire perimeter of the house.  He provided a price for a two and five year warranty and went on his way, no pressure at all.  

Next to show was Terminex.  A gentleman named Joe showed up, much more professional than house doctors with his uniform, shoe covers, truck and all.  He walked around the whole house as-well and his treatment plan was Termidor ONLY in the area showing current activity, and then he would place bait stations around the perimeter around the house.  You think that would be cheaper?  Wrong.  Terminex rang up right at 2 grand after a 10% discount for a 5 year warranty.  Joe did not pressure me that hard however he did attempt to close the sale and said they could get started same day.  

Lastly, Orkin showed professional as well.  I forgot the gentleman's name but he did the most through check out of the tree (only person to check attic).  He had the exact same treatment plan as House Doctors.  Now for the sales pitch.  Talk about high pressure.  He sat me at my kitchen table and spent over an hour talking to me about how Orkin is the best.  Be ready with for for Orkin.  Orkin was the most expensive at $2100 with only a one year warranty.  

Needless to say we went with House Doctors.  Best most fair price, great people, and amazing service.  After spending my whole day learning about Termites I did have some questions to ask them and the only Dave called me within minutes of receiving my email.  He is super nice and would be more than happy to teach you anything you would like to know about Termites.  

Call them out, you won't regret it.

Very thorough inspections and great customer service! We had this company out 5 years ago after having quotes from 3 other companies.  He treated the whole house for a good price that included a 5 year warranty. No termites during and it's been almost 6 years now.

House Doctor Exterminating is a wonderful company! There was no wait to get in contact with someone when calling and Stephanie who answered the phone is VERY friendly, caring and helpful! Seems like a family owned business from my experience, and they really care about their customers. Jim came out to get rid of some Sugar Ants and the process was quick and painless! Jim is extremely knowledgeable and a very pleasant individual. He explained every step, every chemical and their purpose, identified reasons why the ants withing the first 45 seconds on being inside the home, and offered ideas for products that would help keep future pests at bay. We actually walked and talked the entire time he was spraying around the house. Very professional, knowledgeable guy who is pleasant to converse with even while working. Look no further than House Doctor Exterminating! Jim told me the ants would be gone in a day, and just as he said, the next day all of them were gone and I haven't seen one since.

When I found evidence of termites on our property this past year I was really lucky to find a great and honest Pest company. From his own words, the owner absolutely refuses to treat a property if there is no evidence of termites. He believes it isn't ethical to do so.

If you need a pest company I would greatly recommend House Doctor Exterminating. I don't give a recommendation like that lightly. I had a fantastic talk with the owner that indicated they do what is best for the customer. The inspector we got looked young, but don't let that fool you. He really, really knew his stuff and did a thorough inspection. I can't say that for the other company who came out and wanted me to show them where I thought the evidence of termites were.

The tech who came out and treated the property did a great and thorough job. Many months later we haven't seen any evidence of termites in our house. I'm still glad that I got the five year warranty. The warranty is only as good as the company is reputable. I feel well protected by House Doctor Exterminating.

Sprayed for ants. On time and professional. Saw a few ants a week later and called to have them retreat. No problem. Had someone come out a couple days later. Great PR people on the phone. Will definitely use for all my pest control in the future.

I called for an appointment, and 3 days later Isaac is at the house promptly on time .With  my husband in tow, a through inspection,throughout the entire property; inside,as well as the attic and every corner of the house foundation, garage,etc. Nothing was missed.

We hired this company for the extended warranty, honestly, it was not our 1st choice. The initial appointment actually prompted us to seek a 2nd opinion, as the gentlemen who showed up was there for 5-10 minutes and decided we had termites, we were not convinced, and felt less after we had some questions. We felt like since the problem was so new a more thorough check was needed. I know those with experience may be have been able to notice the issue right away, but to us it was our home; with our dogs and kids, we needed to make sure the investment was going for an actual problem.

