Wesley is very honest knowledgeable and easy to talk to and so is all his crew that I have dealt with.
Frank recently did a termite treatment in a hard-to-reach crawl space area, and he left no stone unturned. Frank is the best you can get! If you need a pest control company look no further.

My wife had been telling me for months she thought we had a rat problem in our back yard. One of our dogs was sure something was living in our back yard, but my 1st thought was a lizard. When we had our queen palm trimmed in the back yard we found a rat carcass and I realized she was right. Not long after, one of our dogs got sick and I knew we needed to do something.
I came to Yelp to find a company with expertise in rodent extermination. West Coast Pest Control had great reviews so I reached out. I saw it was a small family owned and operated business which is always my top priority. Wes got me and quote and on the schedule within a couple days.
George showed up on a Saturday morning and evaluated our situation. He could not have been a more knowledgeable and kind technician. He setup 3 bait stations and explained the process in detail. Although we have not solved our problem yet the bait stations are currently set and we are simply waiting for them to rid us of our rodent issue. We have a follow up appointment scheduled in a month but I fully expect to find our disease filled unwelcome rodent guests prior to that.
George setup 3 bait stations in areas he suggested for optimal results. We have dogs so he took the time to show me how they operated to ensure no harm was done to them. We have had several different types of technicians here for multiple things over the last 7+ years. None have topped George's customer service. We felt very comfortable with him here and he is incredibly kind and professional. Thanks West Coast Pest Control and specifically George. The price was very fair and service was well above our expectations. We have already notified our neighbors of the rodent issue and provided contact information in the event they would also like to use West Coast Pest Control like we did.

I have been working with West Coast Pest Control for the past 4 weeks, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company and its employees. I chose them based on their solid 5-star reviews, and it ended up being a great decision. Working with Wes was a breeze, he set up a plan for rodent services from start to finish, with 4 weekly visits to change out traps, and seal outs at the end. The guys showed up on time, with great attitudes and handled everything with a smile (even as they pulled out traps with rodents!). Jake and Frank are awesome, thorough, friendly, hard working, knowledgeable. They also handled the termite treatment at the same home. Wes was in contact with me throughout the entire process, I never had to worry about anything. At the very end of the process, they vacuumed and disinfected the area, a true start to finish solution. I highly recommend them for rodent and termite services.
Wes was very responsive and helpful in getting an appointment scheduled quickly to help me with a recent gopher issue. Frank came on site and was great to work with. He went above and beyond to take care of my lawn delicately! I'm grateful to have worked with this company.
If you are unfortunate enough to have a pigeon infestation on the roof of your house like I had, I highly recommend you call these guys immediately. I made the mistake of putting out a bird feeder one year, but the seed spilled on the ground, attracting pigeons, who also fell in love with the hiding space under the solar panels on our roof. The disgusting mess and noise just kept getting worse and worse, until we had pigeon feathers inside our house.
The guy from West Coast Pest Control who came out to do the estimate (within about 4 days of contacting them!!) was super nice, informative, quick and explained everything in a way that totally made sense to me. He even pointed out that our neighbors had pigeon control wiring on the roof of their house, which I'd never noticed. This helped me understand what needed to be done.
The quote I was given is the price I was charged. The work was done within days of receiving the quote. I didn't even have to be home. Communication via text was on point. Payment was online and easy. My only regret is that I waited and worried as long as I did before contacting this company.
I will say, the service is pricier than I'd hoped but they did A LOT OF WORK. They took before and after photos. Our roof was DISGUSTING. An absolute PIGEON TOILET. Now it's pristine and all the little hiding spots are off limits. We've been blessedly pigeon free since the day the work was done and it was WORTH EVERY SINGLE PENNY!!!
Just had my first spray treatment with West Coast and they were awesome! Easy to set everything up via email with Wes and he fit us in their schedule in two days once I explained the severity of our bugs. Danny came out and sprayed inside and outside. He was super nice and took his time going over what the plan of attack was.

