These guys are amazing!! Chris came out to my house the very next day after calling.. Someone had watched my house while I was out of town and after I had been back found out they had bed bugs in their place. I also spend a lot of time at their house and was getting bites all over me. So I figured they either brought the bed bugs with them when they house sitted or I was bringing them home with me when I would visit. After Chris came out to search my house, a very thorough, search he found no bugs and stated I was probably getting bit at their house. As a preventative measure and at a very low cost he sprayed my house and even gave us a package deal to treat the other house so I wouldn't bring the little hijackers back.

He was super informative and went above and beyond to alleviate the problem. I was adamant to do the heat treatment and was convinced I had these nasty bugs in my house. He was honest and told me there were no bugs. I believe other companies would have taken advantage of my complete freak out and given me a treatment I didn't need. As I was more than willing to do whatever it took.

Had issues with our previous pest control company Aptive not performing well...had tons of crickets outside and worse yet, they made their way into the house...Aptive couldn't get rid of them after 2 applications. Decided to give Arizona Heat a try. Their tech came out and within 10 days after their initial visit not a cricket anywhere in site....and when the crickets are gone there's nothing for the scorpions to feed on so they are gone too...very happy so far!

These guys are amazing! Veteran managed! I have been using them for over a year for regular pest control. Always on time, friendly, and ask if there are any issues every time they come over.

Richard is the tech that services the property. Always on time, texts before he comes over to ensure he's coming at a convenient time for us. Tony is the manager and is always available to answer questions and has recently saved us as noted below...

We recently had an emergency inspection issue and Tony came over the next day, got all the paperwork completed on time, hand delivered the completed paperwork, and saved us! I highly recommend this company!

Passive-aggressive receptionist is the face of this company!!!!  

That I cannot even get a straight answer from the receptionist answering the phone is a HUGE red flag!!!  I'm moving into a home that had unclean tenants - boardering a hoarding situation.  So, I'm trying to be proactive to have a clean home to move into.  I have a one day window of when I take possession and when I move my belonging in.  I was trying to get an idea of the service and costs.  Apparently that can only be told by signing up for a $75 inspection because it depends on:
-- if you have a current infestation (answer is No)
-- size of the rooms (answer LR is 14'x17', DR is 9'x9', Kitchen is 9'x11', BR1 is 11'x13', BR2 is 11'x12', Bath is 9'x9' and the hall is 3'x14')
-- what's in the house/rooms (answer is Nothing)
-- and 'other factors' (???)

I can answer all the questions except the 'other factors' because she doesn't even know what those are.  Okay.... so if we have a technician come out on my one-day window and they find something, are they going to able to treat it?  It depends on what else they have scheduled.  Trying to figure out if this is way too late in the game, I try to get an idea of how long treatment takes. She won't even give me an idea of what a service consists of or duration of time - it all depends on a number of factors.  I asked if she can even give me an idea, is this a couple of hours, is it several days?  All I could get is Only a technician can say when they do an inspection.  I'm done at this point!  I told her that I completely get that she cannot give absolutes but that as the face of the company, she should be able to at least be able to know the process.  And I hung up.  BUT!!!  Being the passive-aggressive receptionist she is, she must have the final word.  She calls me back!!!  And leaves me a nearly 2 min voicemail explaining that she is just trying to provide information to me.  Seriously?!?!?!

Austin and Sean were amazing during our horrible experience with bedbugs. I called on a Sunday they were out on Monday and Tuesday we were doing the heat service on the house. We were back in the house on Wednesday AM completely bug free thank goodness. I can't Thank them enough!!

Moving into a new condo, and on day keys were recieved noticed a couple of roaches and their droppings mostly in the kitchen. I Called up AZ Heat Pest and had Tony out the next day for inspection. Not even a minute of Tony being inside of the unit he was able to tell right away that we had german roaches just by looking at the droppings on the wall. Discussed options, & i am not one that can wait a couple of weeks for them to be completely gone and wanted very little stragglers so we elected to do the heat treatment. Leroy came out the very next day, did the heat and chemical treatment. We Have spotted a couple of baby roaches since the treatment was done (was warned ahead of time that its common)  I called them to let them know where they were spotted and got a call back from Tony and assured me everything is going to be taken care of and has me scheduled for follow up for roach treatment to ensure everything is gone. I completely trust AZ Heat Pest, and i dont feel like i am just a number to them! They were recommended to me from my mom who uses them for routine pest control every 3 months. Strongly recommend them to anyone else who is needing assistance with PESTer bugs!

