David sealed the entire house for us at a very reasonable price.  He was very professional.  He also told me many things about sealing, and we were very happy with the work.  Two years later we started seeing one or two scorpions in the house.  So I asked him to come take a look, thinking it may be time for another seal.  He looked through the entire house and re-seal a couple of doors.  I was floored when he said good-bye without giving me a bill!  What can I say?  The man stands for his work.

David is a professional. He is kind, responsive and helpful. I had a lot of questions and he answered them all. He even referred us to a place that can help us with our normal pest care. He sealed everything in our house. We decided to use We Seal it rather than getting the slippery seal technique that is out there, because David's team does so much more than just seal the stem wall area. I wanted the bells and whistles package, and after he did most of the work, he told me, he didn't think I actually needed all the stuff, and so he left it up to me, to decide if I still wanted to pay for it or save some money and take his recommendation that I didn't need it. I listened to his advice, because he made me feel at ease with his demeanor, knowledge and years of experience. David even told me I had some special pest thing on my home. I have pipes that were built in the wall, and a pest company, (only one pest company can do this, which is the one that invented the technology), can spray the pests through an opening outside into the pipes in my walls. The realtor didn't tell us this, or the inspector, before we bought the place. That would have been a nice, nice to know thing, while we were in contract on the home. Lol Anyway, thank you David and thank you to your team. Excellent service!

David was not only extremely professional and knowledgeable, but he was a pleasure to work with.  I hired his services as a preventative measure... having a bad experience with insects upon my arrival to Arizona, I wasn't about to risk it with a new home purchase... bugs are bad enough in my book, much less scorpions or anything else creepy crawly or slithering.

We Seal It hasn't even finished sealing our house yet, but already I am so happy with them, I feel compelled to write them a positive review.

We bought our 1977 midcentury modern dream house in January. We  had the house ripped apart doing renovations while we lived in the house, when our cat found a bark scorpion in our master bath. Fast forward a month, and we had found 250+ bark scorpions on the outside of our house and on the property, and 7 LIVE ONES in the house, all in different rooms. Crawling down from the vaulted ceiling on the rock fireplace, crawling out from the mortar voids in the slump block walls, running across the kitchen floor, and 2 FEET FROM OUR BED! The seller of course, didn't disclose that the property had a scorpion infestation and we were taken by surprise and completely unprepared. I've lived in Arizona 20 years, and I've never even SEEN a scorpion before.

I got to the point where I was completely terrified and didn't feel safe in my own house. I was having panic attacks, couldn't sleep, couldn't sit down anywhere, was blacklight searching every inch inside the house 5-10 times every night before I could try to fall asleep, exhausted, basically losing my mind. I was sleeping with an eye mask and all the lights on in the house all night, hoping to outsmart them and NEVER let it be dark enough for the disgusting creatures to emerge from their hiding places in the walls and attic.

Enter David. He took the time to respond to ALL my crazy emails, even the ones I wrote in a panic after not sleeping all night because I had found ANOTHER one in the house. He patiently explained everything. He scheduled us as soon as he could. HIs quote was VERY reasonable to seal both the inside and outside of the house. His team that came to the house were on time, patient, thorough, responsive, took the time to show me what they were doing and why, cleaned up and moved everything back after working, and were basically completely amazing. Their work was neat and VERY thorough. Even David came to check on things and direct the work, even though he had already been to our house to evaluate it.

Even though he said it wouldn't be an overnight solution, I am already feeling sooooo much better. I feel like we are in control of our house again. The professionalism of this company can't be beat. He will help you, too, so please don't hesitate to call them!

First I would like to apologize to David for waiting so long for this review. I wanted to be sure it worked before I said it did. David was professional and informative straight out of the gate. After meeting him I was sold. Great guy that went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Since he sealed our home we have had zero interior sightings of scorpions for nearly a year now. The owner of this company is honest and extremely knowledgeable.  He provided information  as needed, he was responsive to every question and concern.
He charged me half of the over the phone quote when he arrived at my property and discovered some work was not necessary.  He was always on time at my home when he said he would be.

I can't say enough good things about this company.  They not only did a great job and took the time to explain everything, but the continued customer service is top notch.  We moved into our new home and began seeing scorpions inside and out. Within 6 months of having them seal, following their plan, and hunting 3-4 times a week at night, we rarely see scorpions outside, and have had 0 inside.  This is critical for us as we have young babies.  I contacted several other companies providing a sealing service, and although a bit cheaper, did not go to the lengths to seal everything this company does.

I can't thank We Seal It enough for sealing our home! It was worth every freaking penny! After moving here from Oregon, where I couldn't deal with small, harmless spiders, I was terrified of this whole scorpion thing. We found a few in our home after moving in last April (2018) and I was NOT having it! We called We Seal It to come out in June (2018) and it is now Aug (2019) and we haven't seen ANY in the house since . . . not even one (knock on wood). My neighbors even complain about finding them inside! My husband hunts them and we get pest control too - we still see them outside, which is fine with me, just not in my house baby. We HIGHLY recommend them!

