Blue Sky Pest Control, the fastest growing residential and commercial pest control service in the Phoenix metro area, was started in Texas with a former parent company. Since 2003, Blue Sky has operated independently as it focuses on servicing the Phoenix metro area. Blue Sky started with 1 office administrator and 2 great technicians. I am from Phoenix. My family and my wife's family live in the Valley as well. We work hard to provide a service that we feel great about putting our name on. The reason we are successful is because we have great people working with us. We work hard to find and attract people that find satisfaction in taking care of other people. Some people are more wired to do this than others and we are lucky enough to work with a lot of them.

Blue sky had great service, after going back and forth a bit with them a bit, they took measurements of the house, and had a look through for cracks and seals that were compromised. After the first week of them coming through not a single scorpion was found after finding them weekly. Everyone I worked with was very professional and knowledgeable.

I called to inquire about getting a pest control service that will handle it ALL.
I explained the most important problem currently RIGHT NOW we have is pigeons trying to nest under the clay tiles on our roof.
They ' BS ' immediately responded with we can send someone out to discuss the problem and absolutely can take care of that and the regular exterminator service you need.
They send someone out immediately. Within 72 hours. After discussing it with him and showing him the problem , he agrees that whether it's pigeons or mice in attic or under clay tiles, that it can be taken care of.
Long story short - after paying around $200 (not to mention being committed to a monthly service ) and be told it can be handled the following week when someone else comes out says to me flat out (after spraying for insects ) oh no we do not have the capabilities/ scope of removing , trapping etc pigeons
Really??? So why all the hype telling me it's not a problem and it can ALL be handled with one exterminator service ; their business ' blue sky ' !?
So now I'm out the money and waste of my time committing to being home & not at work , for not one but two service techs to come out and not address the problem when clearly if they check the voice recorded call and see what the chief complaint was when I called in initially! Thanks a lot for not only NOT refunding me the full amount ( other the the insect spray ) but a complete waste of my time only be back to square one.
I will not recommend this service and do not consider it to be rated 5 stars when the person over the phone was deceitful to begin with.  This could have ALL been avoided if she did her job correctly from day one.

Amazingly thorough and transparent with estimates and service. Kyle H, my technician and Monty, the sales rep were both beyond professional. They answered all my endless questions and messages. The work was clearly explained in the estimate with a diagram. I was fortunate to be home to observe the attention to detail. The work was more than I expected with a thorough walk through at the end. What an amazing company. Highly recommend this team.

Hired this company in February to help me with a roof rat problem in my Phoenix home.  After 9 months, I have paid Blue Sky over $2,000 and still have as many rats as I had on day one. The last straw was when Matt (the rat expert) came to my home and told me that we needed a smoke test which would cost me an additional $1,200.  That afternoon I contacted another pest company and told them my story. They came out today with a contractor, and for $275 they did what Blue Sky couldn't do in 9 months. They found two broken vent pipes inside my walls along with a rat's nest.  Problem solved. This is definitely one of those moments when I wished Yelp would allow someone to give zero stars. One star suggests they did something other than take my money and laugh.  

Maybe call these guys if you have bugs, or other pests, but if you have rats, look elsewhere. Waste of money.

We were doing a remodel on our Central Phoenix home to find roof rats had taken occupancy in the attic.  Blue Sky Pest Control sent a technician out walked the property and showed us exactly where the roof rats where entering.  Blue sky out-lined a 4 point plan how they were going to remediate the problem.  We are very satisfied with the the results and would recommend Blue Sky to anyone with a roof rate problem.

I have been a blue sky customer for years. I am about to fire them. I have had scorpion issues for a bit. I know it's because of the crickets.  I asked them to take care of this. I hear them all the time. Tonight I found 2 scorpions in the house I called their number and this will blow your mind. Of course I am told a live representative will answer shortly. What I get is bad hold music. Silence. Then some recording asking about how well the person helped me on a scale of 1 to 5. THERE IS NO LIVE REPRESENTATIVE.  Sorry blue sky. You're getting fired tonight after using you for almost 12 years. You're a joke. To big for your britches. Competition is tight. Love the American way. If you suck. There's always someone to take your place. Maybe Blue Sky is too big to care for those that helped them when they were going door to door looking for work.

