Ben and John have loved the pest control industry for many years. They are driven by competition and do not let anyone beat them in quality of service. If theres a better way to perform a service they are the first to know and implement it at Simply Green. They are both married and Ben has two golden retrievers that him and his wife Stephanie enjoy outdoor adventures with. John is also married with 2 kids. He and his wife Sarah love being outdoors in the great state of AZ. They also enjoy playing in the local city flag football leagues with friends and mountain biking on the local AZ trails.

I recently hired Simply Green Pest Control to take care of a pest problem in my home, and I have to say that they exceeded my expectations in every way. From start to finish, their service was top-notch and professional, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of pest control services.
First and foremost, their customer service was outstanding. When I called to schedule an appointment, the person on the phone was friendly and knowledgeable, and was able to answer all of my questions about the services they offer. They were also able to schedule an appointment that worked around my busy schedule, which was a huge relief.

On the day of the appointment, the technician arrived on time and was extremely courteous and professional. They took the time to explain their process and answer any additional questions that I had. They also went above and beyond by providing me with tips on how to prevent future pest problems.

The service itself was incredibly thorough, and I was impressed by the attention to detail that the technician showed in treating my home. They were careful to treat every nook and cranny, and made sure to use products that were safe for my family and pets.

In addition to the actual treatment, the technician provided me with a lot of helpful information and advice on how to prevent future pest problems. They pointed out areas where pests might be able to enter my home, and gave me tips on how to seal up those areas to prevent future infestations. Just ok. We use their bi-monthly service and while I like their reminders of when they will come, the service is mediocre at best. They spend a total of 15 minutes on our property that is a 28k sf lot with a single story 4K sf home. I've never seen such a quick, half-done service before.
Guess it's time to find another pest control company that actually does a good job and takes the time to do things correctly.

I am so glad our family found Simply Green, they are fantastic! They are quick to respond and are always professional. They even remember our customer service notes (e.g., wearing masks when they come inside the home) no matter who the technician is. Anytime we see a scorpion (which is literally just one or two a year, if that) it's dead as a doorknob and they will even come back for service just for good measure because I tend to spook easily after I come across a dead one. Highly recommend!

I called for a quote because I'm not happy with the cheap, standard pest control my complex provides. Just a month after a visit/spray- I have baby roaches lingering & that's no bueno.

At first, this was sounding promising & great! They're supposedly green as the name suggests & even offer weekend appointments. But, then it started to get a bit ridiculous, almost like they were trying to play off my ignorance & inexperience with this type of service (being from Alaska I'm not the most intelligent on desert pest control). By the end of the call I already had my mind made up why not to use this company when others seemed to be able to easily oblige my request without making it into an entirely complicated ordeal.

First, he tried to make me feel like they were doing a huge favor offering a discount because we cannot guarantee since you live in an apartment. Saying the warranty would be void so I would not be eligible for any re-sprays or assistance if I found bugs after the initial service. I understand why, but at the same time it more sounded like a way to keep me paying in the future, like it would be assumed the neighbors have bugs infiltrating my unit.

What floored me & easily made me decline- he told me I would have to move ALL contents from closets, cupboards, cabinets, etc. & place them in the middle of the floor so they could cover every square inch- but also leave enough room for the team to maneuver around. I have a 500sq foot apartment. There is 0 room for me to do that. So he told me I'd have to move all my possessions out of the unit entirely! Not just that, but I'd need to vacate with my cat for a minimum of 4 hours. ...where am I supposed to take myself with a CAT half the day?! Especially in 114 degrees?!?

I don't know what the issue is with this company, but what they requested in hoops to jump through for this service is ridiculous. I'd be better off just moving entirely if the requirements are to literally move almost everything & the residents out for 4 hours just to move all back in again. Being single w/ a physical disability- this is not practical at all. Plus- if this is supposedly green, why should myself & cat need to vacate for 4 hours? Sounds a bit more toxic than not...

I find it misleading when I contacted several other entities for quotes- not a single one of them had these requirements. Sure, they cost but not an entire relocation! He was pushing me into scheduling, but I brought up my concerns & he literally said: call your friends and ask them to help with your items or do it yourself. Then, continued to pressure me to call back & schedule when I got it figured out after I literally told him that isn't practical or worth it.

Not sure I'd trust this company when they seem to be more concerned with coming back to maintain after having all of your belongings moved to the center of your residence- conveniently while you're vacated for 4 hours. I'm glad I went with my intelligence on this one in bypassing & continuing to get quotes elsewhere. There are too many red flags with this one.

I have used Simply Green for the past 5 years and I am more than pleased with my experience. The office staff is so friendly and accommodating for my schedule. I love that I get text reminders for my upcoming appointments. The technicians are thorough and friendly. Elijah has been our technician for over a year and he is great. I haven't seen any live bugs inside since they've been treating my house every other month. Their pricing is definitely worth the quality of service. Won't be using any other pest control company besides Simply Green.

I paid for a full treatment back at the end of 2020. Recently, there was concern about renewed termite activity at the house so I worked with Scott at Simply Pest to activate my warranty and they came out as soon as possible to check on the house and also applied treatment where required.

He also provided plenty of communication to explain everything that took place and also answered all of my questions.

Simply Pest seems to really value a high level of customer service and be available to answer questions and work with the customer until they are fully satisfied.

Thank you Scott. Hopefully I don't have to use you again and the termites will be gone, but I also have no hesitation about reaching out if there is and know that I will be taken care of.

Bad service, it's like they came into my house and sprayed water! We really didn't have a problem with bugs except for a few little spiders here and there, we just wanted to prevent, now I'm seeing more of those spiders among other bugs which I had never seen before. I called to have them cancel my account and the customer service rep was not nice at all, it's like she didn't even care about why I wanted to cancel my account, she could've tried to make it right but did not. Anyway I'm going to call a different company, don't really care if it's green or not, I just want them to get rid of bugs. For the price and service this company is not worth it! Too expensive and ineffective!!!

Christian the General Manager at Simply Green personally reached out to me. His customer service alone makes up for everything really. He truly knows how to treat clients and he gives you an instant solution, mine was a treatment free of charge. I am really hopping this will take care of my bug issues because I would definitely stay with this company if so. Builder's pest control was expiring so their provider sent me a letter. Got estimate but it blew my mind. I had my dad's BMW stored in my garage, so maybe that was why I got the high estimate. Called around and got two other estimates. One was almost half the price of the builder's pest termite company. Simply Green had the best offer and p,an to protect my biggest investment from harm. I opted for the Sentricon system and am very happy with the installation. Highly recommend this firm.

I have been using simply green since I moved here in 2020. They even sprayed my home before I moved in for 6 months prior.

The reason I'm writing this review is mainly because of how amazing they are to communicate with.  I can email. And text them. And even late at night I always receive a personal response of someone or a tech that works there.  Even at night late!

I have sent pictures.  Talked about my sons mosquito allergies. (He gets welts) very allergic.  I have sent videos and pics of things that freak me out if ever I have seen them. They immediately respond. Always.  They are reasonable priced.  They even work with me if I say. Can I pay you next week. Ect.  

They always explain every single detail. What they have seen and what they have not.  Have NEVER a seen a scorpion here.  We live on a lake so the mosquitoes can get bad sometimes.  But after they treat it. We are good!

I highly recommend them as a mom and pet owner. Very safe and natural.  They always go over everything. Every detail of the house.  

And if I ever seen anything in between treatments. They come out again at no charge.  

I think just for the communication alone. Is one of my main reasons for recommending them.  They always respond any time of the day and then schedule me.

It's 845pm right now I saw more spiders than normal. And I emailed them at 730.  They responded. Asked me some questions and are now scheduling me for a RE treatment.  Exceptional service.

This pest control company truly works wonders and has great customer service! I have had cricket problems at my townhouse in Scottsdale and they were able to have someone at my house the next day. The man did a very throughout spray inside and outside. They came again the next month and no crickets so far! I am excited to continue my bi monthly service to avoid crickets jumping around!

They also text me when they are about to arrive so I can make sure I am not in a zoom meeting to let them in. Love the professionalism!

Had a great service with Zechariah (Zack). We have actually been a customer of Simply Green for a few years now and their customer service and they have always been reliable and accessible. I have recommended a neighbor to them and my neighbor is very happy. This particular service last night was for my aunt's home. The techs have usually been good in the past, but Zack went above and beyond. He is professional, kind and thorough! I found scorpions and they sent Zack to the rescue. We did the initial service and he also told me about the black light service. He was able to come back the same day in the evening to perform this service. So we walked through the inside and outside of the home with the black light hunting scorpions. We found 7, which was satisfying and gave me peace of mind. Jacob was so thorough, super nice. We keep our house extra clean and we still got roaches . After calling several places I am happy I found simply Green pest control !

Mariah was very sweet and she answered all my questions over the phone . Scheduling was super easy. They'll send you a list of items to complete before they come . The list gave me anxiety but we did it ! Now i know why they asked for all those things ( they are very very thorough with their work !   Technician arrived on time and he communicated very well after he left  for the day. We have 2 more upcoming appointments but so far I am very pleased with the service ! I will update my review  with an update if needed.

First off they had great customer service since the day I spoke with the receptionist expressing my concerns regarding scorpion issues in my home. She was kind and understanding. The tech that came into my home (Elija? I apologize I don't remember his name) but he made sure to spray areas I was concerned about and explained everything else he was going to do to keep pests out. He was patient and answered all my questions. I had my first treatment a couple weeks ago and I have seen a significant improvement. I highly recommend this company!

Great company! Very accommodating with scheduling. Technicians are polite and professional and always on time! They do a terrific job (my favorite tech is Albert who really goes above and beyond to make sure everything is treated.

THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER RECEIVED, anywhere! 10 stars if I could. From the minute I called in, I had a phenomenal experience.

Quote- Josh was extremely kind and educated me on the best solution to my problem. He gave me all of the options and worked with me every step of the way. Cool, calm, collected, and knowledgeable!

Follow-up and follow through- have you ever called a business and then gotten a text back followed by a call... inside and outside of business hours?! I know I haven't. The call backs, follow throughs, and follow ups were notable, as a business professional, it inspired me to tighten up on this internal system! Jade was very kind and flexible with my rescheduling.

Service- Derek called me 30 minutes before arriving, was professional and accommodating, asked great questions to ensure everything was taken care of during service, and gave me a brief summary before departing.

