We started as a two man operation going door to door selling pest control services, we have grown a lot since those days. We cover the valley of the Sun, Tucson, Las Vegas, and Bullhead city now. We have been family owned and operated throughout our history.

We have been loyal long-term customers of this company. Last week (March 2023) Had them come out to spot treat areas in the kitchen. The person that came out to drill ended up drilling through our concrete flooring and going WAY to deep into the fjouse foundation and busted into the underground water pipe in the kitchen. The pipe was busted with a hole completely through it. The manager came out and assess the damage and promised he would make everything right. Without even doing the termite treatment, all of the workers left and said they would be in touch. We had to have a plumber come out and fix it immediately since we did not have water to the house. We paid the plumber upfront because we had no choice and ended up bringing the bill to the Termite business offices in Phoenix. We talked to the manager and they promised again to pay and that they would be in touch with the owner and get us our reimbursement immediately. However, they have never returned our calls and are refusing to pay for the damage that they caused. Unfortunately, we are going to have to take them to small claims court. Do not use this company. They are not trustworthy despite what they claim that their family owned business is. Terrible service. Accompany you cannot trust.

On the high for a full treatment/warranty. Seem effective though as termites disappear quickly. They may return in a year or two but the warranty covers that.

Well, that's it. On to a new provider. Docked another star.
Called Wednesday and treatment was scheduled for between 8-12 Saturday. No call, no show--and allegedly no record of me as a customer at all! I called at 1 pm to see if they even had me down for today. They did not. Guy handling Saturday dispatch was really nice but the only solution he could give me was to call Monday and try again.
I'm a fool for not cutting bait after I wrote my original review in 2018.

We found termites and called Phoenix Pest Control and made an appointment.  We got an estimate and scheduled our termite murder.  He came on time did a thorough job.  Polite, on time, and i could not be more pleased with Phoenix Pest Control.

I am not sure how this company exists still for the level of unprofessionalism and organizational issues they operate at. We are contracted with them as part of our condominium agreement, where they come out and spray the exterior of the condos for the entire complex once a month. We called two and a half weeks prior to our monthly external spray to schedule an interior spray for our specific unit while they were already going to be out here. They said Thursday between 9-12, and they would call us before to let us know. No call, nobody shows up so we give them a call. They say they have no record of my account (we have spoken on the phone 3 times prior and had previous sprays) and the office manager, Cheryl, completely gaslights me and suggests I never spoke to anyone, while saying not to be disrespectful.... It's completely disrespectful, first and foremost, and it sounds like you have a training issue and customer service issue to address considering I have given you all my information 3 separate times to schedule sprays, and have had your exterminators in my home! I asked her if someone did come through our condominiums to do the external sprays on this day we were scheduled and she said yes between 9-12 they were here spraying externally, but they are gone now. How would I have known they would be here on this specific day to do external sprays had I not spoken to anyone at their office?? So disappointing and frustrating; Don't waste your time with this company or talking to their office manager, Cheryl. I hope whoever owns this failure of a company addresses the issue with her and the rest of her team.

I have been a customer of Phx pest and termites for many years. II have had a termite contract for 20 yrs. Always sent in my annual premium on time. Besise sending in my premium, I haven't talked to them in 10 yrs. This year, they called me to schedule an annual termite exam. They have never done that before.  As usual, they give you a day and a window when they will be there. I am sitting here today on the 3rd rescheduled appointment ( they never bothered to  call and  say they were behind or not coming) @ 3:50p on a 12 to 4p window. I just called and they assured me that someone wilL be here by 4:30. I have  had to take 3 half days off from work to wait for them. I'm not holding my breath. Very poor customer service

I set up an appointment for a client who is purchasing a mobile home in Tonpah, AZ.  The inspector collected $75.00 from my client for the inspection.  Today, the client called me to tell me the inspector said he found actual termite activity in the door frame of the outdoor shed. Proceeded to tell the buyer the price of further preventative treatments needed, which were from a $375 to $450+ fee. Buyer then asked him about the findings inside of the mobile home.  Inspector told him, he could not get inside of the home, so he could not get in to check the interior of the mobile home.  I had provided the inspector with the mechanical lock box code the day before in a text.  

