Beyond Stone Solutions has been our go to natural stone maintenance service since 1994. In June, 2015 BSS performed a periodic stripping, cleaning, and sealing of our flagstone and slate floors.  

Dan Brewer, the owner, personally inspected the job and offered some very good suggestions prior to beginning.  His price was fair and his crew was exceptional.

Two professionals (I use that term carefully out of respect for their knowledge and effort) Cory and Ryan spent 24 man hours on the job.  Not once did they lose sight of their customer service responsibilities. They kept up a running dialogue, informing me of problems and asking for feedback as the day went along. At day's end I am sure they were ready to get home to their families, yet they took the time to do a complete walk through and corrected minor issues that I had missed earlier.

They were nice, patient and a pleasure to have in our home.

Wow! What a well run company! Found them on Yelp, and called Joe to set up a baseboard installation at my home. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient when he discussed my project. He came the same day to give me an estimate and I was able to get on their schedule the same week! Seth came out to do the installation and his craftsmanship and experience was apparent on day one. He showed up early, and stayed late when he needed to, just to get the job done. Every day Seth cleaned up and consolidated all of his materials into one area so my house was still function during the entire project. I would absolutely recommend Joe, and Optimum home solutions to anyone looking for home improvements or construction work. They set the bar extremely high for customer service in this industry and I really have never experienced a more flawless execution when making home improvements. You will not be disappointed, and I will be doing a lot more business with this company in the future.

We were preparing to put our downtown loft on the market, and as we pulled up an area rug that had a rubber anti-slip pad underneath, we found that the pad had fused to the finish on our concrete floor.  We called Premier and spoke with Adis- he had me send some photos and measurements of the area to help give us an estimate.  Adis and his partner showed up to do the job within a week and worked until the job was complete.  He came in right on point with the estimate, and the work was outstanding.  He seamlessly​ matched the damaged area up with the undamaged area and we were able to list our home quickly.

Finding a contractor who stands by his word and his work (and who actually shows up to do the work) isn't an easy task.  We highly recommend Premier if you need any flooring work.

Chris Brown the owner is knowledgeable and not pushy at all. We were carpeting a living room only and he helped me understand the differences between Nylon and Polyester carpet for what I needed and the quality of the pad vs thickness. We had a friend install that does flooring and he said both were very good quality. The price and warranty is better then Home Depot too. When I originally went there they said we have free install. (Nothing is free) And our order was here on a week. Highly recommend.

We contracted Clear Choice to put some tile in our house upstairs, about 1200 ft.² of it. It was a very big job. I looked around and got quotes from other places for about two weeks and clear choice came in lowest. From the moment I contacted them, through the quote process and through installation they were very communicative and professional. They were even able to install tile that I had already picked out in order to match what I had existing.. and picked it up and delivered it for free. I dealt with John throughout the quote process and he was very professional, always getting back with me promptly. He even drove to my house in Peoria all the way from Gold Canyon so that I could put down a deposit and signed the contract. He came back to check on the job midway through, and even dropped off some additional tile when the the installers ran a little short, with no additional charge to me. The installers were great too, very nice and always on time, and the main installer spoke English well so communication was never an issue. Overall I am very happy with the results, as my husband too (who can be ridiculously picky sometimes!). I would highly recommend working with clear choice for your flooring.. they don't disappoint.

It exceeded our expectations!! Floors look new. Locally owned business with good customer service. Before starting they showed various samples and we found a perfect color for our tile. In addition to resealing our old stained tile they replaced a few tiles broken over time. Highly recommended.

Metro Concrete installed a complete front patio and overlay on my front driveway.  They were on time and on schedule for every appointment, and the job was done in a timely manner.   I am so happy with the finished product.  Thank you for all your help, making my front yard look amazing.  I will recommend them to everyone.

What an outstanding job they did to install hardwood flooring in our four bedrooms. They started early in the day and were always punctual. I can't say enough of their workmanship. We love our new carpeting! Choosing the carpeting was a little overwhelming, but Kim asked all the right questions to help us find just what we were looking for. She was very knowledgeable and made the process fun! The installation was perfect and we are very happy with the result!

I recently had my garage floor done by Armor-Kote and their work is just phenomenal. My floors look amazing and Shane kept me informed at every step of the process. I had one small issue so I let Shane know, and within a couple days it was resolved and at no expense to me. We have used Valley tile removal on several occasions.They are professional, fast, efficient and very affordable!! We happen to come across another so called professional dust free tile removal company last fall. Lets just say that it looked like the floor had been beaten with a sledge hammer and there was a lot of dust everywhere. That homeowner was going to need a tremendous amount of concrete repair before their new floor could be laid.
Too bad that homeowner didn't call Andrew with Valley Tile Removal 1st.

So impressed with Anthony's work. He just finished up our three bedroom project and the floors turned out exactly as we had hoped they would. A metallic epoxy, subtly done without too many extravagant swirls and craters, in a neutral light grey color. The price was definitely right and Anthony's workmanship and professionalism were above and beyond our expectations. After a bad experience three years ago with another flooring company, I was nervous, but everyone I worked with from concept to scheduling and installation was professional,  honest, and hard working.  The work they did is amazing, and they finished a day AHEAD of schedule! After several tries at scheduling, the rep came out to look at my master bath remodeling project. She promised to get back with an estimate but never did. Even after several messages between me and the owner, I never got a response. It would have been courteous to at least let me know they didn't want to bid the job.
