HISTORY
Established in 2009.
We had worked in the pest control & home inspection industry for many years before going on our own. Some of those we worked for were great; but some... not so good! Some companies didn't put the clients first and we found it very frustrating. We felt that we should be better. After a few years of "not being as good as we should be", we made the decision to start Trojan Pest Control & Home Services. We have found it very rewarding doing the right thing by our customers and clients! We're a small business; we're are the owners and the operators, so when you deal with the techs or office staff, you deal with the owners! If there should ever be a problem, we make it right! Our customers and clients are our priority and our job is to take care of your issues and to keep you satisfied.
ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER
We're in this together! We are a small, family run business! Israel came from a construction background but has been working in Pest Control for about 10 years. He is very detail oriented and does a great job. He is also fluent in Spanish. Alex has been a licensed Home Inspector since 2004 but was in the Pest Control industry before that. He is a very thorough inspector and believes that his clients should have the best possible inspection and service. They are professional, hard working and dedicated to our customers and to the business. Honey and Dyann are in the office and both came from the Pest Industry.

TPC is awesome!!! This company has been treating my home for about 5 years now. We had a termite problem all over our home when we first bought it and after these guys came in and thoroughly investigated and treated the problem areas the termites seem to be gone. Now we just call them back lately for routine sprays. Even with just that getting done, Israel takes his time goes through every part of the house/yards to make sure our home is treated properly. TPC gets the job done right, very professional. I can't forget Diane who is the sweetest and so polite each time I call for an appointment. Customer service on point! I totally recommend Trojan Pest Control, they are an awesome team/family who put pride in their work and business.

Was a client for over 10 years and had to leave after being treated so poorly by Dyann, office manager. Tried to double my price and made it my fault like it was an inconvenience to them. Trying to schedule dates became increasingly harder and communication by phone ceased and only via text. Was such a wonderful and family company for many years and now horrible. Treated so poorly that it was not even a hesitation to move.
Israel came out and gave me a very fair estimate for termite treatment. I scheduled an appointment for the next week. They arrived on time. As promised the job was done on time and cleaned up! I will be switching over to them to do my regular pest control. I will recommend to all my neighbors and friends!
If I could leave 0 stars I would. The level of unprofessionalism is absolutely mind boggling. These home inspectors came to do an inspection of my home which was offered for sale. After the inspection my wife came home to our home which had all of our pots and pans out on the counter from being stored in the oven, all of our windows open, in the middle of summer, our AC set to 72 degrees and something that we just found out... left our smoke detector unplugged. I tested all of our smoke and carbon monixide detectors before the inspector to insure they were working. Everything was fine. I never once needed to or would have unplugged them. God forbid our house caught fire our lives could be destroyed. This is not all, there were so many items in our inspection that were listed so I hired a general contractor to come out and give me a quote to repair these so called issues more than half the items on the inspectors report from Trojan home services were all false. You would think a general contractor would want to sell you his services and find some things to repair but the contractor was honest and stated repeatedly that the inspector was wrong about so many things. I would NEVER recommend any one use Trojan for any home inspection services. STAY AWAY! Any sellers reading this review, if your potential buyer hires Trojan stay home for the inspection and watch their every move these guys cannot be trusted.
Wow, this company is amazing! They did a complete treatment on my home and they did a phenomenal job. They answered a lot of my questions and were even kind to my pets. They really do go above and beyond. I highly recommend them!
