Like some of you, I needed my house sprayed for bugs, roaches, spiders, etc.. I reached out to four companies and this one was the most responsive and listened to what I needed and what I was looking for. They didn't try to force feed me a monthly subscription. Talen communicated with me and was on time and professional. I won't use anyone else after this experience. I trusted him and he went out of his way to make sure all corners in the ceilings in the garage were swept from any spider webs. He is a great representative of this company and I will go to them first! Try this company! They were the best price and showed up and made me feel good about my choice. Don't go anywhere else!

Best pest control service company that puts customers first!! Unheard of these days, but very welcomed. Local owner Nick, good family man and kind who grew the business with good old fashion hard work & outstanding customer service. Also one of the few companies that can honestly get rid of your pests, especially scorpions. When we moved to the area our home was infested with scorpions inside and out. I tried other companies first, with no success and dishonest people. I took a chance with Merrill and from day one and 5 years of great service and NO scorpions! I highly recommend these folks.

They do a good job, just like a zillion other bug companies. As with others, their prices are really high for what they do. I decided to do this myself after trying to find a less expensive solution. There are several on-line places that send you everything you need for pennies on the dollar for what you'll pay a bug guy.

I was looking for pest control service for my mom so I went to Yelp and requested a quote. Didn't realize Yelp sends out to multiple companies through Yelp messaging. Anyhow, Merrill responded within 10 minutes just as promised on Yelp. I got other responses from others but I was going back a forth for awhile with Merrill.

We agreed upon a price and we setup a time within a few days. They promised to be there between 8-10 and they were there at 8am as promised. They sprayed and got rid of the spider problem we had and now I have them on a quarterly basis.

I was working with Nick the owner and after the service I called him and we talked and explained how and why. We are very happy with Merrill pest control and I look forward to our quarterly service.

Merril Pest has tons of 5 star reviews and I definitely see why now. The buyers of my home are using a VA loan and there was record of previous termites. I sent Nick and his team the inspection done by the buyers and he had me on the schedule for treatment the next day. His tech came out and was done in about 3 hours. I needed a 2 year warranty for the termite treatment as well, and their price was extremely competitive. Basically the same price as every other company that was offering a 1 year warranty. I will definitely use this company again.

My neighbors and I were shopping for a pest company as some of us were having termite problems (including me, unfortunately). I contacted and quoted multiple companies through Yelp, and Nick (owner) was immediately very responsive. He was willing to come over personally to do inspection for me and my neighbors. He offered such insight about the best termite prevention and treatment efforts, and patiently explained to all of us the differences in method based on how the houses were built. He also offered a competitive price that me and my 9 other neighbors decided to go with him over the other companies! Once we confirmed, he immediately scheduled us in a couple of days and now we are all termite free. Treatment come with the standard one-year warranty, with option to renew the warranty. Glad to have found this company to protect our houses.

After finding multiple roaches in my house I knew it was time to call in a pest control service. I requested for a few quotes via Yelp (pretty late at night I might add) and Merrill was on it. They were able to give me a quote right off the bat and even scheduled service first thing the next morning. The technician was super friendly came in and did his thing. They did both inside and outside and were pretty efficient with their time, not to mention this was all done for a very reasonable price. 10/10 for customer service, will definitely be using them for any future pest control needs.

I didn't get a chance to use the actual service but in terms of customer service this place is fantastic! Earlier this month I reached out late at night to a bunch of pest control companies on Yelp and didn't expect anyone to respond until morning. But not even 5 minutes later the owner, Nick, replied back and was able to schedule me next day! Price was very reasonable and I was so thrilled to have found them. Unfortunately my own scheduling conflicts caused me to cancel but we plan on using them in the future. Highly recommended! Love that they are a local, family run business and super responsive.

One pigeon wouldn't leave so Ethan made a trap door of sorts that would let that one pigeon get out safely but the others couldn't get back in and it worked! Our pigeons are finally gone! presumably because they thought we had termites and heeded to get rid of them.
Merrill gave us an appointment time and arrived promptly within the stated window.
The inspection took about 15 minutes, we paid and the mortgage company had the report the next day.
The process was very efficient and I would recommend them to anyone needing an inspection.

I saw one enormous bug in my house last night and went into full blown panic mode. Merrill is one of the companies from whom I requested a quote. I ultimately decided to go with them, because not only were they an excellent value, they were out to my house within four hours of my first panicked message. Nick is the person I dealt with initially. He went out of his way to be helpful and get somebody out right away, and kept me updated regularly. Very polite, very professional. Talon was the service tech, who showed up actually early, while I was still at work. He was very nice about it, waited for me to come back home, and then explained everything he did outside, went through the inside of the house, obviously knows what he's talking about, very thorough, play, and personable. Pointed out areas of concern that are the responsibility of the HOA. 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

Wish i could give them more but 5 will have to do. After an unfortunate bedbug problem due to roommates, my girlfriends house needed to be sprayed. I called on Thursday night to get a quote and spoke with Nick (the owner) about or our problem. He gave me a great quote and i asked if there was any chance he could get it done tomorrow. He told me he would make sure to get someone out. He said he would be there between 10-2, i assumed it would be closer to 2 as they were busy but right at 10 Nick himself showed up to take care of the house. He told me all his guys were busy but he wanted to make sure we were taken care of. I can literally sleep calmly now knowing the problem was fixed. Thanks Nick for treating your customers right and we will be using him for all big related problems now.

