I called a few companies about rodent control and their communication was amazing.  Got all of my questions answered immediately via text, they were very transparent with their prices as well as their process.
Day of treatment I got a reminder text for our appointment time and the tech showed up right when he said he would.
During the process the tech was very polite and patient with my mother in law (who the treatment was for) and he answered all of her questions and showed us everything he did and would recommend.
I didn't know this company offered contracting services to help close up any openings that rats could get to. He wasn't pushy at all (like an upsell) and was very understanding with our decision.

Hands down InsecTec is the most professional and reliable service company that I've dealt with. I have had the same tech for years and not only is he thorough in the work he does, he hasn't missed a day in years!

InsecTek always notifies me of my appointment a day or two before the service and lets me know exactly what time they will be here. Matt has never run behind and gives me a call if he's running early. When he arrives, he always rings the doorbell to ask if there is anything that needs attention. The guy doesn't cut corners and doesn't miss a spot.

Well today, my neighbor sent an email to ask if I had a good pest control company. After a glowing recommendation, she gave InsecTek a call. Would you believe they scheduled same day service. Now that's a company that really cares about it's customers!

I was using a nationally known company for pest prevention services.  They were very good at billing me on time, but very poor at showing up.  We decided to cancel their service and complete the service on our own.  we quickly realized that this wasn't ideal and after many hours of research, we narrowed the list down to 3 potential companies.  

After speaking to each company, we made the decision to try Insectek Pest Solutions.  As I was slightly jaded from the previous service provider, I made sure that I understood their cancellation policy as I wasn't going to be taken again.

We have been with Insectek about a year now and have been pleased with their service.  From the gentlemen who originally listened to my concerns and scheduled our first service to Kevin who completes the service, we have been treated with respect and effective pest control.

I still hold Insectek to a high standard, but so far, they have met our expectations for pest control and Kevin has exceeded my expectation in his professionalism and kindness.

We are extremely happy with the service provided by insectek. We just purchased a new home and we were provided money through escrow for termite extermination. We did quite a bit of research, and decided on this company due to their customer service and pricing. Matt came out for an initial free evaluation and returned to provide treatment today. Matt is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable.

When it rains it pours I was dealing with several issues regarding my health and my family members health when my husband walked in the house and said we have termites. I got quotes and interviewed several different companies. Terminex, Blue Frog, Blue Sky and Green Mango. Some of them used scare tactics to try and get my business. Some didn't return calls in a timely manner. When all was said and done I felt most comfortable with Insectek. They listened to my concerns, were very knowledgeable, great with communication and punctual. Thank you Gabe!!!

We found a row of wood of termites in the house. I called them and they quickly set up an appointment for the next day. They were on time and txted me to let me know how far out they were.

The tech was very knowledgeable and very polite. We are going to use them again.

I really like working with Insectek. We went with them because we liked their monthly cost but their service has been above and beyond what we expected. They come out every other month for prevention. Gabe (who has been our tech since we started using them) has always shown up on time, he texts before he arrives, he communicates well and has found issues that even our property management company missed. He's also just an extremely pleasant person. Every experience is always wonderful and makes it very easy for me to say no to all the other pest control companies that knock on our door. I can't recommend Insectek enough!

Excellent service from Eric and Insectek both for the no pressure estimate and the actual termite treatment. I chose Insectek because Eric was so knowledgeable and friendly. I'm new to Arizona and the unique pests, that come with living here. That being said, we kept hearing a rustling in the wall of one of our bedrooms. Sounded like a rodent, making a nest or chewing a wire. It didn't help with my peace of mind that the previous owners left us an Orkin rodent box, strategically placed in the backyard. I had already, called Orkin out and they had confirmed the former owner had placed a call in the fall for rodents.
But nothing was found, and the noise was still ever present. I called someone else to schedule a whole house seal. He will be sealing my house next week. We asked for a pest recommendation because he only seals and does not do pests, and he recommended Insectek. We called after I saw 421 5 star reviews. I now know why. They sent Jeremie to our home. Jeremie is amazing. He's new to the company, but not to the industry. He found cracks in the stucco, that a rodent could potentially get in, that I never noticed. He noticed in the room where we heard the sound, that someone had opened the wall in the past. We surmised because they heard the same noise. We never noticed the drywall looking different until bam, it slapped us in the face with his pointing it out. Anyhow, Jeremie went above and beyond. I don't even care that we spent the money we had spent to find rodents. Because I now have peace of mind that there are no rodents.
The cause of our mystery noise? The cable box, outside. It was loose, exposed, and had loose wires and apparently when the wind blows it sounds like a rodent. Lol! If I have ANY pest problems in the future, I will only be calling Insectek.

I really don't like the subscription contract model these new pest control companies are using. Seems that's the new trend on yelp.

I prefer to call my pest control service on demand or work out a 2-4 month plan based on results.

But these guys try to hook you into an annual subscription much like a software product that you have to continue paying for each month (or every two months).

I found a local vendor who provides what I consider to be a more honest offering (without a subscription contract plan).

I have been a customer of Insectek for almost two years.  They did a very thorough job on their fist visit and they come every month, and in-between!  They are responsive when you call, email or text.  I had issues with ants in my backyard and Insectek was able to get rid of them!  Their technicians are very kind, knowledgeable, and concerned which I appreciate very much.  And the cost for their service is very reasonable.  I would definitely recommend Insectek!

We chose this service because of pricing and reviews. They do a good job coming out and spraying anywhere we need them to and haven't had any critter issues since we started with them. Would have given them a 5 if they communicated a little better on scheduling when they will come every other month. My husband and I both work long hours so when they let us know same week they are coming at a time while we are at work, it isn't great and we have to try and reschedule. If they called and scheduled each service or even sent a scheduling link, or something like that, I'd definitely give 5 stars!

After doing research on Yelp, I learned that Insectek Pest Solutions would be the best company for me. My rep, Bryce, was outstanding! He walked me through the entire startup process and two days later, there was my technician at my door at the stated ETA. They sprayed my property and the next day, I had the use a leaf blower to remove all of the dead insects. Truly impressed!!! Thank you

We have been a client of Insectek for 6 years so far.  We have had zero scorpions and only two single bug intrusions into the house in all that time. Both were dead when we found them but Insectek came out and did an extra service after checking it out, no extra charge.   Today we had a wasp nest started on our patio. They were out inside of an hour to take care of it on a friday afternoon. They have always been extremely responsive. I highly recommend Insectek.

We've always had an amazing experience with Insectek. Technicians are knowledgeable and easy to work with. We live close to the mountain preserve so scorpions are an issue. They pay close attention to all the areas on the exterior and interior of my home to get that taken care of. Enrique is the technician that frequents our home but they are all fantastic!

Living in an older, established neighborhood, I never worry about pests.  But, never say never.  Last week, I was taking my garbage bins out to the street when  I noticed that my driveway was infested with large black ants!  Not a few, but several hundred!  I had never heard of harvester ants before, but they are ugly!

I saw that they were making nests in a corner of my neighbor's yard that abuts my lot (he's got a lot of junk), and coming over to my yard to pick up nesting material! I fought valiantly with Raid, but these things were voracious!

I called Insectek based on previous Yelp reviews.  I wanted somebody who would get to me quick and solve the problem.  They did!

Bryce worked me into the schedule and had a technician out quickly.  The tech was very thorough and it looks like the problem is gone.

I wasn't thrilled with being told that I needed to sign up for their 365 Pest Prevention Program, or with having to give them a credit card for a $40 per month fee, BUT in hindsight, I saved $50 on my initial service, and get 4-6 visits for the year.  If the ants come back, so will Insectek.  If you don't have a big bug problem, I suggest cost comparing them with a few other companies, and see what you think.

However, peace of mind is important, and knowing that these guys solved my problem quickly and that they have my back for a year is the kind of peace of mind I'm willing to pay for.

Very RELIABLE and professional service for my two properties.  I signed a one year agreement to get a discount but I still feel like it's too much money vs some of the smaller businesses.  I have had to call them to come out to re address issues and that was the whole point of me using a larger company and more automated process so I didn't have to remember to call and make an appointment.  I will be cancelling at the end of my year contract.

I definitely recommend this pest control company! Our realtor suggested them after purchasing our home earlier this year and they have been nothing but the best! They send messages reminding of the exact time of the appointment the day before and day of. Upon arrival they let you know exactly what to expect and answer any questions we may have. 10/10 recommend!

Matt came today at scheduled time. Asked if there were  issues with pests and I responded that we never have a problem. He quickly replaced trap boxes and did permitter spray. At the end of his visit reported that spray treatment was applied safely considering plants growing by house.

The crew at Insectek are polite, punctual, fair-priced, and knowledgeable. I asked them to help treat our home thoroughly before we moved in, and I couldn't be happier about their service. While making the appointment, I mentioned specifically the type of insect activity I was noticing in the home, and they were prepared with all the items needed to tackle the issue at hand. They also took the time to explain to me what I should be looking out for, and when to contact them, even if it is before the scheduled treatment date. They wear masks and shoe covers throughout the time they are inside the house, and provide a entire gamut of services for your pest control needs. I highly recommend them!

Thanks to my neighbor's recommendation, Insectek has been the best pest control company we've used.  We used another pest control company when we first moved in to our house 8 years ago because we have scorpions.  We noticed fewer scorpions in the house over time, but we still had active scorpions in several rooms of our house; mostly on tiled areas.  Then I decided to spray on my own for a couple of years and that was no better or worse than the previous vendor, but did save me a little money.

Flash forward to the hellish summer of 2020 and we had a good amount of scorpion activity in the garage and tiled areas, so I decided to contact Insectek.  They had availability within a few days of contacting them and since July 2020, they have provided only excellent, timely and professional service.  Within 2 months of them spraying both the outside and inside of our home, we've not found any active scorpions in the house or garage, so they've managed to accomplish what our previous vendor was unable to do by eradicating the scorpions in the house.  

Scott visited our house to spray over the weekend and he was friendly, on time and we talked a little football while he sprayed the exterior of the house.  Thanks to Insectek for hiring only really professional and polite staff and for providing a service that really works well.

Insectek is by far, bar none, the best pest control/insect company in the Valley of the sun. Always on time, always, thoroughl, always friendly and always professional! If you happen to like a certain service technician than request him/her every time and the office will be sure it is done that way. The only bugs I see are dead bugs, they do their job right, and with great pride!

We were concerned that we had termites and we called Insectek. They responded in less than an hour. Eventhough it wasnt an emergency, they set up a time to come take a look at the problem the same day.
It turns out that it wasnt termites or any type of wood eating insect. They did a free inspection. They also recommended a product (Cyzmic-CS) which kills insects which is kid and pet safe. We did not know about the product but it gets very good reviews. They also gave us information about the differences in treating a basement home vs a non-basement home. We will definitely call them back if we have other issues in the future. I see why these guys have all the positive reviews.

We've been customers of Insectek for nearly 2 years now and at 2 different homes (quarterly pest control & termite warranty protection). There is no other pest company in the valley that offers this level of excellent service! You'll generally have the same technician service your home each time, any reports requested have clear notes that are easy to follow, and the cost is on par with the competition. A couple recent examples of service we've had:

As we were in the process of selling of last home and inspector found evidence of possible termite damage but couldn't confirm if it was active or not. We called up Insectek to take a look and they were able to squeeze us in the same day, with all work covered under our warranty.

As part of our inspection of our new home, the home inspection company offered a termite inspection add-on and other pest companies will complete it for a charge - not Insectek. They came to inspect for FREE! Savings in our pocket, as well as peace of mind that specialists we know and trust inspected the property thoroughly.

Call Insectek if you need a pest service provider and you'll be glad you did.

I was informed that they would let me know ahead a time before they arrive because they are all about the customers schedule, at first I thought sure every company says that, but like they stated I recieved messages when they were on their way and when they arrived. Termites! After interviewing 4 companies, insectek provides the most extensive and safest termite treatment. Pricing is also comparable two other companies. James came out to do the inspection and when I decided on insectek James also did the treatment. The treatment was a combination of trenching where are the active termites were outside at the entry point, dusting in the ceiling where the current activity was inside, and putting bait stations around the perimeter of my home. James also put bait stations around the wooden shed. Insectek is the only company that included my shed.

There was one company that gave me a quote on the phone without looking at my property. They used basic information from the County website. The County website does not give correct detail that is needed to do a proper termite treatment. Never trust a company that gives you a price over the phone without looking at your property. This company, the 4th, was the most expensive and gave a 10 year warranty. Termite chemical doesn't last 10 years. I'm not going to play Russian Roulette with my home or anything else!

Bait stations are effective and safest for mother earth!

We are newer to AZ and all the creatures. Insectek has always been amazing to us! They have always cheerfully answered any question I've had & given me in depth explanations about what they do and why. They are always so honest and friendly, and so reliable! They show up when they're supposed to and do a thorough job! Our tech, Matt, always asks us what's been going on in between services and pays special attention to anything we request. Anytime I've called in, Courtney has been incredibly helpful and has great customer service, and the manager, Morgan, is always so helpful & patient with any questions. I love the integrity & follow through, as well as the incredible customer service of every person I've ever interacted with in the company. Truly the best! They get rid of the pests & make you feel like family they care about all in one. We highly recommend them!

I have used Insectek several times and I have never been disappointed with them.  Yesterday, Tyler the tech came out and did a treatment and a termite inspection.  He was amazing!  He did a thorough job, he was pleasant and went above and beyond as I had some special requests for the spraying.  He communicated with me the entire time and had some great recommendations on how to stay pest free.  I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone!

Fantastic experience from what started off a little rocky. Techs are courteous, clean, respectful, and want to listen to any of your specific pest control needs. Communication with the office is also great.

The scheduling and text/email notifications are fantastic and provide you a narrow window as when the tech will arrive for service.