 After the 2nd opinion was sought & proven that wee in fact had termites.  He arrived an hour early, which is fine, we were not ready so it left us scrambling to get ready. Also I had called 3x times before the appointment to see how to prepare for the visit, I was told by the nicest lady who answered, that nothing needed to be done. Turns out some of the furniture needed to be moved, something that we could have tackled prior to the visit. The guy who showed up did not ask us for help, okay fine, however; he broke one of the arms to a chair and broke a plastic storage bin, small items that trumped our termite problem so we weren't concerned.  

 He did a great job, everywhere was covered, no new signs of the issue.

This is Arizona... Chances are, you either do or will have termites. I have never dealt with a more honest, and ethical company. David Ramos, the owner has even taken the time to talk to me about resolving certain pest issues on my own to save me money. They are the only ones I trust to treat my own home and investment properties for termites, and they are the only company I recommend to friends and clients as well. There are companies out there that will try to sell you on extras or water down their product. With the house doctors, you will always get quality, and they will look out for your best interests!

House Doctor has been fast to respond, courteous and thorough every time we've had a question or concern. Discovering those little termite trails is never a good thing.  This company made everything so very easy.  Excellent service.  Prompt and delightful team.  Fair price.  Highly recommend.

Well that was easy.  Saw some termite activity, submitted a request online, got a call the next day, and setup a date/time for everything.  The tech(Josh) was on time, very thorough, and moved objects that were in his way without complaint.

Here's the thing I can only rate a pest control company as five stars or no stars. Either they've killed the bugs, and I'm happy, or they haven't, and unsmiley face occurs.

HDE has been my go-to place for a few years now. I call them 2-3/year, and they take care of any bug issues. We had a problem with Black Widows, and after HDE came out, no problem. My only issue is the dead bugs I find after they come through, which is not their problem, and means they've done their job very well. Thanks for keeping me from screeching in terror at a spider invasion...

So based on Yelp I Emailed House Doctor. I instantly was emailed back by the owner Dave. I scheduled a estimate for Monday to come take a look. They were on time and went over treatment and findings. I scheduled to have treatment to be done that following Monday. Today right on time Josh showed up. We walked the house again and he began working. I was so impressed by his work ethic through are current weather conditions. Josh also left our house in perfect condition no trace of anyone being here. They did everything they said they would do and more. I'm so pleased with the service we received I wish there were more companies like House Doctors around. Oh and I did I mention they were more than reasonable on the price.

While moving in (literally) the guy from HDE showed up and sprayed the house. I was unloading boxes into an empty house and I accept the fact I should have watched to see if this person really sprayed the house or not. My fault! But as a professional service, I should not have to monitor the if the job is being done or not.

Prior to moving in, we noticed a few dead roaches and one which was alive. The guy from HDE was in and out of the house in about 5 minutes and I can't recall if he sprayed the exterior. Fast forward two weeks... no dead roaches in the house... only alive ones. AWESOME! Again... not even certain if he sprayed or not as I don't recall seeing any wet areas from the spray.

I would not recommend this company for pest control.

We have been using their services for 4 years and just renewed our contract due to the high level of service and actions.  We have always had immediate service and always someone to talk to to get our needs remedied.

I was amazed when I first came to their yelp page and saw numerous of positive reviews. I had another near-by contractor that I was planning to use but I still gave HDE a call to see what they could offer in terms of price.

My first contractor was fine and offered me a full treatment +1 yr warranty for a competitive rate. David is a very nice guy with superior sales skill and most importantly - professional experience and knowledge in termite treatment. He let me know upfront that they are using the good termiticide called Termidor HE, which is a popular choice among the industry.

After walking thru the house, knowing what we are dealing with and explain how he plans to treat it. He gave me a initial quote that was almost twice the first contractor quoted me. I kindly shown him the initial estimate I received, he was nice to outbid the other contractor by giving me a good discount and increased the length of warranty coverage.

