I rarely write horrible reviews, but I had to for this company. I was with Bryant Pest Control for a few years but decided to move to a different company. After moving to a different company, I suddenly received an invoice from Responsible Pest Control months later. I thought it was a scam because I was never a customer, and I had never heard of Responsible Pest Control. I called Responsible Pest Control and asked for a copy of the invoice and some sort of communication about the acquisition. I never received anything. Fast forward months later, and they sent my invoice to collections! I am appalled that this type of thing could happen. It's clearly happening to many past customers, and something should be done to resolve this issue.

Responsible Pest and Scorpion bought out Bryant Pest Control; I had been with them for 7 years with them coming every month. Ever since this company took over a couple months ago it has gone downhill. They have diluted the chemical composition they use to kill the scorpions, which has caused a huge increase of scorpions in and outside my house. I have called and mentioned this on multiple occasions and nothing has changed. The final straw was when a giant scorpion was sitting in my daughters closet laying it's eggs in her closet. The tears and absolute fear in her eyes when she came running out of her room to tell me, I knew then that I was not continuing service with this company. When I called to cancel my services with them Sky was less than helpful, she was rude, she didn't want to let you speak and she was not understanding what I was saying. Every part of this company has taken a huge hit and I will NEVER RECOMMEND this company to anyone.

I was with Bryant pest control but they were acquired by this company who have fraudulent unclear business practices. The customer service is abhorrent and they do not care to retain business they have a flippant dismissive response. They do not provide any advance notice of changes in the terms and conditions and try to place you in a position of vulnerability in order to upswell you. They also provide some shady techs (one nice one Brandon) do yourself a favor and find a different more reliable pest control company that provides value for the money you are paying. The promised to have a manager call me after cancelling my policy and stating we don't provide any advance notice of our intent to cancel or non renew but we will sell you a new policy.

Per previous reviews, this company has gone way downhill in their service. They cancel appointments numerous times, do not show up on time, and rationalize their poor service to the customer. Further, they have raised rates despite delivering worse service!

I had used them for 3-4 years and can attest to more recent reviews that their management/service is now terrible. Since the customer has numerous choices in the Valley, I would avoid Responsible Pest Control. They used to be good - but not anymore!

I had used Bryant Pest Control for a number of years and they were great. Once Bryant changed to Responsible the service has been horrible. They scheduled a tech to come spray and never told me so the tech couldn't get into the yard or the garage because I was out when he showed up. They were quick to send me a bill even though I didn't receive any service. Today the tech was to come out between 11am and 2pm and when the person never showed I called only to find out the person was sick and they scheduled for Friday. Well, would have been nice of them to be Responsible and call to tell me that. I'm done with them.

After changing from Bryant to Responsible, they informed me they were no longer going to be doing weekend services and the latest they could service my house was from the window 2-4pm which doesn't work for my schedule as I don't get off work until 3:30. I work 30 minutes away from my house. I scheduled them anyways and received a confirmation text for today at 4:15. So I rushed home to make sure I would get here on time so my house could be serviced. It is now 6:45 and I haven't heard a word from them. I called at 5:00 but no one answered, so I left a message. I am very disappointed and extremely annoyed to say the least. I had to move meetings just so I could be here which when you work in education is challenging to do. I will no longer be using this company and will find a better family owned company instead.

We've been customers for a few years now and I just can't continue to pay to have someone take 2 minutes to do a light spray in my backyard. The quality of service has taken a steep drop-off, so why are the prices the same?

I just watched one of them come to service the outside of my home, only to do a quick spray around the perimeter of the backyard, completely ignored the entirety of my front yard and front door which sees a lot of bug activity. He didn't even take the time to spray my wall in my backyard, just near the house.

The dude was completely done in, I'm not exaggerating, 2 and a half minutes. I'm sure his inspection of all of those cracks and crevices bugs love to hide out in was top notch and super thorough...

Kile was the best and always did a great job with our home. He had great attention to detail. He is no longer with the company but everyone else that has come out has been great too. They always ring the bell or knock to see if you're home and if not they will still spray around your home so you don't need to stay home all day and wait for them. They give you a card with all the listed chemicals that they use, and are always considerate of our dogs. We even have tortoises that live in the yard and they are very careful around them. I would recommend Responsible Pest Control to anyone.

I have never before met a company that was willing to look up addresses of homes I am looking at purchasing, and give me ease of mind of the factors to consider , due to my paralyzing fear of scorpions an having two children under 6.

Should we find the right home, RPC is the company I will trust to keep my home pest free.

Amazing customer service! Found them while googling and saw how communicative they were with people asking questions and took a chance to contact them and have not been disappointed in the level of customer service i've been provided as someone who has not even yet bought a house!

