Very pleased with the service and the people at Branham's.  Several of us on the same street needed termite service and they responded quickly, took time to look at each home carefully and gave resonable estimates.  They showed up on time to perform the work and worked like a well oiled machine and did a great job.

(Copied from my Google review) My wife and I noticed tiny holes in our front yard popping up while a mound of dirt was being created over a short period of time. We weren't totally sure what would be making itself at home by our palm tree but figured it was time to have someone take a look in case it was something not so friendly.

I called AWC and spoke to Brad. He asked a decent amount of descriptive questions to try and determine what it might and he narrowed it down to either a gopher or kangaroo rat and would like to come out to be sure but the quote he provided would stay the same for either animal (same trap system).

Brad was pretty busy so scheduling was based on when he could come out which was done via text/calling. I spoke to Brad on a Friday and he ended up getting out to me that next Monday which was great. He inspected the holes and confirmed it was a kangaroo rat. He set his traps and the rest was magic.

Brad came back once a week to inspect the traps. After only having one trapped (they don't live in groups) he called it good after about 3 to 4 weeks. No more kangaroo rat!

Overall Brad was super kind and professional. He answered all mine and my wife's questions without making us feel like a waste of his time and will definitely be saving his contact info for future use.

Just had my home done (inside and out). Danny did great work. One of my biggest pet peeves is when a company wants you to get their service and then they want to speed right through to get on to the next job (and money). Danny was here at high noon on a hot day and still worked much longer and was much more thorough than I expected... Especially for the price! Truly Nolan and the other big companies are so over priced (and usually want a yearly contract or forget it).

Hughes Pest in Prescott Valley - Save yourself some money *AND* get great service....

We just moved into a remote house outside of Tucson from Ohio. Pack rats had already rendered the AC inoperable before we even arrived.

Pestmaster came out and identified evidence of them living under the house as well as throughout the yard. Ryan suggested a three visit treatment that should remove them from the house and gave great prevention tips for going forward. The education alone was almost worth the price of removal.

I highly recommend Pestmaster of Tucson.

Used these guys to remove several wasp nests in the backyard. They came the morning after I called them. Very prompt. I appreciated that they didn't ring the doorbell so early (6am), but simply showed up on time and took care of the problem.

I've been working with Artie and his team for years and wouldn't ever think about changing companies because of the quality of service his company provides. This company offers the best pest control service ever. Not only do they go above and beyond the call of duty but when I called them to cancel service as I was moving to a different area they offered to make sure my new home was serviced before I moved in. They explain all of their service and also provide recommendations to help with the different seasons. They are always a phone call away and if you ever need help and are low on cash all you have to do is talk to them about it and I promise they will work something out that will help everyone. This is NOT a money hungry company that only cares about getting your money now and not think about the long term relationship you all can have... they make you feel like family. Like you are the only customer they have in this world. They don't make you feel like just another number but personalizes all the service provided and the absolute best thing about this company.... is they know my name and they know about previous issues! I would recommend any and everyone to use this company! Give them a chance and I can assure you you will never even consider using someone else for your pest control needs!!

I've been using the services of Pest'R Us exterminating services since moving to Phoenix in 1994, and one thing is for sure, I have never had such good service from any other provider before, regardless of the product in question.  Eric and his crew have never been anything less than professional and always perform to the best of their abilities, exceeding any and all expectations.  Outstanding barely begins to describe the level of service that you will receive from the Pest'R Us staff.

Very satisfied with both the service and price.  Talked to the owner of the biz on a Wednesday and he was out at our place the next Monday.  Did a good job, friendly guy and a very reasonable price (35$) and they don't push me to buy a monthly subscription I don't want.

This company has no interest in working with people! They wouldn't work with us during a surprise death in the family. It's been a rough winter here in the valley due to all the rain and cold work has been slow. So much stress and heartbreak and they couldn't work with us over $50 their only interest is collections. They are the only company that wouldn't work with us too. Please choose a company that deserves your business and skip City Wide.

Pigeons had been gathering at our courtyard and creating a mess of droppings that I would have to constantly clean. After one cleaning, the next day I went out and it looked like I had not cleaned a thing! I'd hit my limit, so I began researching pigeon control options. Most places were pretty expensive, but I found Absolute Bird & Pest Control, read the wonderful reviews, and figured it was worth getting a quote. Within minutes of submitting a request for a quote, Keaton reached out to me and said he was in the area. Within an hour, he was at my home and checking out our pigeon issues. He told me his suggested solution and said he could be back the next day to get it done! Even better, his price was far less than what I had been finding in my research! The next day, they were here when they said they would be and did the work they said they would do. When Keaton was ready to leave, he told me he found another area the pigeons were trying to nest in the front of the house and that he would take care of it at no additional cost!

That night the pigeons returned and I was a bit concerned. I think they were simply going back to the spot they'd known and were disappointed in what they found. Since then, I have not seen a single dropping on the ground or a pigeon on the roof. Really appreciate Keaton's promptness and professionalism. Would definitely recommend!

Great company and well priced for the quality of work. I had the 2 phase initial treatment done for scorpions and am now doing a bimonthly sprays. Their communication is excellent. I haven't seen any scorpions in the house nor outside since I used Bryan Pest Control.

We are very please with the service we received so far. Very friendly and honest and upfront with the pricing that they quoted us over the phone. He was a referral from a friend of ours. Thank you, Steve!

Jim from Apache Trail Pest Control has been our bug guy for years and has consistently done a great job for a painfully low price and zero pressure for any kind of contracts or sales hype. Oh yeah, we have zero bugs as a result. The less than 5-star reviews just don't compute and have to be bogus.

There are many termite and pest control companies to choose from, do not pick CRI. They do not return phone calls or emails and they lie. I paid for the inspection and when I closed on my house, they were paid again out of escrow. He claimed he never received the double payment, but the escrow company shows the check had already cleared. He then lied again when he said the refund was in the mail. It's been over a month since I really started pursuing the refund (over 5 since the initial double payment). On the rare occasion that he answers his phone, he always has a delay excuse. I still have not seen the refund.

I want to recommend that you DO  NOT hire this company!! I was horrified one early morning when i was woken up by bed bug bites! i called a few companies right away but there weren't any open that early, so i left messages for a couple of places to call me back. Ugly Bug was the first to call me back and come out to see my problem. The guy's name was Chris.He took a look around my room and the rest of the house. He only saw them in my room so he said he would treat my room and the room next to mine because we share a wall with a closet.He said that he would come back in two weeks and spray again.  He said if I see them anywhere else he would come back and spray in those places. He charged me $375 but guaranteed his work for 30 days. Well, long story short, I did find them in every room of my house and when I tried to get him to call me back, he never returned my phone calls! I had to hire another company to come out and spray and fog my house! . At the two week mark, someone did call me to come spray my house. At that point I was so angry I told him that i thought he should give me half my money back for only spraying the first time and me not being able to ask them to come treat the rest of my house. The guy said he would tell the office manager to give me a call. Well guess what? I never got that call back either!! I was ripped off by this company. Stay away!
