Called bulwark after requesting a quote through Yelp; they immediately got back to me, as they say, the early bird gets the worm.

After speaking with Steven on their sales line, I got started with their month to month roach extermination services. Was able to save some money through the Yelp deal they have on their page, so overall I was just a happy customer.

As they told me over the phone, the service technician was on time and very professional. Talked me through the process, and was in and out of my house within 20 minutes. They are coming back every 2 months to spray, and the price I'm getting is extremely reasonable.

Let this be a note to other business owners that utilize the Request A Quote button on Yelp: Respond back as soon as possible! I had roaches, the only thing I cared about was getting someone out to my house as soon as possible; of course reviews matter, but everybody has good reviews! Be prompt! People don't use Yelp for fun...

We had some family move back to Arizona who purchased a ranch. They had some rattle snakes and mice they wanted to protect the animals from.

Since we used them before, and the price was decent I referred them. I recommender they ask another family member who they used as well since the lived on an acre lot and had dealt with mice in the past too. That way they had something to compare.

They chose Bulwark and have been very happy with them now for over a year.

I was not impressed with the chemical used by Bulwark. I believe the natural product even though it's top of the line as I was told is simply not as effective. I had them treat ants, black widows and scorpions at my residence and they had to come back to retreat 3+ times. The first spray was light. The call for a second retreat was very heavy as I could see where the spray was and had wished the attention was placed on the first spray. A third spray was needed as black widows were still building webs and tons of babies had been made and it was in process. Then I get billed for the next installment without seeing a decrease in creepy crawlies. The only way I got rid of 7 black widows on my back porch was walking around and lighting them on fire with a torch. The very next day I found another scorpion in the house.I had to find a new provider because our local guy stopped servicing our area and charged only $60 a spray. One of his heavy thorough sprays knocked everything out, every time. I cancelled bulwark and conveniently moved too.

Steven Pearson with bulwark is hands down the best pest control employee we have had come out. He made sure my entire inside and outside of my house was sprayed. It is important to keep the scorpions away as i have 2 little girls and one is visionally impaired. He went over and beyond to make sure everything was great. Their phones don't work, I get nothing but silence when trying to call them. When they call me, I can't hear them. They don't respond to e-mails. I can't cancel my service, remove auto pay, or even delete MY credit card details from their servers without contacting customer support.

They no showed for the first appointment. When I called to ask what's up, they have pretended like my appointment was the next day despite my email confirmation. Guys came out and were done within 20 minutes, promised there would be a 2 week follow up and they would call me to schedule. Didn't hear anything so I called. Lady who answered said she didn't have anything for a week. I said I needed two weeks out and she said call back in a week. That was a month ago. No customer service, no follow up like they said and I find it hard to believe they couldn't schedule me for two weeks out if that was what I promised.

Horrible Termite Service-
Cory came out to inspect my obvious active termite infestation w confirmed by technician on 04.29.19. The entire threshold of one of my doors was completely eaten away by termites. Inspection showed termites active. No notes were put on my account only for another home of mine that I had an estimate done on was notated. More time wasted on the phone trying to get things straightened out. I am a very disappointed customer and I recommend having your termite needs handled by a different company who guarantees their service when it fails to protect your home from getting eaten away by termites.

I saw a scorpion and several babies on Wednesday and called this company. They gave me a fantastic price to come out and do a whole house (including spraying inside my walls) and yard! I also signed up for every 2 months maintenance. They sent Bernard out Saturday morning for the initial treatment. He was excellent! He was pleasant and very thorough. He also gave me coupons for weed control and home security. Turns out I'm looking into a home security system right now! I feel very lucky I found Bulwark! Terrible service. Poor communication. Their phone customer service is awful. They promise great service, it doesn't happen. They are inconsistent and frustrating to deal with. They made multiple mistakes when scheduling our appointments and never took responsibility for their mistake.
I canceled our service and will be looking for a new exterminator. Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

This is my first time using this company and I'm just giving 4 stars for now because I had to call twice for the appointment because my first appointment didn't get trough. I'm guessing because they are busy.
The reps were very friendly and professional every time I called.
Aaron Davis was our rep and he was very friendly respectful of property, spent a good amount of time spraying and treating walls and doors cracks. He advised us on what to do and how to follow up and even sent me a picture of my back gate letting me know that he made sure the gate was closed properly after he treated that area.