We had a scorpion problem.

Or.... any pests....

Lizards are still happy and healthy, so doesn't seem to be toxic (at least to them), my daughter has had absolutely no reactions, I have been walking barefoot everywhere.... I couldn't be happier with their service, and the younger (so sorry I forgot his name) man that did our initial spray was super friendly, personable, and respectful. I haven't seen anyone since then, but get our hangers on the door each month letting us know they came by and did an exterior spray for us! Truly could not be happier with their service unless they brought In-n-out with them when they came...

or maybe I don't want the person coming to spray things to kill my pests also delivering my food...

Moved to Gilbert 12/19 (from out of state) and unfortunately into a vacant home that ended up having a significant scorpion issue. Hired a different pest company first and after finding the first scorpion stuck to a glue trap in my garage, I bought a black light flashlight and some Terro and to my horror was killing at least a dozen scorpions outside nightly... In the Winter! After a few months of no changes with said previous company, I was referred to Responsible. I concluded a significant amount of scorpions were coming out of my attic and from two neighbors yards (and in the block walls). Responsible treated my attic and that 100% eliminated the issue there (have never found another scorpion coming out of the (screened) vent holes since), and they provide me monthly service outside and occasionally inside. I have also become a bit obsessed with trying to eliminate these critters. I bought a stronger flashlight and visited my local Weed and Bug Mart (see Mike in Gilbert, he is awesome) and also use delta guard and Cy Kick to treat my yards and such. I hunt scorpions every single night about 2-4x nightly after dark, and the combination of all of these tactics has GREATLY reduced, but not eliminated my problem. I have gone as long as almost three weeks during the Summer without finding one scorpion, but it seems to go in spurts (have found seven in the last three days) and was hoping to be done with these creepy bugs. So far, we have only found three in our house since moving in, and cannot figure out how they are getting in (we have glue traps everywhere, and we screened all of our vents). All told, I couldn't tell you what specifically is reducing the numbers, but saw the most drastic drop when the attic was treated (around April-ish I think) and caulking the block walls. I just think this house and property has been infested for so long, it would take years to come close to elimination (in addition to my neighbors seemingly not caring about scorpions). I don't plan on staying here long enough to find out (we are leasing). Just would hate to go through all of this just to end up in another infested house / yard and having to start over. This is the kind of thing that could make us move out of the Phoenix area for good. All in all, I Like Responsible Pest control, their customer service and they really do listen and react to what I am working on. My tech Ricky is a great guy and will attack anything I need him to - keeping in mind they true trick is killing their food source. Super jealous when I talk to people who have lived here for decades and say they have never seen a scorpion - just come over to my house... I'll show you plenty. Some of my kills below - a lot of babies since September started.

After moving into our house in July we were noticing about 4-5 scorpions. I read so many reviews and even watched that gross but fascinating YouTube video they have showing how their product works, we decided to give them a try..
Every time I call or text the company has always been so friendly and fast to respond to my concerns.
We have had quite a few different techs since July but all have been super helpful. Most recently we have seen only a few dead ones compared to the 4-5 alive ones we had in the beginning. I will definitely be continuing services even after we move.

They correspond via text, which I thought was amazingly convenient... but I had to cancel my 2nd service appt bc we would not be home. I told the customer service person I would have to contact them at a later time to reschedule, as I didnt know when we would be home during the week next. The rep responded that they did not require us to be home; they could still service our property. I made myself very clear when I responded that I did not want them coming when we weren't here. I live in a townhome, adjacent units on both sides. I have 2 floors, 1400+ square feet, and a backyard- only accessible through the house. Our pest problems come from an overgrown, adjacent backyard and water damage that resulted in missing drywall along the gap between units. Publicly accessible (when we aren't home) is about 50 ft of perimeter.... most of which is the garage. A few weeks later I came home to a notice on my door that they had treated that whole whopping garage wall and instructed me to pay the bill. Furious, I did not. They sent a text a couple times reminding me to pay. The thing about text messages... they're alot less data to store than recorded voice converstions... it's there in black and white! I eventually paid them, ONLY because I didnt want my credit score dinged over this if they sent it to collections... and that's NOT RIGHT.
I have a commercial account with Truly Nolen for my business, and yes, it's a little on the pricey side... but at least you are getting what you're paying for!

