I needed carpet for stairs and a second floor. Brandi had great selections to choose from and the owner Chris, was knowledgeable and very personable. I initially had great expectations for this business and it's employees but from the day of the install to present I could not have been more wrong. Chris' installer texted me a day before the job saying what time he would be there. The day of the install they were 30 minutes late, brushed that off and let the four guys do their job. Crew texted me later that day saying they had finished a job slated for two days in one day and I needed to come back to lock up. My wife went to the home and was in shock. Carpet was dirty and smeared with leaves and debris drug in from outside, baseboards were scuffed and cut into, and there were dirty hand prints on several walls and doors. I contacted Chris directly and sent him photographs of the damages. Chris called me back and apologized saying his main installer forgot his booties and after smearing the carpet tried to clean it but just made it worse. Chris said he would send a neighbor friend with a carpet cleaning business to fix the stains. Later that week his friend came over as promised and got the dark stains out of the carpet and came over himself to look at the other damages. Once at my house Chris began to downplay how much damage needed to be fixed. It should be noted the baseboards were installed by another employee of Chris and painted by professional painters approximately one month prior to carpet install. When I mentioned to Chris if there would be a discount for the dirty carpet and my inconvenience he stated, "I'm not going to throw away a whole carpet job cause of a dirty carpet. If I wasn't here trying to make it right we would be in court". Chris was clearly flustered that I had even asked for a discount and left my home in a huff. Chris then sent over the installer of the baseboards to fix what the carpet installer had damaged. Come to find out, according to Chris, at least one member of the carpet crew was not an employee of Brandi carpet and allowed in my home to help the lead installer. Chris had told me that the baseboards would be fixed on a Tuesday, one week after the original install. On Tuesday in the morning Chris called me saying he had to cancel and reschedule me for another day after I had already took the day off to be there. The baseboards installer came the following day and as soon as he saw what needed to be repaired he said Chris did not tell him how much needed to be repaired and only scheduled him for a half day when the job needed a full day. The installer explained to me he needed to pick up his dog from the vet before they closed and was visibly stressed while working. The installer was a good guy and frankly the only one who did a good job on my home. I told him to finish what he could and I would hire him again to finish the rest of the baseboards. One week after that I get a text message from Chris with a hyperlink to pay the remaining balance. I was surprised to see the invoice was for the entire job and only $100 taken off for my "inconvenience" . I asked Chris if he felt it was right to have me pay practically the full balance for a job that was done sloppy and unsatisfactory. Chris said, "I applied a discount it's on the invoice on the bottom, apparently you missed that". At this point I paid the balance but not because I believed they had earned the remaining balance but because I needed to be done with Chris and Brandi Carpet. Chris is a bully and set in his ways, you can't change people like that. He believes that "making it right" means sending his buddies over to fix a job that should have been done right the first time. What's sad is all that needed to be done was the carpet and now my house was left in worse condition than before the carpet guys came. If you decide to use Brandi Carpet after reading this I hope the job is done right the first time because as much Chris acts like your friend in the beginning, if you have a legitimate complaint he will turn on you.

Working with these guys was such a pleasure! We just needed some carpet for a large staircase and all of the other "big box" carpet stores basically told us our job was too small and they wouldn't be able to fit us in their schedule. So, I found these guys on Angi. The owner, Chris, answered my first call, and, then we met Justin who helped us pick out our carpet and then came out to measure our space. They placed our order right away and scheduled us for the install just 2 weeks later! Jose came out to do the install. He was professional and did a great job! I would highly recommend this small flooring store for the best prices and service!!

Had a great experience with Brandi Carpets. Chris discussed types of carpet, things to consider and after listening to my situation helped me with selections. I took them home, saw how they looked with my tile, then Justin came out and gave me a quote. I had n appointment within three weeks to install. The team came out and did great job. Our beautiful new floor has been installed.  Brandi Carpets have been wonderful to work with.   Water damage and wet cement, I was always in the loop and they patiently worked with us.  Our floor is beautiful and installed perfectly.  I would highly recommend them.   My daughter used them a few years ago and recommended them to us.  Thank you Brandi carpet and all your workers who did a beautiful job and cleaned up.

There is probably not enough space to detail our horrible experience. I've waited almost a year to leave a review because I wanted time to pass so I could calm down and gather my thoughts. I almost decided not to leave a review in fear of what the owner may do in retaliation but one needs to be left.

