911 Pest Defense

I have been using 911 Pest Defense for over 10 years.  They are professionals and very knowledgeable at the pest control.  They keep the pest under control even my scorpions.

They come when scheduled, their service staff is very helpful.  I would strongly recommend that you give them a try.

I've used 911 pest defense since moving to Phoenix in January 2017. I haven't had a pest problem since they started treating our house. They even took the time to point out some structural issues and gave me some ideas on how to handle them. Omar is great. Very friendly, prompt, and fast.
The only thing that would make 911 Pest defense 5 stars for me is an online payment option. Writing checks and mailing them in isn't convenient any more.

My family is highly allergic to chemicals. Garry, with 911 Pest Defense knew exactly what he needed to do to keep my family safe from pesticides and the scorpions.
His team is so personable and professional I totally trust them to be in my home.
If there is any problem, ie snake in house, Garry will come and remove it. Garry has a vast knowledge of our desert wildlife, and uses multiple ways to insure the safety of my family and pets.

I try to use locally owned businesses to keep it in the community.   I've used 911 for 3 years now.  I never was satisfied because they would only come out in the early morning before my massive ant infestation started in the early afternoon thus not giving them the chance the properly address the problem for which we hired them for.  I decided to change service this last month, moved to another company that has drastically changed the infestation in one month.  I now received an email for overdue $$$.  The email stating that they had a rate increase at the first of the year which I wasn't informed by any 911 peeps!  Gary even came and serviced my home and took payment with no mention of rate increases.

Very easy company to work with for a great value. We have had pest control companies for years but 911 is always very personable and thorough. Whether it is setting a time for the service with Becki or working with the individual service techs. They always make sure that we are getting the treatment we need. And when we had roof rats, Garry stayed on the problem until they were gone. He was also nice enough to point out home fixes that would prevent a recurrence of rats.
I always recommend 911 Pest Defense to neighbors.

I love these guys!  They have been doing all of our pest control for the last year.  Scheduling is excellent!  We always get follow up calls and emails.  Most recently, they proactively identified and helped us with kangaroo rats that had invaded our property.

Top notch service! I usually deal with Omar who is also friendly and professional. I got to meet Garry for the first time today and he is just wonderful. Gary and Omar are great to work with at 911 pest control they are reasonably priced and do quality work. I have been using them for nearly 2 years now and their treatment is obviously working, my home is pest free. I would recommend them to anyone.

EXCELLENT pest control company! Moving here in 2014, we were uncomfortable, to say the least, with scorpions and all of the other desert critters we were seeing. Garry came out and gave recommendations on landscape changes that would keep them away, and started a program that has kept us virtually critter-free for 4 years.

We called Garry about some bees that had relocated to our backyard. He knew a lot about bees and told us they were probably just resting and would move on. He check on us and the progress of the bees all weekend long. In the end he was right and didn't even have to come or charge us a service call. I would trust his expert advice any day!

911 Pest Defense is the best exterminator service I've ever had. We've been with them since 2010. Always courteous, always on time, and we have NO bugs! Garry (the owner) is the best! He knows all the bugs, snakes, spiders, etc in the area. I've called him up before describing a bug or a snake I've found and he can tell me what I'm seeing and if it's good or bad, harmless, whatever. And if it's something that needs to be exterminated he sends someone out right away to take care of it. I even called him one night at around dinner time freaking out because there was a snake in my garage, right by the door to the house. He was so kind to take my call after hours and told me exactly what to do. Crisis averted!
