Established in 2001.
Business started as general pest control. Home sealing services were added in 2008. Termite control and prevention was added in 2012. No drill techniques are used to treat termites. Termite warranties are available that provide multiple inspections per year for the same cost as an annual inspection only warranty.
ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER
Over 35 years experience in pest control. Started learning from my father at age 7 when living in Phoenix. Operated a pest control business in Chicago for several years. One of my greatest assets to my customers is the unique approach to termite service.

SJM was recommended to us shortly after we moved to Arizona and started seeing the dreaded scorpions. While scorpions may be difficult to combat, Sam is extremely diligent in working to address the problem. He also does a yearly termite inspection to assure your home is free from costly termite issues. His wife, Leona, is always willing to address questions and concerns and is highly accommodating when scheduling appointments. They treat you more like family than customers.