We visited Brandi Carpet at the end of May 2020 after our upstairs had a flood. After going to multiple other flooring companies we chose to go with Chris and Brandi carpet as he said he was having ZERO issues getting products like other companies kept telling us. (We were in middle of a pandemic) after asking Chris multiple times he assured us it would be no problem. We picked out our flooring, scheduled install date and paid our deposit promptly.  

Fast forward to a few days before the scheduled install date. Chris contacts us to let us know he would need to push us out a week or two as the product had not arrived yet. I was annoyed but also knew it was something he could not control. Even though he told us over and over that there would
Be no issues getting the material. As annoyed as I was I said ok. We scheduled again for the only week we had available before summer travels. .We were told the installer would be at our house around 7:30am. My husband took the day off work. Around 10am he finally shows up. Starts to unload and let's us know he has the floor material but the wood for our stairs was not ready. First off, why are we first heating this the day of the install??? Why was material not confirmed days before?? The installer knew how upset we were and called his boss who then called us with nothing but excuses. The installer stood around And waited then told us he would be back because he didn't have any of his tools with him to get started. Who comes to install flooring with no tools??? He leaves and finally shows back up around 12:30pm. Talks again for 30 minutes then finally gets started. Tells us he will be done by Wednesday. I'm already so upset and just want him to get to work. Half a day was completely wasted. To make a long story short the job dragged on until that Friday and we still had no ETA  on when our wood for the stairs would arrive. Fast forward a few weeks abs that finally shows up. Same installer shows up and again does not have all the tools and stuff he needs so he leaves and comes back . Works for about an hour, hurts himself and leaves to go to urgent care. Returns again later that afternoon and apologizes and says he will work until whenever he has to to get the job done as he knew how angry we were abs just wanted it done. Well, he calls it a day at 4:30. Day 2 of stair installation we had some gals that my husband said were unacceptable. Calls Chris the owner who then comes to my house with nothing but an attitude. No apologies for what a mess this has been. Was rude and pompous and speaking down to me. I'm sure there is a lot I left out but if I can remember this all a year later it was for sure an awful experience that I could never forget. In the end all we wanted was an apology and then to make this bad situation right which was never done. Chris treated us horribly and has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. He will tell you everything you want to here to get your business then after that he does not give a crap about how he treats his customers. I recommend staying far away from this place.

I walked into Brandi Carpet about a month ago and met Justin, who told me just about everything there is to know about carpet. As a new homeowner, I wasn't sure where to start but he was so patient and answered all of my questions and helped me pick out carpet for my bedrooms. After the order was placed, I received a call with install date/time and was set. Install was today and I really couldn't be more happier. Steve and his nephew (I can't remember his name) were timely, quick, and very efficient. I am so happy with my carpet and truly feel that my bedrooms got a bit of a facelift. There was carpet in my home that was over 10 years old and had lots of pet stains and wear. I spoke with a number of carpet companies and even had Brandi Carpet come out and measure my home a year ago....Justin was the sales person and did a great job at the time! I put the job on hold for a year because I was still undecided and the job seemed overwhelming. I finally made the decision to go for it and met with Justin and Chris (owner). Both were very helpful in helping me pick out a good quality and reasonable carpet. I finally decided on carpet and had it installed over the last 3 days.

The price was very fair. Chris was able to get me an upgraded carpet for just a little more than what I originally was going to pay. He gave me an Angie's List discount, which included an upgraded pad, and got the manufacturer to additionally discount the carpet. The installation crew was great! Steve, Nick and Brice were awesome!! They efficiently removed the old carpet and did a fantastic job installing the new carpet. Steve, the man in charge, was very personable and answered all my questions. His team really prides itself on quality work. He even recarpeted a dog ramp for our dog at the end of the job!

I would definitely use Brandi Carpet again and will recommend them to my family and friends.

Easy communication. Chris, the owner, is a real cool guy. He has great recommendations on flooring. He showed me several samples.  He knows what he is talking about. I needed new flooring and carpet that could hold up to my 2 mastiffs and still look stylish.   Estimate was fair, work was done in a very timely manner.  He worked around my busy work schedule.  I would definitely recommend his dustless demolition.    I was nervous.  I assumed my bathroom and master bedroom would be a complete mess.  I was wrong!!   His team was very professional and worked quickly and were very clean!!    The install was good.  Luxury Vinyl planks were installed.  Look amazing!   The carpet install was smooth.  The team worked fast and had my upstairs done in less than a day.   So happy with our new floors.   Chris is easy to talk to, followed up with all my concerns and really seemed to care about my project.  Made the process easy!

