ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER

Three decades ago I started out as one man in one truck and a desire to share my expertise and ability to provide effective pest control services without needlessly exposing homeowners and their families to harsh pesticides.  
I knew that even the strongest pesticides sprayed completely around and inside a home was not enough to stop many Arizona insects.
These types of services were as common back then as they are today.  When you understand the habits of the unique insects found in our Sonoran Desert, eliminate conditions around your home that are a magnet, seal access points combined with using a combination of products (baits, traps, glue boards, granules, etc) you can dramatically reduce needless exposure to harsh pesticides an provide better protection.
Our business is built upon taking care of our customers and putting their needs first. Many of our customers and their families have been with us for three generations and trust the relationships that have been built

Found evidence of subterranean termites, and needed to get that addressed.  So I went to Yelp to get some help, and read all about Bill's Pest.

Enough of the rhyming - they Yelped well, so I reached out to them.  The person who contacted me (Erin) was terrific on the phone.  She set up an appointment to have someone take a look and give us an estimate.

Bobby came out to do the inspection and had a quote out to me shortly afterwards.

Set the appointment and Troy was out today to complete the work.

Everyone was great to work with - very pleasant and professional.

Major pigeon problem and this company gave me the best price and did not try to finesse me. I had originally been quoted $1k to clean up the pigeon mess and cage out the birds. Bills did it for half the price. Highly recommend this company!

I had a treatment contract with Bills on our last house.  They also did the inspection when we bought this one 2 years ago.  I had them out for an inspection today and they did not try to talk me into a treatment for what is a long inactive damaged area.

Their administrative staff is amazing. They are always so kind and helpful. We had issues with termites and had to have them come out multiple times. Initially they seemed like they'd be a good company and were going to be who I gave my business to because I liked that they didn't soak the inside of the property with pesticide and they were reasonably priced. However, in the process of interviewing companies through Yelp they stopped responding and never got back to me. I needed a company within the week because I'm in the middle of a renovation and wanted the voids at the base of the walls which are usually hidden by baseboards treated before I put the baseboards back up. They never got back to me so I went with another company which was more responsive.

I imagine they're a good company but might be a bit busy to respond right away. I like their idea of not coating the inside of the house in chemicals. Perhaps when my contract with the other company is up I'll give Bill's another try.

This 5 star review is for their honesty and integrity.  I thought I might have a roof rat issue and called Bill's Pest to get an assessment.  They came out and came me a clean bill of health on the evidence of rodents.  They could have lied to make a few bucks and I would not have been the wiser.  Yet..they didnt.  So A+ for your integrity.  Wish more people would be like you.. i will definitely call Bill's for any future needs.  No problems spending my money and working with honest people.  There is hope yet.

Excellent customer service. Very fast and efficient helped me out in a jam. If you need any work done this is the company to go with. Here is the experience I had with the technician - excellent experience and customer service. Friendly and knowledgeable. Explained how both termites and other bugs infest a residence and provided proactive approach to preventing infestations. Professional and respectful and enjoyed meeting and talking with Steph. You need to give her a raise! She is obviously customer based and cares about the job. Thank you. Plus the price is cheaper than other companies. Multiple vendors responded to my request for a quote for a termite inspection.  Bills Pest Termite Control offered the best value.  I contacted them on a Friday and Bridget arrived to do the inspection on Monday as scheduled.  Bridget was professional and effectively completed the job. Skyler came to my house to eliminate the pest that was inside one of my walls, making significant noise in trying to claw its way out. After he made a complete exterior inspection including the roof, I was glad to hear it was probably not a mouse. Without making any holes in the wall to find it, he removed the electric outlet cover plate & discovered a large bug stuck inside the electric outlet box. Skyler easily dispatched it & problem solved. He then said no charge for this visit. What?? I was so happy with his service, I asked what other item he could do while he was here -- he mentioned a house exterior & interior spray for $95. I had him do that for my further piece of mind & as a thank you to his company. He never tried to sell me anything. What a great company & technician - I will use Bill's Pest Control going forward.

Bill's Pest & Termite Control (BPTC) are wonderful. I assumed annual termite inspections after purchasing my home from the developer. When I spotted termite signs, BP&T sent out a technician ASAP. Wayne Perry, the technician, bore into my garage floor so the pesticide would be delivered under the slab. Afterwards, Wayne patched the small bore holes. Around the base of the home, Wayne dug a narrow trench to ensure the pesticide would penetrate deep enough into the soil. For these reasons, I recommend BPTC.

My wife and I seach for the best Termate control company, And we're glad find Bills Pest control, they're are professional and how to solve the Termate, we find Termate in our garage, outside Wells and storage area. After the service was completed a month later, we had some huge rain and afraid it diluted the chemical. So we called them up and have to respray. Given the many favorable YELP reviews I called Bill's Pest Termite Control.  Fellow named Jeremy came out on October 8th and assessed the situation.  At that time he explained that the service technician would drill treatment holes around the outside of the foundation and, inside, use the base of interior walls to shoot treatment into them.  

Bill's then scheduled me for service on 23 October.  The day before they texted me and gave me an arrival window between 12:30 and 1PM.  The service tech did not arrive until 2:30 and, despite my inquiries, no one could explain the delay, nor even apologized for the delays.

The service tech, John, was courteous enough.  He said no treatment inside the house was necessary and he would just drill holes around the outside foundation.  After that was accomplished he began trying to inject termite solution, but couldn't since his truck pumping equipment was not working.  He then told me he would be busy for the next two days but would come around  on Saturday to inject the treatment.  On Friday the business office called and said John would be there on Saturday but might be as late as 2PM.  

I waited and waited Saturday afternoon for someone to show up.  Finally, about 4PM, John called and said he was on his way.  He showed up at 4:30, with about an hour of daylight left.  When I asked John how he could possibly get the job done before dark.  John said his son was helping him.(It was not made clear to me if John's son was a paid, trained employee of the company).  

Though I did not witness the treatment process on the east side of my house I did come out and watch as John's son was having difficulty getting the treatment injected into the drill holes.  (liquid blowback).  Then, as John's son tested the pumping wand on solid concrete I noted the solution was not coming out.  As I saw this I told John I wasn't getting any warm fuzzies over the pumping process.  I then gave up monitoring the situation....kind of like not wanting to watch a train wreck.  By the time they got to the west side of my house (half done) it was already dark.  Made me wonder how the tech could even see if the solution was being injected into the drill holes  

At 7PM John and his son were still out there in the dark while I sat wondering how well that treatment was being monitored in the darkness.  (John did use a flashlight to cap the drill holes but I have no idea how the treatment injection was working,)

Will this treatment stop the termites?  I have no idea.  John did report how much solution he injected but I couldn't help  but worry about how much flowed out on open ground and how much went into the sub terrain of the house.  

Yes, I suppose the company would come back out if I see termite damage again but wonder about what I CAN'T see up there.  I love to give good reviews but I just couldn't on this one.  The late service arrivals, the working in total darkness, and the equipment failures just didn't give me confidence that this was handled professionally.

If you need termite service and go with this company, without a doubt, ask for Wayne  to do your service.  
Had the blessing of him being the technician for our service today. A truth teller, no BS, knows his stuff, tell it like it is guy, direct and to the point and I want that as a customer!  He explained the issues, the procedure itself, and also explained afterwards what to expect and look for. Told me the facts, what needs to be done, and what did NOT need to be done! His expertise was invaluable.
This is my second address that Bill's has treated for termites. I wish Wayne was my technician the first time, he gave me the peace of mind before, during and after the service was done today.

We had a problem with critters in our attic. Loretta from Bills came out and did an assessment of our situation.  She and her associate did a thorough evaluation of both attics and outside of house.  We were led to believe by another company that we had an infestation in our attic and would need to replace all of our insulation for an exorbitant fee.

She found no such problem and their fee was well below what we were quoted by the other company.  Impressed with Bill's customer service and honesty.

I would highly recommend them for any critter problems.

My technician, Andrew Davis, provided outstanding service!  He explained what he needed to do and why it had to be done.  He had to drill holes inside my house through tile flooring.  I was so worried but he explained they go through the grout.  It was an easy fix for my handyman to grout and you can't tell any drilling happened.  So don't worry if that happens!  He was very professional.  Thank you, Andrew!

Had a woodpecker being a nuisance and company cane out and installed some deterrents.  Woodpecker came back in a couple days but the company came back out at no charge,  added some more deterrent and woodpecker and pigeons have moved on.

Wanted to shout out to Paulina, Loretta, and Skyler. I have been pested to my limit lately and I couldn't say better things about this company. I am super anxious and Paulina was professional and helpful from the start. I am not going to lie, there were a few sleepless nights but we now have a plan of action and knowledge is power. Having pests is part of being a homeowner and getting rid of them DIY doesn't always work. Your initial response, was toxic as you put it, to begin with, and now your reply is even more toxic!
If you were reasonable business,  you would have at least called me, and try to work things out, since I have been a faithful paying customer for the last 3 years, to date having paid out almost $1000  to your company for services!! $950 to be precise.  You may not consider that alot of money,  but to me it is.....and after having forked out so much already,  can anyone blame my frustration, when every 6 to 8 months,  I get a new mud tube.
Now 6 months since I last wrote,  its starting again starting another new mudtube in the same spot...and then  to find out that you had terminated my contract 6 months ago without even a notice to me.
My review was not fueled by hate, but by frustration.  You have many happy customers,  and maybe my house was an exception,  maybe because your guys missed out on something.
And for the record,  I had to call for treatment not just once as you have insinuated, but at least 6 times in 3 years, for repeated problems....
I don't hate, I just want a resolution! I NEVER had TERMITES in this house until 3 years ago, unlike your insinuations. And I took action immediately, insearch of a GOOD exterminator! Unfortunately it did not turn out good for me!