They quoted me a price one initial price and a rate to out for maintenance. The initial price was higher since they stated a barrier would be needed initially
They stated that before they would come over they would confirm appointments they had wanted to schedule. Without confirmation the person representing Responsible Pest Control came to my house sprayed my front yard and since the appointment was not confirmed my back gate was locked and their representative jumped my back gate without authorization. When I chatting with a representative online, he was very nice and stated that he would not charge me for the service and that it would never happen again. Well in fact it did happen again this month August. Their representative jumped my back gate again (which I don't want do to security reasons) I wrote the company and their response was as follows:

I am so sorry! We will most definitely make that this is brought up to the supervisor. I apologize about that . We will also credit your account for the service that you did not confirm today and for the service you have rescheduled for next week. I am so sorry. ~Gabby

Today I got a text from a woman By the name of Skye stating that she wanted to schedule an appointment for this month. I told her I already had service for this month and she responded she knows but since I hadn't paid (because it was complimentary)for that service she can't count that as an appointment. Therefore she said either I schedule another service in August or I need to restart the service and pay the initial barrier fee again.

I am not happy with this company because they went back on there word. In there text they were going to give me a complimentary service for the next months service for a future visit which should of been In the upcoming month of September. Instead she stated I either double up on my service in August or get penalized in September which the initial start up fee again. There was no mention of the complimentary service they promised in the prior text that they were to give me in sept.

It's sad due to the fact even though the company representative jumped my fence unauthorized twice Gabby who was representing the company was very sorry and gave excellent customer communication and service after the incident. It was all flushed down the toilet when I got the call today and they tried to up charge me and break the commitment they had made previously.

I am editing this review as I received a rapid response from the companies owner. He listen throughly to the issue that I ran into and politely asked how he could resolve the issue to the best of his ability. He resolved the issue to my satisfaction and I appreciate a company that can resolve issue in a reasonable and practical manner. I only wish all company owner were as on top of it as he is.

MAJOR MAJOR STARS to the crew at responsible pest control... I was signed up easily was given great information and pricing and over all they were effective in getting my service completed the next day! (Due to a tick I found on my puppy that sent me in a panic!!!! ) Custer, Daniel and Nick these guys took care of everything and made me feel more at ease due to being a first time fur mom who was losing it due to the fear of these crawlers. I can truly say that these guys took my worry to heart which means the world, because I need to have my home safe and secure for my family and myself. Custer was very focused and a skilled professional treating every space in my home carefully and they were all kind to my puppy he loved the guys and overall I'm so excited and I'm a truly satisfied customer!!!!

BEST company EVER! We were seeing some scorpions between treatments and were worried because we have a little 10-pound dog. The supervisor came out to personally assess our situation. He retreated our perimeter and foundation with a slightly stronger chemical that he assured us was still safe for our dog. We've had our third monthly service this morning and are impressed with the thoroughness of service and information Garrett provided. A full treatment outside all around the house including the front and backyard lawns, back and side yards, garage door area and door entry to the laundry room...all potential entry points for creatures and critters not welcome in our home.

Our son recommended we give Responsible Pest Control a try since he and his wife were likewise impressed and we're glad he did!

A company is only good as its employees and this company lives up to its name.
Recently, an employee accidentally damaged my fence. Accidents happen. However he was very forthcoming about the incident and self - reported it to his company. This kind of virtue is unheard of today. They quickly sent out a repair man who was willing to fix it the way I wanted. It now looks like it never happened. Great job. He even left me a can of matching paint he used!
Not only have they been doing a great job for me for several years, they are always concerned with the value that I receive. By that I mean the sales team ensures I am not paying for services I don't need and when I don't need them.
Most importantly, my scorpion infestation was gone day one and they make sure none ever return.

If I could give 0 stars i would. Tech left a note on my door that he /she sprayed the perimeter of my home, but they did not. Says they were at my home at 2:45 pm when in fact if they were they would have seen me, and me them brushing my huskies shedding fur at that time. I have tried to call them, text them, and call their main office. Nobody will answer. Now they will try to bill me for this.

We've had 2 different guys from Responsible Pest in the past 2 yrs - Bryce and Landon, and the occasional other person. They all have been great for us. This is our 2nd home they've treated.

We live by a Riparian, so we have some greater issues of some bugs than we did at our other home, and fewer other issues than at the other home.

They have been good at coming out and doing a good job, listen to our concerns and do their best to address. Paying online is easy. They send me the statement online and I just click on the link to pay. Easy.

Dealing with Responsible has been easy. Our favorite guy is still Daniel, but he doesn't service our area. They also send out a couple days before the monthly visit a text message to let me know they are coming out.

So happy with Responsible Pest Control. We started our monthly service with them about two years ago after we moved into our home. The house had been vacant for quite a while and I highly doubt they'd ever had a regular pest control service here. There were many dead and a few live scorpions in the house and tons of live ones outside. We were killing 20+ a night and it was making me highly worried someone would be stung. After a few monthly treatments, we had a dramatic decrease in scorpion activity and thankfully no stings.

