Did a very nice job. Flooring looks great. The crew was very nice. The value to us was they could go over the existing tile.
No demolition of the old tile needed.

Good work and fair price (got multiple quotes). There were some delays in completing the project but Juan kept in communication so it didn't bother me. He actually did a little extra free of charge because he felt bad.   Would use again.  For reference, the job included replacing a wood fence, Installing a new gate and replacing some siding.

VETSBuilt recently did some remodel work on our rental home. We met with Bob and he was knowledgeable and easy to work with.  The home is 30 yrs old and the two bathrooms could not have come out any better.  His tile contractor was 2nd to none, the shower in the master bath and tub in the guest were gutted and tile replaced the old fake marble board.  They are beautiful.  We needed some plumbing work, tile replaced on our hallway and misc. items.  Bob kept us up to date on the progress and he and his contractors were very cognizant of working around our tenant. We could not be happier and will definitely use them in the future.  The only caveat is you must be prepared to purchase and deliver all the materials (i.e. tile, grout, fixtures, toilets, etc.) yourself to the job site - in the end it most likely saves some cash.

I am THRILLED with PHX floors, Victor and Mario's attention to detail made the difference.  They even went the extra mile helping me fix a problem that wasn't theirs and unrelated.  The granite throughout my house looks stunning.  If you want great craftsmanship and customer service, Go with the pros, PHX Floors and more! Amazing company! The process of purchasing the flooring we wanted was wonderful. I took home so many samples over and over to find what fit the best. Mike was a pleasure to work with and patient with me. The day of demo and install they were on time and explained the process well. It was quick and done well. The real great customer service came over a year later when we found our toilet was installed incorrectly and was leaking. Mike went above and beyond to make sure they scheduled to come out to replace the flooring and re put on the toilet correctly. Wow! I cannot recommend them enough. Products are great, customer service is beyond great. Thank you!

So in June, I contacted Flooring Professionals to remove the tiled area's in the condo I had purchased in Scottsdale. Rob, the owner,  responded quickly, I sent him pictures and square footage and he gave me a quote for the job...but he also warned me upon his inspection of the original installation that the tiles might not come up easily and that would increase the price. No truer words were spoken....taking up the tile resulted in some of the base concrete coming up with it and a badly pitted floor.

Long story short, this work was not cheap but these guys did a great job in removing the old tile and then applying the leveler to get a really great finished product. This is very hard work and Rob and Marty worked diligently...and the no dust equipment is legit. Rob knows his craft...real pro.

Just did my final walk through this morning on a rehab in Sun Lakes, AZ.  Phoenix Home Remodeling did all of the heavy lifting on this project.  It's only my second project and these guys made it a nice and easy experience.  I'll def be calling them for the next one......hopefully they'll still have time for us little guys!  Here's a peak at my favorite before and afters of the project.

Dion and his team did a super job renovating our guest bathroom. They took great care to make sure the work was done to our satisfaction, they worked with our crazy schedule, and  they left the worksite in perfect order each day. Highly professional and highly recommended.

Great experience with Kami this past week. Called him after seeing his reviews on Yelp (of course), and decided to give him a shot. A big part of the reason I chose Kami over the couple of others I called was his availability, I needed my 2 bedrooms in my towns house done as soon as possible as I had to move out of my condo within a week or so and the other providers quoted me two weeks out to get the job done - kami told me he could do it the same week once he saw the job and gave me an estimate.

Upon meeting kami at my place, he was suuuuper friendly! Quoted me an extremely fair price (I thought), roughly $2,200 for the labor because I bought the vinyl from Floor and Decor. Kami and one other dude did the job on Tuesday this past week and it came out incredible!

Would highly recommend kami, and would definitely use his services again in the future if needed! See pics below!