I gave Bills a try a little over 2 years ago and I've not used anyone else since! They are very thorough and always ask questions on what pests we have so they can work accordingly with the issues. I've worked with 3 separate techs and they've all been outstanding in keeping the critters away from the home.

Not having a good experience with Bill's Termite. They've come out and treated the house a few times but we haven't noticed a reduction in termite tunnels. Which is why we've called them out again. We have a service contract but it's usually 4-6 weeks to get an appointment. If someone apologizes about the wait, but blames it on that time of the year, is it an actual apology? Why not just be honest and apologize for lacking sufficient staff to uphold service contracts?

During the last visit from Bill's, they said they needed to drill into the foundation at the front of the house but couldn't. I don't know why, but something about this suburban Arizona cookie-cutter house model stumped them that day. He asked me to remove a strip of drywall inside, the length of the front room, so he could return and try drilling from inside. This morning he complained that he still couldn't drill and complained that I didn't clean out all the drywall dust and debris from the gap between tile and sill plate. I offered to clean out the drywall debris so he could come back and apply treatment, and he left, referring me to the office to find out how long before someone can come back.

The office was able to schedule us two weeks out. So we'll have this 15-foot by 5 inch hole in the wall for the next couple weeks, and I still don't know if it was for nothing.

Customer experience doesn't seem like a priority for either of the people I spoke with today from Bill's. And results don't appear to be a priority, either.

Alex was courteous, professional & knowledgeable. He presented a business card when he arrived. He asked about problems or concerns. He then proceeded with the treatment based on our requests & concerns. Before he left, he told us what he had done, asked if there was anything else, & told us to call if we had any issues before the next scheduled visit. Bill's Termite is excellent. We have used other Pest Control Companies for 15 years. They would do a quick spray around the house (even in extreme cold?) and leave . The other companies want to pick up their money and go. Not this one. Have not seen a single scorpion (had them before ) since starting with Bills. They change pest boxes and check them every time. They come to do the job, not simply collect money.

Bill's Termites has been our go-to company for...geez, forever, it seems like.  Anthony's outside right now doing a single trail they found during this year's annual warranty inspection.  Everyone who has ever come has been courteous, polite, and explained things: this is what this means, this is why we look in closets, this is how we might see something wrong.  The office staff is equally cheerful and easy to deal with.   If I could give a sixth star, I would.  I've heard attitude, like rain, comes from above, and while I've never met Bill, he must be a heck of a guy.

I am a previous (satisfied) bill's termite customer From several years back so when the subterranean termites reappeared, as they do out here in Arizona, I checked in with the company and got a very competitive quote. Those termite companies won't tell you how much it's gonna cost until they get there. I think it helped that I have a home on record which they had previously treated as they knew the exact specs. They were very generous and actually matched the same price they gave me last time. And this price was about 40-50% less than What numerous other guys estimated it would cost when I pressed them on it. And yes, I did pro shop so I have an idea of what the market was even though my plan was to go back to Bills. Turned out to be a great call! I want to give huge kudos to Andrew (Drew) Who was fantastic. First of all he's an army vet, former engineer with an occupational specialty in demolition. Let's be honest: the termites don't have a chance against this guy! He spent his military time killing people and breaking things. Well At least breaking things. Do you think these stupid little termites know what hit them? Not a chance. Drew was super polite and was great with me and my wife. He took the time to explain what he was doing, how the new treatment works, and gave me some suggestions on things to look for. Super professional and right on time. He represented the company well. I've got his business card and in five or 10 years when these little critters try to penetrate the Green Zone again, I've got that Army demolition expert working at Bills who will come back and clean house on these little invaders. So not only did this Navy guy here get some great service but my package came with a heaping serving of peace of mind. Thanks Drew! And thanks Bill's Pest Control. Had this company do a termite inspection of a property for sale and got a no termites report back from them on 4/22/19. We closed on the house on 4/30/19. Today, 5/6/19, exactly two weeks later, we have evidence of termites. See picture. Of course, since I have closed on the house, I have no recourse. Do not recommend this company.

We saw signs of termite tunnels coming up through our garage floor. Ryan came out quickly for an analysis and gave us a fully drawn sketch of our house with little pictures of termites where he found them.
I forget the guy's name who came up do the work (chase?). He phoned me to say he was running a little late which was considerate. He got right to work and treated everything that Ryan discussed. I was concerned because he had to drill through our epoxy garage floor.
When he was done, the holes were very small. Three days later we vacuumed and scrubbed the concrete patches and you can hardly see them. Very nice.
The reason I didn't give 5 stars is there was a lot of concrete dust left behind that we had to vacuum ourselves. Other than that, a very professional company. I've used them in pie last  house and will surely use them again.

Highly recommended!   Inspector/estimator, Jonathon was great, on time & knowledgeable.  He gave me everything in writing, even a map of the infestations found.  I delayed treatment due to cash flow at the time and then frankly forgot about it until I saw new tubes in the garage when moving some boxes nearly a yr later!  They still honored the quote!  The service staff was on time, drilled all the holes in the garage and my home's ext. and with no problems.  NO signs of termites since, 8 mos later now.

INTEGRITY should be included in this company's name! I always get 3 bids for all major home issues that arise. We've had the occasional pack rat in my yard that my monthly pest control company has been controlling with bait boxes. After finding a good amount of rat droppings in an area on my back patio, and suspecting we heard critter movement in the wall of our living room, I decided to call 3 companies that specialized more in rodent control and offered free inspections. The first two companies came out and inspected the perimeter of my home, the roof, and my attic. Both diagnosed the droppings on my patio as roof rats, explained what parts of my roof needed to be sealed, and concluded that the few droppings in my attic were also roof rats. Both claimed our infestation was mild, and each gave me a proposal that started at a minimum of $700 up to thousands, depending on the options I selected. The 3rd company that came to evaluate my rat situation was Bill's Pest and Termite Control. Loretta and Skyler inspected all the same areas, but they did a far more complete and thorough inspection of my property. To my surprise, Loretta and Skyler concluded that all the droppings were from pack rats, including the few in our attic! Loretta said she'd be happy to take my money and write up a proposal similar to the other two companies, but she explained that Bill's is not a company that operates like that. Loretta explained that all I needed was to hire a handyman to install wire mesh over the t-vents on my roof (no additional sealing was necessary), and what I needed to do to clean up the patio droppings and sanitize the area. She said to monitor the situation and contact her if the issue does not improve. How refreshing to find a company with integrity that isn't looking to take my money! I will not hesitate to contact Bill's Pest and Termite Company in the future for all critter issues that arise, and I highly recommend them!

A very honest, up-front, and reasonable company! Provided a detailed estimate regarding the termite issues we had and even took time to compare and explain the difference between his estimate and another company's which was nearly twice as much. When the third company came, I asked that gentleman to compare all 3 estimates and the explanation aligned with what I had been told by the representative from Bill's Pest.
My husband and I selected Bill's Pest Termite Control to complete their service, and have been very happy with the results. There is no up-selling to persuade the purchase of any additional services in order to discount their price, because the price was already extremely reasonable!
The technicians arrived on time and were very respectful. The job ended up needing 2 appointments due to having such a full garage, but no extra charge was applied for the second trip.
It has been nearly one month since their initial visit and no sign of new tubes. I let the estimator know that we are considering moving within the year, and he informed me that the warranty will transfer to the new buyer. He also mentioned that if we were considering any type of flooring replacement, to let them know when and they would have someone out to inspect the foundation for any sign of hidden termite activity. I appreciated this additional insight that I wouldn't have even thought of! It's this kind of service and dedication that customers desire, but don't often receive!

Look at all their 1 star reviews and spend your money with a company that will actually cares and take care of your problem. Believe me when I tell you that you will regret going with them. Absolutely recommend Bill's! I have a very unusual home-- a basement in the middle of my slab. Needless to say trenching at or drilling the perimeter of the slab of the house to
treat is impossible. I got a timely inspection when I discovered termites in the finishing stages of a remodel-- the worst scenario. Jon and Anthony and Ryan all put their heads together on this one! The all day treatment was done with minimal visible signs. Unfortunately we spotted that the little buggers just moved to another area. Called Bill's and Anthony was out the next day-- ready to retreat within days. This time the carpet in three bedrooms needs to come up to access the entire basement stem wall! I have no doubt that Bill's will do whatever it takes and they will most certainly stand behind their warranty. Guess my home will be one of the weirdest jobs yet! Will update this review after a bit to let you know how it all went. BTW-- they are very affordable and extremely knowledgeable. Not like other flashlight toting  surface inspectors. Update-- the illegal termites have not returned!

I have a huge footprint on my house. I noticed a few termite tubes in the garage and received a free estimate and treatment plan. The price seemed reasonable and I really did not have time to deal with termites so I booked the treatment. I didn't think much of it, just come out, kill these critters and that's it, right?  

