(Copied from my Google review) My wife and I noticed tiny holes in our front yard popping up while a mound of dirt was being created over a short period of time. We weren't totally sure what would be making itself at home by our palm tree but figured it was time to have someone take a look in case it was something not so friendly.

I called AWC and spoke to Brad. He asked a decent amount of descriptive questions to try and determine what it might and he narrowed it down to either a gopher or kangaroo rat and would like to come out to be sure but the quote he provided would stay the same for either animal (same trap system).

Brad was pretty busy so scheduling was based on when he could come out which was done via text/calling. I spoke to Brad on a Friday and he ended up getting out to me that next Monday which was great. He inspected the holes and confirmed it was a kangaroo rat. He set his traps and the rest was magic.

Brad came back once a week to inspect the traps. After only having one trapped (they don't live in groups) he called it good after about 3 to 4 weeks. No more kangaroo rat!

Overall Brad was super kind and professional. He answered all mine and my wife's questions without making us feel like a waste of his time and will definitely be saving his contact info for future use.

Friendly and makes sure you're pest problem is taken care of. Excellent service. I'm a customer for life.

We just moved into a remote house outside of Tucson from Ohio. Pack rats had already rendered the AC inoperable before we even arrived.

Pestmaster came out and identified evidence of them living under the house as well as throughout the yard. Ryan suggested a three visit treatment that should remove them from the house and gave great prevention tips for going forward. The education alone was almost worth the price of removal.

My first Yelp review here.  Only writing now because I had a great experience with A.S.A.P.

I just happened upon a small hive of critters developing in my backyard.  Freaking out over Africanized bees in AZ, I immediately started looking for bee removal services.  I was not as concerned about the price, just wanted the problem gone before it got to be too big.  I found A.S.A.P. , read a couple of quick Yelp reviews,  got Kevin on the phone right away.  

He told me what he could come by house first thing tomorrow, quoted me a price, told me he would also honor an online discount coupon to lower my price and said he'd be happy to help me with my problem.  But before confirming an appointment, he asked me, Are you sure they're bees or could they be Wasps?  With him on the phone, I ventured closer than I dared to take a second look.   I then realized Hey, those are Wasps, not bees!  I told Kevin.

Well, instead of just saying no problem, we take care of Wasps also, he told me that If I wanted to (I take it as meaning if you're not afraid to), I could take care of that problem myself at the price of a can of Wasp spray from the store!  He then gave me strict instruction on how to do the deed, including the time of day I should proceed with my execution (VERY IMPORTANT! )  

I'm off to pick up said spray and waiting till 9PM to go hunting.  If it works, and they are all gone, I'm out a few bucks.  If not, I'll call him and let the pros handle it.  But in any case, I appreciate that Kevin didn't just use my bee panic as a means to suck $150 buck out of my wallet (which I would have gladly paid).

After purchasing a home in Henderson, Nevada I realized my neighborhood has issues with scorpions and a lot other pests.  I was really worried because at the time we had a newborn and 2 year old. 5 out of 5 stars is not enough for them. Bryant Pest Control was servicing my home several years ago and then for one silly special we switch to another company and absolutely hated it so I tried to go back to Bryant but found out that I was on a one-year contract with this other company ( I guess I didn't read the fine print). The other company was absolutely horrible at customer service as well as their pest control. There wasn't even an early termination fee if I wanted one I had to pay the entire fee 4 the rest of the contract!!!!?!  but long story short I did go back to Bryant Pest Control last year and feel so comfortable with them. They have great Pest Service and they have amazing customer service Mary is the one I always talk to and she has been amazing for all these years I love them and would recommend people not try other companies... go straight here, This is the best.

I was walking through a parking lot when the owner of this company almost hit me. He didn't seem to be paying any attention to where he was or what he was doing.  If he drives like he is confused I could only imagine what the quality of his work would be.

Do not use this company!!!  We purchased a home and the termite inspection came back positive.  The former owner engaged this company and gave us a 2 year warranty.  Now we can't find them.  One of the phone numbers we have is now an addiction recovery home and the other is a private residence (which I wouldn't be surprised if it was the owner's...).

I want to recommend that you DO  NOT hire this company!! I was horrified one early morning when i was woken up by bed bug bites! i called a few companies right away but there weren't any open that early, so i left messages for a couple of places to call me back. Ugly Bug was the first to call me back and come out to see my problem. The guy's name was Chris.He took a look around my room and the rest of the house. He only saw them in my room so he said he would treat my room and the room next to mine because we share a wall with a closet.He said that he would come back in two weeks and spray again.  He said if I see them anywhere else he would come back and spray in those places. He charged me $375 but guaranteed his work for 30 days. Well, long story short, I did find them in every room of my house and when I tried to get him to call me back, he never returned my phone calls! I had to hire another company to come out and spray and fog my house! . At the two week mark, someone did call me to come spray my house. At that point I was so angry I told him that i thought he should give me half my money back for only spraying the first time and me not being able to ask them to come treat the rest of my house. The guy said he would tell the office manager to give me a call. Well guess what? I never got that call back either!! I was ripped off by this company. Stay away!