This spring when they became active again, I found two live scorpions in the house and Garrett, our wonderful technician, came out early to treat our property, inside and out. No more sightings since. I'll just say that that their chemicals work and I'm not worried about our kids or pets. Garrett is great and always asks if I am seeing any increase in insect activity...he formulates what he uses to what our needs are and the time of the year. Good service and good people = happy customers.

After we found the 4th scorpion in our house and our cat was stung, my husband wanted me to call someone. I search yelp and for this company had great ratings. They are living up to their reviews.

Customer service is awesome. The young lady communicates well and explains everythiing in detail. The first treatment wasn't applied correctly which can happen. I called the next day and the young lady schedule for someone to come out and redo the work for the first treatment to make sure nothing was missed.

She offers to deduct $ off my next treatment but it wasn't necessary and I declined the offer.

I get a text reminder...which I love! And I can pay my statement online.

We live in Cave Creek, in the desert, so we are used to different critters around us. We don't, however, want them in our house. We had a couple of scorpions and some centipede things that are really creepy and disturbing. Our neighbor recommended Reliable, so I gave them a call.
After their visit, there were a lot of creatures that came out, but all were dead or dying. We have been using them for a year now, and since we hired them, we have not had any living critters in the house.
They are very affordable and the employees are all very polite and professional. They offer to come back if needed, but I have never had to request that. We still have all the lizards and good creatures, but no more scorpions and centipedes.

Moved to Phoenix and saw scorpions in our new house. After reading a bunch of Yelp reviews decided to try Responsible and never looked back. They came out monthly and really knocked the scorpions back. A couple of times we got them in the house again, it was always when it monsoon rained right after they had sprayed. But each time it happened, I phoned them and they came right back out, no extra charge. My boyfriend bought a blacklight flashlight and we would go outside at night and after a couple of months, could hardly find one. When we first moved in we would find 10 every time we went looking for them, all over the outside walls of the house.

We're in the process of moving so I stopped service when I was going through all the utilities and all that. Well in skipping just one service, we got another scorpion in the house, so I'm asking them to come out again and regret shutting it off so soon! But if you stick with their monthly service, you will see a huge improvement! Just keep it going.

It was after hours when a scorpion surprised us and almost got our toddler! We had been researching new pest control but weren't sure yet. That night I came on to yelp and saw the positive reviews, I thought what the heck I'll message them and see how soon they can come out. Imagine how surprised I was that I got a message back that night and availability within a day.

I am so pleased with the customer service! Everyone has been so nice and Bryce did our initial service. He explained the process and let us know what he was going to do. We have decided to use them with their monthly service and find it very competitive in price to similar service.

Best part is the extreme decrease in bugs we have seen. And not one scorpion! We did have a regular pest service before them but something they are using is doing the trick.

Last season we experienced scorpions after it rained so we figured we would stay on top of it this year and get sprayed. After calling and making an appointment with Ryan we were told someone would be out between 7-9. Kile came out (almost right at 7 which we really appreciated) and treated the inside and outside of our home. He was incredibly thorough, and applied the spray and dust generously. We have a lot of animals (some that live outside) and kids and he was very kind and considerate of them all. Within an hour of him leaving we started to see dead bugs in the garage and patio. We signed up to get the exterior sprayed monthly. There are so many pest control companies out there with competitive pricing but we are very happy with our choice and highly recommend Responsible Pest Control.

Giving a five right off the bat for the great customer service and their professionalism and because I haven't seen a scorpion since the initial treatment. Mitchel came out to spray the outside and inside of my house. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Just had my first service done with this company and prior being with another company for over a year I kept seeing bugs like I didn't have pest control service at all so it was time for a change. Wesson the tech was thorough, professional and engaging. He was the only tech who actually pulled out the stove and refrigerator all the way out. We had other techs from other pest control companies who either sprayed behind all pulled the appliances a quarter of the way out. I was very impressed with him. We have two more treatments and we are hoping to get Wesson again!

Once again Responsible Pest has helped us out. We had a leak in our bathroom and I was seeing tiny little bugs walking around after my husband removed the baseboards. I chatted with a rep online at their website. We had an outside monthly appt scheduled for that Friday. Our bathroom was sprayed and a thick gel that kills for 6 mos was also put down. Once again, no bugs in my house! Love this business. Plus, our rates haven't gone up in 5 years.

