These guys are the best! My travertine and marble floors look amazing and they really took the time to fill in all the holes with just the right color. I also had my master shower re-grouted and sealed and it looks brand new! Very professional and very neat and clean. Thanks for a great job, guys!

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!  EXCEPTIONALLY PROFESSIONAL!  Look no further for a company to do your renovations, Optimum Home Solutions is THE BEST!  Our job was small, but Joe, the owner, Alysha, the secretary, and Juan, the fabricator, gave it their utmost attention as if we were their only customers.  They answered our questions promptly, were on time for the measuring and installation, cleaned up afterward and were the most congenial people to work with.  The granite countertops in our kitchen and baths look absolutely AMAZING.  If we ever have reason to do more renovations, Joe will be the first guy we call.

Awesome company. Chris spent a long time helping us figure out the best carpet for our situation. The installation was quick. The crew was terrific. When the furniture had to be moved back they made sure everything was put back just perfectly. For the price and overall experience I am thrilled. Five stars all the way.

We contracted Clear Choice to put some tile in our house upstairs, about 1200 ft.² of it. It was a very big job. I looked around and got quotes from other places for about two weeks and clear choice came in lowest. From the moment I contacted them, through the quote process and through installation they were very communicative and professional. They were even able to install tile that I had already picked out in order to match what I had existing.. and picked it up and delivered it for free. I dealt with John throughout the quote process and he was very professional, always getting back with me promptly. He even drove to my house in Peoria all the way from Gold Canyon so that I could put down a deposit and signed the contract. He came back to check on the job midway through, and even dropped off some additional tile when the the installers ran a little short, with no additional charge to me. The installers were great too, very nice and always on time, and the main installer spoke English well so communication was never an issue. Overall I am very happy with the results, as my husband too (who can be ridiculously picky sometimes!). I would highly recommend working with clear choice for your flooring.. they don't disappoint.

It exceeded our expectations!! Floors look new. Locally owned business with good customer service. Before starting they showed various samples and we found a perfect color for our tile. In addition to resealing our old stained tile they replaced a few tiles broken over time. Highly recommended.

Metro Concrete installed a complete front patio and overlay on my front driveway.  They were on time and on schedule for every appointment, and the job was done in a timely manner.   I am so happy with the finished product.  Thank you for all your help, making my front yard look amazing.  I will recommend them to everyone.

Proline Flooring is by far one of the best flooring company to work with. Great at communicating, reliable, and the craftsmanship is always great. The guys came in, they knew what you want and start working. Proline Flooring did my shower. It came so much better than I expected. They over achieve my expectations on this project. They had great ideas how to design my shower as well!! Can't wait to recommend them to  family and friends.

It's refreshing to know there are still business professionals out there like Kyle. You could not have someone in your home who is more communicative, honest, dependable, trustworthy, and skilled. We entrusted Kyle unmonitored access to our home to install hard wood flooring of our upstairs hallway and loft. The process was stress free and fast! From initial to quote to installation, the entire job was completed in less than three weeks. Also of note, Kyle is who actually does the work! So many times you hire a company and never see the same "professional" once installation begins, which is not the case with Kyle. Kyle's the one that shows up, on time and actually completes the project. We cannot recommend Kyle and Illustrious Hardwoods enough!

I highly recommend European Design Flooring. If I could give them a ten I would! Installed luxury Vinyl flooring in three bedrooms, took less than two days. The crew never stopped working except for lunch. Very professional, did outstanding job. Cleaned up and treated me and my house with respect.

Great experience from visiting the store and installation. This is a family owned business and it's very obvious they really care about the customer. We need to be supporting our family owned businesses. I am very very satisfied.

We are thrilled with our kitchen remodel done by Sunset tile and bath. They are very detail oriented and thought of things that even we hadn't thought of when planning our project. We were not in Arizona when the work was completed, but we were very confident in the team to do the work while we were away.

I recently had occasion to use the Coldwell Banker Concierge Service to find an electrician and get an area of our home carpeted. I'll share my impressions:

CARPETING. We wanted to install carpeting in the raised entrance area of our new home because the cork flooring made it difficult to distinguish the step down into the living room, guest bath, and master bedroom.

First we contacted a well-known big box store. We chose the carpet and upgraded pad and they sent a guy to do measurements a couple days later. After that, it was like talking to a post. The quote was wrong (figures didn't add up and carpet layout ensured maximum waste), communication nonexistent, and--while we said we had our big boy pants on and if the job were too small we'd understand--they insisted they were on the case. Then they wanted several hundred more dollars to remove the cork tile and haul it off; an estimate based on gross carpet size rather than the area of tile to be removed!  