I am so glad I called these guys! After a ton of scorpion encounters and being stung I had enough. Bulwark did a great job getting rid of them. I had to switch from previous company because of work schedule change and they don't come out on weekends. I really wish I didn't have to change. I haven't had this many issues with bugs. Never seen ants in the backyard before now we do. And more scorpions seen inside the house. Also I told the rep on the phone that technician needs to call at least 30mins before they get to the house. They never do. Also they barely spray. Previous company sprayed so much that patio was soaked after he sprayed but with bulwark, it's literally dried after 30secs. If nothing changes, I'm gonna have to change the company again. Very disappointed. I guess most of the good reviews are from initial treatment because they actually spray throughout and do a good job(only initial . And they ask you to leave a good review after initial treatment.

***update***
Their quality control called and fixed the issues. And technician actually called 30mins before and sprayed good amount. Im glad to see that they care. Hopefully they will stay that way.

I've called Bulwark 3 times in the past month to get a Termite inspection for a tenant who says they've found termite tubes on the property. All three times, you call them and they don't make an appointment, they take your telephone number and and name and tell you the termite specialist will call you to schedule a time and to give any needed information.

The last two times, I've told them I called prior, only to have them again, not call me back. I gave the tenant's name and number as well - they never called him either. They stated they left an message for the termite specialist that it was really important to call since I called prior, and that didn't work either.

A month has gone by. 3 strikes - you're out.

Bulwark is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Hiring incompetent people who can't do their jobs. Shows up when not requiring any service, wondering if they ever really spray when your not home. I have made sure all my neighbors know how corrupt they are. Never ever use them you'll be sorry BUYER BEWARE! They are thieves. When they say they were there and sprayed and make fake receipts up. Plus we still see scorpions after they say they were there. Never use this company!

Don't pick this pest control company. They do a good job of eliminating pests, however if you actually have to talk to someone at their company you will be disappointed. In four years I have had multiple billing issues and scheduling issues. Now they had billed me for my monthly service when no rep actually showed up on the scheduled day. We had someone at home all day so they could show them where we found some black widow activity. I called today to get someone out here, since I have a lot of bug activity. I also complained about the lack of of service. Instead of the I'm sorry, we will look into that, they decided instead to argue with me that someone was here and serviced the house. They left no receipt (which they do when no one is home), the person who was here all day did not see them, but there GPS stated someone was here. Again, all I wanted was an apology.

I have decided to cancel my service with them after almost 4 years.

Bottom line, if you choose them they will do a good job of keeping pests away. However if you have any problems and have to call them, you're going to have issues.

I was stunned by their billing/customer service disconnect. They came to our home, for the first time, Oct 3 2017. My husband gave the exterminator a check for the service. The company called us one week later to inform us we needed to pay for the service. My husband told them we gave the exterminator a check. Oct 14th we got a bill from them demanding payment. He called and was told you need to prove you gave him a payment. WTF they had our check all that time, it cleared our bank two days later Oct 18th 2017. If you pay this company at the time of service, make sure you have the exterminator acknowledge it on the receipt with a signature and or initials with the type of payment.

Our Tech is Pam and she is awesome. Always takes time to really look in the nooks and crannies to find anything that might be trying to hide.
I switched to this company based on a recommendation from a friend of mine. Finally a pest service that does what they say they are going to do and do it with a smile. I think Pam has been in this area for awhile and I've come to find out a lot of people use Bulwark and are as happy as I am.
I also like the fact they come every other month. I've never had to call them between months which is nice.

We had another great experience with Bulwark today. A couple of days ago I called after seeing a spider in the house and when I called yesterday, they were able to get my tech out the next day! Not to mention that the gal on the phone was extremely friendly!