This company is great! I had used other pest control companies who charged me hundreds to have a single wasp nest removed. Tony and his techs charged me a reasonable rate and did a full pest service. The tech actually found six nests hiding in a bush in front of the house... Which will be removed shortly. Everyone was professional and the tech thurough. I will be using them again and much appreciate their help with the wasps!

I had the company come out for a free observation and estimate. I did not commit to useing the company. For the free look for my home inspection, i got an invoice with a charge of almost $700. saying it was due immediately. Then I started getting email from pay pal. I am tired of their antics. They should send me an invoice that says zero, since I talked to Kevin with my angry complaint about being billed without my consent, but have not received anything that says i do not want to do anything with this company. These are pushy crooks, in my opinion.

THEY BURGLARIZED AND VANDALIZED OUR HOUSE!!!!!!

DON'T USE THEM!!! Hopefully i can save someone from what we just went through, they vandalized our house and robbed us, we came home to find our window shattered from the inside, our 70in flat screen smart tv gone! Our 40in flat screen smart tv gone! Our limited edition ps4 gone! our xbox one gone! A $2000 necklace gone! My kids video game gone!

the cops said that they could see the window was smashed from the inside to make it look like a break in.

and when i called the number on the card and asked to talk to the manager he refused to let let me speak to him, he was rude and yelling at me and told me why don't i just come down there and talk to you in person. I told him i don't want you any where near my house again i just want to speak to your manager or some one in charge. he just told me to find the number my self if i wanted to talk to his manger.

and to add insult to injury they charged us $1800 to do the heat treatment and rob us. AND SO FAR ARE REFUSING TO BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR EMPLOYEES.

Called to ask some advice regarding bed bugs in my daughter's apartment. They were very informative and helpful. They really care about their customers. Two thumbs up.

This is a company you never want to need, but I'm so thankful for them when we found one of these wretched bed bugs. They came out within an hour of my call. Sean throughly inspected our home and answered our many questions. He was reassuring even though I was pretty upset. He treated our house the next day and we are bug free! I can't say enough how much I appreciate them!

Chris was great. I was confused when I wrote the bad review prior. Bad communication with the company on my end. He came by and found our we were moving in less than a month and pressed for the heat treatment. These guys are honest so put your trust in them. I didn't and made my life harder than it used to be. Communication is key. These guys mean business.

Had a minor bed bug problem and had Chris with Arizona Heat Pest come out to give an estimate. Chris let us know what our options were and was extremely helpful. We had never been through this, which is a very traumatizing experience and he walked us through everything. We ended up doing the heat treatment, totally worth every penny. This also comes with a warranty. Haven't seen anything since. Chris was fabulous.

I didn't want to believe that we had Bedbugs at first, but when my husband and I started getting bit, it was an unavoidable conclusion.  I did some research online and through Thumbtack.  AZ Heat Pest Services was the first to respond to my request for a quote, so I called them and asked for a quote.  Sean showed up for the walk through and confirmed that we indeed had a very bad infestation and recommended the whole house heat treatment.  We came to find out that my son's bed had several nests in it.  That realization was absolutely horrifying.  Sean quoted us a rate for treating, we have a two story and know that the bugs started in the couch in the living room, so it would be for the entire house.  Although the price was high, the one year guarantee was unbeatable.  We were concerned about being able to afford it.  He advised us that PayPal offers a credit program.  We applied for it the next day and were approved immediately.  The treatment was scheduled for the following Saturday so that we had time to prep the house.  That was the most work, as we have a family of 5 and 4 pets.  Sean and Johnny showed up a few minutes after their scheduled time on 3/25 and assisted us in getting the last items bagged up and on the patio.  We loaded the family and animals in two vehicles and had a staycation at a local hotel.  We returned home the next morning and the house was still very hot.  There wasn't a bug in sight!  It is now a week later, my house is put back together, everyone is sleeping better, no more bites, our skin is healing from all the bug bite track marks.  My 16-year-old had taken to staying up all night and only sleeping during the day because he was being attacked regularly.  Now he is sleeping comfortably again, we are all recovering.  You don't realize the emotional trauma that comes with an infestation until it is all over and you can actually breathe easy again.  Thank you so much for giving us our home, and our lives, back!