I highly recommend these guys if you have any scorpion or bug problems in general. We live in a high traffic scorpion area and had seen two in our house a couple months after moving in. I have small children so I did not want that. I called We Seal It and they came out quickly and sealed the house inside and outside. They did an awesome job. We ended up seeing a scorpion a couple months later (it had already been in the house when it was sealed) so I called them again and they came back out to recheck the seals on everything and also seal our garage door we had replaced a week prior at no charge. Awesome awesome company!

moved it to a house that had been empty for 2 years and had scorpions.  after calling several companies, we hired We Seal It to seal the house in march at the beginning of scorpion season.  im happy report, now at the end if scorpion season, I did not see one scorpion in my house.  We Seal It worked so well, I just gave the neighbor their number.  made the best choice as David was great and he obviously knows what he is doing.

We purchased a new house back in June of 2018 and had a big scorpion issue.  I called a few places and We Seal It was the best value and most responsive.  David took the time to go over all options and what to expect.  He even came in lower than the original quote.  This is a very honest company that has made a big difference with our pest issues.  

We were seeing 1-2 scorpions a week inside the house before getting sealed.  We've only seen 2 in the past 4 months in peak season and those were most likely already in the house.  Can't say enough...  If you have scorpions and don't want to move, call We Seal It.

We used We Seal it back in April 2016. I wanted to wait until the end of the summer to see if  his work really did the job, that is why I am posting now. they showed up on time did a wonderful job and gave us a new baby discount!
Last year we had over 20 scorpions found in our house and was desperate because I was scared our little girl was going to get stung she in now 19 months old. I am happy to say that since we had our house sealed we did not find any this summer! (besides 1 or 2 but they were inside already) very impressive indeed! thank you

We went into a rented house and within a few weeks we saw over 10 scorpions inside the house! We tried every pest control possible  and still they would go to the kitchen and even to the bedroom! My husband and I had already considered moving to a different house and then we turned to David. He arrived within two days and gave us a very fair price.
After a few hours of sealing work, I still remained skeptical, but time did its work. We still see scorpions in the garden and around the house from time to time, but most importantly, not at home.

I really think that David did a great job explaining to me all of what he was doing and why. Also, he took the time to show me all of his work and was very thorough. He was very professional and did a nice job sealing up my home. I live in an area prone to scorpions, so I am hopeful that his work will keep us as close to scorpion free as we can be. I also like that if later down the road I have questions or have an issue, he said to give him a call and they will come out. I would absolutely recommend them.

I just wanted to say that this company is awesome. They did a fantastic job with the seal. I haven't seen a single scorpion since last 10/01/2017! It's in the really hot months now and not another scorpion. I wanted to follow up since my last review was a few months back, before the heat wave. I have to say, this company is great and they did what they said they would do. Great job!

We were dismayed to find that there were scorpions at the home that we had just bought and we hired We Seal It to 'seal' our house in 2015.  I wanted to wait at least a year before I wrote a review so I could be sure of the sealing's effects and, nearly two years later, I still couldn't be more pleased.  We Seal It was thorough and professional and we've seen only a couple of scorpions inside since they completed the work.  Hiring them was probably one of the best home-improvement decisions we've made.

Our house is on the smaller side but we were impressed with the speed in which he and his assistant were able to seal the entire exterior of our home. Additionally, David was willing to share and educate us on the insect habitat as well as home improvements tips.

This company does high quality work!  They sealed our entire house and even followed up after to check on us.  We noticed a huge difference after the work was done.  Scorpions can't get in anymore.  Affordable and well worth it.

David and his helper just left the house. They are two of the most professional men I have ever had work on my home. They worked fast, explained what they did and why, told us what we needed and didn't need and cleaned up perfectly. David is fair, honest, hard working and very thorough. I want to give a shout out to David.  I had previously had my house 'sealed' by another company, but I was still hearing noise in the attic.  I called, left a message and David was out the very next day.  He squeezed me in between appointments.  He gave me a very honest assessment, and rather than try and fetch additional business, he gave me advice on how to go back to the original company to get the problem fixed.  I really appreciated the honesty and approach to business.  Real professionalism!  Thanks.

We've used We Seal It in 2 homes, to much satisfaction.  In our first home we had more than 20 scorpions indoors in a month!  After sealing,  we had NO problems.  They took the time to explain what they were doing,  where,  and why.  We were so pleased we used them on our next home in the Scottdale foothills.  It's much harder to keep pests out in the foothills,  and yet again they were fantastic.  Highly recommend.

I saw this service on a local real estate show and decided to try it.  Bought my home in north Phoenix about 3 years ago.  The first year was ok, but the second year I began seeing scorpions inside my home.  The number escalated until I was killing one or more every week.  They were in every room and I couldn't figure out how they were getting inside.  I've been using a reliable exterminator every month for the past 3 years, but any good exterminator will tell you that spraying for scorpions does not work unless you spray the poison directly on them.  So, I had to try something else.