Price- extremely fair and reasonable. I found while shopping around that many pest control companies have a flat rate, regardless of the size of your home. This can of course get pricey if you have a smaller home, but Josh was fair in our cost due to our lack of outdoor space. I appreciated his understanding and flexibility.

I've wasted zero time in recommending Simply Green to my network, already, and cannot stop thinking about my superb experience!

Same day update- they reversed the charges on the card AND the owner? Christian called and came out with a technician to take a look and do whatever they could to make things right.

Originally had a 0 star rating but based on Christian's willingness to come out to the house to make things right will up the rating to 4 stars. In the future we'll do our research and contact a company that specifically handles bee extraction rather than having it subbed out.

Used this company based on Yelp reviews- but what a joke. Called this morning to have some bees removed from an area on our roof.  They said they could come out same day which we were really happy about.  We waited patiently at home for their arrival during the timeframe established. After a half hour past when they were supposed to be here, we called only to be told that they had been there already. Seriously? There's no sign of anything being done. Because $275 later there was NOTHING done and the bees are still there. We had another company last year treat the same spot and there were dead bees on the ground with black residue around the treated area and on the ground underneath. This company contracts with Kyle's Bees to take care of bee extraction. We're going to have to call another company to have this taken care of.

Great company!  Called and they were able to come out same day.  Their product is safe for pets and kids which was something I was worried about because I am pregnant and needed the safest option.  They gave us a great deal and were on time and profession. Highly recommend!

We hired Simply Green shortly after moving to the area (found them on Yelp!). The first time they came, they explained what the process was. We had an ant problem shortly after the first spray in one of our bathrooms. When we called, they promptly sent someone out to treat. They even checked on how everything was after the service. The ants were gone in less than a day! They told us that they found an anthill in the backyard and treated that at the same time. We haven't had a problem since then (May 2020). They come every other month and are courteous when they do come. Yesterday, they even texted my husband when they finished up to let him know they found no active pest activity. The spray they use is pet-safe, our cat was happy she didn't have to hang out in her carrier!

We are happy with the services overall and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

Great customer service!  I had a couple of unforeseen delays with my relocation to Phoenix, and had to reschedule twice with Simply Green Pest Control for my initial treatment.  Brittany and the customer care team were so understanding and accommodating to ensure I had one less thing to worry about with our move.  Taylor came out for the first treatment, and was courteous and professional.  He explained their treatment process in detail, and what to expect going forward.  First treatment has been a huge success, since I have not seen any bugs inside the house, and several dead cockroaches outside.  Thank you everyone at Simply Green Pest Control!

Sent out some inquiries when I started seeing activity in my place. Julio over the phone got me all taken care of with an appointment and competitive rate.

Nicholas the tech showed up at my place was courteous and professional. He was knowledgeable and wore a mask and shoe coverings in my place. It's been 5 days since he came and things are going okay. He warned me that I can potentially see activity after the session because of spraying, but it should subside soon.

I got an appointment quickly and feel less anxious in my place now. I would definitely recommend them.

Well my heart sank when I was reorganizing my book shelf and found the contents pictured below. Termites!! I know how expensive it can be and how big of a task it is to eradicate your home of termites. I quickly contacted a handful of companies in the area and Simply Green pest control immediately gave me a call. They explained everything about the types of termites in Arizona and how they operate and live, and what it takes to rid of them completely. They even emailed me informational graphics and videos following our call! I was already super impressed but we are on a tight budget so I had to be conscious of that. The gentleman that inspected my house was super friendly and knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. Then the price ended up being extremely reasonable! The two technicians who came out to perform the job were quick and extremely friendly, especially to my toddler who kept following them around inside. Every step of the process was great, which is noteworthy because it's a stressful situation to be in. It's been months now and there has not been a single sign of termites anywhere!

So far so good! I received a few different quotes for pest control services. I had just moved into a new house and decided it was not worth the hassle to DIY pest control for roaches inside and scorpions in the backyard. I'm a wimp when it comes to bugs, like the guy Charles P. Thompson played in that fantastic Arachnids movie from 2001.

Simply Green was not the cheapest option, but I was swayed by the other positive reviews and the customer service I received. The rep answered all of my questions and helped me identify the type of roach based on a picture I sent.

The cheapest service is a 1 year bimonthly contract that they recommend, but they have some flexible options. I decided to go for a no commitment pay as you go option. Since the first service, I haven't seen any scorpions outside even after searching with a UV light. The guy that did the service was friendly and answered all my questions. I plan to keep using Simply Green for the next few months so I feel more comfortable moving into this new house.

The other day I was walking from my living room to the kitchen and I accidentally kicked something... I looked down and saw a scorpion scurrying under the couch. I quickly grabbed a watering can and smashed it. Needless to say, I was trembling as I quickly searched on Yelp for a reliable pest control company. I called simply green pest control. They put my mind at ease.

After the first day of them spraying I haven't found any scorpions on my nightly scorpion hunts. They rock!

I've been a Simply Green customer for awhile.  I chose them because of the pet safe products and the good reviews on Yelp and have not been disappointed. every technician who has been to my house is quick, efficient, and friendly.  they take care to remember things about us including remembering to look out for our turtle who lives outside part of the year! flexible with appointment times.  Love them.

After I was stung by a wasp while doing yard work, I contacted Simply Green via yelp for an estimate. I was impressed by their ability to do a virtual quote, and the speed in which they were able to get a tech out to take care of my situation.

I was warmly treated by Joey, who was following all Covid protocols listed on the site, and he got right to work in removing my pesky wasp nest. While we were talking about the process, we both noticed that there were still wasps gathering at another bush in the yard. Upon investigation, Joey located another nest, and was able to remove most of it. I offered to grab my hedge trimmer so he could get better access to the nest, and in doing so, we located the main culprit, a huge wasp nest the size of my head. Joey was able to neutralize and remove all three wasp nests, address the wasps that were very curious about our motives, and he stayed to make sure we really got them all. I was impressed with his friendliness, his knowledge and the care he took to make sure both me and my dog were safe.

It has been almost a week, and there is not a wasp in sight! I highly recommend Simply Green, and I will be sure to use them for any pest issue in the future.

To be totally honest I think that exterminating companies are kind of a waste of money.

However when the wife finds a scorpion then she is going to demand an exterminator.

So here i am.

To me we live in Phoenix and therefore we are bound to find scorpions, spiders, and other bugs. We found a few over a few years but with having two kids under 2.5yrs she said no way. So I gave SG a call as they seemed more natural than other outfits.

The bug in the back yard have definitely gone down. Although is that because of SG or the heat? Dunno.

I dont know how to judge the effectiveness as to me we didn't have a problem to begin with. What I can say is that all three techs I've had have been super friendly and nice. They come and talk to you about what they are treating and note anything you specifically want them to address. Then they do their thing then come back and tell you their findings. Their reports are all online. If you call with a problem between visits then they will come out. Not only will the tech discuss with you but the office will also call.

While I dont really want to chat it up it is nice they follow up.

I had an issue with my card and they emailed and texted me saying it didn't go through. Thanks for not charging me a decline fee as my card had to be canceled due to a fraud alert. I've dealt with other places that just immediately go off the deep end with payments.

So yeah. Nice company as far as I can tell. A little more than the competition but... it seems to be working out so far.

Simply Green is hands down the best pest control in the Valley!  My husband and I moved into a house in Chandler and a few months ago saw a scorpion in the garage, we called Simply Green and they were able to come out the next day.  They sold us on the advantage of getting a yearly service with them which meant they would come out every other month and spray as well as come in between services if we see any more scorpions.

We knew that the previous owners of our house didn't keep up on the pest control so they mentioned to us that it might take a few treatments to fix our  small problem.  We had them come out on 7/5 for our bi-monthly service and since then we saw a few small ones in our house and after calling and speaking to Brittany she mentioned that they can't come back any shorter than 7 days from the service.  She called yesterday to check in and I told her we have seen 2 small ones, and she suggested they come out just to be safe. We have 3 small dogs and a baby so we wanted to make sure that our house was secure! (plus their product is safe for kids and babies)  

Shane came out to our house today and was extremely thorough in his service.  He walked through asking me where we have seen them, and said he would also do a dusting service outside.  I appreciate this company and every employee we have had at our house treats us like we are family!  

If you ever have to hire a pest control, RUN don't walk and hire Simply Green!

I contacted Simply Green via Yelp yesterday afternoon and had my first service completed today. My concerns were crickets, cockroaches, and scorpions. The intro call was very simple and they were able to schedule the appointment quickly.

Craig was my technician and he was wonderful! He called me before arriving and wore a mask and shoe covers which was appreciated. He confirmed the details of the service, asked if I had any questions or concerns, and was polite and timely from start to finish. He was even friendly with and cautious of my pet rabbit.

My only complaint is that a year contract was not mentioned whatsoever during my call. I was offered a great promotion without any details of the conditions. I work in sales, so I know the drill and was expecting a contract considering the nature of the service, but this should have been clearly explained before the service was scheduled.

However, it has only been a couple of hours since Craig was here and I've already come across a dying cricket (not stepped on). Happy so far!

We have previously been with another company for 15 yrs and their pest service steadily declines over the years. Simply Green came out and did the most thorough initial service we've ever had. I was  skeptical about their bi-monthly service, but it proved to be all we need. They don't water down their product. We haven't seen one insect since starting our Simply Green service. Especially scorpions that were in our house just before we called Simply Green. They proved excellent customer service and their techs are great. Their service is well worth the price.

Wow! I've never had to use pest control services before but I called Simply Green after reading the stellar reviews. Josh answered the phone in a cheerful,  upbeat way and I was instantly provided the wide range of critters that these folks maim for a living.

Sugar ants in the coffee sugar bowl this morning tipped me off my game and I was dismayed to hear Josh tell of potential hatchlings that might be lurking about my property. I don't do hatchlings, except my own.

I am excited to see how Simply Green will attack these ghastly issues, as I warned them the next option is a full payload of buckshot at my sugar bowl. As I told young Josh... I'm from Texas and we don't fire warning shots. Y'all stay tuned for a post-assassination update!

I called in the middle of the night because my granddaughter was stung by a scorpion at 2 AM in her bed.  To my delighted surprise they called back immediately and we set an appointment between 8-12 today Saturday 11/28/20.  They gave me peace of mind and  I thought what wonderful service. At 8 AM this morning I received a text telling me my time had been changed to 1-3 PM. When I called the number to discuss the time change all I got was a recording stating the office was closed until Monday.  I left a message that we had plans in the afternoon and cancelled the appointment. I am very disappointed in their service.  Now I'm looking for another pest control company and my granddaughter is terrified to sleep in that bed.

