Isaac is seriously the best in his field! My family has been working with him for years and we've always been satisfied with his level of service. He is detail-oriented, thorough, and highly professional. On top of that, he's very knowledgeable about the life cycles and behavior patterns of native pest species. Isaac also takes the time to explain his process, why he uses certain chemicals or materials, how they work, and how long before you start to see their effects.

My husband and I recently had a terrible cricket infestation in our new house and, after a visit from Isaac, we noticed a difference literally overnight. Before Isaac came along we'd be listening to a symphony of crickets chirping like it was nobody's business in our master bed/bath all night long. After one visit from Isaac, that same night we were able to finally have a restful and SILENT night's sleep. Die crickets, die.

These folks are the best!!!!!  We live in Scottsdale - and had a sewer-roach infestation - which is GONE!!!  cannot recommend this company enough!!!!!!! We had at least two other companies attempt to mitigate this - without results.  Just the BEST!!!!!!

I just moved here from California and called several companies for prices.  I found Jason and he was affordable and knowledgeable.  Very nice guy. This is the second time I have used Michael. If you want to know anything about bees, he is your man. If you need to get rid of them, he is your man too! Had a hive in a block wall this time. It amazing me how he can get rid of them. He guarantees his work for 30 days too. Had him on Monday and bees moved on by Tuesday. He is amazing. He also shows up fast because he knows his customers want the visitors to BEE Gone fast!

I was so so so happy with their service and it's been since the 10th of October and no signs of any Black Widows.  My RV was loaded with those spiders. I placed the call and they respond right away. Jamie was on time, asked lots of questions about what issues I was having so he could determine the best treatment and was very thorough. He made sure I knew what was being done and what to look out for so that I could let him know for next time in addition to giving me prevention tips as well. Overall a great experience!

I have been a customer of Heritage Pest Control since 1980.  That's over 400 monthly treatments.  I have owned 8 houses in that time and have used Heritage for monthly service in every one of my houses.  They are the most reliable and trustworthy business I have dealt with in the Valley.  Not only that, but they go the extra mile.  If Gary treats my house on garbage day he always brings the garbage containers from the curb to the house.  Who else does something extra like that?  And finally, their prices are extremely reasonable.

Tech was super pleasant to talk to and was very knowledgeable in terms of the type of spray that they were using. I'd highly recommend this local company to anyone! Kind, prompt, and budget friendly... can't beat that!

I moved & signed a new contract with them. I didn't super love the contract didn't follow me but is to the property BUT if I had paid attention, I would have known that. So, heads up for someone else.

I obviously signed a new contract because I was happy with this company & the service. Reasonable pricing. Fabulous customer service. Excellent work ethic. Very happy & as long as I am in an area they service & I am responsible for the weeds, I will continue to hire them.

Highly recommended to us by our realtor and sellers' realtor.  Lack of follow through, missed appointments, always an excuse as to why appointments were missed.  Called another pest control service in the area and had property re-inspected.  Apparently Bug Commander didn't think we would ever crawl under the house or go into the attic to confirm their work.  Now we have pictures that clearly show the work they claimed to have completed was not done.  Such a disappointment.  We like supporting small local businesses but this one won't get our business ever again.

We have had Moxie Pest Control since moving into our home in Phoenix. Service is always excellent and if we have any issues between services, they are happy to come out again at no charge. Matt and D'Angelo were out to service my home yesterday and as always, they provided excellent service and listened to my specific needs.

John, a Prescott technician,  has provided service for us for several years. He is so personable-that's what I really like about him-very pleasant. John is very thorough, and I trust that he gives us the best attention possible. So glad he is our technician, so that we are bug and rodent free!
