They did an amazing and quick job of recarpeting my whole house. Friendly customer service and decent quote. Is definitely recommend them!

My house had a flood and I filed a claim with my insurance. We declined the work to be done through the insurance so they gave us a check with an option to shop for a flooring company of our choice. I did my research and came across Paradise Tile and Natural Stone on Google. I read their Google and Yelp reviews and they seemed like the perfect fit for the job. I called and spoke directly with Cosimo Militello, the owner. He was very nice and hospitable. He invited us into his show room that following week. Cosimo and his son Anthony were very nice to us on arrival. They asked what ideas and colors we had in mind for flooring and started pulling samples out along with letting us take them home. We picked what we wanted, set a date, and they started their work. The main flooring installer Benito and his assistant worked wonderfully. They were on time every morning, very respectful, and cleaned up their mess behind them. Once the project was finished, Cosimo personally came out to our house to check out all the work. This experience has been wonderful from start to end. There's two more bedrooms and a stair case in my house that still need flooring and we're definitely getting the work done with them within some time. They deserve a full 5 star review and I hope people find them as hospitable as we did! Thank you Paradise Tile and Natural Stone for making this process smooth and reliable for us!!

Steven came with his crew and did the most amazing job! From the top it was their professionalism that impressed, but as the day went on it was apparent that the workmanship would be equally impressive. Rain was not in the forecast, but as luck would have it, we had a downpour this evening. Concerned at what it may have done, but confident Quick Response will handle it! We will be checking them out for cabinets next!

Wow!  This company did a great job!  They installed 1500SF of luxury vinyl plank (entire house) and new base boards.  The crew was great to work with and very professional. They were very particular about the quality of installation!  They used Paradigm flooring which is great quality compared to some other brands that we looked at.  Most impressive was that the interlocking parts of Paradigm flooring are durable and won't break off.  Some other brands we looked at could be broken off with a small amount of pressure.  I would highly recommend this company and Paradigm luxury vinyl plank.

Recently discovered that our 2nd story terrace was badly rotted in the floor. Called a few contractors but many did not want to tackle this job involving installing a new subfloor.
Well Sammy from Floor Coverings Intl, did, and they did a great job! Put in 3/4" exterior plywood screwed & glued to the framework, then screwed and glued 1/2" backboard to that, then 2 coats of RedGuard, then thinset cement & beautiful tiles. We like the border tiles too!

This is a quality operation. Everything they did was high quality.
We are very happy now!

We have been using Tom at Floor Source for the last 6 years for all of our flooring, bathroom surrounds, kitchen surrounds, etc.  We have used him and his crew on at least 100 flip properties over the years and on all of our personal projects.  His crew just finished up another small project at our house and it turned out great.  The pricing is always fair and the work is always perfect, and if it isn't exactly what you want they will make it right.  I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Great company with high ethics and workmanship.  We have used them twice for our home and recommended them to others - always performs as expected!

Floor Source AZ is the real deal. We had about 1400 sq ft of flooring and demolition of the existing floor.
They finished on time, the result was above expectations, the quoted price is what we paid. And they stayed in contact with us throughout.
I highly recommend this company.

They do stellar work, in a timely manner, and at a fair price.  Literally nothing to complain about.  If you go with anyone else... you're making the wrong decision.

Couldn't recommend this place enough for truly dust free removal.

1. On time for the (free) estimate. When he said he will be here at 1pm, our doorbell rang at 12:55pm. When they said crew would be here at 9am, crew was here at 8:45am. This is beyond appreciated and has just been rare as we go through remodel projects and have no shows, cancels, or extremely late teams without any courtesy calls. the fact that Dust Sharkz kept their word made this an a stress free start to a huge project day.

2. The crew worked freaking hard. They took a small break and were working before and after without any lag in time. The 830+ sq ft job was done by 5pm. They were kind, respectful of us and our home, and above all PROFESSIONALS.

3. The quality of their work is unmatched. Our friends have gone with other "dust free" companies and it seems 50/50 on if all thinset was removed or if it was truly dust free. No question with this company, what they say, is what will happen.

Side note: we had a concrete refinishing company come by today and they walked in and we're amazed by Dust Sharkz work and how prepped and clean the concrete already was. He said "I don't have to do a single thing to prep, they did awesome". Which shaved us money and time in the end when we stain our concrete.

4. Cost. Dust free removal can be a pricey choice, we got other quotes from other companies and one wanted us to sign a contract that our estimate could have a 25% variance by the time the job is done if they deemed necessary. What?! Dust Sharkz said the quote you get is what you pay unless there are a bunch of floor layers they don't know about, which Rich could already tell was not the case. The investment and headache-free process was worth every penny to not have to clean after.

Would recommend this company 100%. Trust us, we had about 4 bids from other companies. We made our decision within 5mins of meeting Rich and not a single regret or disappointment. We waited a couple days to see if there was anything we would uncover or need to call them back for... nope. They did it all.

Eric was honest and upfront, also had some of the best pricing in the valley. Eric and his team did a fantastic job on my garage floor.  They made sure that it was done correctly and to my liking.  Will use them again for future projects and would definitely recommend them to others.
