Update 02 Apr 2021 - Nebraska came out, made sure the repairs were made, and finished those that weren't.
We've used this company for a few years now, and for the most part, things have been OK. A few months back, Nebraska did an inspection, and recommended some services, to the amount of about 3000 dollars. We decided to do it, and scheduled the work. Here's where things went downhill. When the crew showed up to do the work, they had no direction on what they exactly needed to do. They started work about an hour or so later, but when I asked about some of the work that was promised, they didn't know about it. (Luckilly, I had asked Nebraska to let me record the conversation about the quote, and he was willing to do so - so I have proof of what was supposed to be done.) I asked to have Nebraska call me to try to clear all this up. Apparently he stopped by the house sometime during the work to look at things, but never made contact. A few weeks went by, and we didn't hear from him, even though we'd left a few messages. One of the techs, Matt, came by for our usual service; I pointed out one of the areas that wasn't completed as a part of the work we requested, and asked him to reach Nebraska. He said he tried 3 times while he was here to reach him, and had finally escalated this to management to get him to call. Since then - 3 or 4 weeks now - nothing. This morning I tried calling, and of the 3 numbers I found online, none were in service. This is feeling like one of those deals where the work gets done (some of it, anyway), and you never hear from the company again. Due to the price tag of this, and for securing our home from pests and damage, this is super frustrating.
Well, I just looked to the right of my review and see that someone else is having the exact same issues, with the exact same tech. This is not a way to run a business.