Another fantastic, friendly, quality, clean job by West Coast Pest Control. The owner, Wes, took care of a recurring customer with excellent service and pricing. The installer showed up on time, totally prepared, professional and friendly. Got the job done quickly and with high-quality. We were concerned the pigeon spikes would be ugly and visible on the front of the house, but they are not, they are nicely hidden but should be very effective. See the new pictures I posted. Wes is legitimately incredible. Be his communication, his proactiveness and the work. Appointment was 8 am and just before 10 mins I received message from him about his estimated arrival. Loved the proactiveness.
They do power spray from truck unlike few other companies who use backpack machines to spray outside. He took 25-30 mins to complete their job unlike my past experience with companies who took just 10 mins or so. He used long stick kinda device to run over ceiling corners and windows door edges. He put 4 glue trappers in garage too. Not even a single corner he left which gives so much confidence on taking their service. Their dedication to the quality is worth mentioning. He gave honest suggestions about what service and when to take.
West Coast Pest Control are incredible and specialized in pest removal. We recently purchased a house
in Phoenix that had a large pigeon problem on our casita roof. We tried placing fake birds, spinning/sparkly
deterrents and spraying them with a water hose but nothing worked, pigeons are very persistent. The
West Coast Pest Control team came out and placed the necessary wires and spikes to get rid of those
pigeons and deep cleaned the area. Only a couple of pigeons came back but West Coast Pest Control
were quick to respond and applied the additional spikes needed to finally get rid of the problem and not
one has returned. Remarkable service, professional staff and 100% would recommend them to our
friends and family.
I contacted West Coast Pest Control via Yelp who responded to my inquiry and gave me a quote almost instantly. I work full-time and go to school part-time and Yelp makes it so convenient to communicate with local businesses. I don't have to step away from my desk at work and make a call. I can do everything via the mobile app and West Coast Pest Control responded immediately.
I was given a window of time and an estimate. George showed up on time and within the window I was given. He was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. For $75 based on the size of our home / lot, he sprayed the interior, the exterior and the garage. There was NO contractual obligation either which was nice as most of the exterminators wanted a contract signed. George did a very thorough job and we now have the peace of mind that our home is protected. We intend to do this twice a year and will continue to use West Cost Pest Control for their ease of doing business, professionalism and pricing. Thanks!
We've been using WCPC for a few months now. Super nice, always on time and great communication when they are on the way out. Every time they are at the house they are super nice and polite. Always COVID-19 friendly as well as understanding with everyone being in the house and working around our chaos while trying to complete their work.
Recently I was out of town and the night before I was to leave we found 2 scorpions where my kids had heavy traffic. Left a message using the Yelp messaging and they responded right away and set up time with my wife to come by immediately and put down another treatment inside the house. The last thing I needed to worry about was this while I was away and awesome that the response time and being able to rely on a company was huge. So hard to find reliable businesses. WCPC won out business and continues to do so.
We had subterranean termites and called Wes of West Coast Pest Control in a panic. He was super responsive and here in a couple days. He treated the area and communicated every step of the way. We now have a service contract with Wes to keep us termite free for several years.
Wes is a super guy! Really friendly and extremely knowledgeable! I recommend him without any hesitation!! Wes is our guy and he can be your guy too!
I'll send west coast pest to anyone who needs an exterminator. We've been using them a few times already and they always shows up when they say they'll be there. When they first came out my son was there with my daughters and Frank made my son feel safe, comfortable and that's what my son said mattered. I've talked with the owner as well as Frank and you could tell that they rather help you get rid of your problems then anything else. Wes is very understanding that people struggle financially and was willing to help my husband and I make payment arrangements, which I'm truly grateful for. My husband had thought after having Wes and his team out our issue will be fully taken care of by now. After he spoke to Frank about it and after I read the texts to him from Wes he had more understanding. Neither one of them gets annoyed with me or my husband for all of the questions we usually have or how many times I've texted them asking them (what others might think of stupid) questions they are ALWAYS so willing to answer them for me. If you need an exterminator you guys won't be disappointed if you choose West Coast Pest. I'll always go to West Coast and recommend them to anyone for any issues we may have with any kind of bugs or other gross things that people have. And one more thing. I work 6 days a week and my husband works 5 days so he's only home on Wednesday's and Sundays and Wes and Frank always find away to be here on Wednesday's where my husband is home. Frank isn't even in my area on Wednesday's but he still shows up on a day that works best for us.
This is my 3rd time utilizing WC Pest Control services I like the fact they are straight forward with their pricing and provide no spin whatsoever. My last tech, Frank Was quite thorough. We needed bird control services 2 years ago for our home and went with this company after reading their great reviews. They were able to help us out at a reasonable cost. We ended up with a similar issue this year and they came back out as soon as possible to fix the problem. Very helpful, professional, and highly recommend!
Great communication and service throughout the process. Disclaimer: I did not actually work with West Coast Pest Control, I made an appointment for my rental as the tenant said there were mice but later claimed it was no longer an issue. That being said, West Coast was quick to react and schedule. They were kind and accommodating when I canceled, will be working with them for my future needs.
We found multiple scorpions in our living room one evening and with small children at home were anxious to get someone out ASAP. After going through reviews on Yelp, I reached out to West Coast Pest Control. It was nearly 8pm and Wes got back to me within about 20 minutes. He was able to come out the next morning and was prompt within our appointment window. He was happy to answer all our questions and make recommendations to ensure we wouldn't continuously run into pest issues. I woke up to bees in my front yard and being in a rush I called the first pest control that I found forgetting that I have used Wes and West Coast Pest in the past. The other business tried to overcharge me and seemed quite shady. I quickly called Wes and not only did he remember me but he had his tech Frank come out in one day. Frank was knowledgeable, customer service oriented and took care of my bee problem. He also went a step beyond and swept up the dead bees from my garage without me asking. It isn't surprising to see nothing but five star reviews. I'll never go anywhere else for my pest control needs. By the way the rate was very reasonable as well.

