Hi, I'm Aaron, the owner of Greenleaf Pest Control. I was raised in Raymond, Alberta Canada. At age 22, I wanted to get out of the cold and snow and decided Surprise, Arizona would make a great home. After having worked for a pest control company for a few years, I opened Greenleaf Pest Control with a specific focus on providing a top-notch quality service and a priority to always put the customer first.

Service is by far the worst. They spend all of 20mins they never get the spider webs like my contract states. I've tried endlessly to get out my contract but they won't let me they rather credit me $125 then like me cancel for free. By the way the cancellation fee is $250. Make it make sense. The owner of the company will not call me. They told me on my last review to call them so they could resolve the issue but all they did was give me a credit. They owner is more worried about money than bad reviews. As Rachel the office manager states he doesn't make phone calls that's my job and she's doing a horrible job at it. I want out of my contract the customer service ppl are horrible there product sucks I still have issues in my home. They said there product suppose to kill upon contact and it doesn't.
It's sad that the owner won't even close my contract out.
By the way they are not always open!! Techs do not come out after 5PM
Super aggressive sales people will continue to come to your house. It's very strange. We finally answered the door on the third time and got the sales pitch. I do wish this company would follow the no soliciting rules and signs in neighborhoods.
If you choose to use this company, good on you. However as a rule of thumb, we do not do business with people who go door-to-door.
Everyone from the office staff to each technician has been completely professional and prompt. One call to the office sends a tech the same day! Can't give this company enough stars!
It appears that the sales tactics are a common issue with this company. I had the same issues. Sales are sales and the guys who work to push this company door to door have no ethical bone in their body. It's a shame really. I do not recommend and I will never use this company again.
Steer clear and use another company. We contacted Green Leaf to do pest control at our residence. They asked us to sign a contract to start services so we agreed. Unfortunately, we didn't read the fine print that there is an extremely long obligation to use their services. We were in a lease and ended up moving once our lease was over. Green Leaf said that even though we had moved, we were still required to pay for services that we were not using. They offered to transfer services, however, we moved from a house to an apartment, of which we did not need pest control since we are in a penthouse on the top floor. I would steer clear of any company like this that doesn't offer quality customer service. Instead of keeping a customer for a lifetime and opening up the door to using them again once we move back into a house in the future, their deceptive contracts ended up screwing us in the long term. Steer clear and find another company.
Be careful with their sales people. When I was getting sold the pest control service, I was told they were servicing my neighbors and their pests would run into my home- this was a lie. I was told it's a bimonthly charge of $70 and I could skip the service and not get charged- another lie. At the one of signing up, they set up a sham phone call where the sales person told me to agree to the terms that they are going over even if I could barely hear the l person on the other side of the phone. I got to learn that they do this so when you call in they can say you agreed via the phone as well.
I called after my first charge and was told the same thing- it's bi monthly and you only get charged when a technician comes to your home.
By the 3rd month, I was still getting charged monthly and would still get charged even if I skip the service.
There's a $250 cancellation fee if you cancel in the first year.
This company is sending out sales people to deceive customers. As a customer who got sold on something I didn't need and was misinformed about the terms, I have nothing good to say about this company
Greenleaf pest control is an unprofessional and predatory company. Their sales person will lie through their teeth to get you to sign up. If you're considering working with them stay far, far away and hire someone else. Would not recommend.
Please don't sign their bs agreement. They did not respect my no soliciting sign and came to my door acting like they were doing a spray because neighbors complained that bugs were coming out after their initial spray in my new home. I work overnights and was half asleep, signed what I thought was a month to month thing and now they're bullying me into paying them $65/mo or like a $300 early termination fee. Please beware, these people suck.
I switched from Burns to Greenleaf after moving this past year and have been satisfied with the pest control service they provide. My first two conversations with ladies in their office we're rather unpleasant, but it has been better recently. As others have mentioned here in unfavorable reviews, the sales pitch at the beginning was a bit much and mostly untrue. The big push that all your neighbors have us and someone down the street just moved so we have an opening for you was laughable. I had planned to call Burns once we had settled in, but Greenleaf was at my door and it was a fair price so I gave them a shot. That being said, for anyone from the company reading this, the shmoozy sales pitch is probably hurting your business.
As for the positives, the service technicians- namely Matt, have been wonderful... friendly and extremely thorough.
So my issue is not with the contracts because you're not obligated, and my problem is not with the pest control service because they do a great job. My problem is that I hired them to do a weed control treatment and when they came back to do touch up they sprayed the chemicals on my front porch, driveway, vehicle, and house. It was literally the biggest mess flipping ever. And the icing is when you call and they just tell me how sorry they are but they're not going to do a thing to help because there is nothing we can do lol lol lol. I don't even really know what to say but that's it for this group and I recommend you strongly reconsider before hiring them.
Brian was our lead tech today. He was friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. I could tell he loves what he does.
Professional, responsive, friendly and prompt to service! They have a great guarantee and have treated our home for pests every other month and have come out for scorpion and termite treatment within a week (usually sooner) of calling to schedule!
This company has spent the last several days harassing households in our neighborhood (a post in our neighborhood group on FB had over 110 responses related to this company's activities in our community). They ignore no solicitation signs, use high pressure sales tactics, refuse to take no for an answer, get combative and rude with homeowners who *repeatedly* say no thank you.
I was specifically visited by someone who identified himself as Devin on a small scooter. He stated he represented Greenleaf and had signed up a boat load of my neighbors, to which I thanked him and politely said not interested. He went on about how he could save me money and wouldn't it be great to support a local business (he hadn't asked who we used nor what we paid, so not sure how he could have made this statement). I told him that I was happy with my current provider and wasn't interested in making a change.
After about my fourth no thank you, I explained I needed to get back to work, he rolled his eyes and then said well I guess you're just not smart enough to see how much money I can save you. Not sure why he chose to insult me as his next sales tactic, because as you can imagine, I wasn't impressed nor suddenly swayed to sign up with him. At this point, I explained that I had been patient and polite, and had told him *no* at least four times, that our conversation was over and that he needed to leave my property immediately. I then closed the door in his face. He jumped on his scooter and moved on down the street.
Devin has visited several of my neighbors over the past several days and those I talked to mentioned very similar experiences - high pressure sales tactics, *repeatedly* refused to take no for an answer, and became rude and disrespectful. Nobody that I talked to in my neighborhood that was unfortunate to meet him signed up for his service.
Based on my personal interaction with Devin, I would never do business with this company.
I canceled my service today after multiple attempts and requests to have weeds treated. I also found out that after 2 plus years of service they had not been treating for termites that we had specifically requested during sign up. Look elsewhere and buyer beware. You need to be the big expert to ensure they do their job.
They just doubled their prices and they don't even answer the phone so I can cancel our services.

Prices are off the charts, you call and they are not honest with pricing on weed control so i have canceled all services. 109.00 or 55 per month for bugs scorpions etc 249.00 every 6 months for weeds when you have weeds.
PRICE GOUGING!!! They just increased their price by 80%!!! Gas price and materials is their excuse but gas prices have decreased and is steady dropping. Been with them over 5 years but will now have to find another company who's not ran by GREED.
The service Greenleaf offers is inconsistent at best depending on the technician sent to service your house and also depending on the person who answers the phone.
The last technician came out when I wasn't home, sprayed two lines around the perimeter of my house (see photos) and left. I called to have them redo the service, we set up another appointment between 12-4 on Saturday, 9/17/22. They called over an hour earlier than scheduled to come by at which time I was not home (since I do have other committments). They refused to send the technician back out during the scheduled appointment time. Then, they refused to reschedule another appointment with another 4 hour window for me later on in the week. The woman who answered the phone said she could only give me notice the morning of the appointment. What companies conduct business this way? If I have a doctor's appointment scheduled, and they call with a conflicting time, am I supposed to cancel my doctor's appointment because they can't schedule, and honor, their appointment times?
I'm calling the bank to do a charge back. I'm not paying $99 dollars for two lines of spray that cost, at best, $2.00 and for less than an hour of the technician's time. It'll be interesting to see how well they perform when they lose their $99.
Today began with a concern my house had termites.
I had the best experience with Greenleaf. I called and they came out right on time the very next day.
They offered a free termite inspection, both inside and out.
Alex and Harrison were absolutely amazing. Knowledgeable, thorough, polite and professional.
After the inspection was complete, they explained I had no termite problem ..currently. YAY
They asked how long I had lived in this house and I said 6 yrs.
It was suggested I should think about doing a termite treatment as it's always a good idea. I agreed but I am grateful they were so open and honest.
I really did not want my Christmas gift to be a termite treatment!
I will definitely be calling (and highly recommend) Alex, Harrison and Greenleaf for my future pest control needs.

At this point I told them I don't want their services 4 times because their reviews on Yelp are not good. They still continue to send pushy aggressive sales people who can show up at anytime of day. The only way to get them to leave is to close the door in their face.
Not about their pushy sales tactics of going door to door especially in gated communities where there is no soliciting.

I just signed up yesterday on the thought that my neighbors were also getting treated today hence why they would be flushed out and come my way. I'm not gonna lie you guys got me. You got me good.
The salesmen are straight scammers and liars. I promise they will say anything and I mean ANYTHING to get you to sign the dotted line. Whatever you do please save your self the money and call someone else
A salesperson came to my home today and gave me his sales spiel. I thought I may be interested so I gave him my email address and phone number, but I DID NOT sign the agreement because he asked for my credit card information and stated that if I cancelled the agreement I will be charged $250. I said no thank you to their service and the salesperson said, Ok, I'll just email you the agreement to look over and if you are later interested, you can give us a call. We shook hands and he left.
A few minutes later, I received an email that welcomed me as a new customer and included an account number. How sleazy!! In the email was a link to the agreement for me to sign -- Of course, I DID NOT sign it.
I told the salesperson that I was not interested, but he went ahead and signed me up as a new customer. Next thing you know, I'll receive a bill from these scammers.