ABSOLUTELY APPALED BY THIS SERVICE OR LACK THERE OF. I live in apartments My unit was suppose to been sprayed 3 weeks ago nothing was moved So I know noone did anything to prevent bed bugs from coming to my unit when 2 others were heated needlees to say 1 week later my 2 year old son was attacked on my couch thats next to the wall closest to the next unit Cris came out and exclaimed that my couch were my son was sleeping was not the problem but one in my room refused to believe that bites were occuring before its arrival and told my complex manager it was the couch in my room thats the problem not the one that actually is!!! He quoted my manager $600 ( im expected to pay )to spray a couch  that isnt the problem ARE U KIDDING ME THIS SERVICE IS A DAM JOKE.....THAT THE BUGS THAT MOVED TO MY UNIT AFTER OTHERS WERE TREATED ARE MY PROBLEM THANKS AZ HEAT 4 BEINGS A BUNCH OF DICKS!!!!

They were really great. Codi and Paul did a great job. They put my mind at ease. They really helped me get ahead of the situation. I am a teacher in a school where many of my kids bring them with them, plus I am coach. My gear is (was now) always close to theirs. I took home a a bed bug a hijacker. I was lucky, although it didn't feel that way at the time. I caught it early.
              I was like the guy who said he freaked out. Also it is just like Justin S. said, they actually don't try to up-sell you. When I panicked the second time they understood and told me I was wrong and that I didn't need another treatment.  Real reasonable price the fist time and considerate enough to say no to my money months later. They taught me protocols (is that the word?) to do so I could rest assured and live a normal life even though I am at constant risk because of where I work. Thank you.

Arizona Heat Pest is the go-to company for bedbugs.  

A horrible infestation in the home of one of my client's has been completely wiped out now for over a month - no sights, no bites. The home had been infested for well over a year by bugs that had lived through a couple exterminations by other companies during that time. Chris was absolutely no trouble to deal with - he was accessible and accommodating, answering all of our questions politely and patiently throughout the entire process. He explained what they were going to do, made his own suggestions based on the individual circumstances, spent time to educate us, speculated respectfully about where the previous companies may have gone wrong, etc. And he was not pushy. Total gentleman the whole time.

Bedbugs seem to be a growing and rampant problem in the valley. The common person (meaning the people who have them) really doesn't know much about bedbugs or how to treat them, and is consequently an easy target for exploitation especially since people become very desperate in this predicament. Trying to distinguish one company from another will prove to be extremely frustrating and overwhelming. Too often it appears people are typically screwed over by some fly-by-night company offering a multi-year warranty and closing up shop in six months, only to open a new business under a new name so they can screw over new people. Don't waste your time. These guys are the jackpot. They are a small, family-run business whose aim is to ensure the job is done right with no stone is left unturned. They will do a free inspection and shoot straight with you.

I recommend them with no reservations whatsoever. Bedbugs are a real nightmare. People deserve to know which companies have integrity. Trust me, you won't go wrong with these guys.

We recently used Arizona Heat to get rid of our bedbugs.  While the technician thought our infestation was small enough to be treated with just chemicals, we elected to do a heat treatment in the bedroom in addition to the chemicals (I didn't really like the idea that we would keep getting bites for the next month with just the chemicals).  