I contacted West Coast Pest Control via Yelp and they responded to my inquiry quickly and gave me a quote. I have lived in Arizona for 6 years and familiar with pest in the Maricopa County. They did an initial pest service that includes extensive spraying inside and out (including the backyard perimeter). I was overall happy with the service, as we have seen dead bugs around the house. It's been a couple of weeks and we have began to see a few live bugs, but I live in a new build and understand that it could take a few more visits to terminate the problem we have. I recommend West Coast Pest Control and plan to have them back!

So so SO incredibly grateful for having found West Coast Pest Control! After moving into our new home my husband and I were less than thrilled to discover we had other occupants... scorpions! And many of them!! We would go into the back yard with a black light and find 20 scorpions in a matter of minutes. We tried everything to get rid of them but after discovering one in my 3year old sons toy closet and another sitting right on my makeup brush that I pulled out of my bathroom drawer I had no peace of mind in my own home. I found west coast pest online and reached out and could not be happier with them! The owner Wes was able to schedule to get somebody out to our home very quickly and was so very helpful! Customer service of both Wes and our service guy that comes is top notch! You can tell they truly care about their customers and also the service that they provide. We have now been using them since October and I am so grateful for them for the peace of mind that have been able to provide to my family and I. Wow, I was absolutely amazed with Wes and his team during our recent issue with roof rats. George and Wes both have been out to the house and always send a text about a half an hour before the arrive. They also accommodated my difficult schedule because I work nights. They came up with an easy to understand, short-term four-week approach to the rats with a longer, follow up plan that fit our budget and schedule. Wes came out one day and was very personable and took the time to explain everything to me. They make it feel as if you are having someone in your family - a brother or uncle, coming over to take care of things. Our rat problem has been solved and I am so glad that I called WCPC and would recommend them to friends and family.

I recently moved to Arizona and had my first encounter with two baby scorpions in my new home. Baby scorpions are not cute like puppies, I needed an exterminator. As always, I went to Yelp first. We've been using these guys as our go-to pest control for a few years now. They are friendly, courteous, respond to calls quickly, and if they have to come back to spray within a month of service they don't charge. We won't be switching companies any time soon!
Been using West Coast since we bought in AZ a couple years ago! Been very happy with them and best of all, no critters, bugs, scorpions, roaches etc. Wes is super friendly and helpful. We call and he can get us an appt within a couple days. He calls or texts when he's about 30 minutes out too. I believe the young man's name was Chris. He was very very polite and even showed up a 1/2 hour early when my arrival time was set for 10-2. It was a nice change not waiting all day for a service visit.