I couldn't be happier with my decision to have Brandi Carpet install new carpet in our new home purchase. They were able to get the carpet I wanted within a few days and install it quickly. We settled on a high tier polyester carpet that is quite plush and soft and their are no visible imperfections at all in any of the rooms (about 3500 square feet). The price was excellent and well below what we paid for an inferior install from a different company in a different area of our home. Don't hesitate to have this business come do work in your home.

My wife and I needed our carpets replaced. She searched and found reviews of carpet sales and installation in the valley. Brandi's name showed up over and over as a great place to do business for flooring for both quality and pricing! So we headed to Brandi's and picked our carpeting. Chris Brown was very helpful. He was courteous, knowledgeable and professional in helping us pick the perfect carpets.

I'm going to be remodeling my master bedroom. I need to have a easy rolling floor for a disabled senior

We had about 1600 sq feet of carpet and tile replaced with vinyl that looks like wood. Going into Brandi Carpet was easy and a relaxing experience. Chris the owner and Justin never pressured us and let us take our time in deciding what kind of flooring was best for us. In fact, they let us take home large samples instead of those four inch tiles that most people let you take home. This really helped us make our decision and they answered all of our questions openly and honestly. We couldn't have asked for better service from the store or the installer Devin. We are very happy with our floors and would definitely go back to Brandi Carey in the future.

Where to start? I went to a big box store because they advertised Free Installation! Free Stairs! Free! Free! Free! Got the quote back and it was over $11,000. (We have a big house). Feeling slightly defeated, I went into Brandi Carpet. Chris was amazing. He *really* knows his carpet. I picked out one I liked and he scheduled the measurement. Just as Chris thought, the big box over-measured by 30 square yards, which added up to about $1k before taxes. Got an estimate back from Chris that was more than $3,000 less. He scheduled me, told me who would install the carpet and when. They just finished yesterday and the house looks AMAZING. The installers were so awesome. I couldn't be more happy with the outcome and I'm ridiculously happy that I supported small business vs a big corporation. Thanks, Chris!

UN-FRICKEN-BELIEVABLE ! What an amazing job they did. I gave 1/2 my house to Brandi Carpet for 3 days and now I have the best looking floors we could have ever have hoped for. When we need the other side of our house to look "OFF THE HOOK", we will be calling Brandi Carpet.

Needing a new carpet, it was easy to return to Brandi Carpet. Unfortunately my husband and I were very disappointed with the customer service this time around. On October 7, 2020 Justin came to our house to measure one bedroom and confirm the carpet of choice. At the time, we were very clear that we couldn't have  the installation until the beginning of 2021. ( since we are part timers). Justin said that this shouldn't be an issue. We gave him a deposit of half the cost. In the beginning of November my husband called to confirm an early January installation date; our check had been cashed. Strangely, On Monday, November 30th, we received a call from Justin ( and later Chris) to tell us that the carpet is no available. WHAT??? It took them almost two months to discover this and we are just finding this out!!!   As part timers our time is limited, planning ahead definitely did not work to our advantage.  Suggest you look elsewhere!

Chris Brown the owner is knowledgeable and not pushy at all. We were carpeting a living room only and he helped me understand the differences between Nylon and Polyester carpet for what I needed and the quality of the pad vs thickness. We had a friend install that does flooring and he said both were very good quality. The price and warranty is better then Home Depot too. When I originally went there they said we have free install. (Nothing is free) And our order was here on a week. Highly recommend.