So I used to swear by bulwark.. we moved into our house in Glendale about 5 years ago, right away we started seeing scorpions.. so we looked at pest control companies we found bulwark, for $49 a month every month they would spray our house inside and out and for about 2 years didn't see anything! It was perfect! Then all of the sudden started seeing spiders, crickets, ants, cockroaches and scorpions. So we called bulwark and they would come out and re spray. But we would still see scorpions here and there, but everything else was still there so we spoke to their manager and he wasn't helpful at all so we canceled with them. Very disappointed

Great service! Only had one visit thus far but managed to do in one visit what another company with cute cars was unable to do in 9 months. From what I can determine from calling around, they're the only ones that include an in-wall pesticide and it worked great for me. Also doesn't require a contract which was a big plus. When I called for an estimate, the owner answered the phone and offered me a very good deal with no cancellation penalty.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, especially from Casey or Kelsey (scheduling supervisor) who can care less about making a customer happy. After speaking to another supervisor yesterday about how unhappy we were because our treatments went from 45 mins to 10 mins and we were beginning to see scorpions on a daily basis, the supervisor offered a scorpion treatment the week of our call. After noticing the email confirmation had the incorrect time, I called the next day and Kelsey or Casey (different supervisor than who I spoke to before) shut me down and said i had to wait 2 months for that treatment. Then began badmouthing the other supervisor and went to say that the supervisor I spoke with before apparently needed more training because she didnt know what she was talking about. So I requested to cancel and she gladly did so. And when I asked for an email confirmation of some sort to be sent, she refused. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

About 6 months ago, we noticed we had a few scorpions in our backyard. Within two weeks the infestation was much worse and we were seeing then inside our house as well. We called Bulwark. From the first phone call they were courteous and professional and prompt.

After the first service, we saw a few more scorpions than we'd seen previously but they told us this would happen as they'd treated in the walls to drive them out and kill them. And within 4-6 days they were gone!!! We've had two additional treatments since and things are great! They treat between scheduled appointments for free if you need them to. We're very happy with the service.

Ants, Flying Ants, Scorpions, and Earwigs, OH MY!

I recently bought a house in Avondale, and soon after I moved in, I was overwhelmed with ANTS! They were getting into my pet food, my trash, and even onto dishes if I left them in the sink overnight! Worst of all, they even found their way into my BED several times!

Soon after I encountered SCORPIONS! IN my house!

I called Bulwark, and they were quick to respond. It took about a week (and a 2nd complementary visit from Bulwark) after they sprayed for the ants to finally go away (they explained that this is normal, as they don't initially spray pesticides to treat ants, rather they spray a type of bait that the ants take back to the nest to kill the Queen). Bulwark came back again later at no charge to spray pesticides to kill the scorpions.

Since then, about 6 weeks after the initial treatment, I was visited by a multitude of FLYING ants in my kitchen! (I initially thought they were Termites, but I emailed a photo of the little varmints to Bulwark, and they identified them as flying ants.) Bulwark came out the very next day to address this problem, and there haven't been any flying ants since. (thank goodness!)

Their fees are reasonable. $89 for the first visit, and $69 every other month after that. They are scheduled to come out once every 2 months, but if you see any insects in between the scheduled visits, they come out for FREE to address whatever problems you are having!

Thank goodness for Bulwark! There is no way I could have dealt with these problems on my own. I called them and my problems went away!

I don't know the names of anyone with Bulwark, but I'm happy with their services so far.

Initial phone call: friendly, professional, and informative.

Price: Competitive.

Initial spraying: guy was really friendly and wore shoe coverings in my house and he said he liked working for Bulwark (because I like to chat with people as I follow them around my house).

Regular service: so far so good...no scorpions in my house this summer yet! Last summer I counted 22 scorpions INSIDE my house during the hot months...(not all at once). The summer before that I counted 18 scorpions INSIDE...and stung by one in my bed!

