I hired HM Flooring to replace the flooring in a small bathroom.  They are very responsive and charged a fair price. They were on time and very professional.
My flooring looks amazing!  I would recommend to everyone.

We were referred to Mitch Taylor by another vendor, when our shower floor show signs of problems out of their domain.  In fact there turned out to be major problems that could be traced back to our remodel done 6 years prior.  Bram's team correctly identified the mistakes, and made significant corrections. They worked over a week-end (Thanksgiving week-end no less) to accomodate our schedule.  The work was excellent, as was the clean up. We felt that the cost was very fair.  We were very satisfied with the results, and highly reccomend them.We wont hesitate to use them again if needed.

Cosimo and his crew are amazing!!  They were very professional, efficient, and fast.  Not only was Cosimo quick to respond to my request for having flooring done, but I believe his company offers some of the best vinyl flooring the Valley has to offer.  When I checked out some of the flooring options that Paradise Tile & Natural Stone had in their store, I quickly realized that the materials used are of an exceptional quality that other vinyls don't come anywhere close to.

I appreciate everything Cosimo and his crew have done for my house, and I definitely recommend them to anyone in need of flooring work done in Maricopa County.

The material that they used to fix the cracks can easily be seen through the final top coat. They should have repaired the surface, used a primer and then coated. PLUS they were $200 more than the competition. At nearly $2000 for a 2 car garage I could have done a better job with a Home Depot or Lowes kit for 1/4 the price.

Beck's Floor Installations didn't have the carpet available, and ordered it from out of state.  The carpet arrived much later than promised and Becky put the blame on somebody else.   If you're trying to turn around a rental property and it takes two weeks to get the carpet installed, then you're losing money because of the delay.  The carpet and installation was otherwise good.

I love our stairs now! FCI was incredibly easy to work with, they showed up on time and the install went smoothly.  Thank you!

She had a warm presence from the moment she entered my home, and when you can tell she cares about her clients and the quality of her work. And if she can't help you she will direct you to someone who will. She saved me a lot of time and money, and is my new go to for flooring.

We have been using Tom at Floor Source for the last 6 years for all of our flooring, bathroom surrounds, kitchen surrounds, etc.  We have used him and his crew on at least 100 flip properties over the years and on all of our personal projects.  His crew just finished up another small project at our house and it turned out great.  The pricing is always fair and the work is always perfect, and if it isn't exactly what you want they will make it right.  I wouldn't go anywhere else.

It has taken over one year to finally get close to finishing our kitchen remodel.  One of the last things was to tile the backsplash.  We've tiled before, but knew we could screw this up if we did it ourselves, so we contacted Mike, based on Yelp reviews.  We couldn't have made a better choice.  Mike and his dad showed up promptly at 0800 and went to work.  The first thing they did was to lay down tarps to protect my new hardwood floors.  I was amazed.  After so many trades coming through to do various tasks and always having to remind them to protect my floors, this was a good omen.  They finished the job beautifully the same day.  We will be using them again for our bathroom remodel coming up next.

Floor Source is the way to go.  I embarked on a new floor installation which was my first time spearheading a renovation project.  I went the Costco route after seeing the promo in the store.  Once contacting Costco, the friendliest salesperson in the world, Jarod Alexander, contacted me from Floor Source.  Jarod came to the house and patiently worked with me while taking measurements, reviewing the several flooring options, making a final selection, discussing the install timing and schedule, reviewing all promotional items and  making sure all my questions were answered.  Jarod was TRULY PERFECT in providing customer service to me, especially for my first-time floor install.

Within two weeks after the sale was made, the Floor Source  office contacted me when the flooring materials were delivered to schedule the install which was estimated to take 5 days.  Luis and Luis performed the install. THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!  These gentlemen arrived smiling and were timely, friendly, collaborative with the install and overall just wonderful.  The new floors were installed within 4.5 days, shorter than the original estimate, and look phenomenal  - base boards and all!  

The house is now gorgeous and has a whole new energy.  Thank you, Costco and Floor Source, for this wonderful installation.

Seamus did an amazing job repairing a granite desktop that was broken by our movers during a recent move.   He came recommended from the moving company but we will definitely use him again in the future.   He was on time and his work was meticulous.   We ended up with a seam in the granite which is better than what the original installers had provided.   Highly recommend.

DustSharkz did a great job on my home. The men worked there butts off all day long. However it is not dustless. They did dust some things before they left, but there is small tile pieces all over. I'm not complaining but it is far from dustless. Would highly recommend!!!

I cannot tell you how honest and professional Matt and his crew are!!!!! These guys are what other contractors should look up to!!! I just wished they did other things besides floor removal because I would hire them in a heartbeat!  Three guys who are best friends and kin to each other. They waste no time getting to work and they DON'T STOP!!! They make sure everything is protected while they're working and clean and safe when they leave! Thanks again Matt & your crew!!!

This kid( I'm old and he's an adult) is a hustler. I mean that  as the the highest form of compliment. He went above and beyond to do a fantastic job on our floors.  He's professional and punctual. Job started on time and finished on time. That's the best compliment I can give a contractor. His crew is also a bunch of great guys.

Vikki & her mom are a-maaazing!  Customer service like the good old days.  My son and I came in on a Saturday afternoon with no idea what I wanted.  I knew I hated what we had (gross carpet) and what we had to work around-- saltillo everywhere else.  

Vikki listened to our needs (neutral, durable, pet/family-proof) and general budget and then showed us a handful of samples.  Maybe other people love to look through all 300 choices, and I'm sure she would have been happy to oblige, but I loved the way she was able to grab a few things that sounded right and start there.  We did some like it-don't like it and then got a written quote to take home.  It ended up being less than the local big box and there was less-than-zero pressure.  When I tried to schedule with one of the 1-800 places they wouldn't even come out to talk to me if my husband wasn't home (i.e. both "decision-makers").

She brought the sample finalists to our house for the final measurements and official choices.  Scheduling was easy, laminate was installed within a week and the carpet just after that.  In both cases, the installers were on-time, professional, wore masks while working, and finished within a day.  Vikki came out herself for the final inspection on both jobs to ensure we were satisfied.  She also threw in a custom rug that I got to choose from their big remnants stack.    

But the real reason I'll recommend them forever is when I texted Vikki on a Sunday morning ONE week after our final carpet installation.  Above-mentioned son had a bad run in with drive-in movies, Red Vines, and Strawberry Fanta.  Despite not being a business day, she called me back right away and talked me off the ledge.  And through the process of painstakingly hand-cleaning our brand new carpet.  And it worked!  Vikki will forever be our carpet doula.

Awesome! This father-son team is really one of the best things going in the Gilbert area as far as flooring install. They stuck with us through some major stuff and delivered an unbelievable installation of luxury vinyl planks!
They are just incredibly good at what they do. Very reasonably priced but able to deliver a fantastic floor in a short period! Everything was cut perfectly! They also do demo work and they are fast with thorough cleanup. Five stars all the way for these guys! See our kitchen floors below for a reference...

As a new homeowner, I was dead set on getting my garage epoxied. I did my research before calling Eric at First Class Coatings. From our first interaction, he was totally genuine with me and was very detailed in explaining the process. The install crew did a great job and my floor is fantastic. The upkeep is minimal, and now after parking on it for a couple of months, there have been no surprises and I can confidently say that I think it will hold up against the test of time.