A long overdue review for an AMAZING company! I started using Insectek over a year ago for my townhome in Phoenix. Living in the city equals living with cockroaches and other insects, especially during the summer. Once I started seeing the occasional cockroach inside, one of us had to go...and they did. Insectek's product immediately took care of the problem and after the initial 7-10 days...I never saw one in the house again. Also, while they are hard to get rid of, I also saw a dramatic decrease in silverfish.

Fast forward about 18 months later and they are now treating the home that I bought in Phoenix. They did the initial treatment before we moved in and all I have seen are dead bugs (outside) ever since. I can't say enough good things about Insectek!

We have been using InsecTek since moving to the Valley in 2014. Their prices are reasonable and service has always been reliable, honest and friendly.  We've had techs who are always willing to let us customize our service, without any hesitation. However the last two visits have been made by a new tech for us, Matt, who has done things we've rarely seen other techs do. He appears to be extremely thorough when looking for spider webs, potential access locations, and application coverage. We really appreciate his attention to detail. Can't go wrong with InsecTek.

He was great from start to finish and every trip to our home in-between. We had a terrible German Cockroach and American Cockroach problem. He treated our home like it was his own. He has a real competitiveness and professionalism about getting rid of unwanted bugs/pests.

Don't waste your time with other companies... These guys are affordable, reliable, and tech savvy with scheduling.

These guys are the BEST! I called them 2 years ago to come spray for scorpions because the company my HOA used was terrible. I signed up for the monthly service and they were gone pretty quick. From what I read scorpions are pretty difficult to get rid of especially in the hot summer months.

Wayne was my tech that came to my home most often. Not only was he super friendly, but he was throughly and always made sure to call ahead and spray in every crack or opportunity for those guys to come in.

They also send you text reminders the day before (I would always forget) and are really easy to reschedule with.

We just signed up with Insectek and had our first service.  Bryce was excellent.  He was early, wore a mask and booties, and asked all the right questions to determine what our needs were.  He did a thorough investigation of our house and outside and applied the proper pet friendly products.  We were having serious issues with ants.  It also looks like our ant and cricket problem is gone.  He found a potential new termite trail and pointed out to me.  I am so happy that I selected Insectek!

I can't say enough good things about this company. I found a HUGE roach in my closet one day and saw this company on yelp. I called them and they were booked solid but made time at the end of the day to come out and spray my home.

Everyone that has come to my house has been soooo so nice.

I haven't had any sewer roaches since. No scorpions either.

We used this business for over a year. They were always wonderful, prompt, and very easy to work with. We recently decided to discontinue service because we want to switch to all natural pest control due to recently adopting some chickens we don't want them exposed to chemicals. If it weren't for that we would definitely still be with the company. I give them my highest reviews they are so great to work with.

They've been spraying the inside and outside of our house for years on a regular basis. They always do a fantastic job, and my husband and I are very happy with their service! I'm petrified of bugs, and fortunately have no worries! They're always very friendly too!

After trying 2 different companies and then getting stung by a scorpion in my home, I knew I needed to find a reliable pest control company. We've had insectek for a few years and I've never seen a scorpion inside or outside of my home. We have always had   great techs who are so professional and friendly. They are always good at communicating when they will be here or asking if I have any specific areas of concern. One of the best companies out there! There are 3 main qualities that I noticed with insectek.
1. Discipline  - will keep you updated in the schedule  (to the minute ) and are always ON Time!

Moved in last May and had an issue with scorpions. We called out two other companies before finding Insectek. This company is great! We did an initial spray and after their first spray we decide to do monthly sprays. Haven't had any issues with scorpions or other bugs since. Great customer service! I feel safer from these crazy pests in Arizona knowing I have Insectek by my side. The few times I called the service they are always quick and friendly. They are always on time for their appointments and they work with our schedule. I like that I have the same guy come and spray my home every time and they are polite and respectful of my property.
My husband and I were recently concerned of bees building a hive in the wall outside. We came to find out Insectek doesn't handle bees but they referred someone who was able to give us information over the phone and save us money.

Best pest control company! I have used 3 other companies and Insectek uses all the right stuff.  

The long story if you care to read it,
My family and I moved into a new home and had so many crickets, which I don't love but also don't bother me a ton.... until I learned that scorpions love them! We hired a company and it didn't really help much. We then had a mama scorpion have babies somewhere in our master bath walls. I Lost my mind and decided we had to move. My husband said we maybe should look at other solutions before leaving our home. So I researched a ton, and with all of my info, I called Insectek and asked about the solutions, potency, and products they use. The gal who answered was so kind and patient as I asked a million questions. I was finding a pinkie fingernail sized scorpion a when I met Wayne (our amazing technician). He sprayed our home just once and we began finding dead scorpions! I prefer dead to alive for sure.

Since Wayne started helping us out we have only found a couple slow guys! So improved from 20 in 2 weeks. Thanks Wayne!

I have been a customer for about 4 years now, and I love working with Insectek. Their service guys are terrific and always friendly. My regular guy Wayne is especially awesome.

About 3 days before your appointment you get an email reminder letting you know when they will be there. I've found them to be quite punctual. They have a green product option which is safe for pets. I don't have any pets but I'm always a fan of less harsh chemicals so I always get that sprayed. You can have them do just the outside or also the inside of your home, the price is the same.

It's rare, but sometimes I've found bugs in between visits. All I do is call them, they usually come the next day and do another spray for free.

I've had virtually no bugs indoors or outdoors and it's been a joy working with them. I highly recommend this company!

What a wonderful company! I actually called them for an ant problem we were having in the house from a Yelp search, so thank you fellow yelpers! My technician Tyler was very professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He educated my husband and I about what needed to be done in order to rid our home of these little critters! He took a look at our pool area where we get bees and addressed that with us too. He even took the time to address our dogs and effects of the spray used outside.

We actually ended up signing up for monthly services to hopefully avoid another problem in the future! I would absolutely recommend this company to friends and family! Thank you Insectek Pest Solutions!

My husband and I have nothing but great things to say about Insectek!  Our neighbors have seen spiders and scorpions in their homes but we have not. We have owned our home for five years and have never had a single insect in our home thanks to Insectek and their staff.  The Customer Service is outstanding starting with setting appointments and ending with the sprayer.  Jose is currently our spray guy and he is friendly, professional, and thorough.

Anthony came to our home after our first service and did such a fantastic job. He took his time, was very thorough, was professional, courteous, and informative. He didn't seem to leave any stone unturned. He caught a live scorpion above the front door and a nest of roaches in the irrigation valve control box. He doused those SOBs and made me and my wife feel secure that a heavy dose was being applied everywhere. Thanks Anthony!  Keep up the great work!

I moved in to my new home about 6 months ago, only to have my first run in with scorpions. As a native to Arizona I've never had problems with in any other house.  So I did some research and found these guys on yelp..

They came out and treated my property and have been super accommodating to my and even allowing to request the same techs which my for I like and appreciate. They take the time to explain things and also do a great job of laying down the  chemicals and are mindful of my dog and my home.  I highly recommend them to anyone another plus if any pests pop up they can touch up your home between your scheduled visits, which is really helpful and gives me peace of mind

I have lived in my home in the N. Valley for the last 9 years and never had a scorpion issue.  About 8 months ago a construction project started about 200 yards away and the completely trim all the earth on a lot that sat for 30 + years.  That's when the scorpions started showing up!  I did some Yelp reviewing and found Insectek.  Called Monday am and spoke to a nice guy who explained their process and suggested a bi-monthly service.  Today is Wednesday and I had a visit from Matt.  Great guy and super friendly, he put up with my dogs and concerns about them during the drying of the treatment.  Explained everything in detail, walked and sprayed the entire property and did exactly what I asked to keep my dogs isolated etc.  explained how to contact them via their app and if I see any spike in activity to just hit them up and they will return anytime for a treatment.  Pricing was extremely reasonable as well and I signed in for a program to rid my place of pests.  Great experience thus far and looking forward to a fall with fewer bugs and more outdoor time!

This afternoon I had pest services performed by Enrique. He was prompt (even called ahead and asked if he could come a little earlier), friendly, professional and courteous. He took the time to ask questions and provide detailed information. I'm addition, he actually spent time spraying both the inside and outside of my home.

Insectek PC is by far, employs the BEST technicians and is the pest service I have ever used. On top of that they are military/veteran friendly.

I've used a few of their competitors in the past and was always let down by either their no-show technicians, surprise price increases, lack of communication and/or the insects showing up a month after a five or ten spray service. I've never experienced any of these practices with Insectek.

With Insectek, I know I never have to worry about scorpions and spiders being in my home.

After finding a few roaches in our silverware drawer, we decided it was time for pest control. We've been using Insectek for a couple years now and haven't seen any live critters since!

Wayne came out to our house today and he was especially helpful. Not only did he treat our property, but he gave us recommendations on how to eliminate the wasps that hover around our pool and some tips on reseeding our lawn! Very knowledgeable and friendly with great service!

I've been using this company for over 4 years. I find them to be easy to work with. They reschedule easily when needed. They up the amount of service I need, and reduce it when we get a handle on things. My last property had the occasional rat issue. They were extremely helpful about that. When we bought our new house the home owners had termite warranty with a different service. My tech was kind enough to point out all the spots where the other service hadn't sprayed for. I was grateful to have that info as I'd have no idea what to look for.
All the tech guys have always been kind, respectful, and professional. I was grateful our most recent tech Anthony told us that we have the option to switching to a more green product.

Wonderful company; I refer everyone who has a need. We moved into a beautiful new home, only to find out our new roommates were scorpions. We were finding around 5-6 a week, inside. I called Insectek based off a recommendation, and spoke to the manager, Garrett, about our issue for 20 minutes. He walked through options (some even outside of what the company provided) and ultimately provided me a game plan and timeframe to test results. All the techs who have come to the house are wonderful, friendly, consultative, and quick. We have only been finding dead scorpions inside since starting their service, and have grown to look forward to the service as we are expecting a little one soon, and hope to have this all behind us shortly. I cannot say enough kind things about the professionalism and consultative approach the company takes. Their service is next level.

We moved into our house in Feb 2016 and looked for a company with great reviews and found Insectek, they have been terrific.  In the now 5+ years we have seen bugs maybe 3 times and although they were inside the house they were dead by the time we saw them. When that's happened we have called them for an extra spray and had them do inside and out which we don't normally have.  They came out within a day and retreated just to be sure.  They are very communicative, they send text messages the day before reminding me, then as they are coming out again.  They always ask if everything is ok, any issues.  They are uniformed and sharp looking which speaks to a pride in what they do.  I don't know how I could ask for a better pest control company.   I highly recommend Insectek.

Insectek really has gone above and beyond for me.

Insecktek has been my pest control company for 2 different residences now, both of which they've eradicated a roach problem. I'm totally 150% terrified of these nasty little creatures and they are always there to save the day. Wayne has made a special effort to make sure I'm not afraid in my house and don't see a roach.

I feel absolutely comfortable leaving a key for them and allowing them to enter my home when I'm at work. Once they leave, I am immediately emailed an invoice detailing my service and the products used.

Yep, they are 5 ***** good and dependable, and completely work to accomodate your weird schedule. And they keep the bugs away.

They can text and email you reminders and do if you want. I suppose they would call if you ask too.

We get the same guy each time, James, a nice family man we trust. (You may get someone else but I would guess he or she is just as good). He also answers all of my weird bug-related concerns about spiders, rats, roaches, kids, etc.  We have only lived here two years, so I am curious.

The price is right and the Yelp discount deal is a deal. They do termite extermination too, but we haven't needed it.

When you call their offices, each time, they are truly friendly and accomodating.

We had large sewer roaches coming into our home and this company instantly knew the treatment we needed. Others said we needed to bomb the house, but these are not the type of roaches that require you fill your home with a toxic gases.

Request Wayne!!!! I seriously love this guy. He's super personable and he's extremely knowledgeable. This guy literally sprayed our place, gave us tips to keep the bugs away, AND he held my screaming baby and calmed him down. Best customer service ever.

I called last week sobbing because our springtail infestation had gotten so bad I didn't know what to do anymore. The nice lady put me in contact with a manager named Morgan. He was so kind and helpful! He told me that springtails don't respond to pesticides and suggested other ways to help me find the source of moisture. He told me he didn't want to sell me services when he knew it would t get rid of them. Who does that these days?? He offered to send me a scholarly article about them with tips and tricks on minimizing them. After getting off the phone with him we have been emailing back and forth and he has helped me get the proper tests done in the house to rule out sewer or water leaks. A company that takes the time to be that kind is deserving of 5 stars. Thank you!

I love these guys!! We've had them for about 5 years (give or take) and every single tech they've sent us has been nice and personable. They communicate with us on a quarterly basis and come on time the day of treatment. Better priced than the big box pest control company we used before them and we have yet to see a pest or critter after they've sprayed. Great company! In fact, we're moving at the end of this month and are bringing Insectek right along with us!! No way we're taking a chance on a different pest control company. Neither should you! Call them. Tyler J has been to our house a few times since we moved in October 2017 for routine spraying.  He is very professional and courteous of our home.  He makes sure to call and tell us the exact time he will be here.  I keep my home very clean and that includes removing shoes upon entering and he's very respectful of that by putting shoe covers on.  That alone makes me very happy!  

We saw a few very small bugs and called to have them come out for a spraying and the office assistant was attentive, friendly and worked around our schedule.  Very satisfied with their services.

I had Insectek come to my previous condo in North Phoenix, and now my current house in the East Valley. I had a very bad scorpion problem before and even after moving into our new home, and Insectek was great with helping me diminish the problem.

The technicians are friendly and very knowledgeable. I love the added touch that they wear shoe covers while they spray inside the house- very thoughtful! Kyle has been our technician for the past year now and he's awesome; he always asks if I've seen any scorpions since the last spray and is full of helpful advice. The phone representatives are also very friendly and accommodating to your schedule. The rates are reasonable and it's very easy to switch between monthly and every other month services during the off-season.

