These guys are truly amazing! I have been using their services for about a year now and have been so happy with what I pay for. Their products work great and are safe to spray in the house. I even saw a few scorpions a couple of weeks after a treatment, and they came out to spray again no questions asked and no additional charge. I have had Alex mostly coming to my house recently and he is just so badass! Super friendly and a great listener. Not only that but very informative. He understands that my partner sleeps during the day because of work and is super quiet not to disturb her or my dog. The customer service is exceptional, and even through this pandemic, they have been very reliable! Wouldn't even think about switching services!

Hunter Pest Control is always prompt to appts and the service is professional. They work with my schedule as well. Have been using them for 5 years and had no issues at all with any pests. They have completed our termite treatment as well and maintain it yearly for us. Highly recommend them for any homeowner.

Bob's bug is a family owned and operated company. We started using Bob's in the 90's when I was a child. He and his techs are always on time and very polite, their knowledge of the bugs in the valley is outstanding! Now that my siblings are home owners, Bob, is still who we call!

We have used Maximum Exterminating on rental homes and new construction.  They are always on time, do what they say they are going to do without any hidden charges.  They also communicate with you and you never feel left in the dark.  Great, reliable company!

Nate is the technician that services my house. He always texts me before he arrives so I can unlock the back gate. He asks me if I've seen any posts, does the pest application, then explains what he's done. No pests for me! Great job Nate.

Twas the night before Christmas and all through the house, not a creature was stirring, well, except for the termites chewing through the drywall. Those pesky critters announced their presence with tubes showing through in one of my closets.

After calling about four or five pest control companies, I received quotes as high as $2000 from the national franchises. They all gave their quote, explained why they are better than the next, went into some detail about the process they use to apply the chemicals and everyone; generally, had the same story, same product and same application process. The difference is in how trustworthy the company is and how long they warrant the treatment.

I randomly came across serenity pest control after I posted on FB about an odd looking infestation of bugs that I couldn't identify at my house. Someone referred me, I called them out for a quote to take care of the termites and they were there the next day. On this visit Justin quoted for the termites, identified my unwanted pests as weevils and sprayed the area where they were coming from. His quote beat every other company, he uses the same material, applies with all the same methods, and he's a local business to boot.

Justin was back out the next week to treat for the termites as scheduled, was on time and super friendly. Thanks for taking care of those pesky weevils and the subterranean termites.

Isaac is seriously the best in his field! My family has been working with him for years and we've always been satisfied with his level of service. He is detail-oriented, thorough, and highly professional. On top of that, he's very knowledgeable about the life cycles and behavior patterns of native pest species. Isaac also takes the time to explain his process, why he uses certain chemicals or materials, how they work, and how long before you start to see their effects.

My husband and I recently had a terrible cricket infestation in our new house and, after a visit from Isaac, we noticed a difference literally overnight. Before Isaac came along we'd be listening to a symphony of crickets chirping like it was nobody's business in our master bed/bath all night long. After one visit from Isaac, that same night we were able to finally have a restful and SILENT night's sleep. Die crickets, die.

If you have any sort of pest problem whatsoever, Isaac is your guy. His prices are very reasonable and he's an all around miracle worker.

I lived in a rental in Payson. I received a text to confirm my
appointment time. I called to reschedule and she was very
nice. The exterminator was awesome, he did ask for
payment as he left, I explained my management company
should be billed. He was okay with my reply. Then Sexton
billed me for the service. When I called Sexton and told
them to bill Berkshire Hathaway I was told I  needed to
have Berkshire Hathaway call them, Sexton REFUSED
to call the landlord even though that was who arrange the
service. This dance went on for months! Sexton was going
to send me to collections over a service I never requested.
Sexton blamed Berkshire Hathaway and in reverse. I will
never use either company again. Do not let them in your
house if you are a renter until you verify who they plan to
bill! I wish I could have given them zero stars; horrible
customer service!

So just giving this company one star because I can't give them none. They came out two weeks ago 3 hours late without a phone call or anything, they got here late and rushed out of here. I been using them for 5 years now and this is the first time they did not do a good job. Called in and they said they will be back, this man came and started complaining that why did I call and said I did not do a good job while smoking at my front door. I told him apparently they did not a good job that time. He said the F word and said they are not spraying again. Very unprofessional. I will never recommend this place to anyone again...

I've been using this company for years and always thought it was ok until ants got into my house a few weeks ago and when I called last Evergreen last week  and left a message to call me back to schedule something I got no return call. When I try to call in to speak with alive person all departments sent me to voice mail. I had to press the department for payment to get someone to answer and to look up my account and information if I was still on a contract. Poor customer service and no return call, and bugs still in my yard. I am taking my business elsewhere.

I have been using Moxie for almost three years now, and have nothing but good things to say about the company. They set up quarterly services after the initial treatment, and bill you after each quarterly service. They also offer free services in between the normally scheduled quarterly services in case you are seeing any pest activity. I have never had any issues with any of the technicians throughout the years. They show up when expected, are polite, and always adjust their treatment based on the activity I have seen or what I want done. I have also been pleased with the results of their services as well. I live right up against Anthem foothills, so there is no stopping bugs entirely, but since Moxie has started their service, I have seen a consistently lower presence of pests compared to the first month living here where there were lots of scorpions and noisy crickets.

I think the pricing is more than fair, especially when considering the free services they offer in between quarterly services, and considering how easy it is to work with them. I have never had a bad experience when calling to schedule a service, all of the representatives are friendly and straight forward.

Bottom line, the service is great and effective, the pricing is great; everything is just simple and easy with Moxie. Also, they give off a genuine vibe that they want to take care of you and value your business.

Worst company EVER
There are so many companies to choose from in the valley, so if your looking for prest control, make sure you go to ANY other company than this one!
So unreliable, it's actually a joke.
I had a scheduled visit for termite inspection, on a warrantied job, so, obviously they already got our money when they treated, and a year ago, and need a reinspection done. I had a appointment for a Saturday, On Friday, the company called and said the inspector had a personal emergency and needed to reschedule for Sunday. No problem. I understand things can happen. On Sunday, I waisted my entire day waiting for my call to say he was on his way, with a 5 hour window to wait, to get a call 3 hours into my scheduled time only for him to say he can't make it, and needs to reschedule AGAIN. Seriously?

BEWARE!!  UNSAFE PROVIDER!!  These guys came to my house in the morning after another business sent them pictures of the repairs I needed.  When they arrived, they seemed unsure of how to fix.  
When I asked how he was going to fix it, he answered rudely saying he didnt know, and he'll have to go to Home Depot.
I had a bad vibe from the begining, and just didn't feel comfortable.  I told him I'd like to get a second estimate, and call another company, and he flipped out.
Lots of profanities, calling me an idiot, F*** this and that as he headed to his truck.
As I took a picture of his truck, he got out and said WHAT THE F*** ARE YOU GONNA DO YOU F***ING F*GOT!  BRING IT!

Then way later in the afternoon after not hearing back from the owner, I call him to inform him of his employees actions.  He told me What's the problem.  And It doesn't really matter since you didn't have us do the work, and I was hung up on.

STAY CLEAR!