These guys were so awesome!! My new puppy brought in a dead rat and a dead bird within a 24 hour period. I was totally freaked out and sent out for quotes/appointments for pest control immediately. I received quotes from 5 different companies. West Coast Pest Control had incredible competitive rates. Best yet, they were willing to come the next day. Most of the other services I spoke to could not schedule me until the next week.
Not only did they have competitive rates and quick scheduling but there customer service was outstanding! The owner Wes came out to my house and really took time to talk to me and find out what the issues were around my house. He took the time to look and investigate areas that I thought might be problems and even personally moved some bamboo items I was storing in my yard as they could attract nests.
I had to set a rat box in my yard that can be continues or for 1 time use and he even offered to come back and check the box for me 1 time for free to see what type of service I needed.
I have definitely found my new pest control service and highly recommend them. He was polite, kind and professional. As an added bonus, without even asking, he wore shoe protectors around my house on my carpets!

These guys are great! Friendly, on time, knowledgable. Not pushy at all as far as services they offer. I use them on a monthly basis basically just for outside pest control. I did have an issue last summer with scorpions and they were out the next morning to take care of things. I highly recommend this company. Fair price as well.

On Tuesday we had a giant swarm of Bees decide they wanted to take up residency in our home. My wife alerted me that we may have a problem and showed me the swarm in the front of our house. I heard it before I saw it! Thousands of bees!! I immediately called West Coast and told them the situation and they put the call out to their Techs. for help. 15 min. later Danny showed up ready and willing to take care of the issue. At one point he asked me to check that no bees had gotten into the house. The were not in the house but I could HEAR them in the wall!!
Well Danny worked his magic and with in minutes the problem was solved and a crisis averted.

After reviewing a few pest control companies and sending a couple messages late in the evening, Wes from West Coast Pest Control was the first to respond to my pleads for help and scheduled an appointment for first thing the next morning! Wes was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and even helped to calm my nerves about our surprise visitors and their soon to be short stay with us.
We scheduled a treatment appointment immediately, which was also quick and easy. Prep work is a little involved, but Wes was very thorough in explaining rationale, so we were more than happy to make sure we met their needs for prep. Communication through the whole process was superb, from initial contact, appointment confirmations, arrival times, and service completion.
The warranty they offer for service is AMAZING - can't beat the options for a 6 month or year warranty with a guarantee for extermination. VERY reasonably priced for a whole house treatment and year warranty. EXTREMELY pleased overall and HIGHLY recommend! Thank u, Wes!!!

This company is awesome for pest control. We have a decent size ant problem and we talked about treatment and our concerns with our dogs. We went with spraying because it's the most animal friendly. He came and sprayed and so far so good.

Amazing company! We just moved into our house and found a black widow spider in my bathroom called west coast and came out a couple days later to spray inside and outside of the house. After we went outside and found dead spiders so I know the spray worked. Will def use again.

When I moved to Glendale I wanted to find a pest control guy to spray my yard. Well I was the lucky one. I found Wes on yelp and I have to say he is the most amazing, reliable, guy ever. All you have to do is call if there is a problem and he is there in a flash. I have Wes come every 3 weeks in the summer. My yard is bug free. I just had him come this morning and saw some bees and he came right over and said they were scout bees that find the place for the queen. He treated it and now they are gone. Love him, DO NOT HESITATE TO CALL HIM. He is the best there is. I am doing this again because it didn't show up last time.