We've been using Insectek for a bit over a year now. This is a great company - we've used other big name companies in the past, but this is far superior in customer service AND technician skill/knowledge. They are very thorough in both outside and inside areas. We are on the plan where they come every other month and have not had any issues and live right next to a wash.

We've seen a few of the technicians over the last year or so and they are all fantastic. Very friendly and approachable and completely answer any questions. You can tell they are knowledgeable and not just walking around spraying product.

The office staff always answers the phone right away and takes care of anything I call about. I noticed ants in the driveway and front yard one day, called them up and they came out next day free of charge to treat. Sure enough in just a couple days there were no signs of the ants and they haven't been back (this was over 6 months ago).

Been with these guys for a few years and really happy with the level of service and professionalism from the service techs.

Zack is a true pro, super knowledgeable, professional and their termite expert. He's actually a termite ninja, but I digress. He really sold me with staying with the company for the long term. However, just had Tyler J service my house the last two times, including today. Top notch customer service and super through. Now I'm doubly sold!

Good help is hard to find, but Insectek has two All-Stars in the pest world on their team. I'll be with this company as long as one of them is around. If they leave I'll honestly look around, but will give them a shot with a new guy since I've had a great track record with them. Maybe they can keep up the excellent hires, but now I have high expectations.

You'd think it's just laying down some chemicals and anyone should be able to do that. That's only part of it. It's really the knowledge base and experience you're paying for. They are through and wind up seeing things before anything gets undesirable.

The front office is good too which is nice since I did have issues with billing a couple of times in the beginning with autopay not working. No problems since.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

After researching several pest control companies, my wife and I chose Insectek because of their professionalism, expert knowledge of bugs/termites, friendly service, and positive track record on yelp.

Wayne walked our property, inside and out, and provided extensive information on Insectek's termite extermination process, the chemicals used, expectations and time frame of termite elimination, and next steps.

It's been three months since our termite treatment and we've not seen any new tunnels or activity. We also signed on for monthly pest control and we've seen our outside ant population decline, and no longer have ants and crickets indoors!

Wayne always arrives with a smile and keeps us informed on any updates to existing or new issues he sees around and/or in our property. Wayne is very well educated on bugs life-cycle and he takes extra measures to make sure all issues are taken care of quickly.

Wayne is also very, very good with dogs - we have three dogs and Wayne is always attentive to their barks for attention. He'll even call my wife when he's arrived so she can put our dogs in kennels before he comes to the door!

I NEVER thought I'd be writing a yelp review for an exterminator...and then there was Tyler!  I recently relocated to a new apartment complex and lets just say I had some unwanted eight legged (I guess) who required IMMEDIATE eviction from the premises!  I read the Yelp reviews a decided to go with Insectek, based on their STELLAR ratings.  Tyler made an after hours visit, to accommodate me y work schedule.  He was knowledgeable, professional, efficient, fast and such a wonderful personality.    I am planning to keep using this service to ensure that the only permanent residents in my home are those with 4 legs (or fewer)!

I found Insectek on Yelp because of their great reviews.  My experience with previous pest control companies has been spotty and unpredictable and (true confession time) it's been over two years since we've had any kind of pest control on our property other than smashing whatever we find and hoping the chickens eat the rest.  I contacted the company via their website, had a quick followup call asking about our property and problems and the representative recommended bimonthly pest control at a reasonable rate.  She also cautioned me that after the initial treatment we would see an increase in pests and so they come out for a second within 30 days.  It's nice to know that information up front.  We set up a time for the technician to come out, they even worked around my schedule so we could do it while the kids are at school, and I received both email and text confirmations.

The technician Sean was on time, observant (he saw a live scorpion just hanging out on the door jamb that I walked right past), answered my questions, gave me lots of good information, was patient, thorough and unobtrusive.  This was a pretty great experience for a service that's annoying, but necessary.

Will update in the future if I need to, but so far I'm pleased.

This review is for both a singular, partial termite treatment and ongoing, monthly pest control services.

TERMITE SERVICE REVIEW

Having been given our last contract with Bill's Pest & Termite from our home's previous owner's closing concessions, we knew we did not want to renew with them.  Despite several treatments and visits, Bill's was never able to successfully abate our termite problem.

Zachary was our service-person.  He took a generous amount of time to educate us on the different products that Insectek uses compared to Bill's.  I was able to do my own research and verify the information that he gave us.  He explained that Bill's was using an inferior, less expensive termite treatment chemical, whose pathway to effectiveness was actually putting our home a greater risk while taking it's time to work, which it never actually did.  Zach's recommendations for the appropriate treatment  were earnestly given and came with careful, complete disclosures that were offered only after a thorough inspection of our home.

When it came time for service, Zach was adroit, but still took the time to point out evidence he found under our living room carpet that strongly supported his previous assessment of where the termites were gaining access.  According to Zach, if the treatment was successful, our termite problem should subside within 90 days.  If so, I'll be certain to be back to update my review to 5 stars.  However, please know that Zach's customer service was exemplary.  He was the best of any service person to visit our home.

Tanner was our service-person.  He was incredibly polite and thorough.  The treatments he administered have been remarkably fast-acting and effective at eliminating the errant roaches we just started seeing in our kitchen.  The best part of his visit, like with Zach, is that he took the time and care to thoroughly educate us on his treatments, the likely causes for the roaches, and reasonable expectations for results.  Sadly, Tanner will only be administering treatments for the summer.  However, we will be thankful for those that he does.  Hopefully, we will be as lucky with his successor.

Last night was honestly the most trying night of my life. My roommate sprinted into the living room screaming that a monster cockroach was chilling in her shower curtains. After over an hour of strategizing how to kill it without looking at it, we lost view of him. I had NEVER seen a cockroach in my apartment after over two years and this was an unfortunate surprise.

My roommate did research on pest control in town and found Insectek on Yelp and immediately called first thing in the morning. Thank goodness they were able to come out a mere hours later and blasted our entire apartment.

The tech was educational and kind and explained what he was doing throughout the apartment as well as next steps (i.e. don't fear when dead bugs start showing up).

Let's keep our fingers crossed this tragedy is behind us.

Eric V. was our Insectek technician, he was polite, informative and professional. He was extremely knowledgeable of the types of issues and insects that we had in our home. Primarily, scorpions and spiders that kept creeping around our 3rd floor. He researched our previous service reports before arriving to familiarize himself with our situation. He troubleshooted ways he can assist us in maintaining our residence. He also advised us to research hospitals in our area that have anti-venom as a precaution because we have a 2 year old. This was an awesome idea because the only phone number I have in this regard is poison control. Very pleased with our service and will continue to be a loyal customer with insectek for this very reason. Their technicians truly know what they are doing and how to tackle pest situations. They are always quick to respond and set up an appointment either by phone call, text or email. Will always recommend!

Price - reasonable and cheaper than some of the others. They offer discounts for first responders / military. Any company that discounts for first responders and military is a plus .

Quality- superb . Haven't noticed a bug since having the service.

Staff- great.  Polite, professional, punctual . Our house has been serviced  by Kyle twice. Kyle is very knowledgeable and patient with my wife who is an undiagnosed  arachnophobic.  Kyle has displayed great customer service is likely a great asset to the company.

Service - zero complaints, issues or concerns. We receive a report with every service call detailing everything.

Overall- I would recommend this company to anyone.

I was always hesitant to get pest control services as it seems every company has a shady reputation when it comes to being either effective or being a compete rip off, but I did my research and Insectek Pest Solutions has the best reputation I've seen in the AZ metro area, I signed up and I was extremely satisfied with the service! Jose came out and was very friendly and professional, he answered my questions and made sure I was taken care of, I specifically requested he services my home every time! When we first moved into our home 8 months ago it was over ran with cock roaches and we even found a few black widows (yikes)! We called around for a few quotes. Insectek gave us quick feedback and a fair estimate. Since then, our home has been bug free! It's so nice not to have to worry about that!

We have a technician come out once every other month, they spray the inside and outside of our home. I like that the spray they use is safe enough to use indoors around my children. It also dries quickly. Every technician we've had come out has always been kind and respectful. Adam M. in particular is very nice and knowledgeable. He's good at teaching us what to look out for and when to call the company if we notice any new invasions. I'd for sure recommend this company to anyone that's looking for pest control maintenance!

Called on Tuesday, Tyler was here today (Friday) at 9:45 on the dot. So so pleased with both the representative I spoke to on the phone, I forgot her name :/ and today Tyler was awesome! Using insectek for about a year now.  These guys are super easy to work with, honest, reliable, and friendly.  Their prices are reasonable, and they take the time to explain and talk you through it,

Fantastic experience! Every technician that's come into my home has been completely professional and knowledgeable. They are consistent from one technician to the other. Every question I've asked has been answered and I've even experienced the technician helping each other out if they are stumped on something. They are always on time and they call when they are AHEAD of schedule! The company itself is run smoothly. I have them coming once a month and I've signed up for text reminder which lets you know your treatment date and exact time they'll be at your home. Extremely convenient. We contacted Insectek several months ago because our condo started having visits from german cockroaches on a daily basis. They came out a few days later, spoke to us about our problem, gave us a lot of information in regards to the pests we might see here in Arizona, and what to expect with their service.

Our technician, Adam, was always on time, courteous, and did a great job. The company always informed us of when our monthly visit would happen with enough leeway if the appointment needed to be rescheduled.

Prompt service. I put in an inquiry on Sunday night and received a call Monday morning. The service tech worked with my busy schedule & arrived right on time. He was confident but not arrogant at all. Extremely polite & professional. My dogs even got loose & ran up to him. He didn't flinch, just petted them until I got them back in their cage.
When I told him about the black widow I saw, he spent time looking for it and found it! He sprayed the area well & even sprayed the black widow. After he was done, he gave me an overview of what he sprayed for & gave me an assurance about his product.

Zack is awesome!! He has sprayed our house for ticks twice and has been great each time! We used another company for a tick problem and after 4-5 sprays it just didn't cut it. I called insectek after reading some reviews and so happy I did. So far the only ticks we have seen are dead and my life has gotten much better. Zack took the time to inspect my house and address where they could be coming from. After a very thorough inspection and recommendations from him,I am hopeful our bloodsuckers are gone.

Very happy with our service with Insectek Pest Solutions!
We were having a BIG problem with scorpions at our house, and spiders as well. After the first spray we were still seeing a lot of scorpions and spiders but I believe this is because they were being chased out by the spray but after the second spray we did not see any bugs! It has been almost a year of using their service and we have not seen ANY bugs. If you are having any issues with bugs, Insectek Pest Solutions is your best option!

Wayne is our tech--has been for the last two years--is always prompt, does a very thorough job, and is always smiling. We are new to this area, and have used Insectek since the day we arrived. We have NEVER had a pest or insect issue---although some of our neighbors have. I've never seen a scorpion, and I have no desire to. Wayne makes sure they stay away!!

We have open space all around us---yet Insectek keep the critters away. This isn't Rocket Science, but it must be done right. Insectek does it RIGHT!!

YES, the positive reviews are accurate! These guys are totally awesome! No, I don't live in Arizona any more. But when we lived there last year, we used them exclusively to help us with pest control. They always called before they showed up, showed up on time, wore shoe covers, and did whatever it took to remove/exterminate any pests. I vividly remember one employee running around in our back yard (in over 100 degree heat) trying to trap a roof rat that was giving us serious grief. How awesome is that!?!?!? Now, I live in Philly and can't find any bug guy that even comes close to the quality and determination that Insectek has...sadness :( I even contacted them today to ask if they could at least help me identify a bug that our current bug guy has wrongly identified...and they did!!!!!

So if you're looking for an A-1 Company that will help you sleep better at night, contact them ASAP!!!! And good luck with your own misfortunes :)

We moved into our house a little over two years ago, and from the start, we've had a persistent little black ant problem. They were primarily in the kitchen, and they were always there! I would often say that we had ants for roommates, because that's seriously how it felt. I would wipe the table down, only for my children to find the ants crawling on their food. No matter how clean I kept the area, they were always there. If you happened to leave out something sweet without completely covering it, it would be covered with ants within a few hours. I tried other pest control companies with no luck. We bought all kinds of spray ourselves. Nothing got rid of the ants or even made a dent. It was embarrassing to have people come over and say, Did you know you have ants? Yes we know!!

I turned to Yelp as a last resort. I cancelled our current pest control company and was desperate to find someone who could actually do something for us. The reviews for Insectek blew me away, so I decided it was worth a try. The person I spoke with on the phone was very helpful and thought they could make a difference where others had failed. When the tech came out, he did something no one had done before, which was that he took the time (with a flashlight no less) to scout and assess the area and come up with a plan. He used gel bait indoors and sprayed outside (I requested no spray indoors because of kids). Within a couple weeks, the ants were GONE. GONE I tell you! It's been 3 months, and there are still NO ants in the kitchen! And nowhere else either! I honestly didn't know if we would ever get to this point, but I'm so very thankful!

This company knows what they're doing. I highly, highly recommend them!

I use this company for my house. They use an organic and natural pest killer and it is safe for kids and pets. It is amazing what has occurred within our first try with insectek. We live in an area without scorpions, snakes, and rats. The only thing that comes up that bothers us tremendously are beetles and earwigs. After the first visit from insectek, the bugs that have been hiding in the baseboards and plumbing in the inside of the house, crawled out to die. The only reason this is four stars is due to the fact that we waited until the middle of summer to start our home treatment and we had to get the inside sprayed a second time on their thirty day visit. For those new to Arizona, please note that you must get your house sprayed before May/June to create a barrier so that the insects don't feel compelled to come in. Also, if you have a palo verde tree, you will get palo verde beetles (the size of a giant coach roach) and you must ensure that you let the personnel know at insectek as they can only surface spray and the spray doesn't kill them, you need specialized fertilizer. Anyways, since they have come to the house, we have been getting fewer and fewer beetles and the outdoors which has ants is completely gone.