BUYER BEWARE!!!
Made an initial call, they followed up by calling....after 10pm. Sounded rather desperate to make the sale, but, after they offered a $50 discount, went ahead and scheduled it.
They were made aware of our schedules and were told they'd be here at noon, or as close to noon as possible. Noon came and went with no call or notification. Called to see when they'd get here, and was told it would be more like 4pm.
That wasn't the plan, kids.
New plan, cancelled the charge, got the money back, scheduled with another company that was even cheaper than the initial quote.

just received an e-mail from Greenleaf Pest Control raising my Qtr service from $70 a QTR to $117. I've used them for the last 8 years and even with all the higher costs these days, this is still outrageous. Any other pest control company, please feel free to reach out, you will have new business.

Allegedly there's a referral program. I referred my mom to this company after they signed up. They stated that the prices we were quoted would be different from hers once they arrived at her home despite being told she'd receive the same promo. The best part is her home is 1000sq ft less than ours. Explain how we'd be paying more for a smaller home?

Received an email my account was closed due to not being serviced in awhile. I called them and said you guys were just out here the other month why is it canceled? They stated the visit had been marked wrong in their system so was missed that they could reinstate my account but I owed $60 for the service I had been given.
I pay $60 to have my entire house sprayed. When they came out they literally placed 3 ant baits in my pantry and left. They did not go anywhere else in my house. After some back and forth they finally say okay we can come back out and treat your entire house this time for the same $60. This was okay with me. I explain I'm headed out of town for vacation and they state this won't be a problem.
Fast forward to trying to actually schedule that visit. I'm told it won't actually count as a re-spray. And by the way they raised their price to $99. That even though they told me my vacation wouldn't be an issue it's now been too long.
So I just paid $60 for (3) total of maybe $10 commercially available ant baits to be placed because the tech decided to not treat the whole house and if I want the job done correctly I'd have to pay $99 after being told they'd make it right
Front office is a mess. Apparently I should have let them cancel the account initially because instead I got overcharged for bringing to their attention someone had came by recently.
I don't expect something for nothing so I understand I owe something for the ant baits. But don't charge me the amount for my entire house PLUS outside when you dropped by for 5 minutes. Don't tell me you will make it right just to backtrack. Account canceled.

This is by far the worst pest company I have ever used. It doesn't matter how many times these guys come out there are still bugs everywhere and now all over my kids rooms. I have asked them to cancel the services, but they refuse unless we pay 200+. I wouldn't mind paying for the service if it actually worked.
We now have more bugs and new bugs that we've never seen in the 5 years of living in the house after their visits and sprays. I am positive they sprayed something to BRING the bugs. More biting bugs more bugs with pinchers and bugs I've never seen in my life have suddenly invaded our property and home. HARD pass and well... if you experience the same it won't be a SURPRISE to me.
I have had them come out multiple times in between services and I still have problems. Do not go with this company. Make your own chemicals, i found that it doesnt take a degree to make this stuff. Save hundreds, do it yourself!

I'm sure what the work the guys do is within there scope, but the aggressive sales pitch and lies he said to get us away from the non contractional vendor who supplied the in home pest control system and service. It's all on me for making the change but the company should really be more diligent on training and how there sales person promotes the company. I'm sure they do homes in our neighborhood, but to flat out tell me that our neighbor across the street had recommend them and to talk to us for service was BS. I talked to my surrounding neighbors and none of them use Green-leaf. I was told they spray and use up to 15 gallons of materials around our home. They barely use 7. They also don't move anything out of the way when they spray. I also didn't notice anything around my front entry? My ring camera only picks them up when they knocked to tell us there here and when they were done.
Workers are one thing but sales and tactics like a car salesperson did in the past is no way I think they should be selling there services? Look at the negative reviews here to say the least. I'm not one to complain and a easy person to work with. Just don't like to be lied too

I've been with Greenleaf pest control for over a year now and I am so impressed with their employees. Very personable, respectful of my property inside and out, and I can tell they're not only trained for the correct application, but also for customer interaction.
Randomly showed up at my house without appointment and without me ever sharing my address or name. Not cool. Creepy AF.
I started a quote request on Yelp in Sept when I noticed some termite tunnels around my garage. I did multiple requests and had Greenleaf respond.
They requested more information and despite giving accurate information on my property, they insisted on a phone consultation. I never moved forward with the company.
Yesterday, Nov 10, a sales person randomly shows up at my door wanting to give me a pest estimate. Not a termite estimate -just spraying my yard.
I stress that:
1. I did not give this company my address or name - but they knew both
2. The sales person wasn't even capable of talking about the termite. He only wanted to sell me monthly service.
This is so freakin' CREEPY!
Warning to Yelpers - don't use the request for service if they are disclosing your actual GPS location. That's a HUGE breach of my privacy.
Very very very upset that this company was so shady.
Tech showed up, sprayed part of front then packed up. When I confronted him about the rest of the house, he told me his pump quit working and needed gas. I showed him the closest station he wanted and waited. He NEVER returned. I even checked my back and side gate cameras in case i missed a sneak return, but no one had been back. Now he lies about doing a full service at the house. Im not paying for no service rendered.
We recently started services with Greenleaf. The office staff are friendly and helpful. The young man who came to spray was polite, wearing a mask and was fast and thorough. I hope the service continues to be great!
Since using Greenleaf Pest Control I have seen just one scorpion and he was in his final minutes - outside on back patio, a few hours after the first visit. He was well on his way to scorpion heaven. That was a year ago and I haven't seen one since. Anthony C was exceptionally efficient and friendly. A big thank-you to him.
Salesman knocked on my door despite my conspicuous and unambiguous No Solicitors sign and he proceeded to solicit Greenleaf's services. Even after I asked him if had seen the sign, to which he said he did, he kept going on about Greenleaf's service. I offered him a water and sent him on his disrespectful way.
Courteous and efficient at their job. As always re-arranged any outside furniture when the finish up. Plus - on-going positive pest control results. Also did a quick termite investigation (we also subscribe fir their termite services).
Thank you Greenleaf Pest Control I firmly believe that a regular pest plan is the best proactive way to prevent pest issues from happening. You are always on time and professional. Great service

We have used Greenleaf for several years. Initially they were very thorough with spraying, removing cobwebs and adding granular pesticides. Lately, their service has dropped off significantly. They spray areas, but not all. No cobweb cleaning and no granular additions. They only spend 5-10 mins and then gone.
We did sign up for the service unfortunately we found ourselves needing to relocate due to my Mother having cancer To another state. Keep in mind this was not a planned move so we reached out to Greenleaf to let them know the situation but we we found out they have no compassion and we are required to pay the 250 for breaking the contract. We are moving out of state which is a very large expense. I say be for warned the company has no compassion and will only suck you in to an long term expense.
Amazing service!
I live in an area where there's so many scorpions we were terrified that they would get in the baby's room or crib. We have seen tons or scorpions but they are outside only and die whenever they come close to the perimeter. You can always call and they will send someone out to spray inside and out of your home as soon as the next day. Great service!

Update: A manager scheduled another visit, free of charge and also credited me for the next visit. Now that's how you stand up and provide proper customer service.
I have had Greenleaf for a long time now and love them! They have taken care of so many problems for us (little spiders, scorpions, ants, earwigs), you name it they've treated it for us! Alex is the tech that treated our home most recently and he was so nice and knowledgable. When I call in to the office the staff is always friendly and quick to respond. I appreciate all that they do and definitely recommend them!!!
We also use them for our weed treatment and they are amazing! Their pre-emergent works like a charm and any time we do have a stray weed that breaks through they are quick to come out and take care of it for us!
Be careful when u sign the contract, the sales person convinced me to go with this company because they can service up to two houses in one account, I got first service then I ask them to service my other house, they refused. When I call the office the lady is nice to waive my termination fee but I have to pay $149 for the one service. My advice what ever the salesperson said must include in the contract.
We started having Greenleaf come to our home every other month for basic pest control maintenance. The first few times they came, they ran out of water for their solution & asked if they could use our hose water. It was a little frustrating that they were not more prepared for their route and needed to re-up their water supply as we are already paying for their service & shouldn't have to add more money on with our water bill (private water is expensive). Since their service started, we have seen a lot of pests who have got in contact with the solution, which means that it works! The unfortunate thing, however is that we have received pests inside our home (which I thought wouldn't happen since they were spraying outside).
Overall, if we could go back, we would go with a different company that is a little cheaper & comes around more often than every other month.
I can't say enough good things about this company. The customer service from the front desk staff to the technicians it's just beyond incredible. Their products are effective. They are reliable and communicative. They are just amazing. Don't ever hesitate when you're thinking of using them.
After reaching out to Greenleaf, I received a message that said they would refund the service amount for this month, because they didn't notate that I'd asked to skip a month. I haven't seen the refund yet, but it probably takes a couple days. I will update it when that happens. I was happy they got back to me today and it sounds promising.
Had this company doing pest control at my home for nearly a year, but upon selling my home and trying to cancel a upcoming appointment I spent the day on hold waiting for someone to answer . I left a message saying I sold my home and need to cancel the upcoming appointment, I get a message back from them ( no call) saying we moved your appointment to the following Tuesday, which I will no longer own the home . I had to call and wait on hold again and after 15 minutes I left another message saying that I HAD SOLD MY HOME AND NEED TO CANCEL ANY FURTHER APPOINTMENTS TO MY ADDRESS. Again no call back just another email saying thank you for the payment, WHICH WAS FOR $250.00 EARLY TERMINATION FEE. They could not even call me back, just cancel and give me a early termination fee of $250.00 . Well I called back again and again after waiting 15 minutes on hold I left another message. I said that I received the receipt for $250.00 early termination fee, but that they could not even call me back and find out where I moving too, to try and keep my business, nope no call. I told them to enjoy my 250.00 but that I would be writing a review for them letting everyone know how unprofessional they are and their customer service SUCKS.
Within 10 minutes I get a call from greenleaf, but for them to call I had to go thru all of that..
They have lost my business and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Technician didn't wear a mask inside my home even though Arizona is the Covid hotspot right now!
Usually I love their professionalism but I am utterly disappointed and afraid for my family's health. While my baby and I sat in a different room, my husband stayed to escort him to where we wanted sprayed for maintenance. We only had him spray the hallways and living room and I could hear him talking loudly to my husband as he worked, possibly contaminating my home.
I am at-risk because of my chronic bronchitis, my son is small and my husband is the breadwinner since I got laid off back in April. We can't afford these kinds of risks, especially at the hands of someone else.
I sincerely hope we and other families houses he's been to don't get seriously ill from his lack of care and concern for other health!

