Good experience, friendly people and highly recommend, will always have Terminix!!  They definitely stand behind what their guarantee!!

Had terminix come into my new home today. Not only was the tech rude he was arguing with me about what I saw! They want to treat every situation like a full infestation while I've seen one roach! I understand that's how they make their money whatever. But to stand in my house and argue was so unprofessional then when I said I can't believe you are arguing he said I'm not arguing I didn't raise my voice! Wow to many other pest control companies out there!

I tried contacting and scheduling with this company since June (it is now the middle of November). We just purchased our house which was previously serviced for termites and we wanted to continue the services. After contacting them and leaving a voicemail every week, they would not contact me back. When I was able to get ahold of someone who was not directly in my location, they said they lost the initial quote I had done in June and it would have to be redone and they would ask someone to contact me. I cancelled my other pest control services because my initial appointment had a bundle deal. Unfortunately, after getting a quote, I was never put into the schedule and could never get ahold of someone. Instead of going with consistency, I will be finding another pest control service.

I will say the tech that came to my house for the initial quote was wonderful and I wish it worked out. The tech was female and I wish I remembered her name because she was very kind and knowledgeable.

Do not use this company. Scheduled an appt. Which they changed and never let me know. Called back for manager Scott I believe
who never called back. Insisted on an appt for today which they confirmed last evening. Called me at 912am to say the tech was sick. The worst company ever. DO NOT USE THEM.

Update: Terminix replied to my review stating they apologized, was able to finally get through and make an appointment after 5 days, NOW they haven't shown up for my regular service call and again have called the last 3 days and unable to get through, so why apologize if it's to keep happening? Never a problem taken the monthly charge out of my checking account thou, that there on top of.

These people will take your money but never show up. After scheduling a visit 4 times they no showed no called. No customer service, no communication, nothing. Horrible company to do business with. AVOID this company if you have a bug problem, the only want to service folks that don't actually require any work. Contacted a manager on multiple occasions and issue was never resolved. Moving my business elsewhere. -5 Stars

Well, someone messed up today.  My tech did not show up. No one called me.  When I called the company, they said my appointment had been rescheduled for next week. THEN they asked me if I rescheduled it! Are you kidding me? Maybe I need to shop for a new pest control company! I was with this company for nine years!!

These people simply don't care about customers, when you schedule your first visit they will tell you over the phone what you want to hear but when service tech shows up they don't even do half of what they said so you need to schedule a 2nd visit when 2nd tech shows up again he doesn't do what he was supposed to do so I called tech myself to ask why he didn't spray the garage since we are still having same issues with spiders he said that was not on his work order but that he will go back same day to spray the garage but never showed up or called to let me know he was not going back to my house. Stay away from these people they just want your money.

They will offer you a yearly service special and rip you off. I didn't receive the free termite inspection report they supposedly did and they didn't come out for their 4th yearly credit. Management was of no help and didn't offer any assistance. Buyer beware.

First 3 treatments no change in Ant activity! They're immune to this pesticide clearly. Finally 4th treatment saw a decline in activity!! Tim, our exterminator, was personable and nice, but then it was time to renew... Suddenly we have Termites. What a coincidence! Canceled service and proceeded to be harassed DAILY for a balance of $100. I'm not joking. Phone calls, emails and paper statements; you'd have thought I owed the IRS! Products didn't work for several months and there is NO EVIDENCE OF TERMITES ANYWHERE!!! Then harassed for an amount I could spend on dinner! They're contact center associates are rude and call all throughout the day, several times a day. Which is illegal and violates several FDCPA laws.

Never again! I would not recommend...