After our house all of the sudden became infested with small black beetles, I called Insectek for information. I spoke with both Jenny and Ben who I learned were the owners of the company. They provided excellent information and advice, answered all of my questions, and were able to schedule a service appointment for the next day!

Today a technician named Broc arrived early to my appointment and greeted me with respect and professionalism. He asked what sort of specific problems we had and the primary concern areas of the home. He and I spoke throughout the service, which lasted almost an hour! Broc explained what he was doing, how he was doing it, and the affects the treatment had on our pests. He was also able to locate the main nest of the beetle bugs. The treatment also flushed out countless crickets, a few scorpions, and even a cockroach!

Overall I would not hesitate to recommend Insectek to anyone needing pest control. I agreed to future bi-monthly treatments of the home and feel that the pricing is both reasonable and competitive.

Have I said how great this company is? The technicians are awesome. Moved to a new house. We used a black light and so many scorpions it was scary. After they sprayed 98% of scorpions were dead and the ones that weren't were dying.  Shane our regular guy came out. I cant say enough good things about him. The company and the technicians really care about the customers. Thier goal is 100% customer satisfaction and they stand by that. I will never use any other company for pest control. Insectek is the best!!

I contacted InsectTek after unsuccessfully treating my house myself with store-bought remedies after seeing a couple of cockroaches and a number of crickets. From the first phone call, I was treated with understanding and professionalism. They listened to me ramble on about my issue and my extreme fear of bugs. They were able to schedule an appointment for me within a couple days and assured me they felt they could get my situation under control.

My technician just finished our first treatment and put my mind at ease. After spraying inside and out and putting dust spray in to cracks under the house, and checking under each of the sinks in the house, he left. He was really nice, and I felt very comfortable with him in the house by myself. I was warned of a temporary increase in activity SEVERAL times. However, when I went outside, I saw more roaches come out of my wood patio than I had ever seen in my house and I freaked out (even though I had been warned of increased activity)! I called them immediately and, even though the activity was to be expected, they sent the tech back to my house within the hour.

He patiently listened to me recount what happened and reexamined the area I saw the activity, reassured me that he had obviously found a nest and offered to spray again, if it would make me feel better, and put down sticky traps just in case they tried to get in the house before they died. I apologized for being so squeemish, and he reassured me it was not a problem and reminded me, again, I might see more activity and to just call if I needed anything further, but that this was a good sign. Once again, my mind was put at ease.

Super friendly phone and in person service, thorough inspection and immediate response. They are also GREAT with a hysterical bug-a-phobe. Extremely happy so far!

Insectek has been coming to my house for over a year and I've got to say, I'm impressed. We use to have issues with crickets (yuck). Seriously it was like a cricket concert in our house some nights. I would go crazy, lurking around my house, softly tip toeing in search of locating the various cracks and crevices they hid in. Clearly, I was going bonkers trying to hunt them. Now we only get quarterly visits from Insectek and I'm happily to report I'm a lot more sane because my house is cricket and bug free.

Also what I like about these guys is that the same guy has been coming to my house the entire time. It's nice not to have different strangers trampling through your house each visit. My husband isn't too fond of me being home alone when we have any work done in the house, but I feel nothing but comfortable in allowing them in my home.

Also, super surprising to me is they seriously arrive on the dot of whenever they say they'll show up. It's wild to me how punctual they are - No four hour window where you're prisoner to your home while you wait for them to show up (Hey cable companies, take note of this!).

They've also done termite inspections on our home.

My rental is having tick issue, and I call Insectek (base on the good review on Yelp) for help. I was so glad I did. They has been so helpful and putting lots of effort into getting rid of these bugs for me that I can't write every great things they have done for me here. So, I will do a short summary with the helps that I appreciate most.

Insectek sent a technician out to do the initial treatment inside and outside of the house and was only supposed to come back after two weeks for a follow-up treatment. A week later, my tenants complained that they still see ticks crawling around outside the patio and even inside the house.

Understanding the situation, Insectek quickly sent out a senior technician to do another emergency treatment for FREE and, as the same time, assessed the situation.
After the assessment, the technician found the source of the issue: the ticks were hiding in the weep screed. Special treatment was performed. Lots and lots of ticks died. Insectek sent another technician out the following week to do another treatment and did a reassessment. The office called me after the treatment was done, explained the findings, and suggested a plan in detail.

Although the tick is not completely gone since Insectek still has to come back to do monthly treatments for a while, I am really pleased with the services provided by Insectek. Below are some of the best business practices provided by Insectek:

       1. Every interaction and communication with every employee of the company has been         provided with professionalism and helpfulness.
       2. Always receive reminders for the upcoming appointments in my email and phone.
       3. Appointments are always on time.
       4. Follow-up calls from the office to update completed services and discuss next steps.
       5. Detailed invoice sent out for record.

And last but not least, the price is very reasonable.

These guys are wonderful! I called just to get an estimate but they won me over just based on the phone call I had with them. They were so kind over the phone and very knowledgeable about the products they carry, and knew all about the bugs to look for and exactly what they were doing. Parker is the guy who comes to our house to spray and he's great! He really knows his stuff, is very thorough, answers all my questions and makes sure to ask if I need anything more prior to leaving. He is a very nice guy who is always on time and reliable. He does a great job and the bugs have stayed away, so that's great! They come to my area in the West Valley, even though they are near Scottsdale so I love that they are willing to serve clientele farther out than normal. Also, the thing I love about them is that they text you and/or email you two days prior to coming out, and they don't give you a window of time (like 3-5pm) - they give you an exact time! This is great because you won't have to hang out at your house for hours waiting for them within that window. If they say they'll be here at 8:58am (which was my time today) - they will be! Parker was here at my door at the exact time quoted. I will continue to use them for as long as I own a home and will recommend them to all friends and family!

When we moved from Alaska to Arizona I knew that the creepy crawlies were going to be a big problem for me. The first call I made in our new place was to these guys after much review research . Their customers service was and is amazing. They are always so polite, helpful and their techs are very professional. Wayne has been treating our house since we moved here in December. When we first moved in, I found a couple black widows in different areas of the backyard at different times, including in our breaker box. Moved into my new house a few months ago, based on the reviews I called Insecteck to come out. (My previous provider couldn't or shall I say wouldn't come out for about a week as they weren't in my area till then, nevermind the 4 years of loyal service, I still didn't rate for an immediate investigation)

Zack came out as I found tiny ants in the home, he sprayed the house and did a thorough investigation of the outside too. Let's just say I have a very big fear of scorpions. No scorpions, but I did have a wolf spider problem. So he sprayed for those and added some other ingredients to ensure any critters were taken care of. Since it was a new house I am not sure of the critter issues, so better to be safe than sorry later.

He has been back out 2 more times and I have not seen 1 bug or web in my house and I no longer see any wolf spiders. I am impressed with how long it takes for him to ENSURE all is done correctly, he is not in and out in 2 minutes, he takes his time to make sure all is addressed. Can't ask for anything more than that.

Very professional, clean, and informative.  They have people friendly and green friendly bug killers as well and will let you know exactly how effective each product is.  I don't need them for regular service but I do have them come out for certain occasions and they always get the job done.  These exterminators specialize in certain bugs, so they are more effective than ones that go the we do everything route and are less effective and specialized.  I highly recommend them!

While I haven't been thrilled about our small scorpion problem, I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Insectek! I have had Wayne come out for service several times now and we are very grateful for his help. Pull up a chair... and stay awhile.

Where to start....  prior to moving into our rental I requested that the rental company hire a pest control service to spray the property. During our initial visit to view the property we had noticed several dead roaches... and some spiders/crickets.

They assured us they would have the property sprayed. Nice!

We requested this about 3 weeks prior to moving in...  

A few days before the big move we noticed a few live roaches... not cool.

We then hired House Doctor Exterminating to come in and spray the interior/exterior on our own dime.

The guys shows up the day we are moving in to spray the house. I was unloading boxes... didn't pay any attention to the guy as I figured his is a pro... will do the right thing and take care of the issues. Well... I was wrong.  He was in and out of the place in about 5 minutes and I can't recall if he sprayed the exterior. There were not wet spots in the house or smell from spraying the interior.  I just figured it was an empty house... easy job and he was done.

Fast forward two weeks...  no dead roaches even from the day he sprayed... but... there were LIVE ones.  Unreal!!!   I have a feeling the guy went in... walked around for a few minutes... as it was later in the day on a Friday... collected his $65 and called it a day. I would not recommend this service ...ever!

Now... let us talk a little about Insectek Pest Solutions...

Zack showed up and did an initial walk through of the house... inspecting every possible place these pests might reside. He then did the same for the exterior.  He found 3 black widow spiders and then lead me to water cutoff valve. No less than 60-80 roaches in the box with at least 100 crickets. HOLY MOTHER OF PEARL!

Zack put poison down the drains ... sprayed the interior of the house and really nuked the exterior. He even went as far as removing the spider webs from the exterior of the house.  Almost immediately the house inside and out looked like mass murder had taken place on the insect population which up until this point were happily living in and around the house.

This is a PROFESSIONAL service with PROFESSIONALS like Zack doing a great job.  We are very happy with the end results and we haven't seen a bug/roach/spider/cricket since he sprayed last week.  We will continue to do business with IPS.

I highly recommend if you are in a need of a PROFESSIONAL pest control service... give this company a try. You will not be disappointed!!!

When we first moved in we had a bad problem with crickets as well as Bark Scorpions.

The folks at insectek came out and tried a few different 'potions' in order to help the problem and they have been nothing but amazing! Immediately our Cricket problem was gone which then took care of the Scorpions and every time we had a break out of pests they were out doing a complimentary spray between our appointments - how many companies actually do that!?

The guys who have been here are thorough, quick and really understand their job and what is needed to be done. They do everything inside and outside and even treat problem areas - they know each house they go to and remember exactly what they did previously. We even had them put BEE powder in our Tiki Man to get rid of some pretty big bees.

Our satisfaction with them is 100% - nothing but the best service!!

One other note - we have two dogs and the spray they use is not harmful to them at all and it smells like Peppermint - NO JOKE!!!

Use these guys - you will not regret it!!!

Was having a problem with feral ants in the back yard.  Called these guys based on their high yelp review rating.  Person (Britney?) was very friendly when I made the appointment and answered all my questions.  The guy (James M.) came on time and sprayed inside and out thoroughly and also took the time to answer some questions I had.  And best part, I haven't had any problems with ants since then! I am now going on my 11th month with Insectek, and they are phenomenal. Whenever I call and identify as an existing customer, I get a live person immediately. The people who owned our home before us did NOT believe in pest control, so there's been a few times I've needed Insectek to come out in between regular services to spray. Thats never been a problem, and there's never additional charges. I've never had to wait longer than a few days for service. They are prompt, courteous, attentive to my concerns, and effective. Now that the weather is warming up, we still have not seen a single scorpion yet this season (knock on wood!). While having a desert house comes with bugs, Insectek has truly helped us keep the population at bay and provided us with peace of mind. I hate bugs. Ants, roaches, daddy long legs, etc. If it ain't human or my awesome puppy, I don't want it anywhere near or in my home. Having just relocated from San Diego out here, I was already mentally preparing myself for the different kind of critters I'd encounter out here. My kid has a ride on quad that we brought with us from Cali and I discovered a black widow spider on it. Insert extreme panic mode from this mama! While my initial thought process was to KILL IT WITH FIRE, I eventually simmered down and started making some phone calls. I already had the intention of setting up a pest control company when I got out here, but this mother scratching spider put that in overdrive!

I had a recommendation for one company (that shall remain nameless...but you'll find a one star review from me about them if you'd like to stalk my profile) who did a HORRIBLE job, so I called Insectek. And out came Zack to the rescue. He was courteous, knowledgeable and took the time to explain the entire process and what I could expect. He also ended up finding a total of THREE black widows on my kid's toy. As a parent of a mini and a puppy, their safety is of my utmost concern. I have full confidence in Zack and Insectek that my home and precious minis will be safe. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to keep these AZ critters at bay!

I was stung by 2 scorpions last spring after never coming across one in the previous 2 years in my home. Went with Insectek's bimonthly treatment plan after a recommendation from my cousin. After the first treatment, there was an initial increase in activity, spotting 5-6 that first month which was likely a result of them fleeing their hiding spots. You could tell they were not healthy as a result. It was not fun seeing that many scorpions around, but understandable. Since then, activity has greatly decreased. In the past 8 months, I've only seen 5-6 with all but one already being dead. They were also primarily found in the garage, patio, or close to the exterior. Wayne and the other techs been great to work with as they're always friendly and knowledgeable. I'm very happy with the results thus far.

On July 21 a technician came out to exterminate my ear-wig problem. The technician was very knowledgeable and helpful but till this day ear-wigs are still appearing. I am very disappointed with the service. I signed up for a 12 month contract and I hope they can fix my problem in the near future.  

I will edit if Insectek can fix my problem.

Insectek quickly responded to my request. The technician that came out today resprayed the interior of my home and re-coated the exterior with a more heavy duty chemical. I am very happy with the service that Insectek provided.

I called quite a few different places for quotes before deciding on Insectek.  They were the most thorough in explaining their process & the man I spoke with was really friendly & they were able to get me in the next day.

I had an appointment for 7:30am & the tech showed up right on time.  He was very friendly & went over things they found (ant hills etc) along with explaining the process of how their solution works. Each time the workers have been so respectful of my home & very knowledgeable in what they are doing. I feel at ease knowing they will come back in between sprayings if I find any more bugs for free!

We moved into our house about a month ago and they came out and did an initial treatment. My technician was Adam and he was incredibly knowledgeable about the treatment and did a very thorough job both inside and outside our home.

