(Copied from my Google review) My wife and I noticed tiny holes in our front yard popping up while a mound of dirt was being created over a short period of time. We weren't totally sure what would be making itself at home by our palm tree but figured it was time to have someone take a look in case it was something not so friendly.

I called AWC and spoke to Brad. He asked a decent amount of descriptive questions to try and determine what it might and he narrowed it down to either a gopher or kangaroo rat and would like to come out to be sure but the quote he provided would stay the same for either animal (same trap system).

Brad was pretty busy so scheduling was based on when he could come out which was done via text/calling. I spoke to Brad on a Friday and he ended up getting out to me that next Monday which was great. He inspected the holes and confirmed it was a kangaroo rat. He set his traps and the rest was magic.

Brad came back once a week to inspect the traps. After only having one trapped (they don't live in groups) he called it good after about 3 to 4 weeks. No more kangaroo rat!

Overall Brad was super kind and professional. He answered all mine and my wife's questions without making us feel like a waste of his time and will definitely be saving his contact info for future use.

Just had my home done (inside and out). Danny did great work. One of my biggest pet peeves is when a company wants you to get their service and then they want to speed right through to get on to the next job (and money). Danny was here at high noon on a hot day and still worked much longer and was much more thorough than I expected... Especially for the price! Truly Nolan and the other big companies are so over priced (and usually want a yearly contract or forget it).

Hughes Pest in Prescott Valley - Save yourself some money *AND* get great service....

We just moved into a remote house outside of Tucson from Ohio. Pack rats had already rendered the AC inoperable before we even arrived.

Pestmaster came out and identified evidence of them living under the house as well as throughout the yard. Ryan suggested a three visit treatment that should remove them from the house and gave great prevention tips for going forward. The education alone was almost worth the price of removal.

It was a relief to know that there are those who would take the time to look after  as does ASAP. I called the pest control company, Simply Green, I use to find out if they remove bees and was told yes. The person that answered the phone was forthcoming that the bees were killed. As did some of the other companies I called. She however understood my concern and immediately recommended ASAP. That's good customer service. David from ASAP called within 5 minutes and came the next day to remove the bees swarm. I was told it will be relocated to a bee hive somewhere in the valley. So the next time I purchase local honey, who knows, I might have helped. The price was good compared with other companies offering the same service.

I've been working with Artie and his team for years and wouldn't ever think about changing companies because of the quality of service his company provides. The guys are always professional, makes you feel comfortable, explains everything they've done and treat you like family. Stop looking and call Pest Borders, this is THE solution to keep scorpions out of your house. When we did our first blacklight searches in our new house, we were horrified to find HUNDREDS of scorpions all over the property!! We read that the scorpions can never be rooted out, and were told by neighbors that scorpions are part of their daily life (a neighbor's daughter had one on her face while sleeping :( ), so we considered selling the house.

Then we saw Pest Borders making some big promises, had great reviews, and decided to give it a try (I also killed all the scorpions I could find with a blacklight before install). After installing the border we have had ZERO intrusions for the last year. We had a border placed around our yard on the cinder block wall too, and it has reduced scorpion intrusions from a dozen per day to maybe 2 in the last year (I do have one gate area without a border). I now have no problem letting my kids and dog run around in the yard barefoot, even after dark.

We've been using City Wide  for about five years now. Two years ago I did shop around to see if we could get the same services at a lower cost and I did not find anything cheaper. As far as a quality, that's always been there, additionally, they are punctual, very friendly and consistent. Yelp is always so harsh on business reviews as they hide a lot of the good reviews which is very unfortunate for many businesses, including my own. If you look on Google City Wide Pest Control nearly has a 5 star rating. I  highly recommend, just don't up our pricing

My previous Pest Control person retired and recommended Keaton. I have used him a number of times for Rodent control. He comes to my house in NE Phoenix. He is reliable; punctual; well mannered and very thorough. He prices his services very reasonably and last time out replaced my old bait boxes with newer models at no additional cost. I asked him to handle a problem area on my roof. He inspected it and said it was not an entry point. he could have just charged me to repair, but he was honest and said it did not need anything. Unusual to find reliable and honest people these days. I recommend Keaton wholeheartedly.

Bryant Pest Control has always made scheduling and their service very convenient and flexible. I'm able to schedule an appointment via email with Allie and it was always very prompt, even when I had to reschedule. Every season I call for service, Jason came to my home and explained the treatment and where he needed to come into the house and treat outside. Also made sure, not to let my dogs out for another hour after the service. Thanks again!

horrible customer service! they do not stand behind there warranty, and the termites do not go away!!!! do not hire this company, stay far far away!!!! i will be going to the bbb over me paying $400 for a warranty that is not even a warranty with this company. they also do not like to have to come back out under warranty and the owner is super rude, does not care that you are a customer. i hired another termite company to come out and was told that they never treated the termites properly, and that i should call them to re-do it since they keep coming back. i called and spoke to a mike, i'm sure he was the owner and he said no, no, no. we don't 100% guarantee the termites will not come back and we can only treat 10% of your home. this is false advertisement! no one would pay a company to come out and treat their home, knowing that it is only 10% effective. this company is a joke!

I got a call from this Pest control company the name on the phone was George Wright. They left a messages and the second time was able to answer. When speaking to him I said you must have the wrong number. He says well someone called from this number to set up an appointment. I tried to tell him no one called him from my phone because I'm in a assisted living and would never call a pest control company he hung up on me rudely.  So I called back to explain if someone left a message they left the wrong number. He again hung up on me. Even if I did call him I would never do business with someone so rude.

Do not use this company!!!  We purchased a home and the termite inspection came back positive.  The former owner engaged this company and gave us a 2 year warranty.  Now we can't find them.  One of the phone numbers we have is now an addiction recovery home and the other is a private residence (which I wouldn't be surprised if it was the owner's...).

I want to recommend that you DO  NOT hire this company!! I was horrified one early morning when i was woken up by bed bug bites! i called a few companies right away but there weren't any open that early, so i left messages for a couple of places to call me back. Ugly Bug was the first to call me back and come out to see my problem. The guy's name was Chris.He took a look around my room and the rest of the house. He only saw them in my room so he said he would treat my room and the room next to mine because we share a wall with a closet.He said that he would come back in two weeks and spray again.  He said if I see them anywhere else he would come back and spray in those places. He charged me $375 but guaranteed his work for 30 days. Well, long story short, I did find them in every room of my house and when I tried to get him to call me back, he never returned my phone calls! I had to hire another company to come out and spray and fog my house! . At the two week mark, someone did call me to come spray my house. At that point I was so angry I told him that i thought he should give me half my money back for only spraying the first time and me not being able to ask them to come treat the rest of my house. The guy said he would tell the office manager to give me a call. Well guess what? I never got that call back either!! I was ripped off by this company. Stay away!
