Small family owned business. The owner came to our house and talked us thru our problem with insects by a lake. He gave our house an immediate treatment & we signed up for their regular service. Great deal for his coverage. Heartily recommend them.
Best in the business. We had a termite problem on our property and these guys were able get rid of them fast. Their warranty was much better than other competitors and price was fair. A three generation family business in west valley. When I was a REALTOR I recommended their services to my clients. Last week we discovered termite trail in our bedroom. They came by within 24 hours, inspected the conditions and recommended service and their one year warranty. They were here this morning, treated the condition and shared advise on what to watch out for in the coming weeks. Should condition reoccur after 90 day period they will return at no additional cost. Prompt, friendly and competent service. I recommend the highly. No hype, no waiting, We will definitely subscribe to their warranty program on the long term. Annual renewal works for us.
This guy is very inappropriate in dealing with veterans and conducting inspections for VA home loans. A VA loan makes it the sellers responsibility to pay for the inspection. Once Joe Funnell couldn't get payments from the sellers he harassed me and threatened me with collections. I'll be glad to send anyone a copy of Joes correspondence with me about his actions. I will be seeking legal counsel for his actions.

I have moved around a lot, and I have been through a ton of PEST CONTROL companies. Each time I have had to sign a lengthy, expensive contract, and the guys that came out were not very friendly or talented. Burns, Orkin, Blue Sky...you name it, I've tried it and never had good results.
I just recently moved to Glendale and had a huge issue with ants, crickets and flies. Grenada was recommended to me by a friend at work. I called and the secretary was extremely accommodating to my schedule. I didn't have to sign a contract (my first spray was SUPER CHEAP) and the guy who came out to spray was extremely thorough. He was also so nice! My bugs are gone!! Thanks guys!!

My landlord contacted Granada Pest control since both my great danes within the past month got stung and had deadly reactions to scorpion stings as well found a bark scorpion the other night in my backyard and since both dogs got attack and my young son does play out back she reach out to them. Robert came out to service and spray the inside as well spray my entire back yard extremely good also found a huge ant colony right off my patio in the back and started to treat it. He was very knowledgeable about everything, extremely friendly and answer everything I asked. Not only this place is a family business which I love supporting since they don't rip you off as corporate business usually but inexpensive like other companies I have dealt with in the place. I highly recommend Robert Funnell with Granada Pest Control. Major kudos to this company and him!