Update after this review Nate the owner of Blue Sky called me. We had a very nice conversation and he was very concerned about my experience I had last night. Thank you Nate for reaching out. That effort alone and the concern you had for my situation is the reason I am continuing service. I am big on second chances because we will fall short at times. Nobody is perfect although most people expect perfection. That's not reasonable. So thanks again for bird dogging this. So with this new development I am changing the star rating.

I have been a Blue Sky customer for  10 years.  Since I pay monthly, I am discontinuing my service at the end of this month.   The techs that come to your house are polite and hard working but if you need additional service, the management personnel is condescending and argumentative.  After multiple negative encounters, I finally reached the breaking point when they raised my rate without notice.  

UPDATE...The owner of Blue Sky called me.  He asked  for details of my encounters that were subpar.  He spent a lot of time listening and apologized for the lack of customer service.  He stated he will use this information to improve the quality of  service.

I used this company for one full year. I had to ask for repeat visits on several occasions and the spider, scorpion issues were never solved. I spoke with the technician repeatedly and he agreed he was unable to rid my home of spiders. Upon contacting branch mgr Matt I was told, well it's like Charlotte's web He said you could use windex and it's the same thing. They still come back...hmmm?? dont waste your money here! Apparently they use windex, lol.

They never miss a beat! I have been using Blue Sky Pest Control for over 6 months now and they have only been perfect!  They call me ahead of time to let me know they are on their way over each and every time without missing a beat. They only hire professional and nice people (never felons that show up to your house smelling like smoke and hung over). Quality all around. We had a scorpion issue and now we don't because they do what they say they are going to do, kill bugs and rid them of your house.

We pay around $70 per month and they come out 1 every other month to spray. If you call them and ask for an additional spraying, they never try to charge you.  They are always polite and professional.

Since hiring them, we have not seen or had 1 scorpion in our house and thank goodness since we have 3 little ones.

Once you hire them, you will never regret your decision.

I will never use Blue Sky Pest Control again. They left a bait box with poison in it wide open in my back yard. That poison could of killed my dog or my nephew or niece that come over all the time if any of them got to it. The idiot who came literally left it wide open. Very easily accessible. Unbelievable and unforgivable. I'd give zero stars if I could. Don't trust this company.

We were referred to Blue Sky Pest Control from a friend who has used them for a while now. Unfortunately, our experience wasn't as good as hers has been. Our next door neighbor's vacated their house, and left behind a horrible infestation of mice which are now coming to my house looking for food. I spend 25 minutes on the initial phone call with Blue Sky explaining the rodent problem being our top priority, insects have never been an issue. After being assured they would assess the situation and take action on the very first visit, I signed the contract. The tech came out within 3 days, did the usual spraying for insects inside and out. When I asked what the plan was for the mice he stated he doesn't specialize in rodents, someone else will have to come out. He said he would call his manager and let him know the situation and we should get a call back shortly. After 8 days of waiting, I called Blue Sky again, the woman on the phone assured me a manager would be calling me first thing Monday morning.  Well.... once again, no call. Clearly the BS in Blue Sky stands for something else. I called to cancel and was told there is a $45 cancelation fee.  I will gladly pay it, however why should I pay something to someone who never finished the job to begin with?

VERY pushy sales tactics. After several failed attempts over the phone to let them know we were satisfied with our current company I felt pressured and just set up a visit to appease them. Once out here I felt bombarded with not one but two of their employees who again were overly assertive. I reluctantly showed them around the property and once gone I felt a sense of relief. I received a call the following day again from Jamie who assured me they could beat our current pricing, I asked her to just email over their proposal with the services they're offering and cost. She stated it wasn't possible and they'd need to come back out in person and also need a copy of our bill from our current service provider. Just seems really weird, especially during these times. No thanks Blue Sky!!