Friendly and quickly answered the phone when I called.

I have no complaints....as long as I don't see any scorpions in my house.

We have had Bulwark for, I think, over two years now.

Today I had the pleasure of getting my exterminating services by our tech, Charles Chuck Allen.

I have had the pleasure of having Chuck come to my house and perform his services with the greatest and most professional demeanor I've seen in some time. He was kind, courteous, and always shows up with a smile. He takes his time to ask if there are any concerns and ensures that everything is done to take care of any unexpected pest related issues.

A while ago my next door neighbor noticed Chuck working on my yard and wanted to offer cash upfront to spray his yard due to some yard work he had done that may have caused a large amount of roaches to be forced out into my and other houses. He felt sorry and wanted to make sure the infestation didn't invade my house or someone else.
Chuck smiled and said that he would not have an issue taking care of it. I told him that I had no issue for him to take care of my neighbors yard before hand. He sprayed his yard, proceeded to take care of mine, and still managed to have time to have a nice conversation with my neighbor. His personality definitely made that Saturday mood much better. Chuck may have even received a new customer... At least I hope so.

I am proud to have Bulwark as my exterminating company and Chuck as my tech. A++ for both of them.

Let me start out by saying that I called Bulwark on a Friday and was told that a tech would be out on Saturday between 4 and 6. Well, no one showed up! However, this morning, Landon showed up bright and early (he did text me this morning, but I missed the text.) He was so nice, and did not put any pressure on me, so I decided to let him treat the property. Besides, the ants were driving me crazy! He was very thorough and professional. Returned from vacation to find that a rodent(s) took up residence in our attic. Contacted Evan, our Tech, who promptly responded and, despite the mid-summer heat in our attic crawl space, treated the area and provided bait traps. Importantly, Evan followed up with another trip to be sure that the pest(s) were gone and advised us re steps to take to prevent a re-occurrence.

Moved into a brand new home and had crickets and a cockroach. Haven't seen a bug since we started treatment every other month.

From the exterminators that come to our home to the people answering the phone, everyone has been extremely helpful and great at communicating. Text messages are also sent when your service is scheduled.

Yes!! These guys know what they're doing. They send the same person to your home every time so you never have to worry who will be in your house. Eric is my guy and he is unbelievably knowledgable and takes the time to explain exactly what he's applying and how it works. He's very personable and interacts with the kids and dogs. We've been a customer of Bulwark for 2 years now. These guys are as good as it gets. All of the technicians are extremely friendly and professional.

I highly recommend this company, especially if you have a scoprion problem. Whatever they use definitely does the trick. We live in a problem area for scoprions, and since bringing Bulwark in to spray, we seldom see any in the house.

Price is reasonable, and they are outstanding when it comes to their guarantee.

I had Bulwark Exterminating come out because we were having a tick problem. I was amazed at their service. The ticks were on our dogs and in our house. They were not easy to get rid of but not only did Bulwark come out every few weeks until they were gone, but I didn't even need to ask them to come back. They would call me and arrange a time. We used to live in Buckeye. A simple phone call to Bulwark and they sprayed our new residence the week we moved in. This last Saturday, Alex M. did the bi-monthly pest spray. He was polite, quick, and made as little trouble for my dogs as they would get. He was also within the first hour of the four hour window that was set by the email notification system.
Then today, Joshua D. came out to spray for weeds. A new service they offer, and something I took advantage of with the small trees in my backyard. He told me what to look for in the next seven day and what to do if it doesn't rain in the next 30 days. Just like Alex M., Joshua D. was very friendly, conscientious of my dogs, and had both front and rear yards sprayed within 30 minutes. He did show up in the second hour of the two hour window, but they're still way better than the cable guy!