I have been using green leaf pest (and weed) control for about nine years and have always been pleased with their service. Their technicians are always on time and always very courteous. In addition, if I ever have any issues (very rare) with their service, they attend to those right away. I always recommend green leaf when I have an opportunity.
About two weeks after I moved into the new home I purchased, a man from Greenleaf Pest named Nate showed up at my front door unannounced, despite having No Solicitation signs. He claimed the previous owner had been using their services, and extended a special deal to continue service for me.
After providing him my number to establish a communication chain, I reached out to the seller and asked for confirmation. She had NEVER used this guy before in the entire time she owned the house (20 years). I immediately contacted Nate and asked him to re-confirm that the previous seller used his services, to which he replied yes. After calling him out on this blatant lie, he stated he was just going off what his app said about the property address.
So you have one of two scenarios here: 1) Nate lied about lying, because his company trained him to do this to obtain new customers, or 2) Nate is telling the truth, and his company disperses false information to obtain new customers.
In both cases, Greenleaf is trash. I'd give it a coin toss as to whether Nate is too.
These guys have been coming out quarterly for years to my house to keep the critters (read: scorpions and spiders) at bay. Success rate is pretty damn good. Better success rate than a Phoenix Weather Forecaster during the monsoon season.
I can't speak to the natural formula they use but I do know its less toxic than Roundup or some of the usual suspects found in the big box stores.
The main reason I've stayed with them over the years is the first rate service. Love the email messages reminding me of an upcoming service and they are always so accommodating if I need to reschedule.
I know how hard it is to find good help, must be damn near impossible to find anyone that wants to lug around a hose and spray chemicals all day. But they do and they are some of the finest people I've ever had service my home. Always profession, polite, clean, and prompt. PJ came today and he was a joy to talk to and his recap of what he performed was greatly appreciated.

This service has been awful.
We had a very nice door to door sales kid come to our home. Being in sales my self, I felt for him. We had been talking about needing a pest control service, so we figured we'd give him a break and give them a try. We signed up for a year. Seemed like a good deal. The first service was scheduled for that weekend. They were supposed to do inside and out. I have a dog in my backyard and we were home all day (the joys of covid-times). Around lunch time, I opened my front door to go get something from my car and a couple sticky bug traps were shoved in my door. Dog never barked, so no one could have been out back. We never heard a knock or doorbell or got a phone call, so definitely no one inside. So, they dropped off bug traps to pretend they did something? We were confused.
We called the company and the owner Daniel, I think it was, apologized and scheduled someone to come out like 2 days later. Great! Personal phone call from ownership, quick response, apologetic. Overall great customer service. Being in the industry, I get things happen. Response is key.
The day they were supposed to be here, I stayed home to work to make sure that they were let in and everything went well. No one showed up.
I called into the office, agitated at this point. The lady's response was a snarky, it's not our fault, our computers are down. Well, it's not my fault either. I said, I get it is not your fault and I don't want to be rude but after two failed attempts we are going to take our business elsewhere. She said that's fine but there will be a $250 cancellation fee. FOR WHAT? $250 to cancel because you never showed up and preformed the agreed to service??? At this point I'm furious. She would not transfer me to the owner whom we spoke with prior. I told her they did not have authorization to charge my card, and she said ok well it will go to collections if you don't pay it. I said you were never here. She said we have pictures that we were, would you like me to send them to you? I said yes. Guess what? I never received them.
This all happens about 2 months ago.
Guess what? I log into my bank today that they pulled an unauthorized $250 from my account. I called in and they are refunding it in 5-7 business days (so I'm out $250 for a week? Fantastic...), but are not clearing the cancellation fee. The girl said I don't have authorization to do that. I'll tell my manager. Have a great day
I just want out from this contract. Do not use these guys. The office staff is rude, unreasonable, and unprofessional.

I have been a loyal customer for years and they have taken very good care of me and especially during this rough time everyone is facing. The techs are incredibly knowledgeable and professional always.
I am extremely happy with Greenleaf Peat control. They are honest , reliable and professional. They guarantee that I will not ever see a scorpion in my apartment. Unfortunately one snuck in. I live in a scorpion infested apartment complex. Greenleaf is coming back free of charge to do an additional service. I highly recommend Greenleaf Pest Control.
We have been using this company for several months now and since they have been treating our house we have not any scorpions come visit. Before using them we would get about 7 scorpions a year that we found and I don't know how many we didn't find. The price is reasonable as it looks expensive $80 but it breaks down to $40 a month which I found to be worth keeping the pests away and have piece of mind.
These guys are awesome at letting us know of the next appt coming up. Every person that comes to spray our home is super respectful and so friendly. They are also very affordable compared to others. Our whole entire neighborhood uses it too, I give 4 out of 5 stars just because sometimes I see some made it into my home(dead already though).
These guys (specifically Glenn) are RELENTLESS and UNPROFESSIONAL! Glenn is literally a running joke within my community due to his antics. I'm in Sales Management and have been since I've been able to work, here are some things I would NEVER allow from my team that Greenleaf practices:
1. When I answer my door don't call me by my name before you've introduced yourself or I've introduced myself to you. I have no idea how you've obtained my information (I'm assuming from the county assessor's website,) but it's unprofessional, creepy, and an invasion of privacy.
2. DO NOT LIE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. You're a door-to-door sales person and you are already viewed a nuisance and as dishonest, it comes along with your job title, when you lie, you lose all credibility. Don't tell me you're treating all of my neighbor's houses and you would like to add me to the list to ensure our block doesn't have any issues. NEWS FLASH! We're neighbors, WE TALK! No one uses your service and EVERYONE finds you EXTREMELY annoying. THIS IS AN EXTREMELY SHADY SALES TACTIC! From all the reviews I've seen, it's probably to get you stuck in a contract, DON'T FALL FOR IT!
3. If you've been asked not to come back, DON'T COME BACK! At that point, YOU ARE TRESPASSING!
Do not use this company! They are thieves and they do NOT know how to treat costumers. I've been treating my own home for years and got way to busy as a business owner myself. I needed a little help and what a mistake that was. I was sold by a young fella knocking at my door with a bunch of lying promises. Long story short I have small bugs I've never had in my house along with scorpions and everything that follows. I called and complained and just fell on empty ears. They said I need to call them to tell them to come back and do there job the way there suppose to the first time. My trust was lost at that point having an infant and small kids I could not take the risk and needed to cancel. They charged me $250.00 because they can't do there job. Save yourself the stress and aggravation and use anyone else.
Bait and switch company I gave them referrals and my service was 69 per treatment and the people I gave them a referral to they want to charge them 25% more 89 per treatment for a house half my size obviously already told these people it was 69 a treatment and then she said oh thats special pricing from a sales person you called us direct there's nothing we can do so you can just pay us a one time fee of $149 and we can be done avoid at all cost I can't wait till my contracts over

We've been using Greenleaf for a couple of years now. They are always professional and friendly. We had a BIG scorpion problem when we first moved into this house - we saw several a week both inside & out. With the help of Greenleaf, we rarely see one any more. I think our area is prone to them but with a young child and dog in the household we don't want to use toxic pesticides. Greenleaf's system works great for us. I recommend them highly.

Greenleaf Pest always does such an excellent job. I use them for both weeds and insects. The technicians are friendly and kind, remembering what I like to have done. They totally stand behind their products and processes, coming back for re-sprays in-between visits whenever necessary. Greenleaf has been my go-to company for the last 3 years.
I've had Greenleaf spray my house for the last 2 years and their service is amazing. They always give me extra traps for my garage and if I ever see a bug in between services they come right out and take care of it. They are extremely professional and I've never had a problem with pests since using their services.
I hired Greenleaf about two weeks ago now. I started seeing ants so I found the top rated pest control in my area. As I'm writing this I'm currently being bitten by ants. I paid $150 and I still have ants, I called and asked if they could come back out and throughly spray because when the guy sprayed inside they didn't do the whole house he did a careless job (I watched him) and she said there's no guarantee. Then WHY do you charge $150!!!!! I was like you can't just come out one more time for a discounted price or something I JUST paid you guys and I'm still having issues with ants this is ridiculous!
The sales person came to my door read my no soliciting sign walk back away from the door, set down his papers, walked backup to my door, waved at my camera and ring my doorbell. He did this twice. Today same kids shows up again and I ask him if he knows what a no soliciting sign means. He indicated he knew what it meant but he wanted to let us know that they were in the area. I think it's absolutely ridiculous that you will Not honour a person's no soliciting sign. Last company in the world I would ever use.
Green Leaf has provided reliable bi-monthly pest control service for a reasonableprice. Anytime I have called they have delivered. We also had them do a full treatment for termites as well.
Greenleaf Pest Control apparently works in the neighborhood that I live in and was working on clearing out the pests in the rental properties. I am a new homeowner to Arizona so I didn't know you need to have this type of service completed (after speaking to some Arizona residents). So, they did come in and complete the service, however, they signed me up for a contract that I didn't necessarily didn't want and the sales pitch felt like a trap. Like I said, I do appreciate the service as it is necessary in the desert landscape, but mehh...I would have went about it a different way and would have given the terms and conditions up front. But they were very professional and nice and the treatment was pretty quick and painless.