We had the house treated just last week. The treatment was done by Grey and John, very cool guys who explain details of what they are doing, using, offering future tips... etc. The treatment last within 2-3 hours, the crews nicely patched up every holes they drilled and cleaned up the areas. I was very happy with David and his crews. Given the professional services, good rate and being stress-free for 5 years, the cost is well worth it. They may not be the cheapest in town but they are certainly the best!

Great staff and work! Were friendly and quick to get our termite treatment scheduled. Technician arrived right on time and went straight to work. There was a mix-up between the amount agreed to and what was actually charged; however, this was figured out and corrected within hours with several apologies for the inconvenience. Would 100% recommend this company for your exterminating needs!

Not only were they on time, they were EARLY!  I'm extremely happy with the service I got from HDE!  The two gentlemen were very nice and super helpful and explained everything that they would be doing.  They were quick and efficient and did not take up too much of my time.

I originally called because I saw so many great reviews and needed another quote because they first one I received was extremely high!  David was so nice and willing to help on the price to make sure I was happy with it!

A most excellent company to deal with.  They respond to e-mails and phone calls right away.  The workers are very professional, both Isaac (the person who did the initial inspection) and Josh (the person that did the treatment) were very polite and courteous.  I would definitely recommend this company.

When we bought our house the inspection report outlined some termite activity, so we called David and the House Doctors Exterminating team. We were able to schedule a convenient appointment that fit in to our busy schedule. Joshua was the tech that came out and treated our property. He did a great job and was courteous and thorough.

I had 3 other termite treatment quotes, but what separated this company from the rest was that they performed a very thorough termite inspection, explained the details of the chemicals they were going to use (including a pamphlet), and even spent the time to explain the termite evolution in AZ....Not to mention they offered a better price based for the long run...

Exterminators came at the scheduled date & time...Treated the entire house, including a hard to treat area of my house....aka - They went the extra mile....

I can not believe how good the service is at this company! Because summer is here the bugs are out and trying to get in houses. I called them a couple of weeks ago, and they came out to spray in and around my house.

The few little ants that made their way in have not been seen since, however there are still some outside. A employee from the company called a couple days later just to see how things were. I told him about the issue outside, and they sent someone back to take care of it without somehow making it my fault the ants were there or charging me again.

I was really impressed with the over all service, and there price is pretty much the standard price you are going to pay anywhere else.

David Ramos is awesome! The first day I reached out to House Doctor's to get an inspection for termites, David was able to fit me in the same day. David was very thorough and knowledgeable. He provides great customer service and was a pleasure to work with.

The next morning my husband and I decided that we wanted to get the treatment so I called David and he told me that he would be able to get his crew out to me that day. The crew was also very polite and efficient. They worked so quickly at first I thought that they missed some spots, but they completed every task as promised. After contacting a couple of termite companies about coming out and do inspection and treatment for my rental home and not feeling quite comfortable, I found Dave Ramos. Ah, House Doctor Exterminating-- thank you for solving my pest control woes. After a lengthy search for an exterminator with a good attitude, I found House Doctor Exterminating and couldn't be more pleased.

Here is my situation: I live in a town home and learned that our next door neighbors have bed bugs (nooooooooooo!!!!). We share a wall with these neighbors, so naturally, my boyfriend and I tore our place apart looking for any evidence of bed bugs. Good news! We don't have them, so we wanted to call a professional to spray to prevent any infestation issue (even though I had already spread diatomaceous earth around our baseboards, in our electrical outlets, and behind our light switches).

My experience with House Doctors started with a very pleasant phone call with Josh, whose ability to directly answer my questions and reassure me about the bed bug issue really sold me on this business. I spoke with Josh on Friday, and they were booked until Monday. I was looking for someone sooner than that, but after a series of discouraging calls with other pest control businesses-- I happily called House Doctors back for a Monday appointment.

When I asked Josh what the price range would be, he asked me about the size of my home and a yard, and happily gave me a ball park idea of what the price would be, explaining that the price (of course) specifically depends on the size of my home/what they find in the home/ how much chemical and how much time was required to complete the job. And...guess what else, Yelpers? No contracts or commitments or monthly services. Only want one spray? Then, one spray you will get!