Awesome company. Chris spent a long time helping us figure out the best carpet for our situation. The installation was quick. The crew was terrific. I highly recommend Brandi Carpet for your flooring needs.  We spent quite a bit of time looking for the right carpet.  Home Depot and Lowe's had a lot of samples, but I didn't really want to go to a big box store.  I was worried about the fact that they contract out the installation. I have heard horror stories of late, never showing contractors.  I looked for smaller companies and found Brandi Carpet.   All the reviews were positive so we thought we would give them a look.  We went up to their store and discovered they have dozens and dozens of samples.  We looked over several samples and narrowed it down to two.  They allowed us to take the samples home to see in our own home with our own lighting.  We made an appointment for measuring our home and they came out right on time.  We didn't select the carpet we took home, but we did select one of the dozens they brought with them for us, just in case!  We had them measure and had our fingers crossed for the final cost -- Home Depot and Lowe's were around $3,200 for what we wanted to have carpeted -- Brandi Carpet came in at just over $2,000.  This included a very good padding, installation, taxes, etc.  I was really surprised that they could come in with such a good price.  We paid our deposit and several days later they called to set up the installation.  The installers came today (a father and son team that were phenomenal).  They helped us move a few items that were too heavy for me to move and set to work.  Within 5 hours they had our house transformed.  They left everything in perfect order and were professional, polite and on time!  I would highly recommend Brandi Carpet for any of your flooring needs.  It's nice to work with someone that delivers what they promise.

Five Stars says it all! We had laminate flooring installed in three bedrooms sales rep. Justin was at the house when he said he would be and was very thorough. We were going to get at least three estimates but Brandi blew us away!! Pleasurable experience as far as sales. Then we have the install phase. Our installer was Mike and let me tell you folks he's a beast!! Non freaking stop. We paid for cost of moving the furniture (well worth by the way) I asked him if he yes just himself needed help - nope!! GREAT EXPERIENCE ALL THE AROUND!!!!*****

So I waited a couple of weeks after installation for something to go wrong... And it didn't. My experience working with Brandi Carpets was excellent. Justin was great sales person, Chris was great touching base with me regarding payment, the two gentlemen (can't remember their names - father and son) were on time and very efficient and professional. They even helped me look for my lunatic nervous cat. It was a joy watching a man vacuum the carpets after they were finished. :-)  The carpet is fabulous! Overall a great experience. This is the second time we have used Brandi carpet and we are still happy with the customer service and product they deliver. We were trying to match some existing carpet in our home installed by another company a year prior. Justin was very patient with us while we were trying to match samples to our carpet even offering us suggestions on matches. The install looks great and the carpet is almost a perfect match. We wanted to get wood tile put into our house and went to Brandi Carpet based on a few recommendations from a website in Anthem.   From the first call to Brandi, I felt comfortable that this wouldn't be a high pressure sales pitch but a consultation on what would be right for our house and family.   Justin came out, was on time, very knowledgeable and helped us with different recommendations on what would work for the house.   There was no pressure at all, but based on his help and the very fair price it was obvious this was going to be the company.  

Chris the owner is very hands on, calling to schedule the install and giving us the heads up on what to expect.  For a family of 6, we knew it would be an inconvenient 2 weeks getting 1800 sq feet of tile put in, but the install crew was on time, let us know what parts of the house they would be working on, moved our furniture but left enough in place for it to be livable.  They were finished on time and the results were far beyond expectations.  Beautiful tile that has transformed the house (and given us many redecorating ideas).  

After the install, the owner once again called and wanted to come out to inspect the work, gave us tips on cleaning and in general put an exclamation point on what was already a great experience.    We will be using this company again when we switch out the carpet in the remaining bedrooms and would recommend anyone who wants a local company who does things right, communicates fantastically and also gives a fantastic price for quality materials.   Well done folks, its been a pleasure and look forward to doing more business with you in the future!

I am so glad that I happened upon this business!  Both Chris and Justin were so helpful and informative. They really educated me about carpet. They explained all of the terms used by the carpet companies. They were patient with the endless questions and indecisiveness. They did not try to up sell us on anything. They also were able to work with our crazy schedule. Did I mention that their prices came in lower than comparable products at the home improvement stores?  Their price included the new pad and the rip up and take away of the old carpet. I will never look for carpet at a home improvement store again.  They have tile and wood too.

Buyer beware...the carpet was improperly installed which in turn caused the carpet to ripple throughout the house. This has been reoccurring for the last 4 years and Brandi carpet has had to come out to restretch the carpet 4 times since initial installation. Two separate independent contractors came to our house to inspect the carpet and both came to the same conclusion....good carpet, bad installation done by Brandi Carpet. The owner told us while he was in our house that we paid $2500 for the carpet which is what we asked to be reimbursed for but instead he sent us a check for the wholesale price of what he paid for the carpet, not what we paid.  This is unacceptable....you don't get to make a profit on carpet that you ruined and then not make it right.