I started noticing small bugs around the house as well as crickets during the summer months. We decided to give Greenleaf pest control a try because they don't use hard chemicals and we were just tired of seeing bugs around the house. So far we've had a great experience, all bugs are gone!
Before Greenleaf I did my own pest control. Today's service was really nice and Antonio's was friendly and fast and knowledgeable. Also their payment plan is affordable.
Received monthly service on 10/25/19. Had phone call alert half an hour in advance of technicians arrival, as usual. The tech, Jesus, was very professional and got my input on the scope of the service we wanted and discussed how he would proceed. He was very thorough in application of the pesticide in all the designated areas. When done he went over everything he'd done and we discussed any observations he'd made in traps, etc. A great job in my opinion.
Overall service has been excellent. A couple times when we've found scorpions in the house we have had return visits which have seemed to solve the problem in all cases. Responsiveness in theses has been outstanding. Have been customers for about 16 months.
I requested a quote late in the evening yesterday and within less than 15 minutes, I got a response. I called them back early this morning and the receptionist I spoke with was very polite and explained my options very thoroughly. Much to my surprise, they were able to get a technician out to me today to perform our initial service.
As promised, I was given a 30 minute heads up prior to his arrival.
Jon, our technician, was also very polite and professional. He explained how the process works and answered every question my wife and I had. He was also very thorough while performing the service. We have a large ant hill with fire ants and he made sure to address that in addition to spraying the perimeter.
I am very pleased with their service and employees and I would highly recommend them.
Their prices are very reasonable and there is also a big discount on your initial service if you sign a bi-monthly annual contract! We will be looking into their weed service in addition to our pest service. Thanks again Greenleaf!
We moved into our home a year ago. We started with Greenleaf a few months ago. I'm very impressed how clean the techs are & extremely polite, which is getting hard to find now a days. They are very thorough & do come back immediately if something pops up ( like ants )

The company holds the customer to the contract and yet the company does not complete all services that are paid for. I have called and tried to terminate with no success. Not customer service friendly.
I am always satisfied with Greenleaf! Elijah came today and did the interior/exterior. He was very friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and did a thorough job inside and out. He also checked with me before he added the sticky traps which I appreciate.
My family and I have not seen any scorpions since we started with this company two years ago!
I have been using this company for over a year now. The reason we chose them is there is a baby and small animals, which there sprays aren't harmful to. Usually they do good work, when they come over. They will spray the front and back yard and once complete they spray in the house. This time the tech sprayed the yard like usual then packed up and left. Didn't check in to do the inside of house at all. I will get a full service charge as usual, but only half the work was done.
Had a huge issue with scorpions at my house, every since I started using Greenleaf it greatly diminished, whenever I get a scorpion however they will come back out to spray again for free which is awesome
This is the second month with the service, so far so good, haven't had any inconvenience and CS is really friendly

These guys came out yesterday to spray because I found some ants in the kitchen, the next day I found twice as many ants in my kitchen. They charged me 95 bucks for a one time spray and they want to set up a bi-monthly contract. Really bi-monthly? They wouldnt come out to make it right Im guess they use sugar water instead of bug spray-Not kidding guys 2 to 3 times as many ants the very next day.

Hard to believe that you need an ongoing contract for ants, point blank your spray is weak..I shot them with some Black Flag roach and ant killer, and the little devils were gone for about 2 weeks....granted they returned, but not quite as many
The techs who service our yard are super friendly and caring. They go the extra mile to make sure we never have scorpions or ants. And I am thankful for pest control that is safe around my grand babies and dogs. If I ever do have a problem with a bug they are a phone call away and are usually here in 24 hours to service inside or out. I worried because the price was a little high compared to others but they say you get what you pay for. Highly recommend.

Sincere Warning, Do not use Greenleaf Pest Control without reading the complaints on this and other sites, there is a terrible pattern if you're not satisfied for any reason, even up to date on payments, cancel and refuse further service..... They tack on all kinds of extra charges $250+ or more, then send you to collections so you'll pay to keep your credit rating clear. there is a name for such practices. Avoid
May I add it was that their hoses left deep snake lines all over my desert rocks, even boy scouts knew to leave the place as you found it.. do a job and leave another job to be done, the honest truth when I called and told they laughed...they broke the contract at that moment for me and I fired them Beware no matter the reason for dissatisfaction, they will take you to collections adding costs all along the way
Reliable service. The service tech Kyle was on time, friendly and sprayed the whole house inside and out! We have used Greenleaf Pest Control in the past. I like that their spray is not harmful to dogs. We will continue using this company for pest control!

We had Andrew D. As our tech today for our bimonthly service, he did a great job, he was courteous, answered all my questions about the chemicals and very informational about the critters I was questioning about.
Great service, always friendly! We had to leave right as they got there and they offered to reschedule spraying the inside, free of charge.
So the inspector came out and said we have termites, bummer. We were worried the buyers wouldn't want our house now. We turned to Greenleaf which has taken care of our bugs and weeds for years, they said no problem, it's common and they can take care of this too. They came out within 2 days and treated our issue, the technician was Robert he was punctual, professional and informative! He gave us a 1-year warranty on the service he provided and the service center are great communicators in what comes next In this process. They did such a wonderful job and we would recommend them to anyone that just wants the job done right!

Great service. Have plan for every other month. Since having the service no issues. No scorpions or any other creepy bugs.
I received military orders for a last minute move to a different base. I have requested to cancel the services prior and included my orders to cancel due to the SCRA law. Two days before the end of the month, they happened to squeeze in a last minute service today (which I emailed to cancel again, with my orders) to charge me for the next three months in which I was not at the address due to my orders (and an address I haven't even lived at for almost a whole month)
I requested a refund because I did cancel the service AND sent them my military orders and they went ahead and did it anyways so they could charge me even thought I canceled because I don't live there anymore, I'm actually across the country writing this.
They tried saying my orders weren't active until the end of next month, but I've already left because my departure date was 06 Sep.
This is not only against the law, this is slimy business practice against military members.
I am getting my military JAG to deal with this issue and this company.
Oh, and when they spray, they barely do it and there's still scorpions in the house. They're usually late on their appointment times.

Pest control? More like pests. Guys are so desperate for a sale they stop at your door every week trying to pick up more business. I may have been inclined however when you have a baby finally laying down for a nap and these pests constantly stopping by ringing the proverbial alarm clock a couple minutes in, it really puts a person off. I wouldn't be so annoyed if I didn't already send the first three away for the same issue. STOP BEING PESTS LEAVE A CARD / BROCHURES OUTSIDE AND IF WE ARE INTERESTED YOU'LL GET A CALL.

DO NOT use this company!!!!! The technician left my side gate open after the spraying and my Chihuahua of 16 years got out and can not be found. I drove around for hours looking for her. She's deaf so she can't hear me calling for her. My poor dog is out in this heat. My heart is so broken. How can this EVER be right.

Excellent Pest control! Started with Greenleaf about 3 1/2 years ago and haven't seen a scorpion since. They do a really great job!
Let me start off by saying, I have never used this company. I am rating them only on their door to door salesmen. I have 3 babies at home, so nap time is very important. I heard someone ring the doorbell and then knock around 10 times (sounded like he was trying to do the beat of a song or something). I looked out the window and saw a man looking like he was selling something sending other salesmen off to the other houses in my neighborhood, so I did not answer. 2 minutes later he proceeds to ring the doorbell again and do his 10 knocks. At this point i was frustrated and didn't want him to continue so I opened the door. He somehow knew my first name, which bothered me. When I found out he was selling a pest control service, I told him my dad is the manager of a pest control/chemical company already and he does it for me. The salesmen then tells me that my dad probably isn't reliable and I need something more consistent. At that point, I politely said I am not interested and shut the door.
I get it.. I really do. This is his job. But if someone says no, please don't continue to force it. And second, knock OR ring the door bell ONCE. If they don't answer, move along.
We had had Greenleaf for nearly 2 years. The customer service is amazing. The product is amazing. We never have bugs and we live in the desert. Our neighbors all have had scorpions, but not one here! Today Matt sprayed our house and we had some special requests because my dad is sick. He was accommodating and so kind. My husband was so impressed he texted me and said to call up with huge kudos! Awesome job Matt! Hope your boss gives you the kudos you deserve.
I have been using this company since July 2019. As always, their techs are great! Today, I had Jared. He was very friendly, mindful of my pets, informative, and thorough. I love that they give us traps in case we need it. Although, they are so good I haven't used them yet. I recommend these guys 100%.
Called unhappy with my service after 2 days. Was told you signed the contract. Either keep the contract or pay $250. They didn't care why I wanted to cancel, just cared that I keep paying. Recommend you do some research into competitors before thinking about this group, their customer service is awful.
I would give zero stars but that isn't an option. I used this company for weed spraying. Whatever they used on my desert scape did not at all take care of the weeds. I called them to discuss and they sent the same person out to evaluate. This person did not retreat at all. He said it was fine. It was very much not fine with bright green weeds that earned me my first HOA warning violation the following week. I called them to let them know and also made an online message to the company. Do not use this company for weed control. Their customer service people are basic knowledge people who are trained to tell you to pay up no matter what and the manager tried to take it personal when I was just telling her whatever product they used did not work for my yard. I had to hire another person who did a great job and the yard looked fantastic. Beware of this company and their practices. Not all situations are text book Greenleaf.
Pest Control is a MUST in Arizona! GreenLeaf is the Absolute Best! Prior to finding this wonderful Company I had tried other Companies- however still had more creepy crawlers than I would like. GreenLeaf Treats your entire Property! Not wanting the creepy crawlers to reach the House before encountering Pest Control. From My 1st Service, The difference was immediate! This company is a total SCAM along with all workers being extremely UNPROFESSIONAL and VERY RUDE. They have zero customer service and their sales agents are total CON ARTIST they will say whatever they can to lock you into their contract which is $250 to cancel. I finally was able to cancel my contract after a year and just had another agent the manager apparently, say anything he could to get my to sign again like lying about all my neighbors being signed up and now all the scorpions would flock to my yard when they come and spray.
What got me a year ago when we signed up was the product being a plant base, I have 3 kids and 2 dogs spraying heavy chemicals is not and option. Well the kid said we would be charged $35 a month but would pay $70 every other month for a 7 months trial, I made the mistake of not reading every page apparently I signed up for a year service with a $70 bimonthly payment which is not a monthly service. From the first service I had issues, they didn't notify me they were at my house as i requested and he just let himself in then freaked out and left because he saw my dog. Then sent me an email saying my service was complete. We called them to come back a few more times because the bugs were still an issue, especially spider bites in the house. A tech came and sprayed but left a white residue everywhere in every room, when I went to wipe it there was a harsh chemical smell that made me dizzy, I called the office and the lady could have given two sh!t$. When I complained we were still getting bit and the product wasn't working she made sure to tell me I will have to pay $250 to cancel or all of what was owed for the year contact I signed, so we were trapped. The last straw for me was a tech who again didn't notify me he was here and let himself in, my dog starting barking at him and he decided to spray my dog with the poison, after that he sprayed my entire porch and glass door with their chemicals!! I was in complete disbelief to say the least. Called the office and again the lady was rude didn't care and just said well we won't send him to your house anymore. This company needs to be put out of business.
We've been using Greenleaf Pest Control for awhile now. Always had great service. Communication with the company is excellent. They show up on time and always ask me if we've had any issues since our last spraying. We highly recommend them for your pest control needs.
I am a satisfied customer. I see no bugs and all the exterminators have been professional, friendly, and informative. My recent appointment an employee named Alex H. noticed that I had pet dishes out on my porch and was careful around that area. Alex was also nice enough to lock my gate which is not easy to do from the front yard. I was pleasantly surprised when I remembered the next day to put the lock back on.
I also love the email they send with the picture of the employee and name and a detailed message of what they did. I waited to do a review, I have been a customer I believe since last March and I have experienced NO problems.