This company is AMAZING! We previously used Blue Sky and they were horrible (see my review). Responsible Pest Control has completely eliminated our scorpions, which the other company could never do. And they do not require a contract. Always notify us when they are coming so we can be there or unlock the gate (something Blue Sky never did). We have a one year old in the house so we are so thankful the scorpions are gone! Cannot say enough good things about this company! Try them, you will Not be sorry.

We live in North Phoenix where scorpions are definitely around. We moved into our house and saw two scorpions withing the first 4 months. I called Responsible Pest Control after a friend referred me. We haven't seen one scorpion since and that was almost two years ago. They are very accommodating with our schedule and will spray inside any time we ask. This company has proven to excel year after year. I have been a customer of theirs for several years and they have never disappointed me. I usually have them spray the inside as well as the outside twice a year and that is included in my monthly price. I forgot to unlock my gate once, and they came back out the next tie they were in the area and sprayed it then. A few years ago I had a cockroach problem outside and a few got inside and they sprayed and then came back a few weeks later and resprayed. They truly do have excellent customer service.

Shawn at Responsible Pest Control was just out taking care of our monthly spraying. When a pest control company is doing its job, you don't see the results. You don't see any pest because they are under control. What you do see is the customer service. Shawn does an amazing job and makes you feel like he cares about you and your pets well being and safety. I have used three other companies but Responsible Pest Control is the best.

It's been a little over a week since they sprayed. I've seen one scorpion since, and it was up on a wall...assuming it was getting away from the spray on the ground and border. The prayer showed up on time, was nice and polite and answered all my questions and was un-annoyed by my dog and I following him while he worked asking questions and watching. The price was good, and a bit less than some of the other companies I researched and called, so I guess we'll see if you get what you paid for. But, so far so good.

Side note...my dog (small puggle around 20 pounds) did randomly get sick about three days after spraying. He vomited about 15 times within 30 minutes. We took him to the vet and couldn't really pinpoint what it was. He's been fine since. Not sure if it was the spray or not; he doesn't normally lick the floor or walls, so not sure at all.

I am very happy with the service provided. I just bought a house recently and I found out that there are a lot of scorpions around our area. We had Responsible Pest Control come out and spray our house. We have had two services done so far. After the first service, we did find a few scorpions, most were dead. Even though we were not happy with the results from the last service, the owner, Darin Huffaker, called us personally and made arrangements to set things right. Darin even sent the technician that we requested since that technician made a really good impression with us by showing us the problems areas and how to take care of it. From the moment I started the service to the subsequent visits, they have maintained their level of awesome service. I was worried about the chemicals used, and they patiently explained that all their chemicals are pet safe whilst still being effective. I haven't seen any insect activity since the first visit. I live in a new subdivision bordering South Mountain park and scorpions are more than abundant here. Until I enlisted help from Responsible Pest Control I found well over 100 scorpions in the yard, garage, and a few in the house. Starting in late December it was pretty much non-stop scorpions. Now, things are much more under control. Each month I meet with my technician Garrett, and he asks about any scorpion activity I've seen and reviews what is planned for the next treatment. It is always a pleasure to work with Garrett and I'm impressed with his attention to detail, thorough treatments, positive attitude, and knowledge. There are many pest control companies out there and Responsible Pest Control is definitely a top choice to consider if you have to deal with scorpions like I do. Be sure to look over the Responsible Pest control website. I've learned some tricks and tips to better scorpion proof my home as well.

I was having an external ant problem and they were working their way into our house. I searched about 5 companies and decided on Responsible because they weren't the cheapest but they also weren't the most expensive.

Dave came out and was polite and took the time to explain the product that he was using because I asked due to the fact that I have a dog.

Took him about 20 minutes and explained to me about their warranty but haven't needed it because they eliminated the ant issue we had. I would definitely recommend.

Had their service for the last 6 months now, and I have notice a difference between my prior service to these guys. I could never be more happier. My prior pest control did a good job however, I was still getting insects coming into the house. Even though they were dead or on their way out, it was an unsightly experience. Especially when the association sprays the common areas, the bugs end up inside the our home. Now comes Responsible. Tried them out and was pleased. I have not experienced any dead bugs around in or out. It is like they put up a barrier and the bugs just passes buy our property. Not only it works, never had any experiences of dead bugs after the association sprays the common areas. Our technician Daniel was very knowledgeable in what he does. He is very courteous and understands our needs to safe guard our pets and any children in the area. Highly recommend!

Yes this company (Responsible Pest Control) will kill scorpions!!! And other bugs of course. I recently used them for my house because I found a scorpion in a ceiling light.

The technician David came and sprayed my entire inside and outside of my house. He also sprayed my outer wall separating my house from my neighbors. He said this is very important because all bugs (and especially scorpions) will die and other neighboring bugs/scorpions will not come onto my property from this.