Over the years I've tried a couple different pest control companies but Blue Sky consistently meets and exceeds all expectations. We have had them for a couple years now and couldn't be happier. The professional, uniformed technicians treat all areas and perimeter of your yard so there is no need to have them treat inside. I have referred several people to them who have been very happy and I highly recommend their services. Not the most inexpensive, but you can't put a price on quality and consistency. Travis was thorough and complete and even spent time talking with me after our regular maintenance service today to address any concerns and questions. It's nice to have a local company such as Blue Sky in the valley who treat their customers well and deliver results.

I have used Bluesky before at my house and they where so awesome that I gave them a call to come check some termite activity at my moms. Monty Roberts right away noticed that the property was new and did an online search and discovered that it was under warranty despite the builder telling us it wasn't. He had me call the company when he was on site to make sure they will warranty the pre treatment. I can't thank bluesky and Monty enough, with no doubt they are the best pest control company in the State. Thank you!!!!!

I've used Blue Sky for my house in Mesa and I guess since I never saw any bugs I just forgot how awesome they really are.

I recently moved to Gilbert and transferred my service. Lucas is the tech who showed up and I am so glad I use this pest control. Lucas was super nice, professional, and explained to me everything he did inside and outside of my home. There was no rushing or pretending to do something that wasn't done.

5 stars for sure. We are no longer on a contract with them but I don't see us leaving any time soon!

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. We have been customers for a few years. Blue Sky is incompetent, unable to adhere to schedules, and do not care for their customers.

After they were a no-show (once again), I called to complain. They dodged the issue and after a few hours I finally got a call back. The management blamed the error on a new employee.

I told them we were unhappy and they literally said OK. They blamed it on the new girl rather than addressing the issue.

We immediately switched services. Ozone pest control picked up the ball and made it happen. They were diligent, considerate and professional.

I'm taking a pic of this post so when they delete it, I'll have a copy.

AGAIN, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They do not care about their customers, only their $$$. After years of customer loyalty they acted so unprofessionally it's shocking.

I was actually a referral customer, so I knew prior to hiring them that they did a good job, however they exceeded my expectations anyway. They scheduled my appointment within 2 days, arrived at the beginning of the 2 hour window and were very professional and friendly throughout the process. Everything was explained and since they were here I haven't seen one scorpion! Prior to the treatment we were finding them on a nightly basis and were very worried not only for ourselves but for our little dog.

Charges are reasonable too, I suggest you consider their ongoing treatment as it's a good deal and it will keep the pests in check.

I wouldn't go with Blue Sky Pest Control!!! They have the worst customer service!! I had requested to hold off on my services for a bit for financial reason, just to come home to see that they showed up while I was out and I never approved it!!! Now I am getting a bill for $76 for services I never approved. I also requested to get it cancelled ask for something by mail and get a bill!!! Worst CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!

Total Scam. On my initial call fielded by Matt - we set up services and all was well. The service tech showed up and wanted me to sign a 12 month agreement for service with a $50 cancellation fee. This was never discussed in the initial consultation. This is a typical bait and switch type of deal they are offering right now with the $50 coupon both on Angie's List and their website. PAY ATTENTION -  you are paying the cancellation fee up front. THERE REALLY IS NO DISCOUNT. They are counting on you to miss this in their contract. Unfortunately for them - my wife is a lawyer and she immediately noticed this after reading the entire contract.

This is extremely poor business practice and makes them look untrustworthy. They apparently tried to pull one over on us. Sorry - didn't happen here. Move on to the next sucker!

Hint - they aren't the only pest control company around. Matt tried to hard sell me anyway on their services. Just pathetic.

Oh - I should mention the technician that showed up was actually very nice and apologized for the 12 month contract issue. He said this happens frequently. I didn't blame him - just the company and Matt's forgetfulness.  If your looking for integrity - move along - this isn't the company for you.