Awesome company! My renters found a few cockroaches in the home we rent to them and we needed service fast! I went on Yelp and messaged west coast pest control and they responded right away, I never even had to pick up the phone! Very reasonable pricing and came out next day to get the job done. This place is legit. We have have used a few other places and still had those dang earwig bugs and centipedes coming inside. We used this place and saw some more bugs so I called them again and they came out for free to inspect and spray more in the bathroom where they were coming in and I have not seen one to this day! The owner is the one who answers the phone. He is super friendly in person and you just deal with him-not a bunch of other people. This company knows their stuff and I would definitely recommend them!

Absolutely awesome experience with Wes - had a huge ant infestation one night from all the construction in our development. He fit me into his schedule within two days, sprayed the entire perimeter of the house, and seemed to honestly enjoy his work! He educated me the entire time, telling me about how insects sense through vibrations, and also how the spray would help solve the problem. Like most homeowners, eventually we will run into be a pest problem. I ran into a problem at my new home that was very unexpected. I called numerous companies requesting quotes and treatment options. This company is the best. We had a major ant problem and called Wes for a heavy spray. He squeezed us in last minute memorial weekend when I know they were busy. He said if the ants came back they would spray again at no additional cost. I've told all my friends and family about them.

Wes came and inspected our home and was thorough on what we had to do to take care of the problem. We decided to get the issue fixed and it's been over a week and we feel bug free.. definitely recommend his services.
I called West Coast because we have seen lots of spiders, crickets, and few roaches. Last week I found a black widow and knew it was time to get treated. I called on Thursday and they came out the next day! Wes was extremely friendly and professional. He is owner the of the business and you can really tell how much he cares. He spent extra time and went above and beyond spraying inside the house, outside around the foundation, and even took extra time to spray around edge of the yard/fence. About 30 days later we started to see little bugs around the doors. We called again and Wes was very helpful and he came out same day. I searched for a reputable pest control company that provided quality work at comparable prices and I found Westcoast Pest Control. Wes is the owner and both he and his crew were very professional, provided thorough services, genuine care for the quality of their work, and they were all reliable. At many pest companies you get basic inspection services during the inspection. However, Wes not only inspected our entire house top to bottom, including the attic, but he also sprayed inside and outside of the house, and set up several pest catching traps as a preventative measure all at the same prices you'd pay elsewhere! The best part is Wes saved us hundreds of dollars and a lot of hassle due to his persistence in identify the exact pest problem we were having which given our circumstance, was a bit challenging. I recently changed to West Coast Pest Control from a company I had been with for many years. I find Wes (the owner) and Jason (my service tech) to be so nice and accommodating its a pleasure working with them. It's obvious they are customer oriented. I would much rather work with a company who cares about their customers and goes out of their way to help them particularly when there is a bug emergency.
Great Service. I called West Coast Pest Control back in August 2017 for our new rental. The guy on the phone was very informative and had someone dispatched to our place the same day. I haven't seen any little critters since then. I'll be calling them again in the future.

Had a huge Bee swarm of the killer bee variety. Extermination was quick and professional. Everything was explained about the process and had a 2 week warauntee. A chemical was also sprayed in the crack in case they were nesting in between the wall. Highly recommended!!

Wes gave me a reasonable quote range over the phone and we set up an appointment to rid me of my aggressive bees for the next morning. He called 15 minutes prior to arrival, which was appreciated. He is very professional, honest, and does a great job. He even guaranteed my bees would gone within a couple days or he would return.
Call these guys for all of your pest problems. Gophers appeared in my backyard out of nowhere and started eating and killing my plants in a matter of a few days. West coast was able to come out and I haven't seen any gophers since (it's been 1 week).
They did a great job getting my aphids under control! They got me in soon and were timely and professional! I will for sure use them again.
Wes, West Coast Pest Control, provides extremely professional services at a great cost. He helped my single mom and I through a bed bug scare, and was not only very knowledgeable, but an honest, hard working, and nice/friendly individual. He was able to come to our home the very next day and showed up right on time, even a bit early.
He checked our bedroom and found no signs of bed bugs, but some spiders.
He would have offered a cheaper service fee than originally quoted since he did not have to exterminate for bed bugs, but for the original quote of $120 he examined everything, sprayed our entire house (interior and exterior) with an insecticide for the spiders (and virtually all bugs), and even used special spray on my suitcase, etc. He gave us peace of mind that the bugs will be gone and not to worry!
If I were to ever have to hire a pest control professional again, I would hire West Coast Pest Control in a heart beat.
BEWARE OF OTHER PEST CONTROL COMPANIES TRYING TO CHARGE YOU HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS FOR A FULL HOME INSPECTION ETC.