Chris and his team are simply wonderful! Chris educated me on carpeting to help  my section. He also ensured that the measurement appointment worked with the time that I needed. The installation crew rocked!  Buying a new loft is stressful and very time consuming.  Chris and his team made buying carpeting a breeze. Oh, and my new carpeting not only looks great it is simply luxury to walk on

My brother had them redo our wood floors. The guy who did our floor was a really cool guy and did his work quickly. The wood floor looks great and my brother and his wife love it. Something about wood floors...

There are not enough stars to give this company! Chris and his team are absolutely wonderful!! I only wanted new carpet in my master bedroom. Honestly did not think anyone would want a 'little' job. Met with Chris on Monday and Steve installed my new carpet on Wednesday. I didn't get to meet Steve personally, but was told by my mom that he was awesome!! These guys have become my go-to for flooring needs.

I had originally gone with another company (Empire) but the high pressure sales and expensive carpets just were not for me. I found a couple reviews for Brandi Carpet and it sounded good so I had one of their sales reps come out. He (Justin) did not ask for any money upfront and made me feel really comfortable. When it came time for installation, everything went right on schedule. The guys who did the work seemed very knowledgeable and professional. The work they did was beautiful. My carpet was even more plush then what I was expecting! Overall, I highly recommend this company. They saved me about $2000 over the other guys and were very professional throughout. The owner even called me after the carpet was done to make sure I was completely happy with the way everything went.

I called Brandi Carpet because they were referred to me by a gal at work.  I purchased carpet for my home, and my entire experience has been great, from choosing the right carpet with a representative, to the installation, to a time I needed their help with a warranty issue.  When my carpet became sun damaged and the manufacturer initially denied my claim, Chris went to bat for me with his representative from the carpet company.  I so appreciate him, as I ended up getting the faded carpet replaced!  I know one of the big chain stores would not go to those lengths for their customers.  Thank you Brandi Carpet!  Believe me, I'll be passing on the referral!!

I had them tear out a bunch of tile and replace with laminate wood (joint issues for family members) and they did a fantastic job. The floor is a very high quality and hasn't had any of the issues you read about with laminate wood. I would highly recommend. Very knowledgable, friendly, and no-pressure sales.

Had custom rug / carpet put in over some tile to make it safer for babies and better for dog.  Looks better than I thought.  I literally look forward to walking across this plush rich carpeting.  They were fast to produce and install.  Will definitely use them again and refer them to fam & friends.

We had carpet and tile put in.  The seams where they pieced the carpet show after only 2 years.  The tiles weren't cut correctly and they filled in with extra grout and looks terrible in our bathroom.   Didn't realize how bad the tiles were done until we had another company do two other rooms and they look great.

No one I know needs carpet re-stretched 2 1/2 months after initial installation. Brandi Carpet tried to blame the problem on Shaw and their carpet. Brandi Carpet never mentioned until today that Shaw didn't want to send an inspector. All I did was send an e-mail to Brandi Carpet and about a week later I get an inspection date and after the inspection I received a report a few weeks afterwards. That repeated both times. Since the problem started 2 1/2 months after installation I was under warranty at that point. The problem kept happening over and over again. It is a terrible inconvenience to deal with. Brandi Carpet never offered to pay for another company to come re-stretch the carpet! If so, provide that e-mail to me because I have every e-mail I ever sent or received from you and your company. You mentioned in your response to my review that you sent me an e-mail a few days before I sent you my offer e-mail. What actually happened is you sent me an e-mail 2 days before Thanksgiving saying that you would call me after the holiday when you were back in town. 6 days after the holiday I hadn't received a call from you so I sent you an e-mail with an offer. The offer was: if you wanted to wash your hands of me as a customer, please reimburse me my cost of the carpet which was $2500 or I would let the public know how I was treated by Brandi Carpet. Under the 1st amendment and as a consumer, I have the right to express my situation which I have. I read the inspection reports. They state that the installation caused the problems. You talking about a stain warranty is irrelevant because I had no stains and the issue was rippling due to your bad installation. The cost you should of refunded was my cost which you said was $2500 not your wholesale cost. Also, provide proof that I denied your first installer to stretch other rooms, never happened! I haven't stretched the truth at all. It doesn't matter how many times you came out because it didn't take long for the carpet to ripple again. The second inspector found areas where it wasn't even tacked down. It easily came right up when he touched it in my closet. I will give you credit for trying to fix the problem, unfortunately your 2 different installers never could accomplish that.
