I highly recommend Arizona Termite and pest solutions.. John was professional And went out of his way to give us a better understanding of the termite situation, and how to Services our home. I called today with a potential roof rat problem. The personable woman I talked to on the phone offered excellent customer service and got me scheduled for that very same day. There were a few scheduling issues and she was extremely accommodating. John called me to let me know he was about 15 min out and showed up promtly. John was very knowledgeable about my problem and had an immediate solution. He was professional and the service was very reasonably priced. I would use this company again anytime I have a pest problem!
No one wants to be reading these reviews, but if you need a GREAT, reliable company...you can stop reading reviews and just call Jon and his team. They came out one day to inspect and estimate and were doing treatment early the next week. Everyone is so friendly and professional and I really appreciate the work that they do and the pride they take in it.
Messaged for a quote this morning about some possible rodents in the walls of my home. Jonathan came out by mid day and we discovered some birds had taken up residence in the rafters. He provided some tips on resolving the problem and was very helpful and friendly. Will certainly be contacting them again to set up bi monthly pest control soon. Thanks for the help Jon.

I've been using Arizona Termite & Pest Solutions for about a year now and couldn't be happier. Scheduling is easy with texting or phone calls with Valerie and my technician is always there when he is scheduled. I've had some issues with neighbors having termites and Jon has been out to inspect and help me stay on top of the situation. I haven't had any issues with bugs and the only ones I ever see are dead. It's been a night and day difference between them and my last pest control company so I'm very happy with the overall service and price. Highly recommend!
Jon and his team did a great job for us. We need termite treatment. He was super responsive and answered all my questions. He made a visit to the house and explained all of the steps involved. I had a swarm of bees hanging out in my tree, so I requested a quote. I was contacted within 20 minutes with a quote and some follow up questions. Ultimately, the swarm left (as I was informed might happen within the first 24-48 hours), but I appreciate the quick response and info.
We recently had a scorpion invasion when they started building new homes next to ours! I called AZ Pest solutions and they came quickly!! They have been spraying for us over the last 3 months and are very much affordable. We've only had 1 more scorpion show up and he was already dying in the garage. I would highly recommend!

Rodent problems are never fun. Jon went around every crook and cranny! Sealed up holes. Laid out traps in the inside. Laid bait out on the outside. Power washed with a pesticide around the whole outside of my home.

This is a good company. They provide a free inspection first before talking about pricing. All the other places I contacted jumped the gun and gave me high quotes before they even assessed the situation. They are honest as well and don't try to up charge and tack on unnecessary services. They also don't make you sign a contract to continue services like many companies do. I will definitely be utilizing their services again in the future if needed. Thanks guys.
Jon came out and completed 4 termite inspection on our properties FOR FREE. He found no evidence of termites (thank goodness!) and politely without any pressure suggested preventative maintenance options. We spent the majority of the morning with him and he was so pleasant and helpful making suggestions at each property. I highly recommend this company for any pest needs!
Arizona Pest Solutions was a life saver this morning. We woke up to a terrible, uncontrollable ant problem in the kitchen. After calling a few companies that prioritized selling me a pest control package before telling me their earliest appointment wasn't until next week, I was able to connect with Valerie. She was so friendly and accommodating. They were able to fit us in within a few hours and came toward the beginning of the time window. Jonathan took care of the issue and also acknowledged that we have a dog and baby so he took precautions with the chemicals.

I needed a rodent inspection ASAP as we had an uninvited guest in our ceiling. I requested a quote at 3am via yelp after waking up to some sounds above my head and they were able to have someone out that very next day. The estimate was free and unbelievably thorough, they even checked for termites while inspecting the property which brought me extra piece of mind. They were very professional, disposal was clean, pet safe and beyond friendly. I will be using them in the future as well as recommending to my clients and friends.
Great business! Jon, the owner, came out to give us a fair quote on an issue we were having. Gave us great tips to prepare. We followed the directions, and so far our pesky problem is gone!! We'll still do the 2 week follow up, to make sure, but I'm really happy with AZ Pest Solutions. The guy (Dean) who did the work was friendly and on time. Jon came too on the morning of treatment to introduce him and make sure everything ran smoothly. I thought that was cool!