My technician was Tyler J., and since he sprayed, I haven't seen any bugs. I was having an issue with silverfish, and so far nothing. Will definitely keep using them.

Excellent and Highly Recommended!

Just had a technician come out to spy during a regularly scheduled appointment. We saw some bugs inside our house last week and wanted him to spray inside the house.

Adam listened to our concerns and then came in to identify the bugs we found in our home and explained his plan to get rid of them in a clear and easy to understand way.

It's been three days now and the bugs have disappeared.

Adam also does a great job spraying around the outside of the house and our yard and garage are regularly bug free!

I was looking for a new pest control company with great customer service. After seeing all the 5 star reviews on Yelp, I contacted Insectek.  Unlike the previous pest company I used, I spoke with a live person and not a recording nor was I put on hold for a long time.  With the previous company, we had a bi-monthly pest prevention maintenance program and I wanted to continue this.  Over the phone, Insectek explained their program thoroughly and the estimated cost.  2 days before the appointment, I received an email and text to confirm.  Technician arrived on time and explained the bi-monthly program to us.  He was very thorough in spraying the entire house.  Once the job was completed and the bill was paid, I received the detailed invoice via email immediately.  I would definitely recommend this company.

From the first call to the initial visit, everything was awesome! The whole company's staff is beyond friendly and accommodating. I wasn't pressured into any services and every question I asked was politely answered in detail.

I have an incredibly low tolerance for creepy bugs (mostly roaches) and we get some big ones in the house during the spring and summer months... our tech was so incredibly thorough and really listened to our concerns and walked us through what he planned on doing and how the bugs would react to the treatment. It was very reassuring!

I'm so happy that we found this company! I'm looking forward to being comfortable in my own house again and not having to stare at the floor to make sure a creepy crawly isn't lurking around somewhere.

We had our initial treatment yesterday and will have a bi-monthly service. Our technician was Eric Vejar and he was young, enthusiastic, professional, and very thorough. He spent a lot of time in our yard, along the entire perimeter of the house, in the garage, and in every room inside our home. We noticed he used multiple applicators and was literally on his hands and knees peering into dark corners and recesses where insects hide. He kept us informed throughout the process but was not intrusive. Before he left, he told us he had killed quite a few scorpions and black widow spiders, as well as other insects he found in the block walls surrounding our property that had probably been there since our home was built about 5 years ago! He felt confident that he had gotten a good handle on things and the company stands by their work by inviting customers to call for a return visit, free of charge, if any of those nasty creatures are seen between treatments.

We have had on and off pest problems for the two years we have lived at our current rental property. We've always just dealt with them ourselves and made them sorta kinda disappear for a few months and then we'd see them back again. Yuck! This past summer we began to see the usual pest activity and the cycle started again... only this time the roaches came back FLYING. I decided to call out some professionals to take care of my winged friends. Booking was extremely easy, the gal over the phone was super helpful, and we had someone out to our home within 2 days. Our guy was Wayne and he was awesome! Polite, personable, and efficient. Our initial treatment took 30 minutes and Wayne explained everything. He even assured us that as soon as the treatment was dried (30 minutes to an hour) that it was safe for the kiddo and our 3 dogs. Within 2 hours of Wayne leaving our home we saw some dead friendlies. I was highly impressed and I am pleased to say that even a month later whenever we saw a roach, it was a dead one which is the only kind of roach that's okay in my book. If you're looking for a consistent pest control service that actually works then look no further. Insectek is the best!

I found insecktek on yelp. I had a MAJOR scorpion problem. I killed over 100 of them around my house the first night I hunted them. After the first treatment, they were reduced by 99%. I had a couple appear in the house, so they came out and did another treatment for free. Cutter has been the technician treating my house and has done a great job. We recently bought a short sale property . We were  worried about the pests specially scorpions and spiders so we hired  Insectek Pest Solutions based on their yelp reviews.

We were not disappointment ,Kyle is our  technician, he is friendly ,  knowledgeable person and  always on time.
He cleaned the web , sprayed the pesticide  around the perimeter of the house, inside the garage and around the backyard. He also put some sticky traps in the garage and other opening.

He told us to call them anytime between the appointments and they will take care of it free of charge. He also gave me a handmade stick to kill scorpion.

This was by far one of the better customer service interactions I have had.  The gentleman who came out to the house arrived early and ready to go.  He was highly knowledgeable and extremely professional.  Throughout the service he asked if I had any questions, or if there was anything else he could assist with.  The service is a little expensive, and they lock you into a year contract.  That is the only negative thing I can say, besides that their customer service is fantastic.

Punctual, thorough and polite!  We live next to a desert wash so the potential for all things crawly is pretty high. Since signing up for Insectek's (very affordable) bimonthly protection plan we've not even seen many bugs.  They send me a note in advance, arrive on time, ask about any new sightings and/or treatment preferences - then get to work! We have been using them every month for over 4 YEARS now and we LOVE them! Simply the BEST Pest Control Company EVER! We have absolutely zero issues and again in case you didn't see my first review, we live in a straight up insect ridden area in North Scottsdale in the desert! They spray a large amount on the exterior of your home and they cover all the important areas interior and exterior! I have only great things to say about Insectek.  Their customer service is bar none compared to all the other pest control companies that are out there. We had quite the black widow infestation in our back yard, I called Insectek and they sent our AMAZING tech Adam out and we haven't seen one since! They are very reasonably priced and very thorough. My experience with Insectek has been remarkable. After doing renovation work on an old home, I encountered roaches, beetles, springtails, and several other nuisances that disturbed my quality of living. At last an honest company !

It is really hard to find a company that will do organic / natural pest control. Insectek Pest Solutions does and what a great job they do. Their products and technicians are of the highest quality and more than get the job done! My Technician, Wayne, ( a true sweetheart ) has serviced my home now for the past several months. He is thorough .... really thorough. Every visit, he makes it a point to check everything and doesn't miss any thing and their followup is amazing. The entire company is service oriented, extremely knowledgeable, unbelievably friendly, very particular and dependable as can be. It's refreshing to find a company like this. I am a senior on a fixed income and they worked out a plan to accommodate my budget and health needs that would get the job done AND gave me a Senior Discount on top of it! . As someone that lives far west, I'm not exaggerating when I say that our lot sometimes seems run over by insects. We purchased a new home this year which had been vacant for a few months.  

Obviously, a few uninvited guests made it inside.  We saw spiders, silverfish, ticks, etc.

We called Insectek and they took care of it.  Lucio is our guy.  He comes every other month and takes care of business.

Also...  We have 2 dogs which we prefer to have gone while they spray our home with poison.  So their scheduler was able to schedule our appointments at the same time of our dogs' grooming appointments.  Which helps out a ton!

After extensive research. I came across this company. I called and was scheduled with in a few days. We purchase a new build and had a few issues with spiders and other pests. Cutter is our technician and he is one of the sweetest people you will ever meet. He is very professional and outgoing. I chose Insectek after reading all the positive reviews on Yelp, and seeing the Yelp offer they were advertising. My wife had been seeing an increase in bugs in the house so I gave them a call. I was calling them at 4pm on Thursday, and they had an opening at 3pm on Friday!.

Zach called at 2pm to say he would be here at 3, and was here exactly then. He was very friendly and inspected my house thoroughly. He showed me that what we had was actually sewer roaches, instead of the more common German roaches, and then explained that his treatment would kill them just the same, the prevention strategies were a little different.

He seemed very knowledgeable,  spent a ton of time with us and made me glad I chose this company!

Adam, is the person that usually comes to my house to spray. He is amazing. He takes his time to make sure he gets his job done properly and well. We moved to a new place in downtown Phoenix where roaches are plenty! SO GROSS.
We called Insectek and they were able to come out that day!  Lucio was professional and friendly.  He spent time looking into where they could be coming in and talking about how to fix those problem areas first.  He then spent over an hour spraying the house and cleaning the eves and windows for spider webs.  He saw we had young kids and was confirmed the products were safe and how long to keep the kids away from certain areas.
They did a followup call to make sure we were happy with the service and if we needed anything else.
They just called to confirm our next appt and again see if we needed anything.

The Insectek Pest Solutions team is top notch, professional and courteous.  From the very moment you call with questions, well into being a paying customer, their confidence for eliminating pest won me over almost instantly.

Insectek Pest Solutions customer service has only gotten better since I have been one of their paying customers.  From Jamie that handles my call in an always upbeat manner. To Caleb, the knowledgeable and personable Tech who shows up to our home for treatments and provides preventive lessons every home owner/renter should know.  It's commercial grade treatment we use and it will not harm your kids or pets.  Caleb advised, as he assed our home and yard for the most recent treatment.

The most recent treatment at my home was not a part of my bi-monthly scheduled service.  See, after my last treatement I found a few bugs in my backyard and called Insectek Pest Solutions.  I spoke with Jamie and told her what I found and without hesitation was advised not to worry, she could have some out to our home in a few hours.  
As promised, within a few hours Caleb showed up to my home and treated my entire home for $0.00 cost.  Upon completing the unscheduled treatment, Caleb mentioned the following regarding or service;  Your regular Bi-Monthly service appointment is not effected by this visit, we will be out as scheduled.  If you see anything else in the meantime, call us and we'll come out again.

We signed up as new customers having just moved to the area.  I chose Insectek simply because I knew I wanted regular service set up BEFORE we got a pest problem.  On Yelp they had the most amount of reviews, the highest number of stars, plus a Yelp deal that gave us some $ off our first visit.  

Now that it's been a couple months, I can absolutely say that I'm so grateful to have stumbled across them.  We've had nothing but positive interactions with everyone..from the initial person who has answered the phone to answer my questions, to the woman who calls us to confirm our appointment times to the person who actually comes to the house to service.  They are all SO professional and friendly and have met all of our expectations.  We're very happy customers with this company.  :)

I'm really happy I chose this service for bug spraying at my house. We've been under invasion by pill bugs, and we had a couple giant roaches (or so I thought). Lucio arrived promptly at my house at the scheduled appointment time. He was super friendly and professional, and basically the total opposite of what I would get from a bug guy. He was really great at explaining the spraying process, was ready to answer every one of the dozens of questions I asked him about the treatment process, and was just an overall nice, down to Earth dude. (He also assured me that what I had at my house were NOT roaches, and were instead just beetles. Pretty cool, but still pretty gross.)

Lucio was very thorough and spent probably 45 minutes just spraying the inside/outside of the home. We saw a few bugs try to make a run for it in the spraying process, so I know that whatever they're using is pretty good stuff. After about 12 hours of spraying, I haven't seen a single (live) bug inside the house, which is pretty awesome.

For now I'm giving Insectek a 5/5 because I'm really impressed with the way they handle business. I'm happy I went with a local Phoenix area business that understands great customer service and hiring really great folks. I'll update the rating as I get a better Idea of how things work out down the road.

This place is great! I love Lucio!!! I am very OCD and I love the fact that he came with a pair of booties to cover his shoes when he came in to inspect my house. He is very nice and answers all your questions. Great customer service and all the bugs I see are dead around our house!

I found Insectek through Yelp a few months ago, and have been very happy with them from the start! The automatic appointment scheduling is awesome, and it's really convenient for my schedule that I don't need to be home for the exterior-only services. We had heavy activity for a while. Jose made sure we are taken care of. A few other guys came from the same company but we were still seeing activity. Once Jose arrived for the treatment we had not seen anything. He went around the backyard and sprayed very well. He also sprinkled some powder that I think did the trick. I have used Insectek at two different locations in the past seven months and they have been fantastic!   Responsive, flexible when I have had to change my schedule, friendly and most importantly....extremely effective!!

I had temporarily moved into a furnished rental property that was located on a lake back in July and immediately saw an issue with cockroaches and flying ants, as the property had been left vacant with no service being provided over the summer months.  YUCK!  Not being used to anything like this in all of my previous homes, Insectek came in immediately to help and spent quality time treating the property inside and out.  Their staff members took the time needed to check out the issues and determine the root cause of each problem which definitely calmed my fears.  After just a few visits the issues were gone!  I was so pleased with the quality and effectiveness of their work, not to mention their stellar customer service when scheduling or rescheduling.  The staff that come out to service the property are always on time, professional, responsive, thorough and every friendly!    Wayne and John have been especially terrific!

I have become extremely dissatisfied with Insectek's services. Even being serviced regularly, we still continued to have pest issues. One being an ant issue in our kitchen I repeatedly notified the technicians about (I ended up being able to take care of this myself). Another time, I called for large spider in the house. They initially told me they would send someone over immediately, and later I was told the tech had decided to leave the neighborhood and couldnt come for at least another 3 hours. Another company came immediately and the spider ended up being a brown recluse. To say I was disappointed in the fact my spider situation was not taken seriously is an understatement. I spoke with the manager on duty who advised me that some pest issues just take time to resolve....but you've been servicing my house for a year or more at this point? We were also treated for termites in a back room of a house. A couple months later, we had tunnels showing up again, and they DID come to do a courtesy treatment (you can only get a warranty if you do your whole house, but we had been told it was likely the issue was contained to this one room). I was told we should not be having any further issues. Imagine my surprise when I get up this morning and there's tunnels emerging in the back room again. It's obvious that the issue is contained to this one room, WHY am I still having issues after being treated for the issue twice (with a treatment that is supposedly supposed to last 5 years I believe). I have emailed the company about this, but since we don't have a warranty for only doing a partial treatment, I am doubtful anything is going to be done about it.