I FINALLY, got rid of these people after two years. What a bunch of CON artists. The office person is RUDE! RUDE! RUDE! They show up at the most inconvenient times when my husband and I are out walking the dogs or WORSE when I am sleeping. I work nightshift and need my rest. They do as they please and when you complain they tell you it's $250 to cancel the contract. I'm these idiots will come back to try to sell service again. Their tag line is all of your neighbors have scorpions and they will flock to your house because your neighbors are being sprayed for scorpions. Oh and you are not entitled to your opinion. They will threaten to sue you if you leave a bad review on YELP! Thankfully, I can afford to have an attorney on retainer and was told they have no legal recourse against my first amendment rights and my opinion.

Terrible!! Sales person never told me about a contract! I told him I was working (from home) and in a hurry to finish up to go get my son. He wouldn't let it rest said it was $35 a month, I agreed. He said he had to wait for my receipt to come through to my email so I could sign before he left, I again told him I had to leave he said hurry and sign for the first service so I signed and left. I was also given a 100% guarantee, NO SCORPIONS. I HAD LIVE SCORPIONS the next week, I called to ask about the guarantee and they said this was explained to you, I said never or I wouldn't be calling. Again contract never mentioned. Now not even a month later I'm being charged $70 for a year contract, I called to ask about this contract that I was never aware of, once again I'm greeted with terrible customer service and staff arguing with me!!

I've had this pest control about two years or so and really like them. They are always friendly when I call and if for some reason I need an extra service they schedule it right away. I had issues with crickets outside my bedroom window keeping me up at night. Since I've had their service I've never had an issue. I also have their weed control after a bad season of weeds and haven't seen weeds since.
I highly recommend them for your pest control.

For example, I stepped out my front door to tiuch base with the employee on site (my house). My dog doesn't much care strangers so I was careful to close the door behind me. My dog jumped against the door and accidentally hit the door lock, locking me outside in a t-shirt, house pants & flip flops. It was rainy and below 50 degrees, so pretty chilly for the Phoenix area. He let me use his phone to call my husband & gave me his jacket while I waited. He waited with me while my husband was on his way. He really showed just how much he cared for his customers and how he sees them as people.
The employee who helped was Jesus Alvarez and I appreciate all he did. Because of him, I'm a customer for life.

Great service. So glad I found them. The office personal were nice. The person who came to complete the service was on point and customer service orientated. His communication was open and he was full of helpful information.
One of the salesman had been harassing our neighborhood and came back to our house after we had put a sign on our door to not ring the bell. The first time he came he knocked on our door 3 times until he eventually went away. My parents that also live in the neighborhood had to tell him to leave 3 times until he finally got the hint. Fast forward about 4 hours later he came back to our house. My husband answered on the ring doorbell and the salesman proceeded to be sarcastic by pretending the ring was a drive through by ordering a Big Mac, fries and asked if out ice cream machine was working. Its 6pm, we just got done working, we want to spend time with our families and we don't have time to deal with this crap. I told him to get off my property. My mom told him not to come to her house as she heard the conversation. He then called her a bitch as he walked away, I'm sure he didn't think I would hear it. It was disgusting behavior and not something I'm sure you want working around your house. Our neighbors posted on Facebook about their experiences and they were just as bad.

Nothing but issues... be prepared to have them back multiple times because the agents they use for pest control DONT WORK! Ive had this company out 4 times since march 7th... 3 of which in the last week alone. We have a a certain bug (chinch) in the back yard.... they have taken over! Greenleaf has done nothing to fix the issue. I called back again today and was told, sorry... we cant retreat again for 2 weeks. UM WHAT!?!?! This isn't the only issue we've had... includingfinding multiple scorpions in our rental home greenleaf was treating. We have never seen the treatments ACTUALLY WORK! im confident thats why they lock you into a 1 year contract, because they know it doesnt work... but have to make the money. So now, im stuck paying another company to come out to adress an issue im already paying GREENLEAF TO DO!!!!
I was very pleased with the high level of professional behavior of the entire staff a spoke to today....I called the office and within 2 hours an expert was at our door ready to solve our issue. I have always tried to local businesses. This is one I am very happy to support.
We love the service they provide in AZ. The tech that's comes every 2 months keeps our home bug free. He addresses any concerns we have right away. If you live in the valley I strongly recommend Greenleaf Pest Control.

So i got stung today by a scorpion. this company must be spraying water because i have seen more scorpions, bugs are in my bathroom, and now ive been stung. 100% satisfaction my ass. give me my money back!!
Sales guy came to our door, was great. Really nice explained everything to us. We signed a contract for one year and had our initial service scheduled for the next day.
Service day, kid came through did a really quick spray of our house indoor and outdoor, but missed half of our service.
Did not put down sticky pads, didn't treat our ant hill, (all this was supposed to have been done) and what really upset me is that he had us open our garage for him to spray, and when he was done didn't even tell us he was leaving. Just left. My garage was left open. He could have at least had the courtesy to tell us he was leaving, and he was all done in the garage.
When I called this morning to have them come back and re-spray since bugs aren't dying and to finish the service since it wasn't completed the first time, the woman at the office was rude, kept speaking to me as if I was stupid and didn't understand English. It was so frustrating that I kept trying to explain my concerns to her and she just kept cutting me off and telling me why I was wrong. Because of her I will be terminating my contact with them after the year is up.
Also they say they guarantee their services, but they really don't. They end up just trying to get you to pay again. That to me isn't a service guaranteed. I've had other pest control companies at other homes I've lived in and when you call back with an issue they come out no problem and take care of the issues. Not just try and make up for the incomplete service.
Started service with this company and asked about moving as I was a renter. Was told I could transfer to new residence if I moved and that if they did not serve the area, the contract would be canceled. I eventually moved and asked that service be transferred. At that time I was told that was not possible, as they do not serve the area of my new residence. They refused to cancel contract, in which they have not upheld their side of the bargain. They claimed that they continuously spray my old house and wants me to pay for it.
This is a very shady company.

I signed up for Greenleaf in January because they were the most family friendly and pet friendly company that I had found. I wanted to ensure that any pests would be taken care of so that my whole family wouldn't have to deal with unwanted critters. Where as the service has held up so far, it was misrepresented as to the monthly payments I would be making. I understood that it was going to be a certain price, but I was under the impression that I would be paying that price every other month, not monthly. When talking to the original person (who was super nice btw) that is what I understood. I take 100% responsibility for not reviewing the contract that I signed. I took her word for face value and with 4 kids and 3 dogs, I was all together side tracked and excited to have service comparable to what we had previously. Today when I called in regards to payments being withdrawn monthly, I was spoken to in demeaning and childish manner. I was told the person who signed me up would NEVER represent that, I should have called last month when they billed me consecutively and it not being her fault that I didn't read the contract (which I had already previously stated to her). All I was asking was for her to let the person know who signed me up that the way she represented the pricing and the billing did not represent the contract. It just ended up being all forms of bad as I had the phone on speaker for my husband to hear and for him, solely based on the conversation and the person on the phones attitude, he said they are fired based on this phone call alone and he's a lot more level headed than I am. We were both at the thought process to ride out the contract until January and find someone else from there but now it's worth just paying the fee to break the contract and not continue business with someone who has employees unwilling to hear the customer out with their concerns as well as belittle them so much. I am severely disappointed as again, their services are great but customer service... well at least that lady's customer service can ruin anyone's state of mind.

Don't use this company I hired them and paid them 1400 for bed bug service that is supposed to have a 90 day guarantee they refuse to come out and redo even though we are ate up with bug bites. Very sad they take advantage of people this way the man told me to get another company to come out and prove I have bugs even though my 3 year old and 11 year old have bites all over them. Shame on them

Local company, which usually I support 100%, but these guys are relentless. Moved here in 2018, sales guy came by while I was working in the yard, did his pitch and offered me a free service since he was doing it for the neighbor the next day. Told him if it's free, go ahead. Asked for my card number and I refused, he acted offended that I wasted his time letting him do his pitch because he wanted a contract sign up for the free service. Don't offer free stuff if it isn't free. Now I've already had two sales guys come knocking this year and I've cut them off at the start. I put a No Soliciting sign literally just for this company and they refuse to honor it, they attempt to push you until you sign up and that doesn't sound like the way a local company should operate. Aaron Workman, stop disrespecting our privacy and take me off your trash sales list.