When the buyer, who is a senior and a veteran called me about this, I called the inspector to find out why he could not get in. The inspector was not expecting my call. Right away, he was very rude, was raising his voice and proceeded to tell me something different about his findings.  He wasn't on the phone 30 seconds before he hung up on me.

We have not received the inspection report yet, but I expect this report will say there were serious problems, so the inspector can charge for a return visit to fix a problem that doesn't really exist.  I write this to warn others looking for a credible termite service rep.  When the buyer and I visited the home last week, there were no signs of wood deterioration, moisture, nor termite tubes in the shed, which by the way, appeared to be relatively new and very clean inside.

We plan to do another inspection, using another company of course, as I believe this man did not do his job. I am a realtor and will certainly let others know about this.

man, this company is awful.  If I wasn't already locked into a contract, I definitely would be heading elsewhere.  Bunch of morons is putting it nicely.   They will do anything NOT to help if you are under contract.

This company was recommended by a property management company. I called them end of May. They asked I text photos which I did to the number they provided me. A week later, approximately July 1st I called them and they said they never received any photos. I verified the ph number they gave me. They provided a different phone number to resend the photos, which I did same day. I had to call back the Next day to follow up. I was told by the same girl that had been answering the phone but they were really busy and somebody would call me back. To this day, I have never received a return call. The lady I have been speaking with was not very friendly and didn't seem to appreciate the business. I was calling for my rental property, of which I have two in the Laveen area. Very poor customer service, to say the least!!

I have been a customer for many years and was always satisfied with their service. However, they are taking advantage of the current situation and treating customers unfairly. They came a few days for my monthly service which includes indoor and outdoor servicing. They told me that due to the virus, they would only be servicing the outside of my house and would do nothing inside. I asked them how they were adjusting my monthly service fee and they responded they were charging the same amount  for doing half the work. When I stated this was unreasonable they said they did not feel any reduction in price was necessary. I do not for one minute believe that ANY of their employees would be satisfied paying full price for something but getting only half of it. They finally did take off $8 instead of half of the $35/month fee. BE WARNED. Like so many others lately, they are just taking advantage of a bad situation and making it worse.

I would like to start with the good. They are willing to do there best to work with your schedule. The guys that come out are Nice and informative.  Ms. Brenda is the sweetest women. Then there is the negative Jamie she is a horrible person to deal with and I am so sorry for anyone who has to deal with such an unprofessional negative person it's bad business completely. Thankfully everyone else makes up for her terrible work ethic, true definition you get what you get .

I have been a customer with Phoenix Pest Control for over 30 years !!!  My scheduled service in April 2020 was cancelled by the company 10 minutes before the 2 hour window time ended - I was told that they didn't have a technician available to come to my home. I wasn't happy as I feel they should have known that earlier,  but I didn't complain.  I called yesterday to schedule a service for this morning.  I was given a time slot, a technician's  name,  and I even confirmed the price with the rep before I hung up.  Well, a different person shows up, but at least he was on time.  Then I get handed a bill for a higher amount.  I called their office and explained my situation .... the rep from yesterday swears she never quoted me a price.  She is WRONG .... she most certainly did ... and I had it all noted on my file.  I hope they record their sales calls so she can see just how wrong she is!! I had asked her to confirm the price and she did, and now, for whatever reason, she feels she needs to deny that, and be rude about it as well.  Why would any employee talk like that  to a customer, let alone one of 33 years ?? Then I called back and talked to a supervisor, who in the end, hung up on me.  Really ?? This is so rude and unprofessional ! This is NOT how you treat customers, and this is why I will no longer do business with Phx Pest Control.  Train your employees how to talk to people. I cancelled my service for today and I hope if you are looking for a pest control company, you look elsewhere.

They constantly call me to schedule services. When I finally did reach out to them to come and service my home they said they couldn't find my address. The lady that was helping me said because they couldn't find my address, I would have to be considered a new client and my initial charge was going to be $70 (even though they have serviced my house before). When I asked if their prices went up her rude response was, ma'am prices have been up for two years. Not going to give them my money if they are going to be rude.