Spiders and crickets and ants...oh, my!
Last summer, I sadly discovered my home had become a safe haven for all kinds of unwelcome creepy crawlies - and not a single one of them offered to pitch in toward rent or utilities!
My dog also doesn't pitch in toward the bills, but she was invited - so I don't mind so much. I wanted the buggies gone and I wanted my pooch to stay safe and healthy.
I asked friends, checked Yelp reviews, and called around a bit. I was entirely impressed with InsecTek from the first phone call. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to work around my schedule.
The first visit didn't happen as scheduled - it was pouring rain - and they can't spray the outdoors when it's raining. They called ahead of time, let me know, and rescheduled for a couple of days later. The morning of first service - and each service since then - InsecTek staff have been on time, presentable, friendly, communicative, and great with my dog!
There is no more issue with the creepies and crawlies, my dog is healthy and happy, and I am thrilled I found InsecTek for my pest care needs

I just moved to Arizona and wanted to get on top of any roach or scorpion problem BEFORE moving into our new home.  Everyone at Insectek was so incredibly accommodating, adjusting their first visit to be a couple days before we moved in, then recommended a schedule that makes sense for my house and yard.  The customer service is exceptional, they text you the day before to let you know they're coming, then Wayne called me after the first visit to explain what he had done and what we should expect.  I followed up with a 2nd visit a few weeks later and was home when Wayne came back.  He is fantastic!  Very knowledgeable and explains everything so well.  I'm so glad I chose this company and plan to have them continue regularly scheduled visits. And I will definitely request Wayne again.

I have been using insectek since July 2014 when we moved to the Scottsdale area, and I am glad I did! Gerrit M comes each month and is always exactly on time. He is super thorough gets everything. I have never had someone get all the spider webs and just really know what my house needs. With a toddler and 2 small dogs I like the product they use and how safe it is. Staff is great. Techs are friendly and informative. Very patient with bug phobic people like me.

Since our tech sprayed around our house I havent seen a single bug.

Our tech even offered to spray into gaps in our house where the earwigs and others might be coming out of. Even got some powder type of stuff to put into our drains.

I didnt have to ask him to do anything, he knew what to do and where to spray.

They are wonderful! Came across one too many cockroaches in my living room, and I called and someone came out to spray a few short hours later. On the phone I was easily able to set up an annual spray schedule. The technician, Anthony, was pleasant, professional, and seemed very knowledgable. Awesome company! I hate bugs so I'm always trying to exterminate before they establish a home. So after carefully combing through the pest control options I stumbled across Insectek. They have excellent ratings and now I see why. Cortland was so knowledgable! He understood that I wanted to ensure that I don't see any critters but I also didn't want my home filled with chemicals considering I have a small child. I've tried plenty of pest control companies in the past but I will definitely stick with this one!

I was looking for a company to come to my home and inspect it for signs of bed bugs since a family member had been stricken with these pests and I was concerned about the spread.  The gal on the phone was very nice and informative.  No high pressure and offered a free inspection and options for service.  I scheduled an inspection and a preventative service and also asked that the technician educate us about these pests and what to look for and how to avoid infestation.

Garrett came to our home right on time.  Very professional.  He gave us an excellent education and then inspected our home thoroughly.  He saw no signs of activity.  When we asked if we could forgo the $99.00 preventative treatment, since my spouse treats the property regularly, he was most gracious and told us we had no obligation to have a treatment.  He also gave us the info we needed in case we want to schedule regular service, and explained the difference between conventional and green products.

We loved the interaction with this company and may consider regular service since they are professional and reasonable and we spend quite a bit on the chemicals to do it ourselves.

It is refreshing to come across such a good company.  Some of the others I called were high pressure.

Great customer service! I have been on a bi-monthly plan for about 9 months, when we bought our house as a foreclosure. Since the house had been vacant for almost a year we have some issues with bugs inside and out. If we ever need an extra treatment they usually can get to us within 24 hours and have even come out same day.
For our bi-monthly services, we usually have Caleb for our tech who is very prompt, friendly, and helpful.

I'm occasionally skeptical of companies that have uniformly good reviews, but in this case, Yelp won't steer you wrong.  We've been using Insectek now for about 5 months, and I have nothing to complain about.  We live in a neighborhood full of new houses being built, but despite that, our house and yard is basically bug free thanks to these guys.  

Cortland, our tech today, was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and as a bonus...bilingual.  Couldn't ask for better service.  Give these folks a call, they won't disappoint.

Called up Insectek based on the positive reviews of Yelpers  and I was glad that i did.
They deserve the 5-star rating they have.

Setting up time was easy and efficient. Cortland, the service technician, was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and took his time to treat both the interior and the exterior of my place. He also went around and got rid of spider-webs in the front and back-yard. He also warned me to not get alarmed by bug-activity over the next week - this is expected as a result of the first treatment taking effect

I called Insectek based on the Yelp reviews and they are truly a 5 star company.

From the first phone call they were responsive and answered all of my questions over the phone. My wife likes to feed birds and we take care of a feral cat colony anf they addressed all of our concerns. We called them out for black widows, cockroaches and crickets. We found two black widows in our garage. We had to reschedule due to the rain we were having and that was also a pleasure.

The technician, Broc, who came to our house was very knowledgeable and took our concerns for the birds and cats into account when selecting the products that he used. He also gave us several recommendations on how to avoid getting more spiders in the garage.  He also did a preliminary termite inspection. He was very cordial and professional.

We highly recommend this company.

My wife and I really enjoy the work that Insectek has done. We moved into a house that was a new build and whenever you disturb the earth that much you are bound to have bugs. Insectek treated the house and yard and after a short period of time we were bug free.
Special shoot out to one of the Insectek representative who came out to our house last week. His name is Anthony and he was awesome. Pleasant personality, smiling, engaging and even though it was 100 degrees outside he was energetic, professional and he got the job done. Also, Anthony was very knowledgeable. I asked him a question about a bug I saw and admittedly I expected some type of canned answer that would not be very helpful or for him to not know at all. I was pleasantry surprised when Anthony identified the insect and then proceeded to explain more than I thought I needed to know about the bug's origins, habits and whether or not it was harmful to humans, dogs or plants. When he left I felt much better about the situation and felt good about a company that takes the time to provide additional training for their employees so they can better serve their customers.
I understand Insectek is a small locally owned company which makes me even more willing to support them, espceially since they are doing good work!

Ok, so I know I said I would update at the 30 day mark but I am already thoroughly impressed by their quality and customer service. I hate having to call someone back out to do another spray but I was extra paranoid I suppose after we saw several scorpions. They were fantastic on the phone, didn't make me feel bad about having them come out again. In fact when Parker came out again (and he was right on time) he even encourages people to use that service and if I ever need them to come out again inbetween they would happily do so. Parker went above and beyond, we let him know after that first spray where we saw more bugs. I was expecting just a respray in those trouble areas but Parker re did the whole lot, getting extra in the cracks and crevices. I went out later that night with my black light and didn't see any scorpions. We haven't even seen any spiders since either, there are like a thousand dead bug bodies on the front porch by our outdoor lights, it's crazy how effective their pesticide is. I thoroughly appreciate the kindness, care and concern Parker took in really helping me feel more reassured. I feel like I can walk around the house barefoot and not worry about what's hiding around every corner. These guys are the best and it's only been less than a month. If the idea of a yearly contract deters anyone I would highly recommend trying these guys out, utilizing the free resprays if you need to, this company is worth the commitment!

I simply can not give this company enough praise.  I would give it 10 stars, mainly for going the extra mile.  A week ago I found a paper wasp nest near my back door which freaked me out because I'm in and out of that door all day.  I called Insectek and they sent someone out that very same day to remove the nest.  A week later, I found another wasp nest close to my back door.  So I called and spoke to Robin at Insectek and explained my dilemma.  She sent someone over the next day.  He removed the nest, inspected the whole outside of the house and yard, and he sprayed.  This was done at no extra charge.  A company that treats their customers right, is a company that I will always use again.  I would totally recommend this company to anyone!

We've hired insectek to come out to our place a few times this year to help get a head start on keeping our house and property roach free. They always do a great job and we're very happy with them. Even though we chose to go thru another company, we really appreciated the visit by Kyle. This company was our 2nd opinion company, after the 1st one made us slightly uncomfortable. He came out and took the time to explain the process, look at the entire house, and even went into the adjoining neighbors yard to check there also, If we were not planning on moving and needing the extended warranty. I was excited to be a first time home buyer and had so many plans, up until I brought over my washer and dryer from a friend's storage. They did us a favor in keeping them in their storage. Well, we got more than just a washer and dryer, they were infested with roaches!
We thought we cleaned them thoroughly, but I guess we didn't because those those things are quick and infested my whole home! Well, mainly my kitchen but still it was a horrid experience. My family and I tried to get rid of them for months with store bought items and heavy duty cleaning. There were times when it looked like we won the battle but then they would sneak up on us again.

I did call a pest control near my area, in Avondale and they were no help. No follow up, no nothing, and did not help my problem. Won't give away the name of that pest control, but I will give away this great pest control Insectek. I was bummed out that a pest control was not able to help me with my problem and it was nerve wrecking to think I would be throwing money away on this issue.
I searched and researched many pest control web sites but Insectek's website and reviews caught my attention and they even have great deals and offers.

I called them right away and Zack came out to help. He was very thorough and always had great pointers to help us get rid of these roaches. He really knows what he is doing and what he is talking about.  I have so much confidence in this company, especially with a great technician like Zack who not only offered great customer service but helped us become roach free! He helped us feel comfortable in our own home again!
He makes sure we feel comfortable in calling him if we have any questions or concerns.

We've been using Insectek since buying our home this spring and they've been fantastic. They have been flexible when rescheduling, and have done complimentary treatments in between the scheduled ones when we've had specific issues, and are easy to reach by phone or email. I had seen Insectek  advertisement in my homeowners association news letter.  I of course looked them up on yelp and saw glowing reviews.  The people in the office were very helpful and courteous.  I was nervous about spraying inside of the house because of my dog and cat ,so I chose one of the first available appointments to have the exterior
treated for scorpions.  I was at work and received the email report of what the rep
did and found.    Fast forward a few days and we found a live scorpion in the house.
I then realized I should have sprayed in the house.   I called the office and told them
what I found . They offered to send the rep back out at no charge to me .
They scheduled the rep Adam to come back out that  Saturday so i could be home to watch my animals..  Adam arrived on time ,was very informative about the products used and put my mind to ease about spraying pesticide around my beloved pets.
He treated the inside of the house and retreated the outside as a precaution.

I was impressed by everyone I dealt with at Insectek,especially my rep Adam .
Needless to say I signed up for a  Bimonthy Pest Prevention Program.

Kyle did my initial treatment on 10/11/17. He was running about 10 minutes schedule which wasn't a big deal and he called ahead to let me know. In the past I have always bought my own pesticide directly form the wholesaler and sprayed my own home for years.  It was a less expensive, but the down fall is keeping a routine of doing it, mixing the pesticides, putting the gloves on and all that goes with the DYI way.  It worked until life caught up with another baby, work and family.

In the last week we have found 5 bark scorpions in the house and we are concerned since the baby is crawling now.  I have tried other companies and they were blah.  So to Yelp I go once again to find someone worth their salt.

Called and talked to Zack on the phone and was pleasantly surprised it was more of a conversation between friends than that of a sales guy trying to pitch their business. I was happy with the answers that I got from the various questions I would ask about service schedule, specific pesticide names, process of the service visit, protection for kids and pets. Had to push service back a week due to traveling, so 8 AM Saturday morning it was.

Garrett showed up right at 8 AM and listened attentively to all of our concerns and problems we have been having.  He explained everything he was going to do and went off to start. He did spend a bit of time outside and then came in and treated the house.

As I was making payment I asked him if he could recap what he did, this would be like the third time I asked this visit, and he went over everything again right away and wasn't at all bothered with all my questions.

So far it was a great experience and Garrett warned that because of the initial treatment we will be seeing increased actively since the critters are being flushed out of their hiding places and to keep an eye out even more for a few days and if they have to come back out they will.

We will see how things go in the future as they come back to keep servicing the house.

The long list of positive reviews are well-deserved. I called Insectek on Monday and had someone out to treat our yard for mosquitos on Wednesday. When making the initial call, the employee I spoke with encouraged me to check with our current scorpion treatment company to see if they might do the mosquito treatment as an add-on. It was refreshing and unexpected to have someone at one company suggest that I look into other options in an effort to save me money. Our scorpion treatment company does not do mosquito treatments, so I moved forward with Insectek. The tech who came to do the treatment, Enrique, was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Given the smaller size of our property, he went above and beyond to treat the gravel and concrete around our house. We will most likely be using Insectek for mosquito treatments in the future and may consider switching over to them for our scorpion treatments once our contract with the other company is up.

Called to set up routine maintenance at our Phoenix home after seeing a few unwanted bugs in the house. The gentlemen who answered the phone was extremely helpful and courteous and got something set up for me next day. He explained all the different timing options and I decided to start bi monthly service. Shane showed up exactly on time for the appt and did a great job explaining all the areas he was going to spray and the process. Extremely friendly and answered all our questions before leaving. I live in a condo and encountered a sewer roach in my bathroom. I immediately started looking for pest control and came across the many positive reviews for Insectek. They are truly worth the 5 stars they get from everyone. Customer service on the phone was great, gave me an idea of the plans and all of the techs that come out every other month are very friendly and courteous. They were thorough in teaching me how the pests can enter in and continuously check to see if I have any more sightings each time they come. I did find a live smaller roach one month and they made sure to double spray for no extra charge for me. I also appreciate that their spray is more natural than some of the harsher chemicals out there as I have a daughter and a small dog. It does dry after 1 hour so we just simply run errands during that time. Great service and caring people!