Wrong!  The tech showed up at 8am on a Saturday as promised and got to work. This guy busted his butt with no breaks for the next 10.5 hours!  He trenched every inch of my foundation (over 600 linear feet). He drilled through concrete every few inches along hundreds of feet of concrete in the garage and outdoor patio. Then he proceed to apply over 250 gallons of termite killer into the soil below my house.

This was a minor infestation with literally two small areas of termite tubes  in the garage and no visible termites. Bills pest control clobbered these little bastards from every angle and made sure they were not coming back. But just in case, the technician made sure I knew that if I ever saw anything at all that looked like termites to just call him up and he would be back out to clobber these bastards again. Then the tech went back and properly filled in all of the holes in the concrete and the trenching.

I am a huge DIYer for nearly everything. I just didn't feel like dealing with this issue and boy am I glad I didn't. If a professional with all of the right tools takes 10.5 hrs, then I'm looking at a week or more to do this job after I work at my regular job. No thanks. That was hours of backbreaking work. I was more than happy to pay for it, plus get a warranty.

First experience with Bill's, so I can't comment on any long term service quality, but I really don't expect any issues. These guys seem to really care that the job is done right and really cared that I was happy with how the job was done.

This company was great from start to finish in a situation I wasn't overly happy with. No body like those tubes or vent holes but you have to deal with them. I highly recommend this company over Terminex or Orkin who gave me twice the price quote for equal service. I know everyone is busy during this time of year, but it takes hours for someone to contact me back when we are having an issue. We've had a tech out 2 times in 2 weeks and I came home to a living room filled with ants everyone. They told me they never saw these type of ants in a house before? :-(  Service person is very nice, but we purchased regular service when we bought the home and are having constant issues. I really hope we can get this resolved.

Bill's Pest Termite Control company is superior in every way - we utilized both of their services for termites and for various bug pests!   Their entire staff was very responsive and explained the steps in great detail.  Scheduling was prompt and their service representatives at our home were very professional and thorough.  Paul and Summer were the on-site folks who came to the house, and called in advance to confirm their previously scheduled arrival times.  Their rates are very competitive and well...worth the money for their experienced techs - very professional courteous, and timely!

Upon the first pest control treatment, all the ticks and ants were gone  With the initial excellent rate - they do a follow-up visit after two weeks and one more after that just to confirm the pest issues are gone.  Then they set you up on a very economical monthly visit to insure the bugs stay away - you won't find a better deal!

The service tech for the termites came out on the scheduled time and date, and he was also awesome.  The one time charge for the termite control treatment (service took about 1 1/2 hours) was much cheaper then many of the other well-known companies around town.

No need to check around with other pest and termite companies - Bill's Pest Termite Control is the one to use!!

Lizards, cockroaches, and ants, oh my!

Upon discovering one too many of the above species in our new house, we decided it was time to call an exterminator.  Of course, I searched Yelp and came across Bill's Pest & Termite Company and their positive reviews...

I literally made the initial phone call and was able to set-up our appointment for today!  My interaction with the service team was really positive right away, and their pricing seemed reasonable ($70 for the initial visit) compared to some of the other companies.

They gave us a 30 minute window of when they would be calling / arriving and they were a little late, but aside from that, everything was five star worthy... at least for now.  We'll see if we have any return visitors in the days/weeks to come.  I'll update this review if necessary, but hoping that our visit from Bill's will keep the critters away for awhile!

I wasn't sure where I should leave the review.  But I just moved into my new rental home in January, shortly afterwards we found out our property that we were renting was infested with ticks.  I called Bill's Pest Control who advised they needed to do 3 sprays to get rid of the problem.  You guys sent out Summer, and she was AMAZING!  She was knowledgeable, honest, and she got the job done.  She came when she said she would, she advised us what to expect, gave us some helpful tips, and the sprays were reasonably priced.  Summer was the best woman for the job, and I will be recommending her and Bill's Pest Control to our family and friends.  Thank you so much for the awesome job you guys did, and for the amazing professionalism!

We had termites in our new to us home so we called Bill's.  Jemma came out to give us a quote to drill and pour termiticide, it came in hundreds less than our previous 3 quotes.  She was super helpful, and a pleasure to deal with.  We also mentioned to her we were replacing our roof, and she recommended to us a GREAT roofer (Bill's son-in-law).  When our scheduled date was upon us, they arrived right on time and did great work.  Here it is, 2 months later, no more termites!

Let me start off by saying as a homeowner I cannot think of anything worse than finding termites.  As the real estate school says, it's not if it's when you will get termites.'  Well last weekend we found termites and I was sick to my stomach.  I checked Yelp and found Bill's termite control.  I filled out the online request and received a prompt response for a quote.  So I coordinated to schedule an inspection and more termites were found.  Bills offered a good quote and warranty their work.  So I booked for the drilling to begin.  Not only were they professional but treated my home as it was theirs- with respect.  I appreciate having a termite company who goes the extra mile.

We have used Bills Pet Termite Control since we moved to Phoenix, 7 years now.  All of the technicians are knowledgeable, professional and pet-friendly.  We had trouble when we first moved in and BPTC came out and sprayed.  A few months later we noticed some more activity and they came out and dealt with it quickly.  We hadn't seen anything for 4 years.

We have a tension slab home and obviously, there is a crack between the seams. It's been 4 years since they sprayed and recently we have seen some new activity.  Bill's guys came out the next day and sprayed around the house.  I know if I have any problem I can call them and they will send someone out within a week.  
BPTC seems to me to be an honest small business that provides professional and honest service for a fair price.

Our experience with Bill's taught us a very valuable lesson: to only use a pest control company that applies Termidor HE rather than the use of Premise 75 as Bill's does. Premise 75  termiticide does not have the same residual or efficacy as Termidor HE for long term termite control. Both the manufacturer (Bayer) and Bill's might argue against this point. However, based on our own experience with 3 subsequent re-infestations of termites in less than 5 years (with Premise 75 being applied on 3 separate occasions) we came to realize the differences between these two products. After much research & speaking with other pest control professionals it was apparent that Termidor HE out performs Premise 75 by a significant margin. Obviously we changed companies as a result, including some other very important reasons listed below.

We first hired Bill's to treat our home for termites about 4 1/2 years ago and they used Premise 75 which was several hundred dollars cheaper than Termidor and did not include a 5 year warranty. Bill's said that Premise 75 performed better than Termidor. It sounded great - right? Maybe for a quick fix but with the re-infestations we had and the cost for re-treatment, our cost was then equal to what other companies initially charge to apply Termidor HE and include a 5 year warranty with their services (prices averaging around $1,000 for 265 linear feet). So, it would have been better to have used a company that applied Termidor HE from the very start; get a 5 year warranty and extra peace of mind. Then, had there been any re-infestations within 5 years it would have been under warranty.

After our 3rd re-infestation we contacted Bill's about why the termites keep coming back knowing they have applied Premise 75 three times in the past (this includes the initial treatment). They insisted it was not the failure of Premise 75 or how the product was applied but must be caused from some other unknown reason. We also called the manufacturer for assistance but they offered no guaranty for their product and referred us back to Bill's.  

Good pest control companies will treat for termites based upon the linear feet of your home; not square feet or some other calculation. This ensures they apply enough continuous chemical to fully treat your exterior, concrete slabs & other termite access points. They should also be following the manufacturers guidelines for how many gallons of product is needed per 10 linear feet. The correct ratio is essential for trenching and the spacing of holes that need to be drilled into concrete slabs. This matters because what we found out is that Bill's shorted us approximately 30 gallons of Premise 75 based upon the actual linear feet of our home per the manufacturers instructions. They also drilled their holes approximately 18-20 inches wide. Spacing for Premise 75 drilled holes should not exceed 12 inches per the manufacturers guidelines but Termidor HE allows for 18 inch spacing.  So, this further confirmed our suspicion that we did not get our full money's worth, and all of the above was likely a huge contributor as to why we kept getting more termites. Bill's might argue that spacing is a non-issue if enough product was injected into the drilled holes but the total gallons we were charged verify this discrepancy.

Our opinion is that Bill's was an economical solution up front but the value was very short lived. We were not happy to discover we got shorted on product, even with their re-treatments the math still confirmed we were shorted on product/coverage. The manufacturer's label says it all, so it should be a no brainer to follow their guidelines. Plus, knowing they spaced the slab holes too far apart further supports the product application was diluted and was not in line with what the manufacturer requires for creating a proper treatment zone.

Our advice would be to focus your time & money on a company that uses Termidor HE with a 5 year warranty included; and that also follows the manufacturers instructions accordingly. If you use a company applying Premise 75, as Bill's does, just know what you're getting into before you commit. The active ingredient in Termidor HE is Fipronil 9.1% and it is the best termite killer treatment available. But don't take our word for it, just do a little research and you'll quickly see the difference. And if Bill's offers any rebuttal to this honest review, there's nothing they can say that would dismiss the facts of our own experience.  

Our goal in writing this review was to help others learn from our own trials so that you, too, can make the best choice possible for termite treatment.  We will not be using Bill's services ever again since, for us, we have found a much better option.