The video they post on their website (under the scorpion tab) really sealed the deal for me to call them. This video shows the system and chemical that they use will kill scorpions when all other exterminator companies say they cannot be killed (only their food supply i.e. other bugs can be killed). Also they told me that this chemical will not harm dogs - it just needs to dry before dogs can be around it.

I initially had set up a one time appointment. But soon learned that it is cheaper and more effective if they come on a monthly schedule. It is a lot cheaper actually. And any future issues will be prevented making this a proactive way to deal with scorpions and other bugs.

I would highly recommend this company for scorpions and also any other bugs you might have in or around your house.

We had a pest issue that turned out to be far less problematic and pervasive than we initially thought. They could have sold us an extermination plan, but the tech (I'm such a jerk that I already forgot his name!) that came to do the job gave me a MUCH cheaper solution for taking care of it on my own. I REALLY appreciate that kind of honesty--especially since it cost him time to come out, inspect the place, and answer all of my questions. If I am ever in a position to recommend a pest control company, this one interaction was enough for me to recommend Responsible Pest Control enthusiastically!!

I've been using them for about 8 months now. They always show up on the scheduled days and thoroughly treat the front and backyard. Scorpions were having midnight raves in the backyard when I first moved into my house. Now they're nowhere to be seen. The crickets are gone as well. Excellent service. No hassle billing. If you have scorpions this is the only company that can help you!
I recently moved into a new home and shortly after settling in I discovered I had moved in to a real life nightmare. My house was infested with Arizona Bark Scorpions. In the first 2 months I had stumbled upon at least 30 scorpions living right along side me in my new home. It was terrifying. I immediately contacted local pest control companies and brought them out to help me in this very dangerous situation. These companies are very good at selling you on their competence. Promising to come back as many times as needed for free until the scorpions are under control. But the scorpions kept coming unabated. These other companies convince you to stick with them because in their words it takes time for the poison to work! Don't believe them! If you don't start seeing dead scorpions, believe me, it's not working! Then I found Responsible. I called them out and after their first treatment I began to find the dead corpses of these little terrors. And the ones that were still moving were just taking their last breaths on this earth. Even after a few months when we suddenly found a few finding their way in to our second floor through an unsealed door this company came back out and handled that weakness in our home as well. Responsible made a commitment to me that if their service didn't work they would refund all of the money I had given them. We have now been Scorpion free for 2 months and I am finally sleeping soundly in my new safe home. In a modern world that offers very few Heroes I was pleasantly surprised to find knights in shining armor employed at Responsible Pest Control. Knights that arrive at your home to successfully slay the demon insects terrorizing you. I can not recommend them enough to anyone in need of rescue from these venomous little monsters. Thank you Responsible from the bottom of my heart.

I live in a highly active Scorpion neighborhood. It was normal for us to see 7-10 a week plus the babies. I've been selling real estate since the early 80's and I know once a house shows this many scorpions, they are in the walls and you will never get rid of them. After using several companies, my neighbor gave me Responsible's #. The owner came out, sealed my house and over the next year we only would see 2 a week. I believe they switched products and now I see 1 or 2 a year! Jesus is my technician and he is the most kindest, respectful man I have ever run across. He goes way above to make sure we are all ok here! He needs a raise because I may just steal him away to come work for me!

RAY IS FANTASTIC! This company is fantastic! I have two small shih tzus dogs so keeping scorpions OUT of our North Scottsdale home (surrounded by desert landscape) is our top priority! We have been using Responsible Pest Control since September. They are always super professional and come during their scheduled appointment window. For once a month service, they are very reasonably priced. If at any time during the month you have a problem, they will come back out and re-spray. Granted we are just heading into scorpion season, but I'm hopeful that we won't have a problem! We found our first one outside last month, and it looked like it was dying (tail out, sitting on a rock for a good 45 minutes), but they still came out to re-spray for us. Based on their website, they guarantee if you DO find a scorpion in/around your house, it will be dead or dying.

Started off great but their customer service has really fallen off. From the service tech getting lazy and not even spraying the garage and taking off without checking in on us to see if there were other areas to be sprayed, to the customer rep that doesn't even call back when we needed a re- treatment due to finding scorpions in and out the house. They guarantee pest control and after using them for awhile we have not seen too much of a difference. I called back days later, since I didn't hear from them after I left them a message only to hear from Renae, they can stop by the following week for a spot treatment only. Their website states 100% satisfaction guaranteed is nothing but a slogan. When asked when I wasn't called back after I left a message a week ago, they said the left me a text message??? What ever happened to personal phone calls anymore? No apologies or concern for the scorpions inside the house on the side where our small children sleep. If you want to keep paying for guaranteed service that is ineffective, well you have been warned! Here's a pic of another one found.