Greenleaf pest control is the worst pest control company that anybody could ever deal with!!! I called them out to my house to treat for spring tails which All their technicians that I spoke with repeatedly said are the easiest pests to get rid of. They came out to spray and it almost seems like they sprayed food for these things because they have multiplied significantly. they're completely overrunning my house. I called Greenleaf back to take care of it and all they're worried about is signing me up for a $700 yearly contract and absolutely refuse to come out and make it right even though I already paid for services I did not receive in the first place. Everyone I spoke with guaranteed me that they will get rid of these bugs which they did NOT!!! When they came out they were supposed to spray inside and outside which they did not they had to come back to spray the inside which did absolutely nothing. This is absolutely the worst business I have ever dealt with EVER, all they're concerned about is their money instead of the Providing good customer service. The woman that you speak with when you call is incredibly rude, she talks over you when you're trying to explain what is happening and your concerns just repeating over and over you have to sign up for the year contract if you want us to treat again. This is the absolute best Pest control company in Az. We tried others but nothing compares.
Most companies water down their pest solution, Greenleaf does not do that. They are known for doing a great job controlling pests. If there is a problem they come back out to fix it. Definitely recommend. Friendly customer service and pest control artists. ;) Use them. You won't be disappointed.
Greenleaf pear control comes out when I need them and are very fast and efficient. Even through this pandemic they come in and spray and keep me and my family safe.
Let me start out by saying I don't normally write reviews. However, if I can save even 1 person from the horrible service this company provides I will feel much better. We have been using Greenleaf Pest Control for 8 months now. From the very start we were impressed. The first technician to come out sprayed our entire yard, did all of the walls outside 3 feet high and was amazing at knocking down spider webs and getting in places that our last company did not. Sadly with each technician they have been getting worse. They don't spray everywhere. If they move something, such as child's toy they are putting it back in wet chemicals and not spraying everywhere that originally was done on our first couple services. They are now going as far as saying they won't spray our exterior wall due to it being public although we have a property plot line 10 feet in area that suggest it is. Once our contract is up we will be looking for services elsewhere.
I paid $999 for termite service in advance & in full and was given mediocre service from Hannah in office prior to when I asked to have tech call me before service regarding necessity of clearing out a closet.
Tech arrived and shortly after starting to drill my foundation to treat for termites drilled into my water main of my home!
I was without water for several hours & had to haul water in buckets from my neighbors hose to use toilets. My wife is working from home home currently like many and this made for a very big hassle. I was told by Drew some sort of office / tech supervisor that plumber was on the way multiple times only to have them not show in the time Drew told me they were supposed to. The plumber finally showed up more than 5 hours later and repaired the damaged water line. HOWEVER, the plumber
(that Greenleaf chose)
managed to also crack my garage floor slab while using the jackhammer to dig into concrete to fix the broken water line. So now I have several large, long cracks in my garage slab from the plumber trying to fix what Greenleaf did. I asked to speak with the owner and Drew told me: he doesn't handle things like this.
So I looked him up and took the time to send the owner:
Aaron Workman a letter detailing everything I had been thru which is actually MUCH more than is listed in this review.
Mr. Workman finally called me and said this sort of thing almost never happens. Yet the ONLY offer to make things right by myself & my family for all this was 6 months pest control added to our account.
I did not request this or want this. Nor does this even come close to making right for what I experienced due to the negligence of Greenleaf.
It was very frustrating talking to the owner Mr. Aaron Workman as he made no real attempt to be accountable for this screw up or the impact it had on my family not to mention my cracked garage floor in at least 3 places.
Like most consumers all I wanted was problem free service done right.
I did not get that. And when things went wrong I spoke with the actual owner of the company and got zero satisfaction for my effort.
I told Mr. Working I was not happy with 6 months of free service for future pest control as I don't need it & would likely not use it.
Yet there was NO other offer or suggestion made by Mr. Workman.
I did my level best to not only be patient with the tech & Drew day of, but with Mr. Workman after the fact. It very much seems like Greenleaf has serious accountability issues.
I'm frustrated and feel I tried very hard to work this out and prior to leaving this review. I gave one full week after talking with the owner Mr. Aaron Workman to consider the situation. He obviously feels Greenleaf has treated me completely fair in this situation.
I strongly disagree with that.
I would have been well within my right to call my own plumber when the tech drilled into my water main and Greenleaf would have been 100% responsible for that cost. I did not do that & had faith that Drew: and the plumber they use would handle my situation quickly and professionally. That was not the case.
I am now left with a cracked slab in 3 places in my garage and was given exactly ZERO discount for all of this trouble.
Does this seem like a company you want to do business with?
Be careful if you decide to use Greenleaf. They have major accountability issues if something goes wrong...

We signed up for there one year contract and we hadn't done that.they have no public relations skills and are very rude..they came and sprayed our back patio, they sprayed so much chemicals that we had to wash down the patio because we was afraid it will our pets..they don't care there service or your pets all they care about is your money...sad..
I didn't have much luck with Greenleaf for scorpions. Had to have them spray multiple times because I kept seeing them. To be fair I live near a mountainous area and they are active here. When I tried to cancel my contract it was binding and they told me I would pay a penalty fee. The customer service agent was nice but your policy is awful and I was stuck with a year service. Read the fine print if you decide to go with this company and be prepared to shell out some $$$$.
Update: three have gotten better and when their techs mess up they do make it right. However it would be nice if it was right the first time.
I guess it depends on the technician that services you, first lady, did a great job, took care to move pet items out of the way that I had forgotten to pick up, and she used 22 gallons. The next guy who came almost sprayed our cat, he was in his cat stand, sprayed right over the top of our dogs bed and their food and water which I had throw away. Probably $8-10 worth of dog food. If he didn't want to move that stuff he should of just skipped spraying that part. He was rude and seemed in a rush. He only used 10 gallons? How is this? He treated the same area as she did. I have 3 more quarterly treatments and I don't think I'll be renewing my service after my contract is up. Having less bugs is nice, but risking my pets health, not worth it!
Also just noticed he left an interior gate open in our yard, it was kept closed for a reason.....
Never felt the need to leave a review until today. Door to door guy rings my doorbell even though I have a no soliciting sign. I tell him I'm not interested multiple times, he then threatens to tell my land lord I'm refusing pest control. I could have choked this guy I was so angry. I guarantee if ur sales pitch is to threaten people you won't be in business long. Contact me I have the interaction on my ring doorbell... Might just post this pos on social media.
They really have some balls. I have not used them and never will use them. The same guy has come to my door for the last 2 years. He rubbed me the wrong way! Tried arguing with me when I told him what company I was using. He bashes every comment out of my mouth. THEN has the balls to ask me Did I wake the baby or make the dogs bark? UH YA YOU DID. I HAD A SIGN ON MY DOOR PLEASE ASKING TO NOT RING MY DOORBELL DUE TO THE BABY SLEEPING! I had it up for a reason. Very pushy, rude, doesn't let you speak.

They sprayed pre-emergent to stop weeds after all the rain we got. They arrived on time and did a great job. They are a little pricey but hopefully it is worth it. I am a new customer and got a discount on the first service. I also had a question and got their voice mail. They returned my call promptly.
I have had Greenleaf service for about 2 years. They take care of pest issues and weed abatement. They have been great. Their service people are very polite, friendly and respectful of your time and privacy.
Their weed service has been great. They come out to do a spraying for pre-emergent weeds to keep them from sprouting. It is impossible to get them all, so if weeds ever do show up, I just give them a call, and they send someone out for a follow up service.
Same thing with pests. They service the perimeter of the house and the garage, and if needed, will come inside to spray there, too. As with the weeds, if you notice any ants, bugs or other pests between services, a simple phone call will get them right back out to take care of the little buggers.
I would highly recommend their service.

Liars, simple as that. Salespeople knock on your door and lie to your face. They tell you your neighbors have scorpions and that if you don't get treated the scorpions will come into your yard. Is it really that hard to just be honest? Will never use this company.
STAY AWAY!!!! This is the worst pest control company I have ever encountered. I am the Director of Ops at work and have dealt with several Pest Cont. Companies, but this one takes the cake for below poor customer, poor product, and poor service.
My husband was approached by a door to door salesman about a year ago. He signed a 1 YEAR contract. First, I don't know why an effective company would need a 1 year contract. If you provide a quality service, people would want to come back and not just because they had to? After review of the contract, there is a $100 cancellation fee on top of having to pay back any discounts they provided.
The only difference I noticed was in my bank account. Ever quarter they took $85 out of my account, but we did not notice a difference in pests. In fact, I continued to receive spider bites just days after they were out. When I called to cancel, the office girl was extremely rude. I informed her i wanted to cancel service because it was ineffective and frankly a waste of my hard earned money when I could do better myself. She said we were bound by contract and would either have to continue with ther service at $85 a quarter or cancel and pay $229. She was unrelenting.
All in all, horrible experience and will go back to providing my own pest control. Save your money and go somewhere else with better customer service and service period.
I wanted to give this company some credit - yesterday they did the door to door spiel at me and because I happened to have a pantry crawling with ants at the moment I decided it was fate and agreed to let them come out the next day. The salesman said it would be free if I signed a year contract but if I changed my mind then the one time would be $30. So then I came to Yelp and freaked out. This morning, they arrived exactly halfway through the window they promised. The guy said I'm here to spray you which I thought was a weird thing to say, but ok. Then he said you already went over all the paperwork and contract and stuff right? At which point I decided to go with my gut instinct and say that I was skeptical due to yelp and just want to do the one time today and see how it goes. He goes back to his truck to call Beth and then comes back and says they can do a one time but it will be $130. I told him that I changed my mind and he said I totally get it and honestly I don't blame you. I immediately called their office and asked for Beth because he couldn't give me any paperwork to indicate I requested to cancel. I didn't get to talk to her but the person on the phone was very understanding and polite and kind which I was not expecting. She said she would refund me the $1 they have charged and send me a cancellation email. I got the email shortly after talking to her.
So. I think Greenleaf is trying to do right or at least better than they've done in the past. But I'm not willing to take the risk. I appreciated that they understood that and were respectful. I wish them luck, they seemed like decent people overall but their track record is going to be tough to escape.
We just bought a new house and was solicited by Greenleaf for their pest service. So far they have been very responsive and are geared to make the customer happy. The receptionist was very polite and scheduled a respray with our time in mind. The techs that came out have been on time and very courteous. I would recommend this company.

We love how the product is child and pet safe, and it is very effective. We have yet to see a scorpion inside of our new home since being sprayed by Greenleaf. Thank you!

Aaron W (the owner of Greenleaf) reached out to me via Yelp to apologize for the negative experience I had with his company, which I appreciated but didn't feel a need to respond to. Then he asked me to delete my review. I then received a call from him a week or so later again, apologizing for my experience but still asking me to delete my review. Then today I get another message from Aaron asking me to delete my review.
I'm sorry Aaron, but despite your apology, I still had a crappy experience as a customer. My 1 star review stands and constantly asking me to remove my one experience only solidifies it. I recommend to train your employees to deliver better future interactions instead of repeatedly asking an unhappy one time customer to delete their experience.
They sold me on their pet friendly scorpion service saying that the first service was $50, then bimonthly @ $45. I decided to give it a try, not realizing that they claim I was agreeing to a contract. They have been to my house twice and BOTH times my perfectly healthy puppies get violently ill after the service and vomit for 3 days. AND, it was $45 a month (even on the off months, not $45 bi monthly, WHAT?) I tried to cancel the service and they informed me they are going to charge me $250 cancellation fee....THEY ARE MAKING MY PETS SICK! I told them to bill me the $250.....I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. And please be careful if you have pets or kids...this stuff is not pet friendly.
Not impressed. The crickets in my house smile at their chemicals. Can't wait until my contract expires.