Very pleased with BlueSky. Basically the same price as Terminix but local.
They e-mail my invoice and tell me what they did. Online payment. Very patient when I'm late on payments.
They discount if you go for a year, otherwise you can pay a one-time visit.
As a service they come every other month, or anytime you want. They will treat for special problems (ants) and don't charge extra for the extra visits or anything.
A+ for setting expectations (properly instructed me I'd see MORE dead bugs at first because they were treating and then I'd see less after the first month, etc...)
A+ for not charging for extra visits if there were bugs they didn't get or to target inside, etc...

NOT happy a lady came out for a termite inspection and charged my card on file $100 even though I specifically declined the 'termite insurance'. They reversed the charge without a fight, though.

I started using Blue sky pest control about a year ago because other companies did not address the scorpion problem I had. After my dog was stung the second time, I decided to find a company that would actually get rid of the problem, which they did in no time. thank you Blue sky for a job well done.

I reviewed and got bids from several companies a few years ago when we discovered we had termites.  Blue Skys rep Jeremiah stood out and we had them do the treatment.  The service person who performed the treatment also seemed competent, thorough  and professional.  We opted for a 2 year warranty. We called and they came out at the 1 yr mark to recheck-all was ok.  Then when we went to sell our home, the buyers inspector noted termite stains and stated that they could not of course speak to the other companies job.  It became a point of contention potentially compromising the deal.  I called Blue Sky and they not only sent an inspector out the very next day-who confirmed that they were OLD stains and nothing was active but also went ahead and scheduled a technician for the very next day to come and re-treat anyways to put the buyer at ease.  I would call this going above and beyond for the customer!  I usually don't take the time to write reviews like this-but this was well deserved.
ps. I have since been told that windex /amonia will remove the old stains - wish I had known that earlier!

I called the number given to me. BY the responding Blue Sky representative on Yelp only to find it was disconnected.  I then googled their contact info and spoke with someone and was told that Justin is a manager and is aware of my situation and would call me back.  That was yesterday around 2pm.  It's now 4pm on Friday and still no call.  I'm super glad I wasted 20 minutes of my lunch break tracking down your employee per your request only to find yet again your people are A.) incompetent or B.) just don't give a crap.  

My experiences with your company would be laughable if they weren't so frustrating and wasteful of my time.  To recap:
1. Texted me asking for a review
2. Neglected to respond when I texted back my dissatisfaction with service
3. Neglected to process my payment info and promised to contact - failed on both
4. Continued to send payment requests while never addressing service concerns
5. Yelp response to my poor review with a disconnected phone number and lets be honest, no real intention to address or correct issues

So, after all this I had a long talk with Justin at Blue Sky.  He was patient and understanding and genuinely concerned and interested in my feedback.  More than anything I appreciated someone following up and listening.  After this call and Justin's direct phone number in the event of any future issues I have agreed to give the company another chance...

I would give them a 4 star review on the actual bug removal/prevention service. We still see some bugs but haven't had any serious problems and the men that come to service the house are polite and friendly.  So 4/5 stars for no serious problems, but a few scorpions still spotted around the house.

What drops their review is that they like to reduce trips to my area at any cost.  As a result, the service intervals are really unpredictable...every other month can mean Dec 31-Feb1 (~33 days) or Oct 1 - Dec 31 (~90 days.)  I'm not that remote, I'm in Cave Creek.

Finally, what really dropped the review was some water theft.  If you answer the door when they arrive, service goes as expected.  If you don't answer the door and just let them do their thing, at the end of the call they hook their hose up to your house and fill their giant tank mounted on their truck.  When spoke to them over the phone about them taking that water without asking, I was assured that's normal, they have to do that to make all their service calls in a single trip.

I suppose ~50 gallons of water isn't that much, but that really came across as shady when it's correlated with whether or not I'm home.

Bob at Blue Sky Pest Control was so reassuring and helpful when we weren't getting clear answers from our apartment building about bugs we were finding in our home. Luckily, we called Bob for a second opinion, we emailed him some photos and he promptly steered us in the direction to take care of the problem. I absolutely recommend their company for your pest control needs. When I become a homemaker, I will use Blue Sky because I know they are truly interested in their client's best interest. Thanks Bob!