Very good service. They were thorough and got rid of our tick problem, which we had been struggling with for a long time, in just two treatments. We had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with a bed bug problem, and they got rid of them completely, without an expensive heat treatment, which would have been over 1000 dollars with other companies. So far, so good. We just had our first treatment today so I'll update on the effectiveness later but so far, everything has been great! I was referred by a friend, I took a look at the website and I was impressed with all of the information about each individual pest that they treat for. There were pictures and everything in case you weren't quite sure what you have crawling around your house. We had big wolf spiders (ew!) scorpions, and earwigs. We would spray on a monthly basis but I think the other guys were just spraying water because it seemed to do nothing! Bugs still came around, at least 3 sightings per week of not more, and they never seemed weak or dead -always vibrant and willing to run for their lives. I filled out the online form and immediately received an email from Responsible. I explained my situation and they offered to come the following week. I was so glad that I was able to set everything up via email because when I'm not at work, I'm at home with my newborn and talking on the phone isn't always convenient.
I wasn't home when they came to treat the house but my husband was and he had nothing but good things to say. I also appreciate that the guy noticed my husband had his hands full, while feeding our baby so he said we could just take care of the payment during next months service or we could pay by phone at our convenience. He also left this nifty little note detailing the form of treatment.

I called Responsible Pest Control after seeing a cockroach in my house. I am horrified of roaches and honestly was in a panic. They got some right out the next day sprayed inside and out plus treated my home for scorpions. I was sure I had none of those. Well the spray worked great no roaches were found in the house thank god but did see a lot of dead ones outside. This was Ok with me showed the spray worked. I also found a dead scropion in my sprinkler box so was very happy we treated for them as well. The price is very reasonable and all staff has been very professional. I am in the process of buying a new home and will for sure have them move with me. I highly recommend this company.

I have been in AZ for 3 years now. When I first moved here I used a different pest control service and was constantly finding scorpions outside (140 the first year and 90+ the second year). If I was able to, I'd give it a 4.5 star review only because they don't seem to stick to a routine with service every 4 weeks. Sometimes they come every 3 weeks and sometimes it's 6 weeks or anywhere in between. With that being said, they do always call me 2 days before they are going to come out. Ever since they started coming my scorpion problem has drastically decreased. I do get the occasional scorpion and at times a giant hairy desert scorpion but that's only when the service exceeds 5 weeks from the previous visit. They are very good about spraying inside my home when I request it. Also, their customer service, both the technicians and office staff are very friendly and accommodating. Now if only they had a treatment to keep the birds and flys away!!!!

Responsible has been awesome! We moved into a new home and we knew since it's in the desert we would have scorpions and big spiders. After using Responsible, to our surprise we have only found dead scorpions and spiders. Jordan is awesome and makes you feel like he really cares about what you need. They call and remind you when they are coming to visit and are very helpful and respectful every time you speak with someone. We will never use anyone else!

We used Orkin for 20 yrs. in WA state. Once we arrived here in July 2015, we have used Responsible Pest Control monthly thanks to our real estate agent. There is no comparison between the two companies.
David and Javier have assisted us with careful and meticulous attention in protecting us from pests--(bugs and rodents). They are not in and out in 10-15 minutes. If they aren't familiar with a beetle, for instance, they will photo it and get it identified. They treat our home as if it were their own. Additionally, the office staff and the owner are like family, not like a impersonal answering service.

One thing that I appreciate about this company is that they tell you exactly what they are using on your house. I have a scorpion issue at my home and without hesitation Garrett went back to add certain products to aid in fixing my problem as well as explain to me how it works. With previous companies I've had, the technicians seem annoyed when I ask for certain areas to be sprayed heavily due to my history of the issue. They listen to what you want done and what you don't want done. We have small children so they never spray inside our home and we are completely happy with our results. These people are outstanding. From the people in the office to the owner to the technicians. I've been using them for 7 years and I'm totally happy. Our house use to be infested with scorpions. We would kill a few in the house everyday. And yes we got the painful stings occasionally. When I heard about Responsible Pest Control I decided to give them a try and we haven't looked back since. The were able to completely eliminate all bugs including scorpions. We haven't seen a scorpion in years. Believe me these people have the right solution to get rid of scorpions in and around your home. They put down two chemical barriers around my home. One at the property lines and the other at exterior base of the home's foundation. They will also spray inside for no extra cost but we've never found it necessary to spray inside. The outside barriers takes care of any insects. If you have a scorpion problem do yourself a favor and call Denise (480) 924-4111. I'm not getting paid for this review. I just believe it's important to tell people about great companies who do excellent work and I believe Responsible Pest Control is one of those companies.