A few things i appreciated about working with Bare Floors:  I spoke directly to the owner Amir throughout the entire process and he was always available and ready to help vs calling a call/scheduling center and having a separate person come out to quote.  Also, his availability was terrific - he was able to remove my tile the next week when others were quoting 5 weeks and for the installation worked around my schedule.  I originally had some wood laminate picked out that I thought was high quality and he showed me some of his that was clearly higher quality but similar price and i was glad to go with his recommendation.  The tile removal, laminate installation and base boards that he did all look terrific.

The tile and plumbing job for a remodeled bathroom was completed with precise attention to detail. The prep, and installation of both floor and wall tile were professionally completed. The project remodel looks like the way it should be, Brand New. Wonderful service, and came to work in a timely manner as promised.

Cardinal Floor Covering has been one of the best contractors I have worked with in Arizona. I own Hawaiian Experience Spa, a day spa with locations in the Phoenix, AZ area, and have had lots of construction work done at the spas. In most cases I have been disappointed with the contractors we hired to build out or renovate the spas. In this case, Cardinal Floor Covering was my replacement contractor after the first contractor, Fred Kromm Tile in Phoenix, went crazy and left the job!

Anyway, we were in the middle of building out a high end shower and steam room. The rough plumbing and electrical was done and it was time for the tile work. We started with Fred Kromm Tile (see his review for details) and after he left mid job we had to scramble to find a replacement. We had two new contractors come in to give us a bid. One never got back to us (typical) but the other, Cardinal Floor Covering, got back to us promptly with a reasonable bid.

Chris from Cardinal told us no payment was due until the job was fully completed and we were 100% satisfied. We hired them and they came in as scheduled and got started. Chris met us the first day at the job with two workers, both of whom were very professional. Each day after that the team showed up on time, worked quietly, and respected the fact that they were in an operating day spa with clients present. There was unanticipated additional work needed because the first contractor had done something wrong (what a shock) and they simply did it without even mentioning more money. That is exactly what I wanted to see in a contractor - give me a price, honor it, and get the job done!

The steam shower ended up exactly the way we wanted it. Customers always comment about the quality of the tile work. We are building a new day spa in the Glendale, Arizona area and are specifying Cardinal Floor Covering as the contractor for all of our flooring needs. They do a lot more than just tile, and we are looking forward to having them on the job as we build out the next day spa.

We had great service form Cheryl at Carpets of AZ. We were in the process of selling our home, it had been on the market for 3 weeks and no bites. We put new carpet in and it sold within a week. I didn't have to pay for anything till after the house was sold and through escrow, and I didn't have to worry about this effecting my credit. This is very convenient when buying a different home. Everyone was wonderful to work with, loved our experience.

Contacted Red Mountain Renovations after reading their reviews on here because I needed my bamboo flooring installed.  I have to agree with all of them.  

Scott and Alex were great to work with.  They are very personable and flexible.  My moldings didn't come in time for when they were installing my flooring, but they came back when I finally got them and didn't charge me for the extra work as well as time they took to come back out to my house.  They also had the best prices for installation as well.  

I highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a company to install their flooring.  I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Another great Yelp find!  We've owned our home for about 3 years and getting the garage floors done has always been on the "to do" list.  We got a total of 4 bids from flyers in the mail to friend's recommendations and we also tried getting a bid from the guys who originally put in the custom cabinets in our garage when the house was built.  We weren't impressed with any of sales people that came to our house to bid for the job especially when I told them I'm getting other bids.  I finally yelp a flooring company and IronDrive were the only ones that had multiple good reviews.  Shane came over and he was very professional even when I told him about the other bids.  All 4 bids came in competitive with each other but what made us pull the trigger with Shane is how fast he can get a job done because of the prepping process.  All the other companies said it was a 2 day process plus we're not able to drive on the floors for 7 days.  With IronDrive's process and product they were done in 5 hours and we were able to drive on it after 48 hours.  It's been 2 weeks since our flooring was done and I couldn't be more happy.  Shane was very accommodating, polite, and most importantly professional.  Oh and they're the only one with a lifetime warranty.  Can't go wrong with these guys.

Tried calling, left message and texted too...no reply. As I've always felt communication is key...nobody is too busy to drop a text...unprofessional.
