Jean has done several project for us including poo repair, pavers installation, faux grass installation, and concrete repair. Jean does excellent work. He listens to the needs that you have and then offers a variety of solutions to meet those needs. His prices are competitive and the quality is very high. I highly recommend home for all home improvement needs.

Joey did an EXCELLENT job resurfacing our driveway!!! The oil stains are gone and It looks even better than brand new!! We also had Joey redo our garage floor and it is absolutely beautiful, our home is over 40 years old and the garage floor was old, worn and cracked now it is honestly stunning. My husband and I highly recommend Joey for any concrete work that needs to be done. We are in the process of moving to Buckeye AZ  Sun City Festival . We wanted to get a new master bedroom carpeted really quickly before our furniture arrived . ( So much easier ! ) Rich Corona and his installer Noah were an absolute delight to deal with. Communication with Rich was exceptional . He responded to my questions quickly and promptly. His price quote was on point . Noah did a great job. I would really recommend Rich's small business . We always try and support locally wherever we can, and it's very difficult when you move to a new area to choose wisely .

Vinny and his team do amazing work.  They have completed several jobs for me, first removing carpeting and installing new hardwood in a large room, then completely refinishing 1250 square feet of hardwood (removing top layers, filling, sanding, staining and finishing) and also some minor repair work.  The guys on the crew work hard and get the work done fast.

Vinny cares about you as a client, gives you advice and recommendations, delivers high quality work quickly, and at fair prices.  What more can you ask for?  Highly recommended!

We had our shower done by these guys and it came out beautifully! They were all so friendly and put up with our nosey kid and dog, we would absolutely recommend going with them! Any hiccups that came up Ali addressed immediately and we appreciated that!

I highly recommend Uptight Carpet for all your flooring needs.  I primarily worked with Frank Chavarria who is awesome to work with as well as the others on staff.  We had carpet replaced and hardwoods installed in a bedroom and the job was done perfectly!  This was done in a new home we purchased.  Closing was tricky but Uptight Carpet was very flexible.  Big thanks to Gerry as well working with the schedule!  I'm looking forward to working with this company again on my next project!

Let's face it if you are spending a bunch of money for beautiful hardwood floors you want the job done right! Not only is he amazing at what he does his prices beat out his competitors! Yep it doesn't get any better than this! My home was a new built with all the standard contractors special flooring Sean and Sebastian worked day and night demo-ing out 2000 square feet of tile and laying the most beautiful hardwood floor you have ever seen! I couldn't be happier! I will definitely be using Tumbleweed on my next flooring project.

Larry Palomar the owner and operator of Mid West flooring is a true journeyman and a dying breed.   You just don't find contractors of his caliber and expertise.  Workmanship, honesty, integrity and most of all dependability are just a few adjectives to describe Larry Palomar and his employees of Mid West Floooring.    Having been a superintendent for a high-end custom home builder for three years I have dealt with my share of sub-contractors that worked in multi-million dollar homes.  Larry is the best, his quote might be higher than others but it is well worth having the peace of mind that the job is going to be done right.

His go-to guy Mike who does most of his installations summed it up for me best.   "When I work in a person's home I act as if it was my own house and perform the work with highest level of detail and workmanship."   Larry's worker are a direct reflection of his old-school philosophy of running a dependable honest business that treats its customers fairly and with respect.   I had around a thousand square feet of Hickory five inch hardwood plank installed in my home which required a sub floor installation.  I could not be happier with the job that they did.    

Perhaps Larry's quote upon doing our final work through sums it up best "We are not happy until our customers are 100% satisfied.  No matter how many times we need to come back to finish a job."

The owner did not just an amazing job but at an amazing price, you really get what you pay for he is the most ethical business owner I have worked with! Combining how great emil and his team did with the level of honesty and assurance they give you, you have A winning team, job done but not only right but done great, and with positive attitudes! I would highly recommend them. emil and his team are amazing and never let me down!

Our house is 20 years old, and it's been that long since the our travertine (limestone?) tiles and grout have been cleaned or polished, so it's been way overdue!  We met with three different vendors offering polishing services, and went with Scottsdale Travertine based on additional grout services they and price.  Duane and his crew of family members showed up on time Wednesday morning, and after he explained the game plan, they started work, first moving the heavier objects and taping carpets and appliances for protection, then completing the cleaning and polishing by Thursday noon (FYI, we have about 1,200 square feet of tile).  When they were done the tile shine had been completely restored, and the grout is now several shades lighter; it looks 100% better!  Duane also left us with information on how to best maintain our floor going forward.  All in all, this couldn't have gone better.  Thanks Duane, McKenzie and Andrew!

Set up time for estimate visit--- he texted saying he was running late---2 hours later he was still 20 mins away. No thanks.

Met with this company at the Home & Garden show on a Sunday and scheduled a consultation/estimate for Thursday that same week. Received a call on Wednesday saying they wouldn't be able to make it for Thursday and then rescheduled for the following Monday at 9am. They ended-up no-showing. No call. No email. No follow up. Never heard back from these people, which is a good thing because if there work is anything like their communication, it would have been a waste of time and money with the end result. I would never trust this company to do anything with my home considering how unprofessional they are.

I just wrapped up my 3rd job with JM Contracting and we couldn't be happier!!! The first job Josh (owner) did for me was our back patio roof. We discussed a drainage issue and out of all of the other bids I obtained and telling them all the same issue, Josh was the ONLY one that suggested we get an architect/engineer to address the problem. He naturally got my bid! Josh got on top of the drainage issue and once the engineer/architect (Quincy) did his calculations, pictures, etc. we came up with a solution. Josh was able to do the entire job, also addressing an issue with my sagging roof that was putting all its weight on my french door lintels which required shoring it up and stabilizing it, he stayed just outside of our original budget.
We have had NO problems with drainage since and that has saved my master bedroom floor!

Josh remodeled my master bathroom and my father's bathroom within the past 4 months as well. The outcome is stellar!!! Our bathrooms now look like they came right off of HGTV! No kidding! I highly recommend JM Contracting for all your contracting jobs. Josh is great to work with, his team (including his subs) are spot on too. Josh oversees everything and he is a total prefectionist...a keen eye for detail and making sure it looks 110% perfect!  Thanks Josh for such great work! We will be using him for our next remodel of our kitchen and our pool decking too!
