Best Flooring Contractors in Phoenix, AZ

I do not recommend this business.Dan came out to give an estimate on cleaning and sealing pavers.Because of the extent of efflorescence, he suggested soda blasting or in the alternative placing travertine pavers above the existing brick pavers. He took photos and measurements and promised to provide an estimate for sealing the pavers, as well as a name of a contractor for soda blasting. He indicated we could then price out our best solution. Well, two weeks later and nothing. In a follow up call to the business, Lisa was not helpful, offering only excuses and advised the estimate would not be forthcoming. Horrible customer service.

I have mixed feelings about my experience with Optimum. While Jason, who laid our tile, was extremely attentive to detail and did a fantastic job, I was kind of left hanging overall. I was told that they'd finish putting on the baseboards (which normally they don't do, but I offered to pay) and tile the bathrooms, and then they never called me back to do it. They also took out the toilet to do the tile in a bathroom and never put it back. Also, their estimate of the square footage of the job was over 100 square feet more than my estimate and they said they'd come back to re-measure, and called me the morning of once to do it, but after that they just disappeared. The finished product is beautiful, they're professional, and their prices are fair, but planning and organization seem to be lacking. I have a lot of other home improvement projects to do around the house, and I don't plan on using them again.

Adis did a great job leveling / smoothing out a concrete floor and in so doing fixing some sloppy/bad work by the previous "contractor."  Thanks!

UN-FRICKEN-BELIEVABLE ! What an amazing job they did. I gave 1/2 my house to Brandi Carpet for 3 days and now I have the best looking floors we could have ever have hoped for. I highly recommend  Chris Brown and his team of professionals. From start to finish, everything went perfect. When we need the other side of our house to look "OFF THE HOOK", we will be calling Brandi Carpet.

Metro Concrete installed a complete front patio and overlay on my front driveway.  They were on time and on schedule for every appointment, and the job was done in a timely manner.   I am so happy with the finished product.  Thank you for all your help, making my front yard look amazing.  I will recommend them to everyone.

My father purchased a new house and needed his Master Shower upgraded.  This is his second time using Floors n More.  There was no delay with the pandemic.  They not only have excellent customer service, high quality work, and reasonable prices.  

There was no previous shower seat, grab bars or sliding doors.  I can't thank the entire team enough for not only upgrading my father's Master shower, but ensuring his safety.  He is a Retired Marine POW/MIA Vietnam Veteran amd his safety and happiness means everything to me.

Proline Flooring is by far one of the best flooring company to work with. Great at communicating, reliable, and the craftsmanship is always great. The guys came in, they knew what you want and start working. Proline Flooring did my shower. It came so much better than I expected. They over achieve my expectations on this project. They had great ideas how to design my shower as well!! Can't wait to recommend them to  family and friends.

We contacted Kyle to install hardwood flooring in the formal living room and on the steps leading upto the second floor. Kyle was upfront on what the job entailed when he came to give us the estimate. The whole process from initial contact to install was less than a month. We have installed hardwood floors through the big box stores at our previous home, compared to that process this was a breeze. We are completely satisfied with the final product, believe it or not, there is not a single strip of wood that creaks!! Kyle will be our preferred contractor for any flooring projects in the future. I would have given him a star rating of 10 if I could.

We had an extremely good experience with Marin and his crew. The store front as well as the installers are all a big family operation. We got new wood flooring for our three bedrooms and could not be happier with the results. The prices were competitive and included tear out of the old carpet as well as moving furniture in and out of the rooms. The workers were clean and finished on schedule in two days. Even the baseboard work was done well - they painted over the holes after installation!

Mark helped me out with a small bathroom remodel.  Even though it was not a big job and his team was booked months out, he personally took time to do the work himself, something he doesn't really do anymore.  It was more of a favor to us but, it shows his character and willingness to help out.  We would recommend Sunset Tile & Bath if you needed a remodel.

Just moved to Phoenix and needed a rug for my living room.  Stephen was an incredible help in helping me choose colors and order the correct size.  As a customer, I love having my questions answered and shown all my choices of products without feeling pressured to buy.  Baker Brothers treats the buyer with respect and has an incredible selection of flooring of all types.  I will definitely return to this clean, well-organized store with fabulous employees.   I am excited for my new rug to arrive next week.

5/31/16 Armor Kote came about 15 minutes early before the 7am arrival time! Which was fine with me. They got to work right away. The machine they used was not overly noisy grinding the old epoxy paint off of the floor from previous owners and it had a vacuum on it so there wasn't any dust blowing around. That was nice!
Then they prepped the floor with the stuff to set the chips on. I wanted the Desert Grey color to compliment the new green/grey paint on the walls of my garage. The guys wore their spikes on their shoes by this point to keep the chips and the floor from foot impressions. Then they had set times from in between the coats of the polyurea high gloss which didn't take long. They were done at 1:30 pm for me. My garage is a 2 car @ 416 sq ft.
This floor comes with a lifetime warranty. It cost me $1971.84.

I shopped around for weeks before deciding. There were a number of factors; warranty (some only give 5/ 10/ 15 yrs); type of flooring applied (painted w/partial chips for some companies; polyasparatic not high gloss less warranty coverage; polyurea high gloss lifetime warranty; colors shown online for some companies; other companies will not show but insist on coming to your home to give you a look at samples.)

Armor Kote was the only company that gave me the correct measurement of my garage floor!!!
All other companies I interviewed gave larger footage!

May do a good job but never called me back to schedule a quote which is pretty sad customer service. Moving on to someone else.

Andrew of Valley Tile Removal Dust free just completed the removal of ceramic tile in our home.  He did an outstanding job.  It truly is dust free because he has the right equipment for the job.  He is very thorough and meticulous about his work and we are very happy with the competed job.  I highly recommend him for anyone needing tile removal.  You will be  happy you hired Andrew.

Anthony stained the concrete floors of my 1,700 square foot house. I originally planned to stain the floors myself, but when I discovered black mastic that needed to be removed first, I called Anthony. He explained the entire process, from grinding, staining, neutralizing, sealing, and waxing. He kept me informed throughout the entire process, and I'm very happy with the result. I highly recommend First Due Concrete Staining.

Great price, selection & service. Expert installation. Recommended by my State Farm agent and couldn't be more satisfied. Went from carpeting to laminate and it looks great. Marty was patient while looking at a ton of samples. Work was completed when promised and the installer left everything clean. Checked with competitors and Marty's prices were very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Spoke with Rosa and scheduled an appointment time to come out and give us an estimate for our bathroom remodel.  She was scheduled to be at my home today between 1-3.  NO SHOW, NO CALL.  This is time we could have had someone else out.  Very unprofessional!