I moved service from another company after their technician called me 9 times during the day trying to move my appt from 4pm to 8am. They assured me their technicians were much more professional and they were right! Thank you Parker Moss for the great work. Parker called me when he was on his way, was on time, was so polite and got the job done a half hour ahead of schedule. I was amazed by the following days not seeing any bugs in the house. Parker assured me anything that came in contact with the perimeter of my home would die from the solution. He was right! Not one bug since. I called with a black widow, cricket, and cockroach problem. I was able to immediately make an appointment. There is no time window, like when the cable guy comes, so if you make an appointment for 4:00, they will be at your house at 3:50, which is very nice! Spent a year with another pest company and after frequent no shows and rescheduling service appts without my knowlege, I knew it was time to find a new company. Scheduled my appt based on yelp reviews. All my questions were answered via phone and setting up service was a breeze. On the day of my scheduled service, the office called me to advise the tech was a tad behind schedule (5 or 10mins). I was beyond appreciative of the call since most companies fail to keep you in the loop. A simple.call to notifiy me was professional and noteworthy! The service took an hr, and the tech found a few black widow places in my backyard near my kids playarea. No other tech took time to look around much or give us a full report on what kind of activity we had. I was surprised to see tons of crickets the.next day that had been flushed out on my back patio. Called. Didn't use these guys. Had a problem with mice and the guy who I spoke with (didn't catch his name) was kind enough to (in addition to offering to come see the problem, if I wanted) he told me how to fix the problem on my own with a few mouse traps. Told me it might be a better use of my money since I didn't need any bug spraying or other pest control.

Gotta say - its refreshing to find a business so willing to be of service without trying to fee you to death.

You should Definitely call these guys with your problem. They will help. I certainly will, in the future.

Last night as my husband and I were laying in bed, I noticed an unwelcome guest in our room (pincher bug) GROSS!!!! Makes me wonder what else could be lurking around here. First thing this morning I checked yelp for a company with good reviews to hopefully come out and help with my situation. Within an hour Insectek was here and my problem was solved. The technician (Zack) was very knowledgeable and friendly. I called on Insectek based on other Yelp reviews and I am very happy so far.  Zack came out to my home and was patient enough to listen to my concerns and understand what was unique about my place, i.e. pets, children, type of bugs that I was seeing, etc.  He explained in great detail about the process and what products he was using.  The worst part was trying to clean up all the dead bugs later that same evening!  I saw immediate results as well as the understanding that it takes time for complete plan.  I like the fact that they explain in detail their services as well as their products.  I also like that they setup exact time appointments (not a 2 or 4 hour block).  Great service.

I have been using Insectek Pest Solutions for 4 years and I couldn't ask for better service.  I was having an issue with roof rats because I live right next to a canal, and I haven't had one since they started inspecting my house. I have also been known to get roaches and ants, which have both been nonexistent.  I get a reminder via text and email of the time and day that they are scheduled to come.  They are always on time.  Wayne has taken care of me a few times, and he goes above and beyond.  He takes his shoes off every time he enters my house (which I don't ask him to do), he is super sweet to my dog (who can be a hyper mess.. in a good way :-)), he remembers all my concerns and does a thorough job spraying my house.  He has even swept our detached garages free of cobwebs and dirt, leaving his card to hopefully get additional business.  He's great at what he does and very passionate, which is extremely refreshing.  Not only has Wayne been fantastic, but everyone that Insectek has sent to spray... has been very friendly and helpful.  I really appreciate the service this company has given me and I highly recommend them to anyone having issues with pests.

We called Insectek because we were unhappy with our original assessment from another company. Garrett came out that day and did a THOROUGH inspection of our house. He turned our house upside down (in a good way), even looking in our attic, to make sure we were bug free. After receiving a clean bill of health he did not try to sell us on any products or services, and instead offered advice and recommendations. Great service!!!

We found a roach in our bathroom and decided to call an exterminator. We read great reviews about Insectek. We called them around 3pm and had someone out before 5pm that same day! The exterminator Zack was punctual, friendly and very knowledgeable. We are new to Arizona and he shared some great information with us about bugs, scorpions etc...We will definitely be calling him back in the future and recommend him to anyone with pest problems. Great customer service.  The receptionist who received my call was very friendly and professional.  She scheduled an appointment time and the technician arrived on the dot!  He was very thorough in treating problem areas for roaches, and he even went so far as to pull out the oven and spray behind it (which no other company has done).  It has been 2 weeks since our home was treated and we haven't seen any signs of unwelcome visitors.  We will definitely continue to use Insectek for all future extermination needs.

We moved into a house last May having lived in a high rise condo in Phoenix. Anyone who lives on the ground in the desert knows all too well that dealing with creepy crawlies isn't an IF it's a WHEN situation.
One day I noticed that every time I went into the kitchen to prepare food dozens of tiny black ants would suddenly appear all over the counters! Yuck! What was funny was that this only happened when I was in there cooking: the ants actually monitored vibrations and didn't waste any time scavenging a clean countertop. Ingenious!
We had noticed that the ants were forming long columns along all of our outer walls in the yard as they systematically went up and down draining our hummingbird feeders.
Like any other prideful do it yourselfer, I decided to pick up some ant bait at Home Depot and take care of the problem myself. Mistake. Remember, I was dealing with a creature with a brain the size of a grain of sand that had figured out that vibrations in the kitchen meant food was available!
Also, one night while we were killing ourselves suffering through a Shaun T Insanity workout in front of the TV, my wife noticed a column of ants going up the living room wall next to the fireplace! Ewwww!! Upon closer inspection, we saw that these clever little dudes were methodically carrying pieces of cat kibble from the bowls in the kitchen all the way around the living room and up the wall and out through a small hole in the stucco; a remnant from some old water damage not yet repaired by me. It took about 15 of them working together to carry one kibble! Not only that, they would often drop the kibble bit halfway up the wall and start over again! A Herculean effort! I had already called and booked with Insectek at this point for an appointment 2 days hence so I felt bad for them and broke the kibble into small bits so they could carry it up the wall. An hour later there was no trace left of the food or the ants! You gotta hand it to their work ethic!
Lucio came on time and proceeded to spray everywhere ants could possibly travel inside the house and out and even added insect powder into our masonry wall at the back of the property. He assured me that the pesticide was pet friendly once dry and it was safe to humans as well. Insectek had us sign a regular maintenance contract for 1 year during which they would come very 2 months. They promised any further insect problems accruing in between visits would be treated free of charge.
About 2 weeks after the first visit, the industrious critters had returned setting up a nest at the front of the house! Oh no! True to their word, Insectek was back the next day and zapped them to Kingdom Come!
We have happily paid for the bi monthly visits and have not seen a single ant since the second visit! Lucio also happily treats any new problems, such as the small black caterpillars we got on so e of our shrubs this summer. Insectek took care of them!
I highly reccomened Insectek! Sorry bugs, there's a new sherif in town and his name is Lucio and he comes with a very big Insectek stick!

I had a terrible infestation of crickets.  Zack from Insectek came the next day and was patient, answered my questions and let me follow him around to watch what he did.  Bugs came out everywhere after his spraying (outside).  I opted for a one time visit rather than the year contract.  They said they would allow me to use that $ towards a contract with in a month or two if I so choose.  I was thrilled that they would work with me & be flexible.  I see why this business has all 5 STAR reviews.  That's why I chose them.  I was going to go with a groupon business but when I would check the reviewson yelp, they were not nearly as good as Insectek.  I also got a $15 off coupon via yelp (buy a $30 one for $15).  Every little bit helps!

I moved from a relatively low-bug state to a house close to the Mountain Preserve.  Scared of scorpions, I called Insectek to come before we even moved in. I am so glad I did!  Lucio was great.  He sprayed very thoroughly inside and out.  Their bimonthly plan works exactly as advertised, and when I needed an extra visit (because I foolishly asked Lucio not to spray inside the time before) they had him out there that afternoon!  Now Gary is working in my area, and so far he has been great as well.

We had a great experience with Insectek and Wayne in particular.  We are in the process of remodeling our kitchen/living/dining area in a house we bought a few months ago. When we opened the walls, we saw old termite trails and damage. We had the company that was part of our home buy come and treat the area while the walls were open and accessible to make sure we didn't have a return problem.  Literally, a week after we closed up the walls we had termite cones pop out where we had just put in new joists and beams.

We called Insectek and told them the problem as we were not going to use our original company.  Due to schedules, they weren't able to get to us for a few days so I went to bed having dreams of creatures eating our house. Luckily, Brittany called the next day and was able to fit us in due to a cancellation. Wayne was our technician and he was wonderful to work with and very accommodating.  He mapped out a clear plan for treatment and how to manage the issue over a longer term - obviously it would take some time to get this all under control.  He also saw we were looking at having cabinets installed the next day and, amazingly, offered to come that night after his last scheduled call to help us get areas treated so we wouldn't have to work around cabinets or take things out after they had been installed. He was a great partner, staying until about 8pm to get everything drilled and treated. We can't say enough about his dedication and professionalism.

Tyler from Insectek came out today to service our home. This was an initial service being we are new customers. I was a couple minutes late and Tyler was already here, but he was very polite and was not upset at all for waiting. He explained in detail what the service entailed, paid extra attention to the areas I mentioned we were seeing bugs, and he spent quite a bit of time spraying in and outside our home. These guys are everything they say they are. Robyn who handles calls and payments and probably way more than just that is extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, prompt, and courteous. She answered all my stupid questions and even assured me that my three small dogs would not be harmed by the chemicals once they dried. Our technician David was equally awesome. He was hilarious first off and personable, he listened to my concerns regarding the pest problems we were having and addressed every problem and even cleaned all the cobwebs he saw in the front and backyard. He answered all the questions I had and was just an all around great resource. This is what customer service looks like; the valley has been really lacking good employees like Robyn and David, never let them leave this company. SO AWESOME! Honest, prompt, friendly, informative! My husband and baby boy just moved into a new house and found out we have termites! They came over and inspected the entire house, gave us a quote for a partial or full treatment (that was VERy reasonable) and scheduled a time to come and take care of it. Zach did an amazing job and was very polite and honest. In our old house, we dealt with some dis-honest companies that never really took care of our problem so I am so glad that they were able to find where the termites were getting in and how to prevent any further damage. I am a new customer and really never had to call a pest control service before.  Looked on Yelp and saw their great reviews so decided to give them a shot.  The person I spoke on the phone was very polite.  She scheduled me promptly and briefly talked about the service and what to expect without being going overboard.

I had an appointment at 2:00.  The tech called me at 1:30 telling me he may be a few minutes behind and if that was okay.  I appreciated the heads up and was pleasantly surprised when he arrived at 2:07.  He was polite and professional looking.  Talked about the things he would be doing that day and quickly went to work.  I found him very thorough and proficient.

Thank you again Yelp for helping me find a professional company like INSECTEK pest solutions.  I am a new customer since August 2014. I recently moved into a brand new apartment complex in Gilbert unaware of the cricket problem.  Once the CSI agent came onto the property right off he noticed Indian crickets, field crickets, black widows spiders, and brown widow spiders.  Who would have thought a brand new complex would have an infestation problem already. I am pleased with Insectek and their business practices. I originally had them come out and do a termite inspection for a home I was buying.  They didnt charge me anything for that and let me know my home was termite free.  Upon closing on the home, I found a half dozen scorpions inside and they were the first ones to call.  Their tech was the Rambo of scorpion killers and proceeded to tell me all about how they live, their body make up and all of the different types.  He put down some extra heavy chemicals to really hit-em hard and I havnt seen once since.  Insectek will be spraying once a month or more as needed so I will continue to update my reviews.  Keep up the good work!  My fiance and kids REALLY appreciate not seeing any scorpions!

I called this company based on the reviews here and was very satisfied with my service. I was able to get a $30 off coupon on Yelp for $15 which was a really nice perk.  I had used another pest control company a few years ago who charged me twice as much as this company for the same service.

Gerrit arrived at exactly the time scheduled for the appointment. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful.

I will definitely call this company first for any future pest control needs.

Recently have had numerous problems with all sorts of insects including ants, spiders and even cockroaches (GROSS!). Called Insectek on a Friday afternoon and they were there the next day bright and early. Cutter aka the bug whisperer was our technician and he is awesome!! Very polite, knowledgable and helpful. He went out of his way to make sure every crack and corner was covered inside and out. He even agreed to remove a dead cockroach for us! He was so great and we hope to see him in the future.

Insectek provided the standard 3 feet up and out treatment to our house. I can't say their chemicals are better than what other pest control companies offer. It did kill bugs outside and inside the house. However, the technician did not clean up cobwebs around the windows and elsewhere like I was told he would. There were stills spiders all around the house. He also did not inform me of a wasp nest hanging on my outside awning above the door. Seems like a simple task anyone taking their job seriously would do. Instead of doing a good job on the pest control, the technician spent more time asking me to write him a positive Yelp review. It's no mystery that asking customers to write reviews, paying them $25 off their next service for a reviewer, and including links to review sites will get you more positive reviews than companies that don't put forth the effort. But there is nothing special about the actual work provided by Insectek and this technician (Parker?) did a less than satisfactory job. He was also 20 minutes late. Less than a week later, I still have insect issues and am out $100.

I had a serious Oriental roach and cricket problem in my home.  Garrett came out the same day I called for service and did a fantastic job explaining the issue, what he saw when he inspected the house and yard, and what to expect over the next few weeks after the treatment.  I am very happy with the results -- only a few bugs inside on the first few days after the treatment, which Garrett had explained, and now my home is virtually bug-free.  Their service is great, and their pricing is reasonable.  I would absolutely call Insectek in the future.

I've been using Insectek for almost a year now without any issues.  They send e-mail reminders several days before coming and always do a through job when they are here.  Other than a few ants that popped up when the weather warmed up (and they are being taken care of now) my home has been bug free. A few times, I have emailed them not to ring the doorbell as I would be sleeping and they have always accommodated my request.  I had the pleasure of meeting my tech, Adam, today and he was wonderful.  Courteous, helpful and professional.  I'm happy I listened to the reviews and gave this company my business.