I mentioned in our conversation that I appreciated Josh's willingness to discuss cost with me, because I had been laid off and was concerned about money. Josh went the EXTRA MILE and asked me what price I could afford. I told him and he said he could make it happen-- and you know what? He did! I was completely taken off guard by this and couldn't have been more pleased. I genuinely wanted to cry with joy.

I set up an appointment for Monday (which was today). I asked Josh if House Doctors did email confirmations so I could let my landlord know. He explained that they didn't usually, but took my email address down, and not five minutes after we got off the phone, I had an email confirming the appointment.

I got a call this morning from Josh, alerting me that the technician would be late, and he apologized. Fortunately, the change in schedule actually worked better for us, as it gave us a chance to finish vacuuming and pulling furniture away from the walls. I mostly really appreciated the advanced notice.

Tony was the technician who serviced our home today. When he arrived, he was incredibly apologetic for being late. We explained that it wasn't an issue and toured him around our place for the inspection and spray. AWESOME NEWS, Yelp! Tony confirmed that we do not have bed bugs!!! Tony was very reassuring about the issue and both my boyfriend and I appreciated his laid back sense of humor. We couldn't have been more pleased with him. Tony was happy to spray any of the places that I pointed out on our tour. He was also very thorough and efficient. I was expecting this to take at least an hour, and it was nowhere near that! I called House Doctor for a routine termite inspection. Isaac came out and did a great job of thoroughly looking over the house for signs of termites and gave my house a clean bill of health. Five years ago our HOA had 7 buildings at a condo complex infested with termites and no budgeted funds to cover the cost.  After interviewing numerous companies, David Ramos, owner of House Doctor, was the only company willing to work with our HOA to take care of our issues.  His crew was incredible and so is David and his wife, Tracy, the owners.  A few years later, my husband was building a 720 foot detached garage behind our home.  Found out the day before the concrete pour that we had to have the ground treated for termites.  I called Dave and he said...no problem.  We will be there the next morning to treat before the pour... and they were!  Fast forward to two months ago.  Found termite tunnels in our home (we don't live at the condo complex).  Called David and Tracy.  We get irrigation, so we scheduled the treatment 2 months out (during SRP canal dry up) so   the Termidor (the only chemical you want to use on termites!) would have more time in the ground before the next irrigation.  The two young men that came out to give us the bid and also to do the work are brothers and are two of the most polite and professional young men I have met in a very long time.  I can't say enough good things about House Doctor Exterminating, the owners and their employees!  Again, look no further.  You've found the right company.

The House Doctor team have been our exterminators for the last 2+ years based on the recommendation of friends.  They are hands down the best pest team I have dealt with in my 20 years here in Valley.

House Doctor Exterminating is the best!  David Ramos is a great guy.  He gave me a very reasonable rate that I could afford to treat my house and take care of a termite infestation with the most activity in my garage.  He checked out my house for almost an hour, and even checked to give me advice on a water leak, also in my garage)!  I needed the service to be done at a certain time, as I work from home and needed to be available for conference calls.  His employee arrived at my house right at 8 am (I needed him to arrive before 9 am to let him in, etc).  They did their work, cleaned up afterwards, and left around 11 am.  I am thrilled and relieved to have this termite situation taken care of, and the treatment came with a 5-year warranty.  They are the BEST.

Found the great reviews on yelp and decided to try them. I had what I thought was termites but ended up being a type of ants I've never seen before. Even though the initial reason for the inspection was in one location of my house my inspector took the time to inspect the rest of the house which was a lifesaver since termites were found. We were able to set up a treatment appointment in less than a week. Treatment day was today. The guy showed up right on time and was very effecient. He was also able to answer all my questions which helped a ton.

As a real estate investor, I need contractors that I can truly count on to get things done for me.  This means that my calls get returned in a timely fashion, work is done properly, quickly and competently but most importantly, that I get quoted a fair price for a good job.  