This review is for the ten-year period I have been using Phoenix Pest Control.  They service my 4000 square foot, 1 acre home quarterly for $36.50 per visit.  The price has been virtually the same for the entire ten years.  In addition, they have taken care of bee infestations three times (extra fee for this).

Bottom line is that I have not had any significant pest problem during that entire period, although I routinely had unwanted visitors before starting to use them.

They are punctual and courteous, and very accomodating to my varying times of availability.

I have used Pheonix Pest Control for about a year now and have decided to take my business elsewhere. After being called (harassed) about 20 times to make my bimonthly appointment I did and then they had the audacity to not show up. So they started harassing me again to reschedule the appointment, so I did. I was told I was on the first slot for a 9AM appointment, its going on an hour and 45 minute wait now and I've become quite displeased with their lack of hustle or customer care. If you're looking for a good pest control, keep looking.

I'm from NY, which most people won't like, but we are very tough on merchants. We think we know when we are being 'scammed; or not. I moved into a new home in August 2018. I have always used Terminix for my other house (which I still own. wanna buy a house??) Anyway, the former owner had Phoenix Pest who she used for termite control. We had 2 mos left on her contract. we found three termite strands, They came within a few days and treated it. They said the last FULL treatment was 15 years ago. Their estimate was $300 less than Terminix, The story here is: Terminix came and the guy quoted me $400 more and said: If i don;t come back with a contract, I'll just say you cancelled the inspection. really??!!! a quota? So when they treated the threads on Monday, he asked about a full barrier treatment. Price was great and they were here within four days. Today, they drilled, sprayed, sealed and did even more stuff. Aaron and Gerad were amazing. Professional..and I know posers when I see them. This is not my first rodeo. I highly recommend them. They need better digital social media help. There are bad reviews and they do not respond. They should. I had a GREAT experience.

I had a few ants outside. After three visits and a ton of unprofessional drama from Phoenix Pest staff, I have a ton of ants INSIDE and outside. A ton. This company is unprofessional and they can't control pests. Save your money. They are a lot of drama.

We saw signs of mouse/rats in the house.One night I actually saw him and was able to lock him in one of the bedrooms.Next morning called Phoenix pest Control and told them my problem.A guy showed up fast enough,in like 45 min since I made the call but had no traps with him.I don't know why he even came.In the same afternoon he came back with 2 traps,set them up and told me to wait a few days.After 2 days with no results I went and bought a wood classic trap.Next morning he was dead in the wooden trap that I bought.Very disappointed on how they handle the situation.And they want to come back for a follow up in 2 weeks and pay them again!

Unsatisfactory performance.  The bees first killed two dogs, PPC came back at additional cost, still not effective.  The bees continue to swarm.  Refused to retreat without additional costs of over $250.00 per visit.  Take your business elsewhere.  I know I will.

I want to let everyone know what a great job Phoenix Pest and Termite control did for us.  We had cockroaches (shudder) in our mid-century home, up to four a week that we were seeing and plenty more droppings.  After the good guys at Phoenix Pest came out we haven't seen anymore droppings or huge, skittering bugs.

And they came out the next day!

I have had the extended warranties for 5 years straight and they continue to re-treat the same area without success. Then when the warranty lapses for a year they sell me a full re-retreatment of the entire house. The same problem spot was then retreated 11 months after the full house treatment and now 2 months later they are back. I have them come out again and now they are trying to sell me a new full house treatment 13 months after the first. Don't waste your money just find a better provider.

I had originally used PPC when I first bought my home. They are always very polite and usually punctual unless they have had an issue at a previous location; they usually call and let me know. Earlier in the year I did discontinue but when I had an issue they came right out and could not have been nicer. I had to wait for a time for an open slot do to a busy schedule that day but Charles was great!!!!! And we are back on schedule again even with the annoying calls. But I have found if I ask that I can return their call when I know my schedule better I don't  get called as much. Thank you again for coming to my aid.

They have very poor service, they said service included 2 visits and when I called to schedule the next follow up visit, said it would be an additional $50.  when I talked to the supervisor and explained I was told 2 visits were included in the initial fee, she said she would look into it and call me back that afternoon.  I called her the next day as I hadn't heard from her and was told she needed to get more information so would not take my call.  She never called back.  Very poor customer service, inaccurate information provided by their staff when I scheduled.  do not recommend them.