I've been a customer for about a year.  We had a big problem with scorpions, 3-5 in the house every day.  Dozens in the yard, found with a black light.  Things were great for a year.  We started to have some issues since the weekend.  4-6 scorpions in the house and a dozen found in the yard.   We called Blue Sky and schedule a call.  They were a bit hesitant to come out, only because they had just been the week before but when we explained our concern about the uptick in scorpion sightings they came out and did a real thorough job around the house and yard. The guys who come out are always very polite, helpful and professional.

Tom Aspell came out and inspected my home.  He was professional and courteous and patiently explained all my options.  I was already with another termite company and wanted to see what else is out there.  After considering all my options and because I was still under warranty with the other termite company, I will stay with them but Tom made a positive impression for Blue Sky Pest Control.

I love this company.  I have a huge fear of roaches.  Although I have only seen 3 or 4 in my house in 2 years I decided to get pest control services.  They did not try to push me at all.  In fact the guy told me I probably only needed them to come by once a year.  We compromised that would come every 3 months. Lol!  I just felt the honesty and not trying to use my fear to gain more money from me was a breath of fresh air.  I definitely recommend them to everyone.

I have not seen Blue Sky Pest Control in my home since April of this year and here we are August. It was my understanding that they were to come out every three months to treat. I tried calling the number several times on the card provided to us. Cannot get anyone to answer the phone. I'm not happy with them at this point. I still continue to see critters inside the house. Unless someone calls me back today, we will discontinue using them which is a shame because they came highly recommended to us by a friend.

Description of Work Done:  I just had the initial treatment done on my house and I am scheduled for bimonthly treatments.  The main bugs I am after are the black widows and ants.  I am thankful to have none in my house but I figured it better to get the treatment prior to discovering them in my house.

Quality of Work Completed:  I didn't think I would see such instantaneous results but there tons of dead bugs everywhere.  I mean tons of them.  It has been a few weeks since the first treatment and I still don't see any.  So far, this seems pretty legit.  10 out of 10.

Value:  My initial treatment was 70 bucks after I told them I found them on Angie's list.  I wouldn't say that this is a total steal, but it would have cost me $125 had I not mentioned Angie's List.  My neighbor just had his home sprayed and said it was about $75, so with this piece of info, based on other research and the results so far, I would this a fair value.  5 out of 10.

Customer Service:  XXX was the guy that came out to my home and he did a fantastic job of explaining everything.  He took what he did pretty serious and was more than willing to take the time to explain what each chemical does and why he sprays in certain locations.  He also very conscientious of my kittens.   10 out of 10.

Overall:  After the initial treatment, I am pretty sure I will keep using them for regular services.  I would make sure you comb through their Angie's List sales to make sure you are getting the best deals available.  25 out of 30, 4 stars.

We have been with them for 4 years now and have been very pleased. Excellent customer service and all the bugs are dead if we do find a bug in the house it's usually dead. They have given us discounts and kept very good notes and still pay attention to requests made 4 years ago. I would recommend them.

The representatives in the office are incompetent. When I met with the technician we agreed to have my monthly payments automatically taken out of my checking account. The first few months the payments came out. After that I received a call and email from someone In the office stating I had a bill that needed to be paid for the month. I explained to her that I had automatic payments but paid and told her to re set up the automatic payments. She said she would. The next month comes and again I get a call and email saying they never received my payment. I again told her I was supposed to have them automatically come out of my account and forwarded her the emails. She said she would fix the issue and moving forward they would come out of my account. THE NEXT MONTH I RECEIVED THE SAME CALL AND EMAIL. I was so annoyed I decided to cancel the service but still had to pay the cancellation fee and that months payment. I would never recommend such horrible service to anyone. Do not hire this company!!! They were also very unprofessional and rude.