I had my home and garage sealed 2 weeks ago and what a difference!  They were very thorough, caulking every exterior crack, putting in new weather stripping, adjusting doors, etc.  Took about 6 hours to do the whole house.  My car stays cleaner in the garage since there's less dust blowing in.  I haven't seen a single scorpion inside my home (or the bugs they like to eat) since my home was sealed.  I'm hoping my electricity bill goes down now that I'm not letting all the cool air leak out.  Very affordable service, especially if you put a high value on peace of mind!  

David, the owner, did make it clear that the warranty is not transferable.  Am sorry the sellers did not make that clear when the person who wrote the negative review complained that David wasn't willing to work for free.  He certainly seemed like a reasonable guy to work with.

David, the owner was fantastic to work with.  He did an inspection of the home, sent us a clear proposal in a couple days.  We scheduled them for the following week.  David explained everything well, sealed the entire perimeter/base of the home, garage, roof pipes, eves, light fixtures, doors, utility rooms, vents...you name it.   Aside from the roof, he showed me the areas he sealed.     His pricing is fair and it was money very well spent!  David is extremely competent and honest.  We've worked with a lot of contractors over the years and in our new home, and this is by far the best company we have worked with!  This is how business should be conducted!

Can't recommend David highly enough. I have been quoted more than 3k to seal our home. We moved in 2 yrs ago. He came over. And told me... your house was sealed prior by last owner. I will patch some spots and identified an unsealed area. Couple hundred bucks. He could have told me the whole house needed sealed and Done same work. But charged a few grand. Honest. Nice. Responsible. Quick. Seriously refreshing to deal with a guy like this.

I had We Seal It come seal the interior of my house while my HOA determines responsibility for sealing the exterior.  David has been very responsive to the urgency of getting the work done and answering my questions.  Jesse and Luis came to do the work and they were both very professional, efficient and wanted to make sure they addressed my concerns.  Before they began, we walked through the house and I pointed out some things of concern and they mentioned some things they noticed.  When the work was finished, they showed me what they had done and answered more questions.  Before they left, they went outside and took photos of some of the problem areas to help me get the work approved on the exterior.  I did a fair amount of research on this and found We Seal It to be the most knowledgeable and most reasonable from a cost perspective.  I have already recommended them to another homeowner in my community, and highly recommend them if you are having rodent or insect/scorpion problems inside your house!  The money is definitely worth the peace of mind!  Update 12/12/2018...Jesse came back to seal the exterior of my house.  Again, the same attention to detail and inspection of his work when he was finished.  This company is top notch and will make sure they address all your concerns.  I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I am new to AZ and my realtor recommended getting the house sealed prior to moving in. I called a few contractors and decided to go with 'We Seal It.' The price was competitive and the service was top notch! David and his crew were professional, timely, and thorough. David took the time to explain all the services provided and pointed out issues with the home that the home inspector did not catch. The price was adjusted from the quote as the previous owner had done some of the services that were quoted. All around great experience and would recommend 100%!

If you are looking to stop scorpions from entering your home look no further.  David is an expert and a true professional. I called when I found one scorpion in my new home. David came out and gave me two estimates to seal my home. The first was to caulk the cracks on the outside of my home and fix cracks in my doors. The second was more extensive work including to cover vents with screens. David told me that one scorpion in my home is normal and I really didn't need my home sealed. I'm not from Arizona and one scorpion in my home is not acceptable. However I appreciate the honesty and not trying to sell me services I don't need. I ended up doing the first estimate. David and two other men sealed everything like where my house meets the foundation, around all door frames, around all windows, and where any wires like the cable wire enter my home. Since his initial sealing he comes to my home every year and fixes the gaps in my doors. I live in a scorpion hot spot (I find 30-40 in my yard on a hot night).  Thanks to David at We Seal It they are not coming into my home and potentially stinging my kids. Best money I've ever spent to battle scorpions.

We purchased a home that used this company to seal the house.  The paperwork we were given stated there was a warranty.  When we found a scorpion in the house (an Arizona Bark to be more specific-yikes!), I called the company.  The man on the phone was a bit abrupt and rude.  He stated the warranty didn't transfer (though it does not say this on our paperwork) because it just gets too confusing.  Well, that is a sorry excuse.  We had multiple other warranties that transferred with the ownership, including the roof!  He did offer to come take a look, but I would have to pay $50!  No thanks!  We ended up calling our regular exterminators and they came and inspected and spray FOR FREE (Bulwark)!  They also gave us a lot of advice and things to watch for.  Since their visit, the only scorpions we've seen were dead!  Incidentally, when we mentioned this experience to a friend who had a serious scorpion problem once, he also had a terrible experience with this company.  My advice is to call someone else!