Friendly and affordable service! I have used them 3 times now and have nothing but good things to say about West Coast Pest- they quickly got rid of the cockroaches in our new house 2 years ago and we've just had them do general sprays since then- no other bug issues! My company has been using WCPC for years now, and for good reason! Wes does a great job on his normal scheduled maintenance (courteous, polite, all-around nice guy!) but will also respond fairly quickly in case of an emergency. You would have to pull me kicking and screaming to get me to use anyone besides West Coast Pest Control.

Free inspection, and scheduled treatment quickly. The inspection was thorough and he found our problem and provided options for treatment. Did not feel pressured to choose the more expensive treatment. Most importantly, the treatment was effective and we haven't had a problem since!

About three months ago several pigeons decided to hang out on my roof line and enter a little nook on the second story. After about two and a half weeks I knew I could not tackle these on my own so I reached out and got a quick response from Wes. He agreed to come out and do an estimate and time permitting the work the same day. I always like to have a courtesy call 1 hours in advance because there's been too many times somebody doesn't show and you waste your whole day but in my case I have a gated entry and prefer to give the code during the call. He called prior to his arrival estimated the work and the materials that would be used. I live in an HOA community we're certain colors and things exposed on your house come with restrictions, he was happy to paint the material to match the color of the house so it would not be a issue.

I found Wes on yelp, I liked the reviews and when I called he was knowledgable and he wasn't trying to lock us into a contract. Which was a big plus for us. We have used many exterminators over the years and they are always requiring contracts & are super expensive.
The rates are reasonable and he even went to our rental (scorpion issues) and sprayed today on a national holiday. He knew we needed it done quickly and was able to fit us in. He gave a courtesy call on his way and was there on time and did his job quickly. My tenant said he sprayed all the places I was expecting, (what he said he would do when he quoted me over the phone and explained how it worked). But honestly I found the price to be pretty inexpensive for treating the house 2100sqft, plus the yard and garage. Very cool. He was able to take payment over the phone and email me a receipt and I scheduled him to come to my house to do a routine extermination in two days. Again, price is inexpensive and we have a larger lot, house and garage, (which I explained). I find the value to be good and he is friendly. We moved into a house a few weeks ago and there were spiders and silverfish in a few areas, mainly because the previous occupant was not here much. I contacted Wes from West Coast Pest Control last Monday and he was outstanding. He arrived on time (actually 10 minutes early), was extremely professional, and handled and/or inspected every area of the property without prompting. It was obvious that things were a little dusty and we still had to unpack some boxes, but he still took the time to put on booties and delicately move around things. On the outside, he covered every area and pointed out some problem spots for me, such as putting a screen over the clothes dryer exhaust which I had not noticed.
I am writing this because I have not seen one single spider, silverfish, ant, etc. in the week since Wes was here, inside or on the patios. I would recommend West Coast Pest Control for ANY issues with pests.

Showed up on time with the correct equipment...I've had a scorpion problem and several other companies would show up with a small canister and wand...not sufficient for my rock and block wall yard! West coast uses a large tank and industrial hose to douse my yard and guess what?!? Dead scorpions!!! I'm super happy with their services!

Let me just say Wes is truly AMAZING! He came out and sprayed my house and all was great! My husband came home from work one day and saw a bunch of bees. I called several reputable places to get some quotes for scorpion infestation, and they pretty much all wanted to lock me into a contract, in addition to charging a high initial fee. I called West Coast and spoke with Wes who was friendly and extremely professional. He quoted me a VERY reasonable rate (much lower than the other quotes), and he did not require any contracts. He scheduled me for the very same day, and showed up on time. He took the time to explain the process, and spent alot of time spraying the outside of our home, swept the walls, windows, garage, and the interior.