Very disappointed with Blue Sky Pest Control. Hubby and I were repeat customers (three different addresses) and the past few times our tech would show up later and later in the day. Our most recent - and FINAL - treatment, the tech finally showed up close to 5:00 PM and did not even know what service we actually needed. We did not request/need an interior treatment, yet he was under the impression that we had. We have a serious scorpion problem in our neighborhood, so we frequently have our yard maintained, keep things clean and tidy to avoid providing shelter for scorpions. Our block wall is even sealed, finished, and painted so no cinder block seams. Yet, even after one full year of service with Blue Sky (bimonthly), our scorpion problem is just as bad as it was when we first began. Moving onto another more reliable and highly rated local company.

This pest control service was great to explain everything, show up on time, and offer decent pricing. While it is not the cheapest, it is one of those you get what you pay for things. You get a deal for setting up bimonthly service, and breaking that contract is only 49 bucks, not too bad! All the staff was friendly, from people on the phone to the person that came out to the house.

They have been out to the house 3 times for scheduled service inside and out.  Still seeing earwigs and scorpions.  Failed to show up yesterday for scheduled service after I waited for 2 hours.  VERY unhappy that we are still seeing live insects and their total disregard to other peoples schedules.  The reason they did not show up - the technician did not check in.  REALLY????  How about a phone call?  Super annoyed with this company.

My daughter was stung one night by a scorpian while in the house.  The little bugger blended in perfectly with our carpet and was not easily seen, but I was able to find it and make sure it wouldnt sing anyone again.  Needless to say, I went into freak out mode and called around.  Blue Sky came up in my internet search and I explained what happened and they were very understanding and rearranged some things and were able to come out the same day.  They explained what they did and how it keeps the scorpians away, they provided me with a one time option or a every other month service, which I opted to do.  I have not seen a scorpian since, in addition, there are no spiders or other little buggers.  I get calls the day before they are scheuled to come out.  They also have a no scorpian guarantee - luckily I haven't had to take advantage of that.

I have used Blue sky Pest Control for many years on my homes. Our Laveen home(4000 sq ft lot) for  3 years, we stopped service for 6 months as we bought our new home. Service for 3 years(9000 sq ft lot). Same price and same service. We moved out of arizona for a year. When we returned we had them service our new house, less that 2000 sq ft lot, same price as before.  
They have always been available to answer my questions, for the most part. Have always been friendly and workable. I even allow them to fill up the water container in back of their truck for my service and however after, never asked for them to pay my water bill.
So we run into some financial trouble, after all moving across country and back due to marriage laws is expensive, We asked for them to hold service till we could get back on our feet, they could only hold it a couple of months. When I told them I could not pay for the service they told me I would have $50.00 cancellation fee. But that it would be given back to me, as soon as I have stable ground to re-start service.
I am disappointed that a loyal customer like myself who spends money on water bill for them and pays them, who HAD refereed quite a bit of people to Blue Sky is not being treated with respect or compassion. I understand they have rules....but really you offer me back the $50.00 once I come back. I asked if they hold our agreement till it was better, No they said. I asked if they could waive that fee, since you would give back anyway, No they said.
So I paid the same amount for all three houses, for over 6 years in combined time to this company. All three houses had vastly different sizes of treated areas. This is the smallest at 2000 sq ft, the largest 9000 sq ft....same price.

Do they really think I will be back. I understand their rules but they only caring about money they get and free water from peoples home. There is no adjustment for size of property. If there is they did not adjust it for us.

If they want us back they need to make it up to us. I have the $50.00 bill.....I dont know when it will get paid. I have many other more important bills....like basic bills for a house.  Also I did just finish my real estate test....do you think I am going to refer my customers to them.....no I doubt it....

Update.... They did credit the $50.00 and apologized that it was not resolved sooner. They grew and things changed they are sorry it happened.

We had just moved into a new beautiful townhouse and we were very excited to be upgrading our lives from apartment living. Well, after being in our new place for 3 days, we discovered, to our absolute HORROR, that there were BEDBUGS in our new place!