My home was due for preventative termite treatment, so based on the # of & quality of reviews I found on google, yelp, & BBB, I came up with a list of 5 companies to contact. After my conversation with Jon at Arizona Pest Solutions, he was #1 on my list. Not only did he patiently answer all of my questions but he went above & beyond to add some context to the answers he was providing. I could also tell from his responses that he was incredibly knowledgeable & had been doing this for a long time!
Of the 5 companies I called, I had 4 come out to do an inspection so they could present me with a quote. I liked Jon just as much in person as I did over the phone...all of the qualities I remembered from our earlier conversation were there in person as well. To top it off, his quote ended up being the best of the 4 I received. The technician (I think his name was Will) who did the treatment was pleasant & efficient. And can't leave out Valerie in the office...my interactions with her over the phone were very pleasant & she was always very prompt to get back with me.

In and out quickly and seems to have done a great job. I haven't seen any bugs or especially scorpions. The price was reasonable as well.
We noticed some bugs in our bathrooms and reached out for a quote. AZ Pest Solutions was prompt in their response and able to set up an appointment for us within a couple days. We worked with Vincent and Chad, both of whom were friendly and accommodating to our requests as we have a baby and cats in the home. One time, the week after they had sprayed, a huge pest appeared from the bathroom and they were swift to provide service the following day at no charge to us. They also were good about wearing masks for Covid spread prevention. Valerie in the office was very helpful! We will be moving out of state but appreciate everything they did to keep our pests away!

They reached out right away and was able to come and help us with our bee problem within hours of the call. The pricing was great and they also went over other options, no pressure to choose the most expensive option, which was really nice. I'm allergic to bees so it was very nice to get someone out ASAP.
We haven't tried their monthly service as we normally don't have issues with bugs or at least nothing we can't handle ourselves. But if the one time service is any indication of their monthly service I'd recommend them to others.

Last week, we had our house serviced for the first time since we moved in several months ago. Our technician was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with our barking/nosy pups. He even went above and beyond to take care of a bird nest problem for us! So far, I've seen a couple dead bugs (normal after first service) but that's it!
My neighbor uses arizona pest solutions as their pest company and I see why, I spoke with the young man who was spraying my neighbors home and explained to him that I have some pretty bad pest problems but that because I am an elderly man on a fixed income that I can't really afford monthly service and if there was anything I could do to get rid of my problems. Well the serviceman (will) was very polite and was more than happy to take time out of his day to walk around my home with me and show me some tips on how to fix my pest problems and also mentioned some fairly cheap products I could purchase and use on my home from the store and I have had almost no pest problems since following his instructions, he was so polite and helpful to me eventhough I am not a customer and if this is how they treat strangers I can only imagine how great they treat their customers! Great company!
(This is an update) Ever since I switched to their monthly service, I no longer see any roaches in my apartment! They contact me every month to schedule an appointment in which they are very professional and efficient when they come and do the spraying. They spend no more than 10min here and it works great!
So far so good! Requested a quote, APS responded quickly and scheduled a time at my convenience! Jon arrived on time and we spoke about what I needed done. I noticed some Termite Tunnels around my house and I reached out to Arizona Pest Solutions. They were able to schedule an appointment soon and come out to give me an estimate. Jon was very helpful. They came out the same week and treated my home.
Found Termite on my house for the first time and looking for a right contractor for the job. Jon came out to the house to give an estimate but he got mad and stormed off after I told him that I have to talk to other contractor to get more bid/understanding about the termite treatment before continue with the treatment. Omg...roof rats. Neighboring house is nearing foreclosure and filthy. Rats have made their way into my property. Arizona Pest Solutions responded within minutes to my online inquiry. The sent a guy out same day to assess the situation. They found the access points, sealed them up, and set up a maintenance plan to keep the rodents away. If you are searching for an exterminator, look no further, Jon is your guy! We found Jon via Yelp, requested a quote, and his response time was super quick. We also spoke to his assistant, Kelly, who was very sweet and knowledgable. We booked a free inspection for Monday morning, which was a holiday, but Jon was on time and was happy to be there!
Ladies, if you're reading this, I was home alone and my husband was at work but I felt very comfortable with Jon in my home. The inspection itself was extremely thorough. We had 4 exterminators come and look at our home and Jon was the most thorough. He not only inspected the room that had termite tubes, he checked every closet, looked at the trim around the doors, and inspected outside as well. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel like he was an expert. His plan of attack was also the most extensive for the best price which is why we ultimately chose Arizona Pest Solutions.

