I spoke with Scott in the morning and he was expecting to get to the house by 1 or 2 I got a call about an hour early and he was there ready answer any questions I had and then some.
In the long run I had to go with a vendor that my new management company chose but by far it was Scott who I got the most information and guidance from he was a pleasure to work with from minute one to minute end!!!

One Stop Woodworks have been an Outstanding to work with.  They have worked on 3 separate projects now, installing new wood stairs, new wood banisters and faux wood beams in my house.  They are are very professional, reliable and their quality of work is OUTSTANDING.  I have been working with them over the last year and a half, and will continue to do business with them in the future.  One of the great things I love about them, is that they show you work to go along with our "vision", along with different options.

I had them do my garage floor before the summer heat came and couldn't be more thankful. Andrew (the lead) showed up  at the times they agreed upon and gave me a clear schedule to when the job would be complete. Great customer service, I would definitely recommend them, getting my cabinets from them soon !!

We started off by hiring them to redo our roof and they did such a fantastic job! We talked about a few other projects in the house as far as remodeling and those jobs went smooth as can be taylor Blankenship is very communicative and understands the thoughts and puts them into action, thank you taylor i have many more projects for you in the future!

My wife and I did our research before choosing ENMAR and we are very pleased with every step of this process. We thought we knew which type of wood color would work, but we didn't. Brian helped save us some time by pointing us in the right direction and encouraging us to look at the wood samples in the daylight and night. We couldn't be happier with our classy wood floor. Other people have the fake wood or the wood dividers that separate wood from tile. Ours is real and solid and soft wood and flush with our tile. This is my first review of anyone and only because this company deserves the recognition.

I used them in 2018 and had a wonderful experience. I am glad I held on to their number and called them again! This time the men came to remove tile from my kitchen, bedroom, and two bathrooms at my new home.

They did every bit of a great job as they did last time. I really appreciate how nice everyone was and how respectful of my home the workmen were. Showed up on time (just like when I used them 3 years ago) and it truly was a dust free removal with perfectly smooth floors. The consistency this company has is really impressive! Customer service is top notch from the office to the crew, very communicative, and all at a reasonable price.  

A+ can't recommend them enough!

Jeremy was great. He was on time, friendly and made sure my house was cleaned when he finished. I would use him again.

We hired Kennedy Tile to remodel our master bath shower. They were on time and the work that was done is satisfactory. However, several full boxes of tile disappeared from our garage. When I asked the installer what happened  to the tile he told me his boss came by and picked it up. When I contacted our project manager, "his boss", he stated he had not picked up the tile and that he would look into the matter. In the end nobody seems to know anything about what happened to our extra tile. No offers were made to compensate us for our loss. I need to be able to trust the workers that are coming into my home so based on this I would not recommend Kennedy Tile or use them for my future projects.

Update: shortly after posting this review Kennedy Tile contacted me letting me know they had found our tile and delivered it promptly.

Marcus remodeled an old guest bathroom for us. His quote was reasonable and workman ship was outstanding.  Marcus is the best contractor we have worked with. Always punctual to work, he goes above and beyond what is needed to get the work done. His friendly nature is the icing on the cake.

I would recommend Marcus without any hesitation for any Bathroom remodeling project.

We were referred to Kent and team for a remodel we needed done last minute and in a hurry. The short notice did not concern Kent at all and he was ready to start right away. The team was able to finish everything by the time promised and it looks great! We will be having them come out again for another project very soon.

Amazing company, they were fast and clean. They had my floor torn up and cleaned within a few hours. Great honest company to work with.  Would recommend them to anyone.

Danny of Solid Home Renovations quite simply does WHAT he promises to do, WHEN he promises to do it, and is ready to correct anything that isn't exactly right (which doesn't happen often).

He responds to phone calls and texts quickly. His prices are fair and competitive.

We just had him complete our second (much smaller) project and we can't say enough great about him and his crew and the results he delivers.

Doug's awesome! As an out of state property owner, it's often difficult to find and trust people to complete home repairs. We contacted Doug and he showed up (huge props for that in itself!), assessed the issue with the garbage disposal and had it fixed in no time. Thank you Doug! Peace of mind is invaluable.

Don't look any farther in your search for a general contractor! Can't say enough about the professionalism of Golden Bear Contracting. He does all the work himself, no subcontractors. We remodeled our home in Gilbert that our son and daughter-in-law live in: full bathroom remodels in the master and guest bath, and installation of a new tile floor in the laundry room. Mike was there promptly every morning, worked hard and finished the job in the timeframe promised. He cleaned up as he went and we couldn't be happier with the result!