I originally called cause I found a black widow In my garage

So I signed a contract about 6 months ago
Since then more and more creepy crawlers are showing up

I called the office and they said that getting sprayed will force them out more

Well why did I get treatment in the first place of it just brings them out more

Plus I'm stuck in a contract

Why force someone into a contract if the service is good ?

Because it's not good and you need to pay if you want out

I woke up to a thick line of ants coming in from outside. I hate knowing there are ants in my house. I reached out to Simply Green yesterday morning(Friday), and had everything scheduled over yelp messaging! I couldn't speak on the phone, so messaging was the only option. Today(Saturday), Collin came out at the beginning of the provided two hour window. He was very personable and professional. Moved through my home thoroughly, and even explained to my 6 year old son that the spray he uses won't hurt him or our cats.

If you're reading this, use them. Great experience. Super fast, easy to setup, and quick job!

I actually called another pest control company to schedule a treatment but Josh was the first one to call me back. He was very engaging, professional and provided excellent customer service.
Because of him I scheduled with Simply Green.
Brandon and his assistant showed up today and were also very professional and educated us on several aspects of pest control  that we had no idea about!
Obviously this company takes customer service seriously and it shows!!

I've had the best pest control experience with Simply Green! I compared prices initially and their services are very affordable, and they don't force you into a contract which is nice. They are always really friendly, arrive exactly in the window they say they will, and are so communicative and easy to get ahold of. I've noticed a huge decline in the amount of pests (I mainly had roaches and scorpions) in/around my house since using them, and if you see anything in between services they will happily come back out to spray again. I've been so happy with this company and highly recommend to anyone in the area!

I've had Simply Green Pest Control servicing my house for 3 years now and they've always been great. Having a pet and a child, the last thing I wanted was a bunch of chemicals in my yard and house, I love that they take an all natural approach when keeping pests away. We haven't had any issues with scorpions, spiders, or any of those scary bugs everyone fears in AZ lol.

Shout out to Tyson who serviced my house most recently, he was super professional and his communication was top notch. I'm not physically in my house right now while it's being remodeled, but he was able to get it all done while keeping me in the loop through text. Thank you again!

Wow I DO like this company!!!  They are quick to respond, happy to work with you, very knowledgeable and extremely professional.  I have 3 properties in the Valley and they worked with my renters schedules and helped me find the right solutions for different pest issues.  I had a free termite inspection at each property and expected the over blown sales job but only one place, which we expected, needed treatment.  I got on a monthly plan with the other two for routine pest control and I'm very pleased with the affordable cost.  I recommended this company to friends and neighbors.

We started using Simply Green almost two years ago to help with a crazy amount of American roaches we were seeing in our backyard. Yuck! They did a great initial consult and have been on schedule and on time for as long as we've used them. We had a scare with termite swarmers last summer and they were able to walk us through a care plan that was affordable and helped remediate the problem. Between services, if we find ants or other pets, they are quick go get us on the books and talk through their game plan. Most importantly, they are also always considerate of our dogs and let us know what we need to make sure they're safe.

IF YOU HAVE A PEST CONTROL ISSUE BE SURE TO GET MULTIPLE QUOTES FROM MULTIPLE COMPANIES!

I contacted Simply Green Pest Control because I had evidence of termites in my home - drop tubes on my ceiling by the front door, and the occasional mud tunnel that would appear on my outside foundation.  I had high hopes for this company, because of their positive reviews.  Sadly, I would be disappointed because of the pricing games played by their sales department.

I was initially contacted by John, and a termite inspection was scheduled.  Scott was the technician who came out, and he was very polite and professional.  After getting several other quotes from other pest control companies, I was a bit shocked that Scott couldn't/wouldn't give me a price quote on taking care of my termite issue.  He indicated that I would be contacted by their sales department.

A short time later, I received a call from Josh in the sales department.  He quoted me $1230 for either Termidor spraying or installation of Sentricon bait stations.  He also said if I scheduled immediately, that my price would be $1000 for either.  I told him I would think about it over the weekend, and let him know.  Fast-forward to Monday, 8:30am, and I'm getting calls and texts from Josh - miraculously, the price has dropped again - now it's $820.  Again, I tell him I'm considering the options, and ALSO that I'm getting other quotes.  His reply was that maybe they could go lower, and that he would have to discuss it with his boss.....

As a customer, I want the best price you can give me, and I want it up front.  I don't want the price wavering and fluctuating based on how desperate (or in my case, not so desperate) I am to take care of a bug problem.  Termites eat SLOW.  If you have a termite problem, DO NOT be in a rush, DO NOT jump at the first company that shows up, and by all means, DO NOT accept the first price quote you are given.  

After calling out Josh on his pricing games, he told me you get what you pay for.  True, but we aren't talking about plastic surgery, restoring a classic car, or putting a man on the moon.  Six quotes to take care of my problem, and Simply Green was the most expensive, had the shortest warranty period, and the highest yearly renewal cost.  No thank you.

We have been using Simply Green for a few years now and couldn't be happier. When we moved into our house there was a ton of pest issues and since we have been using Simply Green's services, we had not had a SINGLE issue. They have always been on time, ready to work & **with a smile.** I am big on friendliness.. when I am in public and im helped/spoken to by someone with a smile, a friendly and  professional vibe, a genuine personality etc.... I always remember them. To me, great customer service skills stand out and make a huge impression. The employees at Simply Green have all of these traits. Good office staff. Good response time and hopefully a good treatment.  With termites one can not really know if it was performed properly until many months from now.  
I wasn't happy about the bait stations being buried under soil. It's comforting to see bait stations visibly installed around the perimeter of the property as visual proof the house is protected.  Not only for me but for potential new owners of my property.

These people really care and appreciate in helping their customers by getting the job done. They did determine that we had termites. Checking walls and spotting the signs of infestation. They also tried looking up on the AZ website when the last time our house was treated for termites and the previous company failed to list this on their report. They sent the estimator the following day on a time we could definitely be accommodated too. They don't believe in windows or blocks of time wasting the customers entire day like many of their competitors do. They answered all my questions and explained the procedures.  They cleaned up and cared to keep our house in great condition. They even wear show booties in our house!

Offered us a great warranty. My wife and I are going to give them our pest control service as soon as we can get out of our previous contract. It is also convent to have a local family business helping us.

I'm not easily impressed and I like getting what I pay for. I'm super happy with Simply Green and would recommend them to anyone. Why?

We have been **using them for over 2 years**. Every time we call, they are super friendly, responsive and helpful. When we need to reschedule a recurring appointment, no problem and they get our guy (Marshall) out in the next day or two. We call him our guy because after he was out to our house the very first time, it was obvious he has an ownership attitude, he genuinely cares about doing a great job, is friendly, responsive, communicative, knows his stuff and is a genuinely nice guy.

We live **near water**, so we had tons of cobwebs and spiders in our eves, around our French doors, under our patio covers and even inside the house up in corners and on chandeliers and on light fixtures. It was brutal to keep up with!! Even Marshall agreed it was bad at first and now that he has it under control, it's perfect - what a relief! Marshall knows our house inside and out. He knows where the problem areas are, what to look for and how to keep the problems away. He sprays up under our eves, uses an extension pole to get all the window frames outside, light fixtures, everywhere! Then, he comes inside the house with a clean extension pole and removes any webs from every nook and cranny, lights, corners, etc. We virtually never see them anymore. It's awesome! And, if we do spot one, we just tell him when he's out again and he takes care of it and treats the area. Super thorough! Always awesome when he brings out Scott also, he's a super good guy with the same attitude.

We signed up for the **recurring service** with Simply Green, which is a fantastic deal for all you get (recurring treatments and unlimited returns if necessary, no questions asked) and our problem was literally solved. No more cob webs, no live bugs in the house - you know, the occasional little silver-back bug, cricket or cockroach. No more! Occasionally I will find a dead one, but we haven't had a live bug in our house in over 2 years, it's awesome!

We have **dogs** who are like another couple kids, so we are always concerned about chemicals. No worries with Simply Green, their products won't harm humans or animals; they do recommend you let them dry before walking through them.

I've been approached by many **other companies** to change to their bug service. Not a chance I tell them, I'm super happy with my company. They ask who it is, I say Simply Green and the other company doesn't even try to persuade me, even they know how good Simply Green is. Gotta love family owned and operated businesses that truly care about their customers. Simply Green is that company. Highly recommended.

First time ever needing a pest control service,  but our new house had a backyard that brought some issues into play.
Scheduled an appointment with Simply Green (very quick and painless) and had a rep out 2 days later.
Our rep, Steven, was AWESOME. Steven was extremely thorough, explaining everything he was looking for and what his plan of action was. He was also very thoughtful when it came to our stuff, and making sure we were happy/comfortable with everywhere being sprayed.
Holy cow was he thorough when it came to the actual treatment.  You definitely have peace of mind when the job is done.

OK, here is the deal. We just got a little puppy, and the thing is not only a chick magnet, but a tick magnet........He would come in from outside, and we were pulling ticks off him and his brother for weeks. I went to Home Depot, and decided to self-exterminate my yard, using hundred of dollars worth of sprays, granules, that didn't work. I needed the professionals. We called Simply Green Pest Control, and they quoted us a price on the phone which was more that reasonable, and they were out here the next day. They were going to make 3 weekly trips to our house. They EXPLAINED everything they were going to do, then the DID it. After the first week, we could tell it made a difference. After the 2nd week, we could really tell a big difference. By the last application, these ticks are non-existent. We were so impressed, not only with the results, but by the employees professionalism, and knowledge. They arrived when they said they would be here, and COMMUNICATED via the phone to let us know this. Steven was the one that took care of our place, and did an outstanding job. Professional, knowledgeable, and very personable. Explained everything he was going to do, then did it. Due to his experience, we are going to get on a quarterly contract with Simply Green Pest Control. Thank you for the great service!

Just moved into a new house, and started noticing some issues with ants, spiders, and scorpions galore. My boyfriend literally had a huge scorpion drop from the ceiling and crawling on his shoulder. We were stressed out to say the least. After a stressful experience with a different pest control company who didn't show up for multiple appointments we decided to call Simply Green to come out and help us.