To make a long story short, my condo flooded with sewage water and I had a lot of water damage work that had to be taken care of. The crew would leave my sliding doors open while they worked. So one day, I open my dish washer and a giant roach comes out!! I just about had a panic attack. Besides that, I was finding silver fish all over my condo from the moisture of the water damage. I called Nick the owner and told him my issues (he also answered his phone on the first ring which doesn't always happen with busy business owners). He sent someone out that afternoon! Not only were they super responsive and quick to come out, but I signed up for a monthly spray and they always text me a few days before my appointments to let me know when they're coming and they're friendly and thorough. Moral of the story- my silver fish infestation is gone and I haven't seen a roach since!

We had a really good experience with Merrill today. We kept hearing scratching noises coming from our dryers vent in the laundry room. We didn't know what it was but didn't want to deal with whatever it would end up being. We called Merrill and they sent out Sean within the hour. I had never used the yelp quotes before, and the first response was from Merrill Pest. I have to say I hate talking on the phone, and they were able to provide the easiest way to communicate for me as a consumer. They were so quick and responsive, and we were able to get something booked for next day appointment.

The pricing was very reasonable, and they came promptly on time. I forgot who the guys name was that came over, but super friendly and helpful. I hadn't realized how much pests we had in our yard and walls! They definitely came in with full preparation of extermination!

I had then put some bird netting about a year ago and the birds pushed it a side. I called them twice to have them repair it and both times they said they would schedule me but never heard from them. These guys are rad. Can pest peeps be rad? Absolutely. Quick communication, competitive pricing and none of the monthly subscription pressure nonsense. One week post spray and we haven't seen a single buggie. My hope is that buggie free is the new norm around here. I keep an immaculate home, and aside from some junk under my teenager's bed I'd like to think we're not willfully doing anything to invite any creepy crawlies in. All that said, after recently moving into a new home we had the unfortunate luck of finding out we had little tiny roommates that we hadn't expected. Yuck! Merrill Pest Solutions was quick to get us scheduled, offered a great intro deal, and established a reoccurring visit schedule for us so that we know there is no chance we won't forget to have them back out here to defend our turf. Nick, the owner of Merrill Pest Solutions, has been providing pest control services for my house for about 8 months now after I had used Bulwark Exterminating for the previous 5 years. The reason I made the switch was because of the more superior product he uses, how thorough he is, and is reasonably priced. He has also taken time to share with me his story about how he got started in this business and wanting to provide a more superior experience for the customer, and I really like supporting his business for these reasons.

The best part? All the spider webs I had around the exterior of the home are NEVER here any more (good, because I'm arachnophobic!), and the amount of other bugs I see are VERY few and far between. Oh, and I live on a lake where bugs are very prominent.

Great local business, great service, and a great person. I'll continue recommending Merrill Pest Solutions for all these reasons!

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Merrill Pest Solutions! We had huge ant hills invading our backyard. After a couple tries of trying to rid the ants ourselves I decided enough was enough. I didn't even feel comfortable having my 5 year old or dogs play in the grass. I went onto yelp and searched companies. I wanted same day service, which I knew might be a stretch due to it being Saturday morning. I messaged Merrill for a quote and Nick was prompt and almost immediately I had answers and they squeezed me in for same day services. Sean was the technician who came out and he was more than courteous, and very thorough. He made sure to get the areas that we were concerned with. I couldn't praise more about the amazing customer service they both provided. Their prices we fair and there is no contract like some of other pest companies. We are a happy customer with Merrill Pest Solutions. We were solded on the product that they use since it is safe with pets. When Nick came by he was very professional and thorough in his application. They knocked down all of the webs on the entire exterior of the house rather than just spraying over them. They use Tons of product in the front and back yard to kill anything on the fence line. They did a great job and we have not seen a single bug, and when we do ever see any bugs before our next service we just call them and they would quickly come out and do the extra service with no extra charges. Truly recommend this company to anyone and everyone we know.

We were really sold on the product that they use since it is safe with pets and babies, which we have both of in our house. It is the same stuff that they use in the hospitals so that put our minds at ease. When Nick came by he was very professional and thorough in his application. We had been using another company for about 2 years and thought the service was fine but now that I have seen how it should be done I wish we would have switched sooner. He knocked down all of the webs and nests on the entire exterior of the house rather than just spraying over them. He also used a TON of product in the front and back yard to kill anything on the fence line. He used some extra product on the doorways and openings to the house to make sure nothing could cross over. He did a great job and we have not seen a single bug since he serviced our house. The price was very reasonable for the amount and quality of product he used. We are glad we switched and look forward to a pest free home.