We ended up going with a smaller company where the owner and operator are one in the same. So, it wasn't one of the big guys you'll typically see show up in Yelp searches based upon the number of their reviews.

Although finding termites at your house is never a pleasant experience, Bill's technicians made the treatment process as pain-free as possible.  From the initial estimate visit, to the treatment, all the technicians were extremely courteous, efficient, and neat. Although it hasn't been quite a week, I feel like the treatment was very thorough, and from the amount of chemicals they used...I don't know how anything could survive.  Only time will tell, but customer service is extremely important to me and that is where these guys have gone above and beyond so far.

Well I made the mistake of going with these people. I found them to be very rude and offensive. I was skeptical of the business after hearing a radio commercial about them saying that they were conservative and operated in a Christian manner. First of all I'm far from conservative and I'm also Jewish. For them to be flaunting their religious and political views upon their potential customers is horrendous.

Now onto the business aspect, very bad customer service. I was expecting something great after reading the yelp reviews they've obviously controlled the production of. I was expecting a good old fashion cowboy type person to come service my home, wrong. I got an unprofessional kid that was rude and disrespectful. I'm not sure how he even got hired, he was on his phone half the time which causes him to go over his quoted time and ended up causing me to be charged additional money. To wrap it all up, the person sprayed too much and was messy. My dog ended up getting into it and got sick. The vet visit only cost over $1,000. Thanks a lot Bill's Pest and Termite Control.

The inspection was the day after I called, and the treatment was done within days. The inspector and the treatment staff were very thorough.  I am confident that my termite problem is taken care of and that I can call any time with questions and/or concerns. I was referred to Bill's Pest Control by my sister and called immediately (even though a neighbor works for a competitor). They were great! Office staff is friendly, the inspector was very knowledgeable and the guys who treated the house were thorough and tidy. They even told us how and where to look for reoccurring problems as termites are tricky little buggers! The price was much less than I expected and the warranty was fair, too! Well, yesterday we discovered what appears to be termite trails. I called and the friendly office worker has set it up to retreat. I expect the same fabulous service!

They were also able to provide me a quote by looking up the property floor plan instead of coming out.

I'm not from Phoenix and I have absolutely no experience with termites so I was pretty nervous when I saw hundreds of termites in my pool from a swarm. I called Bill's Pest & Termite Company because of their previous high reviews and online reputation. John was my Tech and I couldn't be happier with how professional he was and how he took the time to explain the types of termites and how they can affect your house. He was very thorough in everything he did and didn't use any scare tactics to try and sale me something I didn't need. The quote he gave me was very reasonable and I can't recommend John and his company Bill's Pest & Termite Company any higher. Also, most companies give you times that they will be there from 8-12 or 1-5, I was told 12pm and John showed up at 12 on the dot. Awesome service and so friendly!

Did a free inspection and pointed out a spot or 2 to keep and eye on. No service required.  NO PRESSURE to sign a service contract at all. I've never needed an exterminator until we purchased a house in the desert. Sadly, our house has (or should I say had) silverfish all year around and crickets in the summer months. My exterminator was Summer and she is amazing. As she thoroughly sprayed the interior and exterior of my house she explained what she was doing. She also took care of an ant problem in the backyard that I was trying to ignore.

You can have them service your home monthly, bi monthly or as needed. I've already scheduled my next appointment.

Decided to call Bill's after my other bug man could not come out soon enough. Lisa shows up the next day in her hot rod Mopar and proceeds to do a thorough assessment of my termite situation.  After going over everything in the contract and quoting what I thought was a very reasonable price, I said- lets do this. Mike the technician comes out a few days later and does a complete perimeter treatment of my condo and is neat and professional.
I liked the way these people conducted themselves and only wish that I had called them sooner-as now I get to spend the weekend replacing a bunch of eaten-up baseboard.

We have used them for about 6 years and their vehicles have no stickers of any sort. I have to open my gate for them when they arrive and see the work trucks and I would have noticed such a thing. I have been getting a yearly termite inspection from Bill's which I was told would be $100 per year and if I found termites, they would come back and treat them for nothing.  Yesterday, I had a termite inspection, and the technician charged me $100 which I paid for on my debit card. I asked for a receipt, but was told I would be emailed one.  When I didn't receive a receipt by the next day, I called and asked that they email me one.  They emailed me a receipt for $150 and then took an extra $50 out of my bank account.  You don't just raise the price after a purchase is made with no explanation and take the extra money out of your customer's bank account after it has been paid for.  What if I had paid by check?  No one told me the price had gone up to $150.  This is unacceptable and very shady.  By the way, the inspection lasted a whole 10 minutes or so.  He never moved or looked behind anything.  Bill's Termite & Pest Control has just lost a customer.

We recently discovered termites and called three companies for estimates and advice. Each of the firms provided a written bid and discussed with us how the treatment would be applied and what to expect. Gemma, the sales rep for Bills Termite Control, seemed to be the most knowledgable of those we spoke with and really took the time answer our questions. After selecting Bills for the job they set an appointment for the treatment and arrived slightly ahead of the scheduled time. The service personnel set to work immediately, told us again what they would be doing, and finished the job promptly. When they were finished everything had been put back as it was and where concrete drilling was necessary they had patched the holds and had swept up all of the concrete dust and debris. Finally, their service rep explained the warranty again and things to look for in the coming weeks.

Our experience with Bills Termite Control was truly Five-Star and we will not hesitate to recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

We noticed a few termite tubes on our pack porch and in our garage.  We did a lot of research and decided to go with Bill's.  We were so right.  Ryan was very intuitive, knowledgeable, and answered all our questions during his evaluation.  When the service was performed, the staff was very professional and cleaned up the worksite when they were finished.  They educated me on this type of issue and answered all my questions.  I would definitely recommend them!

We collected quotes from a half-dozen termite control companies.  Bill's was the first called, but due to scheduling conflicts was the last one that could come out to inspect the house and provide a quote. After the first 5 came through (in two days!), we almost cancelled Bill's.  We. Are. So. Glad. We. Didn't!

When Jon, from Bill's Pest and Termite, inspected the house and talked with us, he not only demonstrated significant knowledge of termites and the pest control industry, but it was quite evident that he cared about the job he does, about the company, and about his customers.  When Jon left, we had no question that Bill's was who were were going with to treat the house for termites.  On the scheduled service day, the technicians were polite, professional, and quick, while showing they cared about the job they were doing.

We are very happy with the job performed by Bill's, and would definitely recommend them to anyone who may need their services.

This is the second time we've used Bill's Pest & Termite Company. The first time was 5 years ago and they did such a good job that my sister ended up using them also. Her termite problem was pretty severe and they needed to come back out and reapply during the warranty period and they did so with no questions asked.

When we noticed the tell-tale signs of termites coming down through our bedroom ceiling, our only call was to Bill's. Our termite inspector was Jonathan Logan and he was very informative about all aspects of our problem. We set up a date for the exterminator to come out and he came on time and did a wonderful job trenching and applying the solution around both of our homes (sadly, both our main house and guest house had the pesky critters).

We highly recommend Bill's.  They are also affordable.

I had a good experience will Bill's Termite Company last night.  Bill Jr. himself came out to the house (on time for our scheduled appointment!) and gave me a quote on fixing our termite problem.  The price was several hundred dollars less than another quote I had been given so I agreed on the spot.  

He treated the problem area right then and was done within half an hour. The great part is that even though they only treated one area, their work is a guarantee for the entire house.  If those little buggers come back in the next year they'll come back from free.  A good deal at a bargain price!

The two workers that came to our house were very professional and started to work right away.  I had questions about moving some 4'x8' sheets of plywood I had in the garage and they said the could work around it - no problem.  They also took the time to show us the termite tunnels under the carpet pad on the concrete slab.  That is kind of scary knowing those bugs were right under our feet.  They do great work for a low price.  I was amazed they were able to re-stretch the carpet back so it looked like it had never been taken up.  My wife and I would recommend Bills Pest control to anyone that has a termite problem.

I found a tunnel in my garage and FREAKED out... (this was last year)...

Many of my friends had termite problems too, and also had problems with having to be treated again and such...

I called Terminex for a quote.. and that was an interesting experience.. The guy asked me if he could come at 6am, instead of our scheduled 4pm, because he had to take his personal truck to the shop... im understanding, but maybe you shouldn't tell people that..

ANYWAYS! The woman came out (sorry, i forgot her name).. but she was friendly and knowledgeable.  A guy came out soon after and put the chemicals down..

They were cheaper than all the other quotes i received and I was super pleased with all of the people I worked with!  I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

I haven't seen anymore signs of them, but am going to call and have them come check again, since im paranoid.. and im thinking about calling them to help w/ crickets and scorpions and such!

Although there was nothing wrong with their service (ie - we never had any more or less bugs) I could not get them to call before they came.  I repeatedly called the office and asked them if they could come on a specific day of the month, each month at approximately the same time.  I have a compound like backyard, with small dogs, and I like my privacy.  To find someone in my backyard spraying without knowing he's out there, freaks me out.  I finally fired them after talking to both the technician and the owner or operator at least four times about this issue.  Hopefully the new company will stick to this simple request because Bills could not.  Strangely, both the gardener and the pool guy get this...do you think Bills just has so much business they can afford to lose a customer?  I guess so.