They quoted us a time for which someone would be out and they gave us a call when they were on their way which was super nice. Christian helped us out and was wonderful and very thorough in examining our house. He explained everything that he noticed in detail, treatments that he did and what we should expect for the upcoming weeks. Considering the stress of worrying about our dog getting stung and being uncomfortable in our new house we were so grateful for the service that we received from Christian and highly recommend this company. We started using Simply Green not long after we bought our house about 18 months ago due to finding a tick on our dog (weird... our vet couldn't figure out why we'd have ticks in our backyard either as we had just adopted him recently so it could've only really been our backyard). Also, our whole neighborhood had a bit of a roach problem around man hole covers and in backyards.
Anyways, Simply Green had a good introductory deal, and they have come out about every other month since then. They are extremely accommodating and work around your schedule (we have had to reschedule and postpone countless times) and they are always extremely friendly. We even had a bee hive that we had to have removed last year that Simply Green contracted with a company to remove. All around great business to work with.

I was convinced that I had bed bugs. Staff from Simply Green Pest Control were here within 24 hours for a free inspection. Thankfully, it is not bed bugs, but carpet beetles.  These guys did a very thorough inspection before coming to that conclusion. They told me what I could do to take care of the situation. Were they so inclined, they could have fleeced me for a lot of money. I would recommend them for ANY pest problem you may have. They are honest. They have my business well into the future.

We always feel taken care of. We switched to Simply Green from another provider about a year ago and are very pleased with the personal touch they bring. We had a couple of ant issues in the kitchen and they were so helpful and attentive, with personal calls after their visits to check in and quickly coming to fix the concerns.

We made the switch to Simply green a few months ago during the thick of Covid-19. I was so grateful they were still entering homes with every precaution taken seriously by all of their technicians. The office staff was always very helpful and accommodating with any scheduling issues and knowledgeable with any questions or concerns. All of the technicians that entered our home were professional, on time, were able to answer all questions and help us with any concerns. My appointment time wasn't a quick stop and I felt that every tech that was over took their time to really give us a great service. Their product being pet and child friendly was a huge concern of mine and i'm so thankful it is safe and effective for our home. Just had Casey perform our first insect treatment. I have to say I have never met a more thorough and professional company. Casey solved some mysteries for me of what kind of bugs that invaded our yard. He was so educational and so very nice.

The protection of treatment, let me say this... this company goes far and beyond for bug defense, they did not miss any areas, in fact coverage was way more than you could imagine. And to feel 100% safe for my pets (one is 5 lbs) is the best.

Their prices are wonderful. To sum this company up, I'd say this, it is the way one would hope a company to be, total customer satisfaction and they stand behind their product.

We had German roaches brought in by a family member who moved in. They were mostly in the kitchen and bathrooms but also all over the house...huge infestation. Simply Green did 4 treatments, and it was alot of work to empty out the kitchen... But very well worth the time and money paid!! The roaches are no longer here..completely gone and we are super impressed with the services provided. The techs that came were also very punctual and friendly. Thank you for the awesome detailed service and great follow-up!!

My experience with Simply Green has been great thus far. I spoke with Elizabeth and Addison over the phone. They were both knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. Addison even checked in on me to see if he could answer more questions and was able to get me on a more affordable maintenance plan.

My appointment window was between 11-2 and James was there by 12. He was polite and helpful. He was quick and thorough in his spraying, and even dusted away all of the cobwebs on the outside of our house. James answered all of my questions and was very kind to me, my kids, and the dog.

So far, I am highly impressed with this company. I look forward to being bug-free and will update my review once the products have started to work.

Simply Green has been servicing my house for the past 4 years, but my recent service with them was so exceptional that I had to write a review.

Very impressed with Christian who was our technician. I felt at ease with him right off the bat, which is super important when having any kind of technician enter your home.

He was very knowledgeable and incredibly thorough. Personable, but also helpful. It was very reassuring and informative to hear his expert point of view towards our pest situation. He informed us of what we can do to best prevent our cricket/roach problem from escalating.

I cannot say enough on Christian's fantastic service, professionalism, and just going the extra mile.

My husband and I just moved into a new house and I was very concerned about getting Pest Control ASAP to make sure we didn't have a ton of bugs in and around our house. I contacted five different companies in the area and Simply Green was by FAR the best! They messaged me immediately after I posted I was interested and were VERY thorough and clear in explaining their services to me and what each treatment does. They also had a great deal exclusive to those who find them on Yelp which cut my initial visit and intensive spray down to only $59! HIGHLY recommend going to them for your pest control needs!

Tyler was our tech for the termite work done on 08/25/2021.  He did a great job in all facets - answered my questions as we walked the perimeter of the home before he began the work, finished work in the estimated time, and cleaned the areas where he had drilled.  He was also very careful to drill in such a way that I did not have to pull up the pavers that abut part of the home's perimeter.  Simply Green was highly professional in all aspects of the transaction - highly recommended!

Super responsive and flexible with my crazy schedule. The person who came to spray was super nice and friendly. I'm grateful that they showed up in a mask and wore it inside the entire time they were here and spraying. I have had two different young gentlemen come and spray my home. They both have been extremely polite, friendly, and respectful. They get the job done well and fast. I will continue using this service and recommend it to friends and family.
The spray dries really fast and has no odor. I haven't seen any ants since their first job, my roommates have seen a few in the bathroom so I explained it to the guy and he was proactive in their bathroom by spraying it and using other traps to get rid of the ants.
He was clear about what I needed to do and how I can be preventive. He also made it clear we can call them anytime about any question, problem, or if we need service ASAP.

Originally, I signed up because I have two hamsters and was wary about companies using products that could harm them. I have been a customer with them for about 6 months and things have been great. They come every other month and spray the outside threshold and inside threshold of my house, garage and backyard. We are the only home in our row who hasn't seen scorpions so far this year! Our first few weeks in this house we had crickets in the garage but after 2 treatments, they are completely gone. They schedule the next visit and I get a text confirming when they come, it's minimal effort on my side which I love. I discussed with them what I would like done and what I don't want along with a multitude of questions which they were happy to answer.

Great work and really responsive! I filled out the online inquiry form Sunday night; I got a call back on Monday, and the technician was at my home on Wednesday. The person who called was very nice; and while he offered the year-long service first, he didn't pressure me when I asked for a one-time service. The technician, Chris, was friendly, helpful and efficient. He explained everything that would be done; then, he did it, and asked if I had any questions when he was done. Though I hope my pest problem is coming ver, I will use Simply Green again if I need them.

I reached out to a few pest control businesses on a Sunday night via Yelp hoping to hear back the next morning. Benjamin from Simply Green responded around 9 pm that same Sunday night! Wow! He was professional and courteous and set up an appointment for someone to call me at 7:30 the next morning. Totally different experience than when I called some of the large chain companies and sat on hold for 10-20 minutes just waiting for someone to answer. Josh called me right on time on Monday morning and was awesome. He definitely made me feel like he cared about my problem and sold me right on the call even though I almost always get at least 3 quotes for things like this. I felt comfortable going with Simply Green due to great reviews on several platforms, Benjamin reaching out to me darn near immediately after my Yelp message, my phone conversation with Josh, and the fact that Josh was able to send both a termite inspector AND a technician to spray for roaches the very next afternoon. I believe the price is fair and there was a discount for a new contract. Sherri came out to spray on Tuesday and she was fantastic - friendly, knew her stuff, made sure I understood everything she would do and let me ask questions, and she was sweet to my cats. They also sent everything via email as well as appointment confirmations via text and courtesy calls/texts when they were on their way over. I love supporting quality family owned businesses and I'm really glad I found this one!

I called and had them out, and talk about customer service Jody was amazing!We didn't  get the dogs out on time so he helped pick up our 90lbs dog so she wouldn't be exposed to the chemicals! AFTER CALLING MULTIPLE COMPANIES FOR DIFFERENT QUOTES SIMPLY GREEN GAVE ME THE BEST RATES!

My house is an older house and recently noticed that there were tube like tunnels near my front and back door.. after googling and asking around I finally realized it might be termites.

Josh is who helped me at Simply Green and because I am not experienced in this area he was able to set up a free inspection in a timely matter.  Sadly, it was termites and needed to be handled. I let the tech know I wanted sometime to shop around and felt no pressure.

Much like car shopping, I kept getting different prices because every company is different and when I asked one guy what they used it wasn't the same as some of the others.

Joshua gave me a call back and was super kind and friendly and was able to answer my questions because I started to learn a little bit about the process. I decided  I wanted only the best stuff for the safety of my kids and my dog.

I gave Joshua some of my quotes from multiple companies and thankfully he was able to give me a better quote so that I was ensured to get the best results for the money I was unexpectedly having to spend. He also informed me their company uses top of the line products to treat my home. That instantly made me feel better! I would definitely recommend this company. This was the first pest control company that I have tried in Arizona. And I will not be looking for any other companies since this one has really reached my expectations. I contacted them because I had an issue with roaches.
John has always been super helpful. He always answers my yelp messages as soon as possible and always reassured me. After my first spray, I started to notice small insects on my ceilings/walls (they were almost dead). I immediately contacted John with pictures and he responded quickly letting me know they were silverfish. He set up someone to come in with silverfish baits literally the next day since it was included my contract. They honestly have the best customer service and I will continue being a customer here!

Our experience with Simply Green so far has been wonderful. I sent a message to Simply Green and they responded within 10 minutes.  I spoke to one of the reps on the phone and they had someone out here within about a day.  The service was quick and easy.  They came out and did an evaluation and sprayed.  So far I haven't seen anymore bugs but I'm happy with my service so far!

I just had my first service by Simply Green and while it's too soon to judge effectiveness, I will say that their service is excellent. Mekenna was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly- she even put my recycling bin away for me! (It was pick up day) I love that their spray is plant-based and non toxic, and that it doesn't smell badly or leave stains.  So far, I'm very happy.

Very impressed so far with Simply Green.  Phone conversations setting up the visit and the team that came out have all been very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

I'm selling my house and Simply Green got me an appointment quickly. They called to see if they could come earlier than scheduled and that worked perfectly for me. The inspector was courteous, friendly and helpful. He did find termites but hey!  The office called within an hour to schedule the treatment for the next week and give me pricing that was greatly discounted which I really appreciated. I am most pleased with everything about this transaction. I highly recommend this company.

I called on a Monday, talked to a very professional who told me the prices and services they offer. Animal safety was my big thing.
The guy was on time explained everything he was going to do and why.  He put traps in my garage for scorpions, but the next day there was a snake in there.  I was so relieved to have them come to my home.  They are coming once a month and I truly believe the price is right for what they do.  They are locally owned and small business and it is my pleasure  to give them business and I have already told my neighbors.

