I'm not happy with rodents under my shed or black widow spiders in my cactus. Mr Fernando came out and knocked them out! He'll explain why he is using what products he does, his method, & anything else you may want to know pest-related. Super knowledgeable! Super friendly! And no slack! The guy got in, asked some questions, assessed it, and got to work lickitysplit. I just love doing business with licensed, family-run businesses!

We've had a slight issue with silver fish since moving into our new home. We've been using Hubter Pest Control because the prices are great and there is no contract to sign. We were serviced 3 weeks ago and were still seeing bugs so they came out again to spray.  

So grateful for your level of service!!!

Found out about these guys from a neighbor. My front/back yards were overrun with weeds and guess what Bob's handles along with pests? Yay! So a pre-emergent, a spray for weeds, and a 6-month guarantee was agreed on and they were out the next day to do it. Such friendly people and so reasonably priced! Thorough too, because I saw them cover every inch of my two yards they could reach. Thanks for the great work!

We've used this company for over 15 years at two different homes.  I would be glad to give them 10 stars if that was possible.  They show up on time, they are honest in their assessment of the situation, their prices are reasonable, and their technicians are friendly and professional.  They've done both regular insect extermination as well as spot termite treatments for us, and we've always been very pleased with their service and professionalism. I can highly recommend them!

I wanna thank Mathew for coming out and helping me with my roach problem. I hate to say it, but I have had a never-ending battle trying to get rid of these German Roaches. He came in with a good attitude and was ready to take care of business. He put out some bait,  placed some traps around the place, and sprayed with a new chemical he said he's been using. He said it was organic and the best thing out there. I don't know what is in that organic chemical, but it is like night and day now since he provided his services no more than a couple of weeks ago. I have seen a 90% decrease in roach activity.  Thank you again.

Isaac is seriously the best in his field! My family has been working with him for years and we've always been satisfied with his level of service. He is detail-oriented, thorough, and highly professional. On top of that, he's very knowledgeable about the life cycles and behavior patterns of native pest species. Isaac also takes the time to explain his process, why he uses certain chemicals or materials, how they work, and how long before you start to see their effects.

My husband and I recently had a terrible cricket infestation in our new house and, after a visit from Isaac, we noticed a difference literally overnight. Before Isaac came along we'd be listening to a symphony of crickets chirping like it was nobody's business in our master bed/bath all night long. After one visit from Isaac, that same night we were able to finally have a restful and SILENT night's sleep. Die crickets, die.

If you have any sort of pest problem whatsoever, Isaac is your guy. His prices are very reasonable and he's an all around miracle worker.

I have had their service for a least 10 years, if I did have a complaint they came right out to try and make it right and they do take care of it.  As far as their rates I think they are very good.   The owner Candy is usually the person I deal with and she is very courteous and answers my questions when they come up.  

I do not have a problem with them at all and when they spray the next day I will always find dead bugs outside of my home which they spray has taken care of.

Satisfied customer.

When you don't follow the law and inundate a neighborhood with your employees (even worse when your customer service rep states they will stay out of your neighborhood- soliciting is against the law_) and they show up and laugh because they know the cops won't enforce it...shame on you.  I hope your company gets no new customers.  Worse yet, half of your employees didn't have the legally required identification badge and your employees thought that was funny.  I don't care how proficient you are, you have chosen to break laws and think that's ok.

SAME ADDRESS 1401 N 29th AVE...SEXTON SERVICES. This review is specifically about the HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING part of the enterprise...and it's quite positive:  I've left the following comment at the Better Business Bureau site, as well:

I have dealt with SEXTON HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING (Sexton Services) for several years and have nothing but HIGH PRAISE for their annual inspection programs, promptness, customer service, capabilities, integrity, reliability and success in trouble-shooting/repairing our air conditioning unit. Thanks to Tammy for working the scheduling and to Chase for his stick-to-itiveness that has resulted in his solving more than one ticklish issue despite the intermittent nature of  problems. That's professionalism at its finest!!

The only good thing i can say is they showed up. our window was 5-7 (on Wednesday) then they moved it to 6-8 and he showed up at 8 pm. he sprayed for the bees. told us the bees would die in a day or so and that we could look and see if there was any honeycomb to remove. we paid $200 and three days later with continual bee activity we called. they said the bees were confused since the queen was dead and will die soon. day 6 we called to have them come back, since they said they have a 30 day guarentee and they said they woudl come back only to be paid to remove the hive that they could not guarentte it unless they removed the hive. Not what their guy said when he was here.. After the attitude they gave my husband on the phone we called The Bee Keeper. They came out and had a camera which they could see the hive and showed us. they are the experts. we had them remove the hive. Valley pro's guy woudl be better at removing a hive that has landed on an exterior area not interior. he didn't seem to know what he was doing all he did was spray.  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. call the BEE KEEPER. he was actually lower in price to spray then VAlley Pro.... FYI myhusband attempted to call valley pro back and no on e answered. I wish I had know this was the company coming out because I would have read the reviews and not used them.