I've had Bulwark for about 9 months now and am really starting to think they are spraying stuff that attracts bugs rather than kill them. We signed up for the scorpion service, and am being charged 60$ a month to include monthly service and any service in between if there are problems. Well it's getting to the point where we are calling every week. Everytime we call they try and tell us,with an extra 25$ we can get the scorpion treatment. WTH?! We signed up for the scorpion treatment from the get go and need these things gone! We have little ones in the house and it's gotten worse in the 9 months! So basically 600$ later and the scorpions have gotten worse, not better! And they still try and up sell us. And also crickets as well. Not sure what these guys are using, but they say they specialize in scorpion treatment but really just think they come out so people have the piece of mind. I'm trying to stick it out since they keep making promises, and will update my review if it gets better, but at this point if you have scorpions stay away from bulwark.

This company from Glendale has some terrible scheduling and employee problems. Last year in the fall I was supposed to have the night scorpion treatment. I had been a regular customer for a year. Well they forgot to show. Then when I called they said they only had 2 trucks and one was out of service and could not schedule me for months. Unfortunately they stopped the service in October. I called them back in early March and got an appointment April 18. I arranged to be home that evening. The guy did not show. I called Bulwark and they said because there was a gate (I am in a gated community) they could not service. They guy did not even call. He just left. I have no problem with anyone else buzzing, from post man to deliveries as well as the regular Bulwark exterminator which I have not seen in months. When I called the Bulwark office office that services me, I specifically asked that the local owner of that office call me since I had been having problems for the past 7 months. Their supervisor said that he was empowered to talk with me. I said NO I went through this last fall and was told a number of excuses by various supervisors. He refused to allow me to leave a message for the owner. He stated that he was empowered and that they were a multi million dollar company and the owners did not take those kind of calls. Unfortunately, the staff has been incompetent. They won't even forward a message to the owner(s).

Perhaps I can get someone to fix the situation by writing this review. I was also told when I initially signed up with Bulwark that the owner watches reviews. Hence, I am giving a terrible review to the Gendale office of Bulwark!

They really are the best for keeping away the pests! From the receptionists to the techs! I don't know what they use, but it's the best. For grins i tried another company for a couple months, boy was that a stupid mistake--i had creepy crawlies outside! I don't care if the bugs live outside... I WANT THEM EXTERMINATED! Plus i don't want them coming inside to make a new home! So i called Bulwark back. I just had to--they are the best for getting rid of those pests! And whatever they use won't harm your beloved pets. They come every two months. They call you to schedule a time that is good for you. My home is pest free (until relatives come-LOL, i'm only kidding!).

I'm giving this 2 star review not because of the actual service, but because I have literally been stalked by this company and I have the phone records to prove it. I signed up for the initial service and they did a great job. I had a couple more services and things were still great. The problems arose when I didn't need a service for awhile. They billed me for a service I didn't receive, and while the manager took it off, he still seemed to act like I was trying to get out of paying for it. Then it started.....I received at least 2 calls a day for a service. WTH????? Total overkill. It left such a bad taste in my mouth I finally had to block their number, and call to have them remove my records. It's really too bad because the service was great, but the sales staff need to back WAY off.

We are very happy with Bulwark Exterminating, especially our terrific technician Evan Schmitt. Evan has been extremely professional, pleasant, responsive and knowledgeable. Living in the desert, scorpions had been plaguing us for years - not just a matter of whether we had any each month but how many - until we switched to Bulwark, and now we haven't seen one in the house for nearly a year! We are also very happy with their pet-safe treatments within the wall that require no inside spraying and their policy to come as often as necessary between scheduled treatments to retreat or, for example, to set bait for a persistent pack rat on our patio. I used several pest control companies to address the ant problem before I found Bulwark. With all the other companies, the ants usually came back after one to two months. I used Bulwark for the first time four months ago. Tyler showed up right on time and did a wonderful job. He was professional, very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I recently moved to Phoenix and purchased a home in the north central area. Come to find out, this is a scorpion area, and within two weeks of being in the home, we saw four scorpions, including one in my 11-month-old daughter's bed. We were honestly at our wit's end. After searching online for an exterminator that could treat our home for scorpions, and after reading the positive reviews about Bulwark Exterminating, I called and set up a year plan.