Pros:
-They killed all of the bed bugs.  It's been more than a month so I think we're in the clear.
-They showed up when they said they would and were always polite and professional.  They were also able to accommodate our schedule pretty well and get us on the calendar within a few days.
-I like the 1 year warranty that comes with the heat treatment.  I always like to do business with a company that stands behind their work.  
-The heat treatment did not do any damage.  I read some horror stories on the internet about people who don't know what they're doing causing significant structural damage so I was a little nervous about this part.  

Cons:
-It took me 3 emails/phone calls over several days to get a check list of what needed to be done in order to prep for the treatment.  By the time I got someone to email it to me, it was 6 PM the night before our service which meant that I was up super late preparing.
-We were instructed to put items that could be damaged by the heat treatment into boxes which would be removed from the room by the tech and placed into chemically treated boxes in the garage.  While we boxed everything up and pointed out the boxes to the tech, they were never removed from the room.  I had all of my photo albums and some electronics in there and would have been devastated if they got destroyed.  Fortunately nothing super important got ruined but I feel like we got lucky.  Please don't promise me one thing and do another.

Overall, I feel like the good outweighed the bad for our experience but as I selected AZ Heat because of the reviews/careful process that they outline, I was a little disappointed in the execution.

I waited a few months to make sure my problem was resolved. I contacted Arizona Heat Pest Services in March. My appointment was made in a timely manner and I was contacted when the tech was on his way. He was honest and explained my problem wasn't severe enough for the heat treatment. I was given all of the to do's and not to do's and was told I may see some for about a month. They were only concentrated in my son's room but they treated all 4 bedrooms as well as my loft and living room. After about a month we did see a few but AZ Heat Pest Services honored their warranty and came right back out. That was in May. Since then we haven't seen any and my son hasn't been getting bitten. WOOP WOOP AZ Heat Pest Services. THANK YOU!!!!!! I'm a person that DOESN'T  do bugs and you saved me from moving .. SERIOUSLY.

These guys are AMAZING!! Same day service, very easy to get a hold of and asked detailed informed questions to really get to know our situation. Kevin came out to the house and was on time, courteous and super respectful. We had someone else come to the home earlier and weren't confident with their inspection, seemed rushed and like they were trying to sell products. Kevin literally checked EVERYTHING with special equipment, FREE INSPECTION and told us exactly why he was doing what he was doing and what he was looking for. He took his time, efficient but not rushed and checked every nook and cranny. It turns out we do not have bed bugs, and he was very honest that they only treat when there is an issue and do not take advantage of customers for money! I wish we could use this company for all our extermination's, but they are specialized in only bed bugs. It makes sense tho, this is THEIR THING. If you have or think you may have a bed bug problem- CALL THEM!!!

Do NOT waste your money here! I found a female bed bug in my covers and decided to give these guys a call. They assured me that since they couldn't find a nest or any other bed bugs, my infestation is very light and that one chemical treatment would be enough. They only sprayed my mattress and bed frame, some of the baseboards in my room, some of my couch,  bedroom dressers, and that's it. They didn't spray or use DE inside the outlets and they didn't get other areas like my bathroom, dining room, or inside the couch like they had promised. I payed $300 (no warranty included) for them to use Temprid SC insecticide on some of my furniture. I ended up getting bites for the next 3 weeks. They didn't even tell me to wash and dry all my clothing and bedding and to treat other items in my room, no wonder I kept getting bitten! They also didn't retreat every 10 days, like it says to on the Temprid SC bottles (which you can get for $10 ea at a bug and weed store). I decided to retreat everything myself (INSIDE and out) with Temprid and with another insecticide recommended by the bug and weed mart. I washed and dried all clothing in my room and stored it in trash bags so bugs would not hide in my clothing. I also decided to use mattress and box spring covers and squirted diatomaceous earth in all the outlets, over all my carpeting, inside the couch, by he base boards, and all over my bed frame and in between the mattress and Box. Since then the bites have been subsiding. I could've saved $300 and done this treatment myself. These guys are lazy and do a half ass job because they know they'll come back to charge you more.

