Jean has done several project for us including poo repair, pavers installation, faux grass installation, and concrete repair. Jean does excellent work. He listens to the needs that you have and then offers a variety of solutions to meet those needs. His prices are competitive and the quality is very high. I highly recommend home for all home improvement needs.

Joey Hale, hands down, the BEST.  We could not be happier with his professionalism, communications, commitment, dedication to perfection and attention to detail.  If I could give 10 stars I would.  It is so nice to come across a contractor that goes above and beyond, which is not easy to find these days.  Joey did 3 large garage floors for us, all in different colors.  He was on schedule and on budget.  If I was tech savvy I could post pictures of his work.  But you'll have to trust me, my floors are beautiful.  Go with Joey, you won't be disappointed.

My husband and I used Encore Floors to replace the carpeted areas of our home with something more durable. After much research, we were fortunate enough to find this mom-and-pop company, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. Rich (the owner) was friendly, professional, organized, reliable, and treated us like family since day one. Martin and his team executed the job beautifully, and were responsive and professional throughout the duration of the job. We can't recommend this company, Rich, or Martin and his team enough!! We'll most certainly be referring all of our friends and family if they ever need flooring.

These guys are top-notch. After getting quotes from several different companies the customer service was really what won me over. It was so refreshing to feel like someone actually cared.

We had some 10+ year-old oak floors that were in pretty rough shape. Royal Wood Flooring sanded, refinished and restained them for us. The floors look BRAND NEW. The team was very professional, timely, quick, and Vinny was a joy to work with.

If I ever have any flooring needs again, I'll be calling back!

We had a great experience with Mark and his team at M2. Mark responded to our initial inquiry quickly and we were able to make an appointment the next day for him to come to our house to see the space and discuss options with us. We discussed what we had in mind and Mark found us three samples based on the concepts we discussed. All three samples fit our house and style so much that we had a hard time deciding!! Once we did, the entire process was quick and easy. We 100% love the work and will for sure use Mark for all of our projects!

Had them carpet a large room and a large closet. Fast and affordable. They beat Home Depot and Home Depot says they install for free. Barry was great and in contact after the job was done. Thank You.

We had our shower done by these guys and it came out beautifully! They were all so friendly and put up with our nosey kid and dog, we would absolutely recommend going with them! Any hiccups that came up Ali addressed immediately and we appreciated that!

Once they received payment, I was never able to get a return call. Even sent letter to management regarding my concerns and never got a reply.

We had Sarah come out to get measurements for laminating stairs. She was kind enough to call and confirm appointment time that day which though was nice. However, that was the last we heard from her. She said she would get us a quote with the measurements she took. I waited about a week or ten days and sent an email to them asking where our quote was. I still haven't heard back from them. I guess our business isn't needed.

Encompassed in a total remodel of our home for the past year, I have had the extreme pleasure of working with the entire team here.  From design ideas to mis haps in old houses, they have been with me every step of the way.   I love the variety of tiles and quality of product.   They are open to changes mid way and all about fulfilling the clients wants.  I couldn't be happier with my house and all of the beautiful tiles they helped me put together. Sean is a knowledgeable, friendly, and very experienced floor installer.   Whereas sitting in front of the Home depot salesperson was exhausting and i felt like i was being told everything i was going to have to SPEND on, calling Sean was a welcome relief.  He was telling me everything I could SAVE on and educating me much more at the same time.  But don't get me wrong, the only corners he cuts are the floors themselves.  In fact i got much better quality flooring and a better clearly experienced install, yet saved hundreds of dollars overall.

In the end the install (laminate) was flawless, and he estimated the overage perfectly (much less than HD quoted), again saving me some serious money.  One more point here: he is someone you can trust in your house.  i left him a key to do the work since I was going to be out of town during the install, and had no qualms about doing so.

I will be hiring him again once i save up to do the next part of the house.

His work is outstanding. Finds the problem and fixes it. Would recommend him to anyone needing some home repair. I would not use anyone else. He installed a new engineered wood floor in our home after removing outdated tile flooring. Excellent job and well done. He also replaced rotted facia boards. A great person to fix your homeowner problems.

Larry Palomar the owner and operator of Mid West flooring is a true journeyman and a dying breed.   You just don't find contractors of his caliber and expertise.  Workmanship, honesty, integrity and most of all dependability are just a few adjectives to describe Larry Palomar and his employees of Mid West Floooring.    Having been a superintendent for a high-end custom home builder for three years I have dealt with my share of sub-contractors that worked in multi-million dollar homes.  Larry is the best, his quote might be higher than others but it is well worth having the peace of mind that the job is going to be done right.

His go-to guy Mike who does most of his installations summed it up for me best.   "When I work in a person's home I act as if it was my own house and perform the work with highest level of detail and workmanship."   Larry's worker are a direct reflection of his old-school philosophy of running a dependable honest business that treats its customers fairly and with respect.   I had around a thousand square feet of Hickory five inch hardwood plank installed in my home which required a sub floor installation.  I could not be happier with the job that they did.    

Perhaps Larry's quote upon doing our final work through sums it up best "We are not happy until our customers are 100% satisfied.  No matter how many times we need to come back to finish a job."

Emil came out to assess my tile grout issue.  He was extremely honest and told me how to resolve the issue without using his services.  If I still wanted his services after taking his recommendation, of course he would be glad to help, but what honesty and integrity as a business owner! We even took his referral for a kitchen back splash job that I needed and it turned out fantastic!  I will definitely use his services when I really need tile/grout work in the future.

This is a nice family run business that know what they are doing and did a great job!  A pleasure to do business with.

Set up time for estimate visit--- he texted saying he was running late---2 hours later he was still 20 mins away. No thanks.

David Taylor did a renovation for us not quite a year ago. Recently, we noticed problems with two electrical outlets. When I told him about the problem, he contacted me right away and sent someone to fix the problem the next day!

I'm so happy to see that David is now part owner of Maxum Construction. It's nice to see that he brought his professionalism and awesome customer service to his new company. We will definitely be doing business with them in the future.

I just wrapped up my 3rd job with JM Contracting and we couldn't be happier!!! The first job Josh (owner) did for me was our back patio roof. We discussed a drainage issue and out of all of the other bids I obtained and telling them all the same issue, Josh was the ONLY one that suggested we get an architect/engineer to address the problem. He naturally got my bid! Josh got on top of the drainage issue and once the engineer/architect (Quincy) did his calculations, pictures, etc. we came up with a solution. Josh was able to do the entire job, also addressing an issue with my sagging roof that was putting all its weight on my french door lintels which required shoring it up and stabilizing it, he stayed just outside of our original budget.
We have had NO problems with drainage since and that has saved my master bedroom floor!

Josh remodeled my master bathroom and my father's bathroom within the past 4 months as well. The outcome is stellar!!! Our bathrooms now look like they came right off of HGTV! No kidding! I highly recommend JM Contracting for all your contracting jobs. Josh is great to work with, his team (including his subs) are spot on too. Josh oversees everything and he is a total prefectionist...a keen eye for detail and making sure it looks 110% perfect!  Thanks Josh for such great work! We will be using him for our next remodel of our kitchen and our pool decking too!