Whole experience was great start to finish. Needed someone to check out a new situation by our pool as well as do an annual service. I looked on yelp and messaged a few different companies. Brian got back to me immediately and i explained what was going on. After i got a reasonable quote, he was able to schedule me a couple days later. Nicholas was great!  He came in the 2 hr time window provided and explained the process to me. Gage is amazing, always on time, always listening to bug issues we are having, this week its spiders, asking where we see them and what we're are seeing.  Very knowledgeable and  extremely respectful. I feel 100% comfortable having him come into our home when I'm by myself,  ( I work from home) and if I tell him this he is super quiet and I dont feel as I need to follow him around making sure he is being honest. I just go back to work and he does his thing and is on his way.

I hope he is made aware that we think hes awesome.

The price is reasonable and thankfully they keep track of when they need to come out,  usually a few days before we get the reminder text I'm saying ok... I think it's time to have pest control come out because im seeing.... and  everytime within a few days im getting the text reminder.

We were having some pest issues a few weeks ago & after posting my concerns, Simply Green IMMEDIATELY responded to me via yelp & personally.. They were completely understanding, kind & explained the cause of the issues in great detail.. They came out the following day and did their part to remedy our scorpion problem.. The chemicals they used this time definitely did the job this time around. They truly handled my complaint & situation professionally & most of all they were concerned & passionate about fixing the problem.. I really appreciate these guys & the way they do business. I understand that pests can be difficult to get rid of & you will occasionally still see them even with pest control, but I am confident & comfortable with Simply Green. Thank you guys! I just did a google search and found Simply Green Pest Control was the first one to answer.  I was freaked out because we got bed bugs from a box that came from the food bank.  Luckily they were able to come out right away and start treatment.  I learned a LOT about bed bugs.  They were so informative and informational and the treatment worked.  They are gone!!!  They did such a good job that we signed a year contract for them to continue to treat our house inside and out.  I am glad we did!  I highly recommend Simply Green.  They were patient with us and all our questions and did a great job.

I would whole heartily recommend Simply Green for your pest control issues.  From calling to make the initial appointment to having Josh come to the house, to the follow up call.  It was super easy and everyone I spoke to was knowledge and not one bit pushy which is important to me.
Josh come, he was in uniform, clean, and smiling even though it was hot as blazes that afternoon.  He explained (again) the natural products he'd be using in the house. Once he was done outside he told me what he found and what products he used there.  He brushed the house down both under the roof overhang (not sure what that's called) and all our windows.  I was very happy with his service and the company as a whole.

Being from NYC , I don't like all the pests they can kill you in Az ! These guys make me and my family feel safe ! We live in the mountains in a desert preserve in Scottsdale . Simply green went to the property inspected and exterminated before we moved in . That was 6 months ago . From the littlest problem to the largest they come on a days notice without a scheduled appointment . They make me and my family comfortable and safe . They are very reasonably priced and it's all safe and natural . My wife and 2 kids and 3 dogs never feel uncomfortable by the chemicals they use and my wife has phobias with certain chemicals . This is the only pest service I will ever use or need ! The manager Christian became a family friend . All of his knowledge and experience made him very easy to address my families concerns at a moments notice . If you live in the dessert your only saving grace is simply green . They are safe and affective .

Simply Green Pest Control is by far the best pest control company in AZ. David, Brad and Jesus are professional, on time, and very thorough.

We contacted Simple Green Pest Control through Yelp because we were having a cricket/ant problem in and outside our house.  After the first visit we haven't seen 1 cricket; after the second visit they found the source of ants and took care of it on the spot.

We have two dogs and also love that Simply Green Pest Control is safe for us and our pups. I have nothing but good things to say about this company and recommend them to anyone with a pest problem.

I've been with Simply Green for almost two years. Ahwatukee has had issues with scorpions with the build out of the new freeway but I haven't had ANY issues since using these guys! They are thorough, professional, friendly and spend a lot of time getting the nooks and cracks in the the block wall and roof area (yellow jackets). They always offer to spray the garage and spend time in there moving around and making sure every spot is treated! They're easy to work with in scheduling and always responsive to emails and phone calls. Will be sticking with them for the long haul!

This service is a bimonthly, call in between if you need kind of service. I love that they communicate via text. It helps when trying to schedule appointments and questions. They seem to be very customer service oriented. I would love to have a monthly service over bimonthly to fill in between gaps when the season or weather changes and potentially washes away the pest control. They are the priciest pest control I have had.

Brand new to the Arizona landscape and was glad to have someone as knowledgeable as Chad to take care of all our pest concerns. We walked in to our new home with a few upturned beetles and cockroaches and knew right away that we needed to get any issues addressed ASAP. This company is awesome!!!! I recently moved out on my own and an exterminator was the last thing on my mind until I found wolf spider eggs on my back porch. Immediately I went on google and searched for an exterminator and Simply Green was the one with the best reviews so I went with them. BEST DECISION!! They got me an appointment 2 days after I called. Great response time! Craig was the exterminator that came to the house and was very personable and a very friendly guy! We chatted a bit as he sprayed down the house and he is an all around awesome guy! He kindly explained everything that he did, explained the spray they use making sure it is pet friendly and does not have alot if chemicals as they are more earth-friendly. Joshua came by my house to perform a termite inspection and provided me with a quote. Immediately made an appointment with him to get the job done ASAP.

Two days later, Brad came by to perform the agreed termite services. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I usually like to watch services being done around my property so I was around observing for most of the job. Brad was very thorough with the entire process from inspection, preparation, and execution. Holes in cement were filled and trenches tidied up before he left.

Very impressed with the termite service of Simply Green Pest Control. I'll have to wait a few months to see if termites activity dies down.

I've used Simply Green Pest Control for about a year and a half now w great results! After I moved in I found 2 scorpions in the house and freaked out! They came to my house quickly and took care of the problem. I haven't seen a creepy crawly since. Today, I woke up to a bunch of bugs and was so glad that I was having service today anyways. I called and described the problem. I got a call from Christian letting me know he was on the way. He recommended what I should do and took care of it immediately. I think the bugs got the message!

Simply Green comes out every other month, unless I need them to come out and spray between months. Not every time do I have the same person come and spray, but everyone that has come does great. They come in do what they need to do, update me if needed and they're done. They are in and out while doing what is needed to be done in a timely manner. I recommend their service 10/10.

Of all the nasty little pests that can invade a home, one of my clients had cockroaches.  They had used two other well known pest companies in the past, with no success...or relief.  A close friend of mine highly recommended Simply Green, so I immediately called and I was so happy that Ben picked up (nothing is worse than getting a recording where you have to go through 18 prompts and buttons just to get a real person on the line; or a recording, (basically) saying, Sorry we're not sorry, it's after normal business hours, but feel free to go to our website ....or getting some random call center rep who doesn't really know and doesn't really care)!!  

There's a reason they have the excellent reputation they do...

Ben took the time to explain the product, treatment, and plan (only two were necessary for this particular issue, spaced a couple weeks or a month or so apart) in detail and answer every single one of my questions (I ask a lot of questions).  I can honestly say, I have never been so impressed with a business owner taking the time he did to talk to me...and for being as knowledgeable, thorough, personable and accommodating; his tech was at the property the next day and I can also honestly say, I have no idea how they did it...but they did it!!!  We went from AT LEAST 6-8, usually more, cockroaches (dead and/or alive) PER WEEK, to literally only ONE (dead) between treatments.  It's been months since the second/final treatment, and there has not been a single cockroach (or any other bug for that matter) in or around that home since.  TRULY AMAZING.  

So now, naturally, I will only use them and I recommend them to everyone I know.  They are the only company that I (personally) will ever use or trust in my home, not only because of their excellent customer service; quick response time; awesome, conscious/careful, timely, and friendly technicians (Brad rocks!!); their incredible ability to effectively rid the pests from the very first treatment (we do the standard plan to keep the average, everyday little guys away - bugs, spiders, etc); I could go on and on and on....but the biggest and most crucial aspect for me, is the amazing product(s) they use.  

My dog has Valley Fever and there is no way I would ever let anyone else into my home who sprays harmful, toxic chemicals; affecting my dog's health and essentially, his life.  Or ours, obviously.  I've used other companies in the past; so many techs have been sloppy; whatever they sprayed had a horrible, lingering odor; it would dry white (even though they said it shouldn't have) and take time I didn't have to clean it off the walls and tile; and at the end of the day, didn't even get rid of the pests/bugs they sprayed to get rid of.  

Simply Green is 100% natural, non-toxic, completely odor free, SAFE & EFFECTIVE.  I cannot praise this company enough (from their people to their products), recommend them enough, or thank them enough.  If you're looking for the best, you just found them.  You're welcome :-)

I have been using simply green for several years. I have small children and animals in my home, and also own a holistic pet supply store. So partnering with a pest control company that focuses on safe eco-friendly products was a no-brainer For both the treatment of my home and business. Hello everyone. I don't write reviews often but Tristin did such a great job I wanted to share.  He put plastic around his shoes before entering and he had his mask on.  He was thorough and careful applying the treatment for my termites.  He took his time to explain the treatment process. All good customer service stuff, but one extra bonus that motivated me to write this review, and that is, I felt like he was really passionate about his job. Found these guys on Yelp, extremely friendly and attentive to what we needed. Moved into a new house, had a cricket infestation that took several trips for Simply Green to handle... they came out for re-services free of charge, just as they promised. Their product took care of the problem, now we have them on regular maintenance with no pest issues.

Customer service is fantastic, they follow up each visit with a call a day or two later to ensure everything is satisfactory. Well run local business, prices are competitive - would highly recommend.

We are new to Arizona and scorpions. We knew when we purchased our home that we had to have regular service and did our research by asking neighbors, looking at yelp reviews and following recommendations on Facebook. We decided to go with Simply Green for a few reasons.  1) they were extremely responsive;  2) they were one of the most professional companies we had spoken with; 3) it was clear from our conversations they were extremely knowledgeable and happy to educate their clients.

After our first service, We asked Simply Green to come out and service the exterior again as the property hadn't been regularly serviced prior to us acquiring it.
We were seeing an increase of scorpions after the initial spray, however They assured us that this was normal as we were disturbing their environment.  With that said, they offered to come out within 48 hours and respray the exterior at no charge. We are confident that we made the right choice.

We have had two visits now from the guys and have been very pleased.
They have been pleasantly early both times. They are presentable, cleanly dressed and easily identifiable in their uniforms and company vehicles that all match.
They made sure to adhere to my requests about the back gate, regarding my dogs safety. Afterwards they shut the gate and put the lock back on!
They are friendly, and made sure to tell me everything regarding my dogs interaction with the chemicals.