Don't give me drama and definitely, don't give me any bullshit excuses or sales pitches.

Fantastic service. Our thorough and polite exterminator actually pulled out a flashlight and crawled around to see what my husband and I were worried about. It may not seem like much but it's more than the usual nod and dismissal we've gotten in the past from other exterminators and showed a real commitment to getting the job done right the first time.

I needed termite treatment on my home and the estimate I received from Terminex was around $3000. Ouch!

I received a quote over the phone, which was confirmed to the exact penny once a tech came by for an estimate.  The termites have not returned in over a month.  The locations where holes were punched are unnoticeable and the cement drills were covered.  I received the full service and it was completed in about 3 hours.  Great prices and great service!

After calling several companies to get quotes for an ant problem I finally called House Doctor because of the reviews I saw on yelp. I scheduled my appointment because of the great rates and plus the lady I spoke with was sweet as can be and pretty hilarious! They came out 2 days later and I must say I was impressed with their services. Tony was not only nice but he very knowledgable and did a great job as well. There is no doubt that we will continue to receive services from them.

I have a cool perspective as a review that can attest to the following: knowledge, integrity and customer service.

I called and spoke to David. He has so much industry knowledge. He took the time to speak with me about the chemicals, looked up what another company used in the past, shared his opinion based on experience and offered advice. This was free of charge.

Here's the important part: I asked him to schedule an appt to follow up and examine what an inspector we had at our appraisal saw as possible termite damage. This a new home purchase so we didn't know much. Instead of just taking our money, he saved us a lot! He helped us find who did the treatment for the original owners and suggested I call them to see if there was a warranty. YEP there was.

It might seem like a weird thing to write a review for someone who I didn't end up using BUT I'll tell you this-- there are companies out there willing to do anything to sucker you out of your money. I think his knowledge and integrity should be considered by others who are deciding between companies. I totally trust this guy and would definitely use him/House Dr because they earned my trust in the future (if those darn termites come back).

Found these guys on Yelp -- I needed my seasonal bug spray service.

They are priced competitively and arrived to the appointment on time.  They also provided a free termite inspection which is helpful. I will be a returning customer.

Made an appointment for some roaches that I found in a very clean new condo. They came out next day, literally right on time. Very knowledgable and didn't up sell me or put me on a plan. Would recommend to anyone with a minor roach/cricket problem.

David Ramos is the guy I use when I need an infestation inspection on one of my listings. What reminded me is of his treatment or consideration of my last inspection I had him do today. As the home is set up he could have said yeah we need to treat, but being the honest guy he is, he found no activity and just billed me for the inspection. Hey these folks are hurting just like everyone else right now and it would have been real easy to lie and no one would know any difference.

So if you need monthly treatment for your home, give him a try. He is a nice honest hard working guy.

I didn't even get to pay the guy anything because he was simply honest with me and said I could go buy a spray can and do it myself! Will definitely save his number for the future!