First: the plan is affordable (no more expensive than other, lesser-quality exterminators), and the company is accommodating. Not only will they come once a month on schedule, but they will come additional times in any given month, as many times as I need. In fact, they ENCOURAGE it. Imagine: a company encouraging you to cost them more! But they really do want to rid us of our scorpion problem and have been out several times treating the exterior and interior as we desired.

Second: the company is EXTREMELY responsive. They have come out same or next day every time I have requested assistance. When I called about finding the scorpion on my daughter's crib, they were out first thing the next morning for a complete interior treatment. When I called about finding spiderwebs in the attic that impeded installation of our satellite TV service, they were out the same day to clear the webs and treat. Plus they use materials safe for pets and small children, and yet they are effective enough to even kill a pest as difficult as scorpions.

Third: the technicians are AMAZING. Brandon Tomecek is our technician, and he has been extremely courteous and professional, and incredibly accommodating. When I had the spiderweb problem, he added me onto his already full day when he was not even in the area. He was there treating the house until late evening at the expense of his own personal life and schedule, because he identified with us as homeowners with a pest problem, and because he was just plain NICE. Everyone I have spoken with at Bulwark - from the lady on the phone scheduling appointments to the technicians - have been nothing but professional and friendly. Also, as far as application of product, I watched Brandon at work. He was EXTREMELY thorough. I have had pest control at my house ever since I was a little kid, and Brandon is by far the most attentive I have ever seen. NO area goes untreated, and they really take their time. I mean, seriously - these guys wear hospital booties when they enter your house to prevent it from dirtying. When I say these guys are professional and superior, I mean it. And I switched after being a customer of another well-known very large company.

I would recommend Bulwark Exterminating to anyone. Request Brandon. He is amazing. Several of my neighbors have already took notice and requested information, and I would not be surprised to see Bulwark becoming our neighborhood exterminator, considering our scorpion problem.

And our problem? Not a single scorpion in several weeks. I'm crossing my fingers! Either way, if I see another one, I can just call, and they will be there!

If I could give no stars I would. Completely terrible from the start. I paid for the deal through yelp, $30 for $75. I then requested a quote through bulwarks site and never received a call or email. This should have been my red flag, although, I do understand it's the internet and things happen and get lost. I called Last week to set up service since I never received anything from Bulwark. The gentleman was actually pretty helpful and nice on the phone. That's where it ended though. He said we could get service the Wednesday but then said we could Saturday. Ok, awesome! We set up for service today, 8/18, or so I thought. My family has been sitting at home waiting around for the window of time we were given. I just called and the girl who answered was so rude and treated me like crap. She had such an attitude with me and pretty much called me a liar without saying those exact words. Miss rudepants says I'm set up for the following Wednesday from 7am to something. I would have never set that time up. It's cool lady, I'll take my business and money elsewhere. Where there is customer service. Hopefully I can get my money back from yelp. I'm sorry, I just can't get over how completely rude she was. Gives the rest of us Jennifer's a bad rap.

I sent this company an email late Saturday night and received a call promptly on Monday morning. They asked me a few questions about my pest problem (scorpions) in particular, showed a great deal,of concern, and set me up for an appointment at my convenience(nice). They told me who would be here and what to expect. My technician, Brandon, was prompt and courteous, and told me what he was going to do, what chemicals he was using, and any precautions I might want to observe, if any, around those chemicals. He treated the inside of the house, the outside, the perimeter, pretty much every square inch of the property.
He then came back and told me what he found and what to expect to see over the next few days.

We've been with Bulwark for over a year now and just renewed our contract. Great company, flawless customer service. Seriously, they pick up their calls within a few rings and the rep is always very professional and helpful. They also care enough to follow a few days later up in asking how the service went.