These folks know what they are doing when it comes to Termites. The inspector showed up on time to the exact minute scheduled. She thoroughly explained and showed me what she found and provided recommended treatment options I the spot. The quote was actually less than I expected. I scheduled the treatment and the treatment specialist was also spot on time and also explained the entire process which appears to be very thorough from my observations.

We've been using Bills pest control for a number of years (nearly 5, I believe) and have had nothing but great service from them! The primary person who comes over has been Madison, who's very thorough and makes sure that any pest concerns are addressed before leaving, provided someone is home to discuss those concerns. Lisa who manages the office has also been fantastic in making sure that the customer experience is a positive one, and I've always been helped courteously. Recently Madison discovered subterranean termite activity, and I was able to schedule an inspection to address that issue very quickly. The inspector came out and verified the activity as being recent and thoroughly checked the house for any other activity (none was found luckily). He got us scheduled for termite treatment within a few days. The whole experience has been nothing but outstanding, and I can highly recommend them for any of the pest control service they provide.

I called Bills pest control because I was worried about termites.  They sent someone the next working day.   He was professional thorough and took the time to walk me through and show me his findings.  I did require a treatment and we were able to schedule for the very next morning.  My technicians arrived on schedule and were also polite and thorough. When work was complete the warranty was explained and next steps were discussed.   The price for treatment seemed very fair and I am completely thrilled with my entire experience.  I always try to use local businesses when possible and this is a shining example of why.

After doing some review research on Yelp for my property owner, I came across Bill's Pest & Termite Company.  Since then I have been pretty happy with the service and the quality of professionalism of our technician, Ashley.  

She's absolutely the best! I honestly actually look forward to seeing her (smiling face:) on the follow up visits.   She's great with my boys (my pups) Miles and Steve too.  I made sure in using a pest control company that they used as environmentally and pet friendly products as possible and this company does just that.  It just so happens to big a BIG plus that Ashley, herself, is also pup friendly and loves dogs.  

She's so much fun yet she DOES get the job done. Ashley's also been extremely patient with me through this process and helps me to stay rational:)  She also answers any questions that I have, explains the treatment process and gives tips where needed. (by the way, heed any and all tips she gives, you'll be thankful that you did:)  She's also upfront and honest. As far as I'm concerned she's an asset to this company and I'm actually glad they sent her to treat our property.  This was my very 1st experience in needing pest control treatments and luckily I got the right lady for the job!  Ashley is awesome!  Request her if you can and be sure to tell her it was because of my review. She's a rock star in her field and deserves all the recognition that she *honestly* earns!

In December 2017, we found 1 sign of termite tracks at the base of our foundation to our home. We were concerned and called around to the local pest control vendors. The one I reach recommended Bill's Pest & Termite Co. We gave them a call and scheduled an inspection days later. We called others and Bill's was cheaper! Their service proved to be best! We decided to go with their treatment & service. We recommend you also due your homework & due diligence. You'll reach the same conclusion, go with Bill's Pest & Termite Co.!

Found termite tubes last night in the kitchen and they were out today for inspection and service!  Doesn't get much better than that.  John inspected the house and the termite tube and assured us that it wasn't as bad as we thought (the house had been treated 3 years ago).  A technician came out an hour later and within 20 minutes we had the problem taken care of for a decent price - and a renewable warranty.  Sean, the technician, was quick, thorough and cleaned everything up beautifully.  I would highly recommend Bill's Pest & Termite Company.  Excellent job!

I can't believe that this company has so many positive reviews.  Are most of these reviews positive because of their free one -year warranty for a review policy? They have not been able to solve my termite problem. Even though the technician that did the initial perimeter treatment told me it was good for 5 years, I saw termite activity just 6 months after.  I have been using them for 2 years and I have lost count of the number of times I have had to call them in to address termite damage. I changed to Bills because the former company that I used could not keep the termites under control either. I am having the same problem with Bills and I am really fed up and don't know what to do. I thought the reason for having maintenance service was to prevent termite activity and keep find them before causing damage.

I called Bill's one day and they had a representative at my home in Phoenix the next. They prepared a quote for termite treatment, which seemed fair to us, and we had the treatment done that afternoon. We explained we had painters coming the next day so it was important to get it done asap. Bill's recognized our need and responded quickly. That in itself was much appreciated!

Excellent customer service on the phone and in person. Lisa was our technician and she was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. We couldn't ask for more in a business. We recommend them to anyone needing extermination services.

Bill's Pest & Termite Control came to our home as scheduled for a full exterior Termidor application for the control of subterranean termites. With excellent supervisory oversight, the treatment went well with no problems at all & our property kept neat/clean.

Bill's was able to avoid drilling the decorative stamped & stained  concrete front entry walkway & rear patio deck. They were able to inject Termidor into the expansion joints at full rate & get very good coverage. Bill's also avoided drilling into the garage cabinet bottoms by angle drilling from outside to beneath the garage cabinets w/ no injection points visible above the soil line.

We found Bill's level of conscientiousness & professionalism to be extremely high which was surprisingly satisfying to us as a customer these days. We have had a contract with Bill's for several years now.  They have returned several times for recurrence of termites.  I had hoped the original treatment would have taken care of the issue for longer to be honest.  However my main issue is that they do not respond quickly enough when a problem is reported. I called today and was told they are booking three weeks out.  It seems the only people getting fast service are the first timers and those with a contract are being left to wait as Bill's have already been paid at the start of the contract.

My husband found Bill's Pest and Termite online and Paul came out and did the inspection for the subterranean termites. He answered any questions we had, was very thorough and he was so personable. The tech that came out was really nice and showed up a couple hours earlier than our appointment time which was a very pleasant surprise! He did a great job and was very friendly and explained everything really well. I'm so glad that we had Bill's Pest and Termite come out to take care of our termite problem. I'm so bad with names but the tech that did our treatment let us know that they would need to come back and treat the return space under our stairs cause it's so small a space to crawl in. We are so happy with the services and the fact that the treatment they used was odorless! We already recommended Bill's Pest and Termite to a coworker at our work! We used bill's in the summer of 2015 for termites and loved that they sent a rep (Gemma) to our house for a quote. Other companies have a quote over the phone, which was less personal and less tailored. Plus, when Gemma came she was able to ease our fears about the extent of damage. Here's the reason for my bad review (I never use yelp so I was perturbed enough to write this). there are apparently two types of formulas used around AZ--one that is specifically for homes with irrigation (I can't remember terms off the top of my head). I asked Gemma about which one would be best for our home, since we have irrigation, and she told me there were pros and cons to each. She knew we were in a hurry to take care of the termites and ultimately opined that the non-irrigation formula was best. When the tech came a few days later, I asked him about it too, and he told me that the truck/tech that does the irrigation-type formula was temporarily out of service. In other words, Gemma recommended what was available (which may have in fact been the best option--but it was really their only option at the time) Since we had a very small window to do the treatment, we might not have gone w bills' had Gemma recommended the irrigation formula and told us they couldn't get us in for that formula until the following week. Just seemed a bit dishonest that Gemma didn't tell us only one formula was available in the near future. But as far as I can tell, their service worked. Haven't seen termites in last year.

There's more. when they did the service last summer (2015) they informed me that with a review of their service I could get a free 1-yr contract for them to come inspect my house for termites to make sure everything was working, if I paid for subsequent years of renewal. I contacted them a year after they came to our house to initiate the contract, and they told me that because I did not contact them within a certain (vague) amount of time after the initial service, the one-year free contract was no longer an option. I asked to speak to a manager, and the receptionist told me the manager was bedridden. When I offered to provide names of people whom correctly  told me I had the year to renew contract, the Receptionist didn't care. She said it wouldn't matter. Why would I call almost one year to the day to renew my contract if I hadn't been given faulty information by their staff? Poor customer service. Poor business motto as I will now not recommend them . I would not recommend them for these reasons.

They treated my whole house for termites. However, I found termites after a year in one of the palms. I still have warranty so I called them. A girl picked up the phone laughed and giggled. She refuse to come out and look. Just told me to use some dish soap.

Looked at a few places, called a few got no response form many. When I called bills some one answered promptly and they came out in the next few days. I spoke with the gentleman that come out and he pointed out signs of termites, which is why I called them. He also pointed out areas where the previous company didnt make any mention of termite signs. Once bills was was done going over the treatment plan, chemicals they use etc. I went ahead and scheduled an appointment.I called another company. That company which is big and heavily advertised on the radio, wanted to sell me a ton of extra services. Bills didnt do this. The tech that came out to do the treatment was on time and was professional. He answered all my questions. I would call bills again based off this experience.

I have had a termite problem for several months now that has had me quite concerned.  I did not feel that the current company that I was contracted with was doing everything that they could do to solve my problem.  I first heard of Bills Pest and Termite Company on talk radio.  Knowing that I needed to come up with a better plan for treatment, I went to the website billstermiteco.com.  I watched several videos, and quickly decided that I needed their help.  My termite inspector Jonathan was right on time!  I had several questions and concerns that he covered with me so that I fully understood everything.  He came up with a treatment plan for me, and I feel now that my termite problem will be no more!  Thank you so much!  I feel very soon that my worries will be no more!

