The owner started in the industry at the age or 13! Quickly learning every pest service in A.Z. and helping the company's he worked for in the past build their own dream, he decided to build his. ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER

Yes it is true I started in the pest industry at the age of 13. Part time during the summers while still in school. I learned everything from Rodents, Scorpions, Pigeons, Bed Bugs, Insulation Services, Home Seals, Exclusions, Termites, WDIIRs, Bees, Bats, and Small Animal Relocation. So I have definitely had a very hard work drive from an early age. That mixed with my love to leave customers satisfied and worry free about their "previous " pest problems makes Elite Pest Pros your friend in the pest industry. And don't worry you won't see me behind a desk all day at work. Instead you'll actually see me out in the filed hands on, ether on a roof, in an attic, digging some trenches, or even doing general pest sprays.

Do not bother looking any other pest control company. Ryan/Elite is the best pest company I have ever used. They have serviced my home for the lest two years. Always on time and very professional. Service charge is only $45 and they do not try to sell you any service contracts. I had black widow, crickets and scorpions in my home and after the first visit they were gone and I did not need another service for over a year.

Fast forward to June of this year. I had a rental house that the previous tenant destroyed. It was a beautiful remodel only 1.5 years ago and never any pest issues. After we had to evict the tenant, the home looked like something you see on tv's Hoarders show. It was full of junk and garbage and tenant brought with them roaches, bed bugs, flees etc. According to Ryan it was possibly the second worst house he has ever seen. I wasn't confident anyone can fix the problem 100%. Ryan showed up, accessed the situation, and treated the home inside and out. Within 3 weeks all the pest was dead and gone. My contractor even said he was impressed with the results. The price was more then reasonable and less then any other company.

Ryan has gained a lifelong customer and I constantly refer him to all my friends and family.

Elite Pest Pros...or Ryan, basically (he's a one-man show who owns EPP and does the service himself!), is all you need to take care of your termites! He has a CSR that helps him with scheduling, but otherwise, Ryan is the man!

For my quote, he arrived on time, nicely dressed and was super friendly while he pointed out the termite damage and the source (which other companies couldn't do!!). He gave me a run-down of what he'd do to get it taken care of and his quote was actually much less than that of the other companies. Sign me up!

Today he did the service, arriving early (but communicating this and asking my permission first). He took care of everything, made sure I understand what he did and where, and gave me some tips for after-treatment.

Not that anyone wants to have termites (or really pay to have termites removed) but Elite Pest Pros took care of me fairly painlessly. I'd recommend them to anyone needing their termites to be terminated! (Sorry, couldn't help myself)

Superb pest control company! Thorough, friendly, competitive pricing...
Ryan even came out on a Sunday to give us our estimate and the treatment was done within the week. I will definitely be making Elite Pest Pros my bug guys from now on. Highly recommend!

Ryan is top notch! I have been using Elite Pest Pros for over a year and during that time, I have not seen one spider or one scorpion. The best thing about Ryan and Elite Pest Pros is that they do not require a contract! When I feel like we need service, I call and schedule my appointment. Ryan does his thing and that's it. No-nonsense, great service and that's it!

Ryan came out today on short notice to treat what I thought was a termite problem. He let me know that I actually did not show visible signs of termites, and a general pest control for a fraction of the cost would take care of what I had seen. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and explained every part of the process and chemicals in detail. I would totally recommend Elite Pest Pros to my friends and neighbors any time. The world could use more honest contractors like that.

I've never had such quality and professional service from a family owned company in my entire life. Elite Pest Pros customer service was impeccable with the courtesy calls and reminders. Scheduling was easy and they fit me in the exact day I needed and time. Ryan, the technician AND owner, came to my house right on time and is flawless at his job. I contacted Ryan as a referral from my regular pest service. The problem was lierally life threatening. There are two 30 year old saguaro cacti in my front yard. For the last several years there have been different birds creating nests in the cactus. This year literally 50-60 starlings took over both of them to create nesting sites that were created by Gila Woodpeckers . Long story short...... Starlings deposit droppings that are hazardous to human and canine lungs. Between the two cacti there were 25 nesting sites with over 50 birds in my yard, on my roof, dropping all over the house as well as vehicles in the driveway. The problem had grown out of control. Ryan came out to inspect and we discussed possible solutions. End result: Ryan plugged all holes with product that sealed them off to deny entry. Since the time he left my home there has not been a Starling seen. He solved the problem that had been building for several years; in about an hour and a half. And for those readers who may have been concerned about possible babies in the various nest holes because Starling lay eggs in April................there were none present. Ryan did a great job for a fee that was very very reasonable.

After finding out our current company doesn't do termites, we hired Ryan to treat our home and we couldn't have been any happier. He was very thorough and informative, he certainly knows his trade. While treating Ryan noticed our scorpion problem and told us that we could have our home sealed, another thing our current company failed to do. Needless to say, we are now on a monthly scorpion plan with Elite, and are having the home sealed next week! Two thumbs up for Ryan. If you've got bugs, look no further!