This company started off very good I got good treatment the first time through and then they seem to of been doing follow up treatment every two months since then. In the last four months however I have had not only an ongoing billing issue but I've also had an issue where they did not come out to treat my home after I saw bug activity and called for a retreat. I had them scheduled about a month back but the date can and went and the tech was a no show. Today as well someone was supposed to come but I had no receipt on my door like they usually provide, which means they were likely a no-show. After talking it over with my brother we have decided to call and cancel services tomorrow. Dealing with the billing issue was horrible. It started in January, I paid, they said they have no record. I emailed a copy of my payment 2 months ago and they said never got it. I emailed again yesterday and asked for a call..they never called me. I called again today and the rep said they never got my payment nor did they get my email. I asked twice to be transferred to the billing department and the rep reluctantly transferred me. When i asked the next rep if I was speaking to billing his response was sure...seriously rude. He then proceeded to tell me not only had they got my email but they saw my card connected with someone else's account. He said the notes had already been on the account that this is what happened...yet i got no call and the previous rep said nothing had been received.

These guys are awesome. It all started when I called for initial service. They were super professional on the phone, very nice. Their scheduling system is cool, they will text you to remind you of the tech's upcoming visit. The few techs I've met have all been very kind and helpful. I had to have a re-treatment for a pesky ant issue in the back yard, and they came out again very quickly to take care of the problem and didn't make it seem like a hassle at all. I always feel bad if I have to call for an extra, and they made nothing of it at all. Just today, I received a friendly follow up call to ensure that the issue was resolved. When huge outdoor roaches started to enter our house consistently for the first time in the 10+ years we've lived in our home, I had to draw the line. Based on Yelp reviews, I chose Bulwark. I called and spoke to a pleasant person and, within two days, Nick from Bulwark was out here right on time. He thoroughly treated the inside and outside of our home, removing and replacing electric outlet face plates to do so. He had explained what he'd do and how it would be effective. After he finished, he showed me where the problem areas were, how he dealt with those problems, what to expect, and what specific areas to point out to the technician that would do the next treatment. He was professional and congenial. The roaches I've seen since the treatment have been dead and they've been outside. I wholeheartedly recommend Bulwark Exterminating to anyone in need of this type of service.

I saw a bug and panicked. Called Bulwark because they are in my area....then came here to Yelp and read reviews and then called them. Yes, they deserve the 5 star rating that I see are given to them. Two of their servicemen have been here, Aaron and Jacob. Both very pleasant and accommodating young men.

When we moved into a new house we started to find scorpions, or better yet our cats started finding them, not having a scorpion problem in my other house I wasn't really sure who to call, found Bulwark on Yelp and decided to give them a call. Since then they have been great to deal with, the customer service has been great and have not seen a scorpion or other critter since they started coming. Highly recommend.

I moved to Buckeye this year and I initially had another company that sprayed for bugs and I was very unhappy with them. I came upon Bulwark and they have come twice now and I LOVE THIS COMPANY! The guy that comes is really nice, he does a really thorough spray, and they guarantee their work. If you have bug problems in between services (which we haven't) they come out and do it again. When I call to schedule they are really nice and polite. They are also always on time. I really couldn't ask for a better company. Thank you!

Always dressed nice, always on time and always friendly. They do a good job and Charles Allen the teck even made sure to caution me for the safety of my pets. He gave me a phone call prior to coming. I like that. Another thing I like is if I have any problems they come right back out with no charge. I had a bug problem in the start and now it's seems to be gone. Had to call them out twice because of these little black bugs that came from my yard. They would come right out without any charge to me and take care of it. I haven't seen them in months.

The best you could ask for. I have used them for years and they are always great! The techs know what they are talking about and will do a very good inspetion to determine what to use. They will also come out if you have a problem arise between your services. They are great!

We have used other services in the past with minimum satisfaction. That is not the case with Bulwark. Dustin was our technician and he did an amazing job. He spend a lot of time inside and out and explained to us what he had found when he was finished. We are very satisfied customers!

I am pleased with service provided by the company (it has been doing regular scorpion treatments for us for almost a year now). Our technician Dustin upon arrival asks me how everything is going to identify any problem areas/concerns and takes time to do thorough treatment (technicians from our previous company just rushed through).