I have so many good things to say about Bill's Pest & Termite, I don't know where to begin. From the very first call to their office, I felt I was being treated like family. Everyone in the office was always friendly and attentive, and they fit me into their schedule right away.
    When Jon the inspector came to my house, he was punctual, friendly, professional, and thorough (more so than the big companies that came out to inspect previously). I had a lot of concerns and he addressed every issue without ever making me feel like I was asking a dumb question. His assessment of my termite problem was very detailed yet easy to understand.
    Anthony was the technician sent out to treat my home. I was extremely impressed with his attention to detail. He went above and beyond to ensure the treatment was completed to provide the best possible results. He was personable and very informative regarding the manner in which the treatment would be handled. This put me at ease because I was concerned my children and pets would be accidentally exposed to chemicals. The hours involved to treat my home flew by, and by the time Anthony was finished I felt like I had been talking with an old friend.
    Overall, my termite issue was more extensive than expected, but the knowledge and experience of Bill's team made feel secure that they were genuinely concerned with resolving my situation rather than just selling me their service. I called Bill's Pest Termite Control when I found some mud tunnels in my yard. They were able to send out somebody to inspect (I believe his name was John?) within a few days. Although I did have termites, the technician was honest and kind enough to educate me on the different types of termites. Basically the termites I have survive off of dead vegetation and won't do any structural damage to a home--to get rid of them, I can spray the mud tunnels with a water hose! Amazing. This would have been a perfect opportunity for the company to tell me I need some expensive treatment or try to get unnecessary business from me, and I likely would have done it. I appreciated his honesty and candor with me.The technician then did a thorough inspection of each room in the house and the entire perimeter of the home, even giving me a baseline quote of what it would be if I ever needed termite treatment.

I felt well-informed and comfortable throughout the entire process. The technician was also very sweet and comfortable with my two large dogs, which I always appreciate. I'll definitely be calling Bill's Pest Termite Control for the annual inspection and if I ever do have any exterminator needs!

I bought a house in Goodyear AZ in September and found the best Pest control in town!  I went with the company after seeing a video of Loretta on You Tube.  They are so thorough and I can honestly say I have a pest free home.  Every employee that I have talked to over the phone or have met in person have been fabulous!  Everyone has been so nice and so willing to help.  My tech that I have is Summer and she is so considerate, she calls me every month a couple of hours before she arrives at my house, very informative and courteous.  She has never missed a treatment, she truly does such a fantastic job, and educates me on the little critters that live in AZ.  This is definitely a great experience to work with her and this company.

Update to original review.... Termites are tough creatures to eradicate. Despite that, I've only had to call Bill's back once. Since then, no further issues. Based on my experiences with the initial estimate, work done, and follow up, I give 5 stars without hesitation.

Just a thought though, If they had someone calling customers maybe 4-6 months after service had been done, I feel that they'd have a more complete, well rounded service. It would also probably boost both the customer experience as well as their bottom line because it would show they care about the performance of their service as well as generate work from people who's busy lives distract them from calling Bill's.

When we purchased our home we knew that we might have a termite problem. Which we indeed did have. We had Jonathan Logan come out and inspect our home and give us a quote. He was on time and took the time to explain what needed to be done. Michael Gartner came out and completed the termite service. Once again was on time and explained everything.

This company is so wonderful to work with.  I would highly recommend them.  We had termites at one of our rental properties and needed to get it cleaned up on a very tight deadline.  They were responsive to our request and kept us informed as to when they would be coming out so that we could meet them there.  Brian was our tech.  He arrived with a can-do attitude and was very knowledgeable.  He explained what he would be doing and then allowed us to ask any questions.  I hope we do not have to deal with this type of situation again, but if we do, I know who to call.

Had Wayne Perry the Tech. He evaluated the problem, worked so hard in the AZ heat. He drilled the holes filled them was extremely professional. He explained what he was doing and why. I scheduled an inspection for possible termites.  Technician called to say he was on his way.  After doing the inspection, he explained what he found.  I told him I wanted to schedule but hard to take time off work right now.  He told me they have Saturday hours.  I called and scheduled for three weeks out.  Price was reasonable.

I cannot say enough. We live in Hawai'i on the island of Maui.  We are remodeling a small home here in Phoenix. We needed a termite expert, so not being local, I called three Phoenix based contractors and they all recommended Bills.  It is no wonder why I gladly write this endorsement today!  Fairly priced, service beyond expectation, with the best warranty I have seen.  

Our tech rep Jonathan took the time to explain the scope of our problem, the solution to it being fixed, and the future actions we would need to follow. Jonathan was the only sales / tech rep that did not push for the sale after the initial inspection.  I asked and was granted time to think about the bid before I accepted it.  No pressure, what a rarity today. Jonathan was the only tech / sales rep that correctly identified the type of termite that was eating away at our home.  I was very impressed with his technical knowledge, but more so his ability to put the problem into simple terms that I could understand.

I found some saw dust trails on my walls. I wasn't sure but deep down I knew I had termites. I searched around on the internet and read a lot of reviews and settled on calling Bills. They sent John out a couple days later and he inspected the whole house. It turned out it was not as serious as I had thought. He recommended the proper treatment and we scheduled it for the next week. Two technicians came out and treated my whole house in a couple hours. Everything was done just as John told me it would be. They were very clean about everything and really nice guys. The price was very fair. I have to say I expected to pay more. I would really recommend this company and I would use them again if I needed to, but I hope I don't!

After much research (almost 2 weeks) , and having Termite Companies come out and do a home inspection. I finally decided to go with Bill's Pest & Termite Control. Jonathan (Sales Person) was very informative and answered ever question I asked. He also explained about different types termites. I just knew right there and than, this is the company I decided to go with. Price was also very reasonable. Two year warranty included in price.
Today is Nov 17, 2014, and the Tech (Dallas) showed up at 12:30 (Right on time). He inspected the house, and showed me what & how he was going to treat our home. Very nice guy. Bill should be proud to have good employees like Dallas.  He also explained to me to keep and eye out for 2 to 4 weeks for any mud trails. Any way.....bottom line.....Awesome customer service....and a thumbs up for Dallas....thank you.

I had Bill's come out to give me an estimate for termite treatment, along with several other companies. Bill's wasn't the cheapest price I received, but after reading the fine print on all my proposals, I knew I was getting the best service from them. They were upfront as to what they were going to do (a full treatment as opposed to others' partial treatments) and they had no hidden costs like trip charges for follow up service. I was completely happy with my termite treatment and the technician, Donovan, who came out to do the job. They were honest and friendly all the way. They treated me better than some family does! LOL

You don't need to look any further because this is the most awesome pest control company I ever used!! Plus they have great prices too!! I had 100 moths coming in my house every single night for over a month and I couldn't figure out where they were coming from. I called my pest control company and they said they didn't handle flying insects!! I ended up calling about 10 companies and they wouldn't come out or wouldn't call me back when I left a message that it was about a flying insect.  I was at my wits end when a friend recommended Bills. She said they were so impressive and knowledgeable and insisted that they would help me. When I called they had me text a picture to them of the moths. They researched everything about them and came out. They told me not to worry that they would not leave until they found out where they were coming in and solved the problem. And they did it in no time at all!! I insisted they were coming from the attic but they found out they were coming in thru my bathroom plumbing by pushing a big pile of dirt outside from a ground squirrel and seeing moths flying out. They sprayed and sealed my bathroom plumbing and saved me from a pure month of hell!! Then to top it off, they charged me 1/3 of what Terminex was going to charge just to come out and spray and not find the problem for me!!  I will never use another company again!! This company takes such pride in their work and you can tell they love what they are doing. Loretta, the in- charge person, is so intelligent and knowledgeable. I think she said she's been doing this for almost 30 years!! Well you can really tell and I guarantee that they wont disappoint you!!

I used Bills after I found termites in a house I purchased I  August of 2013.  Henna came out and inspected land explained the process to me.  Three days latter, the tech Dallas was on site, explained everything in detail and completed the treatment.

Both Dallas and Genna were very professional and did the work that was promised.  If everyone I have dealt  with were like the people at Bills ( from the office staff to the people in the field ) it would be a better world.

I highly recommend Bills and all the people I dealt  with on this project.  Very professional and on time.

So just recently I had my house sprayed for some pesky silverfish who seem to want to takeover my new home. Not gonna happen buddies. After all was said and done, he says to me, you know you have traces of termites right. Yup knew I that when I bought the place. Well do you mind if I give you a quote? Sure no problem. He does his work, gives me a quote and my eyes almost popped out of my head. Hmm yea I will get back to you on that. In comes Bill's Pest & Termite Company. I googled them, reviewed all of there reviews on every site I could think of including the BBB (in which they have an A+ rating) and all of the reviews with the exception of one or two were very good. Lisa came out and did a very thorough inspection of 13 for me, let me know the good, the bad, and the ugly and then gave me a quote. WHOA momma! Yes it was that good and I thought it was a mistake. Now don't get me wrong, I didn't really have X amount of money laying around to give away but I knew I had to get this taken care of and the price was several hundred dollars cheaper than what was quoted to me to do the exact same work and their work is guaranteed. Imagine that.

The next day, David comes over from Bill's, gives me the good, bad and ugly and lets me know exactly what he was going to do and how long it would take for the treatment to be effective.  A little under 2 hours later everything was done, cleaned up and good to go. Lisa even did a follow up call to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. WOW! Awesome!