Then we looked on the Coldwell Banker concierge service site and found Baker Brothers Floor Covering, Inc. Chris Rosewell contacted us immediately, came over to look at the job, confirmed with his installers that the carpet could be glued directly to the cork, and set up an installation date. He emailed the contract, we signed it, and last Friday set up an install for yesterday, Tuesday, February 6.  His crew was here yesterday right when they said they'd be here, installed the carpet, and we couldn't be more pleased.  

And the installation was less than half the big box's quoted price. Please let Chris Rosewell know that we'd highly recommend Baker Brothers.

Amazing, amazing, amazing.

My first contact with Armor-Kote was to inquire about having our garage floor epoxied.
I spoke with Shane and he explained what the company does and what to expect on the day of instulation.  Shane sent a color scheme for us to choose what we wanted.  There is no nonsense with this company.  From my first call I knew what the cost would be.  They dont try to up charge you or convince you to purchase anything you dont need.  
On the day of install the guys arrived on time and were ready to go, and boy they never stopped.  Our garage floor looks fantastic.  In fact we keep opening the door just to make sure it belongs to us.
I would highly recommend Armor-Kote to anyone who is thinking about having their garage floor done without hesitation.

I should give 5 reviews, but I will give 4 so you believe me.

Mike came out, showed me carpets that I could use in a rental that were close to my budget (hence the 4 stars) but the price was good considering the complete job.

Mike made sure the carpet was installed on a tight schedule and sent a crew out to R/R the living room and family room, then take the best of the old carpet and fix the hall.

When all was said and done, it was better than I had expected. The installers were very professional and took pride in doing hard, complex repair to the hall. Mike took the time to call the next day and verify the job went as expected.

I will spend the extra money from the big box stores to get a great install, great oversight and follow up.11

I contacted Valley Tile Removal Dust Free via Yelp. Andrew replied quickly to my questions regarding removal of kitchen ceramic tile. My husband and he discussed additional removal of carpeting and pad. An appointment was set. He and a coworker showed up on time. They worked quickly and efficiently to remove all the flooring discussed. In addition, once the flooring was removed, we discovered the concrete was uneven in a couple of areas so we had him take care of that too. His pricing is fair, he is also courteous, professional and clean! Highly recommended!!

Anthony and his crew did an amazing job! We replaced old carpet with epoxy  and it gave our house a much needed facelift and a unique, modern feel. Anthony was prompt to respond, he was patient- answering all of our questions thoroughly, and he was very personable. He was communicative, sending us updates throughout the process. His work was efficient and the materials he uses are high quality. When the floors were finished, moving back into the space was seamless; there was very minimal dust or clean up needed. It has been a couple of months and I am still finding myself marveling at the floors.

A few things to consider-

These floors have been so easy to clean!

Our house has stayed cooler and we've actually seen a significant decrease in our electricity bill.

First Due offers removal of old flooring. If you do your own clean out of old flooring/carpeting, First Due does not provide a haul-away service for the trash (I recommend Code 3 Junk Removal code3junkremoval.com another awesome first responder owned and operated business).

The floors are slick! If you have pets, consider area rugs. Although it is a shame to have to cover even a little of these stunning floors! (Alternatively- We bought our senior dog grippy socks that work great).

BONUS- this company is first responder owned and operated!

If I could give a,  0, I would. This firm  was  hired to put tile in a bathroom and  to complete a backsplash in my kitchen. It has been  a few years, but I could not recall the name of the company and I just found their card. I had chosen nearly white tile for the bathroom. The tile was placed when I was at work and I came home to find that the tile, already install, was an ugly grey. They claimed you never know what will come out of the quarry!. Then I came home to find the backsplash was horrible. the tile was crooked and some edges actually stuck out from the wall. The owner became angry when I told him it would have to be redone. They took the tile off, gouged into the plaster wall under it. The company who brought them in agreed the jobs they did were horrible.

Wow! I don't know where to begin, because our experience was exceptional.

My husband and I have been wanting to do a renovation on our kitchen for some time now. Casually, I submitted a project via Yelp to multiple contractors to shop around. After a swift response from Rosa, we set up an in-home consultation. Rosa and Erica brought samples based upon our initial conversation and were spot on with the look I was wanting. Their energy and general vibe sold us. Professional, friendly and genuine. Some days later, we signed a contract and the project began shortly thereafter.

Being in the midst of a global pandemic, I was worried with how many people would be in and out of our home. Everyone wore masks, respected social distancing, and staggered scheduling to keep down how many workers were in our home at any given time.

Both Rosa and Erica were super communicative throughout the entire process. Also, every single person on their team was so darn friendly and meticulous with their attention to detail. It truly was seamless and we are ecstatic. I think I may sleep in my kitchen tonight because I love it that much.