What I love most about this site is that a business can only fake it for so long before savory Yelpers catch on.
I hired these guys to kill termites 18 months ago based upon Yelp reviews and the unbelievable price quote that was conducive to my budget.  The quote was half that of the closest bid and included a 5 year guarantee. In hindsight I find it interesting that other than Yelp, few online reviews exist about this outfit.
I waited almost a month for service and feeling relieved that termites were no longer destroying my home I intended to post a mostly favorable review until the discovery of bugs dropping dirt from the ceiling.  A quick call and I was instructed to wait a month for the magic termite killer elixir to work.  A month later the situation was only getting worse and was given a service appointment for the next month.  The pleasant office lady advised they were a small business and were very busy.  On the day of the appointment I stayed home from work and waited to no avail. No service person showed up or called.  The next Monday I was able to contact someone in their office and schedule another service this time I got lucky and would only have to wait three weeks.
Three weeks later a service man showed up two hours after the scheduled appointment looked at my termite mess and sprayed the magic elixir outside.  Fifteen minutes later he left and the next day termites were building more mud huts in the ceiling.  When I questioned the service I was told (again) to wait a month for the magic elixir to work.  A month later I was given a service appointment and waited three weeks.  No one showed for that appointment nor did I get a call so I decided to get some second opinions before my house collapsed.
From two exterminators and a state inspector I learned my house had only been partially serviced and the number of gallons of the magic elixir was not sufficient to protect against the kind of termites in the ceiling.   It seems exterminators save money and labor costs by only servicing around the outside and not underneath the home where termites nest. I also learned that the owners claim of being in business for 40 years did not jive with state records that show he has only had his business license for about 5 years.
Armed with an education on termites and upset I was sold a partial treatment I went down to their Phoenix office to get a refund and discovered the office location listed is a mail box inside a UPS Store.  I was talked into another service appointment which someone showed up for (only 30 minutes late).  When I inquired about the termite problems in the ceiling the serviceman said it was a common occurrence and that I should not worry.  I also asked about the favorable reviews and why no one had posted this common occurrence?  He informed me most of the reviews were written by the owner, his wife and family.  That would explain why very few other reviews exist for this outfit besides Yelp.  
Needless to say the termites continued to get worst in the ceiling and moved into the bathroom.  I hired another exterminator who found termites in two other areas and serviced my entire home.  The termites have stopped dropping dirt so my fingers are crossed.  I will follow up in a couple months on the current exterminator.

These are very nice and helpful people to work with. Unfortunately I was repeatedly stood up when I was told they would be out.  I gave them multiple chances to correct their scheduling errors, but it never got any better.  I was sad to have to let them go. But if you can't rely on them to show up, you waste your time and money waiting around for them.

David was the only one to personally respond to my 4 request for a quote, and inspection. The others only sent emails. David showed up and did a complete walkthrough inspection. He spent the time to explain the treatment, and the various pricing offers. His prices were very fair, and his service did what they said the would. The 5 year warranty is a good deal.

I don't have a lot of experience with pest control companies in Phoenix, but I thought House Doctor was great!

I discovered a problem with termites over the busy Christmas holidays, and House Doctor came out within 2 days. They took the time to explain termites, assess my situation, describe the service they provided, and explain their guarantee. The technicians were well informed and courteous. I couldn't ask for anything more!

I called a couple of termite exterminators, and right when I called House Doctor I felt very comfortable with the staff. Even over the phone David Ramos took the time to ease my mind and explain how they get rid of the termites in my type of home. He was able to get out the next day to inspect my home.

He stuck to his estimate that he gave me over the phone, which is so much more reasonable than some of the other quotes I received from different companies. David seems like an awesome and honest guy  :)

This is our first home, so after we noticed the termite trails outside of our home we were really freaked out! I cannot wait for them to come out next week to give us the treatment.

After I read reviews on Yelp, I emailed House Docotor Exterminating requesting termite inspection on the house I was purchasing. David called me less than an hour. When I explained to David that this was for the house I was interested to buy, he told me to wait for a moment and he just searched the city record to find out if this house had ever been reported for any termite infestation before right on the spot. And the house was clear. It gave me a piece of mind before they came out to do actual inspection on the house. It was very kind of him to do that.

By the time I got to the house, they had already done their job and left, so I didn't get to meet them. But I can tell you that they were very friendly and reliable through the phone & email communication that I had.

I found evidence of termites and called several companies to come out and give bids.  I chose this company based on the information they provided me and the 5 year warranty available.  They were prompt and did a good job.  Their prices are pretty fair based on the companies i interviewed.  They were not the cheapest but they did a good job.  The only issue i had was when they covered the holes they drilled it was kinda sloppy on some of them.

If you want to deal with an honest company that will not sell you something that you do not need, then call House Doctor. David came out to do a termite check, saw no activity and told me he didn't think it would do any good to pay for preventative treatment. As I know nothing about termite treatment, he could have told me anything and sold me anything. When I do encounter any kind of a pest problem, I will be calling House Dr.