As my fellow reviewers have stated, they will come back for free if there is any evidence of termites within the year and retreat again. Even their renewal rate is great too. So GOD forbid you have termites, but if you do, call Bill's Pest &Termite Company.  They will definitely take great care of you!

I am going to start by saying I cannot believe all the good rating this company has. Because, my experience with them was horrible.
The thing that really angered me and it still does is that he had the nerve to put one of his stickers on my water heater.
He never asked to do it, I did not have him do any work , and he defaced my Water Heater.
I was selling my house and the buyers Real Estate person had this Company come out. He fully misdiagnosed for Termites which when I had another company (2 Actually) they both said it was old damage and it was bits of wood used in the landscaping.
He took photos of pieces of wood in the yard and said there was termite damage, nothing in the house or touching the house.
Anyway, He had written up an estimate that was way over the top as well.
But, again what really angered me was the Sticker that he put on my water heater in my laundry room.
Plus his bill was far too padded.

This is the third company I've hired in the past five years to try to free my home of these awful termites. The inspector was prompt and friendly, very knowledgeable, and was able to answer my questions, specifically why the little monster critters won't leave me alone!

Sunday evening, August, 2012: I'm out hunting scorpions in the backyard (not to kill them - I just think they're neat to watch.... as long as they stay outside...) and happen to glance up at one of my walls.  

Is that... ? Noooo, I'm sure it's just a stain... but, let's look.... aw man, it IS.  It IS a mud tube.  Is it active?  Yep.  

I've got termites.

After I fired my last termite company for non-performance, I had already researched a list of companies I would call if I needed help in the future: Bill's was #1 on the list.  Emailed them requesting an inspection, and Tuesday morning Lisa arrives.  

Within 3 minutes of her arrival, I knew that I wouldn't be needing anyone else on the list.  (I've hired a number of contractors over time, and I can tell you that - with the good ones - you know almost instantly that they're right.  If you're 20 minutes into bid and you're still not sure that this is the person you want to work on your house - it isn't.)  

Lisa was honest, sincere, down-to-earth and no BS.  She informed me of how they treat, and how they guarantee their product.  As she went through my house, looking for creepy crawlies, she told me what she was looking for so that, in the future, I could keep an eye out for signs of termites.  She pointed out a couple generally unsavory critters outside (a black widow in my storage closet, as well as a snake skin) but didn't try to sell me pest control when I mentioned that, as long as the fauna stay outside, I have no problem with them.  

Two days later, her fellow came out and did the treatment.  He drilled all around the house and, aside from the holes he meant to make, didn't do any damage.  Which is impressive, since I have saltillo tiles on my patios!

Fast forward a year to 09/13: I noted something funky on the wall in my bathroom and called up Bill's for an inspection.  Bill (not THE Bill) came out and, sure enough, a few of the little buggers appear to have survived, probably around my sunken bathtub (aka The Drunk Tank).

Now... It's a few weeks past my renewal date, so technically I'm out of warranty and they could legitimately charge me full price.  However, they gave me absolutely no trouble about it, simply charged me the annual renewal fee, and will be out in a couple of days to whack the survivors.  

They're going out to my boyfriends' house next week to do a free inspection for termites and to give him an estimate for scorpion eradication.  (Which is great for the boy, since he hates the stingers, but sucks for me since, as I mentioned, I think they're super cool.  When they're outside.  Or at his house.)

These guys are awesome!!  I had a small termite problem at my property in Tempe.  I had already had an inspection done by one of the larger companies and had Bill come out for a second opinion.  Not only did he save me money, but he was very honest regarding the type of termites I had and the appropriate treatment.  He did a spray treatment instead of the invasive and more expensive ground drilling treatment.
The gentleman who came out to do the treatment got the job done.  I'm hoping they solved my problem, but said they will come out as many times as necessary to inspect and treat for the first year FOR FREE!!

These guys gave me an incredible level of service, are priced well below the competition, and were able to put me at ease regarding my termite problem.

Bill's literally just left my house and I have to say they did a stellar job! Thankfully we caught our termite's early so treatment was not too intense but even so, I'd call them. Everyone I interacted with there was super friendly and helpful. They do not use carcinogens to treat which is nice (last thing we need in our house is a nerve agent!) and I'm sure my dogs will appreciate that too. Our appointment was at 9am, but our helper actually showed up earlier than that--about 20 minutes early, armed with a spec sheet and ready to get the work. He had to pull the carpet up to drill, but you'd never know that looking at it now. He pointed out the cause of why the termites may have come out, a leak on the side of the house we will have treated. Costs were not very heavy at all and great professional service, I highly recommend!

Their motto is We'll Treat You Like Family! and they do!  Bill, the Owner, came out to inspect my property (for free) and within half an hour had someone out to treat the Northwest something-or-other little buggers that were eating my home-adjacent storage cabinet.  He did a great job of explaining all of my options (I could have just ripped the cabinet out) and didn't up-sell me on anything.  I asked about a warranty (because I remember my parents buying one when they treated their house) and rather than take the bait (and get an extra $75 from me), he explained why I didn't need one for the type of termite we were dealing with.  Bill just strikes me as a knowledgeable, honest and genuinely nice guy.  I highly recommend this company!

So, G found some termite tunnels and I totally freaked out. We both started researching and came to the same conclusion at the same time - Bills is the place to choose. They offered to come out for an inspection but I just scheduled the treatment - we knew we were dealing with termites and it didn't make sense to have the inspection first.

This was a definite 5 star experience! I wish all businesses I deal with were this good. Seriously. Our tech, Donovan, arrived 5 minutes early. He didn't seem irritated that I was pulling into the driveway as he knocked on our front door. We walked the house together. He pointed out the tunnels we hadn't noticed. Then he explained what he was going to do in detail. He answered my silly questions. He explained how the treatment works and why it kills them. The treatment took about an hour, we paid and he explained what to do over the next month to verify the problem was resolved. The service comes with a year warranty so if we notice any more of the pesky buggers hanging out we can call and Donovan will come back out and take care of them and for $150/year we can extend the warranty and they'll come back and treat the house. I'd prefer not to have another problem, obviously, but if we do I won't hesitate to call Bills.

I came to Yelp when we discovered termite tunnels, I also had 3 other quotes and did some research with the BBB, also compared Yelp reviews with other companies...and like everyone has said - we had fast and friendly service!
And very affordable!

I had hoped for a longer warranty - and getting around that by paying an annual fee - but the lower price up front helps justify the annual fee you pay to keep up the warranty.

At the very least I would have hoped for a 3 year warranty.  But I suppose they would increase their price to cover that cost, since most other companies offer 3-5 year warranties.

What a pleasure to do business with professionals.  I did a lot of research on termite control companies before calling Bill's Pest and Termite Control and they didn't disappoint. My first contact was with Jonathan, who did a through inspection and gave me a computer generated proposal for addressing my termite infestation, along with the cost, which I agreed to on the spot. It was very reasonable and lower then I was expected.  The work, and it was extensive, was performed by Michael who was polite and professional and went about the task in a workman like manner with a minimal amount of disruption.  The work is guaranteed and I have know doubt that my termite problems are over.  The business model of this company is as good as it gets.

We had ants come in through our bathroom and into our son's crib last night so I was completely freaked out and needed an exterminator immediately. I called at 8am and they had a technician out by 10am!! Summer was our technician and she was great! Very friendly, thorough and thoughtful about our 2 dogs and baby. We had Bill's Pest treat for termites March 2014.  

Gemma came out and performed the inspection and like a previous reviewer stated she called to inform us she was running a little late.  This indicated she was a real professional that valued my time.  Thanks Gemma.

The techs that came out were great.  They were very professional and polite and the termites appear to have vacated the premises.  The only negative I have is when they drilled the holes they did not color the plugs to match the patio like my previous company did.  That is the only reason the did not get 5 stars otherwise I am a happy customer.

I can't believe  how thoroughly the job was done.  It seem that today everybody wants to make a fast buck and do  a quick and below average job.  It was refreshing to have a workman (Wayne) perform above and beyond; something that you seldom see in this day and age.  The procedure was neat, thorough, and the clean-up made  the house and yard look as though nothing was done.  5 stars for this company.

This is a great company and we highly recommend them!  We had termites and needed treatment so I requested a quote online. Lisa in the office was quick in returning with an estimate and setting up an appointment for us. She even worked around a scheduling conflict we had when the company we had to re-roof our house didn't start on time.

Great customer service and quality.  We had a roach infestation at an apt. complex we bought.  Bill's sent out their best pest control person and she did a full assessment, baited, sprayed and retreated 2 weeks later.  She followed up with me regularly by phone to retreat any problem areas and within two months, the roaches I had been trying to bomb were gone!

I wouldn't normally write a review for a pest control company, but they were that impressive.

About a week ago, we discovered what we thought to be a termite track. I contacted Bill's and they had someone come out today. Low and behold, it was not termites! They were very thorough with the inspection. They didn't try to sell us anything. Best of all, the inspection was free of charge! Nothing in this world is free, so this was a pleasant surprise. I read reviews before I do any home maintenance service (pool, carpet, cleaning, etc). I read google reviews before I decided upon Bill's Pest Control. I have to say I was very impressed by this company from the first phone call, to the end of the first visit. I called for an appointment in the morning and they were able to send out a technician that very afternoon. Summer was my tech; she called to let me know she was arriving on time, which she was actually five minutes early. She was extremely polite and respectful and very informative.