Started out well. Automatically saw a difference in bugs out side but the dissipated as we moved through the contract. Seems they were only spraying the ground which doesn't really help. Not happy about with the service at the moment and wondering what I am paying for since I do not see a difference in bugs after treatment.
Update: I sent an email to the company and I immediately got a response to address my concerns and rectify the problems. A fix is in the works. Thank you!
I needed weed services done and called these people. Price was 249 to spray and pull weeds was what told. Kid came out 4 hrs late stood around his truck sat in the truck and drove off. Nothing was done except told us they dont pull weeds even though during our quote we were told thats what they'd do. We ended up calling the same day to have another company come out the very next day and were on time, actually sprayed the weeds and cut the weeds that was October and no weeds have grown back since. I have had Greenleaf contact us to do the 2nd treatment but we said no seeing how they never did anything the 1st time. I had another young kid come to my door to talk us into half off for pest control since our neighbors were doing the services so we took the offer yet at the time we saw no pests and since then we have seen spiders and webs since allowing the kid to do the service That will be the last time. not to mention the spray we were told wouldn't be harmful or toxic to our dogs and 3 out 4 got sick from the chemicals. I've paid more for more headache and stress than I should ever have had to. today I had a different guy come out from Greenleaf after I havent responded back to any call or text or email about making an appointment so they'd not come back and anyway the guy came to my door to do service on the weeds and I laughed saying what weeds we havent had any since October and we used a different company not you guys. we don't need your fake services. 10 mins later the lady calls to say they're charging me 50.00 for cancelation. well good luck in collecting that. this company's information has been given to the BBB ! this is a crappy company and do nothing but collect money out of people and do nothing.
We agreed to a 1 year contract of $60 bi-monthly in July of 2018. It's now 2019 and we will not be renewing services at all. Green leaf shows up to your house unannounced. We agreed in the beginning that they will show up after 10am and before 1pm because we work late shifts. First month they showed up 8 am. And from then on anywhere from 8 am to 930am. Never the agreed time. They do spray where they can if you dont answer the door but even spraying the front yard every visit, there are still a huge amount of spiders on my lawn, the garage door and inside my garage. They couldnt remove the black windows from the bush in the front (being my main concern to sign with them and I ended up killing it my self at night with a flash light) and cannot remove ants. I had them spray directly at ants on different parts of my property, and the ants come right back few hours later. Not even worth calling them back, they just show up when ever they feel like it.

That's a joke because they wont. They haven't gotten rid of any of the Ants and my kids and dogs are highly allergic to the ants.
I believe this company should let me out of my contract since you did not keep your Guarantee! I need to get these Ants destroyed and gone. I've given your company ample time to destroy them but they aren't dying.
You need to make this right and not keep stealing customers money.
This might need to be brought up to 3 on my side and BBB otherwise because I'm getting unnecessary Dr bills now because your services are not working. This is causing medical problems on my children and pets, the reason I called you in the first place.

These guys rock. They sprayed everywhere, and I haven't seen a bug since. No funny smell either and it's safe.
I was lured in with a lower price from my former pest control company but it was not a good choice. We had them come out and service the house and for the first time ever after having a big company come out we started to see spiders and other bugs in the house. The company had told us they provide courtesy services in between sprays but when they came out they had just charged us and moved up the scheduled appointment. I am not happy with them, in the end we went to cancel and there is a $250 fee! $250 to cancel a service that never even worked! I am going to pay it gladly just to be able to move on. Do not recommend this product. Gave 2 stars because there techs always have a good attitude and are on time.

I have a 10lbs dog never got sick. The won my business from knocking on my door. The pointed out the bugs lol. I changed companies. I moved turned off service and turned back on a few months later. The new house seemed to haven't been serviced in years if ever. I declared war with the greenleaf as my army. We won if I even see a bug the come back.
Been using them for a couple years at our home and office, have only seen one scorpion and it was dead outside our house. I would recommend them to anyone, I have never had to deal with a salesperson so I cannot comment on that but as far as service and communication is concerned they are top notch!
Aaron and the team at Greenleaf have been awesome! I had my house sprayed twice by them. The first time was when I just moved into a brand new house and wanted to make sure I DON'T get scorpions. I had a bunch of black beetles and other bugs in the new build. I also had quite a few black widows. They sprayed inside and out and I haven't had issues since! The second spray was just to maintain the bug free environment and has worked like a charm. I did notice some black widow webs outside in between the two sprays, and the Greenleaf team took care of them by cleaning them out when they sprayed the second time. I haven't seen one since! I also found a black widow dead on my fence which was pretty cool that they spray the fence down too around the yard, because that's where scorpions like to hide. I haven't seen a scorpion yet. This pest control company has been harassing my family for a year now since we moved into our home in Buckeye. I even put a No Soliciting sign on my front door and they still come knocking asking for our business when I've told them repeatedly very nicely that we already have a pest control company caring for our home. This is bad business! Please leave us alone!
We live in Surprise, Az. A Greenleaf Pest Control Salesman came to the door today. My husband told him that we were not interested in his service. But he would not leave! His sales pitch escalated for the next 5 minutes. He was very pushy, it was hard to get a word in edgewise. He went on to say that our neighbors were having their homes treated for wasps because there was a problem in the neighborhood. He said that everyone had to treat their home in order for the neighborhood to be rid of wasps. He continued on with an explanation of the extermination process and various products. Really?!?! My husband butted in and reminded the salesman several times that we did not need his service. He finally left!
Worse Pest Control company I have ever had. They keep telling us the bugs will get better but 4 months and still bad. They have me because I have a contract. As soon as my contract is up I will cancel. Can't wait!! Worse decision ever but the guy who came to my door was so convincing and I fell for it.
Stay away! When they came to our door we were told $90 every 3 months then we got charged $180 for two months. We tried to cancel after the salesman said we could cancel at anytime and the office lady said we signed a 1 year contract. To cancel it would cost $250!! If I can give them 0 stars I would!
This company has horrible customer service! I truly question this company's integrity. I have been trying to resolve an issue with this company's owner Aaron for two weeks. In reading other reviews I see that others want out of their contract and Greenleaf holds their customers to their contract. Well I just want Greenleaf to do the same back. You say 100% satisfaction??? You have strung me along for two weeks. I could not be more disappointed with this company and its owner. Buyer Beware !!! Their sales tactics are pushy and they will tell you all the neighbors are spraying and if you don't the bugs will come to your house. In regards to to the product I question whether it is just hyped up. I have had 3 scorpions in my house this week alone and have been sprayed twice within 45 days . Find another company without a contract and great reviews . Wish I would have checked their BBB and reviews before signing that contract.
I have been using Greenleaf Pest Control since 2011 and I am very pleased with their service. I especially like the every quarter rather than every month.We had used another monthly service company for over 30 years and they did not service Surprise, At first I was nervous and did not think the quarterly service would work but we have no pest problems at all and on the rare occasion when something like scorpions show up in between, a phone call and they are right at my door. Wonderful customer service and they know their job, why would anyone not use them?
I've had greenleaf take care of my home for about a year now. I've always been satisfied with the product. We no longer have issues with pests in our home. With that said, I've had an ongoing issue with billing. I've called several times and often times no one answered the phone or returned my messages. Well finally this week I spoke with a woman who resolved my issue! She was friendly and offered one free service for the inconvenience. How refreshing to finally speak to someone in their office who has excellent customer service skills.
They are simply the best pest control service. I highly recommend them to anyone.
We've been using them for about two years now. Up until earlier this year, I've been all about referring my friends to them and we haven't had any issues. Well, that started changing and we started seeing more bugs/spiders, and some scorpions. Could be the weather, could have been whatever spray they use changed- I don't know. Can't totally blame them for that but we've had to call them out a lot more frequently between services to re-spray. I don't enjoy their sales people coming to my door trying to sell me their services when I'm already a client as well. I'd understand if we were new to their services but when you've been with a company almost two years, I'd expect them to better prepare their sales people so their time isn't wasted and mine isn't either. Also, their customer service has gone down hill. They said they were in a transition awhile ago with office staff and getting people trained up.
Not going to go into detail, I've rambled enough, but this week enough was finally enough and we cancelled our services. Can't wait to find a more customer-friendly company!
I can never say enough about the great , professional customer service I get from Greenleaf pest control. We called because my daughter was getting bit up at night and thought the worst so we called and Greenleaf was out the next morning! This is why we've been customers for years and also recommend Greenleaf to our friends and family.
They have good prices, but more than that they show up when they say they are going to show up! They don't waste my time! I highly recommend them!
I'm extremely surprised by the negative reviews. I could not be happier with this company. I signed into a 1 year contract with Greenleaf. They provided professional service every month. I moved outside the service area 3 months before my contract agreement was up. I expected to have to pay for the last three months with no service provided. I was completely surprised to receive 3 invoices on my door. They actually came out and serviced my home for the remaining 3 months ( they could've easily said they would not travel that far, and I would still be responsible to pay for the three remaining months ) it is rare that you see this kind of customer service. I will recommend Greenleaf to anyone!

I was skeptical with their marketing techniques however I have had a good experience with them so far. I have only had 2 treatments and my ant problem has gone away as far as i know. Hopefully I continue to have a positive experience.

Fantastic! Answered all our questions and gave us extra sticky pads for the garage! We just purchased the house about a month ago and noticed that there are vacant bee hives and asked if they could remove those and they said yes! They'll flush them out first to ensure that they are no longer there and will take them down.
We have now had Green leaf for 4 months, not only is the staff courteous and polite but I am extremely happy to say our scorpion problem is under control. This time last year we had already had several of the creatures and so far we are at zero.
Damian was polite and helpful, but he did not treat the garage nor did he even ask to do so. I also asked that the technician text or call me today since I work from home and could have been on the phone. I was lucky that I was not busy at the time he arrived.
I love Greenleaf Pest Control. They schedule your service at your convenience and are prompt, never keep you waiting. They are very friendly and professional and do a very thorough job. I like that they will come back if you call them inbetween services but I have never had to do that, they are THAT good! I have referred several people to this company.