I was in a panic when I suspected bedbugs I had 2 company's lined up one was Arizona Heat Pest Services. The service technician Robert who came the same day I called was profession and knew his job well !! Once he confirmed yes indeed it was bed bugs he scheduled Both Heat and chemical treatment

We had just gotten back from a road trip with some motel stops and suddenly were seeing several blood sucking bugs in our bed. PANIC.
I called Arizona Heat Pest Services, that specializes in bedbugs and Tyler was fantastic. He set me up with an inspection that afternoon.
Chris come over that afternoon while we were washing and drying (high temp) all our bedding, clothing etc. and within minutes he said they were not bedbugs but some kind of desert kissing bug and not to worry.
He was wonderful and inspected the whole house and said we should spray an outside exterior barrier.
The company is great and we will certainly be using them in the future!

Yep! The unthinkable.  It has happened.  Bed bugs.  Yuck.  We noticed on a Friday night around 6:30pm and started calling around to get an inspection.  They didn't answer their phone till Saturday morning.  They came out at noon as we agreed and did the inspection.  A man named Uriel came in and looked at things.  He was ok, Not great. He only deeply  inspected the room that we were concerned with.  He didn't check anything else in the house other than the corner of one mattress in another room. It seemed a little more like he wasn't pleased to be working a Saturday.  He answered my questions with short direct answers, which is good but it would have been nice to maybe explain things to me.  I'm not the professional when it comes to this.   I was looking for a little comfort in being given a little more knowledge of how this all goes.  He first tried to sell me on heat treating my entire house for $1800.  My jaw dropped.  Then he offered to heat the one room for $1000.   I haven't been saving up to pay for bed bugs! Hello! Let's do what works for the client  instead of what makes you rich! Very unhappy with this company, their attitudes stink and all he would elaborate on is up selling.  I do not recommend wasting your time.  If you are looking at this review, it is because you are devastated and looking for help just as I was.  Move on to the next company.

It takes a classy operation to come to your house & tell you that you do not need their services, & Arizona Heat is that type of operation. Chris came to my house, took the bed apart, looked behind all the furniture, & told me that he honestly could not see any evidence of bedbugs (he even found a live mosquito that was probably the culprit for the bug bites). Chris is fantastic - he's professional, friendly, informative, & he showed up 30 minutes early for my same-day appointment. I would call Arizona Heat again in a second if I ever had more concerns, & I highly recommend them to anyone with bedbug issues.

Like everyone else is saying, Arizona Heat Pest Services is definitely the best! I called at 9pm and had someone out the very next morning! Luckily we were able to catch the infestation fairly quickly! Paul was extremely helpful and told us what was needed, not trying to over sell. Price is reasonable based on the needed treatment.

I'm very disappointed with this company and quality of their inspections. I was originally impressed with the fact that they offer a free bed bug inspection, but once they came to my home I understood why.

I should first say that about six months ago, a family member was staying in our home and she was the only occupant at the time but she brought bed bugs into the home. Well, just recently my family and I moved back into the home and the first thing I wanted to do was have the house inspected to make sure there was no sign of bed bugs before moving my things back in.

I called this company and made an appointment for the following day. Two gentleman arrived at my home; one appeared to be an actual pest control technician and the other seemed to be a salesman or possibly the owner. I was very surprised that they did not bring a dog. I briefed them on the situation, informed them that there were bed bugs in the home about six months prior and they were only spotted in the master bedroom which was located downstairs. I informed them that we had not seen any bugs in the house, no one had any sort of bites, but I wanted my whole house inspected.

If you know anything about bed bugs then you would know that they can live almost a year without feeding and they mate about every 13 days. They like hiding in mattress seams, walls, behind picture frames, in electronics...basically anywhere.

Both gentlemen looked in the master bedroom, took apart the mattress that was purchased a couple months after my family member brought the bugs into the home. They saw no sign of the bugs in the mattress but they failed to look in the closet, the bathroom, and they didn't pull back the lining on the box spring. After they inspected the master bedroom the guy was already trying to convince me to spend $2,000 on the heat treatment, which was a deal because they usually charge $1.50 a square ft. I had to remind them that I had the  rest of the house for them to inspect because they were trying to leave. Once they went upstairs, again, they didn't do a thorough inspection. Finally the technician points out some little black dot in a dresser drawer and tells me he thinks it might be a young bed bug that was dead. I could clearly see that it wasn't a bug at all, it appeared to be a crumb of some sort. Being that they saw no signs of these parasites, I didn't see a need to spend the $2,000.

