We have known Isaac for so many years we lost track. He is prompt, friendly, VERY thorough, loves animals which is good since we have a mini-zoo, and he has a good sense of humor too!   His chemicals are fairly safe for our household and that says a lot! Whatever he does - I don't know - but I have no pests at home aside from the ones I want!

Started using this company for monthly pest control at my house based on a recommendation from a friend. And I'm glad I did so. They are reasonably priced, reliable and very friendly.  Happy to be able to support a local company versus one of these larger pest control companies.

I have been with the owner since he founded the company,  and I will never use anyone else. Patrick is thorough, thoughtful, informative, and just a nice overall guy. He is also exceptionally responsive to urgent issues. We had roof rats when we moved into our new home, and Patrick was out every day for a week, catching them and removing them. When we hosted a wedding in our backyard, Patrick made sure to schedule our service at a time that would minimize the ants that inundate our large property every spring, thereby maximizing our guests' comfort. He always takes the time to make suggestions and answer questions about preventative measures and causation.

Everlong is a small business, and I'm proud to support local businesses. I've had other door-to-door pest control salespeople from large companies offer me free this and free that, trying to pry my business away from Everlong, but I've never even considered their offers. Patrick's great service is well worth my loyalty as a customer.

Jason has been servicing my house for almost 7 years. He is always prompt, courteous and offers customer service beyond any service provider I've ever worked with. He answers any questions I have and goes out of his way to make sure the bugs stay outside my house. Truth be told, he does such a good job that I can't remember finding a bug in my house. The reason there aren't more reviews here for him is that people like me take him for granted because he is always there for us, no matter what. Shame on us for not getting on here and telling the world how great he is so others who rely on online reviews can have the same great experience we've all had. Call him and thank me later!

I had bees inside and outside my home. Mike from Bees Begone spent a lot of time on the phone telling me what to look for because it might just be a scouting party and he wouldn't need to come out. When the bees were still there the next day, I called Mike and he was here within an hour and took care of the problem. I highly recommend this service!!

I was so so so happy with their service and it's been since the 10th of October and no signs of any Black Widows.  My RV was loaded with those spiders. I placed the call and they respond right away. Jamie was on time, asked lots of questions about what issues I was having so he could determine the best treatment and was very thorough. He made sure I knew what was being done and what to look out for so that I could let him know for next time in addition to giving me prevention tips as well. Overall a great experience!

Semper Fi was recommended to us through our Community FB group for pigeon control.  We are so happy we called them. They responded quickly, came out to inspect for a free quote, which was very reasonable, and did an excellent job! We had a BIG scorpion infestation in the summer of 2015. We found Steve through Facebook with great reviews. He came out the NEXT day, sprayed inside and out, and almost two years later we've had ZERO scorpions since! He does more than just scorpions but here in Phx the scorpions are the biggest nuisance. I can guarantee peace of mind using Moose Pest Control!

I have been a customer of Heritage Pest Control since 1980.  That's over 400 monthly treatments.  I have owned 8 houses in that time and have used Heritage for monthly service in every one of my houses.  They are the most reliable and trustworthy business I have dealt with in the Valley.  Not only that, but they go the extra mile.  If Gary treats my house on garbage day he always brings the garbage containers from the curb to the house.  Who else does something extra like that?  And finally, their prices are extremely reasonable.

Tech was super pleasant to talk to and was very knowledgeable in terms of the type of spray that they were using. I'd highly recommend this local company to anyone! Kind, prompt, and budget friendly... can't beat that!

Originally I started looking for a company that could deal with my termite problem and found numerous companies that wanted too much money for their service and only provide 5 year warranties. As I researched Irish Pest, I found that their warranty (10 year) and price was well within my range. They are very professional, responsive and well trained technicians. Highly recommended to us by our realtor and sellers' realtor.  Lack of follow through, missed appointments, always an excuse as to why appointments were missed.  Called another pest control service in the area and had property re-inspected.  Apparently Bug Commander didn't think we would ever crawl under the house or go into the attic to confirm their work.  Now we have pictures that clearly show the work they claimed to have completed was not done.  Such a disappointment.  We like supporting small local businesses but this one won't get our business ever again.

We started our service with Moxie last year and have been very satisfied with the scheduled service calls.  The technicians are friendly and work to meet the homeowner needs and answer any questions.  Thank you Brennan for coming out today and giving out backyard the extra attention needed.

I called to cancel my home service after being an 11 year customer due to moving on June  20, 2016. They never cancelled the service. I called to have a re-service complete prior to my move - that customer service person assured me that this was fine and free. I received a bill for that service and when I called Sexton stated I never cancelled. I made several calls from July until August 4 2016 - in which Mercedes informed me my account was cancelled and the balance would be removed. Today, 09/01/2016, I receive another bill for that balance. Called Sexton only to be told the balance needed to be paid. The re-service was not covered. I can only deduce that all the other Sexton people were incompetent or lying. I now will pay this bill feeling totally betrayed for being a loyal customer. How can you operate a business without properly noting customer's accounts.