I am writing this review after 2 services. These guys are excellent. Day 1 spray was very effective. I had recently moved into my home and I saw small insects dead and also saw a scorpion on its back(dead of course). The treatment was very effective and I haven't seen any bugs ever since. The second visit by Derek also was good. He was very kind and waited for me as I had forgotten that he was going to arrive. On my request he sprayed the inside of the home as well. Very accommodating. I really like this service. It's very convenient to work with simply green. Also, I should mention their portal keeps sending reminders in my email(just a suggestion: publish a calendar on your portal that I could add to my calendar so it's on my calendar and I don't have add it or I forget to add it. )

I really appreciate the customer service reps Simply Green has. They answer the phone very professionally and have a really awesome positive attitude. I had gotten a quote from another company for $25 less than what Simply green had quoted me and I still chose Simply Green! This was because when I spoke to Elizabeth over the phone she took the time to listen to what I had to say and she knew all about my situation and explained to me what I needed, why I needed it, and how this was going to solve my probably. With that type of reassurance and customer care paying the extra $25 was totally worth it.

Simply Green is simply the best! We just moved in to a new unfinished housing development. With land being dug up around us periodically & new landscaping being put in pest control can be a sporadic task. Because of this, we have had to change our schedule with them a couple times and they have always been flexible and understanding.

We had a bedbug scare (we found one so, obviously, I was pretty sure we were infested). James came out to check our house. He made sure to verify the bug we found was in fact a bedbug and was very thorough inspecting our house to make sure to not find anymore. It was likely a rouge bedbug picked up from somewhere else.

Today we had Brad come and spray our home. We will now request him each time. He is hysterical, very intelligent, thorough and careful, and a pleasure to work with. Thank you Brad!!

We had a hiccup with an inspection that we requested for a home that my husband and I were buying. Turns out we didn't get what we asked for the first time around so we had to call and pay for a second inspection. My husband and I were very frustrated but Christian did a perfect job of making things right with a thorough termite inspection. Simply Green has been servicing my house for 6 months now and I'm very impressed with the results. Prior to my first service, I had been seeing large American roaches in my kitchen near the sink and in my cupboards (2 or 3 per week), plus in my garage and yard, smaller baby roach-like bugs in my upstairs shower most nights, as well as a pervasive amount of crickets in my garage and throughout the house. I had put up with these pests for at least a year or two, based on another organic pest control company I had used about 5 years ago who told me nothing we can do about the American roaches, they come in from outside. Well that's complete bs!!! Since Simply Green came out, ZERO roaches near the sink/cupboards/in the shower, and only the occasional dead cricket or roach anywhere else, including outside! I highly recommend their service plan. It's totally worth it to not worry anymore about when these annoying gross things will run out from their hiding places, scare the crap out of my kid, and turn me into an angry bug killer!

Have used this company for a couple years now for our pest control. We really like them. Josh came yesterday and did a thorough service, even replaced our glue traps in the garage for us. He was quick, as I had to leave (normally they come when we aren't home and do the outside - inside is done only if you need/want it after the annual inside treatment). Update: DO NOT USE THEM!!!  One star for spraying and brooming the outside roof. No stars for customer service. Talk about an attitude. When I advised we were locking the dogs up in my daughters room since she was still asleep and can't spray her room today, he gave me attitude and snarking remark: Well, then I have to tell you I'm going to have to wear a ventilator if you want your inside sprayed.  EXCUSE ME?!!!!  I'M PAYING THE SAME PRICE EITHER WAY. I responded, yea, okay, the inside needs to be sprayed. He was NOT happy. So he did the job and then when he was done, I asked if I needed to sign like usually and he responded with the same attitude, no, we are not taking signatures right now. I said cool and he left. Now I'm trying to cancel and you guys refuse to cancel my account. We have used you for over a year and continually call to ask for heads up on when you are coming...but nothing again today. We have asked numerous times for the same person to come spray and days and times are flexible and yet we HAVE A DIFFERENT PERSON EVERY TIME! Is this because everyone is quitting? Either way, I will NEVER use this company and now looking for a company that cares about its' customers.

Wow;)!!!! I am thoroughly impressed on every level of this company. A yelp message was responded to immediately by one of the owners, a call to schedule inspection and service was setup the following day by an extremely knowledgeable receptionist, a professional technician arrived today and thoughtfully and skillfully treated the exterior and interior of my home. My greatest concern was the toxicity of the chemicals and the chemical proximity to my three dogs but every concern I had was addressed and the technician (Josh) was a true expert and fellow dog lover!!!! I would recommend this company to anyone that requires quality products with absolute professionalism!!!!

So far, I'm very very pleased. Everyone was very prompt in responding to my questions, whether they were via yelp or over the phone. Within a day of my quote request, Arturo came out and sprayed the inside and outside of my house. He was polite and thorough, and very friendly with my dog. He thoroughly explained everything he did and answered all of my questions. Three hours after he sprayed, I found this guy (see photo) belly up on my back patio, so I'm very pleased with the effectiveness so far. Especially with the yelp discount, they are competitively priced, but I loved the safety of their chemicals around my pup (and my husband's and my lungs!). Would definitely recommend my experience so far.

Guys. I never thought I would be so happy about pest-control. I am just going to come out and say it, I had an issue with bedbugs. First of all, what a stressful, embarrassing, gross thing to happen to someone. And yet, I am happy. I called Simply Green based on their good ratings, and the proof is in the pudding. The front office girls are the sweetest and so helpful. The guys who came out were amazing. They could tell I was shaken and upset and were really kind and informative and took the time between each treatment (a total of 3) to call and text me to see if I was still getting bit or seeing any more bugs. I seriously have not shut up about them since they came to inspect my house.

I am, unfortunately, in the middle of dealing with another pest-control company for an unrelated issue, and just having the worst experience, and it just really goes to show that Simply Green does go above and beyond. If it wasn't for the warranty purchased by the previous owner, I wouldn't waste my time with the other company and would work with only Simply Green.

If you are in need of pest control, I highly recommend these guys. No hard sales pitch, always friendly and available-just a very well-run company, who produce great results and have a very fair pricing. Thank you!

So we just had simply green pest controll come out. Joshua was our technician and let me tell you he was wonderful! By far one of the friendliest and well mannered technicians I have met in a long time! He was very thorough with what he did, he coated all baseboards and walked our house both by himself and with us to point out problem areas and hot spots! I highly recommend simply pest and request Joshua! Such a friendly young man! So happy with our services!!!

The thing we love most about Simply Green is their level of customer service. We called at least four other pest control services and NONE of the other ones ever returned our calls or picked up when we called. When we called Simply Green, we were greeted by a friendly person who gave us all the information we wanted. I also love their online portal where you can see/sign your contract, see any updates, and where you can do all the payment. The person that came out for our initial inspection, Mason, was very professional and thorough. I really appreciated all of his detailed notes about what all was done. He was also very knowledgeable about pests and the products that he was using.

While the price for this company is not the cheapest, we ended up deciding to go with them simply because we had the peace of mind that this company is run well and customer-focused. We think that's definitely worth a few more dollars every couple of months. We look forward to keep working with this company.

We just had our first pest control spray today. We had an ant problem and they accommodated is in their schedule the day we called, and on a Saturday. We were so impressed they worked us into their schedule. Josh came out and did a great job! He made sure everything was sprayed and looked around for any other problem areas. It was very easy to set up an initial service with Simply Green. Customer service and administrative response was prompt, friendly, organized, and clear. The technician arrived right on time. He was friendly, volunteered information, and treated all the areas we'd discussed. He was reassuring and thoughtful, and I felt really good about the whole experience.

However, I just received a follow-up email from the company that included the following: WANT $5 OFF YOUR NEXT SERVICE? If you want Simply Green to tip [technician name] on your behalf go ahead and leave him a review on one of our social media sites such as Google, Facebook, or Yelp! Leave the review on whatever social media or search engine you use most! If you do it within 2 business days we will add a credit on your account in the amount of $5!!!

SO - I want Yelp to work with transparency and without incentive for customers to add positive reviews or pad their ratings. This kind of offer counters that and weakens the power of review sites like Yelp, which I rely on for legitimate feedback. I'm disappointed in the use of this approach by a company I so far, otherwise, have felt very positively about. I don't want $5 off. I want a company to trust its reputation enough not to try to incentivize people for what should be honestly-inspired appreciation.

Great locally owned pest control company. We chose them because they use products that are safe for our daughter and dogs. Their customer service is excellent just like all the other reviews say. I called after 9pm one night to have them come out to resolve our cricket problem. They (the crickets) were really interrupting us watching GOT. James came out a couple days later, was super courteous and did a good job. A few days later we still heard some from our kitchen area so they sent out Chad 2 days after I called for another treatment. We're really glad we chose Simply Green. Gotta love the money back guarantee too.

We had an issue with scorpions in our home, and decided to use Simply Green Pest Control because of their proximity to our home and use of safe, plant-based chemicals. The initial visit included a full treatment of both the inside & outside of our home. The second treatment one month after consisted of just the outside perimeter and the garage. Both times the service was completed very fast, and the technicians were very friendly and efficient. Art was who came yesterday for the second treatment, and we couldn't be happier. After the initial 1-week flush-out period, we have never seen another scorpion. And being pregnant, it's important for us to know that the treatments are safe and nontoxic to humans. I highly recommend them to anyone!!

Working with simply green was easy, and both the person who gave us the work estimate and the technician Brad were honest and professional. We have a pretty bad scorpion issue in addition to termites. We've dealt with scorpions and various pest control companies, and it is was refreshing to not hear false promises. Brad did a great job of both minimizing the appearance of the termite treatment and thoroughly spraying for scorpions (in case you are unfamiliar the termite treatment sometimes requires drilling and holes into the cement near your house). Will continue with I do business with, and recommend this company.

Horrible company I'm confused as to how they get such good reviews. They claim that their products are organic but they are not they are toxic also when you call into the office you can hear guys laughing and music with profanity. I wish that I never signed up with them as they tricked me into signing a contract and threatened to charge me a cancellation fee because I just don't want to use them anymore.

Although my boyfriend and I have never left a bad review, we are shocked by all of the five star reviews considering our experience with this company was so bad.

We moved into a new place and immediately determined we had a really bad cockroach problem. We called Simply Green and one of the technicians came out to our property and was very pushy about signing an annual contract. We insisted we only wanted the one spray and he seemed turned off by it. He gave us a long winded sales pitch and then asked us if we memorized our credit card number.

