Pro Active Pest Control

Started service recently with Pro Active Pest Control. I've had a couple different service providers before, but Pro Active is hands down the best at their job. They went above and beyond. They let me know who my tech would be in advance and said the tech would call me prior to my scheduled appointment. He called me a hour prior and was on time. After introducing himself, he asked if I had any special or specific areas of concern. We did a complete walk around and he took digital notes and pictures while taking down every concern for all future services. Pro Active did an amazing job and did everything I specifically requested. I'll be keeping them forever and referring them to all my friends and neighbors.

5 stars all around, Duane the Supervisor and Danny the service tech that came out were transparent, on time, very informative and extremely helpful. I initially contacted them with help catching an Attic Rat, they came out the same day and walked me through their plan, put it in place and were able to catch the rat the by the next morning!  

Danny was so helpful in calmly explaining what they're continual plan included and for the price it's a great value. Communication was very fast with them and they kept me informed of when they would arrive as well as even came the next day to dispose of the rat caught in the trap.

If your having any pest issues, just call these guys, they know what they're doing and can help set you up with a prevention plan for any future issues, highly recommended!

Technician Danny was friendly helpful and very respectful. He also did the job right. Danny came  and inspected my house first and was also really informative. I would recommend this company for the great work and price they have!!

Pro active pest control is simply the best

When I first reached out to pro active pest I was a little weary as I'd tried a different company before and they were very rude and not forthcoming about prices. Duane has gone above and beyond with our services! He lets us know know when someone will be coming out in a timely manner. Explains each treatment thoroughly, and actively listens to any concern we have and effectively preforms new treatments as needed. Safety is a priority i recently had a baby and Duane made sure to remove all and any webs he could find. And even swept my garage that had so many crickets, you have no clue how thoughtful and considerate that was! I can't thank him enough for what he's done for our home! Pricing is good and I know they are only a text or phone call away. Highly recommend this company!

Moved into house and have seen a couple of scorpions outside near pool.  Called the company and they were able to come next day.

The represented listened to what I had worries about then gave me a game plan that they were going to do. They worked to spray inside and outside and followed up with me when completed to see if I had any questions.

Great job and the yearly plan I signed up for will be done 6 times a year and free if they need to come back out for anything. Highly recommend them.

I never had to use a pest control but at my new property I was in need. I called them up got a quick response with a same day service. John came out and took care of all my concerns. I am very happy with the service and my problem was handled great. I will continue using them for preventive measures for sure. They even called me a day after service to follow up and explain their service plans. Great company. Thank you

I  can't recommend Pro Active Pest Control enough! From the very first interaction Duane had top notch communication skills and provided quick answers to all my questions. Danny and the team came out and took care of all our needs and concerns and really paid attention to detail. They throughly check your property and communicate about their arrival time which is so nice vs a large time frame! Thank you all for taking care of our pest control needs.

We reached out to several companies through Yelp to get a quote on catching some roof rats. We had been trying to catch a rat for a while and started to hear it in our attic and decided to get professional help right away. We received an extremely prompt message from Pro Active Pest Control and Duane the service manager. Duane was responsive, listened to our concerns, and wanted to get someone out right away for us. We wanted someone out the next day, and after business hours Duane called us to discuss having someone out first thing in the morning and walked through pricing with us. WOW, talk about putting the customer first and caring about their business. Duane was very thorough on the phone with what services would be performed at our house and the bi-monthly plan. Y'all this company includes rats in their pest control packages. Most pest control companies do not include rodents in their monthly plans, including the company we were using. This is a huge plus for Pro Active Pest Control and one I want to emphasize that you will save money with them instead of having to hire multiple companies for scorpion spraying and the occasional roof rats we get here in AZ.

Pro Active sent Danny out to do our service, and I can't tell you enough how happy we were with his thoroughness on our property. Danny's main objective was to catch the rats as quickly as possible by using bait stations and pre-baiting the traps. Danny setup multiple bait stations around our property and snap traps in our attic. We agreed to 2 weeks of pre-baiting to get the rats comfortable and then to set the traps. In addition to setting up all the traps, Danny did a thorough job of spraying around our house and dewebbing. I was so impressed with Danny, I called our pest company that we had for 3 years and cancelled my contract with them. We knew we 100% wanted to give our business to Pro Active based upon the amazing customer service from Duane and Danny.

Danny has come out more times than I can count to our property to check the bait stations, add more peanut butter, and make sure we were satisfied with their work. After 2 weeks of pre-baiting and getting the rats comfortable around the traps, it was go time! Danny came by, set all of the traps, and said he would come back in a couple days to check. Within 1 hour of Danny leaving our property we had our first catch in the attic! We texted Danny letting him know the great news! Two days later, we had our 2nd rat! Danny came by to remove the second rat and check all the other traps. He noticed that the second rat had been partially eaten and the other trap was set-off, but no rat. He believed we had 1 more rat to catch. Danny removed the rat and set up the traps again. Later that night, boom we caught our 3rd and final rat. Even though we believe we caught all the rats, Danny set the traps again, just to reconfirm we do not have anymore rodents.

We cannot express enough how satisfied we are with this company. We have never been so impressed with a service manager. We are so thrilled to have Danny as our service tech as he does amazing work and pays attention to the small details around your house. We are so happy we decided to give Pro Active Pest our business. They are a small local family owned business and their attention to detail with service shows that. I urge everyone looking for a pest company to give them a try, you will not be disappointed. You will have better service and pricing from Pro Active then a huge company that has turnover regularly and lack of attention to detail.