My big mistake I made was not looking at the reviews for this pest control company on facebook. The majority of customers has posted a negative review and here is my review.
I was having pest issues in my house and when zi found a big scorpion on my back patio, I decided to hire a pest control service and unfortunately I choose TERMINIX; when I contacted them first, they explained to me theirs Customer's Satisfaction Money Back guarantee policy, a big joke. I scheduled the first service which a termite inspection was included, they came and they didn't perform the termite inspection, this was their first strike.  A month later I called them and informed them about a continuance of pest issue; they scheduled a second service which it was performed. Another month passed by and all the pests were having a good time in my backyard, I made a second call and reported an issue with the pests, a third spray service was scheduled. It looks to me that the chemicals they use are not strong enough to kill  little ants. 20 days passed by and again more pests than before they started to spray. I called and canceled the service of the two properties and demanded a full refund of my money. The manager called me and stated that they won't refund any money due to the fact I didn't give them any chance to resolve the issue, after three services performed, he had the courage to say I didn't give them any chance to resolve the issue. Until now, I am still waiting for the refund.
DON'T HIRE TERMINIX FOR YOUR PEST CONTROL SERVICE.

I rarely write reviews but I had to for Denny's Exterminating.  My elderly mother was having a bug problem.  Service tech MARK came out to service her house.  He was very friendly and took very good care of the problem.  My brother Ronnie was there and he also confirmed how friendly and experienced MARK was and they will definitely asking for him to come back out for the next service.  Thanks Mark for taking care of my mom.

I had my first appointment for general pest control today. I received two calls and texts yesterday as a heads up, and then an email and text this morning when the technician was on his way. My tech, Rey, was excellent. He told me he has 16 years experience working for Terminix, and it shows; he was professional, amicable, and patient with my questions, as well as knowledgeable. He did a thorough job treating the exterior and interior of our house, and I am very satisfied.

I had an appointment set they even took my credit card info then they never came for the appointment that was set or told me why they didn't make it or reschedule or anything. Disappointing.

Kent was very thorough, friendly, professional, skilled, informative and efficient. He listened to my needs and performed the best treatment available. Although the pricing for Terminix is somewhat high, it is well worth it ... especially since they offer a full guarantee. If you are having an ongoing problem with pests that it seems you just can't get rid of ... Terminix is the company to have. I recommend their service.

After having a contract with another company for several years we were disappointed to find that the earliest they could do to tackle our termite problem was 5 weeks out. We decided to look around and settled on Terminix. Paul came out and we discussed what was needed and were pleased with the quote and conditions. We were even more pleased when he said he could have a technician out later the same day and it was New Years Eve. Justin arrived on time and got everything taken care of right then and there. Baits installed all round outside the house and a small problem area inside treated successfully. Paul and Justin were both very pleasant and professional. Definitely recommend.

Leo is a wonderful technician!  He really cares about his work and his customers.  He has been helping me out since I moved here and each time he comes he spends time asking me about pests and how the service is working.  I appreciate him taking the time to ensure the quality of his work.

We needed an exterminator to show up when they said they would... There were too many times when they said they would be at our house, and they weren't. It was quite frustrating. So I tried to cancel. There was a misunderstanding and they keep saying they've come out, but we're never home. Which is something I never agreed too. If you are going to provide a service, then I need to be there. Bottom line we are being charged for nothing. Go with green home pest control. Customer service is WAY better and they come out when they say they will!

I thought I had termites. I scheduled a online appointment the inspector was booked out that day. However they called me two days later and Paul came out to inspect my house. I showed him the picture of the insect I thought was a termite and he said right away that isn't one. He checked the house and found no traces. He also did not push for any products which I loved. He explained me a few things what to look for and left! With so many ppl pushing there service on you this was very nice! Just because of this if I ever have termites I will contact them and of course will recommend them as well!

Jeff came to my house and did a fantastic job. Was actually surprised with terminix. Was not planning on doing the monthly service, but customer service was so great, I got the termite warranty and the monthly bug service. Would recommend.

Matthew made the inspection informative & interesting. He seems to truly like his job & the customers he is working with. I was very impressed with his knowledge, courtesy, & common sense.

Our technician has always been on time, courteous, through, and very educated on the wide selection of bugs that we have in the desert.  We also use Terminix for termite prevention and treatment.  We have even used them to keep the pigeons away.   I would recommend this company to anyone looking for pest control.