We knew we didn't bring them with us, we didn't have any pests at all from our apartment. Our new owners were upset also, and they told us that they were not aware of any problem with bedbugs... we were getting nervous and getting the feeling that we might have to pay for the treatment if the owners thoughts it was us who brought them with us. It was important to everyone that we find out how they were in the house, and for how long. the guys at Blue Sky were very professional and friendly, they were able to determine that the bugs had been in our house for quite some time, and that we didn't bring them in with us (Thank GOD). They came in and sprayed every nook and cranny in our bedrooms and living room. I was nervous about them not using any heat treatment, because I'd heard that was the only way to kill them. We don't have any carpet and we caught the problem just in time, I think that had a little to do with the success of us completely getting rid of the bugs.

Blue Sky came out and treated 3 separate times, and were thorough and professional, and they even worked with my owners via email (since my owners live in California). We were very diligent to follow every instruction they gave us. It was one big traumatizing process, but in the end the BEDBUGS WERE GONE FOR GOOD!!!!

Thank you, Blue Sky guys! I will recommend you to everyone I know!

(off topic, but: to the review that said rung my doorbell repeatedly throughout the day. I saw it was a salesman and did not open the door. In retaliation, he jammed a thick cardstock flyer in my doorway, which damaged the weatherstripping. are you serious????? LOL!!!!! That made me laugh so hard. your poor, poor weather stripping HAHA! I seriously doubt it was retaliation haha!

I have used this company through the household that I manage, and I can't complain too much.  When I call to make an appointment I am directed through a voice automated call at first but I do not have to wait long to speak to a friendly person in customer service.  They have appointments available next day (not too bad.)  Inspectors and service men have been out to the house several times to do different termite treatments in the large home that I work out of.  Every time someone has come out to the house they have been very professional and honest.  I would recommend giving this company a try.

top notch professionalism.  I love the way their billing system works, sends me an email to remind me that they are coming, and automatically bills my account/CC.  Very easy.  Their staff is clean cut and the folks that answer the phone are very competant and informative.   We had a serious scorpion problem apon moving into our home in March and now six months after starting service, we have none.  Blue Sky told us exactly what to expect in terms of bug activity in the first couple months of service, and has been right on.  I highly recommend them for peace of mind, customer service, and getting rid of bugs!

You have provided service at two of my homes here in Maricopa for about 4 years now at what I consider a reasonable price. I like your guarantee that you will re-treat as needed between normal bi-monthly applications. That has happened a couple of times to treat for ants. I rarely see bug activity which tells me your products and applications are working. I have referred you to a couple of my neighbors and they are happy. You also successfully treated my home for termites about 3 years ago. Excellent!!!

You usually don't think about being Wow-ed by your bug guy, but Blue Sky Pest Control did an awesome job. When the technician showed up at my house for the first service, he was surprisingly a pleasure to work with. Professional, well kept, well spoken . . . kicked all the pest control stigmas. He was thorough and exceeded the expectations that were set during my initial set up.

When the technician left, I felt taken care of and that my questions and needs were met. Bottom line, it was great service!

Regarding the quality and efficacy of the service, I have not seen any more bugs in our master bedroom (where they seemed to be coming in droves). Everything is in order and they do have a service guarantee stating that if there is ever a spike in bugs in between services, they will come out for free and take care of it.

Beware!  The service that I ended up receiving was not clearly indicated upon my initial call. I was told I would have to pay $25 for a bait box, which I paid for upon the initial visit. I was told it would be $129 to have a service tech come out to place bait in a locked box & set in a prime location.  Then the tech would come back to check for activity and add additional bait, if needed.   I was not told the $129 was for a one time-service and I would have continue to pay if a tech was to return.  I did have the box, but it was left locked.  I received a quote from another pest control company that charges $120 total, which includes a tech coming out once a month for 6 months to re-bait, and  no extra cost for a box.  I would NOT recommend Blue Sky!

We've had Blue Sky at 2 of our homes here in the Valley. Blue Sky treated one home for termites. They did an awesome job! We could not tell where they had to drill into our concrete and pavers to treat our house. We currently use their pest control services, which we've been very happy with! I highly recommend having Cindy out to your home for a termite inspection!