Wow! I thought I would have to call a few different pest control companies for estimates regarding our termite issue. The moment I met Jon I knew he was a man of honestly and integrity. I had a friend in another state who works in pest control and she gave me a mental list of what to look for and ask for when getting estimates such as product used, cost, warranty...all answers matched up to her standards and some even above. The secretary was so prompt and efficient during scheduling and timing of arrivals for estimate and treatment through text and email and phone calls. She also has such a kind disposition and makes everything flow so smoothly. The technician was also very kind, polite, and very efficient and professional. Great team you guys have!!! I will refer you to anyone I know looking for pest control!!!
We had a huge ant infestation in our mesquite tree and David came out last year, not once but twice, because he warrantied the treatment after a rain storm and provided a six month warranty, should the ants come back. Well it's been a year - we are still completely satisfied!! He saved our tree. He saved our backyard! Thank you!!
So disappointed with this service...read very high reviews before hiring. They had to drill through cement inside the house..drilling concrete creates a dusty mess...THEY DID NOT CLEAN UP AT ALL...left that all for me to do! They also had to pull back stone from base of the outside of the house and I specifically requested that special care be taken since I had just recently painted the block base. After treatment..the rock was piled up against the recently painted block higher than it was when they started..so much that there were patches of bare dirt in the landscape. Called to have the owner Jonathan come out to look at the sloppy work. I requested his guys come back and pull the stone away from the house...he said we can't do that. I told him his highly reviews were questionable. I told him to leave I would have to do it myself. After closing the garage door on him, he continued to yell into the house through the security screen door..I told him repeatedly to leave. Later he tried to call...I blocked his call! Took me 2 hours to move the extensive amount of stone they had piled against the base of the house!
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND...unless you enjoy doing lots of clean up that you thought you were paying for....VERY SLOPPY work!!

Figuring out you have termites on a Tuesday night at 8pm can make you go into a panic. I sent 3 requests for quotes on Yelp and to my surprise kelly responded which helped my anxiety. Made an appointment for consultation the next day and john came out he professional and explained the whole process. His price was the best out of the 3 I received. Finding termite trails in your home is a BIG surprise. What do you expect from a termite exterminator -- expert knowledge, thorough termite eradication, reasonable price, professional and on-time completion as estimated -- of course. I was referred to Arizona Pest Solutions with the premise that they are the best in the business for termite extermination. And, John and Cecil delivered as expected.
Quick response time. The estimate was provided on a Friday, job was completed the following Monday. Very much appreciated that they were careful to place the necessary drill holes for reaching the subterranean termites in locations which are not cosmetically noticeable. Totally pleased with their professional execution from start to finish.

Found a scorpion in my house over MDW, sent APS a message on Memorial Day thinking I wouldn't get a response until Tuesday but Kelly was quick to respond. I got an appointment scheduled for the next day and their prices beat the other three competitors I was getting quotes from. Confirmed my appointment over the phone with Valerie and paid as well. Valerie was very helpful, friendly and told me Jon would give me a call when he was on his way to my house. Jon called me two hours early letting me know he had some availability earlier if that worked out, which it totally did and helped my work schedule even more! When Jon arrived he explained the whole process, was extremely professional, thorough, and got the job handled in 30mins or less! So happy with my decision and I would highly recommend APS to anyone!

Jon arrived within his stated time frame which is always appreciated . He took care of the pest situation right away and then did a tour of the yard to point out what we should change to make a difference in the future. While doing that he noticed a small area of termite damage that he treated right then. He is very knowledgeable and explains what he's going to do, how it works and gives the price up front before he starts. Billing and payment was easy. I was very happy to have called Arizona Pest Solutions.
Jon came to my home while I was in a real remodeling jam. We had a termite infestation in the master bathroom being remodeled by a highly competent contractor, who declared that he could not work on the project until the termite problem was rectified. I contacted a highly rated pest control business on Yelp and they claimed that Jon was their guy. He showed up within a few hours and treated the bathroom, later claiming that the rest of the house needed to be treated (the contractor incidentally said that would probably be the case too) . The house was fully treated the following day ; the remodeling project completed with only a one day delay. Jon's father, Cecil came back to inspect the property 3 month's later to find it termite free.

All work, including clean up and replacing moved items, was completed promptly and in the time frame he promised. A very generous transferable warranty was also provided.