I've used Responsible Pest in two of my homes. The customer service is top notch from the office as well as the techs who have come to my house. They always give me a call to let me know when my monthly service will take place and the tech always consults with me if I'm home for the service. They guarantee their work in that they will come between service appointments if there is a problem. Jesus is my current tech and he's very helpful and courteous! I recommend this company. I live in a neighborhood notorious for scorpions. They definitely take care of the problem!

We had three scorpions within the span of five days, so I called these guys. Their prices are great, there's no contract (month-to-month services), and they're professional. Most importantly, we only saw one scorpion after they came and it was already dead when we found it! We've since moved to an apartment and don't need their services, but I'd definitely recommend Responsible Pest Control for anyone looking for affordable, effective extermination services without a year-long commitment.

As new residents to the Phoenix area and unfamiliar with the local businesses, we have difficulty in regards to selecting a service provider for our residence. We decided to go with Responsible Pest Control based on the positive reviews from other customers and we have been very happy with their service. There have been 3 different technicians that have serviced our residence and ALL of them were clean cut, pleasant, and professional. Responsible has obviously done an excellent job as we have had no more insect problems inside the house and the only scorpions we found (3) were already dead when we found them. We also liked the guarantee that they will re-spray if any pest pest problems occur in between service appointments. Great service at a very reasonable price - highly recommend!

I loved our former pest tech, but we had 2-3 scorpions each week. What was the point? So I did a little Yelp research and came across Responsible Pest Control. I was warned that it could take up to six months before the scorpions were gone, but it took less than a week! In six months, we've had no more than three scorpions, and that's without interior treatments. I would give away my first-born child before giving up Responsible Pest Control (but don't tell her I said that).

After going through 2 other exterminators, I was at my wit's end. I had found 20+ scorpions in my house. I was stung in bed and both my dogs were stung on other occasions. A friend referred me to Responsible Pest Control. They took the time to answer all of my questions over the phone. I booked my appointment and they came out within a timely manner. The technician was amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. After treatment, I found about 10 dead scorpions. Luckily, my house lease was over shortly after that and I definitely moved! The only reason why I'm not giving 5 stars is because of the contract that must be signed unless you want to spend quite a bit more money.

Called them after other companies could not seem to help. The problem was that I was seeing 1 - 2 scorpions in the home a day. Not to mention the ones in the yard A big problem with a small child in the home. The house had been sealed by another company and I had them out 1 - 3 times a month to spray. Ridiculous, as the problem never subsided. Responsible Pest came out and since I started with them in February of 2016, I have seen 2 scorpions in my home in the past year. One was dead and the other was dying. By the way, that was during the first month after spraying. Quite a relief and no longer so worried. Thanks....

Bad review because I paid $240 to get rid of some roaches. I wasn't even invested with them and your company guaranteed to get rid of them for good. Still waiting on that promise.

So I call these guys up and talk to a gal on the phone. I ask what do you use to spray with and she says its from a plant in Africa and she cannot pronounce it. Then I asked her to spell it and she says she can't spell it either. I'm not sure how their actually service is but the sales gal I spoke with was completely clueless.

This company comes when it's convenient for them and not their customer. They say they spray out side, but I keep telling them to only come when I'm at home. They can't seem to remember to call and make an appointment, so they come out when they are in the area. I called to complain and tell them again to only come when I'm at home. [ want both inside and outside sprayed at the same time and If they can't do both then I don't want any service. They did it again, so when I called to complain they took away the charge. Now they called and left a message for me to call them back to reschedule service because of the rain we had last week. I didn't call them back because I'm not ready for them yet, but today they came to spray because they said they were in the area and again I was not at home. I called to cancel their service, so now they say I still owe them for a previous service. The charge that they took away! Now they want me to pay it. These people are crooks!

Responsible Pest Control is a fantastic company with great service. I have been using them for a few years. Daniel the tech is great and we ask for him every time. Never had a problem and Daniel always explains what he is doing, what chemicals he is using and why he is taking that approach. I can't ask for anything more from a pest control company.

We hired responsible pest control (on the recommendation of a neighbor) because we live in a scorpion-prone area and were not having any luck with DIY pest control products. After 6 months of service, they have been responsive, dependable, and respectful. Best of all, they have drastically reduced the number of scorpion sightings at our home, and if we do see them, they're usually dead. I appreciate that they call to remind you a few days before they are scheduled to come treat the house and are very quick to return if you find any unwanted critters. If you're shopping around, you would be wise to consider this company. Highly recommend.