Once he finally started spraying, he sprayed very minimally inside and outside of the house and said he found one cockroach. He insisted that he needed to come out regularly and once again gave us his sales pitch. We declined and throughout the day and the next day, we continued to have live roaches in our house. Feeling really uncomfortable with the services provided, we called another pest control company to come out. When they came out, they sprayed significantly more outside . When they did that, hundreds of roaches came crawling out our walls. When we called Simply Green to complain, he apologized and created a story about how the City of Gilbert must have flushed out their pipes in the last day which caused these roaches to just recently find a home at our property even though we had roaches weeks before. We found this story was just an excuse for lazy service. Once again, we are shocked by the great reviews for this company. There are better companies out there.

Simply Green Pest Control has been very helpful. We had issues with scorpions, spiders, and pests. They just completed the second treatment. Joshua came by the house late on a Saturday to do the treatment. We had an incident with a scorpion the day before so they came out quickly for the second treatment to take care of it. They've been great to work with and are very responsive. Treatment is great and Joshua was very helpful in answering questions and providing great customer service.

My husband and I just moved down to AZ from WA in June. We bought a house and soon found out about our scorpion issue. We called Simply Green Pest Control and honestly received the BEST service from Christian! He's very professional and taught us so much about how the product works and all the things we can do inside the house to help fix the problem! Let me preface this with letting you know that I have actually not had any service actually done at my house yet (will have full service in a few days).  This specific review is for the extremely helpful, friendly and attentive salesman that I spoke to yesterday when I called to inquire about Simply Green.  Greg Harold honestly was the reason I signed with Simply Green.  He was patient, personable, knowledgeable and put no pressure on me to commit.  I have become cynical these days with a lot of sales staff but Greg put me at ease and made the experience seamless.  If the actual prevention service is as good as the salesmanship then Simply Green will have a very loyal customer!

I'm reviewing after a single service appointment and will update if things change. I initially reached out to Simply Green through yelp, they promptly replied and set me up with service over the phone. Brad showed up on-time the next day (with a heads-up call beforehand). He was friendly and patient as I walked him through my needs. He explained all the measures he would take to get control of our pest situation and all the products they use (pet/kid safety was one of my concerns). I can already tell the products are effective, since there are a bunch of dead critters on our back porch the day after.

This is my first time using a pest control service, so I don't have any idea how their pricing compares to the industry at large. The maintenance plan seemed reasonably priced to me. They offer one-off services, but those seem significantly more expensive, which was sort of a bummer, but I think I'll benefit more from using a monthly maintenance plan anyway. Overall I'm very pleased with Simply Green so far and would recommend them to friends/family.

This is a top notch company with excellent technicians, who are knowledgeable and friendly, and great customer service. I am disappointed that to learn they are unexpectedly no longer servicing my area. While I did not appreciate the lack of the notice, the co-owner of Simply Green did reach out to me and apologized directly, and understands the situation could have been better handled. Amazing and reliable service. When I first moved into my new house, I had a huge issue with scorpions. After the first time Simply Green came to treat my home 2 years ago, I never saw a scorpion again. Jody just stopped by the house today for my regular scheduled service and was quick, efficient, and professional. Holy smokes these guys are terrible. I called them for a quote, and they said someone would call me back in 5-10 minutes. Nothing. Next day I miss numerous calls while at work. I call them when I get off, giving them another chance because of how good their reviews are. They quote me a price for a one-time treatment, and I mention the yelp coupon ($39 for $95 or something like that). The guys tells me that the one-time treatment doesn't qualify for the coupon, though nowhere does it say that on the coupon. The guy makes me feel bad for a while about it saying he can't accept the yelp coupon that's still on the page as I'm writing this. I asked him what he expected, for me to pay more when they are advertising a deal? I asked him if he thought that seemed right. He hmmed and hawed some more, then I had to suggest maybe he talk to someone who could fix the situation then call me back the next day, after 4 when I was off work. A week later and no one has called, and the Yelp discount has not been updated to reflect the limitations he attempted to impose upon me. I'm really confused how such a disrespectful staff and disorganized company has such good reviews. Did I just get really unlucky? I don't think anyone should be disrespected like that for mentioning a coupon displayed prominently on someone's front page. Thanks guys, that was a SUPER experience.

We have had a great experience with Simply Green. It has been about a year they have been servicing our home and I could not be happier with the service. Any issues we have had with pests they have been very responsive and come out to treat quickly.

Marshall is our favorite technician so far. He takes the time to talk to us about our needs and treats our home to address the issues. He seems very knowledgeable and he is great with our dog too. :)

This is a wonderful company with fantastic customer service! Everyone I'd dealt with has been so friendly. Ben was very helpful when I called to inquire about their plans, and helped setup something up to accommodate our unusual situation. Brad, who showed up promptly at the beginning of our two-hour window, was very knowledgeable and explained exactly what he was doing and what we could expect to see after treatment. I appreciate his patience and understanding as I tried to herd my dogs in and out of the house. All in all, I highly recommend this company based on my experience thus far.

We have recently switched to simply green and so far it has been a great move. They do bi monthly but during the summer I asked if we could get done monthly and they said it would not be a problem. Every technician that has come out already knows whatever the situation is and makes sure to really look and treat that area a little more. I don't even have to ask if they can treat a certain area a little more they just do it and let me know they sprayed heavy in that area of concern. I also like how they dust the block fence after they spray as part of their service, our last company we had to pay extra for it. I would highly recommend them if your looking for a company that puts a focus on your concerns.

John was great when I initially called to get pricing. He completely sold me on the company just by his customer service alone. He took the time to listen to my concerns that I've had with previous companies and the price point was perfect.

Brad, our technician, came out two weeks ago to do our initial service. He called 30 minutes before arriving, which was extremely helpful having two large loud dogs and a napping infant. He explained what he was going to do and what to expect after the initial service.

I really like these guys.  They are true professionals.  We began our relationship through a Yelp coupon for their service.  Due to some misunderstandings about the offer I was slowly escalated to one of the owners.  Not only was he courteous, but he worked with me to solve the situation.  I own a small business called Blitzify for getting people free local automotive service price quotes, priding ourselves on a great customer experience.  Not only did I learn a few things from these guys regarding customer service, but they also gained my respect as a very reputable company that I am proud enough to pass there name and reputation by everyone I know.  It's not often I walk away from a company thinking they exceeded my expectations, but I walked away saying WOW, I'm glad I worked with them.  Believe me, you won't be disappointed by their work and you might even join me saying WOW, I'm glad I gave them a chance...If you're looking for s good pest control, call them, you won't be let down.

The customer service with this company is beyond anything I've seen with companies today!  The service tech has always kept us in the loop if they are running close to the end of the time frame quoted.  I've never had anyone do that.  On the first service he called to let me know he was stuck behind an accident and would be at the end of my time frame or a little after.  Most wouldn't care to let you know that.  I called after hours one evening because I missed a call from the service tech.  An office staff member called me the next day to make sure everything was okay.  Hands down above the rest!  I loved them so much I recommended them to a friend a few days later.  She had nothing but good things to say about them also!

I was really happy with the service I received from Simply Green Pest Control starting from the service over the phone all the way to the technician (named Chad) that came to my house,  Chad walked me through everything he was going to do and took time to answer all of my questions. Derek had been amazing every time he comes out.  He is so considerate, I have an infant and a dog that loves to bark.  Instead of ringing the doorbell, he just texts me when he's here to make sure he doesn't wake the baby.  He's also easy to talk to whenever you are having issues with a particular bug. He's also so nice to the dog, even letting him just follow him around when he's inside (and he's a big dog so that's a big deal! ) I could not ask for better service

Found a scorpion in our house late last night, contacted Simply Green Pest Control right away due to a house member being severely allergic. They contacted me within an hour to schedule for the following day. Will and Christian went over entry points and tips for maintenance after a quick inspection, treated the inside and outside, then went back over and showed us each treatment for each area of our property. This team is wonderful. I absolutely LOVE working with them and they truly go above and beyond. They sweep down webs on the outside (that they can feasibly reach) and ensure every inch of the inside and outside is covered.

I wanted to wait about a month before writing a review because immediately after a treatment, it's impossible to tell how effective it is.  I am so happy we chose Simply Green to tackle our scorpion problem.  We just moved into our home, and to Arizona, and thus we were completely new to living amongst these lovely creatures.  Within the first two weeks of being in our new home, I found two outside.  I explored every option from treating ourselves to sealing our home, and decided to give SG a try based on their fantastic reviews.  I am so glad we did.  We have found a few scorpions since their initial service (done by Art who was wonderful and very thorough!) and they've all either been dead or on their last leg - limp and barely able to move a limb or curl their tail(?).  Clearly their treatment is stirring them up, and more importantly, killing them. Not a single one that has been found (both visually and with a black light at night) has been scurrying around.  We just had our second service with Chad (so friendly and also quite thorough!) and I'm so appreciative for the peace of mind we have now.  I'm very pleased with Simply Green.

Simply Green Pest Control is great, and I would absolutely recommend to everyone! They are professional, kind, and have great customer service. Setting up an appointment is easy and they really work with your schedule. James came to our home and could not have been nicer, he went above and beyond to handle any concerns that we had. The service itself was great, he was on time, and we had no problems since they came to handle our house. We have had three services in the last few months and every time our experience has been great. Marshall did a fantastic job not only with treating the entire home and yard, but also explaining what he was using and why he was using it. He is very personable and I feel comfortable with him visiting my home when I am not here to take care of my pest needs.  He sprayed inside the home and within the garage to what he could get to considering we had quite a few boxes from just moving a couple days ago. He mentioned that he would be more than willing to respray any areas inside the home and garage that he wasn't able to get to because of our items when he returns in a month. Great service, I am very happy with my choice to use y'all.

We have been very happy with Simply Green so far. We were being overrun by crickets and then caught a scorpion in the house, so we got quotes from several companies. Although it wasn't the lowest quote we got, Simply Green's pricing was very competitive and we decided to try them based on all the positive reviews. They have been extremely easy to do business with. They send reminders before they come so you know exactly when they will show up. The technicians have all been very prompt, polite and knowledgeable. And best of all, they have completely resolved the cricket problem.