This company lied to me. Via phone, The rep told me that all my neighbors signed up for this and since I was the only house that didnt all the bugs would be coming to mine. I specifically asked if I can cancel at any time. He verbally told me YES. When I get home, I realize it's a year contract. I called them immediately and told the office manager exactly what the rep told me and she said it didn't matter because my soon to be ex husband signed it so I am stuck and they will not forgive it. I asked to speak to the owner and she wouldn't get me in contact with him. But she did give me the rep's phone number. He never answered nor returned my calls. To top it off, none of my neighbors did sign up for this service and I still saw lots of insects. Stay away. Do not recommend!!!!!

this company has its sales people knocking on door to lie about who has there service yet again the re try to give the same song my neighbor are being service i advised the rep we have a bug co already he wants to knw who i advise not important. i tell him nicely did you not see the two signs NO SOLICITING? this rep was very rude and confrontational wanting to first know the company im with and than with who i spoke to when i complain before that they need to read the signs and move on. i dont know how this sales rep just couldn't even say sorry and move on nope he wants to argue with me. if i could ive a negative one i would have
Leo performed our regular procedure today and was courteous, informative, and the consummate professional. We've had no critters in all the years while using Greenleaf, so either they've collectively decided to go to greener pastures, or Greenleaf has kept them away. No qualms with continuing service.

Though I was happy to not have bugs and spiders! I was very unhappy with the coustmer service. When I signed up I was told we could cancel at any time. So when we called to cancel because we will be moving. they said that we were under contract and had to fulfill it! I asked what would happen if we could not fulfill it and they basically suggested they would go after us legally for the money to fulfill the contract We will not use them again nor recommend them to anyone.
Highly dissatisfied. Waited at home all day with my husband while he was repairing the front security door, between 12-2pm the company was scheduled to come by, after 3pm we called the company to see what the deal was. The receptionist said the technician came by at 1230....and no one was home. The entire afternoon our garage was open with our vehicles parked inside, clearly showing we were home. Not to mention my husband was outside working all afternoon. To top it off the receptionist hung up on my husband. Very unprofessional.
Bought a short sale home that had sat empty for sometime that was infested with black widows and some scorpions. Called Greenleaf to spray before we moved in. I've been here almost 3 years and besides a cricket every once in awhile, I am bug free!! l have nothing but good things to say!
The sales person was really nice & explained everything from pricing to services throughly. We had our spray the very next day and even though the guy was late he called and apologized. He came in sprayed the house & garage and then went to spray the outside. He even let me know when he was done.
Easy, reasonably priced and effective - is there anything else that you want from a Pest Control company? Our biggest issue was with Black Widows and I can honestly say that I can't remember seeing one since we started using Greenleaf. My wife and I have no intention of switching our Pest Control service in the near future - keep up the good work.
High pressure sales pitch, which I don't care for. Never the less we signed up.....but I'm counting down the days to cancel. I have dogs and so twice they came out on a day they auto scheduled that I wasn't even aware of and no one was home so they sprayed the front yard. That really isn't effective! It's a hassle reschedule and have them come back out and give a window of hours be home on my days off. We signed up after spraying our own house for years and I'm just really not impressed with the results.
My account was sent to collections after their billing department made an error. Had to pay the collection agency or have credit damaged, this company is garbage and I would advise you to take your business anywhere else.
This pest control service has very nice good sales men, nice people who explained everything good.
Every time I get the house sprayed its rushed and never thorough. I have complained and that's the only way it gets sprayed correctly but like always they change the people and shotty work gets done. I've got crickets that are never ending. I would never recommend this company to anyone, rip off.
This company is the only company I have found that guarantees against scorpions. They came out and completely power washed the patio and yard with the product. I did find 3 dead scorpions the day after they came out, so it clearly works. We told them we've had issues with rodents and rattlesnakes by our back fence and they said they would put traps out and it's included in the regular bi-monthly fee. Our previous company was going to charge us $150 for three traps and rattlesnake repellent spray. I have not found any live bugs since we started using them 5 weeks ago. They do not automatically do the interior (you have to ask them to do it and schedule it), but I don't think the interior needs to be done since I haven't seen any bugs since we started using them. I have always had monthly pest control, inside and out, and bugs were always around, especially during the summer/monsoon months. Greenleaf has an agricultural license, so they are able to use heavy duty product that work very well at controlling pests. I'm very pleased with the results.
I've been using Greenleaf for over 2 years and the service is excellent. When the ants were invading my house they came out every other week at no extra charge. We've been very pleased with Greenleaf.
I'll start by saying that the Yelp reviews on this site are mostly reviews by people who have never actually tried their services. The one part I would say that Greenleaf needs to work on is their customer acquisition practices. The salesman came around and refused the word contract until the guy came to spray the next morning. It makes the company seem seedy when they really aren't. I signed the contract begrudgingly, but I just had a guy out to do the same services for 125$, so 90/ 3 months and whenever I need in between seemed like a fair deal. It's comparable to companies. They came and sprayed and I haven't seen a black widow, or tick, or centipede since. We did have a couple of crickets in the house (about one a week), but it's IMPOSSIBLE for any company to eradicate EVERY pest. A couple weeks after our second spray, I was stung by something in my bed. I called the desk, and the lady was VERY nice in helping me schedule a complimentary spray inside the house. I guess if you are polite with people they'll be polite back...
I had a door to door Greenleaf salesman come to my door today. Lets just say I work from home and have to deal with these types of salesman all day long everyday. This guy would not give up and does not understand the word NO!!!!!!! As I have to slam the door in this guys face because he does not understand the word NO!!! I watch him go over and draw a black X on my driveway. As a business owner myself If you are selling a great product you do not need your customers to sign a contract. Second if their salesman are willing to write on your private property this is vandalism (I don't care if its sidewalk chalk or water color paint its not your property to write on.) These guys are super shady and only interacted with them for about 20 seconds.
They provide great service and will come out anytime you need extra service!!! I would recommend them to everyone.

We live in Buckeye. We have had this service for almost one year. We signed up for $90.00 every quarter. (Which means they come out every 90 days) We were told if we needed them to come out more they would do so at no extra cost. At first, everything was great. Service rep would do the outside and inside. They were very detailed and polite. Fast forward three months ago and everything has gone down hill. I called them up because bugs were coming into the house from the outside. I made an appointment for the next week. When the device rep arrived he told me he would only do the outside. I called the office and I was told 'sorry' but they would only do the outside even though I had bugs inside. Now, today they arrived again for my regular visit and said they didn't realize they were suppose to do the inside. There attitude was lacking. They hardly used any chemicals and they didn't bother to spray my front patio area where most of the bugs seen to come into my guest front bathroom.
Great company. We have had them for a few years and dont have bugs anymore. We switched from another company because we paid more and still had spiders. Greenleaf has an amazing price and we love the quarterly schedule. Our tech is great, always on time, clean cut and friendly. We have most of our family and friends using them now. I highly recommend them!
They make it sound like an awesome deal, but don't jump on it before you actually read the contract. The guy said just a dollar to try it out and made me sign a paper so they are allowed on the property and later it was actually a long term contract.
The Tech I get is very good and professional. Usually they are pretty good in sending me a note of when they are coming over to spray. We have been gone all summer and have not got a note of them coming over to spray. Other than that they are great!

You know they're a little pricey but every time I've called them out, they've come to spray and I literally have not seen any bugs whatsoever. They not only spray your house but your yard and walls also. They've worked for me.
We have been customers of Greenleaf Pest Control for almost 3 years. This week I called to cancel our scheduled service as times are tough. The receptionist was very friendly and understanding when I asked if we had completed our contract, I was told we had and we are now just month to month at the same price. Instead of canceling the service they offered to come out and treat our home anyhow. In three months when we are in a better situation we will still receive the same price that we had. I'm reading the reviews that are now posted and am quite surprised. At any time during our service that we may happen to see a spider or any type of unwanted insect, they have come out right away for another treatment. Once our neighbors got on the same service schedule we had there were no more issues after the regular treatment. All the service people that have been to our home have been very polite and friendly. Even taking care to make sure all the exterior doors/gates were closed before they left so that none of the pets got out. We will continue to use Greenleaf as they are always there when we need them.
The person who comes out every month is very concern of any issues we have and does all he can to help us with those issues. We relly recommend this company for allthe good work. The ccustomer service is also helpful! Paul B
We have never had a problem with them, it has been three years and we have great service and no bugs. We live in a county pocket with lots of desert around us. They come out every quarter, spray and we do not see bugs until about a week before they are scheduled to come again. I have recommended the to friends and family.
The big companies come with big price tags, and these guys are always helpful.
STAY AWAY!!!! We used them last year. It never seemed to make any difference after they sprayed. The worst came when our dog was bitten by a spider and almost died. She had to have her tail amputated. I told them what happened and that since their service did not work I wanted to cancel. They told me too bad, you are in a contract. They stopped spraying, but still kept billing.
Service man are great. Customer service female seemed like she didn't want to send anyone over. Do not like that I have to explain myself every time I call for service. And pretty much demand to have someone come over and spray again.
IT DOES NOT WORK!!! THEY WILL TRICK YOU DO NOT SIGN UNLESS YOU SEE THEM ADJUST PAPER WORK!!! I had tried the 5 dollar to try it out. Was told by the sales guy and tech that I was NOT in a contract, they came a month later to spray and I told them I DONT want it because it didn't work. We seen a ton of bugs. He said ok I thought you were in a contract I said no. Here the tech which said he would fix the paper work we just did so it said no contract. He did NOT. I didn't sign the paper when the came out the second time because I was told by 2 people I was not in one well few days later looked at my account and they took 90 dollars with out my consent here to have them tell me I was on easy pay when Brandon the sales guy said they only would take the 5 dollars. Now they won't fix the whole ordeal and want me to pay two hundred and some dollars to cancel. Completely wrong!!!!!!!!!! They sprayed the outsid on the 28 of august on September 2nd my 1 yr old almost got stung by a scorpion going across my kitchen floor!!!!!!!! I told my neighbor about them and she also had a horrible experience. They say they will come out for free if needed and she seen bugs after they sprayed asked them to come back out and they CHARGED her!!!!!!!! It doesn't work save yourself they headache and don't believe them when they tell you your not in a contract!!!!!!!