I have to say that the House Doctor's customer service is great.  Not only did their guys show up on time (in fact, a few minutes early) to do the termite control, but the owner was always quick to answer my questions, even calling us within 5 minutes of an email to answer a question we had.  Now THAT is customer service.  Plus, I like that they have different warranty options and their rates are reasonable.  Time will tell if our termites get under control, but for now I can recommend House Doctor without hesitation.

So, after our last big rain - what do you know, we found a couple of termite tubes out on the back patio.  We hadn't had the house serviced since we had it treated for termites when it was built (over 13 years ago).  Anyhoo - I jumped on YELP to see if I could find a termite company to compare to our current pest control servicer (we have the house and yard sprayed for bugs every 6 months or so).  HDE had some great reviews.  I wanted to use a local company to keep more of our tax dollars in our state.  
I called them up and David came out at a time convenient for us.  We already had a first quote from another termite company, so we had something to base it off of.  David provided us a quote on the spot.  He was comparable in price, but did a whole lot more explaining of what the process was and how the chemicals worked.  I worked in a termite inspection company in Calif - so I was familiar with alot - and he still wowed me with how he explained it in terms both me and my husband understood.  We gave David the head nod that we would use his service.  His office emailed the docs over for signature and away we went.

We are having a cricket problem at our house, so after reading reviews on yelp first, I called House Doctor Exterminating yesterday. They were helpful and informative over the phone and had an exterminator at my house this morning. He showed up on time, answered my questions and gave me some recommendations. I can already see several crickets dead from the treatment.

Great free inspection and information. I had them come out to check out our house as we had noticed a couple of things that made us nervous that we might have termites. David arrived on time, inspected the areas (with me) that I had concerns about and confirmed that there was no evidence of termites. He then walked the perimeter and inside of our house with me and pointed out some things we could do to minimize infestation risks and make any termite activity more noticeable. Didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, just asked that I call him if we have any issues in the future.

Really impressed with the prompt service.  Called on Monday because we had an infestation at our garage, left a message.  Received a prompt return call and they came out the next morning.  Problem solved and at a reasonable cost.  Will definitely call them again if I need extermination services.

Fantastic service!  I called House Doctor after reading the great Yelp reviews and they lived up to their great reputation.  The office was friendly and David was out treating my termite issue the next day.  The price was great and I will recommend them to my clients!

I was referred to David by my Realtor.  I couldn't be more happy with their service.  I stated that I was already 3 days into my inspection period and they were happy to schedule the termite inspection the very next day and I called them at 5pm.  It was easy too, I just went to their website to fill out the form and they called me back right away and told me they were good to go.  The following week I was at the property with my home inspector who said he thought he saw a trail of termites, so I called David back and he immediately went over and investigated the problem  Turned out, it was just dirty, and not termite infestation.  Thanks to House Doctor Exterminating, for making my home buying experience that much more smooth.

Found HD on Yelp after discovering some termite tubes. Wanted to use a local mom and pop co with good reviews. They were super responsive and came out quickly to give an estimate. They were through with their inspection and provided great customer service. Estimate was fair. They were very prompt and professional.  The guy who came out to treat the house was courteous and did a great job. Very happy with our experience.  Yelp has never steered us wrong! Highly recommended!

For now, five stars!  I was also referred to David at House Doctor by my Realtor.  He was able to get someone out there for inspection the next day. They saw mud tubes and sent me a thorough report of where they were located and quoted me an extremely reasonable price.  Two and a half months later we're finally closed!  I called David this morning and, again, he's able to get someone out there to treat my house tomorrow.  Price didn't change from the estimate, and it comes with another inspection again in a year.  They've always been friendly and honest with me.  This is the first house I've ever owned, and I feel like I'm in good hands with House Doctor taking care of my pests.

Called today after going to yelp to find a good pest company i can trust and the House Dr had great views so i gave them a call. I thought i might have a termite problem but after a few questions from Dave he figured it wasnt termites i have but crickets! Dave even walked me through google pics to ensure what i saw. He also gave me a great price and worked with my schedule to get an appt set for next week. If i go w the other reviews i pretty sure the service will be great too! If not i will repost but doubt i will have too. Give them a call if you need a pest co.

