Isaac is seriously the best in his field! My family has been working with him for years and we've always been satisfied with his level of service. He is detail-oriented, thorough, and highly professional. On top of that, he's very knowledgeable about the life cycles and behavior patterns of native pest species. Isaac also takes the time to explain his process, why he uses certain chemicals or materials, how they work, and how long before you start to see their effects.

My husband and I recently had a terrible cricket infestation in our new house and, after a visit from Isaac, we noticed a difference literally overnight. Before Isaac came along we'd be listening to a symphony of crickets chirping like it was nobody's business in our master bed/bath all night long. After one visit from Isaac, that same night we were able to finally have a restful and SILENT night's sleep. Die crickets, die.

Jason has been servicing my house for almost 7 years. He is always prompt, courteous and offers customer service beyond any service provider I've ever worked with. He answers any questions I have and goes out of his way to make sure the bugs stay outside my house. Truth be told, he does such a good job that I can't remember finding a bug in my house. The reason there aren't more reviews here for him is that people like me take him for granted because he is always there for us, no matter what. Shame on us for not getting on here and telling the world how great he is so others who rely on online reviews can have the same great experience we've all had. Call him and thank me later!

Prompt, professional and reasonably priced!  I called Michael at 5:15 PM on a Thursday and he was out and took care of the problem before the sunset.  The next day there were no bees.  We had a huge hive in our wall and he recommended Whole Kit & Caboodle (Bill Beal) at 480-980-4739 to remove it.  I would also highly recommend his services.  We were glad we had the hive removed because there was approximately 150 pounds of honey in our wall.  So many bees - between Michael and Bill I received a good education on bee activity.  Highly recommend both.

I was so so so happy with their service and it's been since the 10th of October and no signs of any Black Widows.  My RV was loaded with those spiders. I placed the call and they respond right away. Jamie was on time, asked lots of questions about what issues I was having so he could determine the best treatment and was very thorough. He made sure I knew what was being done and what to look out for so that I could let him know for next time in addition to giving me prevention tips as well. Overall a great experience!

We had a BIG scorpion infestation in the summer of 2015. We found Steve through Facebook with great reviews. He came out the NEXT day, sprayed inside and out, and almost two years later we've had ZERO scorpions since! He does more than just scorpions but here in Phx the scorpions are the biggest nuisance. I can guarantee peace of mind using Moose Pest Control!

Integrity / competent service is very important to me not to mention a fair price.  We hired Heritage to rid us of a tick problem, our poor dog had ticks on ticks.  They answered all our questions and scheduled us for the next day.  They did a VERY THOROUGH job inside and out of our house and even informed us of some termite trails knowing that we had a 5 year contract with another provider.  If your looking for a honorable company that will put you first call Heritage, I did and will in the future.

Tech was super pleasant to talk to and was very knowledgeable in terms of the type of spray that they were using. I'd highly recommend this local company to anyone! Kind, prompt, and budget friendly... can't beat that!

We had this business treat our front and rear desert landscaping for weed control, as well as our rear lawn area. Irish was punctual, professional, knowledgeable and personable. I would not hesitate to use this company again in the future, as well as recommend them highly!!

Just moved to town and called Bug Commander since I saw a lot of spider webs outside. They did a great job and were very friendly. I'm going to use their quarterly service.

I don't appreciate them coming to my door when I'm trying to make dinner at 5pm to get my kids ready for their sports. The sales kid seemed rather pushy and told me they were going to be in out neighborhood tomorrow.

Seems kind of short notice to those of is who are at work. I'm not going to take the time off on short notice to wait around for them.

I have a termite warranty with Sexton, and have had to call their technicians four different times for the same area. Each time after the treatment, the termites would come back.

On a separate note, we have had regular pest spraying inside and outside the house after calling them about terrible ants in our backyard, and it did absolutely nothing to fix our ant problem.

Very displeased with their service. I give them two stars because their technicians are always very nice and courteous.