We bought an older home in January that had been sitting vacant for about 2 years.  The place was a mess & yes, there were termites.   After a bit of research I called Bill's.  Lisa came out to do the inspection.  She was very professional & very thorough, she emailed us a detailed report of what they were going to do & how the stuff works and what we should expect.  Their quote was actually a bit less than I had anticipated, which was a plus!   When the technician came out to apply the products, he also was very pleasant & worked fast.  When he was finished he showed me some areas that were not on the report to be treated, but applied product there just wanted to be sure we were covered - just in case.  Overall this was an excellent experience.  We haven't seen any sign of termites, thank goodness!  They have a great warranty and we will continue to use them in the future.

Like I always say, if you want something done right, call a woman!!!  Gemma came to my house on time and thoroughly inspected my home.  She gave me the good news that I do not have terminates in my home, but I do have them on an old fence.  She took the time to explain what I should look for in the future.  At the end of our conversation, she told me  not to hesitate in calling in the future if I had any concerns.

About a month ago I discovered a few mud tubes around the house so I immediately got online to search for a pest control company. I found Bill's and read all the great reviews so I visited their website and got an online quote based on info I entered and questions answered. The next day after getting what I felt was a very reasonable quote my wife called and made an appointment. On the next Monday (by our choosing, it could have been sooner) the technician, Dallas arrived a few minutes early which was great. He had me show him what I had found and confirmed I needed the treatment. After about an hour or so Dallas had finished his trenching, drilling, treating and all patchwork and cleanup. He also came inside and treated an area with a powder in the ceiling where I had found a small tube starting. He was very prompt and courteous. The quote given through email was spot on and I have had no signs of the termites since. Bill's is a really great company to deal with and I would recommend them without any hesitation.

From the initial consultation, this termite service was exceptional. During the initial screening, Gemma, the inspector found one spot of infestation (which was difficult to see with the naked eye) and gave us a detailed plan with diagrams for the necessary treatment. She also mentioned if we found cracks in the sub flooring during our planned hard wood floor installation, the tech would return and treat the site.  The receptionist went out of her way to assist us to schedule the tech so there would be no delay with the installation of our new flooring. The tech did come back and did a thorough job on the affected areas. The tech also returned at a later date to finish application in the garage. Overall Bill's termite service was exceptional in their customer service and technical knowledge/applications. My wife and I feel very good about the protection provided for our residence with new hardwood floors.

We wondered what these strange funnel like things were hanging from our ceiling and after inspection our fears were confirmed...termites.  Despite this disappointing news our termite specialist, James, reassured us that all would be well.  He is a competent and likeable guy.  He patiently explained the process that we'd undergo along with how and why we had these nasty creatures invading our house after 30 years.  Thank you James!
Since this year has been a particularly bad year for homeowners but yummy for termites the wait time to schedule a technician was a couple of weeks out so when you think of your house being munched away that's a bit unsettling.  But when I was talking with Lisa to schedule the appointment she came upon a cancelation and four days later we would have a technician working away.  Thank you Lisa for taking the extra time and finding the cancelation!
Casey was our technician and much like James he is a competent and likeable guy.  He carefully and patiently explained the process our house would endure and what to expect over the next couple of weeks (since it takes a couple of weeks to see if the termites have been eradicated).  A couple of things amazed me about Casey...one was the way he wielded two drills at a time and the other was how clean he left the house (truly if you didn't know we had major drilling completed both inside and out you'd never know he was here).  Thank you Casey!

What can I say that already hasn't been said, caring people, quality service and they treat you like family. It's all true. We had them in for a Termite inspection years ago, and loved the attitude, and once we found out they did regular pest control we've been using them for years. Had a little water heater issue in our garage, and upon moving shelving away from the walls for repairs we found some termite tubes and called Bills out. We saw a dirt tunnel on our house and were pretty sure it was termites so we called Bill's Pest Termite Control. They came to our house the next day for the inspection and free estimate and were very nice and professional. They confirmed we did have termites and came back the following week to do the treatment. We panicked when we found termite evidence but Bill himself came out the very next morning to look at our house.  After doing a really thorough walk through - even going up into the attic - he explained everything in detail and really put our minds at ease.  (We've never had termite issues before so we got a second quote from the Orkin Man to be on the safe side and couldn't believe the difference.  Orkin wanted more than DOUBLE to do the same amount of work! Not to mention the rep barely looked around before trying to scare us into signing a contract.)  We just had the treatment today and the technicians from Bill's were so friendly and professional.  They did a great job and we couldn't be happier.  Once again the local choice is the right choice!

Lisa came for initial inspection visit and was more thorough than the other pest outfits we called for bids. She went through every room inside as well as outside. Our home and garage was very cluttered but for a small fee they agreed to move the piles of stuff so that they could get to the infested areas. Not only that, but Donovan the technician and his helper moved all the items back in place! We plan to keep them on a forever basis as needed. They are courteous timely and professional. We feel better educated and armed with knowledge now as they provided time frames and actions to take if we see the mud tunnels again.

We found evidence of  termites in the wood posts on our back porch. It had been seven years since the house was last treated. We turned to yelp and were impressed with Bill's reviews. So my sister noticed that we had termites infesting our property, So we went online and researched a couple of termite companies. We saw Bill's Pest and Termite company and we decided to contact them for a free estimate. When they came,we were completely amazed at how professional and personable they were. They spent about an hour drawing and investigating what type of treatment our property needed. What impressed us the most was how at the end of their investigation, they had printed and graphed our property and had placed our problem areas in a printed sheet, and with the cost of the treatment. We were set on who we were going to choose. We schedule our appointment and Our tech Dallas came and was educated and very polite, he explained exactly what he was going to do and through the process what explaining the chemicals and even explained the termite infestation process. After finding 2 drop tunnels in our home, I Googled termites to find out what I could.  Bill's website was very helpful and he had a request I could place to have someone call me.  I sent in the request over the weekend, someone called me Monday morning, and a quote was given to me a few days later.  Everything was explained to us much better than the last person we had out, so we went with Bill's.  Michael came out and took care of things and was very helpful.

Wish I had done some research before buying my home. We paid $450 to have the entire home treated. The treatment lasted 36 mins from arrival to departure. I did not know about termites then. Now I know you cannot correctly treat a home for termites in Phoenix that quick. Inspectors from three different exterminators report my home was never treated correctly. The owner of BILL TERMITE  was a complete ass on the phone. What a jerk! We have termite damage from their poor treatment and they insist we pay another $500 before they can help us. Why should be pay another $500 to get ripped off again. I researched BILL TERMITE and found they have been sued at least twice and filed bankruptcy to avoid paying and have several complaints. We filed a complaint with the State and the investigator said they have a bad record.

I called Bill's after reading the positive comments on yelp and they all proved to be true.  I especially liked that I could go on their website and request a quote and they emailed it back to me immediately with a very reasonable amount. I set up an appt on Tues and they came on Thursday at the arranged time.  Dallas was our technician and he explained everything, answered our questions and was a most pleasant and professional tech.  The amount quoted was the amount I paid and they give a guarantee to come and respray and drill if there are any problems in the next year.  They also do a free inspection in one year.  I highly recommend this company and Dallas.

arrived on time for both an inspection and for the actual treatment....seemed to know what they were doing.... I'm pretty sure they treated the front of the house as it had been trenched, but they didn't move the rocks back when finished... I contact them and they scheduled a follow up to fix problem....showed up on time, retreated that area in case they might have missed it and moved the rock back...overall....very good job

We saw some termite tunnels recently and called Bill's Pest for an estimate to have the home treated and protected. The estimator, Gemma, was very courteous and professional.  She prepared an accurate home layout and her estimate for the amount of treatment was exactly right on target. The cost was exactly what she estimated which was far below other pest companies. The technician, W., was on-time and started working immediately.  For the size of the home, I was surprised to see only 1 tech, but he worked hard and completed the whole house area in the time he said it would take. He was professional and even took the time to explain some facts on the termites. He worked hard the whole time and did not waste any time taking breaks or anything like that. He was amazingly thorough and really took pride in his work. We are very pleased with the service we received and would highly recommend them.

My fiancé and I were recommended by a friend to call Bill's pest and termite after we had found a termite tunnel coming out of the drywall in our house. It was easy and quick to setup an intial inspection appointment and they were able to come out and inspect our house only a few days later. The lady who came to our house did show a few minutes late but made sure to call ahead of time and warn us she was stuck in traffic which I thought was very respectful. After determining our problem we were able to set up service with them for what I believe was a very reasonable price. They were also able to efficiently schedule our termite extermination service convienently with my schedule. So far our problem seems to be taken care of but they do offer a one year warranty that fully covers us should we find anymore tunnels and after that their warranty renewal price is very affordable! Overall, with the customer service and other services received I highly recommend Bill's pest and termite for anyone in the valley needing termite services!

i hired this company and they agreed to come out on a given day no one showed up or called, called the next day and they acted like nothing happen, the initial response was immediate the owner bill sold his buisness well. but like always actions speak louder than words. i would avoid this company and find another it is not worth any one getting upset.