My husband and I live in San tan Valley.  We were sitting in the back yard enjoying our Friday evening when I looked down by the arcadia door  and there it was the infamous termite  line!!!!! ( I had no clue what it was , but trying to make a long story short) My neighbor referred Phoenix Pest Control..so I called Heck I would have called Roto Rooter if someone told me (I was clueless about these termite creatures). Much to my surprise a young gal showed up at our door. I thought really???? who is this ?? Where's the real bug guy..well guess what??? Not only did  she educate me by explaining how those critters got here but how they were going to kill those beasts.
she not only gave me a class on termites but a very fair deal.
I like this company , so much I wrote this short novel. Kill the beasts!!

So mad! I called on Tuesday, talked with someone in their termite department and was told they would be out at 2pm on Friday, I waited two hours, called and was told they didn't have anything on the books. I have now waited a week and now need to start over again on Monday with a new company. Don't use these guys! They obviously are not organized and don't care about customer service.

I have used this place for almost 10 years!! We used to have a wood deck when we moved in it seemed to be a good hiding place for creatures of all sorts. We have called them for many thing's gecko's, hornets, termites  you name it everything but scorpions hehe. I am sure this place has gotten busier with all the development around here but I still make them send out my original pest guy, his name is John. They have tried sending others out and I haven't liked any. They dont mind sending him out and if he ever retired I'm not so sure what I'd do! I am not sure you can have that kind of relationship w/ your Pest Control people but the office girls are really nice too. If you have any probs w/in the 30 days they will come out again at no charge. They also have some organic spray you can ask for.

i called PPC to have them take care of a silverfish problem i'd been having. they were able to come out the next day, which was very convenient for me and their services were needed STAT as i have a huge fear and am totally grossed out by any kind of bugs.

they gave me a time frame of 10-1, and i usually expect the guy to come before 1, but forgive me for misjudging this one, i had to waste my entire saturday morning sitting around til the guy came at a little before 1. it took him about 3 minutes to spray my entire 1 bdrm condo, which he had to charge me 40 FRICKIN DOLLARS to do. he even admitted that he was overcharging me. and you couldn't do anything about that?

a couple stars for convience, and needless to say i haven't seen of those pesky critters since they came. and they give a 30 day gaurentee.

When I bought my home in February 2012 I had evidence of termites and was served by Phoenix Pest & Termite Control through my closing arrangements. I have since used them to treat a few scorpions I have had. I don't have any issues now at all and I find them to be prompt and all of the people who come out are very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new bug protection company.

I didn't want to go with the big name companies, so I gave Phoenix Pest & Termite Control (PPTC) try even though the reviews were only two. I had some ants kinda of take over the house while we went on vacation and my wife almost had a heart attack. I called a few other companies, but the prices were all too high. PPTC not only gave me an amazing $25 off the first treatment, but the quarterly rates were even better (3K sqft for $54). We get from time to time a spider here and there, but nothing major. PPTC treated for not only the common little guys, but scorpions as well.  They came out the very next day, on time, and very professional. The guy went above and beyond and gave us his recommendations. Looks like I found my pest control people while I live in the Valley area. Thanks PPTC! The next day when we woke up not a single ant was around. Give these guys a try you won't be disappointed.

Do not waste your time with this company. I called them because the owner used to be my neighbor 20 years  ago. I called and told them I needed a  consultation for a tick infestation. The woman told me that was not needed and they would have a tech out next day to spray. Steve tech arrived and when I showed him nature of my problem he told me was new to company and would have to call his boss. He then told me the big guns would be contacting me. The only response I got was multiple calls wanting me to set up monthly service. I called and complained that I had not gotten any response and was told we have a lot of new people and that the last entry indicated that I went with different company. LIE. Then I was told that an long term employee would be calling me. Brian called me and told me he had been with company for 25 years. I explained my concerns about lack of response and he told me I feel your pain. He set up appointment for next afternoon to see what we can do to help you. He never showed up or called. I wasted 2 weeks with this place. There is reason they are not a member of the BBB  although they have current complaints against them.