The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and available-always a live person on the phone! They listened to all of my & my wife's concerns and were very thorough when treating our home. Very honest and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable company. Haven't seen pests in or around our home since hiring them! This is honestly the best service I have used since buying our home 10+ years ago, others charged the same price, but did not put in the same effort or quality work that this company does.

Very unsatisfied with this company. The salesman who arrived at my door was very enthusiastic and passionate about this company so I made the switch from my previous company, only to find out that two months later everything would go downhill and my salesman who promised to take care of me was no longer their. They never get back to me when I call but are quick to charge my card for services that I am not even notified of.

The technician was helpful and always polite but I am happy to say that I am no longer a customer with Blue Sky Pest Control.

Blue Sky gets 1 star because of the lack of professionalism on the part of their office staff not their technicians.  We had been with Blue Sky Pest Control for four years. Which to us meant we were loyal and would hopefully be treated as a loyal customer. Instead when we called almost three weeks out from our next spraying about issues with ants in our yard we were told they would not come out and spray in between service dates, instead they would move up our next service. I protested, I told them I didn't mind them killing the ants now and then spraying on schedule but I was told they would not come out and deal with the ants as a between service trip, and then come back weeks later and spray because it wouldn't be as effective. Blue Sky says they will come out between services if you see need it.  I asked if that is the case why wouldn't they get the ants and maybe push back our next appointment by a week or two. She told me that they don't do that. What is the point of saying you will service in between if you aren't going to honor your agreement. My wife then wrote an email to the company telling them our dissatisfaction with how this was handled. The response we received seemed very condescending. Here is part of that email Often times when a customer calls about pest activity so close to their next service a customer will choose to move their service forward a little rather than schedule the free call back service and then have their regular service a week or so later, as a call back service in between services does not reset the ongoing service schedule. Your ongoing services always fall around the 3rd week of the odd numbered months, so your service for March was pulled forward by a week. I called on 3/5 they came on 3/9 and our next service was supposed to be 3/21. Not only did they move it up by almost 2 weeks the email acts as if I wanted to move up the service which I did not. I only agreed to them moving up the service because my kids couldn't play in our back yard with all the ant piles back there.  Then instead of actually attempting to resolve our issue they just offered to throw money at us.I have gone ahead and credited your account $30 for the lack of service you feel that we provided. All in all loyalty is wasted on this company their customer service when you call in is only looking at their bottom line. The we will come out between services line is just a hook to get you in. Honestly their service is good, and techs are professional. Be careful of their shady office business practices.

Robert Acosta from Blue Sky inspected are home for termites. We thought we had them. He assured us we didn't, but he found an infestation of moths, he told us how to eliminate them ourselves. I 've had all sorts of sales people at my house in the last 20 years, none of them were as professional, knowledgeable and honest as Robert. He wasn't going to sell us something we didn't need and he could have easily convinced us we had termites. We also had an infestation of crickets, we used his company to eliminate the cricket population, it is a lot quieter evenings without the constant chirping of crickets in one of the dark corners of the house.This company knows what customer service is

Excellent customer service! We have had multiple companies for pest control and Blue Sky has definitely been the best. They come out every other month but if you have a problem they will come out in between scheduled services. Techs have always been friendly and polite. I would highly recommend this company.

I had a termite treatment done on my home last week.  A trench was created  around the entire house and holes drilled through the concrete to inject termiticide under the foundation. I did have some trouble getting an appointment for the initial inspection because this company seems to keep banker's hours. When I did get the inspection, the cost was reasonable, pricing options were given, and the guy wasn't pushy. The treatment was completed on a day that I had to work (someone else had to be there). I dread having people do work when I can't supervise, I mean what if they leave a mess? When I arrived home I was extremely happy with their work and the clean-up. #1 When they dug around the house, the moved away the gravel and then put it back after they covered the trench. #2 The drill holes into the concrete were cleaned and filled nicely with no trace of debris or concrete dust remaining. #3 They had to cut into my built in garage cabinets to drill through the floor, but they put the cut pieces back in nicely and there was no saw dust left behind. Overall, I would have to say that these people do exceptional work and I would absolutely recommend them if you need a termite treatment.