I had a very good experience with this company and suggest you call them out if you have any exterminating needs.
They promptly came out to my home and performed the treatment exactly when they said they would.
I saw termite tunnels, called 3 exterminators for treatment plans and an estimate.
David with House Doctor was clearly the most knowledgeable.
The 2 other companies confirmed the tunnels we found were termites, one company did not find any other tunnels, the second company found one other area with tunnels area, David from House Doctor was the only one to find all areas in my home that had tunnels.
Their plan for treatment was much more extensive than the others and their estimate was within a few dollars of the lowest estimate and hundreds lower than the third company.
Bottom line they provided the highest level of expertise, the most through job, a 5 year guarantee all at the most competitive price.
The only thing negative i can say is that I had to wait a few weeks before they had time to treat my home but I guess when you do a great job for a fair price you are in demand.

The entire House Doctor team was awesome! They were all very friendly, prompt and informative. I had termites and needed to get them out to take care of my situation quickly. They were out the next day after my call to do the inspection and same for the treatment. I highly recommend them for any of our pest control needs.

I found this company here on Yelp and went with it because of all the high reviews.  This company deserves them!  They did a one time treatment for sewer roaches and while they were here also found termites and showed me where they were.  They were able to treat them with a one time fix instead of trying to sell me monthly treatments.  This is not a company that pushes sales they just do what you ask them to and they do it well.  I would recommend them to anyone having a sewer roach problem or termite problem.

I don't remember exactly when I met David. As a home inspector, I seemed to be running into him several times per month. David is one of the most reliable and honest professionals I have met. I was present when a home buyer thought it would be a good idea to treat for termites, and David talked her out of it. Said it wasn't necessary. He also lets people know if they can obtain treatment from an existing warranty which means they don't have to spend additional money. A great guy; family run business with two generations of experience, terrific personality and a beautiful family.

I've waited a few months before posting about House Doctors service. I wanted see if there were any more signs of termites since they serviced my home before I toot their horn. House Doctors is exactly what it stats above Woohoo! As good as it gets!. I received quotes from 7 companies, yes 7. I know crazy. Over the phone Dave Ramos was very, very knowledgeable about his products and confident in his prices and guarantees. He came out to the house and was FAR more thorough in his inspection than any other company. All things considered~ product used, price, guarantee, efficiency and honesty he definitely stood out from the rest! Sometimes it pays to be crazy. If I would have stopped at 3-5 quotes I wouldn't have found House Doctors and I would have paid a whole lot more for a whole lot less! Thanks house Doctors!

We found some termites in our new home, less than a year after we bought it. I was pretty worried about this and called the best-rated pest company I could find to get someone out here. David showed up today and found several spots where the termites had gotten into my home. He pointed out the best products and solutions and then had me look up my termite inspection records (I didn't even know these existed). David saved me a big chunk of change, turns out my home was covered under warranty with another pest control company. I've got them coming out here to take care of the termites now but I was very impressed with David's concern and professionalism. Very Professional, right on time, took care of my bug infestation. I like the fact they do try to push you into any contract and will only come to your house when you call them. Prices are very good. overall I am happy with this company

David was great.  I am remodeling a house that had evidence of termites.  He came out and looked over the property.  He showed up on time and was extremely knowledgeable.  After contracting him to treat the existing house and pretreat the additions, he was extremely flexible and worked around my schedule.  His employees were very friendly and professional.  David was always in contact with me and always answered his phone when I called.  I am very happy with the work they did and would highly recommend them.

Just had David over to give me an estimate an to see if we should have the house treated . He sees no sign of termites an does not recommend having anything done at this time . This company was reasonably priced, very responsive, and did an excellent job of explaining, and later treating, our termites. Their technicians always asked to be sure it was ok to drill in certain places. They showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves. I was ver pleased with this termite service, and will definitely use them again.