One of the best things about this company is that he came out and gave us ways to save money as he was measuring for the estimate. (We had one company that didn't even want to come out and instead requested that we send pics and do all the measuring ourselves...and they came in much higher in their estimate!). Mike put together an estimate that was very reasonable, including averages for ALL materials. It was perfect because we then had the option to purchase all our materials, with no pressure and managed to come in under budget. Some items we chose were higher in price than his included materials budget, and many were lower. This made the whole process much easier and we got exactly what we wanted.

Since we are out of town, Mike kept us informed every step of the way, with new revisions to the invoice as we chose materials.

He is very honest, dependable, and we will definitely hire him again should we decide to do further work on the house. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Wow!  Great work on a small project in a bathroom.  Most tile companies won't give you the time of day for small projects, but Calvary was super!  Flexible around my schedule and done wonderfully!  It looked like the other tiles, like there was never replacement tiles and new grout matched perfectly!  Very reasonable and responsive.  Highly recommend!

Mark made a effort to meet us on a Sunday and was quite thorough with his estimate, and held to the estimate during the job.  However, they never re-installed the closet guides on our 4 closets.  After calling several times and being assured that they would finish that day, we finally had to install ourselves.  Promises made, but not kept; not good professional business behavior.

After spending nearly a year shopping around, looking at reviews of companies with the BBB and ROC, going back and forth to get tile samples, carpet samples, walking on the tile samples, the carpet samples, etc., I finally hired Arizona Flooring Solutions to remove and install new tile, do the grout work (for which I paid extra because I wound up buying the tile elsewhere) and also to install new carpet padding and Stainmaster Xtra-Life carpet I bought from them. That was in mid-January. I hired them because I was told again and again that the guys doing the work in my home would be employees of Arizona Flooring Solutions rather than subcontractors. In fact, I clarified this over and over again with one of the owners, Brian, who apparently outright lied to me by insisting that these guys were and are employees of Arizona Flooring Solutions.

So here it is just six months later and tthere are definitely hard spots I feel when I walk on the carpet barefoot, and I have been thinking I'm overly sensitive or have weird feet, but now other people can feel these hard spots too when they're barefoot.

Also,  I find that while wiping up a spill on the part of the tile that is abutting the carpet, if the 100 percent cotton rag gently touches an edge of the carpet, some of the fibers and the lamination on the back of the carpet comes out.

Stupidly, I trusted that one of the tile installers knew what he was doing and had experience with all aspects of tile install (like I stupidly trusted the carpet installers, Victor and Maurice) who told me that I did not need to seal the grout. All over the Internet and everyone I've spoken with tells me that the guy had no clue what he was talking about. The grout needs to be sealed. So I will have to re-grout and then have the grout sealed since the grout is white. But again, the guy, Corey, apparently lied to me too. I, as the customer ... er, contractor, should have insisted that they seal the grout and that the grout must be sealed; then I should have shown them how to do it.

Apparently, they also don't know how to properly remove a toilet from the flange, to bolt it in properly or to keep the valve at the wall from leaking. They didn't even know how to break off the screw of the bolt that keeps the toilet seated in the flange and correctly fit toilet bolt caps over the top of the screw. So the toilet flange is bent and I will have to hire a plumber to correct all their shoddy "work". I guess I should have asked whether they knew what they were doing. I also should have asked Brian whether I was to be the contractor on the job because that is not addressed anywhere in any of the contracts or forms nor did Brian tell me I needed to ride those guys and constantly question them as to their skill, knowledge and experience, along with showing them videos and providing them with written how-tos on doing the job for which I hired the subs and paid Arizona Flooring Solutions.

When I call Arizona Flooring Solutions, which is advertising weekly, I get a message that their "voice mailbox is full". I don't want to go in person and fight and argue with them, so I contact Stainmaster.

Stainmaster can't reach the owners of the company either, so they give me the phone number for the mill that actually attaches the lamination (backing) to Stainmaster's fibers, a company called Gulistan. They also give me the name of the local sales rep for Gulistan ... who supposedly deals with Arizona Flooring Solutions.

I now know that at least one of the owners of AZ Flooring Solutions, Brian, lied about almost everything I asked him (which is "lucky" for me because it means that the company's contract is null and void). But I didn't find this out until the other owner, Jason, who had shown up with the guys to do the work at my house, left and I asked the guys straight out, "Are you subcontractors or are you employees of Arizona Flooring Solutions?" They told me they were, as I had suspected from the start, subcontractors, not "employees of the company", as Brian insisted at least a dozen times.

But they had already started the work, and it was/is good. Except for the non-sealing of the tile. The carpet installers/subs didn't do anything right, and I actually am still finding nails sticking up from the tackstrip coming through the padding and the carpet. That's not how this should be.

I would advise everyone never to use Arizona Flooring Solutions. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. I will never deal with them again, no matter what their prices are. They are the worst.

BEWARE!! I bought a fan from this place and it didn't work!! I try returning it or exchanging it and they wont work with you. They just take your money and don't respond. Don't waste your money just spend the extra money a buy it new.