A home inspector found two termite tubes in our garage during the home inspection our buyers had ordered. Based on reviews here, we called Insectek for a quote. They quoted us for treatment of the area and not the entire property as there was no evidence of termites elsewhere. Garritt arrived on time for the initial assessment and was super pleasant and informative. We scheduled the treatment for a week later. Garritt notified me he'd be 10 minutes late and when he arrived he explained the process thoroughly. At the end, we paid what we were quoted and he explained that it is normal for termites to continue to be seen for up to 90 days post treatment and to call him if we needed to but to know that the treatment was often not immediate but the results would be long-lasting. I was very pleased with the process and customer service received and would use them again and recommend them highly.

This was the first company I used for pest control and will continue to use. I decided to go with Insectek pest based on the reviews here and their price. I used one of the promo coupons they had and it was still cheaper than going with orkin or terminix.

The person who came and sprayed did a great job. Very professional and explained certain areas where bugs like to go and even suggested preventative measures to help keep bugs from coming inside the house. I thought that was really cool.  

I called several times to get info and arrange to have someone come out and each time (at least 4) the lady on the phone was always helpful and explained the different packages and what services are recommended. I used to see ants, crickets and spiders previously but haven't seen any in a few weeks since they sprayed our house. I definitely will be using them again for sure! Thanks for a great job and wonderful customer service!

After a particularly disappointing call to our previous pest control company in order to ratify an issue (they could not come out for over a week to deal with an ant problem that should have been dealt with prior) I looked around for an alternative. Thank god I found Insectek pest solutions. My husband and I bought a new house and because we are next to the preserve, we knew we would have regular visitors like scorpions and other creepy crawly things.  We checked the web site reviews and called several companies.  We were impressed with Zack and Insectek because of the reliability, professionalism and knowledge.  Plus their charges are reasonable.  I would recommend Zack and Insectek to anyone with a pest problem

After months of frustration with the current pest control my apartment complex uses I started searching for pest control companies. After being stung by a scorpion in my apartment I decided enough was enough and found Insectek.  I called half expected to get the hard sell approach and not much else. I couldn't have been more wrong.  The first person I spoke with was extremely friendly, knowledgable and courteous. All my questions were answered patiently and even after I explained my husband would need to call to schedule I didn't get any kind of attitude.  Instead she offered to take his information so he wouldn't have to go through the whole process again.  I love that they are willing to work with our schedules since neither one of us works the typical M-F 8-5 schedule. I just had the second treatment and both technicians have been wonderful.  Very professional, informative and genuinely concerned.  I would recommend them to anyone. This company could teach other companies what awesome customer service is.

Called Insectek to see if they covered Gilbert.  Spoke with Jenny, who was very nice and easy to work with.  She indicated they do cover Gilbert and I told her that was great because I had met Zack from Insectek at my boyfriend's house when he came to service him for pest control.  I was very pleased with Zack's professionalism and decided I wanted Insectek to service my home if they could.  

Zack came to my house and did a phenomenol job.  I highly recommend Insectek for your pest control needs.

Great company. I called because i need fast service since my previous provider was too busy to take care of me. Cortland came out the next day and was very professional and friendly. Talk about amazing customer service!  From the moment I emailed for information and pricing to the tech, Wayne servicing my unit I was really impressed.  Everyone is so nice and took their time to answer all questions and inform me of things I hadn't thought to even ask.  Wayne called about 30 minutes before he arrived and even let me know he was running 5 minutes behind. When he arrived he was greeted by my little dogs and even my one dog who doesn't like anyone rolled over to get a pet on her belly.  He explained to me why he was going to do and why I can expect after the treatment.  He called when he was done and went through everything again and told me to wait about 15 minutes before I brought the dogs back home.  The price is very fair as well and I feel like they definitely know their stuff.  In an age when customer service is truly a lacking and rare skill, this company exceeded all my expectations and I am very happy.  Thank you Wayne and the staff for making me completely satisfied.  Plus I love that you can get an appointment on a Saturday.

Blown away by the exemplary service at this company! Tried them bc of all the 5 star reviews, and came back to add my own.  Not just good service, but above and beyond- everything on time, answered promptly, every single person friendly and helpful...Not to mention the service works like a charm.  Bugs gone two days after service, far and away the most effective bug company I've ever used!  Can. Not. Say enough good things.  Model company, raising the bar for customer service!

If you use this company I would suggest Zak as your technician, he is great and does a thourough job and extremely knowledgable.  The company is spot on with punctuality, following up on appointment reminders, customer service and  accomodating.  We have had 1 issue since we started with Insectek and they remedied that immediately at no charge, we have no bug issues since they have been our provider.

I'm not one to slam a service, especially if I haven't used it, unfortunately here's my experience. I called Insectek becuase of everyones' 5 star comments on Yelp. I was calling for a quote. I told the owner that I had brown dog ticks in the backyard and some in the house on the dog beds. He asked for my address (Arcadia) and the size of my home and lot. I told him 2400 sq. feet, and the lot I wasnt sure of but that it was around 3,500 sq. feet. He quoted me $700 for the size of my property for outside and inside treatment (visiting a total of 3 times in a 30 day period so every 7-10 days or so), then the bi-monthly service would be $68 every 2 months. It sounded expensive. He told me that it might even be more than that depending on how hard it would be to get to the ticks and the size of the property and conditions... I thought to myself hummm... that ounds odd. He said that they charge a normal price for how long they stay to do the work and treat tthat they would do my carpets as well. Not the entire carpets but the very edge up to the baseboards on all areas of each room as well as the corners and any crevices that may be on top of the baseboards they would spray in. It sounded very thourough. He offered to have Lucio come out to give me a firm quote 2 days before my appointment bc i ne. If you click on their website from the yelp add on the right hand side you will see that you get 50% off your initial treament... I asked the owner about that while I was on the phone and he said that has nothing to do with treating ticks and that its entirely different and a different process... so there went that discount. However, it doesn't say that on the website. Oh well, I set the actual extermination appointment for this Friday at 10:30 am, I arranged my father in law to watch the house while I take the kids out to the park and lunch waiting for the chemicals to dry. I told him that It was still good for me to know the firm quote though so we arranged for Lucio to be at my house at 12:30pm today (Wednesday). Mind you, I have called 3 other companies since my convo. with the owner of Insetek. They have all quoted anywhere from $200 to $300 for the extermination and $45 to $50/month after for upkeep. I was starting to get the vibe maybe I was over quoted but I didn't call to cancel my firm quote appointment with Lucio just yet. I wanted to see what Lucio had to say about why it was so much money upfront for coming 3 times the first month and higher on the monthly side, with no guaruntee if it didn't work... also maybe there was some magic potion they used on brown dog ticks that I had never heard of, so I wanted to give them a chance based on the reviews. He arrived, yes he's very nice, and friendly and calls you mam and shakes your hand is well dressed and wears booties... but the second I asked him about what chemicals he was going to be using it threw him for a loop. He was off his game. I told him that I just wanted to know the names of them and the gallons he was going to use on the size of my property and about how long it would take. He stumbled on his words, told me that the office could email me that kind of thing and that he would just walk the property and see. I also told him before he walked the property that I had gotten 3 quotes since my phone call with him and that they were sooo much less and I was just curious why. He asked me how much and I told him.. He hopped on the phone and called the owner while he was outside. He came back inside and said that he would charge $500 if I did the bi-monthly service for $68 a month and wanted to set an appointment. I told him that I already had an appointment for 10:30 am on Friday and that I would see him then after he could somehow get a list of chemicals that were to be used on my exact property and size.... He said, well I filled that spot since you needed a firm quote first so we need to reschedule and we need to do it tomorrow. He said he would provide a list of chemicals. I was not feeling too great about things becuase they just lowered the price randomly... at that point I had a feeling this wasnt the right place to do business. My gut was telling me that I should cancel by the end of business today and go with another company. What made things so obvious that this is a shady company is that Lucio stayed in his car in my front driveway for 10 min. talking on the phone, I was on my phone as well calling the other companies to see if they could give me an idea of what the exact names of the chemicals they use are called to see what they are called. Just then Lucio walked up to my door and rang the doorbell. I opened it up and he said, The names of the chemicals are Temprid, Suspend, Bifred granuals.... but we don't usually do this. Will you be keeping the appointment or no? Cancelled. Nice guy, bad business play. Expect the unexpected. Never expect a sale.

Signed up / charged for bi-monthly service and extra bee treatment. 8 weeks later the bees were back - and was basically told only comes with 30 day warranty. Never told about only 30 day warranty on bee treatment. Waste of $100. Would not offer to retreat - only offered the name of the guy they paid to subcontract the bee treatment.

Caleb from Insectek was here today. I was amazed that he opened the irrigation valve boxes and treated them. I can not recall any of the National Pest Control companies ever doing that. Insecteks prices are very reasonable and I highly recommend them

This was our first time using Insectek and they were so helpful! I was getting tons of bug bites but we didn't see anything flying or crawling around the house. Insectek offered same day service - I called around 3:30pm and Garrett arrived promptly at 5pm. Garett did a thorough check of our home searching our couch, bed, floors, etc. He explained everything he was looking for and why.  He spent an hour at our house doing an inspection and spraying the inside and outside of our home. We ended up signing up for quarterly service.  They were so easy to work with and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them!

I called Insectek after being referred by a friend.  I have lived in my home (in Avondale) for 9 years and this year have been getting scorpions when I used to never see them.  After seeing 3 scorpions in one week, I knew something needed to be done.  In addition to scorpions, we also have lots of crickets.  I could hear them outside and there were nights when I could hear one in my bathroom vent!  I know scorpions love crickets, so I guess it makes sense I was seeing both of them.  Wayne came out and was so friendly!  Before coming inside he took his shoes off.  This was awesome as I do not like shoes on in the house.  My dog was very rowdy and hyper, but Wayne was very patient and understanding.  Wayne sat down with me and listened to the issues I was having.  He did a thorough check of where the pests may be entering the home.  He sprayed indoors and outdoors.  The next day, I looked outside on the patio and and saw four dead cockroaches (which we hadn't even been seeing inside, thank goodness), dead crickets, and one dead scorpion!  Ugh to say I was grossed out is an understatement!  I was so happy to not have that scorpion in my home, though!  I am very happy with the service I received.  I was assured that if I was still having issues with pests entering the home that Wayne would come out and spray again for free before next month's application.  Wayne was so polite and knowledgeable.  I am SO happy that I chose this company for my pest control needs.  Thank you!

I'm completely satisfied with the service provided by Insectek. We called them about a large infestation of ants. Their response was prompt and professional. The technician who came out gave me a list of the chemicals he was using and their purpose. He said the colony was so large that he might have to come back out in a month to finish the job if we saw more, but it's been five weeks and the problem seems resolved. Should it recur, I'll definitely call them back.

I have had this company come out three times and they have always been professional. I have used other companies in the past and found this one to be the best. I have not seen bugs in the house and they will treat without question of i see anything outside.

Great service and super quick appointment! Called Monday afternoon and they were out first thing Tuesday! Very professional and knowledgable. I used a Yelp coupon and when it was redeemed incorrectly, it was corrected immediately and the tech even called me to apologize. Would definitely recommend them!

So far so good!  I went on vacation and found black widows on my porch.  Courtland was awesome.  He is very nice and polite.  He let me know I might see activity during the next few days and boy did I.  A few spiders and scorpions all dead.  I am happy so far and they said they would respray if needed.  Great price and friendly service.

I can't speak to the effectiveness of their product as I wasn't able to get past the lack of customer service. I found this company on yelp, as we were in need of a new pest service to help keep the scorpions in our area at bay. Since they had such good reviews, I checked out their website. I liked what I saw, so I filled out their form to get contacted for an estimate. I received an email back from Jaime a few days later, and they gave me a price quote. I asked if they could come out to do an estimate, so I could get a better idea of what they could do to help me pest issue, and get a more accurate pricing. The response I received was along the lines of they don't come out for estimates, making me feel as they are a one price fits all company, which goes against their supposed custom service for their customers. When I inquired about the high quote as I have done my research and have received estimates from other local companies, and have used some local companies in the past, I was told they are priced competitively and go look on yelp on how great we are. The end. Well, no you are actually almost double what most companies are around the valley when they ACTUALLY CAME OUT TO GIVE A PERSONAL ESTIMATE. If your service works that well that customers are willing to pay that then great. However, you really aren't giving me the chance to find that out, as the only way I could get them to come out here was to hire them sight unseen. I felt as if my business was not important to them, and they could care less about my concerns. Since this is a glance into the professionalism, and customer service they brag about, I think I will pass. These companies are a dime a dozen, and great customer service should be your first priority.

I called a few places before deciding on Insectek for their fair price on rodent control and all of the positive reviews on yelp-specifically about Zack. I also asked for Zack and he is as nice and knowledgable as everyone says. I am happy with Insectek for not forcing me into a contract like the place I was using prior to them. I also liked that Zack did not try to sell us on something we did not need. Boy, this guy really knows his rodents and bugs. In his words, I'm a bug guy so...:)  No more signs of rodents, and now I have just been treated for a multitude of Spring time bugs/spiders/ants.  Great service.

We have had pest control for 4 years at our home in Cave Creek.  This is the first exterminator that has actually exterminated scorpions at our home with organic solutions.  They treated the perimeter of our entire yard and the only scorpions that I have seen since have been dead or running in the opposite direction.  Great job. Professional service.  Would highly recommend.

I had a fly infestation in our house. After days of trying on my own, I called to get advice. I had overnight guests coming that day and they were willing to come that afternoon (within 2 hours of my call) to treat the house and find the source. The tech guy was thorough but didn't find the source. I was a bit discouraged and skeptical when he left. But within 12 hours, they were basically gone. Problem solved! I appreciate their quick response time, professional service via phone and in person. They only sprayed outside my house as I have young children and didn't want the chemicals where they play. But it seemed to do the job with just outside spray. Also I used the yelp deal to save a bit. I will call them again!