Very friendly and professional, the most thorough I've ever seen a big guy be on my property by FAR!

Technician Rob was friendly and informative. He came and inspected my house first and answered any questions I had. He was available to help when something came up and stopped by to answer questions and place a few extra bait traps out to give me peace of mind. I would recommend this company for the great work and price they have!!

I asked for quotes on pest control services and they responded within an hour and gave me the best deal. The Supervisor was very kind and helped me through the process. The called me on Sunday night and came out to spray Monday! The Technician was very knowledgeable and friendly.

It has been a very long time since I have experienced the type of customers service I received from Jacob and his trainee.  He truly cares about what he does and the customer.  Jacob gave just correct level of information in terms I could understand, kept posted of his arrival time and left me a thank you on my door.  Attention ProActive-  you are well served and represented by Jacob.

Great customer service. Mike Manzanares (North) and team called ahead of time, arrived in time, listened to my concerns about the black widows found inside home and garage and explained next steps (follow up care) on initial visit.

I had to reschedule the 30 day follow up twice due to schedule conflicts and the office staff (Kate?) was super accommodating and helpful. It's been only positive experience with this family owned business.

My technician was Dylan dykstra who performed an above and beyond service on our home ! I recommend pro active pest control to anyone looking !!

Antonio came out today after I called about my tenants complaining that they were hearing noises in the attic. I asked Pro Pest to check for entry points around the exterior and a few hours after he completed his inspection I got a well documented photo report of the possible problem areas. He also set traps and will reinspect them in the future.

The service was efficient, appears accurate and thorough.

Pro Active Pest Control has been treating my house and yard for the better part of a year. No Arizona creepy crawlies yet and I plan for it to stay that way! The entire team is personable and professional. They respond and act quickly. They're quick and thorough when treating my property. I like that the same technician is usually the one at my house. Used to have a huge problem with spiders and potato bugs in the garage and around the house. A few mice in the garage as well.
They are no longer an issue and the service has been great so far.
Jordan has been out service guy and he is great. Positive attitude. Super friendly and always asks us if there is anything extra we need.

After an ant infestation, I reached out to Pro Active. Sawyer was great and very clear about how their service works, and he got me set up for an appointment the next day. I was very happy with my first inspection and treatment. Damian and Joseph explained everything in detail before they started and were professional yet friendly. I was very comfortable with the whole process, and since I decided to sign up for bi-monthly service, I'm grateful to feel my home will be in good hands with Pro Active going forward.

Great customer service, very thorough with their work. All their people from the office to their techs are so nice. They pay attention to details. Fully equipped with masks and indoor boot covers. Very professional. So glad I switched to ProActive.

My jaw was left wide open with just how in depth the initial treatment was. Duane was my technician for the first visit and he put my wife and I completely at ease about... the cockroaches in our garage, Duane assured me that it wasn't anything that had to do with my cleanliness (which I was very embarrassed about) he explained what they were and how he was going to resolve the problem. I feel like I made the right choice with going with pro active. Duane even made sure that I completely understood what the service was and made sure I had proper expectations. I can't thank this company enough, mainly because now my wife is happy and not freaking out about going into the garage.
We had the start to our regular bi-monthly service which was conducted by Danny. Danny is an absolute gem, he assured me that if I have any issues or even concerns that I can reach out to him and he will help out, he even let me know that if pest activity spikes up in between that they will come back to address the issue, literally at no cost! We needed the interior treated on this visit... mainly for peace of mind, I felt so bad because I ran out to Danny's service vehicle and asked if he didn't mind treating the interior(totally spaced my mind that my wife wanted that done)  he said no problem and put his gloves back on and grabbed his hand sprayer and did was needed.
These guys go above and beyond! You have a customer for life!

Our Yech Jakob was outstanding, very knowledgeable, professional, detailed and friendly.  He was even prompt to our home to allow us to continue our tasks for the day. And his exterior service brought out the hiding black widow while he was still here!!  Thank you and very happy we signed for initial and monthly service

Pro Active Pest Control answered the phone the first time I called.  I told Jeff what the problem was and they scheduled me for the very next day. Andy came out and he was very professional.  He called the day before to let me know he will be coming to do my house the next day.  He called the day of service to notify me of when he will be there.  He presented his business card right away in case I needed anything.  During the time he was here I was asking him to please look at this,  please spray here, will you be doing this or that, and he always said yes, (with a smile).   He even called the day after to check in and see if there were any problems.  There were none.   Customer Service is Still Alive!   I highly recommend (and I never give 5 stars unless they are perfect) Pro Active Pest Control.

I am very happy with the quality of service from Pro Active Pest Control.  I signed up with them about a year ago and they have been nothing but outstanding. My technician, Matthew, has been great.  He arrives on time, asks about problems, and offers solutions to any issues I might be having.  He takes care of the service quickly and efficiently.  On my last service, he even sent me a text when he was done and let me know I had an amazon package on the front porch.  Now that's great customer service.

Brian has been wonderful and we couldn't be happier with Pro Active Pest Control! We used to be with another pest control company and we were never able to to get rid of our pest problem. We've been seeing mice in our neighborhood and I was reluctant to hire a pest control company since it's never worked for us in the past but after only being with Pro Active for just over a week and they have already caught two rodents! Both times Brian came out right away and was very nice and professional. We had a box out with the other pest control company for months and they never caught anything. I'm so glad we found Pro Active!