Well, our second night staying in the home once we moved all our belongings in, my mother had bites all over her body. She originally thought they were from sitting in the grass after it had rained (mosquitos). The following day, another family member felt something in her hair and shook a bed bug out! And, the same day, my mother woke up from the living room couch with one crawling across the sheet that was laying on her chest!

We had to contact a friend of ours that works for a pest elimination company and he instructed us to take all our clothing that was in dresser drawers or shelves, and dry them on high heat...then seal them up in trash bags. He ended up coming to our home without a dog and found a couple in the box bring of the bed that was in the master and he found a couple in the living room couch. He charged us $100 to spray and bomb the house and instructed us to leave our clothes in the bags because he would need to come out a second time, possible a third to make sure any eggs that may have hatched after the spray, got killed. We ended up throwing away the living room furniture, along with the mattress in the master, and all the bedding that we had just to the house.

I would not recommend this company to anyone! Heat treatment is very effective and kills all bugs and eggs at one time but it also costs a few thousand dollars depending on the size of your home.

This place was great. Rob helped us answer any questions we had and scheduled us in a very timely manner. They were very fast and efficient. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

My mom bought a new mattress and found bedbugs a few days later!  She told me on a Friday night. I moved her I with me for the weekend.  Saturday morning I called AZ Heat, they came out that afternoon. Paul was great!  First off, he was on time!  He explained the process, did his job fast and efficiently. He was friendly and professional.  
For having such I creepy thing going on with your 86 year old mom, I felt confident with the service!
I would call them again, hopefully I won't need to.

We had problems with bed bugs around two years ago and Arizona Heat Pest Services Took care of the problem and gave us a one and a half year warranty. They were very accommodating and professional and solve the problem. We came back from vacation a month ago and I woke up to welts on my arms that were quite similar to the ones I had had when we had bedbugs. Of course, I was really worried that they were back. I also worried that if I called the serviceThat check for free they might just come up with bedbugs weather we had them or not to get the extra business. So I checked ahead of time, In the exact same way they had,to make sure that I couldn't see anything. Then I called Arizona he passed services again to come out and check. Remarkably, Austin Peck was the same person who had helped us two years before and remembered us. I was surprised that he had such a good memory and knew exactly where he had solved the problem in the past and what to look for. Fortunately, after he checked, he said we did not have bedbugs and it turned out that I had poison oak from our hiking on our vacation. Because I am now convinced of their honesty and trustworthiness and their ability to get the job done, I recommend this company and specifically, Austin Peck.

After leaving feedback on other sites, I wanted to leave a Yelp review, as most people use this format to read honest reviews. Back in July I had found bb in my bedroom, and called a different company that gave me the run around (kept delaying their inspection). After that I called Arizona Heat Pest Services and Chris was out the same day to inspect, and later to heat treat my room and spray the rest of the house (as prevention). Chris was friendly and courteous. I have had him out to inspect a few times since his initial treatment because I was getting bit again by what I assumed was bedbugs. After Chris's thorough inspection he determined bb were not present and informed me to keep an eye out for tell tale signs and to not hesitate to call him if I needed his input again. The warranty Az Heat offers is reassuring, and I feel like well worth the peace of mind.

I cannot say enough good things about Arizona Heat Pest Services.  So professional, efficient, timely, and caring, I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.  Alex K. was at my home the day I called, gave us a free estimate after confirming a very mild bed bug infestation, and was out three days later to treat (spray) our home.  He gave us detailed instructions on how to treat the problem as well as help us prevent them from coming again.  Well worth the money to pay the extra for a guarantee as we needed a re-treat after 2 weeks (they really are resilient little things!).  Our routines are much different now, but I'm so grateful to Alex K. for helping us be bug free.  Please call them at the first sign of a problem, you'll be glad you did!!
