We have known Isaac for so many years we lost track. He is prompt, friendly, VERY thorough, loves animals which is good since we have a mini-zoo, and he has a good sense of humor too!   His chemicals are fairly safe for our household and that says a lot! Whatever he does - I don't know - but I have no pests at home aside from the ones I want!

Started using this company for monthly pest control at my house based on a recommendation from a friend. And I'm glad I did so. They are reasonably priced, reliable and very friendly.  Happy to be able to support a local company versus one of these larger pest control companies.

This is the second time I have used Michael. If you want to know anything about bees, he is your man. If you need to get rid of them, he is your man too! Had a hive in a block wall this time. It amazing me how he can get rid of them. He guarantees his work for 30 days too. Had him on Monday and bees moved on by Tuesday. He is amazing. He also shows up fast because he knows his customers want the visitors to BEE Gone fast!

I was so so so happy with their service and it's been since the 10th of October and no signs of any Black Widows.  My RV was loaded with those spiders. I placed the call and they respond right away. Jamie was on time, asked lots of questions about what issues I was having so he could determine the best treatment and was very thorough. He made sure I knew what was being done and what to look out for so that I could let him know for next time in addition to giving me prevention tips as well. Overall a great experience!

We had a BIG scorpion infestation in the summer of 2015. We found Steve through Facebook with great reviews. He came out the NEXT day, sprayed inside and out, and almost two years later we've had ZERO scorpions since! He does more than just scorpions but here in Phx the scorpions are the biggest nuisance. I have been a customer of Heritage Pest Control since 1980.  That's over 400 monthly treatments.  I have owned 8 houses in that time and have used Heritage for monthly service in every one of my houses.  They are the most reliable and trustworthy business I have dealt with in the Valley.  Not only that, but they go the extra mile.  If Gary treats my house on garbage day he always brings the garbage containers from the curb to the house.  Who else does something extra like that?  And finally, their prices are extremely reasonable.

Tech was super pleasant to talk to and was very knowledgeable in terms of the type of spray that they were using. I'd highly recommend this local company to anyone! Kind, prompt, and budget friendly... can't beat that!

I was recommended by a fellow Irish dance parent to this company after complaining about the termite company the previous homeowner had used on our recently purchased home that had a 1 year service treatment agreement. Irish pest and termite came out the same week I called and inspected our entire home and found tiny burrows we hadn't even discovered (or the previous company that had come just a week prior). Ronald, our termite inspector and treatment guy, was amazing. My kids loved that he showed us an actual termite and info about them (so now they aren't afraid to use their bathroom wear a colony was found) and my usually grouchy dog warmed up to him quickly as well! Their prices, warranty and service far surpassed my expectations. Bummed the previous company was so terrible because their treatment was still free within 1 year warranty but clearly they weren't doing the job. Grateful I contacted Irish pest because I already see results from their treatment 24 hours ago!

Highly recommended to us by our realtor and sellers' realtor.  Lack of follow through, missed appointments, always an excuse as to why appointments were missed.  Called another pest control service in the area and had property re-inspected.  Apparently Bug Commander didn't think we would ever crawl under the house or go into the attic to confirm their work.  Now we have pictures that clearly show the work they claimed to have completed was not done.  Such a disappointment.  We like supporting small local businesses but this one won't get our business ever again.

Tanner Valentine was the technician that sprayed my home. He was very knowledgeable with answers to my questions. His customer service is more than I expected. Thank you for great service.

We have been using sexton pest control for 10 years on a monthly basis.  They are always polite, dependable, extremely thorough,  and we have had no pest problems since we started doing business with them.  They always go out of their way to make sure we're happy. We would not even consider changing at this time.