Have been using this company for the past year for my home and they have been nothing but professional and more. They go above and beyond for their customers from asking if you'd like a head up call in their ETA to follow up reviews. My husband thought he found a termite path in a tree in our yard and SG came out to do a free inspection and in fact found a path right in our home. As bad as this situation was they really aimed to please us as existing customers. Nick who did the inspection is my regular service provider and he is friendly and knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain everything. He was at my home for this inspection on a Friday at 4pm and told me I probably wouldn't hear from the office until Monday regarding the quote on the cost for these termites. Sure enough at 5:15pm Josh, from the office, called me and reviewed all the details and the services and went above and beyond to accommodate us both financially and with scheduling at our earliest convenience. Keep in mind this is after 5pm on a Friday during the holidays season. I have worked in the customer service industry for 15 years and I am highly impressed with the company and both Nicolas and Josh. We are happy to continue using their business.

I found simply green through the yelp search. I requested a quote and they responded within the hour. They set up a convenient time within a few days and Christian came out to assess our situation. It was crazy bad with tons of flying ants in the master bathroom!! Taking a shower with ants is just gross. Christian was friendly, took time to listen to my issues and then went above and beyond with the service he provided. I had to call 10 days later as the pests weren't all the way gone and Christian returned quickly and sprayed again and even said I could text with a Photo of the ants to make sure we had the right species. The pest gradually went away and now I have only seen one but they were back today. Christian also gave suggestions on what to do to further protect our house from pests walking me around my property and showing me areas that could be beefed up. I am so happy with Simply Green!  Thank you Christian!!!

I called Simply Green because we were moving to a new home that had been vacant for nearly a year and my husband screamed like a girl when he found a giant spider upstairs.  They were able to send Josh out within hours of my call to do a thorough initial spraying inside and outside!  He also cleared out all the spider webs that had accumulated and explained his system to my grateful husband.  The next day, a representative called to make sure that we were happy with their service so far, which was such a nice touch.  Their scheduled spraying programs are affordable and guaranteed and my husband was very happy to see the dead bugs all over the following day.

First treatment done last week - both interior and exterior. Spoke at length with Greg prior to scheduling, as I was determined to only hire a company that was not going to put my health at risk with toxic products. Greg assured me of this and sent me information on all the products, which was a huge relief. Greg was right - there is no nasty chemical odor like all these other companies that use traditional pesticides.  The technicians were on time and wore booties when I asked them (I did have to ask, it wasn't automatic). Saul, the technician who performed all of the work, was polite and respectful of my home. He came with another worker who kept his sunglasses on the entire time, immediately left and did not participate in any of the work, which seemed odd, not sure why he even came, he made me feel uncomfortable. Saul however, seemed fairly thorough in walking the perimeter of the home, especially in the front porch. However, I was surprised to find afterwards that he missed some large spider webs in the back of the exterior house and did not get around the construction leftovers that were on the back porch, which is a major hideout for bugs and scorpions. He asked if could be of further assistance or if I needed any attention anywhere before finishing and was pleasant to work with. Overall the company has been very pleasant and easy to work with. They are very accommodating in schedule, reasonable in the prices, and concerned about health and the environment, using more natural non-hazardous products. I will continue with their bi-monthly service which is exterior only, no more chemicals needed in the home, another relief.

Update - I was called by the owner after the review, who offered to come back and get all the webs missed on my porch and explained the supervisor presence. Also said he would retrain the technicians to introduce themselves better and wear the booties automatically. I was very impressed. Great service and great company!  I expect to stay with them for the long run.

Ask for James he's amazing! Very thorough! Spent time discussing my on going scorpion issue and my concern about my kids. He came up with a plan and took his time, not like your usual guys that are in and out. These guys are amazing! Anytime I see bugs that shouldn't be around or have ANY concerns at all they are available to talk me off the ledge and take care of everything. I used to worry constantly about an ever increasing encroachment of scorpions on my property and in my house but ever since I started using this company they are a rarity, and if I DO see something it's usually on it's last leg so easy to catch/crush. Most recently I had a sentricon termite barrier put up around the house. The team was prompt and efficient and my house was protected...that was until my dogs decided the traps were a foreign enemy and decided to stage an attack on any they could get their paws on. Using the RIDICULOUSLY simple chat feature on their website, I was able to alert them to the misdeeds of my furry battalion and, after a chuckle (well deserved), they assured me that all is well and they'd come reinforce the perimeter the next day. Can't express how grateful I am to have found a local company that honestly stands up for its customers and their service. I wish I could take them with me to Colorado!!! You will NOT regret using this company for a second! They have NEVER tried to up sell anything or suggest any unnecessary work. Honest and awesome!

I had contacted Simply Green Pest Control because I had an encounter with a scorpion inside our home & I was a little shook about finding one in the house. I had talked to one of the owners John for 30 mins about my situation & made me feel as though his company would do above and beyond to fix our scorpion problem. He also seemed very knowledgable about getting rid of pests & explained their process very well. I was not planning on wanting a contract but John made me confident that his company would fix our problem, plus he gave me a reasonable deal. A couple days later our technician Adam Cooper came out to spray our house. He was very detailed when he sprayed & told me that for the next few days we would see the scorpions fleeing their homes & to watch how they act because they should be lethargic which means the spray is working. My bf & I went out that same night & found 4 scorpions that were not as energetic as they were a couple days ago. Score! So far I am happy with my service & the team at Simply Green!

Just signed up for a preventive regular treatment and had the first treatment. I spoke with both of the owners, John and Ben, while I was calling around to decide which company to go with, and they were both extremely helpful. I decided to go with Simply Green Pest Control because of their commitment to the environment (as much as a pest controller can, I suppose...) and positive experience speaking with them. Brad Kelley was the technician--he was friendly, professional and pleasure to work with. Brad explained the treatment and expectations well. I especially appreciated that he was kind to our pets, including a dog that was acting a bit annoyingly! I'm happy that I signed up for the service with them and hope that my positive experience continues.

OK Dewayne knows his bugs and gave us a custom bug treatment. I only wanted select interior and exterior treatment and he was able to provide that. Give them 5 stars for timeliness, custom service, no contracts and knowledge about bugs and product they are applying. Let these guys battle your ants. Don't kill all the rollie pollies! So far service has been great. They have been out to the house twice and have been very thorough both times. Typically pest control services have been in and out in 5 mins, that's not the case with simply green. I have called in a couple times with questions on my contract and the customer service is always great! I will update more as we have used them longer! So far 5 stars !

Found out we had termite during the middle of a renovation. They were able to come out same day and do a quick spot treatment so the renovations could stay on track and then came out at a later date to finish the treatment. Brad was great!!! We are very satisfied with our service!!!

About had a meltdown when I started packing a suitcase, reached for a pair of shoes and out scurries a spider that could only barely fit inside the home it had made for itself there. John answered personally at 9 or so at night and offered reasonable rate for a service plan that is transferable to my next home. I want to leave a review on Simply Green Pest Control. My family was looking for a good pest control company and I was shopping around, I called Simply Green late one evening and they called me back right away, explained how they work, answered all my questions(at the end of the conversation I decided to choose Simply Green. New to AZ and aware of critters around. Shopped around for exterminators & Simply Green was the most thorough and helpful in explaining their services. We don't have a real big pest problem just doing it to be preventative. Had first service last week, and they did a great job. It really disrupted the pests habitat as critters came out the following day. As new residents to the state, I'm sure will have an encounter here and there, but feel comfortable with the job Simply Green will do.

All I can say for them is AMAZING!! I ordered my daughter a bed online we were so excited to set it up, a few weeks later my daughter said she noticed bugs on her bed, I checked online for pest control and on Yelp, saw the reviews so I called Simply Green, from the initial phone conversation I felt at ease. Although I don't live in the initial service area.  Marshall said they would gladly come out to do the inspection. Marshall   was out to my house that Thursday to do the initial inspection, noticed that the headboard of my daughter brand new bed was infested with bed bugs, horrified that I have those nasty bugs in my house, he assured me that they could help me get rid of them, I was quoted for a heat treatment and agreed to have it done. He arranged everything that needed to be done, he called me and kept me informed of everything that was being done in my home . Today Marshall and Tommy came back to my house to do another inspection and spray, I can gladly say my daughter bed is now bug free. It's nice to know that there is a company like Simply Green Pest Control out there that goes above and beyond to take care of there customers. I would highly recommend them to everyone. Thank you Marshall and Tommy and Simply Green Pest Control for everything that you have done to make sure my home is now bug free.

I would highly recommend Simply Green Pest Control. We called them and set an appointment for the following day. James came out and spent the entire time explaining everything as I walked our house with him. He gave me tips and explained their process and what to expect. He even explained different types of insects and what to look for. He was informative, professional and very friendly. The customer service was exceptional across the board and they will even come out between reoccurring appointments if you have any insect issues. They stand by their product and it is pet and eco friendly. If you are looking for a pest control company Simply Green is the best choice!

Obtained service for a bad infestation of mosquitos.  Jessica who setup the appointment was knowledgeable and very friendly.  Dewayne the technician arrived on time, and he was polite and professional.  The mosquito treatment was quick and easy, and it covered the entire yard.  Already seeing dead mosquitos on the patio!  I highly recommend Simply Green for mosquito control.

John responded to my initial price quote request with an extremely reasonable price within 10 minutes of it being sent. He provided several times during which he would be available to discuss my needs by phone and called promptly. Daniel came out to my property within 4 days of first contact to address my pest control needs. He was extremely thorough and was able to specify exactly how many critters he had located and exterminated. He also let me know where they were likely to he hiding on the property. He was very professional, kind, and an absolute pleasure to work with. I have 3 rambunctious dogs that he was great with, which was a really nice bonus to the pest control service as they can be a lot to manage when they are excited. He provided insight and proactive education on what my next steps would be as far as maintaining a bug free property would be before he left. I would absolutely recommend utilizing their services for any pest control needs you may have and look forward to working with John and Daniel again in the future.

We just moved into a new property so I was shopping for pest control. I was initially going to go with a different company after hearing a million ads for them on the radio during my daily commutes to work. That is until I saw the reviews. When I came across Simply Green, I immediately texted, yes texted. I am so thankful they offer that as I was at work and unable to call. Shame came out today and performed our initial service. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and I had a lot! He was also super thorough. Sprayed all of the areas in our house. The impressive part is how thorough Shane was outside! He went around the entire perimeter and knocked down anything he saw. Then took a small brush thing and went up and put something in the exterior walls to ensure anything up there won't come in. Finally he sprayed the perimeter of the house and the fence line while adding granulated stuff to our yard! I 100% recommend this company. The products are organically derived!
