We replaced all of our flooring which was a big undertaking!  Eli and Jesus were great to work with. They were very responsive to our questions and quickly resolved the few issues we had.  Our floors turned out beautiful and I  highly recommend HM Flooring!

We're thrilled with our flooring from Bram! We've been working with JJ since October 2021 and just had all the work done last week. We also had cabinets done at the same time - that's the reason for the long wait. JJ was so patient, helpful and knowledgeable! He answered all of my questions and helped calm my nerves. Cornell, Marta and their team performed all the carpet demo and lvp installation - what an amazing job!! They were friendly, clean, helpful and very good at their job! Our floors look amazing!! We researched several options for flooring companies/contractors and we highly, highly recommend Bram!!

Cosimo and his team of amazing guys delivered an amazing install of both limestone and travertine flooring. After a water leak destroyed my wood floors, I faced having to replace 2500 sq ft of flooring. Nightmare! After reading reviews and looking at examples of the work of Paradise Tile, I contacted Cosimo and he came all the way out to Verrado in Buckeye on a Sunday!
Cosimo is extremely accommodating and very honest about the work required, the pricing, options, potential problems that could come up, etc. He didn't push anything on me as far as products or extra services. He consistently made me feel that my satisfaction with their work and the final product were what mattered most.
The crews were on time, cleaned up regularly, and kept me informed on the status of the install and when they expected to be complete.
I highly recommend this company and Cosimo! I would use them again in a heartbeat and will be telling all my friends and neighbors about this awesome experience!!

I love my new garage floors! My concrete was so drab and stained from years of owning fords and now they are fab and smooth! The entire process from getting a quote, to install, to even the follow up call to ensure satisfaction was just so wonderful! Beck's flooring installed our wood looking tile and did a fantastic job!  We're not done restoring our home so we'll be using them many more times for the kitchen, bathrooms, and fireplace tile. The installers were very  professional and worked fast to finish in a timely mannor. Highly recommend them.

Despite our home being a little off the beaten trail, Danny Lain was able to visit us quickly and assess the job. Tiles and supplies were ordered and the work was scheduled quickly. The install team was efficient, respectful and friendly. The new tile floor looks BEAUTIFUL !   Additionally the price was great and we were happy to get Floor Source who has a great reputation to do our job.

TRUE CRAFTSMANSHIP!!!  I was absolutely amazed when I got home and saw the repair to my granite countertop.  I had about a two foot long crack in it and found the photos of Seamus's work here on yelp.  I sent him an email and he came over the following day to give me a quote.  The whole repair process takes about half a day.  When he is done, it is impossible to notice that the countertop had ever had a crack in it.  He resealed all of my sinks and polished all of my granite countertops and they look fantastic!  He does great work!  You will be so pleased with the result!

DustSharkz did an AMAZING job removing our old Travertine Tiles.  They were Prompt, Courteous, Got it Done in No Time and left Everything Super Clean!! I would highly recommend this company!! Thank you

Matt and team take great pride in their work and it shows.  They removed approximately 800 sq feet of tile in my home and I was surprised by how quickly they got the job done.      There was minimal dust and they were careful to cover anything to avoid dust and damage.  

Recommend 100% without hesitation.

Bruce was very communicative and worked with me on the schedule when it was discovered that the cabinets over which they were installing a tile backsplash were not level. After exploring a variety of options to remedy the issue, Bruce's tile guy, Luis, came up with the solution and made it happen. I am incredibly grateful to them both. We used Eduardo to install flooring throughout our house. The install consisted of LVP and porcelain tile. My wife and I are very pleased with the work they have done. Not only are we pleased with the work they have done, Eduardo has also been a pleasure to work with. Him and his team are very professional. I appreciate their flexibility, their attention to detail, and their hard work. Excellent job.

Adriatic Flooring was absolutely amazing to work with.  From the first communication through final day.  Very professional, kept a clean work area, started and finished exactly when promised, actually finished ahead of time!  Highly recommend.

Had them do my three car garage in October of 2014. Waited 10 days for the floor to cure before I brought a car in on it. We were not living in the house yet. The first time I brought a car in it left impressions in the epoxy. You can actually see where it sunk into the epoxy. 60's Camaro. Not a very heavy car. It took 2 plus months before you could go out in garage and not be knocked over by the smell of the solvent in the epoxy. Is that normal? The first time it rained, some rain water came in the garage by the garage door. It stained the floor. I have tried multiple times to call Eric about the staining and soft finish and have never received a response. My contract says I have a 15 year warranty, but I can't even get a call back.

I received a phone call from Eric in response to the review. Extremely hostile. Let me know that this review was "fu(ked up and he wanted it removed" and "if I was going to leave it fu(ked up he would fix the floor when he got to it".

Received text messages from Eric letting me know how this review is hurting him. 16 days from the initial review and still has not looked at the floor.

Received text message from Eric again letting me know that my review was a "d!ck thing to do". Also let me know that I have no proof that I attempted to contact him in the past. Still no attempt to inspect the floor to actually resolve the issue. Only profanity and accusations that I'm lying. Let me know that this review is "not motivating for him".

Contacted AZ registrar of contractors. Found that their contractors license is suspended and their bond is expired. From the looks of it, it's not the first time.

Eric finally contacted me to see the floor. Contacted me at 11:11am wanting to see the floor at 1:00pm. Was working and was not able to work it out to leave work with that short of a notice. He offered up a couple more times that were during my work hours, I offered times after work or on the weekend that he was not willing to agree to. Said I needed to compromise, which I guess means taking time off work to meet when it's convenient for him.

First the good: their pricing is reasonable and the owner is knowledgeable and friendly. He was commutative and came out within 24 hours of me calling for a quote. However the installation did take longer then quoted. They left construction debris (tile spacers, razor blades, thinset) in the front yard. The tile turned okay. There were a few areas that were roughly cut and spaces left ungrouted. There were also some lips in the tile. My biggest complaint is the quality of work with the trim/baseboards. I reached out to the owner to fix the issues. He told me he would send a guy out for months to fix the trim but never did. He did however refund the money for the baseboards and clean up the front yard which I did appreciate. Not sure if I just had a bad experience with these guys or what but I wouldn't use them again.
